Abstract:
Given a simple connected graph G, the metric dimension dim(G) (and edge metric dimension edim(G)) is defined as the cardinality of a smallest vertex subset S⊆V(G) for which every two distinct vertices (and edges) in G have distinct distances to a vertex of S. It is an interesting topic to discuss the relation between these two dimensions for some class of graphs. This paper settles two open problems on this topic for unicyclic graphs. We recently learned that Sedlar and S̆krekovski settled these problems, but our work presents the results in a completely different way. By introducing four classes of subgraphs, we characterize the structure of a unicyclic graph G such that dim(G) and edim(G) are equal to the cardinality of any minimum branch-resolving set for unicyclic graphs. This generates an approach to determine the exact value of the metric dimension (and edge metric dimension) for a unicyclic graph.

La première partie est consacrée aux particularités négro-africaines de l'oeuvre et de la pensée de Senghor, liées au milieu géniteur, et enracinées dans la tradition par les aspects onomastiques, les éléments culturels et politiques qui en constituent la toile de fond sur laquelle se déroule l'opération de l'écriture. La deuxième partie insiste davantage sur l'âme noire dans l'oeuvre senghorienne. Senghor s'identifie sans exclusive a cette âme, dont les vertus les plus essentielles et les plus positives sont chantées pour exprimer son humanisme ainsi que la vision globalisante du monde négroafricain, par opposition a la vision dichotomique voire antinomique du monde européen. La troisième partie est consacrée à tous les éléments de l'humanisme senghorien débouchant sur sa conception de la civilisation de l'universel : l'art poétique senghorien; Senghor, critique littéraire ; la négritude selon Senghor. Ces divers points montrent comment la pensée de Senghor est cohérente, logique à l'intérieur de son propre système. En effet, Senghor n'est pas seulement poète, mais il est aussi un humaniste dont les principes et les préoccupations anthropocentristes, se manifestent aussi bien dans sa poésie que dans ses discours politiques, ses essais et études critiques. Cette troisième partie montre l'évolution de la pensée du poète qui va du Sénégal à l'humanité, de l'homme à l'universel et se termine par un essai de définition de l'humanisme senghorien, tel qu'il est cerné et qui impose une lecture suivie de l'écrivain, penseur et homme politique. L'oeuvre de Senghor, qui se résume par la formule civilisation de l'universel, est une solide entité, un tout monolithique et pose un projet qui tient compte des conditions de l'homme, et de l'avenir de l'humanité prise dans le tourment de l'angoisse contemporaine
The first part is devoted to the negro-african features of Senghor's production and thought, linked as they are the ancestral milieu and rooted in tradition through the onomastic aspects, the cultural and political elements which serveas a backcloth to the writing process. The second part lays greater emphasis on black consciousness in Senghor's literary production. Senghor identifies unreservedly with that consciousness, whose most essential and positive virtues he sings with a view to voicing his humanism as well as his comprehensive vision of the negro-african world, which contrasts with his dichotomic and even antinomic vision of the european world. The third part is devoted to all the elements of Senghor's humanism that contribute to his conception of a universal civilisation: Senghor's poetics ; Senghor as literary critic ; negritude according to Senghor. These several points show the coherence and intrinsic logic of Senghor's thought. Indeed, senghor is not only a poet, but he is also a humanist, whose principles and anthropocentric preoccupations come out in his poetry as much as in his political speeches and his critical essays and studies. This third part outlines the evolution of the poet's thought as it expands from Senegal to humanity, from man to the universe, and it concludes with a tentative definition of senghor's humanism, such as i have tried to describe it, and which necessitates a sustained reading of the writer, both as thinker and politician. Senghor's production, which may be epitomized in the phrase "universal civilization", constitutes a robust entity, a monolithic whole, and sets forth a project which takes account of man's conditions and of the future of mankind caught in the convulsion of contemparary angst

La premiere partie de la these est consacree a une etude des rapports entre l'imaginaire et la creation dans l'oeuvre poetique de l. S. Senghor. Apres une analyse de la mythologie des origines et des liens qui existent entre cette mythologie et le concept de negritude, l'auteur evoque l'influence exercee par les tendances profondes de l'imaginaire sur certains aspects du langage du poete: predilection pour l'imparfait, transferts du passe au present ou au futur, silences et ellipses, gout de la melodie et des jeux d'echos sonores, role des grandes images archetypes dans la composition du poeme et dans la structure de certains recueils, apparition de systemes d'images analogues a ceux que l'on rencontre dans les mythes. La plupart de ces aspects revelent l'influence exercee sur le poete par les techniques de la litterature traditionnelle d'afrique noire. La deuxieme partie de la these est consacree a l'etude des lettres d'hivernage et de quelques-uns des grands themes de ce recueil: dialectique du temps, figures de mediation spatiale, entithese du jour et de la nuit, nostalgie de l'ailleurs et mythe de la dame chatelaine, symbolique des oiseaux et des fleurs. Cette deuxieme partie s'acheve par une etude des lithographies realisees par marc chagall pour l'edition originale des lettres d'hivernage
The first part of the thesis is devotes to the links between imagination and creation in the poetical works of l. S. Senghor. After studying the mythology of the origins and the connection between this mythology and the concept of negritude, the author mentions the influence exerted on certain aspects of the poet's language by the underlying tendencies of imagination : the poet's predilection for the imperfect, the transfer to present or to future, the pauses and ellipsis, the choice of melodismus and the use of resounding echoes, the part of great archetypes images in the composition of the poem and of certain collections, the use of systems of images similar to these existing in myths. Most of these aspects show the influence exerted on the poet by the traditional techniques of black african's literature. The second part of the thesis is devotes to the study of lettres d'hivernage and some of the most important themes of the collection : time dialectics, spatial mediations, antithesis of day and nyght, nostalgie for elsewhere and the myth of the lady, birds and flowers'symbolics. This seconds part ends with lithographs made by marc chagall for the first edition of lettres d'hivernage

Författarna undersöker i denna C-uppsats hur studie- och yrkesvägledare ser på den treåriga gymnasieskolan utifrån frågeställningarna: Hur ser studievägledarna på elevers förutsättningar att göra ett tillfredsställande gymnasieval? Hur ser studievägledarna på gymnasieskolans flexibilitet i fråga om att hantera felval? Vilka uppfattningar finns bland studievägledare om fördelar och nackdelar med en längre gymnasietid än tre år?Studien är utförd med en kvalitativ metod och resultatet analyseras med hjälp av careershipsteorin kompletterad av Bourdieus begrepp doxa. Resultatet visar att vägledarna anser att det är svårare för praktiskt sinnade elever att ta sig igenom gymnasiet på ett tillfredsställande vis samt att gymnasieexamen anses mer av ett självändamål bland vägledare på gymnasiet än på Komvux.

« Comparaison n’est pas raison ». Célèbre pamphlet formulé par René Etiemble en 1963, qui fait date, aujourd’hui encore dans toute tentative de comparabilité poétique. La présente thèse essaie d’aller au-delà de cette prescription théorique, sans toutefois perdre de vue la mesure et la pertinence qui la supposent. Maurice Blanchot et Léopold Sédar Senghor. Deux auteurs que tout semble éloigner. Le premier, Européen de culture, a produit une œuvre marquée par la distance heuristique, le désœuvrement infini et la discrétion interminable d’un sujet qui va disparaissant. Le second, Africain et académicien a écrit des recueils de poèmes et des essais sur le Socialisme et l’Esthétique négro-africaine. Rien ne présageait une quelconque rencontre entre ces deux écrivains. Ils ont cependant en commun la poétique de la Nuit, espace d’expression thématique qui structure ce travail. Blanchot et Senghor sont distants à l’égard des modes traditionnels de la Raison. L’un a écrit des fictions fragmentaires, des récits marqués par des apophtegmes ainsi que des textes critiques iconoclastes. L’autre a jeté un soupçon radical sur la Raison discursive et la pensée géométrique. La Nuit est le lieu de ces renversements herméneutiques. A partir d’une approche ouverte, la thèse procède à la réévaluation des outils classiques de lisibilité des textes littéraires, en tentant de répondre à trois questions cardinales : Pourquoi et Comment la Nuit chez Blanchot et Senghor ? Quelles sont donc les discontinuités qui s’étendent dans cette région obscure et étrange ? Mais encore, Comment surmonter l’absence d’échanges effectifs, pour approcher le débat ainsi manqué chez ces deux auteurs ? Telles sont les apories principales qui gouvernent cette recherche. Pour s’y risquer, une poétique transversale est convoquée : les Psychanalyses littéraires, pour saisir les frustrations initiales qui se métamorphosent dans le Jour et fondent le texte dans la Nuit. La Mythocritique et son dispositif triangulaire, pour observer les rapports entre le héros mythique, le personnage romanesque (ou poétique) et l’écrivain. Et enfin, la Déconstruction, pour suivre le réceptacle théorique qui est le point de condensation de ces dissymétries. La Nuit apparaît alors comme une opération de démantèlement des institutions du Savoir, qui étire la parole littéraire jusqu’à l’abolition radicale des différences : inaccessibilité de l’Altérité chez Blanchot, hétérogénéité du rythme intuitif, l’Autre de la raison chez Senghor
"Comparison is not reason." Pamphlet made famous by Rene Etiemble in 1963, which today, has aplace in all attempts of poetry comparison. This thesis tries to go beyond the theoretical limitation without losing sight of the relevance and pertinence that it is supposed by.Maurice Blanchot and Léopold Sédar Senghor. Two authors that differ in every respect. The first, influenced by European culture in order to produce a piece of work marked by heuristic difference, infinite boredom, and an endless discretion of a topic that will eventually disappear. The Second, an African academic that wrote collections of poems and essays on Socialism and the Negro-African Aesthetics. Nothing boded any meeting between these two writers. They have in common the poetics of the Night, a thematic expression that structures this work. Blanchot and Senghor are far from the traditional modes of reason. One wrote fragments of fiction and narratives marked by sayings and iconoclastic critical texts. The other had cast suspicion on radical discursive reason and geometric thinking. Night is the place of these hermeneutic reversals . From an open approach, the thesis is re-evaluating the standard tools of readable literary texts, trying to answer three cardinal questions: Why and how do Blanchot and Senghor use night in their work ? What are the discontinuities that lie in this strange and dark region? Moreover, How to overcome the absence of effective exchanges, in order to approach the missing debates within in the works of these two authors? These are the main aspects that govern this research. To take the risk, a poetry section is called : the litery psychoanalysis, to capture the initial frustrations that are transformed in the day and melt the text in the night. The Mythocritique and its triangular form of analysis is used in order to observe the relationship between the mythical hero, the fictional (or poetic character) and the writer. Finally, Deconstruction is used, to monitor the theoretic receptacle which serves as the point of condensation of these asymmetries. Night appears as an operation to dismantle the institutions of knowledge, whilst stretching the literary language until the radical abolition of differences: inaccessibility of Otherness in Blanchot, intuitive rhythm heterogeneity, the other of reason in Senghor

This thesis concentrates basic principles of budgetary control of municipalities and accounting reform which changed accounting of municipalities since the year 2010. The thesis is divided into to main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is concerned with two main themes - budgetary control of municipalities and creating state accounting. This part describes terms such as budget, budget outlook, budget process or classification of budget. The text of this part also describes a new conception of state accounting. Practical part deals with detailed analysis of budgetary control of municipality Sedlec between years 2006 and 2009. Practical part also contains a commentary on course of the accounting reform in specific conditions of the municipality Sedlec.

Abstract:
<p>This article reviews the new superstructure and cable system for the pedestrian suspension bridge over Varbitza river, situated in Rodopi mountain of Bulgaria. The bridge connects the town of Momchilgrad with the village of Sedlare, bridging the river in a single span. The distance between the two concrete pylons is 169m. The span of the main steel truss girders is 155m with a clear distance between them of 2,50m. The design was made in 2005 and the bridge was constructed in 2007. In 2021 (nearly fifteen years after its completion) side inspection of its service condition was made by the authors. The results of the findings are discussed in this article as well.</p>

Abstract:
This document describes the repackaging and linkage of the Sandia National Laboratories Environmental Fluid Dynamics Sediment Processes Code (SNL-EFDC-SEDZLJ), (Thanh et al. 2008). It was originally incorporated within a modified version of the US Environmental Protection Agency’s (USEPA) EFDC public-domain surface-water flow, sediment transport, and water-quality model developed by John Hamrick (Hamrick 1992) and its linkage to the ERDC-CHL-CMS hydrodynamic model. SNL-EFDC simulates flow and transport of sediment as bedload and suspended load. SNL-EFDC-SEDZLJ improves EFDC with updated sediment kinetics subroutines. Sediment erosion is calculated using data collected with a Sediment Erosion at Depth flume (SEDflume). SEDflume measures erosion rates as a function of shear stress and depth from relatively undisturbed cores taken directly from the sediment bed below the water body of interest. The use of SEDflume data provides more accurate sediment erosion rates that are directly input to the model.

• Under perioden 2016-2022 som provfisket i Vaxholm har pågått harfångstsammansättningen varit relativt konstant. •Totalfångsten har ökat signifikant sedan provfiskets början. Under 2022 fångades i medel 82 fiskar per ansträngning (antal individer per nät ochnatt) fördelat på 13 arter. Mört var den vanligaste arten i fångsten (47procent), följt av abborre, strömming, braxen och gärs. Den invasiva artensvartmunnad smörbult fångades i provfisket för första gången 2022. •Fångsten av karpfisk i Vaxholm under 2022 uppgick till 44 individer peransträngning, vilket är något lägre än år 2021 då man uppmätte det högstaantalet per ansträngning sedan provfiskeseriens början. Fångsten avkarpfisk har varit hög jämfört med närliggande kustområden. De arter avkarpfisk som fångats i Vaxholm är framför allt mört, men även braxen,björkna, löja, id och sutare har förekommit i fångsten. •Sedan provfiskets början år 2016 så har det fångats relativt många storafiskar (>30 cm) och relativt många stora abborrar (>25 cm) i Vaxholm. Avde stora fiskarna har braxen och abborre dominerat, men enstaka individerav gös, sik, mört, id, gädda och sutare över 30 centimeter har ocksåfångats i provfisket. •Indikatorn L90 för abborre (storleken vid den 90:e percentilen ilängdfördelningen) är ett mått på hur stora de största abborrarna i områdethar varit. L90 har varit relativt högt i Vaxholm sedan 2016 jämfört mednärliggande kustområden, vilket tyder på att abborrarna varit stora iområdet. Dock så har abborrhanarna i Vaxholm varit relativt små ochkönskvoten indikerar en något högre andel honor i jämförelse med andraprovfiskeområden. •I provfiskefångsten år 2022 utgjorde abborre 99,6 % av all rovfisk.Förutom abborre förekom även gös och en öring i fångsten. Både fångstenav abborre och rovfisk har ökat signifikant över tid. •Diversitetsindexet och den trofiska medelnivån har varit relativt stabilaunder perioden 2016‒2022, och är i nivå med närliggandeprovfiskeområden. •Två- till femåriga abborrar samt sjuåriga abborrar har vid given ålder ökati storlek sedan provfiskets början 2016. • Ett lågt siktdjup i kombination med den stora fångsten av karpfisk tyder på att Vaxholm är påverkat av hög näringsbelastning.

Under 2023 genomfördes en rikstäckande inventering av häckande storskarv (Phalacrocorax carbo) i Sverige, den första sedan 2012. Genom att samordna inventeringar som redan var inplanerade med kompletterande insatser i områden där inga inventeringar var planerade erhölls en god geografisk täckning. Arbetet har utförts av ett stort antal personer och organisationer med lokalkännedom, expertis och långvarig erfarenhet av inventeringar av häckande storskarv. En kombination av metoder har använts för att få så detaljerade resultat som möjligt. Resultaten från riksinventeringen 2023 visar att den häckande populationen av storskarv i Sverige har ökat markant sedan den förra inventeringen 2012. År 2023 räknades 74 767 bon i 224 kolonier, jämfört med 40 958 bon och 169 kolonier år 2012. Kolonierna var flest och störst vid kusterna och häckningar förekom i samtliga län med havskust, men med ytterst få kolonier och bon i Norrbottens och Västerbottens län. Inga häckningar förekom i Jämtlands och Dalarnas län. De största kolonierna fanns längs Östersjöns kuster (i Kalmar, Södermanlands, Stockholms, Gotlands och Östergötlands län). Ökningen av antalet bon sedan 2012 var störst i Kalmar, Blekinge, Västra Götalands och Östergötlands län. I Gotlands län samt bland de insjöhäckande storskarvarna i Örebro, Värmlands, Kronobergs och Jönköpings län hade antalet bon minskat sedan 2012. I Mälaren och Vättern hade antalet kolonier och bon ökat sedan 2012, men i Vänern hade både antalet kolonier och antalet bon minskat. Tätare intervall mellan riksinventeringar rekommenderas och mer ingående undersökningar och analyser behövs för att bättre kunna kombinera resultat om antalet bon som samlats in med olika metoder. Vilken metod som är bäst lämpad varierar mellan kolonier och är bland annat beroende av koloniernas storlek, ålder och fördelningen mellan mark-, busk- och trädhäckande fåglar samt hur stor noggrannhet man eftersträvar. Val av metod beror även på vilka inventeringsresurser som finns tillgängliga och avvägningar mellan kvalitet på data och risk för störningar av häckande fåglar. Dessutom rekommenderas bättre övervakning av häckningsframgången och olika typer av störningar. Omfattningen av häckande storskarvar av underarten atlantstorskarv på svenska västkusten och förekomst av eventuella hybrider mellan atlantstorskarv och mellanskarv bör undersökas. Slutligen bör poängteras att återkommande inventeringar av häckande storskarv ger en bild av populationens utveckling och geografiska fördelning över år, men säger ingenting om den geografiska fördelningen av storskarv i Sverige under andra årstider, utanför häckningssäsongen.

Denna rapport sammanställer information om projektet Ålen i Fardume träsk, som startade 1980 på Gotland med syftet att undersöka både ekologiska och ekonomiska resultat av ålutsättningar. Då projektet varit igång sedan 1980 har flera aktörer varit inblandade, och data har lagrats i pärmar och digitalt på olika hårddiskar, servrar och databaser genom åren. Syftet med denna rapport är därför att redogöra vad som gjorts inom projektet sedan 1980 fram till idag (2022), för att ge en bakgrund till det arbete som gjorts, vilka studier som publicerats med data från platsen och vilket data som idag finns tillgängligt. Denna syntes är nödvändig för att möjliggöra framtida användning av insamlad data från ålprojektet vid Fardume träsk. Totalt har ca 101 000 ålindivider satts ut i Fardume träsk, 1980 sattes det ut ca 53 000 individer och 1989 sattes det ut ytterligare ca 48 000 individer. Det introducerade ålbeståndets utveckling har sedan följts upp kontinuerligt via en fälla som fångar utvandrande ål från Fardume träsk i Bångån. Fällan har varit drift sedan 1980 och det samlas fortfarande in ål här vilket idag finansieras via SLU Aqua och länsstyrelsen Gotland. Fällan i Bångån har genererat utvandringsdata (antal fångade ålar per år) samt individdata då ål samlats in från fällan för individprovtagning i laboratorium. Totalt har det publicerats åtta vetenskapliga artiklar baserat på data från Fardume träsk, den första publicerades 1986 och den sista 2003. Sedan 2003 har inga vetenskapliga artiklar publicerats med data från Fardume träsk. Otoliter från ål från Fardume träsk har använts för att utveckla och validera åldersläsning av ål då de har en känd ålder (utsatta antingen 1980 eller 1989). Data från Fardume träsk gicks igenom av personal på SLU Aqua under 2020 och 2021 då det fanns flera frågetecken kring datakvalitén och var data lagrades. Sammanställningarna visade att fångstdata från fällan i Bångån behöver ses över och jämföras med fältprotokoll (främst efter 1995) men det går att använda data idag för att säga att det bör ha fångats minst 14 914 individer i fällan under 1980-2022. Individdata finns idag sparade i två separata Excel-filer samt i SLU Aquas databas Sötebasen, dessa filer behöver ses över, kombineras, kontrolleras så att inte samma individ förekommer flera gånger och sedan lagras på en beständig plats innan det kan användas i forskningssyfte. Det finns idag 26 år med data från Fardume träsk som inte använts i någon (för oss) känd vetenskaplig artikel eller rapport. Data från fällan i Bångån skulle kunna användas för att utvärdera hur stor andel av utsättningen som återfångats vilket kan användas för att skatta hur mycket ål som producerats på en känd sjöareal, möjliggöra nya studier gällande utvandringsstorlekar, kondition, tillväxt, parasitering med mera. Individdata skulle kunna användas för att följa tillväxtmönster, överlevnad, könsfördelning, konditionsfaktorer och storleksstrukturen för den ål som vandrat ut från Fardume träsk via Bångån samt för att utvärdera hur länge utsatt ål stannar i ett system efter en utsättning.

Sverige har sedan 2009 tillämpat en ålförvaltningsplan där en av förvaltningsåtgärderna är stödutsättningar av glasålar i svenska vatten. Dessa ålar importeras från länder där det anses finnas ett överskott av ankommande glasål. Sedan ålförvaltningens början har alla utsatta ålar märkts med strontium och vi kan därför idag skilja på naturligt rekryterade ålar och stödutsatta ålar genom en strontiumanalys av deras otoliter. På väst- och sydkusten finns det två provfiskeprogram där ål har samlats in och strontiumanalyserats. Dessa program inbegriper fiske med ryssja vid en lokal utanför Stenungsund och med elfiske vid 24 olika lokaler vid grunda kustområden eller i mindre vattendrag (fallfälla och nettingfälla i ett fåtal fall). Av de totalt 1118 ålar som analyserats var 9 % av utsatt härkomst och de påvisades endast vid fyra lokaler. Dessa ligger alla i närheten av Orust och Tjörn där det har pågått utsättningar sedan 2010. Ålar som sattes ut de första åren efter att utsättningarna påbörjades i detta område har fångats kontinuerligt i provfisket sedan dess vilket kan vara ett tecken på att utsatta ålar stannar kvar i området de sätts ut i. Senare utsättningar har däremot inte påträffats i samma utsträckning. Det finns tidigare studier som visar att en hög densitet av ål i ett område kan leda till högre mortalitet. Det finns däremot inget som tyder på någon skillnad i kondition eller tillväxt mellan naturligt rekryterade och utsatta ålar bland de som analyserats i denna studie. Det finns därför inte några tecken idag på varför ål som satts ut senare inte fångas i provfisket eller varför andelen utsatt ål är låg jämfört med naturliga rekryter trots stora utsättningar i detta område. På majoriteten av de fiskade lokalerna har inga märkta ålar påträffats trots att hundratusentals ålar har satts ut i vattendrag som mynnar ut på den svenska väst- och sydkusten. En anledning kan vara att många av dessa utsättningar har skett i sjöar en bit inåt land och att dessa ålar inte har haft någon anledning att byta uppväxtmiljö och ännu inte har blivit gamla nog att söka sig ut mot havet för att leka.
