Self-esteem play an important role in the self image of teenagers and young people. Teenagers with a high level of self-esteem have clear and stable views about themselves, talk about them in a consistent, positive way. Teenagers with a low self-esteem have the feeling that they do not know too well each other and talk about them in a unreliable and ambiguous way. They are also pretty reserved in initiating social contacts.

The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency; (2) to describe the Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency; (3) to determine the influence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) on Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency. The population in this study were residents or community members who were members of the Bansdes Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency, amounting to 75 people. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis techniques in this study are quantitative descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test). The findings of this study are (1) Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency are classified as good; (2) Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency is classified as Good; (3) There is an influence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) on Community Welfare in Pandansari Village, Sine District, Ngawi Regency. ABSTRAKBeberapa tahun terakhir ini marak sekali terjadi perusakan lingkungan hidup, seperti pembuangan sampah ke sungai, danau, laut, jalan umum. Indonesia memproduksi sampah hingga 65 juta ton pada 2016, meningkat menjadi 67 ton pada 2017 dan lainnya. Beberapa kejahatan lingkungan tersebut terjadi disebabkan oleh kurang tegas, adil dan manfaatnya materi hukum tentang perlindungan lingkungan hidup dan juga belum sepenuhnya dilibatkan masyarakat adat dalam melakukan perlindungan lingkungan hidup sebagaimana diamanahkan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 Pasal 18B dan Pasal 70 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan pendekatan sosio-legal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat adat Batak telah melakukan perlindungan lingkungan berdasarkan pranata Surat Tumbaga Holing sebagaimana diatur melalui Patik, Filosofi Adat Dalihan na Tolu dan Marga. Jenis sanksi yang dijatuhkan kepada pelaku perusakan lingkungan berupa: Dibondarkon, Sappal Dila, Dipaorot sian Huta, Dipaorot sian Marga, Diapaulak Salipi Natartar.Kata kunci: batak; lingkungan; surat tumbaga holing.ABSTRACTIn recent years there has been a lot of environmental destruction, such as dumping garbage into rivers, lakes, seas, public roads. Indonesia produced up to 65 million tons of waste in 2016. The above series of environmental crimes arise because apart from being less firm, fair and the benefits of existing legal regulation on environmental protection, they are also caused by the lack of empowerment of indigenous peoples' potential in environmental protection as mandated by the 1945 Constitution and Law Number 32 of 2009. The research uses empirical legal research methods with a normative juridical approach and a socio-legal approach. The results of the study indicate that the Batak indigenous people have carried out environmental protection through the Surat Tumbaga Holing which is regulated in Patik, Filosofi Adat Dalihan na Tolu and Marga. The types of sanctions are: Dibondarkon, Sappal Dila, Dipaorot sian Huta, Dipaorot sian Marga, Diapaulak Salipi Natartar.Keywords: batak; environmental; surat tumbaga holing.

Tasikmalaya is a Sundanese region whose nickname is: "The Pearl of East Priangan", an important role in South West Java Province. This role is very influential on the potential of the community, including in the field of culture. But along with the times, this culture is less well known by today's young generation. The purpose of this research is for the culture of the Sundanese people, especially in Tasikmalaya so that the culture is maintained. This study uses a qualitative approach with an ethnographic approach derived from literature studies, field observations and interviews with a Sundanese cultural expert. The results of the study indicate that there is a mathematical language in the right time of day and night that is used by the Sundanese people in Tasikmalaya and it can be a starting point to be used as a reference in learning mathematics.

Nurse performance is not only a global issue in Batara Siang District Hospital, Pangkep Regency but shows data on patient satisfaction that changes in 2016 that is 95%, in 2017 which is 96.38%, in 2018 which is 96% and in 2019 amounting to 76.79%. Where patient satisfaction Batara Siang Hospital Pangkep Regency in 2019 did not meet the minimum hospital service standards in 2012 that is equal to 85%. To study the relationship between motivation, ability, leadership, attitude, workload, knowledge, and rewards with the performance of nurses in RSUD Batara Siang, Pangkep Regency. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted in December 2019. The sampling method was 165 people. Data collection tool using a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate analysis and data presentation in the form of tables accompanied by narration. The performance of nurses in Batara Siang District Hospital in Pangkep This research shows the relationship between leadership dimensions and workload on nurse performance with the Likelihood Ratio test found that the value of p <0.05. This study has to do with the dimensions of leadership and workload on nurse performance.

Continuing their studies of post-Pinochet memorials in Chile, the authors analyse a recent trend in the interpretation of trauma sites in Santiago which regards the need to resolve the tensions raised by the Pinochet years as more important than dwelling in detail on what was visited upon the victims. We argue that this significant shift from previous interpretations is carried by the younger generation of guides who did not undergo the repression personally. We note these changes with approbation, while noting that the desire not to discuss the worst excesses of the Pinochet regime has led to to a corresponding downplay of the highest points of human experience manifested by the victims themselves. We cite several instances that mark a peak of human experience in Chilean history, and suggest that several might well be used by the site interpreters to further instil a sense of pride among Chilean young people, rather than despair.

Abstract Virtually all techniques for tree height determination follow one of two principles: similar triangles or the tangent method. Most people apply the latter approach, which uses the tangents of the angles to the top and bottom and a true horizontal distance to the subject tree. However, few adjust this method for ground slope, tree lean, crown shape, and crown configuration, making errors commonplace. Given documented discrepancies exceeding 30% with current methods, a reevaluation of height measurement is in order. The sine method is an alternative that measures a real point in the crown. Hence, it is not subject to the same assumptions as the similar triangle and tangent approaches. In addition, the sine method is insensitive to distance from tree or observer position and can not overestimate tree height. The advantages of the sine approach are shown with mature southern pines from Arkansas.

AbstractThe seawater fishery in Dusun Sine has the higher potentials, due to its location near the coastal area of Sine Beach. In general, the people in Dusun Sine make a living as sea fishermen. However, the income of the marine fishing community has not maximized because the community still uses the conventional marine product processing production system, so that the marketing of processed marine fish products is also limited. As an effort to increase the selling value of processed marine fish, the International Community Service Group empowers fishermen's wives in Sine Hamlet by conducting several activity programs in the form of socializing the manufacture of modern marine processed products in the form of Sine Foodies, home industry food (PIRT), and the use of e-commerce. This activity was held to use a health protocol and through a presentation method on product marketing licensing in the form of PIRT socialization and marketing of processed marine fish products with e-commerce as well as demonstrations on the process of making processed marine fish products in the form of shredded fish and fish balls using attractive packaging. Perang Banjar atau Perang Banjarmasin dapat pula disebut sebagai Perang Barito. Kata Banjar sendiri mengacu pada masyarakat Islam yang diikat oleh Kesultanan Banjar, sedangkan Barito mengacu pada nama sungai yang sangat penting, yang mengalir di sebagian wilayah Kalimantan Selatan, tetapi lebih banyak mengalir di wilayah administrasi Kalimantan Tengah. Tulisan ini bertujuan menjawab permasalahan mengapa istilah perang Banjar dapat pula disebut sebagai Perang Barito berdasarkan bukti-bukti arkeologis. Adapun perang di sini mengacu pada serangkaian perlawanan rakyat yang melibatkan masyarakat yang memiliki asal-usul dan latar belakang beragam. Perang Banjar didukung oleh keturunan Kesultanan Banjar, dibantu oleh komunitas rakyat biasa yang berasal dari berbagai daerah di batang banyu di sepanjang aliran Sungai Barito. Dukungan perjuangan berasal dari masyarakat Banua Lima yang diidentikkan sebagai masyarakat Banjar hulu, masyarakat Bakumpai, serta dukungan dari Dayak Murung, Siang dan Taboyan. Dari aspek bukti sejarah, peristiwa perang ini meninggalkan bukti arkeologis termasuk makam tokoh-tokohnya. Melalui metode penelitian survei yang didukung data pustaka, dan informasi masyarakat, jejak perjuangan rakyat Kalimantan dalam menentang penjajahan Belanda dapat tergambarkan. Daerah aliran Sungai Barito telah menjadi saksi perjuangan dan perlawanan rakyat. Hal ini sudah semestinya menjadi landasan berpikir, bahwa kerjasama antarelemen masyarakat, antardaerah, dan antarlembaga di masa depan sangat diperlukan. Perbedaan bukan menjadi alasan, untuk tidak bekerjasama dalam membangun Kalimantan. The Banjar war or the Banjarmasin war can also be called the. The word of Banjar refers to the Islamic community bound by an empire, while Barito refers to the name of a very important river, which flows in parts of South Kalimantan, but more flows in the administrative area of Central Kalimantan. This paper aims to address the problem of why the term of Banjar war can also be referred to as the Barito War based on archaeological evidence. The war refers to a series of popular resistance involving people from diverse origins and backgrounds. Supported by the descendants of the Banjar Sultanate, assisted by ordinary community people from various areas of the batang banyu and Barito River basin communities. Supporter of the war came from the Banua Lima people who were identified as the Banjar hulu people, from the Bakumpai, Dayak Murung, Siang and Taboyan communities. From the aspect of historical evidence, this war event left some archeological evidences including the graves of war figures. Based on the historical evidence supported by the archeological remains of its characters. Through survey research methods supported by library data and public information, the footsteps of the struggle of the Kalimantan people in opposing Dutch colonialism can be illustrated. The Barito River watershed has witnessed the people's struggle and resistance. This should be the basis for cooperation between communities, regions, and institutions in the future. Difference is not a reason for not to cooperate in the development of Kalimantan.

This research aims to analyze the law of opening a place to eat during the month of Ramadan using usuliyah analysis. The research method used is qualitative with the Ushuliyah approach. The data source used was the jurisprudence books from several schools related to the research topic. The results showed that: (1) it is permissible to sell food to people who have not been obliged to fast, are unable to fast or are given relief not to fast, such as small children, women who are menstruating and people who are sick. Likewise, it is also permissible if the food will be consumed when not fasting, such as for breaking the fast or for eating sahur. (2) It is forbidden to sell food to a person who is obliged to observe fasting if he knows or thinks (dzon) that the food will be consumed during the day because this is considered to help immorality. If he does not know whether the food will be consumed during the day or not, then the law is makruh and it is better not to sell food to that person. That is why some scholars have issued a fatwa to close places where food and drinks are sold during the fasting month. (3) Trading or opening a place to eat for special reasons only for unbelievers, cannot be used as evidence.

The tribal people obtain their numerous requirements from the area they inhabit with the help simplest tools and without any technical aid. They face multiple challenges with the modern way of life but yet these people are the most caring and loving people. Idu Mishmi is one of the scheduled tribes in Arunachal Pradesh. It has a population that spread over Dibang Valley, Lower Dibang Valley, Lohit, and some parts of the East Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh. Idu Mishmi community of the state is also one of the tribes involved in hunting and trapping activities for live subsistence and leisure purposes too. From this piece of study, the author tries to understand the hunting and trapping technique used by the Idu tribe. This hunting and trapping are obsolete nowadays. Nevertheless, Hunting and trapping shall remain strongly linked to local culture and tradition as long as tribal lives exist.

The literary portrayal of the charismatic founders of monastic communities, and of their successors, abounds in descriptions of ascetic practices and devotion. However, the hegumenoi also needed to be individuals of the right standing and competence, as it was only such people who could properly represent the communities in relations with both lay and ecclesiastical authorities, secure the obedience of all the brethren, as well as efficiently manage the community and its assets. The nature and the exact procedure of superior’s appointment became increasingly relevant and began to interest both the church and the secular authorities once the monastic movement reached such a magnitude that it could no longer be left without proper institutional surveillance. In parallel, there was a growing awareness among monks themselves of the need to standardise the existing practices and experience. In this article I focus on the legal conditions delimiting the transfer of headship over monastic communities and their reflection in mundane reality. My aim is to see how documents of legal practice relate to the imperial legislation dealing with the appointment of the people in charge of the monasteries. The analysis of the superior selection process will allow for commenting on both the legal framework within which the monastic communities functioned, and the much broader issue of imperial policy towards the emerging holy houses. It should also enable some conclusions on the legal status of monastic communities and how it may have influenced the realities of appointing their administrative and spiritual heads.

It is often not all people's understanding of the event is in accordance with scientific concepts. This article describes the conceptions of a number of students about the day and night turnover events. This study was carried out through pictures and explanations from each participant's interview. Participants in this study consisted of 10 high school students and 16 first year students of Physics Education Study Program, all participants lived in Palangka Raya and its surroundings. Based on the results of the study, students still have many misconceptions about day-night shifts, for example the conception of revolving Earth models, rotation models, revolving sun-moon models, and blocking models. The conceptions found in this study have similarities with the results of studies abroad in various age groups and levels of education. Pertanyaannya: bagaimana peristiwa pergantian siang dan malam itu bisa terjadi? Seringkali tidak semua pemahaman orang-orang terhadap peristiwa tersebut sesuai dengan konsep ilmiah. Artikel ini mendeskripsikan konsepsi dari beberapa siswa dan mahasiswa tentang peristiwa pergantian siang dan malam. Studi ini dilaksanakan melalui gambar dan penjelasan dari wawancara masing-masing partisipan. Partisipan dalam studi ini terdiri dari: 10 siswa sekolah menengah dan 16 mahasiswa tahun pertama Prodi Pendidikan Fisika, seluruh partisipan tinggal di Kota Palangka Raya dan sekitarnya. Berdasarkan hasil studi, pada siswa dan mahasiswa masih banyak konsepsi-konsepsi yang salah tentang pergantian siang-malam, misalnya konsepsi revolving Earth model, rotation model, revolving sun-moon model, dan blocking model. The totem is an important part of traditional Chinese culture which represents the human aspiration to drive out evil spirits and achieve a happy life. The totem is a view of life held by the Chinese and is still believed today. This paper will look at the concept of the totem as a sacred view that is believed in Chinese culture in Bekasi, West Java through a form of the deity’s birthday ceremony of Hian Thian Siang Tee at the Hok Lay Kiong temple. The method used to collect data for the composition of this article is a qualitative method, by conducting observations and in-depth interview with selected informants which is several reliable informants. Observations were made at Hok Lay Kiong Temple during the preparations and during the deity’s birthday Hian Thian Siang Tee ceremony. In this study, through the ceremony at the Hok Lay Kiong temple the use of totems in the religious practices of Bekasi Chinese people is can be seen. The totem can reflect a sacred manifestation such as in the use of the Hian Thian Siang Tee flags. At that moment, these objects become sacred because they are used as a means for the medium to carry out the process of changing from profane to sacred. But in ordinary times, when it is not at ceremonies, these objects are stored and become something profane.

This paper, using the analytic methodology in the philosophical discipline, therefore argues that the acceptance of cultural knowledge from the platform of its identity in the quest for development in Africa is a conditio sine qua non.

For this reason, it is necessary to provide lunch so that adequate nutrition is met. The purpose of this study was to analyze the availability of macro nutrients on the lunch menu presented in Insan Mulia Kediri's integrated Islamic elementary school (SDIT) towards the nutritional adequacy of school children. Method : This type of research used observational analytics from time including crosscestional research Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. Sampling uses systematic random sampling technique with a sample of 216 students from a population of 442 students. Processing data using a distribution table and then presented in the form of tables and bar charts. Results : The provision of lunch menus by catering for 4 days, namely the average availability of macro-energy nutrients of 573 kcal, protein 15.3 grams, fat 7.0 grams, and carbohydrates 111.6 grams. The availability of energy is based on the adequacy of school children in more categories as many as 98 people (45.4%) and in the less category as many as 64 people (29.6%), Protein in the category of more than 101 people (46.8%), fat availability in the category there are 214 people (99.1%), and the availability of carbohydrates in the category is 151 people (69.9%). Conclusion : In general, the average availability of energy, protein, fat has fulfilled the adequacy of nutrition except fat. There is a significant relationship between the availability of macro nutrients and the nutritional adequacy of school children, which is 0.00 (p<0.05), so that the higher availability of macro nutrients is provided, the higher the nutritional adequacy of school children can be fulfilled.

The Covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact on all aspects of life, both in the fields of education, health, religion, economy, tourism, and others. In terms of education, the Covid-19 pandemic has inspired the birth of an online learning policy. The economic aspect has also stalled, due to the enactment of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) so that various conventional economic transactions have been significantly transformed into the online system. The religious sector has also been affected by changes, due to a reduction in the capacity of places of worship. Based on the results of participant observation, it was found that changes in the life order due to the Covid-19 pandemic also occurred in Village of Sine, Sragen, Central Java. Some of the problems that arise in the community are problems in the field of education, how to overcome difficulties in implementing online learning, in the religious field, the termination of TPA (Al-Quran Education Park) and other religious activities such as recitation, while in the health sector, how the community's efforts to increase resilience during a pandemic are not yet aware of the importance of washing hands correctly and wearing masks. The most vital aspect is the economy, where most people work as traders and factory workers who are forced to stop working. In order to reduce these difficulties, community service activities were carried out that focused on several identified problems. Among the activities that have been carried out are learning assistance to children, organizing TPA for children, organizing socialization on preventing the spread of Covid-19 and providing entrepreneurial motivation for people affected by Covid-19. For the implementation of this community service activity, the residents of Sine Village feel very helped, and hope that it will be sustainable.

Abstract In 1620 Jacob Cats published his didactic poem Self-stryt, about the biblical story of Joseph in Potiphar’s house (Genesis 39) the title of which he might have borrowed from the English translation by his friend Josuah Sylvester, of George Goodwin’s Automachia (1607). Self-stryt can be read as an Arminian text, as the protagonist Joseph fights off the advances of Potiphar’s wife, with God’s help surely but in the first place by his own good will. In 1620 this would be a dangerous view. The persecution of the Remonstrants was still in full flow. Maybe at instigation of the clergy of Middelburg, good friends of the poet, he therefore added an emblematic poem Sinne-beelt, plus commentary in which he defended the Counter-remonstrant theology, with a heavy accent on God’s grace through Jesus Christ. The real Self-stryt is now only to be found in born-again Christians and not in all well-meaning people. The combination of Self-stryt and Sinne-beelt makes the book acceptable for orthodox readers. My argument is that Cats himself did not want to be involved in the dogmatic quarrels of the period. When commenting on the Synod of Dordt (1618-1619), at the time but also later on, he always avoids taking sides. His own position might be characterized as semipela-gianist or synergist: man must be willing to accept God’s grace.

Dans cet article, on cherche à définir le degré d'indépendance des personnes âgées qui résident à Amsterdam dans la seconde moitié du XIXe siècle. On examine la structure des ménages et le degré d'activité des personnes âgées dans trois groupes sociaux. A partir des registres de population, il apparaît que presque la moitié des personnes âgées vivent dans des ménages où leurs enfants sont présents, la plupart co-résident avec des enfants non mariés. On a comparé les formes de résidence au décès, avec les formes rencontrées dix ans auparavant: il ressort que c'est bien la résidence avec des enfants non mariés qui prédomine à long terme dans la dernière période de vie. Les formes de résidence varient aussi suivant le sexe et le statut matrimonial. Les hommes sont d'avantage que les femmes à la tête des ménages et les individus mariés ou veufs le sont aussi plus souvent que les non mariés. Etre chef de ménage est interprêté comme un signe d'indépendance et si les personnes âgées pouvaient ainsi garder leur autonomie, cela dépendait assurément en grande partie de leur aptitude à garder un emploi rémunéré.

Recently, the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, a hallowed cultural institution, was transformed into an ecclesiastical couture extravaganza through the installation of the Anna Wintour Costume Institute’s latest exhibition, Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination. This exhibition showcased papal finery as well as gorgeous couture gowns juxtapositioned with icons from the Met’s collection in various galleries, some even installed within vitrines where fashion objects nestled right in beside antiquities. This exhibition went on to become the highest attended (and therefore also highest grossing) exhibition in the museum’s history, and while undoubtedly a beautiful spectacle, it also bought up relevant issues of didactic cultural display, the incursion of commercial interests in public institutions, and which voices are included and which are excluded from this specific display. Of particular note are some of the other messages that have been inspired by a Catholic “imagination,” both implicit and explicit, especially in how they relate to LGBTQ+ people and the original intentions of some of the designers. Ultimately, the exhibition inadvertently illuminates what is truly worshiped by a contemporary, urbane, non-believer living in a secular society: fashion. This paper is an exploration of some of the larger themes that are brought up when secular and religious iconography are brought together in a large-scale public institutional display, and also includes an experiential review of the exhibition by the author at both the Met 5th Avenue as well as the Cloisters locations.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui peluang wirausaha yang ada di Dusun Sekinyak yang bertujuan dalam meningkatkan perekonomian. Metode penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif, dengan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian berada di kecamatan Lumar, Dusun Sekinyak, Kabupaten Bengkayang. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Dusun Sekinyak. Informasi yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini ini menunjukkan bahwa Desa Belimbing, Dusun Sekinyak menumbuhkan peluang usaha bagi masyarakat setempat, seperti usaha penjualan hasil bumi, usaha kuliner maupun souvenir.

Abstract. Local peoples from Niakhar in the Senegalese peanut basin highlight a dramatic increase of water access problems due to marked rainfall deficits and salinization of surface and ground water resources. The chemical quality of groundwaters is often critical because of the salinization process, whereas water surfaces, which should be used in such situations, are up early. More and more, lowlands and rivers beds are pervaded by salt crusts. Then the salinization of wells is increasing, leading to the extension of tans (salty of acidified soils). To study the impacts of climatic pejoration on the agroecosystems and on the living conditions of the populations, we carried out the analysis of the time series of the precipitations with daily and annual time steps from 1950 to 2015 on 6 meteorological stations, in situ measurements on 78 wells for an area of 311 km2, as well as local population interviews and field observation. The results confirm an important climatic break in the region in 1970. The long dry period, from 1970 to 2009, has increased the annual rain variability, decreased the number of rainy days per year. We confirm a real and large extension of well salinization, and salt crusting in the lowlands and the riverbeds. From the local people, it seems the process of degradation of the aquifers continues to progress from a large tidal event in 1984. The rainfall increase noted in the last decade does not seem to be enough to reverse the trend and to ensure both the rise of the piezometric level of the aquifers and the desalinization of surface and ground waters.

Praktyczny przewodnik po wymowie i intonacji z ćwiczeniami, was guided by two principles, meaning that the phonological system of the native language may be a starting point and the articulation base for learning foreign pronunciation as well as that the next learning units should be based on the most difficult parts of Russian phonetics – especially those in which an interference with Polish language is observed, and those which involve pronunciation mistakes, frequently made by Polish speaking people learn-ing Russian. Finally, the material layout consists of simultaneous isolation of difficulties during the systematic introduction of the new phonetic elements.

The procedure defined as 'The Archeology of the Politics of Oblivion' reconstructs in all previous research completely neglected aspects of the genesis of historical and political factors of the project of denial of Bosniaks as a separate people / nation, erasing their historical name, language name and ethnic, spiritual, cultural and state identity; 2. The issue of the relationship between Bosniaks as a people / nation and Bosnia, as their home state, which they created and defended, from the general problem-theory perspective as well as from recent events and with the current situation being considered; 3. The thesis is argued that the preservation of the historical name „Bosniaks“, returned on September 28, 1993, is a permanent strategic imperative of all Bosniaks in the world and a conditio sine qua non of the survival of Bosnia as a state and as a concept.. The initiative to use the territorial determinants „Bosnians“ or „Bosnians and Herzegovinians“ instead of the historical name, which aims to definitively remove Bosniaks from the historical scene as a people / nation, is critically analysed. Since the survival of Bosniaks is a necessary condition for the survival and existence of Bosnia, the imperatives of the historical moment require the unconditional acceptance of the historical name „Bosniaks“, the renewal of the sense of common belonging and mutual connection of Bosniaks as a people / nation, strengthening the emotional connection with one's own national being and establishing the awareness of the moral obligation of every individual Bosniak towards his/her Bosniak people and their home state of Bosnia.

The parameters can becalculated and the 1Hz to 3Hz square and sine wave vibration characteristics test can be completed in the system. Using the system we can evaluate the vehicle vibration characteristics and ride comfort better .So the test results have a certain value.

Tidak terkecuali untuk warga perumahan Griya Wiyata Asri (GWA) III, RT 19, Kelurahan Karang Joang, Balikpapan. Sejauh ini, pelaksanaan Siskamling terbukti efektif dalam meminimalisir terjadinya tindak kejahatan di perumahan GWA III, terutama pada malam hari. Namun, permasalahan terjadi pada siang hari karena mayoritas warga perumahan masuk dalam kategori produktif, bekerja sehingga berada di luar perumahan, bahkan ada yang di luar kota. Suasana perumahan sangat sepi, sehingga meninggalkan celah tindakan kriminalitas bisa terjadi pada siang hari. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan upaya penanggulan atau pencegahan tindak kriminalitas. Untuk membantu upaya pencegahan tindak kriminalitas, dirakitlah sebuah Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). UAV ini digunakan untuk memantau kondisi di perumahan GWA III. Metode evaluasi dari pengabdian masyarakat tahap awal ini adalah sebatas melalui observasi hasil pemantauan udara. Dari hasil foto, kejernihan foto dan kondisi perumahan yang dapat diobservasi secara jelas per bingkai foto udara, maka UAV ini berpotensi untuk digunakan sebagai penunjang siskamling dengan permasalahan kurangnya sumber daya manusia pada siang hari di perumahan GWA III ini. This incude robbery, child kidnapping, female abuse that have been a great concern in many residential in Balikpapan. One of this residence is Griya Wiyata Asri III Residence. In this residence, a neigbourhood security system has been made. In this system, the resident of this residence have a shift to do a night watching. This system have been effective in the night, but in the daylight, because most of the people are in productive age, most of them working outside of this residential, make this residential empty, thus, making an opportunity for criminal to occur. To answer this probem, an unmanned aerial vehicle was built to monitor the condition of the neighbourhood. The evaluation of this preliminary stage of this community service was done merely from the results of the aerial view. This aerial view, it is so clear and can capture well the activity done in the neighbourhood in a one frame. So, this UAV have a potential to be used as aid to the neighbourhood security system which have a problem on lacking some human resources in the daylight. Keywords: UAV; security; neighbourhood.

In this paper, three methods for solving the exact solutions of the nonlinear 2 + 1 -dimensional Jaulent-Miodek equation are introduced in detail. First of all, the exact solutions of this nonlinear equation are obtained by using the exp − ϕ z -expansion method, tanh method, and sine-cosine method. Secondly, the relevant results are verified and simulated by using Maple software. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the above three methods listed in the paper are analyzed, and the conclusion was drawn by us. These methods are straightforward and concise in very easier ways.

The question addressed by this essay is whether Thomas Hobbes is the true intellectual forebear of John Locke. A brief comparison of the teachings of these two authors with respect to natural justice and civil justice would seem to suggest that Locke is a determined adversary of Hobbes whose views on justice are reducible to the maxim that “might makes right.” But a reexamination of Locke's Second Treatise shows that Locke adopts this principle with hardly less thoroughness than Hobbes. Even so, an important difference remains, for Locke takes steps to disguise the grim reality of power, whereas Hobbes makes the enlightenment of people the sine qua non of his political science. Locke's departure from Hobbes is seen as an attempt to instill in the body politic a degree of justice that would not otherwise exist.

Borrowed from Ayi Kwei Armah’s The Beautiful Ones are Not Yet Born, the notion of ‘New People, New Style, Old Dance” is a perfect description of the kind and type of leadership that characterizes post independent Africa as exemplified in the plays of Bate Besong. This paper x-rays the parasitic nature of leadership politics in Besong’s plays and argues amongst other issues that the dreams of independence were all deferred with the accession to power by the neo-colonialist. It further stresses that the political transition of power from the colonial to the neo-colonial regime was a mere changed of political actors and tactics but the doctrine of oppression, exploitation, corruption and embezzlement amongst many other social vices still remained unchanged. Like their predecessors, these leaders perceived power as an opportunity for personal gains and not for the benefit of all and sundry.
From a Marxist critical paradigm, the analysis in this paper validates the Marxist dictum that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely (Emerich, 1887.1902). Besong’s plays in terms of ideology can rightly be considered as a dramatization of the excesses of autocratic leadership, conceived, spear headed and master minded by a group of beastlike (or Zombie) creatures with absolutely no concern for the suffering masses. Also, that his plays capture and dramatize the grimness and futility of the human condition in postcolonial Cameroon in particular and Africa at large. Furthermore, the analyses reveal that Africa’s leadership is responsible for the inability of the continent to emancipate itself from poverty, epidemics and persistent diseases. As a result, a continent rich in natural and human resources is continuously characterize by coup d’états, civil wars and social unrests because the wealth of the nation is at the mercy of a few elites while the rest of the citizenry suffer in abject poverty. Besong therefore as a ‘writer in postcolonial politics’ frowns at autocratic leadership and his plays suggest that Cameroon in particular and African as a whole need a new set of leaders with a decolonized mindset as conditions sine qua non for their emancipation from physical and mental oppression, corruption and exploitation.

Summary: Assessment of dysfunctional cognitive processes that guide maladaptive behavioral functioning is a sine qua non for cognitive behavioral treatment. Such an assessment, however, is cursed with at least three problems. Firstly, people may not always have access to their cognitive processes, which may hamper the retrieval of them by means of direct questioning procedures. Secondly, the contents of dysfunctional cognitions can be highly idiographic, which may limit their assessment by means of nomothetic instruments. Thirdly, one may wish to go beyond the assessment of the contents of the cognitive beliefs and chart the links with the situational conditions under which these dysfunctional beliefs are applicable, their interrelations and their links with the ultimate maladaptive behaviors. This article describes a novel method that may be helpful in this respect. After outlining its major principles, we illustrate them with a case study of an impulse control disordered patient.

Children with ASD often attend groups to improve social skills, but strategies for building and maintaining friendships are not consistently addressed or measured following intervention. In this article, our objective is to build an understanding of peer relationships and friendships in school-aged children with ASD and how to best support them. In this article, we describe characteristics of peer relationships and friendships for children with ASD. We discuss current research findings on intervention to improve social skills, peer relationships, and friendships in school-aged children with ASD. Finally, we give suggestions for clinical practice and future research.

The organisation and functioning of the constitutionally-determined institutions of power in BiH is based on the constituent nature of the nations, enclosed in amendments to the entity constitutions made after the 2000 Decision of the Constitutional Court on the Constituency of Peoples, which regulate representation and the manner of the protection of the interests of the peoples. This article proceeds from the point that vital discussion on constitutional regulation is leading to a marginalisation of the discussion on harmonising domestic legislation with the EU acquis, conditio sine qua non in terms of fulfilling the requirements of the Stabilisation and Accession Agreement, not least in the area of labour law, and gaining admission to the EU. Above all, society is only changed through reform in which - panta rei - everything flows.

Risiko tersebut banyak disebabkan oleh pajanan partikulat di udara, khususnya partikulat berukuran di bawah 2,5 mikron (PM2,5). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis risiko pajanan PM2,5 di udara ambien siang hari pada masyarakat di kawasan industri semen. Risiko dihitung dengan metode Analisis Risiko Kesehatan Lingkungan berdasarkan metode Louvar yang menghasilkan nilai Intake pajanan yang diterima individu per hari berdasarkan nilai konsentrasi pajanan, pola aktivitas individu, dan nilai antropometri. Konsentrasi PM2,5 di lingkungan diukur pada 10 titik dengan radius 500 meter antartitik dari pusat pabrik, sedangkan pola aktivitas dan nilai antropometri diukur dengan menggunakan kuesioner pada 92 responden dewasa di kawasan pabrik. Hasil perhitungan risiko yang diterima seumur hidup (lifetime) menunjukkan terdapat tiga area berisiko dengan nilai RQ > 1, yaitu Ring 2 (500 – 1.000 m), Ring 4 (1.500 – 2.000 m), dan Ring 5 (2.000 – 2.500 m). Daerah paling aman yang dapat dihuni oleh masyarakat di kawasan industri semen adalah di atas 2,5 km dari pusat industri dengan konsentrasi paling aman 0,028 mg/m3.Kata kunci: Industri semen, infeksi saluran pernapasan, partikulat PM2,5AbstractOne of the negative impacts of cement industry to public health is an increased risk of respiratory disease. These risks are caused by exposure to particulate matter in air, especially fine particulate matter which is smaller than 2,5 microns (PM2,5). This study aimed to analyze the risks of PM2,5 exposure in ambien air at noon on people around cement industry. Risk was calculated using Environmental Health Risk Analysis Method that generates value of individual exposure intake received per day. This value was generated based on the concentration of exposure, individual activity patterns, and anthropometric values. PM2,5 concentrations in the environment was measured at 10 points (Ring) from the center of plant with radius of 500 meters each point. The activity patterns and anthropometric values were measured using questionnaire to 92 adult respondents around the factory. The calculation of lifetime risk showed that there are three risked area: Ring 2 (500 – 1.000 m), Ring 4 (1.500 – 2.000 m), and Ring 5 (2.000 – 2.500 m). Abstract SINE (Selective Inhibitors of Nuclear Export) block the activity of XPO1/CRM1, 1 of 7 nuclear export proteins in cells, forcing the nuclear retention of key tumor suppressor proteins (TSP), leading to selective apoptosis of tumor cells. The purpose of these studies was to evaluate the in vitro activity of SINE against canine tumor cell lines and investigate the biological activity of Verdinexor (KPT-335) in dogs with spontaneous cancers as proof of principle for human clinical studies with SINE. Several different canine tumor cell lines including those derived from Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) exhibited growth inhibition and apoptosis in response to nanomolar concentrations of SINE; NHL cells were particularly sensitive with IC50 concentrations ranging from 2-42 nM. A Phase I clinical trial of Verdinexor was performed in dogs with cancer with an emphasis on NHL given in vitro activity demonstrated against the tumor cell lines. The maximum tolerated dose (MTD) was 1.75 mg/kg twice per week although biological activity was observed at 1 mg/kg. Clinical benefit including Partial Response (PR) and Stable Disease (SD) for at least 4 weeks was observed in 9/14 dogs with NHL with a median time to progression of 66 days (range 35-256). A dose expansion study was performed in 6 dogs with NHL given 1.5 mg/kg Verdinexor on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday (MWF) regimen; clinical benefit (PR + SD) was observed in 4/6 dogs with a median time to progression of 83 days (range 35-250+). Toxicities were primarily gastrointestinal in nature consisting of anorexia, weight loss, vomiting and diarrhea and were manageable with supportive care and dose modulation. A validated health related Quality of Life (QOL) form used to assess dogs during treatment demonstrated that the overall quality of life did not decrease in dogs in this study supporting the notion that clinical toxicities associated with Verdinexor are generally well tolerated. Based on these findings, a Phase IIb study was performed in 58 dogs with either newly diagnosed or relapsed NHL. Drug was administered initially at 1.5 mg/kg MWF, but this dosing regimen was changed to 1.25 mg/kg M/Th due to the high rate of anorexia and weight loss on the MWF regimen; dose escalation was permitted to 1.5 mg/kg on the M/Th regimen. The objective response rate was 34% (1 CR, 19 PR) with an additional 33 dogs experiencing SD for a minimum of 4 weeks, resulting in a of 91% disease control rate. While the median time to progression was approximately 5 weeks, 19 dogs (32%) remained on study drug for >8 weeks; several dogs continue to receive Verdinexor. Laboratory abnormalities were minimal and clinical toxicities were mild on the M/Th regimen. Together, these data provide robust evidence that the novel orally bioavailable XPO1 inhibitor Verdinexor exhibits single agent biological activity in a spontaneous large animal model of human NHL. Furthermore, Verdinexor was well tolerated even in the absence of supportive care, suggesting that SINE compounds could exhibit good long-term tolerability in people. Quite by chance after this lecture had been written I saw at first hand part of the fire-fighting operation in the Tanneron in the South of France using flying-boats. This provided an excellent point from which to begin.On 23rd August 1986 a vast fire was started deliberately, it was alleged, in the valley of the River Siagne, between Grasse and Mandelieu. There was a strong mistral blowing at the time. It was brought under control two days later with the aid of a small force of around nine ‘Pelicans’:Canadair CL-215flying-boats (Plate 1). Each aeroplane can scoop up over 5000 litres (more than five tons) of water, in 10 seconds while planing at 70 knots (Plate 2). At times three aircraft would land in loose formation to do so. In the end the fire, said to be the worst since 1706, was reported to have destroyed 10 000 hectares (say 25 000 acres) of farm, forest and homes. Four people died, 700 suffered from burns and asphyxia, 8000 were left homeless.

Therefore the government is required to be able to be fair by providing equal opportunities for every citizen to take education (formal) and be able to protect and guarantee the rights of citizens, especially for those who are financially incapable so that they can continue to receive proper education.
