Abstract:
The article presents the results of the empirical research. The aim of the research is to identify and to solve the pedagogical problems of minors sentenced to punishment without deprivation of liberty through the realization of a scientifically grounded and practically tested model of pedagogical support. The methods of the research include pedagogical analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison and synthesis of the research results, questioning, individual and group interviews, supervision, generalization of independent characteristics, comprehensive and formative assessment and statistical methods of information processing. The following pedagogical problems were defined during the experimental work: insufficient level of pedagogical training of the penal staff, low level of pedagogical culture of parents, other family members and persons in loco parentis and the lack of an integral system of pedagogical support in general. During the investigation a scientifically proved pedagogical model for correction support of juvenile delinquents who are registered by the penal inspections of the Federal Penal Service of Russia is created. The pedagogical model for correction support of juvenile delinquents is considered as one of the ways of pedagogical problems solution.

Abstract:
The paper substantiates the need to create a practical technology for the implementation of advanced education for training of bachelors of digital society on the basis of modern pedagogical formats of communication between a teacher and students. Pedagogical methods and technologies are presented that implement practical implementation of two types of advancing: advancing “ from below” when the content of education is based on the current level of technology development and advancing “ from above” which involves anticipating not specific theoretical knowledge or work skills, but personality characteristics that allow the student adapt successfully in the future. The modern mathematical means and tools for the implementation of intellectual analysis of pedagogical monitoring data are proposed which allow building a scientifically grounded individual educational trajectory. All pedagogical approaches and methods used contribute to the preparation of students for future work activities in the face of rapid obsolescence of knowledge and technologies and correspond to the modern level of development of digital education, which are characterized by qualitative changes in data processing and transmission technologies and the widespread use of information and communication technologies.

Abstract:
High school students are very seldomly, if at all, taught that race is a social rather than biological construct, and this pedagogical omission has led to biological essentialism. Biological essentialism is the belief that race can be used in predictable ways to determine intellect and/or behavior. Biological essentialism can result in the belief that unscientifically proven racial stereotypes are true. Much work is needed to support the teaching of a scientifically accurate understanding of human diversity in high school biology courses. It is of paramount importance that students are engaged in instruction that addresses racial misconceptions before they graduate high school and enter society as leaders, lawmakers, and civically active members. Missed instructional opportunities can result in the perpetuation of racial stereotypes that fuel systemic racism. The following is a culturally responsive 5E lesson “Reimagining a Culture of Equality” (R.A.C.E.). R.A.C.E. lessons are lesson model designed by the author to promote accurate teaching and understanding of human diversity, ultimately resulting in a more tolerant and scientifically literate learner.

Abstract:
The article reveals the topicality of child behaviour observation in the context of social education. Also, the focus is directed towards the ideas by Prof. Bronislovas Bitinas concerning the possibilities of the development of educational science and practice by relying on diagnostic results of child behaviour and activities. The actual problem is related to the application of observation as a working instrument while implementing social pedagogical activities of child behaviour correction. The aim of the article is to describe the possibilities of the application of child behavior observation as a tool of social pedagogue correctional activities for children from risk groups. The research was conducted by applying retrospective analysis, research data analysis and synthesis. The article defines the prerequisites of the development of the behaviour observation instrument devoted to the solution of delinquency prevention problems. The attention is paid to the argument by Prof. B. Bitinas that sporadic educational activities directed to individual work with children from risk groups are not effective. On the contrary, systematic activities including deviant child behaviour observation are necessary. Behaviour observation is analyzed not only as an instrument but also as a purposeful directed and organized cognitive process which creates the conditions to improve social pedagogical activities with children and the collection of the necessary information. Generally speaking about the behaviour observation instrument suggested by Prof. B. Bitinas and active participation in the development of the instrument and its application, it should be stressed that it is the first focused attempt to develop a scientifically based working instrument for social pedagogues. The appropriate and consistent application of the behaviour observation instrument in social education provides prerequisites for sensitively diagnosing the behavior and choosing well-timed, purposeful, directive and pedagogically sound behaviour correction strategies. Meaningful application of the behaviour observation instrument in social pedagogue work provides the background for more effective psycho-pedagogical work with children from risk groups.

Abstract:
Education, school, teacher are considered as the main factors for the societal development in the process of the rapid changing. Thus training of the competent pedagogue is indicated as the main objective for the education strategy. For pursuit and realising of quality training it is of crucial importance to have the feedback and information from the future teachers after performing of their pedagogical practice in schools. Through self-assessment of their capacities in solving problems encountered in organizing educational process, as well as assessment of their pedagogical capacities provided by the teachers and teacher-experts, can determine and scientifically evidence directions and forms for improvement of the study process of teacher training. Data of the scientific research indicated that future teachers after self-assessment of their own capacities after performing of their pedagogical practice, already have majority of capacities required within the educational process. This was proven also by the teachers and teacher-experts. Nevertheless respondents indicated capacities and competencies that were lacking for the work with pupils. Those are: difficulties in raising concrete targets for the lesson, managing class, motivating and assessing pupils, individualising teaching process, etc. Research has also justified the need and directions for improvement of the studies and concrete subject.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the pedagogical technology of individual work planning on the basis of the scientific work of students during the whole period of study (starting from the first year) within the educational level and between them. The system of organization of integrated and cross-cutting educational space in agrarian engineering education, which is aimed at formation and development of different levels and types of competencies, is given. The methodology of professional discipline acquisition, the study of which is based on the integrated and cross-cutting principle and is aimed at the formation and development of different levels and types of competences of the future engineer was implemented. Pedagogical technology of cross-cutting programming and developed applied models are universal, taking into account the use of them after professional correction of content for any technological specialties. The role of organization of student cross-cutting learning in the formation of their professionalism and competence is demonstrated. The concept of future specialist training in agrarian engineering takes into account modern trends of development of agrarian and industrial sphere; specific characteristics of production competence structure; pedagogical patterns, principles and requirements, are based on the theory and practice of future specialists training in agrarian engineering. Combining two types of student educational activities such as educational and scientific, their implementation in the principles of cross-cutting requires new organizational, methodical and regulatory approaches to teaching students. Cross-cutting organization of independent work changes the requirements for the student activities, scientific and pedagogical staff and departments for educational process planning (dean's offices, educational units). The scientific materials provide peculiarities for planning cross-cutting educational and scientific work of students as a single complex of educational activity. It has been proved that cross-cutting programming of the educational process is effective for technological training, in which the form of state testing is qualification work (project). It has been established that the educational activity of students during the whole period of study and at its final stage depends on the constant cross-cutting professional, scientifically confirmed project activity. The prospect of these materials is the development of a detailed mechanism of planning "on request" and designing cross-cutting technologies for other areas of education.

Abstract:
This study’s urgency is determined by absence of serious researches in the usage area of «flipped» learning model (FLM) applied to engineering geometry and computer graphics (EGCG); by absence of scientifically-based, tested and implemented programs and learning materials for EGCG FLM; as well as by the need for development of new modern tools to support classroom work and forms of students’ individual work. The purpose of this study is to examine the current state of knowledge and practice of existing EGCG courses, using the FLM concept as the main pedagogical strategy. Research methods are pedagogical experiment, expert assessment, cluster analysis. Problem state: since 2012 the FLM approach has gained popularity not only in schools but also in engineering universities. FLM presents opportunities for solutions of complex pedagogic problems in engineering education, but creates some difficulties in model implementation preparing. Most of based on the FLM researches in the area of engineering education have been conducted on the basis of short-term studies, and on feedback from professors and students and their reviews. Theoretical and practical contribution of materials: this paper represents a synthesis of qualitative and quantitative researches on engineering courses using the FLM. The study has demonstrated that the issues of EGCG FLM have not been investigated in the scientific and methodological literature. Has been identified students relation to the FLM, as well as to the role of learning materials and professor’s personality in the FLM. Advantages and disadvantages of the FLM have been revealed, and recommendations on students training have been presented. Study significance: the study has proved the absence of scientifically-based, tested and implemented programs and learning materials for students learning on EGCG using FLM. To create reasonable theoretical bases for pedagogy in the area of EGCG FLM, as well as corresponding evaluation methods it is necessary to conduct further scientific researches examining various aspects related to practical implementation of long-term programs and learning materials. This paper’s materials can be useful for lecturers of technical universities.

Abstract:
The article reveals the issues of educational work with students of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The educational process is considered as the implementation of a scientifically grounded and normatively regulated system of measures for the moral and professional-psychological preparation of the personality of the future employee of the Internal Affairs agencies for professional activity. The realities of the current moment impose very high requirements on the personality of an employee of the Internal Affairs agencies, and therefore this personality requires not only detailed study, but also a constant system-built psychological and pedagogical influence. The specifics of law enforcement is determined not only by the tense organizational, intellectual and emotional situation, but also by the need to act at the intersection of ethics and law, moral and legal regulation. At the same time, educational work with students, as a system of purposeful psychological and pedagogical influence on the consciousness, feelings and behavior of a person, should be carried out with the maximum consideration of individual characteristics. The solution of these problem areas, as well as the implementation of the most important task of personal education-interiorization of values, is possible when using an integrated approach in support of educational activities, where the leading role is assigned to the moral and psychological support of educational activities.

Abstract:
The work reflects the historical and theoretical aspect of the method of teaching reading in Russia: three stages of development of methodic science in this direction are described. A com-parative analysis of the definitions of the concept “reading” in different sources of knowledge is carried out, and the methodic phenomenon of reading is described. The psychological-pedagogical and reference materials used in the work reveal both achievements in the methods of teaching children to read, and problematic issues. In particular, the issue of the objectives in the teaching reading, determined by the age peculiarities of the participants in the process, drawing on the works of psychologists and supervisors a difference is read as the physiological actions and how speech activities, are called classical and alternative methods of learning to read and other. We come to conclusions about the possibility of learning to read in preschool age, since theoretical and empirical prerequisites are created, and practical methods of teaching children to read are developed. A hypothesis is put forward about the need for individualization of training and the creation of a scientifically based technology of the process.

Abstract:
In the article, on the basis of the works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, the pedagogical foundations of the implementation of polytechnic playing activity are substantiated; revealed its significance in the formation of preschoolers' ideas about professions. Taking into account the modern achievements of pedagogical theory and practice of education, the features of labor education of preschoolers are analyzed. The article deals with the modern interpretation of the polytechnic idea. It is emphasized that modern informational and technical changes content, forms and methods of educational interaction, transformation of the child's position in the educational process, determines the transition to an anthropocentric paradigm of human formation, humanistic practice-oriented preparation of children for future work activity. The child's work is closely connected with playing activity. During work, kids often enjoy playing, and older preschoolers also often use playing for working. By playing, children like to reflect the nature of adult labor and relationship. The connection between working and playing activity of preschoolers is noted. It consists in the fact that through these activities the child generalizes and systematizes the idea of adult labor. The first emotional stage of professional self-determination is associated with working and playing. The study of adult labor, the performance of labor duties forms an idea of professions, leads to the fact that the first professional preferences are formed, professional interests are outlined. The author develops the idea that the innovative direction of the polytechnic idea provides for the implementation of the preschoolers` polytechnic playing activity. This scientific phenomenon is considered as a consistent, systemically organized, scientifically grounded, purposeful creative subject-subject interaction between the teacher and the child, for the purpose of labor education of preschoolers and the formation of their ideas about professions.

Abstract:
The article points out that currently in Ukraine the increasing attention is directed to the definition of ICT, providing the maximum consideration of individual peculiarities of education applicants. The approaches to the definition of left-handed education applicant (left hand is the leading one) and the notion of ambidextrous (the ability of a person to use both hands equally) are identified. In order to determine the readiness of future teachers to work with left-handed education applicants, a survey of second- and third-year students at Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv National Pedagogical University was conducted. It was determined that the vast majority (over 80%) among them have limited understanding of the peculiarities of teaching left-handed people. It is proved that there is an urgent need for specialists with appropriate theoretical and practical training, who are capable of effectively teaching left-handed pupils in accordance with their individual-psychological features. The level of empathy found in future educators indicates a positive psychological state of the vast majority of students, which will enable them to form inclusive competence more effectively. It is determined that the "mirror reflection method" is scientifically and methodologically justified to work with left-handed education applicants. In order to prepare future educators to work with left-handed education applicants, online software for mirroring photo and video materials has been identified.

Abstract:
Criteria approach contributes to the implementation of diagnostic, research, monitoring, formative, analytical and other functions of assessing the effectiveness of pedagogical phenomena and components of the pedagogical process. The idea of the study is to develop scientific and pedagogical foundations — the main provisions that scientifically and methodically detail the processes of organization and formation of general professional competencies of a future history teacher. The article says that the learning process is traditional, characterized by the widely used lecture-seminar form of training, when the material is presented by the lecturer to students, and then fixed in the seminar–practical classes, despite the variety of different types of lectures: introductory, problem, overview, etc. , nevertheless, the main drawback is the active position of the lecturer in the form of a monologue and the passive position of the student, who is not fully included in the learning process. The least effective form of training is a lecture, because the student simply listens and is able to remember only 10% of everything he has heard, but the most effective form of training, in our opinion, is group interaction of students, during which students interact, analyze, develop, discuss, evaluate, argue, which allows them to learn 90% new material. As part of the experimental and pedagogical work of the study, professional–basic and professional–profile types of practices were visited in order to identify student’s understanding of the essence of the content of the lessons, the essence of understanding its structure, the correct use of didactic principles, and school teachers were observed and questioned. In relation to our subject of research, the criteria-based approach allowed us to formulate a development strategy for the formation of general professional competencies, to assess the correspondence between the goals set and the results obtained, to optimize the processes that contribute to the effective formation of general professional competencies of future teachers.

Abstract:
The main purpose of this study is an attempt to draw the attention of the scientific community to the problem of the prestige of the teaching profession against the background of the opinion that has developed in modern society about the low level of intelligence of applicants of pedagogical universities. This problem is relevant today for many European countries, including Poland, where the first stage of research was conducted. A wide range of studies conducted by scientists from Poland, Ukraine and Russia (a list of names is given in the text of the article) indicates the continuing interest of the scientific community in the problem of the prestige of the teaching profession. However, there are not enough publications linking the prestige of the profession and the intelligence of students studying in this direction in the scientific environment. Most publications on this topic do not have scientifically confirmed facts, but are based only on emotions and public perception of the problem. Therefore, we decided to conduct a number of studies in the universities of the three listed countries in order to confirm or decline the prevailing opinion about the low intellectual development of applicants of pedagogical universities. Our research (the first stage) was conducted on the basis of the Warsaw University of Natural Sciences among first-year students studying in the direction of "Pedagogy" using survey as a research method, in particular the Raven test. The article publishes only partial results of research conducted at this Polish higher educational institution, which, nevertheless, allow us to refute the thesis about the low level of intellectual development among students of pedagogical directions. These data are presented in comparison with the similar situation in Ukraine and Russia, which allows us to conclude that the prestige of the teaching profession as a pan-European trend is falling (in relation to the countries of the Eastern Europe). The research results also contradict the generally accepted opinion about the low level of intelligence among students of pedagogical educational institutions. Most of them have an average and high level (according to the Raven test), which, however, does not directly affect the prestige of the teaching profession. More than half of the respondents do not intend to work in their primary specialty, but consider pedagogical education prestigious for further career outside of school.

Abstract:
The peculiarities of training future specialists in the conditions of competence-oriented mentoring are clarified. The solution of the existing problems that determine the rethinking of the goals of training future specialists, its implementation through a competency approach as an important means of modernizing the content of higher education is scientifically substantiated. Mentoring is interpreted as one of the types of training, as well as one of the forms of adaptation. It is believed that mentoring is the most effective type and important part of training in the organization. The ultimate goal of a mentoring program is to «create» an effective employee for a specific organization. Mentoring provides a system of staff training in which the transfer of knowledge, skills and abilities takes place directly in the workplace in a real work environment. Training is based on the solution of real professional tasks by an intern under the guidance of a highly qualified specialist, having the opportunity to focus on the experience and opinion of an experienced professional. The emphasis is on the practical component. The position of the mentor makes special demands on such specialists. Competence-oriented mentoring of students in modern conditions means a structured, open, dynamic socio-pedagogical process, which is a set of purposeful influences on young people who begin their careers in various spheres of life, in order to form their professional (service-oriented) competencies; socially significant personality traits, which we define as socio-personal competencies; reduction of the adaptation period of the listener at a workplace and strengthening of motivation to qualitative performance of certain labor functions, continuity of the values formed by long-term practice and collective achievements of establishment. The professional competence of a mentor is interpreted as high-quality work based on a high level of professionalism and professional competencies, characterized by sufficient experience in a particular field and productive socio-pedagogical participation in the transfer of key corporate competencies and industry values to young workers. The necessary specific qualities inherent in the mentor are highlighted.

Abstract:
Formulation the problem. Large-scale projects of the modern society include a large number of different types of work. The network graph is the main document for planning and managing such projects. This is an information-dynamic model of the sequence of works and the relationships between them. From a mathematical point of view, the network model is a finite-oriented graph. The construction of such a schedule begins with the division of the project into clearly defined works, for which the duration is specified. It is the mathematical approach that can and should replace the still widespread mechanical approach to work planning with a scientifically sound division of the production program between departments. Most authors reveal the essence of mathematical modeling through a system of complex mathematical formulas or emphasize the use of information systems and technologies. The conducted research allowed us to draw a conclusion that some discrete process management issues (namely time management) need further consideration and research. Materials and Methods. During the study, a set of theoretical, empirical, and modeling methods were applied, in particular: systematic analysis of scientific and methodological sources, the results of domestic and foreign experience on the problem, review of existing software to determine the problem solution state and select development tools of web service, analysis of methods and technologies network graphs construction, generalization of information on the problem. Results. A review of previous research in this area has been conducted. The results of the pedagogical experiment and theoretical and methodological bases of construction of network graphs in works planning tasks are analyzed. The necessity of using the apparatus of graph theory to solve the problems of optimal work planning is substantiated. Based on the methodological strategy, a web application was developed that allows you to plan the progress of work in complex projects by building an appropriate network schedule. A brief description of the functionality and user interface of the proposed web application is provided. Conclusions. A feature of the created application is the solution to the problem of planning the implementation of complex works, involving network models, which simplifies the understanding of the model as a whole and provides optimization of the developed graph-based on mathematical methods. The program displays the results of planning in graphical and textual representation, this facilitates and makes the choice of solution obvious, allows you to monitor the progress of events, and makes adjustments to the model to improve optimization. The study was conducted within the Norwegian-Ukrainian Project CPEA-ST-2019/10067 Development of students' mathematical competencies through Digital Mathematical Modelling (DeDiMaMo) in partnership between the Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University and the University of Agder (Norway), Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the research of the use of the forecasting method. Examples of the application of this method in historical science of the Middle Ages, the Renaissance and modern times are given. The significance of the forecasting method for the formation of a national idea and consciousness in the United States is given. The historical development of the United States provides ample opportunities for scientifically based prediction of the future fate of the leading world. Historical studies use such pairs of methods as reversing and presenting forecast and eschatology and futurology. It is determined that methods of reversible and predictive forecasting can yield data that fill the gaps in historical sources. The forecasting method is often associated with an analogy, which in the broadest sense is the basis of science. Areas of sharing the methods of forecasting and analogy from inventive activity to political technologies and to stimulating the creative process. The method of forecasting can be applied not only in scientific, but also in pedagogical work during the teaching of historical disciplines. The method of analogy in connection with forecasting in the educational process should be used in considering the issues of the formation and decline of Ukrainian statehood.
