Abstract:
Seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, desain rumah toko mengalami perubahan berdasarkan kebutuhan. Kegiatan jual beli yang awalnya dilayani sepenuhnya oleh penjual mengalami perubahan yaitu pembeli dapat memilih dan mengambil barang yang dipilih karena adanya swalayan yang menggeser aktivitas jual beli semula. Era pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak pada desain rumah toko yang harus menyesuaikan dengan protokol yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan perancangan ini yaitu menyelesaikan permasalahan terkait bagaimana penerapan prinsip feng shui sehingga dapat menjadi solusi desain untuk rumah toko di era pandemi. Penerapan prinsip feng shui dilakukan dengan penataan ruang dan furnitur serta peletakkan bukaan berupa pintu dan jendela yang dapat menimbulkan cross ventilation. Metode yang digunakan yaitu design thinking yang terdiri dari enam tahapan yaitu understand, observe, point of view, ideate, prototype, dan test. Hasil dari perancangan ini berupa redesain rumah toko Sentral Phone yang menjual handphone dan aksesorisnya dengan konsep Positive Comfort yang menerapkan feng shui untuk mengalirkan angin ke dalam setiap ruang pada rumah toko dengan tata ruang, tata perabot, peletakan bukaan, penggunaan partisi, dan penerapan gaya chinese contemporer.

Abstract:
Feng shui was a part of the cultural heritage of ancient Chinese society mainly used to design buildings and spaces according to the birth date or the basic elements of the owner or the person who occupied a building to achieve harmony and balance with the environment aimed to bring peace and prosperity. Feng shui practices had become a matter of debate among Christians. The question was whether feng shui practices such as calculations in building construction, determining the direction a tomb should face, or finding a date to start a business did not conflict with God's Word. From a non-theological point of view, feng shui was well accepted because it seemed reasonable. This article discussed feng shui from a theological perspective by referring to Colossians 2:8. In the research of this article, the researchers used a qualitative descriptive method with an exposition approach where data collection was obtained from literature studies and interviews. The results of the discussion on this topic showed that theologians concurred that feng shui did not correspond with God's Word, while the Bible interpreted feng shui as a false philosophy. The conclusion drawn was the rejection of feng shui practices by theologians and the Bible.

Abstract:
El número básico de reproducción, en la modelización de enfermedades infecciosas es un valor fundamental para diseñar estrategias de control. Calcular el valor de R0 puede ser difícil en algunas situaciones debido a la complejidad del modelo. Esta complejidad a menudo obstaculiza el cálculo explícito de R0 y dificulta la comprensión de cómo diferentes poblaciones y parámetros influyen en su valor. Trabajos recientes han propuesto el número de reproducción objetivo como alternativa al R0 (Shuai et al., 2013). El número de reproducción objetivo muestra cómo, a través del análisis de algunos de los subsistemas que describen el comportamiento de una enfermedad infecciosa, es posible ejercer control sobre todo el sistema. El número de reproducción objetivo puede proporcionar un marco para la toma de decisiones en salud pública. En este trabajo lo aplicamos a dos modelos: un modelo con vacunación incompleta y un modelo para la leptospirosis. Los modelos presentados exhiben dos características fundamentales del número de reproducción objetivo. En primer lugar, la simplicidad de su expresión en comparación con el número de reproducción básico. En segundo lugar, su comportamiento análogo al R0 en 1.

Abstract:
The traditional culture of Chinese society is influenced by the traditional teachings of Confucianism. The success of the Hokkian ethnic Chinese trade business is inseparable from the application of business culture. The application of Hokkian ethnic Chinese business culture in Prabumulih City is inseparable from ancestral teachings, business principles, business systems. This research aims to examine or analyze business culture against the success of the Hokkian ethnic Chinese trade in Prabumulih City. This study uses descriptive qualitative research types and there are ten informants who are owners of trade businesses such as snack shops, grocery stores, building and plastic stores, car spare parts stores. Data collection uses observations, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data in the study was analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. The results of the analysis showed that ethnic Chinese Hokkians uphold a culture that is also applied to business practices, consisting of Guanxi and time management. The ancestral teachings that are still used today are feng shui. Ethnic Chinese business principles use Tao Zhu Gong principle, Hokkian ethnic Chinese business system consists of five systems. This cultural approach influences business decisions related to managerial as well as operational. ABSTRAK Budaya tradisional masyarakat Tionghoa dipengaruhi oleh ajaran tradisional konfusianisme. Keberhasilan usaha dagang etnis Tionghoa Hokkian tidak terlepas dari adanya penerapan budaya bisnis. Penerapan budaya bisnis etnis Tionghoa Hokkian di Kota Prabumulih tidak terlepas dari ajaran leluhur, prinsip bisnis, sistem bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji atau menganalisis budaya bisnis terhadap keberhasilan dagang etnis Tionghoa Hokkian di Kota Prabumulih. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan terdapat sepuluh informan yang merupakan pemilik dari usaha dagang seperti toko makanan ringan, toko kelontong, toko bangunan dan plastik, toko sparepart mobil. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam serta dokumentasi. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles and Huberman. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa etnis Tionghoa Hokkian menjunjung tinggi budaya yang juga diterapkan pada praktek bisnis, terdiri dari Guanxi dan manajemen waktu. Ajaran leluhur yang masih digunakan hingga saat ini yaitu feng shui. Prinsip bisnis etnis Tionghoa menggunakan prinsip Tao Zhu Gong, Sistem bisnis etnis Tionghoa Hokkian terdiri dari lima sistem. Pendekatan budaya ini mempengaruhi keputusan bisnis yang berkaitan dengan manajerial dan juga operasional.

Abstract:
Prilog počinje kratkim pregledom povijesti hrvatskih prijevoda Danteove Božanstvene komedije o kojima je autorica, kao i drugi, već opširnije pisala, ali ovaj put inzistira na sudu da se ta povijest uglavnom sastojala od potrage za odgovarajućim metričkim rješenjima. U središnjem dijelu priloga na nekoliko se primjera analizira prijevodna strategija na kojoj se temelji vrlo različit nedavni prijevod Pakla što ga je 2021. godine o sedamstotoj godišnjici Danteove smrti izradio hrvatski prevoditelj Božidar Petrač. Njegov je prijevod specifičan po tome što nudi prozu supostavljenu i suprotstavljenu (a fronte) Danteovoj poeziji. Premda Petračeva proza na nekim mjestima u svojim rješenjima možda nudi odviše objašnjenja, njegov prijevod nastoji (i uspijeva) postići čitljivost i za onu publiku koja će cijeniti usporedbu s izvornikom, i za onu koja će konzultirati uvode svakome pjevanju te bilješke koje ga prate, kao i za onu koja će, napokon, biti kadra čitati ovo remek-djelo bez odviše teškoća. Osobita pozornost posvećuje se Danteovim ključnim riječima, konceptualnim riječima, ili, kako se one u prilogu najradije nazivaju “doktrinarnim” riječima. Njima se prevoditelj Petrač posebno posvećuje, kao što i priliči Danteovu djelu koje je predugo bilo držano tek pjesničkim djelom iako je svakako govorilo o svijetu Danteova vremena. Zaključak priloga jest to da je Petrač kao prevoditelj ponudio hrvatskom čitateljstvu tekst koji će za njega funkcionirati te stavio točku na ustrajanje na srokovnoj (ili bar, metričkoj shemi) kao dominanti hrvatskih prijevoda Komedije. Izriče se procjena da bi Petračev prijevod mogao biti prvi od hrvatskih prijevoda Komedije koji će zaživjeti u dvadeset i prvom stoljeću.

El pasado 7 de octubre de 2014 se anunció, por parte del correspondiente comité, que el premio Nobel de Física 2014 se les concedió a los japoneses Isamu Akasaki, Hiroshi Amano y Shuji Nakamura por la invención de los diodos emisores de luz (LED, por sus siglas en inglés) con emisión en la región verde-azul del espectro visible (Nakamura, Mukai & Senoh, 1991). La importancia de este invento está relacionada tanto con las potenciales aplicaciones de los LED azules como fuente de luz eficiente y ecológica, como en el desarrollo de los llamados sistemas cuánticos. Es así como actualmente el desarrollo de dispositivos electrónicos y opto-electrónicos, cuya región activa está constituida por estructuras cuánticas, está fuertemente modulado por la capacidad de fabricar dichas estructuras con una alta calidad cristalina, un alto control de la composición química y, sobre todo, con gran reproducibilidad. En este sentido, las técnicas de crecimiento epitaxial constituyen la piedra angular en el desarrollo tecnológico que supone la nano-electrónica. En este trabajo se plantean, en general, los diferentes procesos químicos y físicos que tienen lugar durante un crecimiento por Epitaxia de Capas Atómicas (Atomic Layer Epitaxy, ALE) de pozos cuánticos ultra-delgados (Ultra-Thin Quantum Wells, UTQW) de ZnXCd1-X.Se y se estudian, en particular, la cinética del proceso de adsorción de Zn dentro de la estructura cristalina en términos de una ecuación de reacción de primer orden que define la composición de la estructura en función de la temperatura del sustrato (Ts) y del flujo de átomos de zinc. Se obtienen los valores para la energía de activación, el factor pre-exponencial y la constante de adsorción de Zn. La composición química de los UTQW es uno de los parámetros más importantes para el diseño de estructuras cuánticas, ya que define la energía de emisión en potenciales aplicaciones opto-electrónicas y, en particular, en el desarrollo de LED azules y UV.

Understanding why Islam has contributed little to contemporary religious and spiritual innovations allows us to see the principles underlying cultural borrowing. With its creator God, authoritative text, religious dogmas, and defined ways of life, Islam is too much like Christianity for cultural appropriation, and there is a considerable Muslim presence in the West that constrains borrowing. Such appropriation is easiest when ideas are not embedded in a large faith community (feng shui is an example), when they are retrieved from an ancient and undocumented past (as with Celtic Christianity), or when they are entirely fictional (as with the supposed characteristics of Atlantis).
