La télésanté connait un essor fulgurant en ce contexte de pandémie. Or, en cette période d’insécurité mondiale, la santé préventive reprend ses droits. En période de déconfinement, la discipline et la cohésion sociale peuvent se relâcher. Cette enquête sociale vise à décrire un programme d'intervention à distance, réalisé en partenariat avec des locataires de logement communautaire, des infirmières et des étudiantes pour soutenir la littératie en santé au temps de la COVID-19. Le Programme de déconfinement en toute sécurité vise à renforcer les mesures préventives et de soutien avec des groupes en contexte de vulnérabilités économiques et sociales à l’aide de la télésanté. Les infirmières ont développé des pratiques cliniques et psychosociales et renforcé la littératie en santé, soutenant les mesures de santé publique post-COVID-19, surveillant l’éclosion de nouveaux foyers et apaisant les souffrances issues du confinement. À l’aide de cibles de performance des systèmes de santé et d’une perspective de justice sociale, nous avons documenté les défis, les leviers et les menaces à l’usage des pratiques à distance en prévention. Vecteur d’une approche intégrée, la télésanté préventive peut cibler simultanément, la lutte contre les maladies non transmissibles et transmissibles et les inégalités. La pandémie de COVID-19 renvoie à un nouvel équilibre des enjeux qui exige un accompagnement et des pratiques de santé communautaire engagées et critiques.

L’impératif d’assurer la « continuité pédagogique » les a contraints à repenser dans l’urgence le dispositif d’enseignement et d’apprentissage et à mettre en place des modalités d’évaluation à distance plus ou moins satisfaisantes. Comment évaluer en contexte « dégradé » ? Objectifs : À partir du dispositif proposé aux enseignants d’une grande université française, cet article expose un panel de solutions adaptées permettant de transposer les évaluations en présence dans un format à distance, y compris dans le secteur santé. Ces propositions s’inscrivent dans la perspective d’une possible récurrence de crise sanitaire ou dans un choix délibéré de diversification de l’offre de formation, à distance ou en mode hybride.

Le Plan d’action en santé mentale 2005-2010 commande une réforme substantielle de l’organisation des services en santé mentale. Il s’appuie sur un ensemble d’idées qui apparaissent bien peu fondées au regard des sciences de l’organisation. Cet article examine quelques-unes de ces idées. La rhétorique gestionnaire du Plan est ancrée dans un archétype organisationnel mécaniste connu pour être fort peu adéquat pour la mission centrale des organisations de services humains complexes comme celles du domaine de la santé mentale. La rationalité mécanicienne adoptée marginalise la vraie source de la valeur des services en santé mentale, les praticiens et leurs institutions sociales. Elle participe d’un mouvement qui rend les organisations toujours plus grosses, plus abstraites, plus impersonnelles, pilotées à distance par des indicateurs superficiels. On a de bonnes raisons de penser que la démarche d’ingénierie organisationnelle du Plan d’action accentuera l’effritement de la capacité individuelle et collective à offrir des services de grande valeur.

Pour soutenir l’accès et l’implantation des meilleures pratiques de réadaptation en santé mentale au Québec, le Centre d’études sur la réadaptation, le rétablissement et l’insertion sociale (www.cerrisweb.com) a mis sur pied une communauté de pratique et organisé des activités Web 2.0 accessibles à distance. Dans cet article, les auteures présentent cette communauté de pratique et les résultats d’une expérience de trois années (2010-2013) concernant l’appréciation de ses membres de deux activités Web 2.0 de dissémination et d’échange de connaissances : la conférence en ligne et le débat-blogue. L’utilisation d’outils Web 2.0 semble une avenue intéressante pour faciliter l’accès aux connaissances et favoriser les échanges entre acteurs du réseau de la santé mentale du Québec.

La crise sanitaire actuelle rappelle tout l’enjeu de la communication des messages de prévention et de leur compréhension par la population. Si les messages sur les gestes barrières ont été conçus pour être facilement compris, il n’en reste pas moins que le passage du traitement de l’information à la mise en œuvre d’un comportement de santé représente un véritable défi. Pour obtenir des changements de comportements de santé face à l’épidémie, il est impératif de proposer une « éducation d’urgence », couplée à une stratégie d’information, en particulier pour aider les personnes les plus vulnérables et démunies. Dans ce contexte, le Laboratoire Éducations et Pratiques de Santé (LEPS UR 3412) de l’Université Sorbonne Paris Nord a conçu une intervention éducative brève pour les personnes concernées par le COVID-19. Cette intervention (30 min à 1 h) s’adosse à trois champs de pratiques : l’éducation thérapeutique de sortie d’hôpital dite ETP-SH, la littératie en santé et l’identité-logement. Les différentes phases de cette intervention sont proches de celles de celles de l’ETP-SH : un diagnostic éducatif suivi de la négociation des applications possibles avec la personne, une phase d’échanges interactifs, la vérification permanente de la compréhension par la personne et la planification d’une séance téléphonique planifiée à distance.

Les services de santé à distance, dans un cadre médical ou de bien-être, sont actuellement en pleine croissance, soulevant de nouveaux challenges. De par l’utilisation d’inter-faces numériques de santé (applications, objets connectés ou sites Internet), ces services s’intègrent de plus en plus dans la vie quoti-dienne des patients, à domicile et sans soutien médical, faisant évoluer l’exercice de consul-tation de leurs données de santé. Ce travail de recherche étudie l’impact émo-tionnel de la consultation de données person-nelles sensibles et vise à améliorer l’expérience-patient dans l’utilisation des interfaces de santé. Une première expérimentation a permis d’éva-luer les réponses émotionnelles à la consultation des données de santé. Les résultats soulèvent des impacts sur le stress perçu, la durée de la consultation et l’activité cardiaque des participants, montrant la nécessité de consi-dérer les émotions dans la conception des outils de santé à distance. Une méthode de conception centrée-patient d’une interface de santé est ensuite proposée. Elle comprend : une comparaison culturelle des outils existants, une enquête sur les expérien-ces et préférences des patients, et une expé-rimentation basée sur un algorithme génétique interactif visant à optimiser le design de l’inter-face pour améliorer la satisfaction-patient. La représentation des données de glycémie sur une application de diabète est utilisée comme un cas d’application. Les résultats soulèvent l’intérêt de l’optimisation des interfaces de santé pour améliorer l’expérience-patient et en-courager des comportements sains. Through the use of digital health interfaces (apps, connected devices or websites), these services are increa-singly integrated into the daily lives of patients, at home and without medical support, changing the way they consult their health data. This research work investigates the emotional impact of the consultation of sensitive personal data and aims at improving the patient expe-rience in the use of health interfaces. A first experiment assessed emotional res-ponses to the consultation of health data. The results showed the impacts on the perceived stress, the duration of the data consultation and the cardiac activity of the participants, sug-gesting the need to consider emotions in the design of remote health tools. A patient-centered design method of a health interface is then proposed. It includes: a cul-tural comparison of existing tools, a survey on patients' expériences and preferences, and an experiment based on an Interactive Genetic Algorithm optimizing the interface design to im-prove patient satisfaction. The representation of blood sugar data on a diabetes app is used as an application case. The results show the interest of optimizing health interface to im-prove patient experience and encourage heal-thy behaviors. Customization of these interfa-ces to meet individual needs is also suggested

Les pratiques d'hygiène bucco-dentaire dans les établissements accueillant des personnes en situation de handicap ou dépendantes sont très nettement insuffisantes, ce qui participe à augmenter le risque des pathologies bucco-dentaires de nature infectieuse et de leurs comorbidités pour la population qu'ils accueillent. Le projet Santé Orale et Autonomie (SOA) est une mesure développée dans le cadre du plan national de Prévention bucco-dentaire 2006-2009 qui visait à rémunérer des chirurgiens-dentistes, pour qu'ils mettent en place, après une formation en ligne, une action de promotion de la santé orale dans un de ces établissements, selon un protocole commun standardisé qui comportait : 1) une conférence de sensibilisation auprès du personnel 2) l'évaluation de l'état de santé bucco-dentaire des résidents 3) des ateliers de démonstration individualisée des techniques d'hygiène impliquant le personnel et les résidents. Ce travail décrit et évalue l'impact du projet SOA. Vingt-six chirurgiens-dentistes ont participé au projet dans sa totalité. A l'issue de leur formation en ligne, une augmentation significative de leur sentiment de compétence pour 16 aptitudes spécifiques a été observée. Une amélioration du contrôle de plaque a été notée pour 33,7% des résidents (n=691). Une amélioration des habitudes d'hygiène bucco-dentaire au sein des établissements a été observée pour 11,5% des résidents (n=814). Cette étude est la première à montrer l'impact relativement faible de ce type d'action et incite leur association à d'autres dispositifs de promotion de la santé oraleOral hygiene practices in special care establishments are clearly unsatisfactory, increasing the risk of infectious oral disease and associated morbidity for the population attending these establishments. The 'Oral Health and Autonomy' project was part of the French Oral Health Plan for 2006-2009. Dentists taking in part in the project completed an online training course and were reimbursed for the implementation of an oral health promotion intervention in a special care establishment. The interventions followed a standardised, common protocol, which included: 1) a conference presentation for the staff, 2) individualised oral risk assessment for each resident and 3) hands-on workshops demonstrating oral hygiene techniques for the residents accompanied by their key workers. This document describes and evaluates the impact of the 'Oral Health and Autonomy' project. Twenty-six dentists completed the project. After completion of the online training course, the self-efficacy of the dentists in 16 specific skills significantly increased. A decrease in the presence of dental plaque was observed for 33.7% of the residents (n = 691). Improvement in oral hygiene behaviour within the establishment was observed for 11.5% of the residents (n=814). This study is the first to show the relatively low impact of this type of intervention and suggests that different approaches to oral health promotion should be used in conjunction to improve outcomes

Problématique. Le domaine de la santé et des services sociaux au Québec vise depuis plusieurs années un déplacement des pratiques en institution vers la communauté, comme en témoignent plusieurs réformes et politiques sociales. Cette importante réorganisation du système socio-sanitaire a donné naissance à différents programmes d'intervention dite de proximité tels que les services à domicile, et ce, pour les diverses clientèles. Ces programmes amènent une reconfiguration de la relation entre l'intervenant et la personne usagère et une nouvelle façon d'entrevoir la distance professionnelle. Objectifs et méthodologie : Ce mémoire cherche à cerner la conception que se font les intervenants sociaux, d'une part, et les personnes usagères, d'autre part, de la proximité relationnelle qui se construit dans le cadre Ce sous-échantillon se compose de dix entrevues ( n=10 ) qui ont été effectuées auprès d'intervenants et de six entrevues (n=6 ) effectuées auprès de personnes usagères. Cadre conceptuel et théorique. La compréhension des représentations des intervenants et des usagers de la proximité s'appuie de la sociologie des régimes d'actions élaborée par Boltanski et Thévenot (1991) qui s'inspire d'une conception pragmatique de l'action (Boltanski et Thévenot, 1991; Thévenot, 2006; Corcuff, 1998; Dodier, 1991). La sociologie des régimes d'actions tient compte des interactions de face-à-face dans la vie quotidienne et des savoirs que déploient les individus dans le cadre de ces interactions. Résultats. Notre étude démontre premièrement que les intervenants accordent une valeur fonctionnelle à la relation de proximité qu'ils entretiennent avec l'usager dans le cadre de services dispensés à domicile. Par ailleurs, le domicile peut être également source de tensions et de paradoxes pour les intervenants, notamment en ce qui concerne leur conception de la distance professionnelle. Pour les usagers, nous avons pu constater que, tout comme les intervenants, ces derniers apprécient également la valeur fonctionnelle des services dispensés à domicile. Les services de proximité sont également source de tensions et de paradoxes pour les usagers, notamment en ce qui a trait à la confusion des rôles professionnels. Conclusion. La dimension paradoxale et les différentes tensions exprimées par les intervenants et les usagers ne constituent pas des contradictions, mais répondent à différentes logiques d'actions qui s'articulent entre elles. L'analyse devra se poursuivre en s'inspirant du concept des régimes d'engagements élaboré par Thévenot (2006).

L’objectif de cette thèse consistait à évaluer les effets de la conception des véhicules pot-belly [PB] vs. flat-deck [FD] ainsi que les distances des transports (45 min vs. 7 h) sur le bien-être animal et la qualité de la viande des trois croisements Piétrain (Piétrain 50% HALNn (50Nn), 50% HALNN (50NN), et 25% HALNN (25NN). Les réponses comportementales et physiologiques ainsi que les paramètres de qualité de la viande ont été mesurées. Les relations entre la température corporelle juste avant l’abattage, mesurée par la thermographie infrarouge (IRT), et les paramètres de bien-être animal et de la qualité de la viande ont également été étudiées et comparées. L’ensemble des résultats obtenus des deux études sur les transports de longue et courte distance ont indiqué que la génétique a un impact plus important sur les paramètres de bien-être animal et de qualité de viande que le type de remorque. Toutefois, les effets négatifs du génotype sur les réponses physiologiques au stress et les paramètres de qualité de la viande sont plus marqués pour le modèle PB lorsque le transport est de courte durée. Les porcs issus de croisement Piétrain 50%, quel que soit le génotype HAL, ont produit des carcasses plus maigres, mais semblent être plus sensibles au stress lié au transport. La qualité de la viande n'a pas été affectée par la proportion de l'héritage Piétrain dans le croisement, mais par la présence du gène HAL. L’étude de la température corporelle par thermographie infrarouge suggère que l'IRT oculaire peut détecter des changements de la température corporelle associée à l'état physiologique des porcs et peut être considéré comme un outil potentiel pour prévoir les variations de la qualité de la viande dans des conditions commerciales.This thesis dealt with the effects of vehicle design (pot-belly [PB] vs. flat-deck [FD]) and transport distances (45 min vs. 7 h) on animal welfare and pork quality of three Pietrain crossbreds (Pietrain 50% HALNn (50Nn), Pietrain 50% HALNN (50NN), and Pietrain 25% HALNN (25NN). Behavioural and physiological responses and pork quality parameters were measured. The relationship between body temperature as measured by infrared thermography (IRT) in the restrainer before stunning and other animal welfare and pork quality parameters was also studied. Results obtained from both short and long distance transportation indicated that genetics has a larger impact on animal welfare parameters and pork quality traits than trailer type. However, under short distance transportation the PB trailer model augmented the negative genotype-related defects as measured by physiological responses to stress and pork quality parameters. Pigs with 50% Pietrain crossbreeding, regardless of the HAL genotype, produced leaner carcasses but appeared to be more responsive to transport stress. Pork quality was not detrimentally affected by the proportion of Pietrain inheritance in the crossbred but by the presence of the HAL gene. The study of IRT body temperature suggests that ocular IRT may detect changes in body temperature associated with the physiological condition of pigs and may be considered a potential tool to predict pork quality variation under commercial conditions.

Les programmes d’Education Thérapeutique des Patients (ETP) font partie intégrante de la prise en charge des patients cardiaques dans les centres de rééducation réadaptation cardiovasculaire (RRCV). Ils permettent aux patients de transformer certaines habitudes de vie, comme être plus actifs dans la vie quotidienne. D’une manière générale, nous cherchons à rendre le patient plus actif après la rééducation en luttant contre les effets délétères de la sédentarité. Ce travail de recherche vise à évaluer, à court et à long terme, les effets d’une nouvelle stratégie d’ETP basée sur l’activité physique (AP), et observer la transformation de certaines habitudes de vie des patients cardiaques mais d’analyser également les déterminants de santé. Nous avons étudié 295 patients (71 femmes et 224 hommes) après une prise en charge en rééducation cardiovasculaire lors de laquelle ils ont participé à un programme d’ETP. Nous avons comparé trois groupes de patients : un groupe avec une RRCV traditionnelle, un groupe avec une RRCV traditionnelle et un suivi à 6/12 mois, un groupe avec une RRCV comprenant une nouvelle approche éducative et un suivi à 6/12 mois. Pour l’ensemble de ces groupes, nous avons évalué en pré-test/post-test : les connaissances sur l’AP, le niveau d’AP par l’International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), le suivi des recommandations d’AP, un Test de Marche de 6 minutes (TM6), la force maximale de différents groupes musculaires, le poids et la composition corporelle par impédance-mètrie. Nous avons constaté que les patients ayant bénéficié de la nouvelle approche, améliorent de manière significative leurs connaissances sur l’activité physique en obtenant une note moyenne de 15,9 à 6 mois et conservent les acquis 1 an après la fin de la rééducation. Ces patients restent suffisamment actifs après la rééducation avec une augmentation de 99% de la dépense énergétique hebdomadaire. Le groupe avec un nouveau programme d’éducation thérapeutique conserve de meilleures capacités physiques avec une stabilisation de la distance de marche sur le test de 6 minutes et de la force musculaire. Un programme d’éducation concernant l’AP au cours de la rééducation cardiovasculaire basé sur le patient permet d’acquérir des connaissances qui peuvent être utilisées afin de maintenir de nouvelles habitudes de vie notamment en restant actif physiquement. Ce nouveau programme permet également de lutter contre les inégalités sociales de santéTherapeutic Patient Education (TPE) programs are an integral part of the management of cardiac patients in Cardiac Rehabilitation (CR). They allow patients to change certain lifestyle habits, such as being more active in daily life. Generally speaking, we seek to make the patient more active after rehabilitation by fighting against the harmful effects of physical inactivity. This research work aims to evaluate, in the short and long term, the effects of a new physical activity-based (PA) TPE strategy, and to observe the transformation of certain lifestyle habits of cardiac patients, but also to analyze the determinants of health. We studied 295 patients (71 women and 224 men) after cardiovascular rehabilitation management in which they participated in a TPE program. We compared three groups of patients: one group with traditional CR, one group with traditional CR and follow-up at 6/12 months, one group with CR including a new educational approach and follow-up at 6/12 months. For all these groups, we evaluated in pre/posttest: knowledge of PA, level of PA by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), follow-up of PA recommendations, a Six Minute Walk Test (6MWT), maximum strength of different muscle groups, weight and body composition by impedance-metry. We have found that patients who have benefited from the new approach significantly improve their knowledge of physical activity by obtaining an average grade of 15.9 to 6 months and maintain what they have learned 1 year after the end of rehabilitation. These patients remain sufficiently active after rehabilitation with a 99% increase in weekly energy expenditure. The group with a new therapeutic education program maintains better physical abilities with stabilization of walking distance on the SMWT test and muscle strength.A patient-based PA education program during cardiovascular rehabilitation provides knowledge that can be used to maintain new lifestyles, including physical activity. Si au regard de la loi, le télétravailleur est considéré comme un salarié à part entière titulaire d’un contrat de travail et subordonné à l’employeur, il accompli cependant ses tâches hors les locaux de l’entreprise en utilisant les technologies de l’information et de la communication. Il en découle que si le travail à distance génère pour le télétravailleur une situation qui se caractérise par une certaine indépendance et une « relative autonomie dans la subordination », il n’en demeure pas moins qu’il reste placé dans une situation de subordination inhérente au contrat de travail. La position singulière du télétravailleur vient ainsi bouleverser le droit des relations individuelles et collectives de travail. Etudier la situation juridique du télétravailleur supposera de se « focaliser » sur la personne en situation de télétravail pour se demander comment sa position singulière peut à la fois le placer dans les liens du salariat, qui suppose l’exercice des droits de tout salarié, mais aussi déterminer les éléments spécifiques de sa situationTelework has been introduced in the Labor Code by the Law N° 2012-387 dated march 22d 2012. O objetivo do trabalho é fazer uma análise das práticas da educação à distância (EaD) no Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial de Santa Catarina (SENAI/SC), relativamente a aplicação de cursos de pós-graduação, em nível de especialização, observando de que forma os conceitos dessa modalidade de ensino foram aplicados e que resultados foram alcançados. O estudo inicia em 1998, quando se constituiu a primeira turma do curso de pós-graduação latu sensu denominado Curso de Pós-Graduação para Gestores de Instituições de Ensino Técnico, uma ação conjunta entre SENAI/CTAI, unidade do SENAI/SC, responsável pelas práticas de EaD em todo o estado, e a Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC). Faz parte desse estudo a contextualização do SENAI/CTAI nas práticas de EaD no SENAI/SC e este em sua representatividade perante as ações desenvolvidas pelos diversos departamentos regionais do SENAI em todo o Brasil. Voltado ao foco do objeto de estudo, pretendeu-se avaliar qual a importância dos cursos de pós-graduação para o grupo de colaboradores que fizeram parte das quatro turmas, seu desempenho, a contribuição para a instituição e qual a importância da aquisição de conhecimento e da formação através da modalidade EaD e no que esta difere da educação formal.

Cette thèse porte sur l’étude des systèmes de mesure répartie de la rétrodiffusion Brillouin dans une fibre optique, que l’on nomme B-OTDR et qui sont sensibles à la température et à la déformation de la fibre. Les solutions d'interrogateurs actuelles permettent l'instrumentation de grandes infrastructures. Cependant, il existe des limites, inhérentes au phénomène physique utilisé, qui ne permettent pas d'adresser certaines applications spécifiques. Ces limites portent sur la distance de mesure maximale accessible par ces interrogateurs mais également sur la décorrélation de la mesure des paramètres de température et de déformation. Nous avons donc cherché, au cours de cette thèse, à adresser des solutions à ces problématiques. Un nouveau système de ré-amplification optique, basé sur les technologies EDFA, a été mis au point. Associé à un système B-OTDR, cette solution nous a permis de réaliser une mesure distribuée de température sur 150 km de fibre avec une répétabilité de 1,5 °C. Cette avancée propose, à notre connaissance, les meilleurs résultats obtenus avec un tel système et nous permet d’envisager son déploiement pour la surveillance d’infrastructures du transport de l’énergie sur de longues distances. Nous avons dans un second temps conçu un nouvel interrogateur, utilisant la rétrodiffusion Brillouin, et permettant la décorrélation des mesures de température et de déformation sur une seule et unique fibre optique. Ce nouvel interrogateur, caractérisé et breveté durant cette thèse, a permis de réaliser une mesure indépendante de température et de déformation sur un câble spécifique inséré dans un puits de forage. Les résultats de ces mesures ont montré à la fois des variations de température et de déformation sur le câble, donnant des informations précieuses à l’opérateur du puits. Le nouvel interrogateur mis au point, permet une séparation de ces deux paramètres avec une répétabilité inférieure à 1 °C et 20 μm/m pour une distance de l’ordre du kilomètre. Pour des distances de l’ordre de la dizaine de kilomètres, la répétabilité de mesure est de 3 °C et 75 μm/m. Ce résultat fait l'état de l'art dans la séparation température/déformation par B-OTDR. Enfin, les différents travaux réalisés pour répondre à ces deux problématiques ont abouti au développement d’un prototype d’interrogateur qui laisse envisager une mesure simultanée de la température, de la déformation, des vibrations acoustiques et de la pression hydrostatique. Ce prototype conduit à des perspectives intéressantes pour une solution complète de surveillance d’infrastructuresThis thesis deals with distributed optical fiber sensors, especially Brillouin sensors called B-OTDR that are sensitive both to temperature and strain. Some actual limitations due to the scattering phenomenon avoid deployment of this technology for some specific applications. These limitations are about the maximum length measured by the sensor but also the double sensitivity to strain and temperature. From our current B-OTDR sensor, we propose solutions to address these issues.A new re-amplification module using EDFA has been developed and characterized associated to a B-OTDR system. A 150 km distributed temperature measurement with 1,5 °C repeatability has been reached. This record performance let us consider a deployment for very long infrastructure monitoring for the energy transport. In another hand, we developed a new sensing device using Brillouin scattering and able to separate temperature and strain. This patented device has been characterized and used on a specific cable inserted in a well drilling. Results have shown a combination of strain and temperature variations on the cable that give very useful information to the well operator. We have reached a temperature repeatability of 1 °C and a strain repeatability of 20 μm/m for 1 km fiber. At 10 km, temperature repeatability has been evaluated to be 3 °C and strain to 75 μm/m. These results are to the state of art for temperature/strain separation using B-OTDR.These works have led to a new distributed measurement prototype that could address simultaneously temperature, strain, acoustic vibrations, and pressure sensing. Some interesting perspectives could result from these works to address a complete infrastructure monitoring using fiber optic sensing

O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar o ensino a distância, em nível de graduação, evidenciando irregularidades apresentadas por esta modalidade de ensino e as conseqüentes implicações trazidas ao projeto ético-político profissional do Serviço Social, bem como apresentar as ações das entidades representativas da categoria frente a esta realidade. Para a compreensão do significado dado a discussão em pauta se localiza o ensino superior dentro da sociedade de classes, pautando seus nexos históricos e os determinantes que caracterizam a fase de mundialização do capital. A atual sociabilidade do capital engendra as novas configurações societárias que determinam os moldes sócio-econômicos vigentes conduzidos pelos organismos internacionais. O ensino superior tal como está posto é resultado do processo de mudanças sócio-políticas num contexto internacional. No Brasil esta mudança passa a ser entendida a partir da contra-reforma universitária que tem como marco cronológico a década de 1990. Neste contexto, o ensino a distância ganha visibilidade no Brasil a partir da década de 1990 com a aprovação da Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDB) e outros marcos legais que dão legitimidade à referida modalidade de ensino. A partir desta década ocorre um acelerado crescimento de cursos de Ensino a Distância (EAD), inclusive no Serviço Social, trazendo à profissão uma série de desafios. A problemática de pesquisa do referido estudo é caracterizada a partir da seguinte questão: Quais são as implicações, advindas da formação em nível de graduação na modalidade de EAD no Estado de Santa Catarina, trazidas à formação profissional ancorada no projeto ético-político profissional do Serviço Social? A referida investigação foi desenvolvida através de pesquisa exploratória de caráter qualitativo pautada no método dialético em Marx. Os dados foram coletados por meio de fontes documentais. Na análise dos dados documentais se identificou as irregularidades pedagógicas e técnico-administrativas. A partir da exposição destas irregularidades se identificou suas implicações aos princípios e valores ético-políticos, à matriz teórico-metodológica, aos princípios político-pedagógicos, aos marcos jurídico-políticos e às ações político-organizativas trazidas ao projeto ético-político profissional do Serviço Social. Frente à realidade posta pelo EAD se definiu as ações desenvolvidas pelo CRESS/SC em conjunto com as entidades representativas da profissão caracterizadas como: ações político-pedagógicas, ações político-jurídicas e ações técnicoadministrativas.
The present study is aimed at analyzing distance learning, at the undergraduate level, and its implications for the ethical-political Social Work project. To understand the meaning given that the discussion at hand places higher education within a class divided society ruling its historical links and determinants which characterize the capital globalization phase. The current social nature of capital generates new social settings that determine existing socioeconomic patterns brought about by international organizations. This type of higher education has resulted from the process of socio-political transformations in an international context. In Brazil this transformation came to be understood after the counter-reformation of higher education became associated with State reform chronologically marked in the 1990s and bringing about a heightening of the disqualification of higher education. In this context, distance education in Brazil has been gaining visibility since the 2000s with the passing of the Law of Directives and Bases (LDB) and other legal frameworks that have given legitimacy to this form of education. In this decade there has been a rapid growth of Distance Education (DE) courses, including in Social Work studies, bringing to the profession a number of challenges. The problem of research in this study is characterized by the following question: What are the implications arising from learning through distance education, at the undergraduate level in the State of Santa Catarina, on the education of the professional grounded in the ethical-political Social Work project? The present research has been developed through exploratory research of a qualitative nature guided by the dialectical method in Marx. Data was collected from documentary sources. In the analysis of the documentary data pedagogical and technico-administrative irregularities were identified. From the moment of exposure of these irregularities their implications were identified for the theoretical-methodological matrix, for politico-pedagogical principles, for juridical-political frameworks and political-organisational actions brought to the ethical-political Social Work project. Faced with the reality posed by DE actions undertaken by CRESS / SC (Regional Council for Social Work / Santa Catarina ) together with the bodies representing the profession were defined and characterized as: politico-pedagogical, political-juridical and technical-administrative actions.

Abstract In 2007, an adaptive grazing management process began on the Santa Rita Experimental Range (SRER) in southern Arizona with a primary management objective to reduce repeated defoliation of perennial bunchgrass plants during the summer growing season. In order to follow defoliation events, 1400 individual plants were identified in 6 pastures scheduled for summer grazing from June 15 to October 2, 2013. Plant height and diameter categories were measured before cattle entered each pasture and were re-measured daily or alternate days throughout the grazing period. The differences between heights and diameters were used to calculate any regrowth that occurred. Of the 1400 plants marked, 738 (52.7%) were not defoliated, 453 (32.3%) plants were defoliated once, 199 (14.2%) plants were defoliated twice, and 10 (0.7%) plants were defoliated three-times for a total of 881 defoliation events recorded. The majority of first defoliation events and first incidences of second defoliation occurred on day 3. Cattle began switching their grazing strategy from undefoliated plants to new growth of previously defoliated plants by day 9 with 48 of a total 161 previously defoliated plants being defoliated. The highest number of second defoliations were measured on day 11 when 115 plants were observed as having been defoliated for a second time and 5 plants were defoliated for a third time. Arizona cottontop (Digitaria californica) had a higher percentage of both single and multiple defoliation events when compared to the other perennial grass species. Distance from a permanent water source was not found to have a significant impact on the number of defoliations that an individual plant received. Plants defoliated the first time were taller and had a larger circumference (21.0±5.6 cm and 40.8±9.0 cm) than plants that were re-defoliated (15.5±5.6 cm and 31.4±9.0 cm). This study found that the planned 10 day SRER grazing rotation, when followed, would minimize multiple defoliations by cattle on perennial bunchgrasses.

La télémédecine permet de soumettre à distance et parfois en temps réel à des experts des dossiers cliniques, biologiques ou radiologiques. À partir d’une sélection de messages internet adressés par des médecins en opération extérieure et/ou en poste isolé, l’intérêt mais aussi les limites de la télé-expertise en dermatologie sont analysés. La qualité du message (analyse sémiologique correcte, anamnèse complète, définition de l’image jointe) et l’expérience de terrain des experts déterminent la pertinence de la réponse. L’importance de la rétro-information est aussi fondamentale pour améliorer l’expertise. Mais la difficulté relève de la fréquente impossibilité d’affirmer un diagnostic étiologique faute d’exploration complémentaire suffisante sur place ou de suivi du malade autorisant un recul évolutif, permettant l’évaluation d’une thérapeutique d’épreuve. La formation à la télémédecine des médecins et infirmiers du Service de santé des armées et une meilleure formalisation des messages peuvent contribuer à l’efficience de ce mode de communication.

Le télétravail en période de confinement, mis en place soudainement en France, le 17 mars 2020, occupe l’actualité économique de ces dernières semaines. Les terrains de recherche sur le télétravail ont été fréquemment l’occasion de présenter des bienfaits prometteurs pour les salariés : gain de temps en raison de l’absence des déplacements, équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée, souplesse des horaires de travail, environnement silencieux afin d’échapper aux sollicitations bruyantes du travail répétitif. Le déploiement des relations numériques et l’engorgement quotidien des grandes villes renforcent ces attentes. Si la nécessité de protéger la santé des salariés afin d’assurer un certain équilibre entre la modalité de travail à distance et la protection de la vie privée, aucune étude n’a pris en considération les démarches de télétravail imposé dans le cadre d’un confinement inédit à ce jour. Les défis d’isolement social, les atteintes à la santé psychologique professionnelle sont l’occasion de réfléchir au travail à domicile, surtout lorsque celui-ci se fonde sur un recours sans préparation et sans concertation préalable. Dans ce contexte, les conséquences humaines sont délicates à appréhender, les phénomènes de résilience tout autant. C’est dire que les retours d’expériences sont primordiaux pour comprendre les situations de conflits potentiels des salariés en situation de confinement. En quoi l’aménagement de la continuité du travail à distance en période de pandémie présente-t-il un risque social pour les salariés ? Comment l’organisation porte-t-elle une attention aux salariés contraints par la situation ? Quel travail de l’expérience des salariés peut-on produire pour la recherche en formation ? Une démarche exploratoire a conduit à privilégier une réflexion de type « partie prenante de la découverte progressive » relativement ouverte sur des sources secondaires (journaux, émissions de télévision, internet). Puis, à partir de la théorie enracinée (Glaser - Strauss, 1967), il a été procédé au codage des entretiens retranscrits et à la rédaction de mémos explicatifs qui permettent de conserver les pensées, les commentaires à explorer. Toutefois, on ne peut pas encore envisager toute la portée de la forme d’organisation improvisée ou clandestine du travail des salariés contraints par la situation sanitaire qui va émerger de cette situation inédite en période de confinement. Il apparaît en tout cas que le manque de préparation de cette expérience particulière aux circonstances méconnues devient un analyseur identitaire de la pratique du télétravail de demain.

This chapter examines the work of Konbit Sante, a small, secular American organization and one of the many international aid organizations that provide aid to the Hôpital Universitaire Justinien. It draws on the group’s struggles to “build capacity” in Haiti’s public health system. In choosing not to provide clinical services to Haitian patients, Konbit Sante joins a growing number of organizations and agencies that have been shaped by longstanding critiques of humanitarian and development practices. In describing the Konbit Sante’s struggles to maintain partnerships with their Haitian colleagues, the chapter illustrates the persistence of gift relations in global health, and the tensions that arise as actors negotiate between material and immaterial forms of aid. Despite donors' and recipients' desires to distance themselves from donations of material supplies, these types of donations often create the necessary conditions for systemic and structural interventions that are increasingly identified as global health priorities.

This chapter examines regional and long-distance trade in several types of lithic artifacts, both chert and obsidian, among communities on Corozal Bay (southern Chetumal Bay), particularly Santa Rita Corozal and Cerro Maya, and interior northern Belize. In this region, there is substantial evidence for trade in stone tools made in northern Belize as well as exchange in imported obsidian. Although trade in stone tools was a long-standing tradition on the bay, this chapter focuses on the Late Preclassic period. During this era, communities around Corozal Bay participated in a vibrant commerce between sites on the Caribbean coast of Yucatán and settlements further inland, particularly Colha, a commercial scale stone tool production center situated on an outcrop of high quality chert. During the Late Preclassic, tranchet adzes, stemmed macroblades, and oval bifaces were exported from Colha in massive quantity.

El desarrollo de este proyecto tiene como propósito afianzar la estructura educativa tradicional, centrada en el docente, puesto que esta se ha visto afectada por la situación de pandemia que obliga a que la educación y sus dinámicas se den únicamente de forma virtual. El presente proyecto se dirige exclusivamente a estudiantes que se encuentran cursando tercero y quinto de primaria en las instituciones educativas de los municipios de Manatí y Santa Lucía, Atlántico. Tras el cierre de estas instituciones educativas a causa del Covid-19, se decidió implementar una serie de estrategias para dar continuidad a las clases desde la distancia mediante guías de estudio físicas o virtuales. Vale la pena recalcar que para la elaboración de estas últimas se tuvo en cuenta las condiciones de los estudiantes y sus posibilidades de acceso a dispositivos electrónicos y a internet. De este modo, el proyecto Uninorte social, iniciativa de la universidad del Norte que apoya el desarrollo sostenible de los municipios de Manatí y Santa Lucía, buscó la forma de contribuir al crecimiento académico de los estudiantes, principalmente en la asignatura de matemáticas.

No Brasil, o Sudeste destaca-se como eixo de maior produção de etanol, sendo São Paulo o estado com maior destaque. Em estados distantes deste eixo, os preços deste combustível são majorados. Deste modo, o objetivo do estudo consiste em identificar a viabilidade de compra e transporte de etanol produzido a partir da cana-de-açúcar de São Paulo, em relação à compra e transporte de etanol de possíveis indústrias que podem vir a se instalar no estado do Rio Grande do Sul (etanol lignocelulósico da GranBio, etanol lignocelulósico e amiláceo da Raízen e etanol lignocelulósico da Abengoa), relacionando as opções de compra até uma empresa receptora na cidade de Santa Maria - RS, para a distribuição regional. O estudo considerou o preço mínimo de comercialização em dólares americanos por litros comprados, o custo de transporte associado a cada estimativa de distância para as 4 usinas em dólares por litro transportados, a quantidade de viagens que podem ser feitas de cada rota diariamente, em um abastecimento de pelo menos 30 viagens mensais de carga de biocombustível para Santa Maria e, por fim, a capacidade produtiva das 4 indústrias, as quais devem fornecer pelo menos a demanda estimada de etanol para a cidade de Santa Maria. A natureza da pesquisa consiste em aplicada, com abordagem quantitativa, descritiva e coleta de dados documental, aplicando-se os fundamentos de modelagem e otimização típicos da pesquisa operacional, mais especificamente da programação linear para a resolução da problemática estabelecida. Destaca-se também que os cálculos são irrestritos a região de estudo, sendo adaptáveis à qualquer região nacional. Os resultados do estudo demonstraram que houve uma redução de 12% no custo total mensal, pela influência da produção local e, essencialmente, pela menor distância de transporte dentro do estado gaúcho. Digital and representation: the second line and the forgotten castle of FiumedinisiThe Belvedere Castle of Fiumedinisi (ME) belongs to that historical heritage of Sicily characterized by abandoned and forgotten military architecture. Along the Ionian coast the defensive problem has been particularly felt over time, due to the proximity of the Turkish coast, the Middle East and the African one. The first defensive line was the coastal one, defined by principals placed on the sea in a strategic position for direct control of the coast. They were part of this group: the Maniace castle of Syracuse, that of Augusta, of Brucoli, of Catania, of Acicastello, the Tocco of Acireale, Schisò in the territory of Giardini, Capo Sant'Alessio, the Saracen Tower of Roccalumera, Capo Grosso in Ali , San Salvatore in Messina. Along the eastern side of the Peloritani mountains from Calatabiano to Messina, the island's defensive strategy also included a second line of fortifications, which controlled a more distant horizon from their position. These include the castle of Calatabiano, Taormina, Castelmola, Forza d’Agrò, Savoca, Fiumedinisi, Scaletta Zanclea, Santo Stefano di Briga, Matagrifone. Among them, the Belvedere castle of Fiumedinisi, at a critical distance from the village, so as to be in a state of neglect, among those listed is that which is in the worst conditions. In stark contrast to the dignity and history of the site and territory of Fiumedinisi, dating back to the Greek period. In this work we propose the survey of the castle with digital, photogrammetric technologies, Structure From Motion (SFM) and dense matching, to arrive at a 3D documentation and graphic drawings, considering that to date there are no significant scientific surveys and representations of this abandoned fortress.

A presente pesquisa analisou a educação no espaço de fronteira Brasil (estado de Mato Grosso) e Bolívia (departamento de Santa Cruz), entre de 2017 a 2020, com metodologia de observações participantes e questionário semiestruturada, compreendeu-se que não há integração entre a educação de os dois países, algo essencial para a implementação. Enquanto do lado brasileiro, no município de Vila Bela da Santíssima Trindade, metade das escolas de fronteira existentes, foram desativadas justificando a falta de profissionais em áreas específicas do conhecimento e de melhor qualidade de ensino, em território boliviano, a solução para mesmo problema, foi a implementação de programa modular para escolas pequenas e distantes, não desativando nenhuma unidade escolar. Conclui com a definição que necessitam planos e programas como as escolas interculturais de fronteira, com um diálogo cooperativo entre os dois países sobre a educação regional.

This paper presents models of generation, extraction and distribution of travel for air cargo between the main cities of Colombia. To develop the work we use information of cargo movement in Colombia during 2012, from then, we make the performance analysis and modeling to estimate future behavior considering possible scenarios. The generation model analyzed statistical variables such as population, distance between the main cities of Colombia, the gross domestic product of the cities, indicators of industrial density, the level of unemployment, among other characteristics to determine their influence on transport domestic air cargo. For travel distribution model, including the gravitational, allowed to predict the behavior of air freight, under the hypothetical situation that the Colombian Caribbean coast will have a joint cargo airport that meets the needs of Barranquilla, Santa Marta and Cartagena. The results showed that despite the geographical situation of the cities, this is feasible, given that centralize the management of the three coastal cities in a specialized cargo airport could reduce generalized costs and encourage greater trade with the rest of the cities of Colombia, as demonstrated in the model.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.4995/CIT2016.2016.2460

Introduction: The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic affects all the segments, including the healthcare centre services. Thus, understanding how emergency care is performed in cases of TBI in pediatric patients is essential. Objectives: To analyze changes in trauma management in children since measures to combat the pandemic have fostered a change in hospital routine. Design of study and location: The work was carried out with students from Goiás, Distrito Federal, Amazonas, Espírito Santo and São Paulo who organized themselves at a distance to deal with relevant and current issues in an integrative manner. Methods: Integrative review based on the PubMed and SciELO research databases. Results: In clinical management, light TBI corresponds to most pediatric cases, therapy consists of monitoring and stabilising the patient. In surgical management, the main objective is decompression of the cephalic mass and surgical intervention in the resolution of parenchymal hematomas. Neuroimaging exams are also essential for good conduct and evaluation; However, the concern with the excessive use of these grew and, therefore, it was necessary to reduce the number of unnecessary requests, avoiding hospital expenses. In addition, telemedicine assists in care ensure greater protection, since it reduces the risk of contagion. Conclusion: Therefore, it is evident that the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic affected the treatment of TBI cases in children. Thus, there was a need for restructuring in the hospital routine.

Introduction: Breast cancer (BC) is a major public health problem worldwilde, with a high incidence in young women in Brazil. In this context, treatment with oncoplastic surgery represents a major advance, through the combination of plastic and oncological surgery techniques, maintaining the breast contour and reducing the psychological impact of radical surgeries. Preoperative marking plays an important role in the aesthetic result and reference points are marked freehand in order to guide the incisions. Objectives: To present an efficient and low-cost option, through a mold, to perform preoperative marking in oncoplastic surgeries with pedicle. Methods: Between March and December 2020, ten oncoplastic surgeries (with pedicle technique) were performed in women with BC and moderate to large volume ptotic breasts at Clínica Arte de Cuidar, Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Sobral and Grupo de Educação e Estudos Oncológicos. A personalized acrylic mold with two holes was used in the preoperative marking. The distance between hole n.1 to the top edge is 2 cm and from to the bottom edge 3 cm. Once the A point of the breast is defined – (the site of the future papillary areola complex), the hole n.11 of the mold is placed right at point A of the breast. Then we settle the hole n. 2 of the mold in the line drawn from the nipple to the breast groove and mark the superior part. In the process, we use the side of the mold - that measures 6.5 cm - or a measuring tape to determine the amount of tissue and skin to be removed. The distance from the inferior border of the areola to the infra-mammary groove is usually 5–6 cm. It the end, all patients were followed up with regular medical consultations and with pre and postoperative photographs. Results: With subjective assessment of shape, volume and symmetry, all patients were satisfied with the procedure performed. In most cases the areolas remained rounded. And, most importantly, there were no complications in between - such as skin necrosis or papillary areola complex, important asymmetries and moderate or large dehiscences. Conclusions: The creation and use of a breast mold is still a challenge due to the variety of breasts, so, in that way, oncoplastic surgery must always be individualized. The preoperative marking with a mold can contribute to reduction of the surgery duration and increase the satisfaction with the aesthetic.

The “Mediterranean Wall” in the territory of the Marina Alta: bunkers and batteries of the Spanish War (1936-1939)In 1936-1939 the War of Spain took place, turning its territory into the testing ground of Europe in anticipation of the Second World War; here new weapons were tested: mass media, propaganda and aviation. The national side used Mallorca as “aircraft carrier” from which it launched airstrikes on the Mediterranean coast: a rearguard that required fortification. To defend the cities, the Republican government ordered, in 1937, to build a coastal defensive system (“Mediterranean Wall”). On the Valencian coast there were ten basic enclaves: from the lighthouse of Castellón to the end of Santa Pola. This network of defenses had two built lines. The first was constituted by elements located at zero level, by the sea and on the beaches, which maintained regular distances from each other; these were reinforced concrete bunkers that sought to camouflage themselves. A second was formed by coastal and antiaircraft, concrete and masonry batteries that merged with the land, located in the hills to have a wider horizon and be closer to its objectives. Bunkers and batteries that followed geometric patterns in constant evolution. This communication studies the defensive settlements built by the Republican army in the cities of Xàbia and Dénia (Marina Alta), which had a port, airfield and armament factories, which made them the target of enemy aviation. In these territories many of these architectures have disappeared under real estate pressure, but there are still several bunkers, batteries and ammunition deposits that are intended to be inventoried and documented (especially the 7th of the Montgó and the 8th of the Portixol batteries) to insert into of the tradition of historical military forts (typological genealogies) and their understanding as a networked defensive system that maintains parallels with the system of coastal towers of the system of coastal towers of the Modern Age.
