Bahasa Sampit merupakan salah satu bahasa daerah di Indonesia yang statusnya saat initerancam. Saat ini bahasa Sampit mulai jarang dituturkan, bahkan dikenal masyarakat danhanya digunakan sebagian generasi tua saja. Pengabdian melalui Program KreativitasMahasiswa (PKM) bertujuan untuk membantu Lembaga Adat dan Budaya Sampit dalammelestarikan bahasa Sampit melalui pembuatan kamus bahasa Sampit. Kegiatan ini melalui 3(tiga) tahapan, yaitu tahap awal, tahap inti, dan tahap akhir. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan timperumus bahasa Sampit, terjalinnya kerjasama dengan Balai Bahasa Kalimantan Tengah, danbahasa Sampit diangkat menjadi program revitalisasi bahasa.

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini antara lain : Pertama, memahami aspek – aspek dakwah dalam pelaksanaan Ritual Mandi Safar. Kedua mengetahui dan menganalisis suatu elemen – elemen yang memicu pro dan kontra di dalam pelaksanaan Ritual Mandi Safar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer, yaitu pelaku dan pihak – pihak yang mengetahui sejarah Ritual Mandi Safar. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penyusunan peneliti ini adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bawa Mandi Safar merupakan Ritual yang bernuansa agama, namun pada dasarnya tradisi tersebut bukanlah bagian dari agama. Dalam Ritual Mandi Safar yang perlu dikedepankan adalah sapek “tradisi dan budaya” bukan aspek Ritual keagamaannya, karena akan timbul pemahaman syirik pada masyarakat. Aspek – aspek dakwah yang terkandung di dalam mandi safar yaitu, aspek sosial yaitu, kebersamaan dan kesetiakawanan dan aspek aqidah yaitu, kepercayaan dan keyakinan yang dapat menyelaraskan dengan timbulnya prilaku yang mementingkan kepentingan bersama atau nilai solidaritas dalam tindakan masyarakat. The objectives in this study include: First, understand of da'wah in the implementation of the Ritual of Mandi Safar. The two know and analyze an element that triggers pro and contra in the implementation of the Ritual of Mandi Safar. The research method used is a qualitative method, Data sources in this study are primary data sources, namely the perpetrators and partys who know the history of the Ritual of Mandi Safar. The data collection techniques used in the preparation of this researcher are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that Safar Bath is a Ritual that has a religious nuance, but basically the tradition is not part of religion. In the Ritual of Mandi Safar, which needs to be put forward, the sapek "tradition and culture" is not an aspect of its religious Ritual, because will arises comprehension syirik on society . Aspects of da'wah contained in safar baths are, social aspects namely, togetherness and solidarity and aspects of aqedah namely, trust and confidence that can harmonize with the emergence of behavior that conserned interest shared or the value of solidarity in community actions.

Abstract:
This study aims to trace the cultural symbols and identity politics that occur in the city of Sampit. This is based on several important things that happened in Sampit. Sampit is a heterogeneous and multicultural city and at the same time there were riots between the Dayak and Madura tribes around 2000, which resulted in the emptying and rejection of Madurese residents. At least in the past two decades, Sampit has turned into a city that displays an identity as a Muslim city with the emergence of urban icons built by local elite leaders. It is interesting to track what exactly is behind the elite officials in the city of Sampit in building these identity symbols and how political symbol culture plays a role in the development of the city of Sampit. The analytical tool used in this study is functional sociology where the emphasis of this study is on actors who provide change in society. The results of this study indicate that several values obsess over Cultural Symbol actions in Sampit, including; First, religious values, one of which orientates the cultural symbol policy is that the Sampit community is moved to worship their Lord and minimize criminal acts that used to occur frequently, such as wild speeding, theft and obscene acts. Secondly, art values, symbols used such as the dome and calligraphy of Asmaul Husnaand calligraphy of Allah and Muhammad's writings are expressions of the architectural art values possessed by the Sampit regent which used to beautify the city of Sampit. Third, Political Interest, every policy carried out by an elite certainly cannot be separated from political interests, the Sampit regent is no exception, which in this case is to perpetuate his power, bearing in mind that the regent is in power for two periods untill 2020

ABSTRACT According to the World Health Organization (WHO), around 5% of the world's population - about 466 million people - is diagnosed with what they call 'crippling hearing loss'. Although these statistics are divided into several levels of the inability of hearing, partial or total (hearing loss or the deaf), the percentage of the whole is characterized by hearing loss more than 40dB for adults and more than 30dB for children. The reduction of the capacity hearing does require a certain way to experience the environment. With the approach design principles "DeafSpace", which is based on the knowledge of the built environment, largely constructed for the people who bothered pendengaranya, presenting a variety of challenges addressed by the Deaf in a certain way to change their environment to fit with its environment.

Abstract:
Sampit Bay is one of many main gates to enter the Central Kalimantan Province, because there is Mentaya River Mouth as an access to the Sampit Harbour as a main port at its province. Until now, the Sampit Bay only used as anchored for big ships waiting turn to enter Sampit Port. The methods used are coastal characteristic mapping, seafloor surficial sediment sampling, grain size analyses, echosounding, and current measurement. Sampit bay has sandy coast, sand of sea floor surficial sediment, and gradation of sea floor morphology which is suitable for sea port location. On the other hand, the velocity of the surface and midle current in the bay ranging between 0.1-0.3 m/second which is dominated by south east direction. The mentioned velocity is under threshold for safety ship anchoraged. Beside that, most of the bay open to the wind from west and south west facing Java Sea, where the velocity ranging from 5-13 m/second which is included into weak catagories. Location is recommended to be sea port candidate in the south of Ujung Pandaran.Keywords: Sampit Bay, port location, coastal characteritistic, sea floor surficial sediment, current velocity. Teluk Sampit adalah salah satu gerbang utama memasuki Propinsi Kalimantan Tengah, karena tempat bermuaranya Sungai Mentaya yang merupakan akses menuju ke pelabuhan Sampit sebagai pelabuhan utama di provinsi tersebut. Selama ini teluk Sampit hanya digunakan sebagai tempat lego jangkar kapal-kapal besar yang menunggu giliran untuk berlabuh di Pelabuhan Sampit. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemetaan karakteristik pantai, pengambilan contoh sedimen permukaan dasar laut, analisis besar butir, pemeruman, dan pengukuran arus. Teluk Sampit memiliki jenis pantai berpasir dan sedimen permukaan dasar laut pasir serta morfologi dasar laut yang bergradasi cukup layak untuk lokasi pelabuhan. Disamping itu kecepatan arus permukaan dan menengah di teluk tersebut berkisar antara 0,1-0,3 meter/detik dengan arah dominan ke arah tenggara, dimana kecepatan arus tersebut masih dibawah ambang batas untuk keamanan kapal berlabuh. Disamping itu, sebagian besar teluk tersebut terbuka terhadap hembusan angin arah barat dan tenggara yang berhadapan dengan laut Jawa dimana kecepatan angin yang bertiup antara 5-13 meter/detik dan termasuk dalam katagori lemah. Lokasi yang paling layak untuk lokasi pelabuhan adalah sebelah selatan Ujung Banaran. Kata kunci: Teluk Sampit, lokasi pelabuhan, karakteristik pantai, sedimen permukaan dasar laut, kecepatan arus.

PT Telkom Sampit is one part of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) which contributes in meeting the communication and information needs of the community. PT Telkom Sampit provides several product services, namely Wifi.id, IndiHome and UseeTV. Thus, Telkom Sampit must provide good services in managing services. As for some of the obstacles that often occur including problems, slow and damaged. From these problems, it is necessary to measure the level of service improvement at PT Telkom Sampit using the COBIT 5 framework focusing on the domains DSS02 (Managing Service Requests) and DSS03 (Managing Problems). Based on research that has been done PT Telkom Sampit is at level 4, namely Predictable Process, which is included in a good level for a company, although it is not in accordance with estimates that should be at level 5, namely Optimizing Process (Optimization Process). With this research, it is hoped that it can be used as an evaluation in improving the quality of service performance at PT. Telkom Sampit in serving customers.

Abstract:
Teachers had difficulty developing Science Process Skills in biology subjects during the Pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Sambit Ponorogo. This study aims to 1) analyze the Science Process Skills of class XI IPS 1 student at SMA Negeri 1 Sambit Ponorogo in Biology learning through pickle making practicum, 2) describe the involvement of parents in biology learning during distance learning. The research design used One-Shot Case Study. The research subjects were 27 people from class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Sambit Ponorogo. The research instrument used a Science Process Skills observation sheet, an independent practicum assessment sheet, and an online questionnaire for parents & students. The analysis was carried out by descriptive quantitative. Based on the implementation results, it is known that Science Process Skills are categorized as good in independent practicum activities, where the ability to apply is 89.91%, concludes 78.70%, proposes 90.74% hypotheses, predicts 77.78%, and observes 92.59%. While 62.59% of parents are less involved in helping students while learning from home, this affects the success of distance learning. The conclusion of this research is; 1) Practicum making events can be used in applying Science Process skills of Class XI IPS 1 student at SMA Negeri 1 Sambit Ponorogo, 2) Parental involvement in biology learning during distance learning in Class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Sambit Ponorogo needs to be improved, because of involvement parents are still very low during distance learning in class XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Sambit Ponorogo.

Pelayaran petikemas rute Surabaya – Sampit terjadi oversupply sejak tahun 2011 hingga saat ini, yakni selisih antara demand dan jumlah supply yang melayani rute tersebut mencapai hampir dua kali lipat, menyebabkan kapasitas kapal kosong mencapai 44% per tahun. Hal tersebut tidak diimbangi dengan peningkatan jumlah demand yang drastis, sehingga perusahaan pelayaran yang beroperasi pada rute tersebut dapat mengalami kerugian operasional. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis kapasitas pasar pelayaran petikemas, agar tidak terjadinya oversupply pada rute Surabaya – Sampit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode optimasi untuk mendapatkan kapasitas pasar yang sesuai untuk rute Surabaya – Sampit. Hasil yang didapatkan untuk kapasitas pasar yang ideal yakni disesuaikan dengan jumlah demand agar tidak terjadi oversupply, sehingga pada tahun 2017 – 2021 dibutuhkan 1 – 2 armada kapal dengan ukuran 300 - 385 Teus, dan required freight rate sebesar Rp 5.103.273 – Rp 5.797.403 per Teus, dengan jumlah 1 – 2 perusahaan pelayaran yang disesuaikan dengan jumlah kapal. Kondisi pasar yang menguntungkan perusahaan pelayaran pada rute Surabaya – Sampit adalah kondisi pasar konsentrasi tinggi dengan indeks konsentrasi pasar 0,50 – 1 yang dikuasai oleh 1 atau 2 perusahaan pelayaran. Pada kasus rute Surabaya – Sampit ini dapat dibuktikan bahwa tidak selalu kondisi pasar yang kompetitif adalah kondisi pasar yang ideal yang dapat memberikan perusahaan pelayaran keuntungan.

Kawasan Perkotaan Sampit merupakan Ibukota Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur yang berada pada jalur strategis lintasan angkutan barang dari kabupaten dan/atau kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Tingginya volume pergerakan barang dengan dominasi perjalanan eksternal-internal belum didukung oleh terminal angkutan barang. Hal ini mengakibatkan banyak ditemukan parkir dan bongkar muat di pinggir jalan sehingga menurunkan kinerja ruas jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan lokasi pembangunan terminal barang yang tepat sesuai dengan karakteristik pola pergerakan barang dan kondisi di wilayah studi sehingga dapat mengatasi dampak penurunan kinerja ruas jalan akibat tidak adanya terminal angkutan barang. Penentuan lokasi pembangunan terminal angkutan barang dilakukan menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Proccess) yang menggabungkan beragam pendapat dari responden untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan multikriteria. Kriteria yang dirumuskan adalah aksesibilitas, kinerja ruas jalan, dan pola angkutan regional. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai bobot kriteria aksesibilitas menjadi prioritas utama sebesar 63%, kemudian kriteria kinerja ruas jalan menjadi prioritas kedua sebesar 26%, dan kriteria pola angkutan regional sebagai prioritas terakhir sebesar 11%. Kelurahan Mentawa Baru Hulu terpilih menjadi lokasi alternatif terbaik pembangunan terminal angkutan barang dengan bobot sebesar 41,2% disusul Kelurahan Eka Baharui (39,6%) dan Kelurahan Baamang Hulu (18,1%). Abstract:
The aim of the study is to reveal the viewpoints of adolescents as media audiences, how they interpret their lives in the midst of Indonesia's diversity. The method used is Reception Analysis using encoding and decoding models from Stuart Hall. The subjects of the study were 9 Sampit City teenagers aged 15-18 years with a diversity of sex, religion, and ethnicity. While the concept used is the study of Indonesian-ness, imagined communities, nation and state and identity. The results showed that adolescents in Sampit City were traumatized by stories of riots based on ethnic sentiment as told by parents, based on YouTube's content and also through the context of the 2017 local election reporting. Ethnic sentiments still exist because the content on YouTube allows them to reconnect with the 2001 conflict. So the dominant meaning of hegemonic is that they agree that Indonesia's diverse ethnic situation can lead to conflict and is easily used by irresponsible groups. The next meaning on the negotiating side is that prejudice and stereotyping occur in Sampit, respectively. To eliminate the trauma of ethnic conflict, they hope that more activities will involve cultural gatherings.

In the field of information delivery services to companies or agencies that require labor, such as those in Sampit City, Central Borneo, currently information is conveyed only through several media such as newspapers, magazines, and information obtained by word of mouth. This makes it difficult to find accurate information for job applicants, and for companies it is also difficult to find prospective employees in a time efficient manner because it is still done without an information system. With the development of information technology, it is necessary to provide an Information System to solve problems in delivering job information directly from companies. With this Information System, applicants will also find it easy to receive information, submit job application files, and take written tests online. And the company will get employees in an effective and time-efficient way, starting from the delivery of information, file selection, written tests and passing results from written tests that can be processed directly through this information system.

The research attempts to examine the crisis of Madurese cultural identity exposure in intercultural communication in Sampit (Central Borneo Province) after the 2001 ethnic conflict which involved two major ethnic groups i.e the Dayak ethnic (native community) and Madurese ethnic (migrant community). Using base descriptive qualitative approach by interviewing numerous Madurese people living in Sampit and using literature review. The research reveals that affected the formation of cultural identity among the residents of Sampit of Madurese descent. This Cultural identity experienced a crisis and change, because not in accordance with the value of local culture. In other hands, the research found that cultural identities of Madurese are strengthened. It arises because of conformity and mutual support with local cultural values. Understanding to intercultural communication is very important to create acculturation with local culture to avoid problems due to cultural differences, especially for newcomers from the Madura Island.

The ongoing dispute about reindeer overabundance in the West Finnmark (Norway) herding region has accentuated the need for an in-depth understanding of the density-dependent and -independent processes driving this pastoral system, as well as the spatial and temporal scale(s) they operate on. Using 20 604 records of individual male reindeer yearlings we assessed the spatial and temporal variation in animals’ performance (measured by their autumn carcass mass), and investigated summer density dependent effects on autumn carcass masses at different scales. We defined three spatial scales; a regional scale represented by the whole summer range of West Finnmark, a sub-regional scale represented by the mainland (14) and the island (11) summer districts, and a fine scale represented by eight individual summer districts. We defined two temporal scales; the whole collection phase (13 years) and a temporal dimension based on the three periods of population growth. We found carcass masses to be higher at island than at mainland and to vary among districts. Effect of period was found at the regional, sub-regional and often at the district scale. The autumn carcass masses were sensitive to density at West Finnmark and mainland scales, but not at island scale, the effect being negative. This suggests intra-specific competition for summer forage due to consistent higher density resulting in reduced range quality at mainland as compared to island. On the finest scale the density effect was highly variable. Response of carcass mass to density appeared to be scale dependent both in space and time at regional and sub-regional scales. These findings underline the importance, for skilful management, of site specific biological understanding of (1) the density dependent processes and (2) the spatial and temporal scales these processes are operating on. Adaptive management strategies for sustainable use of the summer forage resources in West Finnmark have therefore to be district specific.Skala-avhengige virkninger av antallet rein på høstslaktevektene i Vest-FinnmarkAbstract in Norwegian / Sammendrag: Den stadig pågående diskusjon omkring reintall og overbelastning av beitene i Vest- Finnmark krever en bedre forståelse av tetthetsavhengige, så vel som tetthetsuavhengige prosesser som påvirker dette beitesystemet og på hvilke skalaer disse opererer. Vi benyttet 20 604 slaktevekter av varit (1,5 års gamle bukker) før brunst for å undersøke variasjonen i tid og rom i disse, og om sommerbeitebelegget på ulike skalaer påvirket vektene. Vi definerte tre romlig skalaer: 1) hele sommerbeiteområdet i Vest-Finnmark, 2) to underregioner: innlandsdistriktene samlet og øy/halvøydistriktene samlet og 3) det enkelte sommerbeitedistrikt. På distriktsnivå ble bare slaktedata fra 8 distrikt benyttet. Videre ble to tidsskalaer definert: 1) hele perioden samlet, 2) tre perioder basert på utviklingen i reintallet i Vest-Finnmark - økning i periode 1 (1983-87) og i periode 3 (2001-2004) og nedgang i periode 2 (1996 -2000). Slaktevektene var høyere for øy/halvøydistriktene sammenlignet med innlandsdistriktene samlet og varierte mellom distrikt. Periode påvirket også slaktevektene regionalt, subregionalt og ofte på distriktsnivå. Vi fant en negativ tetthetsavhengig effekt på slaktevektene for Vest-Finnmark samlet. Det samme gjaldt for innlandsdistriktene samlet, men ikke for øy/halvøydistriktene samlet. Dette forklares ved fødekonkurranse på innlandsdistriktenes sommerbeiter, sannsynligvis på grunn av at vedvarende høye tettheter har forringet beitekvaliteten, sammenlignet med øy/halvøydistriktene samlet. På distriktsnivå varierte effekten av tetthet. Resultatene tyder videre på skala-avhengige tetthetseffekter i tid og rom, i Vest-Finnmark samlet, så vel som på innlands- og øy/halvøynivå. Tetthet er et mangesidig og komplekst begrep som ikke kan sees uavhengig av skala. Det er derfor viktig å analysere slike prosesser på flere skalanivå for bedre å kunne forstå samspillet mellom vegetasjon og beitedyr. Dette innebærer i praksis at hvert sommerdistrikt (siida), som er den funksjonelle enheten i forvaltningssammenheng, må behandles uavhengig og danne grunnenheten i en fornuftig forvaltning.

Banyaknya jumlah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam yang kuliah sambil bekerja, hal ini dapat berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar. Rumusan masalah yang dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : (1) Apa faktor penyebab mahasiswa kuliah sambil bekerja?; (2) Bagaimana prestasi mahasiswa kuliah sambil bekerja?; dan (3)Adakah pengaruh kuliah sambil bekerja terhadap prestasi mahasiswa?. Hipotesis Penelitiandalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut : (1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara kuliah sambil bekerja terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam; dan (2) Terdapat pengaruh antara kuliah sambil bekerja terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kausal.Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian : (1) Faktor penyebab mahasiswa kuliah sambil bekerja di STAIN Gaj ah Putih, Takengon: (a) membantu ekonomi keluarga, ; (b) mencari pengalaman dan; (c) menambah uang saku, sehingga mahasiswa yang kuliah sambil bekerja bisa mandiri dan dapat mengurangi beban orang tua; (2) Prestasi Mahasiswa Kuliah Sambil Bekerja mahasiswa yang kuliah sambil bekerja memiliki prestasi yang cukup tinggi, dengan IPK rata-rata 3,35. IPK rata-rata mahasiswa kuliah sambil bekerja lebih tinggi dari pada IPK rata-rata keseluruhan mahasiswa Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) semester VI dan semester VIII yaitu; 3,18. Hasil penelitian, menunjukan mahasiswa yang kuliah sambil bekerja juga memiliki prestasi di kampus maupun diluar kampus; dan (3) Pengaruh Kuliah Sambil Bekerja Terhadap Prestasi Mahasiswa yaitu tidak terdapat pengaruh antara mahasiswa kuliah sambil bekerja terhadap prestasi mahasiswa.

Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) is an institution that supports the economic activities of low-income communities based on the Islamic sharia economic system. KSPPS BMT KUBE SEJAHTERA 068 Sampit was formed on January 12, 2006 with the legal entity Cooperative No. 07/Kep-BH/DK.PM/VIII/2006, and is a Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) which has approximately ten years of experience serving and partnering with the community. At KSPPS BMT-Sampit there is still no auditing system to monitor whether the existing technology is running well and efficiently, as well as to provide an assessment of the maturity level of information system technology, therefore the author uses the Cobit 5 framework for the audit system by focusing on 2 domains that the choices are DSS01 (manage operation) and DSS05 (manage security service) based on the results of calculations that have been done, the maturity level of information technology in KSPPS BMT-Sampit is at level 4 (Predictable processes) for DSS01, and based on level 4 (Predictable Processes) for DSS05
