2012 - 2013<br>La ricerca propone un’analisi delle dinamiche di popolamento che hanno caratterizzato la parte di territorio compresa all’interno dei confini comunali di Calatafimi-Segesta tra il VII ed il II secolo a.C., attraverso una revisione critica dei dati del survey condotto dall'Università di Siena negli anni 1995-1997, finalizzato alla redazione di una Carta archeologica del Comune. La scelta del termine cronologico più antico è dovuta al fatto che le prime tracce materiali di una pianificazione dello spazio cultuale, e forse anche abitativo, sul Monte Barbaro, sede in età classica dell'abitato indigeno di Segesta, risalgono all'ultimo quarto del VII secolo a.C. Nel corso dell'età ellenistica si assiste ad una profonda trasformazione del paesaggio segestano, con la fitta occupazione stabile delle campagne. Alla fine del II secolo a.C. una netta cesura è evidente nella complessa ristrutturazione urbanistica della città di Segesta e nelle forme monumentali di alcune aree cultuali nel territorio circostante, espressioni del potere politico e della ricchezza della classe dirigente locale. <p>Ämnet för denna uppsats är reformationen och Gustav Vasas maktövertagande i Sverige, under första delen av 1500-talet. Framförallt i Segersta och Hanebo socknar, i södra Hälsingland.</p><p>Med hjälp av en historiografiskt komparativ metod försöker uppsatsen besvara hur tidigare historiska verk förklarat det faktum att det inte, i södra Hälsingland, uppstod några oroligheter till följd av de religiösa och samhälleliga förändringarna.</p><p>Efter att ha redovisat den historiografiska bilden av hur historiesynen förändrats görs en studie av fyra historieberättande texter. Först två lokalhistoriska verk av äldre datum, där fokuseringen ligger på just det område, Segersta och Hanebo, som undersökningen begränsar sig till. Därefter följer två nyare verk som, även om de fokuserar sig på landet som helhet, i alla fall presenterar nya teorier och metoder inom forskningen.</p><p>Det visar sig att de äldre lokalhistoriska verken inte alls är amatörmässiga, men företräder en omodern historiesyn. Efter att ha tagit del av de modernare verken blir det uppenbart att ny tolkning av gamla källor, tillsammans med nya källor, förändrat synen på reformationens verkningar på befolkningen, Gustav Vasas roll för reformationen, samt de befintliga oroligheternas dignitet. Samtidigt klarnar bilden av sockenprästernas betydelse för såväl Gustav Vasas som reformatorernas kommunikation med befolkningen.</p><p>Resultatet av undersökningen blir att det är hög tid för en ny kvalitativ studie av Segersta och Hanebo socknar och samtidigt väcks några nya frågeställningar som förhoppningsvis kan vara fruktbara för en sådan studie.</p>

Il Grand Tour approda in Sicilia a metà del Settecento, sulla scorta dell’interesse per la classicità che le prime grandi campagne archeologiche in Italia meridionale avevano risvegliato pochi anni prima: una folta schiera di intellettuali e nobili inserisce l’isola tra le mete irrinunciabili del proprio ‘viaggio di formazione’, alla ricerca delle antiche radici comuni della cultura europea. La riscoperta dei vasti siti magnogreci alimenta per oltre un secolo un flusso ininterrotto di studiosi e viaggiatori che si recano in Sicilia per verificare, misurare, ritrarre dal vivo i luoghi dei poemi classici, e in alcuni casi per partecipare ai lavori di scavo: questo fenomeno è accompagnato dalla produzione di un’enorme quantità di testi e rappresentazioni grafiche, che formano un settore specifico della letteratura odeporica europea. Si tratta di un ingente patrimonio documentario, poco pubblicato e ancor meno tradotto, se non completamente inedito, che è stato assunto come fonte privilegiata di informazioni.Si sono dunque approfonditi gli aspetti più propriamente inerenti la cultura e la prassi della conservazione del patrimonio archeologico in Sicilia in rapporto all’immagine che ne hanno colto i visitatori di differenti periodi storici, nazionalità e formazione culturale. Se si intendono ripensare e riprogettare tutela, conservazione e valorizzazione dei siti lungo le strade del Grand Tour al fine di incoraggiare una fruizione più consapevole e sostenibile del patrimonio culturale presente, non si può che attingere al materiale informativo prodotto nel secolo in cui il fenomeno è nato e si è imposto come passaggio obbligato nella formazione culturale degli intellettuali di tutta Europa. Dal momento che il valore dei singoli siti è strettamente legato al loro essere parte di una rete, e l’insieme della rete presenta un indiscusso carattere di unicità sotto il profilo storico-artistico e paesaggistico, si è ritenuto di poter proporre il sistema dei siti lungo le rotte siciliane del Grand Tour come entità da valorizzare nel suo complesso: essa ha rappresentato una fase fondamentale della crescita culturale europea nei secoli in cui la coscienza della conservazione è nata e ha assunto una forma istituzionale. Non può essere intesa come insieme di emergenze indipendenti pena la perdita di un importante aspetto immateriale che lega fra loro i luoghi e che oggi potrebbe diventare catalizzatore di sviluppo locale.

El desenvolupament i l'expansió de l'agricultura en els seus orígens va comportar la selecció d'una flora associada a aquests ambients, les espècies arvenses. Aquestes espècies, però, han estat considerades un factor limitant per a la producció agrícola de manera que el control i la reducció de les seves poblacions ha estat un dels objectius principals de les estratègies agrícoles. No obstant, el nombre d'espècies arvenses realment nocives és limitat. La majoria d'espècies arvenses rarament provoca grans pèrdues de producció i, en canvi, contribueix de manera considerable a la biodiversitat d'aquests hàbitats. Malgrat tot, les poblacions d'algunes espècies pròpies dels conreus cerealistes de secà han patit importants davallades a causa dels canvis en la gestió agrícola succeïts en les últimes dècades, fins al punt de convertir-ne algunes en molt poc freqüents o fins i tot extingides regionalment. Malauradament, a la regió mediterrània la raresa d'aquestes espècies ha atret comparativament poc l'atenció d'investigadors i conservacionistes. En aquesta tesi s'ha aprofundit en el coneixement sobre les poblacions d'espècies arvenses característiques dels camps de cereals de secà (comunitats de l'ordre fitosociològic Secalietalia cerealis Br.-B1., 1936) a Catalunya i s'han avaluat els motius pels quals algunes d'aquestes espècies han esdevingut poc freqüents en aquests hàbitats. Amb aquesta finalitat, l'estudi s'ha estructurat al voltant de dos eixos principals: 1) l'anàlisi de la freqüència de les espècies segetals i especialment d'aquelles que han esdevingut rares en relació amb la gestió dels cultius cerealistes de Catalunya i 2) l'avaluació dels efectes que tenen les pràctiques agrícoles sobre l'eficàcia biològica d'algunes d'aquestes espècies. L'estudi ha estat organitzat al voltant d'aquestes dues línies d'investigació de manera complementària. En la primera línia, de caràcter observacional, s'ha avaluat la diversitat d'espècies segetals a les vores dels camps cerealistes de la Depressió Central Catalana gestionats de manera ecològica en relació amb les pràctiques agrícoles i amb les característiques paisatgístiques a diferents nivells (dins de la parcel.la, a nivell de parcel.la i a nivell de finca). En l'altra línia d'investigació, de caràcter experimental, dos estudis sota condicions controlades han permès avaluar els efectes de determinades pràctiques agrícoles (l’aplicació d’herbicides i la fertilització) sobre el creixement i la capacitat reproductiva de diverses parelles d’espècies segetals, una més rara i l’altra més comuna, de diferents famílies. Les espècies arvenses característiques i rares correlacionen més amb els factors que actuen a escala de parcel·la que amb els factors que actuen de la mateixa manera per tota la finca o amb les característiques del paisatge. La gestió ecològica sostinguda durant el temps comporta l’augment de la diversitat d’espècies segetals. No obstant, la intensitat de les pràctiques agrícoles en els camps de gestió ecològica són molt variables. Per aquest motiu, les estratègies per preservar les espècies segetals haurien de considerar les pràctiques específiques tals com la sembra de cereal, especialment de tardor, després d’una llaurada sense inversió de les capes del sòl. A la vegada, però, convindria racionalitzar la fertilització, encara que aquesta sigui orgànica, per no comprometre la producció i alhora, garantir la persistència de les espècies segetals. La continuada pressió de l’aplicació d’herbicides i les elevades aportacions de fertilitzants minerals en els sistemes agrícoles de gestió convencional han afectat negativament les poblacions d’espècies segetals. Efectivament, aquestes pràctiques afecten negativament el creixement i la reproducció de les espècies segetals. Ara bé, les baixes freqüències de les espècies segetals més rares no correlacionen amb les diferències trobades entre espècies en els efectes d’aquestes pràctiques. La raresa d’aquestes espècies sembla ser, doncs, conseqüència de diversos factors o de la interacció entre ells i sempre amb una incidència que varia d’una espècie a l’altra.<br>Many arable plant species that inhabit almost exclusively in cereal fields have undergone severe population declines owing to agricultural intensification. These species, indicators of sustainability in agricultural systems, should be considered in conservation programs, but their conservation must be based on the maintenance of cropping activities. Unfortunately, in the Mediterranean region characteristic arable species have attracted relatively little the attention of researchers and conservationists. This thesis deepens our knowledge on the characteristic arable species of winter cereal fields, and assesses the reasons why some of these species have become rare in these habitats. We assessed which farming practices and landscape characteristics favour the presence of these species, both common and rare, at the edges of a large number of organically managed fields in the Central Catalan Depression. We also evaluated experimentally the effects that particular farming practices (herbicide application and fertilization) have on the fitness of certain segetal species. Characteristic and rare arable species correlate better with the factors operating at the field scale than with the factors that depend on the farm or with the landscape characteristics. The intensification of organic farming practices is highly variable. Therefore, specific farming practices such as autumn-sowing of cereal crop varieties, non-inversion tillage and the adjustment of the fertilization should be promoted to benefit the presence of characteristic arable species at the field level, whose effects scale up at the farm level. The high specificity of the segetal species to the dry land cereal habitats and the continued pressure from the application of herbicides and the high inputs of mineral fertilizers in the conventional farming systems have affected negatively their populations. Indeed, these farming practices cause significant effects on the growth and reproduction of the segetal species. However, the particularly low frequency of some of these species does not correlate with the differential effects of these practices. Thus, the rarity degree of these species is likely to be the consequence of several factors, or probably the interaction of some of them, whose effects may vary from one species to another.

The study was aimed to estimate biological changes in segetal flora in spring barley agrophytocenoses differing in weed suppressive ability. Research subject – spring barley varieties of different stem height (tall-stemmed, of moderate height, short-stemmed) and annual weeds. Research tasks: 1. To estimate yield forming elements of spring barley: emergence, tillering, biomass growth, plant height, and leaf area index. 2. To study weed suppressive ability of tall-stemmed, of moderate height, and short-stemmed spring barley. 3. To assess biological changes in annual weeds growing in different competition environments under field and greenhouse conditions. 4. By relating spring barley and weed growth indicators, to estimate factors (weed suppressive ability of spring barley as influenced by stand density and sowing time) exerting a significant effect on crop-weed competition in an agrophytocenose.<br>Įvertinti segetalinės floros biologinius pokyčius skirtingo konkurencingumo vasarinių miežių agrofitocenozėje. Tyrimų objektas – vasarinių miežių aukštaūgiai, vidutinio aukščio, žemaūgiai augalai ir trumpaamžės piktžolės. Tyrimų uždaviniai: 1. Įvertinti vasarinių miežių derlių formuojančius elementus: augalų sudygimą, krūmijimąsi, žaliosios masės priaugimą, aukštį ir lapų ploto indeksą (LAI). 2. Ištirti aukštaūgių, vidutinio aukščio ir žemaūgių vasarinių miežių augalų gebą konkuruoti su piktžolėmis. 3. Įvertinti trumpaamžių piktžolių, augančių skirtingomis konkurencijos sąlygomis, biologinius pokyčius lauko ir šiltnamio sąlygomis. 4. Siejant vasarinių miežių ir piktžolių augimo rodiklius, įvertinti veiksnius (skirtingo konkurencingumo veisles ir nevienodą pasėlio tankumą bei vasarinių miežių sėjos laiką), turinčius esminės įtakos augalų konkurencijai agrofitocenozėje.

<p>Bakgrund: Ett problem bland många företag är att de utgår ifrån det som teknikerna har utvecklat istället för efter det som marknaden efterfrågar. Nu börjar företag inse vikten av kundernas kunskaper och ett sätt att få tillgång till dessa kunskaper är genom att involvera dem i produktutvecklingen. </p><p>Syfte: Syftet med denna magisteruppsats är att beskriva hur företag kan få tillgång till kundernas kunskap vid kundinvolverad produktutveckling samt att beskriva vilka förutsättningar som bör råda för att kundinvolveringen ska fungera. </p><p>Metod: Totalt har elva personer från sex företag intervjuats. </p><p>Resultat: Kunskapen som företaget vill få från kunden är framförallt kunskaper om kundens behov, vilket fås genom att observera när kunden använder produkten och genom att arbeta ute hos kunden. Förutsättningar som är viktiga är kundens egenskaper, en relation, vinna-vinna situation och kundfokus.</p>

<p>Background: A strong brand is becoming an increasingly important factor when surviving on a competitive market. A strong brand can therefore be considered a strategically important resource. The relationship between a brand's strength and its distribution can decide the future of a brand in the long run. Lifestyle branding is becoming a more popular way of differentiating ones brand from the competition. </p><p>Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to identify factors which according to the lifestyle brand owners are central when measuring the strength of a brand. Furthermore it will also identify functions of the distribution channel over which the brand owner wishes to have control. The goal is to try to capture these dimensions in a measuring model. The model is aimed at being used by lifestyle brand owners in order to identify a position of the relationship of a brands strength and its distribution. </p><p>Procedure: We chose to conduct a qualitative study and performed five interviews. Our chosen method was one of induction. By combining empirical data with existing theories of brand strength and distribution we have identified factors and functions which according to the brand owner are considered central. </p><p>Results: When evaluating a brands strength the factors which could be considered are quality, recognition, recall, loyalty, and market share. To evaluate the distribution one can consider the control the brand owner has over the following functions of distribution; assortment, exposure, price, and knowledge of the personnel. We conclude that an increase of brand strength will provoke an increase of control over distribution. This relation also works in the opposite direction.</p>

<p>Background: The concept of the product is a multi faced problem, and involves issues such as core value, tangible and intangible products, services, warranties etc. It is a thick jungle of information regarding what a product can be said to be. Closely linked to the concept of the product are also the terms buying behaviour and value. The first term, buying behaviour, is the understanding of what precedes the purchase, and the second refers to the customer’s perceived value. We believe that these three important concepts have not been sufficiently explored as one. We will investigate the concepts individually and finally join them together as one model. </p><p>Purpose: We set out to create a model that integrates the concepts of consumer behaviour and value with the concept of the product. Method: The study is to a large extent theoretical. A small number of interviews have been conducted at the two automotive companies Saab and Porsche, and also with owners of these cars respectively. This empiricism complements the thesis, and shows examples of how theory exists in practice. </p><p>Results: We have found a way of effectively combining the three concepts product, value and buying behaviour - a model that explains how value and buying behaviour are integrated into the product concept. Our results should be interesting for anyone wanting to understand that products should be considered as more than just the physical object. Products are also closely connected with intangible issues like lifestyle, belonging, image etc. The concept of the product can better be understood when looking at the product in this"three-dimensional"way. We wish the reader much pleasure.</p><br><p>Bakgrund: Produktkonceptet är ett mångfacetterat problem, och innehåller begrepp som kärnvärden, materiella och immateriella produkter, service, garantier etc. Det är en tät djungel av information gällande vad en produkt kan sägas vara. Nära knutet till produktkonceptet är även termerna köpbeteende och värde. Den första termen, köpbeteende, är förståelsen för vad som föregår köpet, och den andra syftar till kundens upplevda värde. Vi tror att dessa tre viktiga koncept inte utforskats tillräckligt som en enhet. Vi kommer undersöka de tre koncepten individuellt, och slutligen sammanföra dem till en modell. </p><p>Syfte: Vi ämnar skapa en model som integrerar koncepten konsument beteende och värde med produktkonceptet. Metod: Studien är i stor utsträckning teoretisk. Ett litet antal intervjuer har utförts på de två biltillverkande företagen Saab och Porsche, och även med ägare av dessa respektive bilar. Denna empiri kompletterar uppsatsen, och ger exempel på hur teori existerar i praktiken. </p><p>Resultat: Vi har funnit ett sätt att effektivt kombinera de tre koncepten produkt, kundvärde och köpbeteende - en modell som förklarar hur värde och köpbeteende är integrerade i produktkonceptet. Våra resultat torde vara intressanta för den som vill förstå att produkter måste ses som mer än bara det fysiska objektet. Produkter är nära sammankopplade med immateriella begrepp som livsstil, tillhörande, image etc. Produktkonceptet förstås bättre efter att använt detta"tredimensionella"synsätt. Vi önskar läsaren mycket nöje.</p>

<p>Bakgrund: Upphandlingen av affärssystem har stadigt ökat och trenden väntas fortsätta i takt med att de uppgifter systemen kan utföra utvidgas. Ett affärssystem kan ses som en strategisk resurs och ”livsnerv” för företaget. Trots detta misslyckas en stor del av alla investeringar i affärssystem. </p><p>Syfte: Att med utgångspunkt i upphandlingsförfarandet av affärssystem ge en bild av den bakomliggande beslutsprocessen och bidra till förståelsen av vilka krafter som påverkar den. </p><p>Avgränsningar: Studien omfattar endast ledningsgruppen i små och medelstora företag inom svensk verkstadsindustri. Undersökningen kommer att sträcka sig t o m beslutet om köp, vi kommer inte att behandla implementeringsfasen. Genomförande: Studien har genomförts i form av intervjuer med tre verkstadsindustriföretag i Linköping med omgivning. </p><p>Resultat: Alla företag har följt ett likartat mönster i upphandlingen. De faktorer som påverkat beslutsprocessen har varit dels interna, dels externa. Företagsledningens roll har främst varit att genomföra de önskemål användarna uttryckt. Vissa nyckelpersoner i ledningsposition har dock spelat en nyckelroll i kraft av sin kunskap och vana av IT.</p>

<p>Bakgrund: I en värld där företagens verksamhet sprider sig i allt större utsträckning över nationella gränser, blir besluten och processerna kring internationalisering allt viktigare. Går det att fatta ett bättre beslut genom att vara rationell, och i så fall hur? Både internationalisering och rationalitet har tidigare diskuterats och det har vuxit fram flera olika skolor inom båda ämnena </p><p>Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att förstå ett företags internationalisering ur ett rationalitetsperspektiv. </p><p>Genomförande: Författarna har gjort en empirisk studie för att undersöka de förhållanden som kan ligga mellan internationalisering och rationalitet. Empirin är hämtad från två svenskbaserade industriföretag; BT-Industries och Scania. </p><p>Resultat. Under uppsatsarbetet har en modell vuxit fram. Med hjälp av denna går det att betrakta fenomenet internationalisering ur ett rationalitetsperspektiv. Vidare framlägges de slutsatser som framkommit i analysen av de två fallföretagen.</p>

<p>Background: The consumers of today have the possibility to choose from a wide range of products and services. Consequently, the ability to differentiate the products is essential for the brand owners. If a brand owner does not manage to differentiate its product, it can be difficult to make the consumers realise the benefits of the product and convince them to buy it. One way to differentiate the product is to create a distinguished brand identity. However, it is not enough to create a strong brand identity, the brand owner must also be capable of communicating the brand identity successfully. There are several ways to communicate a message and one is to use product placement. Purpose: The purpose of the thesis is to create an understanding for product placement’s ability to communicate a brand identity, seen from the brand owners’ point of view. Delimitation: We have chosen to limit our study to only treat product placement in Swedish film. Proceed of the study: We have conducted a qualitative study where the empirical material consists of four personal interviews. Three of the interviewees represented brand owners that have used product placement and one was a product placement agent. The theoretical frame of reference consists of three main theories; marketing communication theory, theories on brand identity and theories on consumer behaviour, where communication theories will be given strongest emphasis. Results: We observed that product placement has possibilities to communicate brand identity, under certain circumstances. The product placement must either be supported by a cross promotion-campaign or expose a product that has distinguished physical characteristics as part of the brand identity.</p>

<p>Background: The Background of this thesis dates back to November of 1999 when Sweden arranged its largest manifestation ever in a developing country, namely South Africa. The origin of this study lies within the frame of Trade&Industry, more specifically a seminar on small business partnership. At the seminar companies with less than 20 employees from both countries were introduced to each other with the long term goal of establishing partnerships between the two countries. These companies awoke our interest in the process of creating a partnership.</p><p> Purpose: With this thesis, we hope to contribute to a higher level of knowledge about small business partnership creation. We also intend to give normative guidelines as for what may be important to have in mind when creating a partnership. We will do this by describing the initial stage of collaboration between small companies and by discussing how initial conditions may affect the parties’ collaboration. </p><p>Delimitation: Our focus is on the strategic objectives and context of collaboration, and we have looked upon these factors without taking corporate culture or external factors, such as political environment, business climate etc., into account. Proceed of the Study: As well as participating in the manifestation and at the seminar we have conducted interviews with representatives from 8 companies. </p><p>Results: In creating a small business partnership companies often heavily depends on one key-person. Communication between companies will contribute to a clearer value-creation scenario - and misunderstandings can be avioded. Furthermore, flexibility, openness and equality between partners will substantially ease the process of creating a partnership.</p>

<p>Background: Today many companies are competing to get space in our minds. Companies spend a tremendous amount of money on building strong brands. It is not just about making us aware of their logo, today it’s more about giving the brand a ”soul” and to load it with different values. Due to today’s globalization there is also interesting to look at it from a cultural perspective. To export a brand name into a new market abroad is not the same as just transferring your knowledge and believe it should work in another country and culture. A brand is consciously and unconsciously loaded with values, especially cultural values. In Sweden there are values typically Swedish that might not be obvious to you but still follow us. These values might not fit the new market the company is entering, therefore some values might get left behind, while others are easily transferred to another country. We therefore find it very interesting to study these cultural values. </p><p>Purpose: The purpose with this essay is to describe which cultural values Swedish company’s brands intend to communicate abroad. </p><p>Performance: We have done a qualitative study. Our empirical study is based mainly on personal interviews. The frames of references are based on well established theories within the brand- and cultural field. </p><p>Result: Our study showed that Swedish companies load their brands with the four values; quality, reliability, simplicity and modern&innovative. We also found that the Swedish culture is reflected in these values, in both national-, business- and corporate culture.</p><br><p>Bakgrund: Idag slåss många företag om att få en plats i vårt medvetande och de lägger därmed ut stora summor på varumärkesbyggande och varumärkesvård. Det handlar inte längre om att bara pränta in logotypen, utan även att ge sitt varumärke en "själ" och ladda det med olika värden. I och med dagens globalisering är det också ur ett kulturellt perspektiv mer intressant. Men att exportera ett varumärke till en utländsk marknad är inte samma sak som att ta med sig sin kunskap och tro att det ska fungera lika bra i det nya landet. Ett varumärke är medvetet och omedvetet laddat med värderingar, både kulturella och affärsmässiga. I Sverige har vi typiskt svenska värden som man kanske inte direkt tänker på men som faktiskt följer med oss. Dessa värden kanske inte passar in på den nya marknaden, utan vissa värden kanske tas med medan andra byts ut. Vi finner det därmed intressant att undersöka dessa kulturella värden.</p><p>Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva vad för slags kulturella värden svenska företags varumärken avser kommunicera utomlands.</p><p>Genomförande: Vi har gjort en kvalitativ studie. Vår empiriska studie är huvudsakligen baserad på de personliga intervjuer och den telefonintervju vi gjort. Referensramarna bygger på väletablerade teorier inom området.</p><p>Resultat: Vår studie har visat att svenska företag laddar sina varumärken med värdena kvalitet, pålitlighet, enkelhet och modern&innovativ. Vi har funnit att dessa värden finns återspeglade i den svenska kulturen både vad gäller national- respektive affärs och företagskultur.</p>

Siekiant ištirti segetinės floros gausumą varpinių javų ir daugiamečių žolių pasėliuose, piktžolės buvo imamos iš 3 laukų: 1 – pirmų naudojimo metų dobilų ir motiejukų mišinys, 2 – avižų ir žirnių mišinys, 3 – antrų naudojimo metų daugiametės žolės (pašariniai motiejukai). 2010 metų gegužės mėnesį iš kiekvieno lauko buvo išskirta po 12 tyrimo laukelių (0,25 m2 ploto) keturiose vietose t.y. iš l m2, kiekvieno lauko pradžioje, viduryje ir pabaigoje. Išskirtuose laukeliuose piktžolės imamos tris kartus: vegetacijos pradžioje, viduryje ir pabaigoje. Piktžolės raunamos su šaknimis, nuo jų nupurtomos žemės, tą pačią dieną nustatoma kiekvieno laukelio piktžolių botaninė sudėtis ir žalioji masė. Toliau piktžolės džiovinamos saulės neapšviestoje patalpoje keletą dienų, joms išdžiūvus nustatoma orasausė masė. Darbo rezultatai. Tirtuose varpinių javų bei daugiamečių žolių pasėliuose per visą tyrimo laikotarpį buvo aptiktos 27 piktžolių rūšys: 19 trumpaamžių ir 18 ilgaamžių. Iš trumpaamžių piktžolių vyravo: daržinė žliūgė (Stellaria media) ir dirvinis garstukas (Sinapis arvensis), o iš ilgaamžių piktžolių vyravo: dirvinė usnis (Cirsium arvense) ir dirvinė pienė (Sonchus arvensis). The aim of the research – to perform field studies in order to investigate the abundance of segetal flora in cereal crops and perennial grasses at Agro ecological centre of Lithuanian University of Agriculture. Methods of the research. In order to investigate the abundance of segetal flora at cereal crops and perennial, weeds were taken from three fields: 1 – the first year use of clover and timothy, 2 – oats and peas mixture, 3 – the second year use of perennial grass (timothy). 2010 May has been divided 12 research fields (0,25 m2) in four areas namely on the 1 m2 at the beginning, middle and the end of each field. Weed were taken three times: at the beginning of vegetation, in the middle and the end. Weeds are eradicated with the roots, soil taken of, each field botanical structure and green mass are determined the same day. Then weeds are dried in dark room for several days, air-dried weight determined after this. The results of the research. Studying cereal crops and perennial grasses during the whole period were found in 27 species of weeds: 19 short and 18 long-living. Leading short-living weeds: common chickweed (Stellaria media) and wild mustard (Sinapis arvensis), dominating long-living weeds: ground thistle (Cirsium arvense), forage milk (Sonchus arvensis). Le système de reconnaissance du partenaire sexuel (SMRS) développé par Paterson est un critère important dans la caractérisation des espèces. Dans ce cadre, l'étude d'un complexe d'espèces de Lépidoptères trouve son intérêt. Au Kenya, le genre Busseola est représenté par trois espèces. B. fusca offre un cas intéressant de passage quasi absolu du compartiment sauvage au compartiment cultivé ; B. phaia et B. segeta s'apparentent à un cas de fidélité à l'hôte endémique. B. phaia et B. segeta partagent leurs aires de répartition avec B. fusca, mais sont isolées par la vallée du Rift et par les plantes-hôtes. B. segeta et B. phaia montre une grande proximité systématique. Nous avons étudier ces taxa au travers d'une approche d'écologie chimique et de phylogénie. La diversité génétique observée chez B. fusca au niveau populationnel n'est pas corrélée avec une variabilité du SMRS. Chez B. phaia et B. segeta, l'étude du SMRS a permis de caractériser les composantes de l'isolement reproducteur. L'analyse phylogénétique combinée à l'écologie chimique a permis d'émettre différentes hypothèses quant au statut d'espèce de B. phaia et B. segeta.
