Abstract:
The aim of my diploma thesis was a project of a new kindergarten. The building is situted in the land register Brno Bystrc. It is a two storey building without basement. On the first floor there are located three classes, each with a capacity of 24 children. On the second floor there is celebratian hall, classrooms for external activities and offices. Kindergarten is based on strip fundation, and covered by flat roof with attica. I designed the project with emphasis on disposal orientation according to the cardinal points and constructed arrangements of the building. Durring the process I tried to use modern methods and common materials. The drawing part was processed in the AutoCAD and ArchiCAD computer program. Part of the work is fire, acoustic and thermal-technical solution.

The diploma thesis deals with elaboration of design documentation for the new building of the kindergarten. The building is divided into two parts. In the first part, two separate classes are designed, each with a capacity of 24 children, there are also teacher’s facilities, a logopedic counseling, and office. In the second part of the building there are classrooms for external activities. In the first part of the building, the kitchen is designed for the needs of the kindergarten. The building has two aboveground floors and a basement. Load-bearing walls are designed from SENDWIX, lime-cement bricks. Thermal insulation on walls above ground floor are a mineral wool and underground floor walls, as well as the plinth are insulated by extruded polystyrene XPS. The floors are made of pre-stressed concrete floor panels SPIROLL. The building has two types of roof: flat green roof and flat roof with stone aggregates. The drawing documentation necessary for the realization of the kindergarten is processed including five structural details. The drawing part was processed in the AutoCAD computer program. Part of the work is fire, acoustic, thermal-technical solution and daylighting.

Diploma thesis deals with a new built multifunctional building in Brno on Mlynska street. The intention is to change of use of lucrative corner site brownfield. The new building has four aboveground floors and one underground floor. The ground floor will have small restaurant and two separated shopping units. The second floor is divided into three office spaces. The third and fourth floors are designed as flats of different categories. The underground floor will be used for storage spaces, boiler room with separate pellet storage and parking shaft system. Construction system is designed as a wall construction system made of sand-lime bricks. Ceiling constructions and staircases are designed as a cast-in-place concrete. The building is roofed with the flat green roofs and terrace, which will be used for relaxation of residents.

The subject of this thesis is to design a multifunctional building. The building object is located on the southeast outskirts of Brno, in the city of Slatina. The land chosen for the building is situated in the cadastral area of Slatina. The building has five floors without basement. Multifunctional house is suitable for housing and for commercial purposes. The house is projected with 13 apartments, with café – opening hours to 10 PM, healthy food store and drugstore. There are apartments with 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms. Each apartment is complemented by a balcony and a cellar. The main facade is located on the west side of the property where it is allowed access to the shops and cafe. Entry into the living area is on the eastern side of the property. The subject of this diploma thesis was to process the study and the design documentation for a newly built hotel in Brno, in city district “Kníničky” near the artificial dam “Přehrada” in a rest area. The hotel will serve as temporary accommodation for up to 64 hotel guests in single, double and four bed rooms. The object also contains training rooms, offices, a meeting room, a café, a small grocery store and a restaurant with kitchen. Parking is possible in one of the two mass garages and there is an outdoor parking possibility in front of the hotel too. The building has a cast-in-place concrete frame with longitudinal beams and sway bracings. The external wall consists of aerated concrete bricks with contact thermal insulation system ETICS (insulation material mineral wool), the ceilings will be cast-in-place reinforced concrete ceilings and the roof flat green roof or flat roof with gravel on it above the 5th floor. The foundation construction consists of reinforced concrete foundation strips, which expand to foundation pads under the load-bearing columns and will be supported by piled foundations under the most exposed elements. As long as the hotel is situated into a fairly steep slope, the vertical alignment of some building parts is various so part of the project is the design of landscaping works. Design documentation was processed using the program AutoCAD 2017, the study and the visualization using both SketchUp 2015, LayOut 2015 and Lumion 5.

Horizontal systém is created like reinforced concrete ceiling and in the same way internal staircase. The aim of this diploma's thesis is to develop design documents for a building construction of a winery guesthouse in a cadastral territory of a village Milotice u Kyjova. The house is situated in the existing built-up area intended for winery cellars near of the village. Plots, where building is situated are sloping and object is embedded into the terrain. The proposition and the design of the building respect a commune plan of village Milotice. The project designs the new basement building of the winery guesthouse with 2 above ground floors, where are situated hotel rooms with a total capacity of 63 guests and accommodation facilities. In the basement is situated restaurant with facilities, social space, wellness with a whirlpool, massages, sauna and solarium. A structural system of the building is designed like a wall and brick structural system from concrete brickwork in the basement and the lime sand brickworks in the above ground floors. A roof is designed partly as a saddle roof with slope 22° and 24,3° and partly as a green roof with a roof terrace.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis is exploring the plan for the construction of kindergarten in the city of Velíková. The kindergarten is located in the north part of the properties with numbers 528/1 and 63. It is a two-floor building with partial basement. The building is designed for three classes with the total number of pupils being 54. In the western part of the property a car park is designed with 18 parking spaces in total. From the layout perspective, on the first floor, there are two classes and a utility rooms for the employees. All rooms have a separate entrance, so that there is no obstruction or interference. On the second floor, there is one class and a school staffroom situated. There are storage and a technical facility located in the cellar. The building’s supporting system is made from sand-lime bricks. Reinforced concrete panels Spiroll create the roof construction. The diploma thesis contains project documentation for construction work.

Abstract:
The subject of this diploma thesis is design and project documentation of a kindergarten in Velké Pavlovice. It is a separately standing structure with two floors and partial basement located in slightly sloping terrain. The building is constructed of sand-lime blocks with contact thermal insulation, supported by strip foundations. Ceiling construction is made of prestressed hollow-core slabs. This object is roofed by a simple, flat, extensive roof. This kindergarten is designed for 40 children divided into two sections which are located right in the 1st floor together with food delivery. The technical room is in the basement. The common room, multipurpose classroom and headquarters are situated on the 2nd floor. Disposition is proposed in accordance with operation of kindergarten.

The final thesis is focused on design of functional unit od Kindergarten in Křenovice (district Vyškov). The object is subdivided to 3 functional parts. The middle part is designed as a two-storey, remaining two parts are single-storey. Whole object is without cellart. This object is formed from two separate class for fifteen children each and the middle part is design for technical facilities . For every class are two teachers and in total one a head teacher. For the preparation food a cleaningup there are three employees. In the object is one office of speech therapy with barrier free access. The roofing of object is design as a warm vegetation flats roofs. The object is design as a masonry system of sand-lime block with contact thermal insulation system.

The aim of my diploma thesis is a design of a new energy efficient terraced house in the gap site. Building has two dwelling unit of category 4+kitchenette and 6+ kitchenette. Building has a cellar, two floors and an attic. The cellar structures and horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete. Sand-lime bricks are used for masonry. The building is covered with gabled roof with timber roof truss. In this building there are used rainwater and renewable energy in a form of electrical energy made by photovoltaic panels.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation pension. The proposed facility is located in the village of Železná Ruda- Pamferova Hut. The site is widely used by tourists in winter and summer. This is partly basement building, which has 2 storeys and an attic. The roof is designed as a gabled dormer with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and under the reinforced concrete pillars are designed shoe. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. An exception is peripheral walls of the basement, which is in contact with soil, which is designed as a lost formwork. In the dining area, which has an open reinforced concrete columns. Ceiling structure will consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. Perimeter walls are insulated using external thermal insulation composite system using insulation from stone wool. The building is functionally divided into three main parts with a common main entrance. The first part is a restaurant with a kitchen, storage and kitchen facilities. This section is designed restaurants with a total capacity of 26 persons, the capacity will be in the summer to expand the possible capacity of the terrace, which belongs to the dining room. It is also proposed sanitary facilities for visitors to the restaurant, kitchen with storage and facilities for staff. The second part is the wellness center, which consists of a gym and rooms with infrared sauna and whirlpool. This section is designed sanitary facilities for visitors separated for men and women. The last part of the pension, which used to accommodate 30 people and the background of the pension. Backgrounds pension means any technical equipment room, storage room for bikes and skis, and not least the individual room house, which also includes a room for personal hygiene. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a rehabilitation center, which is located in the cadastral area of the village Mušov on the border of the village Pasohlávky. It is a two-storey rehabilitation center with a gym and a partial basement. The thesis deepens the initiative of Thermal Pasohlávky, which plans to build a spa resort in the same section, combining elements of spa care, recreation and sports use. The object fulfills the function of a rehabilitation medical facility. The center is designed for up to 50 patients and is functionally divided into three parts. The first part consists of rehabilitation. We will find here several exercise rooms, hydrotherapy, electrotherapy, doctor's office with waiting room and reception. Rehabilitation also includes a gym with access to the terrace and park. On the second floor we can find specialized department of ergotherapy for people with different types of disabilities and second functional part of the bulding designed for staff facilities. It is made up of staffing facilities, dressing rooms, offices and meeting rooms. The third functional part consist from the technical background of the building and is located on the ground floor. The object is designed as a wall system, built from sand-lime bricks km beta Sendvix and insulated with the ETICS thermal insulation made from mineral wool. Horizontal supporting structures are designed as reinforced concrete. The entire building is roofed with a flat roof. Wooden windows and doors are used in the building to fill the holes. Before the building is a parking lot for employees and visitors of the rehabilitation facility. The design respects the principles of barrier-free solutions. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of a project documentation for the execution of the construction.
