Abstract:
Background/Objectives: The aim is to determine the umbilical granuloma frequency of newborns and etiological factors. Methods: In this study, the records of 21344 newborns who were admitted to our hospital between February 2015 and August 2019, were examined. Results: 21191 newborns are included in the study. 2.4% of newborns was Syrian refugee and others were citizens of Turkey. Umbilical granuloma frequency was % 3.83. While umbilical granuloma frequency was 3.85% in Turkish citizen newborns, %3.01 in Syrians. Mean umbilical cord seperation time was 7.1 days in cases with umbilical granuloma. There was no statistically significant relationship determined between umbilical granuloma development and race and time of umbilical cord seperation (p >0.05) The frequency of umbilical granuloma was 3.5% for boys and 4.1% for girls. Umbilical granuloma was being observedstatistically significantly higher in girls than in boys (p <0.05). 80.8% of the cases with umbilical granuloma were bathed before the umbilical cord seperation. A significant difference was determined between bathing before umbilical cord seperation and umbilical granuloma development (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Umbilical granuloma, with frequency of 3.83% in newborns. Umbilical granuloma is more common in girls and newborns bathed before the umbilical cord seperation. PT Kalimantan Zircon Industri menargetkan produksi konsentrat zircon sebanyak 80 ton per hari melalui proses pengolahan gravity konsentrat dengan menggunakan meja goyang, magnetik seperation dan elektrostatis separation pada shif siang mulai pukul (07.00 – 16.00 WIB) dan shif malam (16.00 – 01.00 WIB ).Pada kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan pengamatan secara langsung di lapangan dan mengkompilasi data tersebut dengan literatur berdasarkan teori yang berkaitan dengan pengolahan bahan galian khususnya mineral zircon menjadi zirconia dengan kadar 65,6 % sebagaimana sudah di atur dalam Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 7 Tahun 2012 tanggal 6 Februari 2012, mengamanatkan bahwa pelaku usaha yang bergelut di bidang pengolahan mineral zircon diwajibkan melakukan peningkatan nilai tambah mineral melaui pengolahan dan pemurnian dengan kadar mineral zirconia berupa produk akhir 65,6 %, rangkaian proses pengolahan ini dimulai dari pengolahan pada sluice box, meja goyang, magnetik seperation dan elektrostatis separation dan pengulangan pengolahan pada pada sluice box, meja goyang, magnetik seperation dan elektrostatis separation serta mengkaitkan pengaruh kecepatan air tipis pada permukaan meja goyang dan peningkatan feed dalam pencapaian target produksi 80 ton per hari dan menganalisa hubungan pencapaian target produksi tersebut dengan feed, material balance dan recovery.Dari hasil penelitian, sebanyak 86 ton material pasir zircon diperlukan untuk mendapatkan konsentrat zirconia 81,8 ton per hari dengan kecepatan feed 2,384 kg/m, recovery 76,3 %, kecepatan aliran tipis air pada permukaan meja goyang 3,164 m/s, dan volume fluida 48,675 m/s. Ethanolamine (EA, including MEA, DEA and TEA) is a kind of heat sensitive material. It is easy to be colored at high temperature which influences the product quality and its application. This paper studies the relationship between color number and time of MEA, DEA, TEA and their mixtures at different temperatures. The result shows that MEA is most sensitive to high temperature, TEA take the second place, DEA is almost unaffected. DEA can protect TEA and MEA from being colored, the more DEA content, the better effect. According to the results of tests and process simulation, optimized parameters of separation equipment and operation are put forward which can provide guidance for the production of high purity, low color number of TEA.

Abstract:
A stability-indicating HPLC method was developed and validated for the quantitative determination of fexofenadine in tablet dosage forms. An isocratic seperation was achieved using a Zorbax, Eclipse XBD, C-8 Column having 150 x 4.6 mm i.d., 5 µm particle size column with flow rate of 1.2 ml/min and using UV detector to monitor the eluate at 210 nm. The mobile phase consist of phosphate buffer: acetonitrile: methanol (60:20:20; v/v/v) with pH 3.7 adjusted with o-phosphoric acid. The drug was subjected to oxidation, hydrolysis, photolysis and thermal degradation. Fexofenadine was found to degrate in acidic, basic and oxidation condition. Complete seperation of degraded product was achieved from parent compound. All degradation products in an overall analytical run time of approximately 60 min with the parent compound fexofenadine eluting at approximately 12.1 ±0.9 min. The method was linear over the concentration range of 1-100 µg/ml (r2= 0.9970) with limit of detection and quatification of 0.2 µg/ml and 0.6 µg/ml, respectively. The method has the requisite accuracy, selectivity, sencitivity, precision and robustness to assay fexofenadine in tablets. Degradation products resulting from stress studies did not interfere with the detection of fexofenadine and the assay is thus stability indicating.

The ground-state kinetic energy of the t-J model is studied within the mean field approximation by using the fermion-spin transformation, the results show that the mean field ground-state kinetic energy is close to the numerical result at under dopings, and roughly consistent with the numerical result at optimal dopings. It is also shown that the frustration term J′ is favourable to diminish the range of the phase seperation in the t-J model.

Current pyrotechnic separation devices are mainly made of metal materials, limiting the capacity of lightweight design in advanced launching vehicles. With the outstanding mechanical properties, such as high mass-specific strength and modulus, carbon fiber-reinforced polymers (CFRPs) have the potential to replace metal materials in pyrotechnic seperaton devices. However, to improve the seperation reliability of these pyrotechnic separation devices, there still needs further understanding on the the failure mode of CFRP composites under linear shaped charge (LSC). In this paper, cutting tests were carried out on CFRPs for the failure analysis of CFRPs under LSC, and nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA) was performed to characterize the evolution of LSC cutting in CFRPs. According to experimental simulation and numerical simulation, it can be found that the three main failure modes in CERPs while subjected to LSC jet are shear failure, delamination failure, and tensile failure. In the early cutting stage, the initial time of damage of the fiber and the matrix near the shaped charge shows less difference and the laminate is directly separated by the energy of high-speed jet. When the jet velocity decreases, the jet morphology collapses and matrix damages precede into the fiber, which would cause tensile failure mode of CFRPs. Meanwhile, the delamination in low jet speed stages is larger than that in the high jet speed stages. These studies on the failure modes of CFRPs under LSC provide important basis for the future design of CFRP-based pyrotechnic separation devices, which is important to the lightweight design of launching vehicles.
