Abstract:
The article presents the results of the empirical research. The aim of the research is to identify and to solve the pedagogical problems of minors sentenced to punishment without deprivation of liberty through the realization of a scientifically grounded and practically tested model of pedagogical support. The methods of the research include pedagogical analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison and synthesis of the research results, questioning, individual and group interviews, supervision, generalization of independent characteristics, comprehensive and formative assessment and statistical methods of information processing. The following pedagogical problems were defined during the experimental work: insufficient level of pedagogical training of the penal staff, low level of pedagogical culture of parents, other family members and persons in loco parentis and the lack of an integral system of pedagogical support in general. During the investigation a scientifically proved pedagogical model for correction support of juvenile delinquents who are registered by the penal inspections of the Federal Penal Service of Russia is created. The pedagogical model for correction support of juvenile delinquents is considered as one of the ways of pedagogical problems solution.

Abstract:
The paper substantiates the need to create a practical technology for the implementation of advanced education for training of bachelors of digital society on the basis of modern pedagogical formats of communication between a teacher and students. Pedagogical methods and technologies are presented that implement practical implementation of two types of advancing: advancing “ from below” when the content of education is based on the current level of technology development and advancing “ from above” which involves anticipating not specific theoretical knowledge or work skills, but personality characteristics that allow the student adapt successfully in the future. The modern mathematical means and tools for the implementation of intellectual analysis of pedagogical monitoring data are proposed which allow building a scientifically grounded individual educational trajectory. All pedagogical approaches and methods used contribute to the preparation of students for future work activities in the face of rapid obsolescence of knowledge and technologies and correspond to the modern level of development of digital education, which are characterized by qualitative changes in data processing and transmission technologies and the widespread use of information and communication technologies.

Abstract:
Modern pedagogical science and practice seek to comprehend the holistic pedagogical process from the standpoint of management science, to give it a clear scientifically sound character. The statement of many domestic and foreign researchers that management is real and necessary not only in the field of technical, production processes but also in the field of complex social systems, including pedagogical, is true. The introduction of innovation management is important for successful research at the university. Therefore, the main idea/goal of our study is to develop the concept of innovation as new ideas and knowledge (radical and those that improve the result), mechanisms for their practical implementation, and, most importantly, mechanisms for the dissemination of innovations. On the one hand, in many countries there are tendencies to create largely, often international clusters of research work, on the other - now in the staff of universities are introduced positions of research management specialists in existing projects and centers. Unlike pure administration, innovation research managers must make decisions based on scientific knowledge and information about society as a whole. Some authors note a growing similarity between non-university research centers, industrial laboratories, and classical universities. In fact, scientists from industrial and large research organizations have greater autonomy, for example, there are optimal conditions for creative research (at the university it is combined with the educational process). Large joint projects and the commercialization of research results in many disciplines represent this trend. The main methodology of our study was methods of theoretical and empirical nature. In the process of researching the problem outlined by us, we found that thus, it is established that the introduction of a system of information management of research activities in higher education, in general, contributed to the growth of performance management of research activities and improve the level of training of future professionals. Therefore, we dedicate our research to the peculiarities of educational management in educational institutions of Ukraine.

Abstract:
There is a tendency today, both in the world and in our country, for children education to start early. In this context, mathematics education begins early as well, even before children start school, wherein different approaches are used. This paper presented five methodical approaches in early mathematics education, highlighting the good and bad sides of each one – the method of Maria Montessori, the method of the Russian author Nikolai Zaitsev, the system of de- veloping games designed by the Nikitins, the Waldorf pedagogy and the increas- ingly popular Suan Pan method. Most of these approaches are applied within institutionalized forms of early education, with the exception of the system of developing games that the Nikitins have designed for use in family conditions. Some of the approaches have had a very significant impact on the development of curricula in preschool institutions, such as the views of Maria Montessori and Waldorf pedagogy, while other approaches are less known and represented in practice. It is considered as very important to know different theories and ap- proaches while working with children, so that the practical pedagogical work is scientifically based. Nevertheless, the integration of various approaches into a single concept is not simple, as some of these theories are not only different, but also contradictory. This only confirms the need and necessity for early education, including mathematical education, to be interdisciplinary, taking into account knowledge in various fields of science, as well as interactive, including all partici- pants in the child’s development, children, experts and parents.

Abstract:
The article dwells upon the scientifically relevant problem of using cloud-based GIS-technologies when training future geography teachers (based on ArcGIS Online application). The authors outline the basic principles for implementing ArcGIS Online in the educational process (interdisciplinary integration, the sequence of individualization in training, communicability, distance education and regional studies), and provide an example of an interactive map created with the help of the specified cloud GIS, since this kind of map is the most popular a form of research by geography students. In the article it is noted that integration of ArcGIS Online into the educational process allows the teacher to follow a clear pedagogical strategy, taking into account possible variants of its use (demonstration, direct mastering of GIS in a computer class and independent work in an individual mode). Considering cloud GIS as a new stage in the development of geoinformational education, the authors emphasize their key benefits (round-the-clock access, work with GIS package in the cloud, the ability to use other maps as well as the creation of their own maps and web-applications) and disadvantages (monetization of services, underestimation of the GIS role in the curriculum of the higher school, the lack of Ukrainian content, etc.).
