Abstract:
Technology has an important role in the implementation of human activities at this time, including in business activities. Today's technology is widely used to manage business activities with various forms of display/templates that are easy to use. Dashboards are used to display data concisely. Reports can be viewed quickly through a summary of the data displayed on the dashboard. So much data processing makes business activities that still carry out manual recording and see the report data sequence is felt to be less effective. Utilization of technology is highly needed by owners of small businesses when facing business management constraints such as a long time to manage data, loss of sales data, purchases and reports recapitulation errors. Besides, the need for fast and accurate data and information access is also needed to support and monitor business management. Based on these problems, a solution is needed to manage the overall sales and purchasing data, and display reports quickly and accurately by carrying out a study entitled "Dashboard Management of Sales and Purchases of Fish in Fish Spots".

Abstract:
This paper analyzes the relationships between the productivity of stocks and the return on assets of milk processing companies. Productivity of stocks was measured as the Days Sales of Inventory (DSI) for materials, intermediate products, work-in-progress, finished products and commodities, and as the DSI for total stocks. The study was based on corporate micro-data from 2007–2016 retrieved from the EMIS database. Based on panel regression models, it was concluded that an improvement in stock management efficiency, measured with the Days Sales of Inventory, is positively correlated to the return on assets of milk processing companies. Although it was considerably shorter in the milk sector than in the entire food industry throughout the study period, it grew longer each year. This evolution means a deterioration in the efficiency of stock management of finished products which, in the long run, may adversely affect the financial performance of milk producers. The parameters of the estimated regression models clearly confirm it is reasonable to reduce DSIs.

Abstract:
Data mining can be used to find solutions in making sales decisions to increase sales. Sales data storage stores many sales transaction records, where each document provides products purchased by customers in each sales transaction. A problem began to arise with an excess stockpiling of materials. The number of fluctuating sales causes the stock of available materials to be unstable and can directly impact consumers. Mistakes in predicting sales caused the coffee shop to buy large quantities of material stock, which were not widely used or sold out, so the supply of these materials swelled in the warehouse. One way to be implemented is by applying data mining because there are ways and methods to meet needs, one of which is the need for extensive information, then the information that we can use to determine quality in determining a decision. Therefore, it is hoped that this research can help Dpom Coffee minimize material stock inventory management cases such as shortages and excesses and make policies to increase sales by grouping menus based on sales levels using the K-means algorithm. Based on the results of processing the sales dataset at Dpom Coffee, it produces 3 clusters, namely Cluster 1 with eight menus with low sales levels, cluster 2 with 40 menus with moderate sales levels, and cluster 3 with seven menus with high sales levels. The accuracy or performance of the k-means algorithm results in a Davies Bouldin index value of 0.457.

Abstract:
Logistics centers are mainly comprised by a series of operations from purchasing of goods to preservation, allocation, delivery, packaging and distribution. By drawing support from advanced management technology and modernized information exchange network, logistics centers have effectively connected production and consumption altogether, making all goods circulating under an efficient, harmonious and ordered state, which in return achieved best commercial efficiency and social efficiency. Currently, logistics management software is far from enough to satisfy customers' needs, and still remains on the level of purchase, sales and inventory management. This research is conducted in allusion to the actual situation of China's information-based logistics industry, with the objective to improve modern management level of logistics industry. According to the demands of domestic logistics enterprises, we employed OLAP technology for data processing, and data mining technology in decision-making analysis, which realized information-based management in logistics centers. On this basis, we realized basic purchase, sales and inventory management. Furthermore, we as well created the data warehouse, so as to perform online analysis, processing and data mining, to realize intensive processing of data, as well as to provide support for decision-making. Computer-aided decision-making software is the development direction of management software.

Abstract:
Significant transformation of the operational activity of product and service distributors is driven by changes in data-receiving and processing technology. At present, the work of these companies’ representatives is digitized to a large extent: for example, the road time, the number and places of meetings with customers are automatically recorded. At the same time, the productivity of managers who do not make direct sales is usually evaluated with the help of surveys, experts and costly double visits, although the existence of large data samples makes possible the use of statistical analysis to identify both insufficient and inflated values of performance indicators. Source data: a relational database that accumulates information about 28 categorical, quantitative, geolocation and temporal parameters of sale representatives’ activities for the last year. Based on available data, we created synthetic features (the latitude and longitude features produced the index, region, street, and house features; based upon identifiers we calculated the sum of activities of sales representatives; according to temporary features we defined the season of the year, the day of the week and the period of day features). The methodology for statistical analysis consists of three main stages: collection and processing of primary data; summary and grouping processed information; setting statistical hypotheses and interpreting the results. A probabilistic approach was used to model the level of distortion of sale representatives’ activities. As a result, with the built tag cloud we highlighted: the most popular season for advertising campaigns; the most productive departments and sale representatives; days of the week with the largest number of contacts to customers. We established a significant number of records about meetings with clients at the weekends. As a result of the data mining, we made a statistical hypothesis about the possibility of identifying the sale representatives who distort the number and parameters of meetings. A set of synthetic integer, real and categorical features was created to identify hidden relationships. Doubtful data (such as working at weekends or at night) were revealed. The resulting aggregated dataset is grouped by a sale representative’s activity ID and the distribution of this feature is plotted. For each sale representative, integer and real features are summarized and outliers that characterize inefficient performance or distortion of data have been detected. Thus, the presence of a large sample of data on the history of movements and activities allowed us to evaluate the productivity of the distribution company’s sales representatives based upon indirect features.

Abstract- Vita Viya lumberyard is one of the lumberyard is located on Semangka Street, Bengkulu city. During this time the processing sales data of goods in lumberyard is still done conventionally, namely using sales notes that occur every day. Then, the note data will be made into bookkeeping to find out how many sales of goods occur every month. Management of inventory also only sees the remaining items available in the lumberyard without looking at the sales of the item. The problem that often occurs in Vita Viya lumberyard is the management of inventory, where the building materials have a usage period so that they are not suitable for sale. The application in predicting sales data of goods in Vita Viya lumberyard was made by using the Visual Basic.Net programming language by applying the linear regression method. With the construction of the application can be used as an alternative in predicting the sales data of goods in the following month based on sales data that occurred in the last 2 years starting from January 2017 to December 2018. The 2-year data will be used as a data trend to determine the predicted value of goods sold at 1 year in the future. Based on the testing that has been done, it can be concluded that the application is able to predict the sale of goods for the next 1 year based on sales data that has been inputted previously. Based on the testing of error values using the MAPE and MSE methods, it was found that the error value of the predicted value obtained from the linear regression method used the MAPE method of 0.1244575. While, the result by using the MSE method of 14.25. Keywords: Linear Regression Method, Prediction of Vita Viya lumberyard.

Abstract: The end-to-end business solution is helpful for any business trying to move their data to cloud for further processing, visualizing, monitoring, scaling their business/ business data. Most applications start as small, focused services that solve a single problem and solve it well. But, as a company grows, the needs of its customers multiply. One feature becomes two, which becomes four, then eight and so on. This is manageable, but only to a point. With each additional feature, the complexity of the application infrastructure expands. Figuring out how to properly manage the costs of a growing development environment is nearly as difficult as figuring out how to manage the development environment itself. In fact, the two issues are intertwined. All of these problems can hence be solved by using cloud technology like Flexibility in Operations, Reduction in cost, Increase in Transparency, Enhanced Risk Management and Improved Security. The proposed system is divided into four modules: Ingestion of raw data into the database by creating pipeline, Connecting the database to Machine learning service, Building the model for accuracy in prediction of the model, Visualizing the dataset into PowerBI

Abstract:
With the acceleration of economic development, enterprise management is facing more severe challenges. Big data analysis based on the intelligent Internet of Things (IoT) has a positive effect on the development of enterprise management and can make up for the shortcomings of enterprise management. In this paper, we develop a big data processing method based on intelligent IoT which can mine the factors that affect the company’s market sales from the collected data. Then, we propose a KNN classification algorithm based on overlapping k -means clustering. This algorithm adds a training process to the traditional KNN algorithm, which can accurately classify data and greatly improve the efficiency of the classification algorithm. Numerical analysis results prove the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract:
Abstract Background: Decision makers use the process of determining the best course of action by processing, analysing & interpreting the data to gain insights, known as Business Intelligence. Some decision support systems use sales figures to predict future expansion, but few consider the effect of customer data. Objectives: The main objective of this study is to build a model that will give a forecast based on fine-tuned sales numbers using some customer-centric features. Methods/Approach: We first use the RFM model to segment the customers into distinct segments based on customer buying characteristics and then discard the segments that are irrelevant to the business. Then we use the ARIMA model to do the sales forecasting for the remainder of the data. Results: Using this model, we were able to achieve a better fitment of the data for the prediction model and achieved a better accuracy when used after RFM analysis. Conclusions: We tried to merge two different concepts to do a cross-functional analysis for better decision-making. We were able to present the RFM-ARIMA model as a better metric or approach to fine-tune the sales analysis.

Abstract:
In competitive conditions of the pharmaceutical market, a significant factor is the problem of identifying market trends; the need to identify competitors and threats, resources assessment. For this purpose, it is necessary to constantly collect and generate data on the basis of which an informed decision is developed by the heads of pharmacy organizations. However, a certain category of pharmaceutical management believes that business decision-making should be based solely on intuition and practical experience, which excludes the use of any quantitative information. In the course of the data study from the retail sector of the pharmaceutical market, the possible formats of practical application are considered. The totality of data characterizing the business processes in the pharmaceutical market was evaluated by the degree of structure. A classification method was used to characterize the sampling based on the primary data processing, methods of cross tabulation and frequency analysis were implemented. The nature of the data is clearly illustrated, which makes it possible, if necessary, to obtain new quantitative indicators, such as, for example, Total number of sales by visitor groups, Average number of sales, etc., characterizing pharmaceutical business processes. The processing of high-quality data of marketing information about the pharmaceutical market by the methods of frequency analysis and cross tabulation allows one to determine reasonably accurate the preferences of visitors of a particular category, which makes it possible to optimize the assortment policy and effectiveness of the pharmaceutical company as well.

Abstract:
MSMEs are the most important pillars in the Indonesian economy. The most famous copper craft center in Indonesia is Tumang Village, Cepogo, Boyolali, Central Java. It is called a craft center because of the local residents, some of whom are copper craftsmen. The problems that occur are the limited information technology and the ability to access technology and information from outside, as well as management that has not been implemented properly that can support the craftsman development program, both from the point of view of the professionalism of its human resources as well as in terms of product development, craft design equipment and management. In addition, sales systems and data processing are still carried out conventionally, resulting in limited marketing opportunities and transaction processing. The lack of literacy of SMEs towards information technology is the cause. Only about 25% of all business actors in Tumang have utilized technology for marketing and financial management. The implementation of this Community Service is intended to provide socialization and training as well as assistance to improve skills and knowledge for craftsmen to market their products on a global scale and provide electronic sales applications for craftsmen so that customers can get information quickly, and can make online shopping transactions. As well as a digital accounting information system that will increasingly provide convenience in creating accountable, transparent, and secure financial reports. This PKM activity was carried out by the Community Service Team (PKM) from the Management Economics Study Program at the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta through the 2021 Matching Fund grant. The PKM activity was aimed at brass and copper metal craftsmen in Tumang, Cepogo Boyolali. The methods used are socialization, training, and mentoring. The results of PKM activities are technological innovations in the form of a Marketplace Application called "Javacraft", which is a web application developed by the Islamic University of Surakarta Batik as an online sales medium or as a sales medium for MSMEs of local Indonesian handicrafts, especially copper or brass crafts in Tumang Boyolali, handicraft products and sales processing facilities. In addition, PKM activities also include socialization about digital marketing (e-commerce) and Accounting Information Systems (SIA), training and assistance in using the "Javacraft" Marketplace Application to support sales of brass and copper metal crafts in Tumang.

Abstract:
The development of retail business technology is related to the need for management to meet customer demands by using technology. To help make effective sales strategic decisions, it is necessary to optimize the use of information technology on existing sales transaction data. The transaction database that has been stored as a company archive asset can be used for processing information that is useful in increasing product sales and promotions. This study aims to provide an analysis related to the product sales pattern of PT. X in Sumbawa Besar city. PT. X is a retail company that sells distributes daily consumer goods. The algorithm used is Frequent Pattern – Growth which is one of the algorithms in data mining used to find relationships in large data based on the number of occurrences of these data relationships. The Association Rule Mining method can be used in the retail business field, known as Market Basket Analysis. The application used for testing is Rapidminer 9.10. The research stages include: data collection, data preparation, FP-Growth algorithm implementation, result analysis and conclusions. Abstract:
Purpose – Managers are confronted with increasing information overload and growing pressure for effective and efficient decision making. The visualisation of data represents a way to overcome this dilemma and to improve management decision quality. The purpose of this paper is to transfer insights from visualisation research to the managerial accounting context and clarify the impact of visualisation on management accounting reports and decision making. The authors deduce implications for behavioural management accounting research, teaching, and business practice from previous findings and the results. Design/methodology/approach – The authors conducted an experiment with students and experienced managers. Participants had to evaluate eight different business units based on four accounts (sales, EBIT, FPY, and delivery reliability). The information the authors provided to the participants was either presented as tables only, or in tables and graphs. Findings – The empirical results show that supplementary graphs improve decision quality, especially within the manager sample but do not affect decision confidence in a performance evaluation task. The authors furthermore find that managers perform poorly when only provided with tables, and they achieve the overall best score when provided with both tables and graphs, whereas students perform similarly in both conditions. The authors additionally show that proficiency affects not only decision quality but also decision confidence. Research limitations/implications – The results differ from predictions based solely on the cognitive fit model, as the authors found differences in decision quality to be stronger within the group of managers. The cognitive fit model proposes that decision making performance will improve when the problem representation and the decision making task match. Applying the model to a management context, it is obviously insufficient to explain the differences the authors obtained in the experiment. The authors observed that proficiency plays a role in such performance evaluation tasks. Practical implications – Based on the results, management accountants should analyse the task that needs to be solved with the reported data. By analysing the type of task, accountants can derive the information processing strategy that will most likely be used by executives for problem solving and determine the suitable visualisation format based on the cognitive fit model. Moderate or complex monitoring tasks will presumably be accessed with perceptual information processing. Data should thus be visualised with graphs. Originality/value – The authors provide empirical evidence that supplementary graphs in management reports improve decision quality but not decision confidence. The authors furthermore illustrate the limits of the explaining power of the cognitive fit model in a management report context. In an extension of cognitive fit theory, the authors argue that proficiency plays a crucial role in performance evaluation tasks. The authors propose a process for visualisation of management reports based on their findings and previous findings.

Abstract:
We have entered an era of information technology. Many financial and taxation management tasks have been applied to big data technology. Through big data technology, we can efficiently collect data and Internet information, realize efficient management of information, and establish a complete set of tax database. The research results of the article show the following. (1) We analyze the application status of big data technology and put forward the problems and solutions in data processing in our country. (2) Most financial managers of small and medium-sized enterprises are rather vague about the definition of taxation. Training in this area should be strengthened. Taking the industrial chain of Chinese enterprises as the survey object, the concept of taxation compliance and influencing factors have been elaborated, and a taxation respect model has been established. The investigation method can be analyzed through the model. (3) We established the coefficient of variation model with Pilka coefficient and found that the main business income has the highest correlation with the value-added tax payable and has the strongest linear relationship; the correlation between return on assets and value-added tax payable is the weakest, and there is a weak relationship. There is a strong negative correlation between sales profit margin and VAT payable (4) Taking a pharmaceutical company in our country as the subject of investigation, the company’s financial operating conditions have been studied for the past ten years, and it is concluded that the company’s main business income is increasing year by year, and the corresponding tax revenue is also increasing, and the tax growth rate is relatively unstable. Among them, the financial risk coefficient of corporate income tax is the largest.
