Abstract:
The relevance of the article is determined by the uncertainty of the terms «self-realization» and «professional self-realization» used in modern pedagogical research. It is proved that the term «professional self-realization» is applicable to the higher education system, since, according to the Federal State Educational Standard, students must master both general and professional skills. In addition, the person’s professional development is continuous. The article analyzes and substantiates the content of the term «professional self-realization of students» in pedagogy. The terms «self-realization», «professional self-realization», «pre-professional self-realization», «pre-professional self-realization» are defined; the features of their use in scientific literature are analyzed. It is proposed to use the generic concept of «professional self-realization» in relation to school, college or university stages. Professional self-realization is presented as a long and multidimensional process involving the formation, self-determination and personal development within a profession, starting from the first courses of study at a university. The content and difference of professional self-realization at the university and at the enterprise are described. Examples of multidimensional cooperation and joint educational programs with enterprises are given.

Abstract:
Spinoza and Kant are considered to be polar opposites with respect to ethics. The radical difference between them is supposed to consist in Spinoza’s ethical egoism, or interest-based Strebensethik, and Kant’s duty-cantered, deontological Sollensethik. I challenge this opposition and argue that both in Kant and Spinoza we deal with a notion of the self’s realization that is “interest”-based and therefore does not involve self-sacrifice. I show, on the one hand, that the streben in Spinoza’s Strebensethik consists in realising one’s essentially human interest, which resides in ethical-rational action, and, on the other hand, that sollen in Kant’s Sollensethik is in fact a streben of the Kantian “proper self” (eigentliches Selbst) after the realization of its ethical-rational interest.

Abstract:
Background: It is obvious from literature within the nursing discipline that nursing is related to moral or moral–philosophical related ideas which are other-oriented. The socio-cultural process of change in modern society implies that more self-oriented ideas have been found to be significant. Aim: The overall aim of this article is to highlight self-oriented moral or moral–philosophical related ideas as an important part of the nursing discipline. This is achieved by (a) exploring self-realization as a significant self-oriented moral or moral–philosophical related idea based on a philosophical anthropological perspective, (b) demonstrating how moral or moral–philosophical related ideas are expressed by nurses, (c) discussing the relevance of self-realization for the nursing discipline, and (d) pointing out possible consequences for the future development of the discipline of nursing. Research design: This theoretical study draws empirical examples from interviews. Participants and research context: Data consisted of interviews with 13 nurses with varying work experience within the primary and secondary somatic and psychiatric health service, from inside as well as outside institutions. Ethical considerations: The empirical study was approved by the Norwegian Social Science Data Services. Information was given and consent was obtained from the study participants. Findings: Findings are presented in two themes: (a) other-oriented ideas and (b) self-oriented ideas. More concretely, the findings show that nurses hope to make life as good as possible for the patient and they have a wish to improve themselves as human beings, to become better persons. Discussion: The relevance of self-realization for the nursing discipline is discussed along two lines, first, by connecting nurses’ self-understanding to a horizon of identity and second, by considering what self-realization could offer. Conclusion: It is of ultimate concern for the nursing discipline to highlight self-realization connected to the positive view of freedom understood as an exercise-concept. Further identifying and articulating the contribution of self-realization to nurses and nursing practice is of particular importance.

Abstract:
This literature review delves into the symbolic aspects associated with snowman. The study examines the symbolism connected to both the process of constructing snowman and the eventual melting of snow. Furthermore, it explores how snowman can be seen as representations of life's patterns and natural processes. Particularly, the analysis scrutinizes snowman as integrative symbols within a broader dramatic context. The research also reveals how the cyclical processes of nature parallel the concept of individualization, leading to self-understanding and Self-realization. Through a comprehensive analysis of existing literature, this study investigates the symbolism of snowman, shedding light on their relevance in enhancing our understanding of human nature.

Abstract:
In the article, the author reveals the category of psychological safety of the individual in the scientific literature. It was established that there is still no unified point of view regarding the concept of psychological safety and all its prerequisites. Scientists interpret this concept as a dynamic, integral and complex phenomenon, a feeling, experience or state of protection from internal and external dangers, controllability of life events, self-confidence, the ability to maintain balance and resistance to threats, satisfaction with life and basic personal needs, inner peace and a favorable environment for development in the future and its self-realization. The author claims that the main signs of psychological security of an individual are a sense of security and psychological well-being, satisfaction with one's life, confidence in the future, in the possibility of self-realization and self-development, faith in oneself, in one's ability to cope with difficulties in life, relative predictability of changes in the external environment and society. The article reveals three factors that determine personal safety, in particular, the security factor, the environmental factor, and the human factor. The levels of psychological safety and its structure were also analyzed.

Abstract:
Self-realization is an important factor of successful social adaptation, especially in the early stages of a professional career in the dynamic conditions of the modern economy and society. The purpose of this study was to assess the general level of self-realization of students in socionomic and bionomic professions. It also performed comparative analysis (previously insufficiently represented in the empirical literature) of subjective perception of self-realization, depending on the length of professional training and the level of emotional intelligence. The subjects were students of the Southern Federal University, 109 representatives of socionomic and 75 of bionomic professions. The respondents completed a multidimensional self-realization questionnaire (S.I.Kudinov) and the test of emotional intelligence (EmIn, by D.V.Lucin).The study found significant differences between the representatives of the two professional types as in their subjective assessment of success of three types of self-realization, as in the direction and relative contribution to the subjective sense of self-realization of the two factors under consideration: duration of professional training and the level of emotional intelligence.Emotional intelligence was a significant predictor of all types of self-realization, compensating for the negative influence of duration of training in bionomic professions and enhancing its positive effect in socionomic professions. The authors emphasize the importance of developing and using specialized innovative programs for effective training of emotional intelligence as one of the key components in the work of practical psychologists with young people in the early stages of professional training and career.

LAVROVA, Larisa, Viktoriya SAVCHENKO, and Natalia HIRLINA. "SELF-ACTUALIZATION AND SELF-REALIZATION AS EDUCATIONAL PRIORITIES OF THE NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL." Abstract:
The article analyzes the content of the terms self-actualization and self-realization in the context of the goalsetting process of the New Ukrainian School. It is shown that the identification of the terms self-actualization and selfrealization, which is often carried out in scientific works and directive documents, is methodologically unjustified and harmful to the practice of educational reforms. The prerequisites for a scientifically based delimitation of the content of both terms are defined. The main approaches to distinguishing the concepts of self-actualization and self-realization in scientific literature are summarized. It is appropriate to include the interpretation of the concepts of self-actualization and self-realization as a component of each other, demarcation as cognitive and activity phenomena, separation based on the dichotomy of ideal and real, and the use of philosophical categories of content and form. The methodological and practical expediency of using the concepts of human potential and the human factor to substantiate the specificity of the concepts of self-actualization and self-realization is shown. It is concluded that self-actualization reproduces the ancestral (spiritual) essence of a person in his individual being, therefore it contains a humanistic and sociocentric ideal in the form of guidelines for self-development, actualizing the future through the deployment of a person’s self-development potential. Within the process of self-actualization, the attitude to constant self-improvement necessary for modern education is provided as a search for oneself, coordination of one’s own competencies, values, meaningful life priorities with the needs of society and universal human values. Self-actualization within the priorities of the New Ukrainian School should be considered as the main goal, which ensures the self-development of the individual and is an integral goal of educational activity. In turn, self-realization reflects the pragmatic-competent dimension of educational activity, orients education and a person to the development of one’s own skills, knowledge, talents and their use in real life to ensure success and self-affirmation in the personal and professional sphere. Within the process of self-realization, the formation of a personality is also carried out, but mainly of a pragmatic nature - as the realization of one’s own plans and desires regarding the profession, social status, and individual achievements. Therefore, the global strategy of the New Ukrainian School should be oriented towards subordinating the goals of self-realization to more general tasks of self-actualization.

Abstract:
The novel is one means by which writers can provide examples of the possibilities for women in patriarchal societies to seek greater independence. Sabina Berman (1955- ) and Silvia Molina (1946- ) are modern day Mexican novelists whose writings support the betterment of the female condition in this Latin American society. This study focuses on these two authors and describes and analyzes several of their female protagonists who can be characterized as being in search of their self-identity and self-realization. The novels of interest are La Bobe (2006) and La Mujer que Buceó Dentro del Corazón del Mundo (2010) by Sabina Berman and La Mañana Debe Seguir Gris (1977) and El Amor Que Me Juraste (1998) by Silvia Molina. The theoretical framework used to analyze these novels is based on The Second Sex by Simone de Beauvoir and on the writings of the Mexican author Rosario Castellanos. These novels provide examples of how women can challenge patriarchal social norms in order to seek their identity as an individual and their self-realization. However, to do this, women must be willing to accept the risks and costs that may accompany this self-searching. By seeking identity women can satisfy their longings and desires, but at the same time this may also produce undesired results. Nevertheless, these novels show that women have the ability to seek their personal identity if they take the initiative to do so.

Abstract:
This thesis consists of two parts – a creative work, Memory and Memorialisation, and an exegesis, Writing Women’s Lives: Women’s Autobiographies, that documents the writing process and the theoretical perspectives informing it at various stages. It is the result of a twelve year investigation into the writing process; the nature of memory, death and desire in objects and places; and their role in personal representation. The exegesis highlights the difficulties encountered in simultaneously writing and critiquing one’s own autobiographical works. As autobiography is also written ‘in relation to’ significant others, the emotional, ethical and legal issues inherent in the writing and publication of autobiographical works are explored. The creative work is not a unitary text and comprises a collection of fragmented yet connected autobiographical stories that experiment with form using archival collections – a blending of memory with family and local history – the results of excavating the past to make meaning in the present. Images are used singly and in collages to signify the temporality and intertextuality of these auto/biographical acts. Restriction: View part thesis only. Abstract:
AbstractStart-ups can contribute to improving the sustainability of business activities in our society. In this study, start-ups that participated in the Swiss Innovation Challenge, a business plan competition, were examined regarding their motivation to found a company. The research question is, which role pro-social motivations of entrepreneurs play in the founding of a start-up. This was examined with an analysis of the start-ups’ motivations in general and secondly with a detailed analysis of their sustainability orientation. First, in a literature review of possible categories of motivations, these were identified: financial motives, self-realization and identity, recognition and status, better working conditions, family tradition, and a pro-social sustainability motivation. Then, semi-structured interviews were conducted with the start-up teams and qualitatively analyzed. Many of the teams mentioned identification with the project and self-realization, this was the dominant motive. While most of the start-ups were profit-oriented, several interviewees also mentioned sustainability motives, with varying priorities. The range of sustainability aspects was particularly wide, also due to the very different business models. Founding teams that included sustainability aspects into their business generally had a higher sustainability orientation. Thus, raising the awareness of sustainable management issues, education, and training could improve the sustainability impact of start-ups.

Abstract:
Perception of mattering, defined as individual’s feeling of being important for others (Rosenberg and McCullogh 1981), is a construct which in the recent years has received an increasing amount of attention as a factor able to improve people well-being. Individual well-being has been defined in different ways: hedonic as satisfaction with life (Diener and Lucas 1999), eudaimonic that is the feeling of realization of the proper true self (Ryff 1995), and holistic, namely the satisfaction toward different life domains (Prilleltensky et al. 2015). Given the various definitions, it was necessary to systematize this literature in order to clarify if perceived mattering is linked to well-being independently of the perspective adopted by researchers to conceptualize this construct. Therefore, a systematic review, following the PRISMA statement, was conducted. The final number of included studies was 39 (22 hedonic, 9 eudaimonic and 9 holistic well-being). Almost all the studies reported a positive association between mattering and well-being except for some differences due to participants’ gender or cultural background. Results indicated the positive role of mattering in promoting well-being independently from the conceptualization adopted.

This chapter explores the Vedanta, an ancient Indian religious philosophy; and its relevance to management. Chinmayananda (2003) asserted that from time to time ancient philosophies like Vedanta needs intelligent re-interpretation to apply effectively in the context of modern times. Vedanta recommends a management approach, which focuses on exploring the inner world of the self. It begins with the manager's awareness and development of the self, as the greatness in any field is never achieved without tremendous self-realization and self-discipline (Avinashilingam, 1975). This chapter is based on a qualitative research methodology called hermeneutics, which involves the interpretation of ancient or classical literature and the content analysis of selected verses from the Vedanta (Vedic literatures) especially the Bhagavad-Gita. This chapter provides a framework to study the Indian management from a religious, philosophical and cultural perspective. Abstract:
This chapter argues that a new analytical trope has entered pilgrimage studies since around 2000, within and beyond Anglophone literatures: that of the Camino, based on the pathways leading across Europe to Santiago de Compostela. It notes that much of the literature on the Camino focuses on questions of authenticity and self-realization and thus bypasses more institutional dimensions of the pilgrimage. The chapter also argues that social scientists have focused on specific dimensions of the Camino to the exclusion of others because such dimensions resonate with certain political, cultural, and ethical assumptions, including diversity, post-secularity, and temporary self-denial. The conclusion states that communitas, contestation and Camino provide a trio of powerful tropes yet fail to demonstrate how pilgrimage articulates with other forms of mobility, such as migration.

Abstract:
This chapter explains the concept of reparative trans performances. These performances have two strands: open-ended self-realization and restoration to perceived norms of binary gender and heterosexuality. The call for social justice may seem universal, but the exact elements requiring reparation are malleable. Additionally, literature has been used as a strategy to understand human experience. The chapter expounds on the themes behind Stage Beauty, and The King and the Clown. Whilst the works have not been analyzed as transgender performances, they are commonly looked into as texts focusing on male homosexuality. Both narratives contest essentialist ideas that uphold oppression established on binary models of gender.

Abstract:
This chapter exposes how the realization of digital transformation (DT) derives from the decisional communication of rule-making “chosen” alternatives, which originate in the self-referenced informational space, according to the dual perspective of reality adopted in evolutionary economics. Based on a critical analysis of scholarly literature to identify key proposals that support the definition of DT strategies, this research establishes the relevance of the fundamental tenets of autopoiesis theory, such as operational closure, structural coupling, and languaging, in the context of digitalization, to harmonize such DT strategy proposals to the structure of the organization in terms of decision premises. The internal availability of these decision premises determines the type of digitalization potential that can be self-observed by the organization, reinterpreting the attributes of DT in a framework that recognizes the sets of DT alternatives as decision premise dichotomies, with implications for theory and practice.

Abstract:
The subject under consideration is the prominence of history of literature in the work of English modernists, in particular Virginia Woolf (1882–1941). The major focus is on the new and traditional aspects of the version of history as it is laid out by Woolf in her novel-cum-biography “Orlando” (1928). With this aim in view, the author analyses Woolf’s approach to history as a corpus of biographies, memoirs, and evidence of the past, in which are registered the social and material conditions, as well as the facilities for the creative self-realization of people in a certain historical period. Also, Woolf’s view on history as a subject of representation in a literary work and a field of shaping new writing techniques is studied in detail. Special attention is paid to her narrative technique of conflating the well-documented historical events with fiction in order to reveal the unknown aspects of history and elucidate the submerged motives of people’s actions, etc. In conclusion, Woolf’s literary project is appreciated against the background of some historical concepts of the second half of the twentieth century.

Abstract:
As a result of the increased amount of information the importance of its independent, critical evaluation is increasing, so that the knowledge learning would not be replaced by the accumulation of information. The responsibility for and the ability to evaluate information independently are relevant as learning outcomes of education for sustainable development. Responsibility and self-reliance as important areas of human life are the focus areas of the existentialist approach; still, this approach is very little used in pedagogy. The results of this research substantiate the topicality of the existentialist approach in modern humanistic pedagogy, in which the emphasis is placed on the personal significance of the learning process. The main aim of the article is to analyse the learning of self-reliance and responsibility from the point of view of existentialism and to evaluate the conditions of its realization in pedagogical practice. The study was done by combining the results of the author’s previous empirical research, observations in pedagogical practice and analysis of the scientific literature. In the minds of Latvian adults, their self-reliance and responsibility are integral components of both the quality of living and the meaning of learning. With age, there is a growing tendency to associate self-reliance not with independent thinking, but with independence and, consequently, existential concerns about the possibility of its realization. An important existential aspect of the learning process is: the distinction between learning to be self-reliant and responsible and learning to find a place in the network and function in pursuit of personal safety and worth. Self-reliance as a relative independence from security, belongingness and recognition and responsibility as an awareness of one's impulses, feelings and attitudes are related to the survival of existential loneliness and overcoming anxiety. Learning self-reliance and responsibility means learning self-reflection, learning to meet oneself, getting to know one's interests and the factors that cause fear, rather than diverting attention to others to information that helps to justify oneself.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the typology of characters in G.M. Tsyferov’s philosophical fairy tales. Each character of a tale dedicated to the problems of being conveys certain philosophical attitudes that are revealed in the process of their communication. It determines the necessity to identify the main types of such characters and the corresponding ideological and value dominants. G. Tsyferov's system of characters is built on the basis of binary oppositions (big - small, dreamer - pragmatist, altruist - egoist), the elements of which are considered in terms of ethics and axiology and, in combination with each other, form a number of stable psychological types. Motive and stylistic analysis confirms that turning to this principle of image creation corresponds to the psychological perception capabilities of a young addressee and also allows the author to reveal the most significant aspects of self-identification and self-realization in a moral context. It is concluded that the idea of universalism becomes the most important one in Tsyferov’s philosophical fairy tales. The study of different situations of interaction between an individual, the world and society, on the one hand, proves the existence of universal deep similarity and, on the other hand, affirms the beauty of diversity, the ability of opposites to complement each other, which together determines a harmonious unity of the universe.

Abstract:
The article discloses and reveals two ontologically opposite models of life perception, embodied in M. Shishkin’s novel «The Letter Book»: a life paradigm based on a sense of peace, and a worldview model of crisis. At the same time, in the fate trajectory of one character two contrasting ways of perceiving of being can be combined, replace each other at different stages. The essence of the state of peace boils down to non-resistance, reconciliation with oneself and others, to harmony and, as a result, to self-realization. The crisis perception of life is embodied mainly in the military episodes of the narrative: the war, with its senselessness, cruelty and hopelessness, is comprehended by Shishkin as a monstrous violation of existential laws. The article reveals an understanding of life as a stream of subjective impressions, among which a special place is given to the visual, auditory and tactile. The range of problems and style features of the novel are considered in the context of the new-modern literary trend.

Abstract:
Current challenges in the labor market associated with rapid globalization, digitalization, and skills gaps, cause features such as a learning community, opportunities for collaboration, student self-efficacy, social skills, coherent intercultural communication, and self-realization to play a significant role in students’ professional development. Successful interpersonal and social participation in society as well as skills such as independence, self-confidence, decision-making, openness to change, and responsibility, which are emphasized in the definition of professional autonomy, are also fundamental to their development. To prepare university students for the labor market, it is necessary to consider the above and develop students’ professional autonomy to close the gap between students’ theoretical learning and the development of practical professional pursuits. Despite the importance of professional autonomy, its concept in educational sciences is not sufficiently defined and described, as it lacks a theoretical basis. For that reason, this research aims to study the etymology of professional autonomy, the typology of professional autonomy, and how professional autonomy is measured in higher education by conducting a systematic literature analysis. The results of this study reveal divergent definitions of professional autonomy, the scope of its concept, and explain the applicability of tools for measuring professional autonomy in higher education. Additionally, it identifies three levels of professional autonomy: general, collegial, and individual.

Abstract:
Emotional-behavioral disorder (EBD) refers to a situation in which an individual’s behavioral or emotional response in school is so different from generally accepted norms according to age, ethnicity, or culture that it negatively influences academic progress, social relationships, personal adjustment, school behavior, self-care capacity or vocational skills. Depending on how they are expressed, emotional disorders can be internalized disorders, when they are reflected in subjectivity, and externalized disorders, when they are reflected in behavior. The paper describes the causes of emotional-behavioral disorders, such as a series of biological, social, emotional and cognitive factors, and how they influence the entire activity of the schoolboy, both learning and interpersonal relationships of the preadolescent; how some students display a multitude of undesirable behaviors in relation to the educational objectives and in contradiction with the norms and values of the school. From this perspective, it is very important to evaluate and diagnose the student’s mental health, both for the realization of a specialized intervention plan at the level of the school and the school counselor’s office, as well as for the evolution of the future adult. The content of the article reflects the analytical and synthetic study of the scientific literature dedicated to the emotional-behavioral disorders of preadolescents with the perspective of continuing the research by administering a well-prepared psychological instrument to evaluate, diagnose and develop an integrative and specialized psycho-pedagogical program to alleviate/overcome the emotional-behavioral disorders behavior of preadolescents.

Abstract:
"The phenomenon of marriage is one of the little-studied questions of family psychology. The resolution of the contradiction between the need of modern society to form complete and adequate ideas about the marital role among students and the need to identify socio-psychological factors that influence the development of ideas about marriage determines the problem of research. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of ideas about marriage (Ideal husband, Ideal wife) depending on the structure of valuable orientations of young women in early adulthood. Methods of research. Theoretical and methodological literature analysis, questionnaire, psycho-diagnostic methods (the questionnaire “A Value and Availability Ratio in Various Vital Spheres Technique” by E.B. Fantalova, the method of Semantic Differential, developed by Charles E. Osgood, projective technique of ""Incomplete Sentences"", the questionnaire ""Role Expectations and Claims in Marriage"" by A. N. Volkova); mathematical and statistical data processing methods. During the analytical stage we used mathematical and statistical methods that allowed us to establish the reliability of the research results. All calculations were performed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 21 computer program. The analysis included descriptive statistics, cluster analysis (K-means method), Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for one sample, Shapiro-Wilkes criterion, and correlation analysis. The study involved 310 female students in age from 20 to 22 from Astrakhan State University and the Astrakhan Branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. It was found that among young female students 45 people (14.5 %) are focused on the values of professional self-realization, 59 people (19 %) are focused on gnostic and aesthetic values, and 206 people (66.5 %) are focused on the values of personal happiness. The results showed that the concepts of marriage have both common features and specific features due to the influence of the structure of valuable orientations of the respondents. Ideas about marriage are characterized by fragmentary formation of emotional and behavioral components, in some cases the presence of cognitive distortions. The obtained results actualize the importance and necessity of psychological and pedagogical support of the process of family self-determination of students, the formation of complete and adequate ideas about marriage in the conditions of the educational environment of the university."

Bähr, Sabina, and Fabian Edel. "The effect of colored light in the vehicle interior on the thermal comfort and thermal responses of vehicle occupants." In 14th International Conference on Applied Human Factors and Ergonomics (AHFE 2023). AHFE International, 2023. http://dx.doi.org/10.54941/ahfe1003793.

Abstract:
Light and colors have an impact on the mood of car drivers through their emotional change. This result was shown in our last year AHFE-Publication (2022) “Enhanced driver’s experience through emotion sensitive lighting interaction”. The result is that light and color can change the driver’s emotions to the positive and negative. This effect can have lots of further automotive application fields, e. g. the change of the drivers thermal sensation. In case of the e-mobility, warming light and color (red end of the visible spectrum) can support the heating system to get thermal comfort to the driver and will reduce energy for heating and for that increase the electric range. The thermal comfort is very important factor for driving comfort. This work aims to investigate the subjective thermal perception and physiological responses of vehicle occupants through the influence of thermal and visual stimuli in the vehicle interior. To achieve the described goal, a methodological approach was developed. The steps of the methodological approach and the research structure are shown below:•Definition of the research questions; the main question is whether colored light can influence the subjective perception of warmth and the physiology of vehicle occupants through static and dynamic lighting•Obtaining a literature review on the main topics: “thermal comfort”, “lighting in the vehicle interior” and “the influence of colored light on thermal sensation”•Derivation of requirements for the vehicle test setup•Realization of the experimental setup•Conducting a subject study•Evaluation of the data.Study design: A 4 x 2 factorial within subject design is used to determine the influence of “colored light” and “temperature” on thermal, visual, and overall comfort. Of the four scenarios of the predictor variable colored light, three are static and one is dynamic. The static light colors are blue, white, and orange and the dynamic light scenario is a video with candlelight or a video with a winter landscape depending on the temperature level. The two selected temperature levels are 24.5 °C and 26.0 °C. These were regulated via a self-built climate chamber and checked via several sensors. Since the study was conducted in summer, the temperatures were selected to be within (24.5 °C) and outside the comfortable temperature range for the vehicle interior, based on the recommendation of the German automobile association ADAC. Outcome Variables: After experiencing each colored light in combination with temperature, participants answered questions about their thermal, visual, and overall comfort of the vehicle interior environment. To check whether the colored light influences the physiology of participants, heart rate and skin temperature were continuously recorded via a wristband. Sample: Twelve valid subjects (six females, six males) participated in the vehicle lighting study, recruited without financial incentives through the University of Stuttgart and Fraunhofer IAO departments. Procedure: The combination of the predictor variables "colored light" and “temperature” resulted in eight sessions, which were all experienced by the subjects and randomized across the sessions. At the beginning of the study, the subjects received initial instructions and put on the wristband so that the recording of physiological data could start. They then entered the vehicle, and a 13-minute acclimation period began, which served to acclimate the subject to the temperature and to achieve a similar level of activity among the participants. The vehicle was then illuminated with the first color (blue or orange) for 6.5 minutes, and participants were asked to answer questions about the first session after the first four minutes. After that, the light color changed to white for one minute, and then the vehicle was illuminated with the next color. After the first four sessions at the first temperature level, there was a 15-minute break, after which the next four sessions began at the second temperature level. In total, the study lasted approximately 2 hours per participant. Analysis: Is performed using parametric and nonparametric tests. In addition, the covariates age, gender, and BMI of the subject and the temperature difference of the actual to the target temperature were examined for the influence on the outcome variables. The results show that colored light affects thermal perception under different temperature levels. The indoor environment under the orange light was perceived as warmer than under the blue light. In addition, participants found the blue light more comfortable than the orange light in warm environments and they preferred a lower temperature with orange light compared to the blue light or the dynamic video of a winter landscape in warm environments. The use of colored light could therefore lead to energy saving in the e-mobility. The full paper and presentation will go into more detail about the methodology and the results.

Abstract:
After analysis of scientific literature, we defined that concept of “augmented reality” has following synonyms: “advanced reality”, “improved reality”, “enriched reality”, “mixed reality” and “hybrid reality”. Analysis of scientific literature and own practical experience of the use of augmented reality technologies application in educational practices allowed to state next: augmented reality technologies have a great potential for application in education; there are some cases of augmented reality use for school education; positive aspects of augmented reality technologies application in higher education institutions are confirmed by experiments (isolated cases); only few universities in Ukraine apply augmented reality technologies to educate students; only few universities in Ukraine have special subjects or modules in schedule to teach students to develop augmented reality technologies; various scientific events, mass events, competitions are held in Ukraine, and specialized training on the augmentation of augmented reality technologies is carried out, but this is non-systematic and does not have special state orientation and support. Features of introduction of virtual and augmented reality technologies at Sumy State University (Ukraine) are identified: “e-learning ecosystems” was created; in 2019, augmented and virtual reality research laboratory was established. Advantages and disadvantages of project activity in education are described: project activity is one of the most important components of educational process; it promotes creative self-development and self-realization of project implementers and forms various life competencies. It is determined that augmented reality application for implementation of educational projects will help: to increase students’ interest for educational material; formation of new competences; increase of students’ motivation for independent educational and cognitive activity; activation of educational activities; formation of positive motivation for personal and professional growth; conditions creation for development of personal qualities (creativity, teamwork, etc.). Current trends in implementation of educational projects were identified: most of the winner projects were implemented using augmented reality technology; augmented reality technologies were used in projects to teach different disciplines in higher education institutions. Augmented reality technology application for project activity has positive impact on learning outcomes and competitiveness of the national workforce; it will enhance the country’s position in the global economic space.
