Dnešní silniční doprava funguje díky komplexní sadě pravidel. Klíčovým prvkem je fyzická osoba za volantem, která ovládá vozidlo. Pokud místo fyzické osoby vozidlo kontroluje autonomní systém, může se rozhodovat podobně jako člověk. Zároveň ale komunikuje s dalšími vozidly a okolní infrastrukturou. Představený technologický posun je natolik zásadní, že je potřeba revidovat některé základní právní principy a ujistit se, že budou použitelné i pro autonomní technologie.Takovou revizi vyžaduje například princip prokazování příčinné souvislosti. Stanovení civilněprávní odpovědnosti za škodu způsobenou provozem dopravního prostředku předpokládá prokázání příčinné souvislosti mezi jednáním určité osoby (řidiče) a škodným následkem. U autonomních vozidel by logicky neměla být příčinná souvislosti prokazována ve vztahu k řidiči, ale k jiné osobě (výrobci, provozovateli, programátorovi). Nicméně i tak přetrvává obtíž, že škoda nikdy nebude způsobena jedním jediným vozidlem. Podíl budou do určité míry nést i další vozidla či infrastruktura v kooperativním systému.Článek se zabývá právě touto málo prozkoumanou oblastí a klade si za otázku jakým způsobem prokazovat příčinnou souvislost u multikauzálních škod v kooperativním silničním systému. Článek analyzuje s přihlédnutím k relevantní judikatuře dosavadní přístup k prokazování příčinné souvislosti v českém právu. Následně se zabývá otázkou, zdali by vůbec bylo možné za stávající právní úpravy dosáhnout prokázání příčinné souvislosti v kooperativním systému.

My thesis is focused on the issues of the punishment for traffic offences. This topic is actually in the spotlight of the social discourse since the relatively high number of tragic traffic accidents leads to the call for the solution of the anomy on the Czech roads. One of possible solutions is also a proportional use of the state repression using the legal tools of the criminal law. The goal of this thesis is an analysis of all the punishments applicable to the traffic offences and their de lege lata and de lege ferenda evaluation. In the first part of this thesis, I will define all kinds of transportation and their legal basis. This is necessary to put the road traffic offences into their proper place in the system of traffic related offences. Furthermore, I define the traffic offence and I also elaborate on which offences are traffic offences per se. My conclusion is that we should use more restrictive approach when it comes to listing the traffic offence. Later on, I modify this restrictive approach by adding the offences of reckless endangerment and obstruction of an official decision. Topic of my thesis is "Highway tax and its legal regulation". I was brought to this topic by the fact that taxes are constantly current, very important. Through my work I wanted readers to become acquainted with the Highway tax which exists in our country. After all, each of us is an economist to a certain extent and each of us also pays part of his income to the state by means of taxes. That is why we should be interested in how the taxes are constructed and from what they are paid. The aim of my work is to introduce legal framework of the highway tax, reveal its strengths and weaknesses, highlight some key institutes, compare Czech, Slovak and German legal framework of the tax, and so to inspire to efficiency improvement of the Czech legal framework. The work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter serves as an introduction to the topic. This chapter deals with the elementary questions of the Highway tax. I focused mainly on its importance, characteristics and status in the Czech Republic. An important part is a history and overview of the amendments to the Highway Tax Act. Public Roads and Their Use Abstract The thesis contains a historical view on the legal regulation of public roads and deals with interpretation and analysis of the legal regulation of basic issues related to public roads and their public use provided in Act No. 13/1997 Sb., on Public Roads, as amended. The thesis also analyses the current legislation in terms of its coherence. In matters where the legislation is found to be insufficient, the thesis also contains proposals de lege ferenda. First chapter of the thesis contains a historical view on the public roads and their legal regulation and second chapter defines road law, its structure and sources, the concept of public road and significance of this concept. Third chapter deals with private law issues related to public roads - the issue of road construction as a thing in the legal sense (application of the superficies solo cedit principle in the current legislation), ownership of roads and the definition of their components and accessories. Fourth chapter of the thesis analyses the current division of roads into categories and classes.
