In the manual questions of technology, mechanization and automation of processes in animal husbandry are considered; bases of the modern production technology of production of animal husbandry are stated; the short description of designs and the principles of work of the equipment used in animal husbandry is given. All material is issued in the form of the separate laboratory works distributed according to the program of a course. In each laboratory work separate groups of cars and the equipment according to their classification and technological appointment are considered; method of calculation of the parameters necessary for definition of optimum completing of line and technological lines are presented; questions of operation of the equipment and technical and economic efficiency are taken up. Each laboratory work includes the purpose, the contents, the reporting and control questions. The manual is intended for the bachelors who are trained in the direction 35.03.06 "Agroinzheneriya".

Abstract:
Over the last decade there has been a growing interest in sensory science in Italy. This has clearly resulted in an increase in the number of researchers engaged in this sector and the number of companies that exploit sensory evaluations for product innovation and enhancement and in quality control. In Italy, in the sphere of the valorisation of prestige foodstuffs there is an increasing sensitivity towards the adoption of strict methods for describing the sensory properties of the products and ascertaining compliance with defined sensory standards. The Società Italiana di Scienze Sensoriali has played a decisive role in activating and guiding this development. Pursuing this approach, in 2008 the Society organised the 2nd National Convention as an occasion for exchange among professionals working in the field of sensory science.

Abstract:
Pain is a subjective experience and as such, communication regarding the experience is essential for the clinician to comprehensively assess and manage it. It is also the most feared complication of the most feared diagnosis. Effective communication creates an environment of trust, in which a patient is able to relate their experiences, in their entirety, including hopes and fears. This expression enables diagnosis of the aetiology, mechanism, and the myriad modulators of the pain by the clinician and is therapeutic in its own right as the patient makes meaning of the pain experience in the telling. The clinician is then able to explain the cause of the pain, the possible treatment strategies, and negotiate a management plan with the patient. There are many misconceptions associated with opioid analgesics and these can also be explored and corrected.
