Abstract:
This article defines and explains the transdiagnostic approach to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and elaborates on its conceptual foundations and implications for research and practice. We argue that the approach has good philosophical, historical, pragmatic, and empirical foundations. We distinguish between transdiagnostic approaches based on multiple processes that are universally applied (e.g., Harvey, Watkins, Mansell, & Shafran, 2004), multiple processes limited in the range of disorders covered (e.g., Fairburn, Cooper, & Shafran, 2003), symptom-based accounts (e.g., Persons, 1986), and universal single process accounts (e.g., experiential avoidance, self-absorption). We summarize existing evidence and identify key issues relating to the methodology of future research on the transdiagnostic approach. The article concludes by highlighting the great potential benefits of the approach and highlights significant practical, political, and scientific obstacles to putting it into practice on a large scale.

Abstract:
Relationships between obsessive-compulsive symptoms and several cognitive constructs that are theoretically related to such symptoms were investigated among university students. A total of 211 subjects filled in a measure of the frequency of intrusive thoughts based on Clark and de Silva (1985), Salkovskis' Responsibility Attitudes Scale (RAS) (Salkovskis et al., 2000), the Thought-Action Fusion Scale (TAF) (Shafran, Thordarson, & Rachman, 1996), Wegner and Zanakos' (1994) White Bear Suppression Inventory (WBSI), and the Maudsley Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory (MOCI) (Hodgson & Rachman, 1977). The main hypothesis addressed was that in accordance with Salkovskis' model (1996) responsibility and thought suppression serve as mediators between intrusive thoughts and obsessive-compulsive symptoms as measured with the MOCI. The results were consistent with the model.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article is analysis of possible versions concerning the interpretation of the Antonin Dvorak’s concert for cello with orchestra, h-moll or. 104, their origin and influence on the manner of performance. Moscow and Leningrad schools are taken as an example. Schools of S. Kozolupov and O. Strimer represent vividly different views on means of theory and interpretation. In my opinion, the most colorful and controversial on the matter of interpretation are the following representatives of the music schools: M. Rostropovich as a representative of the S. Kozolupov views and D. Shafran for O. Strimer school. These cellists are interesting not only because of their vivid difference in the vision of theory and interpretations of music works, but also by the fact that they have made a lot of effort to popularize the cello and bring it to the level of solo instrument as high as the violin and piano. The methods of this research consist of historical, empirical, practical, interpretive-comparative approaches, which are based on examination of performance versions through the prism of the pedagogical schools influence on the aspects of the art-technological plan. The scientific novelty consists in the lack of material on the comparison of interpretative versions of the concert for cello A. Dvorak h-moll op. 104 performed by Soviet cellists Mstislav Rostropovich and Daniil Shafran, in terms of the influence of "school" on technical techniques and artistic vision of the work, which is considered as an example, in his genre, of the most striking combinations of deep lyricism, drama and the need for a masterly skills of instrument proficiency. It’s one of a few favorite concerts of the Romantic era among the soloists of cello. Thus, it contains a broad background for an interpretative analysis. Conclusions. Comparison of interpretative versions, as a method of performing analysis contributes to a vivid representation of the artistic content of the work, helps to find its own style combining already used technical and agogic techniques of the performance with new artistic views.

Abstract:
Cognitive accounts of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) propose that an individual’s early experiences contribute to the development of different belief domains, which in turn represent fertile ground for the development of the disorder (e.g., Salkovskis, Shafran, Rachman, & Freeston, 1999). This study examined the proximal relationship between specific, narrowly defined childhood experiences (CEs) and distinct adult OCD-related beliefs (Obsessive Beliefs Questionnaire-87 [OBQ-87]) through the self-reports of 83 participants with OCD and 213 unselected student participants. CEs variables were operationalized via theoretical groupings of items on an early experience questionnaire (QEE) relevant to distinct OBQ belief domains. These proximal relationships were assessed according to predictions from both a specific and a nonspecific vulnerability hypothesis. Correlational analyses were supportive of both but mostly of a nonspecific vulnerability model. Results are discussed regarding the understanding of the possible multideterministic pathways to OCD development.

Abstract:
Emanating from a family of statistical techniques used for the analysis of multivariate data to measure latent variables and their interrelationships, structural equation modeling (SEM) is briefly introduced. The basic tenets of SEM, the principles of model creation, identification, estimation and evaluation are outlined and a four-step procedure for applying SEM to test an evidence-based model of eating disorders (transdiagnostic cognitive-behavioural theory; Fairburn, Cooper, & Shafran, 2003) using previously obtained data on eating psychopathology within an athletic population (Shanmugam, Jowett, & Meyer, 2011) is presented and summarized. Central issues and processes underpinning SEM are discussed and it is concluded that SEM offers promise for testing complex, integrated theoretical models and advances of research within the social sciences, with the caveat that it should be restricted to situations wherein there is a pre-existing substantial base of empirical evidence and a strong conceptual understanding of the theory undergirding the research question.

Abstract:
Background: Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT-E) (Fairburn, Cooper and Shafran, 2003) was developed as a treatment approach for eating disorders focusing on both core psychopathology and additional maintenance mechanisms. Aims: To evaluate treatment outcomes associated with CBT-E in a NHS Eating Disorders Service for adults with bulimia and atypical eating disorders and to make comparisons with a previously published randomized controlled trial (Fairburn et al., 2009) and “real world” evaluation (Byrne, Fursland, Allen and Watson, 2011). Method: Participants were referred to the eating disorder service between 2002 and 2011. They were aged between 18–65 years, registered with a General Practitioner within the catchment area, and had experienced symptoms fulfilling criteria for BN or EDNOS for a minimum of 6 months. Results: CBT-E was commenced by 272 patients, with 135 completing treatment. Overall, treatment was associated with significant improvements in eating disorder and associated psychopathology, for both treatment completers and the intention to treat sample. Conclusions: Findings support dissemination of CBT-E in this context, with significant improvements in eating disorder psychopathology. Improvements to global EDE-Q scores were higher for treatment completers and lower for the intention to treat sample, compared to previous studies (Fairburn et al., 2009; Byrne et al., 2011). Level of attrition was found at 40.8% and non-completion of treatment was associated with higher levels of anxiety. Potential explanations for these findings are discussed.

Abstract:
Al-Shafaa Bint Awf is a very noble follower of the prophet Muhammad ( PBUH) , but the sources give scant materials about her in comparison with the male followers or some females like Khadija and Aisha and other Prophet's glorious wives. Al-Shaffa was the mother of one of the earliest follower of the prophet , although her link with the prophet and the Sirah is back to much earlier date; Her family was connected with both families of Abd-Allah and Amina ( the parents of Muhammad). There are reports talking about her attendance of Muhammad's (PBUH) birth. She enjoyed very close ties with Muhammad and his family, and became one of the first believers in Islam. She also emigrated to the Medina and lived there with the company of her son Abd Al-Rahman. Lastly, there is a third aspect in the biography of Al-shaffa that was her death which is connected with an important Sunnah, that was Al-Itaka or ransoming of the dyed peoples by freeing slaves and giving money in charity of them.

In this work, the dependence of Shafranov parameter on plasma internal inductance has been studied by using the solution of Grad–Shafranov equation (GSE) for Hefei Tokamak-7. The Shafranov parameter was obtained from the solution of GSE, using the expansion of free functions, which is quadratic in flux function. Then, we can find the dependence of Shafranov parameter on plasma internal inductance.

Abstract:
The SHAFDAN is the largest wastewater treatment plant in Israel and currently treats 360,000 m3/day of municipal wastewater, about 92% of its treatment capacity. Waste sludge from the plant is discharged to the Mediterranean Sea through a marine outfall. The SHAFDAN is committed to ending the disposal of its sludge to the sea by the end of 2016 by providing a land-based biosolids management program that produces a Class A biosolids for agricultural use. In order to implement this strategy, a number of large-scale construction projects were undertaken. These projects include a new sludge thickening and dewatering facility, updated headworks, a new primary treatment facility, and a new 3-stage thermophilic anaerobic digestion facility. The total capital cost of these projects is estimated to be US $300 million. This paper describes the principal components of these projects and their design parameters.

Abstract:
Israel is a semi-arid country with insufficient natural water resources. Wastewater effluent reuse and desalination have become the main source of water to compensate for the future water shortage. Today, between 65 and 70% of wastewater of urban and industrial origin is reused in agriculture after treatment in biological treatment plants around the country. The Dan Region Reclamation Project (Shafdan) is the largest wastewater treatment and reclamation project in Israel. 130 Mm3/yr of reclaimed water is used for unrestricted irrigation after soil aquifer treatment (SAT). Extensive water quality monitoring is performed to keep an efficient and safe wastewater reuse system. After 25 years of operation, the Shafdan deals with the following operational issues on an ongoing basis: Biofouling of the effluent pipelines from the wastewater treatment plant to the SAT, and a lack of capacity in the SAT system. Biofilm growth in the pipelines is controlled by intermittently applying chlorine based compounds at a 10 mg/L dosage for a few hours.

Abstract:
To study the effect of biofertilizers on physiological parameters and yield of three varieties of Oat (Avena sativa L.), field experiments were conducted during winter seasons 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 at Al- Zubair district (20 km. West of Basrah province) in sandy loam soils. A split plot arrangement, using RCBD with three replicates, the main plots contained varieties: V1 (Genzania), V2 (Shaffaa), V3 (Carloup), Biofertilizer, treatments were at the sub plots: B0 (control), B1 (NPK mineral fertilizer as recommended), B2 (biofertilizers NPK), B3 (mineral fertilizer PK+ biofertilizers N), B4 (mineral fertilizer K+ biofertilizers NP), B5 (mineral fertilizer P + biofertilizers NK), B6 (mineral fertilizer N + biofertilizers PK). Data were collected on Flag leaf area FLA, Leaf area duration LAD, Leaf area index LAI, Crop growth rate CGR, Relative growth rate RGR, Net assimilation rate NAR, Plant high Tillers number m2 and grain yield t ha-1. The results showed that the adding of biofertilizers NPK (B2) led to a significant increase in the studied traits (FLA, LAD, LAI, CGR, RGR, NAR, and grain yield). The grain yield were increased about 189.96 and 197.3% as compared with control in each seasons respectively. Cultivar Genzania resulted in highest grain yield among studied varieties in the first season (5.774 t ha-1), while cultivar Shaffa gave the highest grain yield in the second season (8.691 t ha-1). The interaction between Ganzania and B2 treatment recorded the highest seed yield (8.429 tan ha-1) in the first season. While, in the second season all varieties that interacted with B2 treatment produced the highest seed yield.

Abstract:
Computer is the one of technology that can make people activity easier. To maximize the computer utilization it need a computerization system. Like on Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Naja Shafana that give health service. The service that given are outpatient, inpatient and emergency unit. Until now, medical records procedure at Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Naja Shafana still done by hand, one of them is on outpatient procedure. The registration of medical patient data was written on paper that susceptible from damage and data loss. Besides that, the history of medical patient start form anamnesia, diagnose and therapy wrote on paper too. The Medical patient checkup data of inpatient still on a paper. The data have been random archived, so it need long time for searching data and arrange the report. As a health unit that serve general society, Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Naja Shafana need an information system that can accelerate performance and increase redundancy, data loss and data detriment. The information system also can make archived and data searched easily and can block access from uncompetent people. Therefore, it’s necessary to make medical records information system on Klinik Pratama Rawat Inap Naja Shafana. A computerization system besides accelerate performance also can make data reporting easier.

Abstract:
In this work, dependence of energy confinement time on plasma internal inductance has been studied by using the solution of Grad–Shafranov equation (GSE) for circular cross-section HT-7 tokamak. For this, the Shafranov parameter (asymmetry factor) and poloidal beta were obtained from solution of GSE. Then we can find the dependence of energy confinement time, on plasma internal inductance. It is observed that the maximum energy confinement time is related to the low values of internal inductance [Formula: see text].

Abstract:
In this work, we present approximation of plasma position by two methods on HT-7 Tokamak. In the first method, solution of Grad–Shafranov equation are presented and one relation for plasma position is obtained. A generalized Grad–Shafranov-type equation has been used. Specific functional forms of plasma internal energy and current are used. In second method, according to magnetic fields distribution around the plasma, second relation for plasma position is obtained. Plasma position is obtained by magnetic probes. Results of the two methods are in good agreement with each other.

Abstract:
The goal of this paper is to pay attention to the 1D cylindrical version of the Grad-Shafranov (GS) equation. In our opinion, this approach is more rich than classical self-similar ones, and more suitable for the astrophysical jets we observe. In particular, it allows us to describe the central (and, hence, the most energetic) part of the flow.
