Abstract:
The present research aims to assess the influence of supervisor and colleague support on employee safety voice based on the social exchange theory and the effect of employee safety voice on employees’ satisfaction towards the organization. The data were collected from 302 bus drivers in Java, Indonesia. The data were then processed using a multiple regression analysis technique. The results indicate that supervisors have a significant negative effect on the action of voicing safety concerns by employees, while coworkers do not have any significant effect in relation to employees voicing their safety concerns. Furthermore, employee safety voice has also been found to have a significant negative effect on employee satisfaction towards their company.

Abstract:
In order to preserve a culture of safety, inpatient care teams in hospitals need to be able to communicate effectively with one another. The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between the perceptions of patient safety culture and the number of safety incidents that occur in hospitals. With Schein's organizational culture model serving as a guide, researchers were able to find the connections they had hypothesized should exist between certain aspects of safety culture and actual accidents. Both the Materials and the Procedures are: The research team was successful in gaining access to the opinions of a substantial number of clinical teams regarding their safety culture. It was discovered that handoffs and transitions were a significant predictor of the reduction of safety occurrences, in contrast to other predictors, which were not found to be significant. The implications for the research on communication within clinical teams are emphasized here. In conclusion, a discussion of the data findings and a presentation of the implications that these findings have for the variables are given. The implications for healthcare teams in terms of the actions that individual team members will take in the future are also emphasized here. The directions that future research should take are suggested.

Abstract:
Drug therapy is the most common healing mediation in medicine to recover patient well-being. In spite of the concentrating to help patients, there are numerous examples of inappropriate medication procedures and practices that compromise drug efficacy and lead to preventable medication errors, thereby jeopardizing patient health. Insecure medication practices leading to medication errors are one of the leading reasons of healthcare-related illness and mortality that globally published drug safety fact files. Understanding these characteristic risks will allow healthcare suppliers to better manage drawbacks and efforts to guarantee drug security in healthcare delivery. When safety policies and risk organization skills are integrated into health methods and medication rehearses, safer hospitals and main care can be achieved. Safety and danger management are integrated into healthcare arrangements and processes

Abstract:
Exposure to perceived danger awakens our environmental awareness and sense of individual responsibility. In our rapidly evolving contemporary urban environments, the design of public space is often constrained and focussed on risk mitigation. Designers often rely on the inclusion of mechanisms to control behaviours (eg walls and fences) or rely on displays of authoritarian surveillance (eg CCTV and extensive warning signage). Measures also known as target–hardening (Saraiva & Pinho, 2011). This can create a reliance on the authoritarian control of urban space, which could result in the disuse of self-regulating mechanisms such as individual responsibility and environmental awareness. This study investigates perception of danger in public space through a scenario-based investigation focussed on Brisbane, Australia. This study enquires how we sense danger, what provokes our sense of danger and how this affects our environmental awareness. Current exemplary design responses that aim to improve safety in public space are also discussed. The study highlights a need for further research about how authoritatively secured space affects city users, sense of place and community.

This study analyzes the influence of safety planning and safety control on safety performance. This study uses primary data from a survey using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1 to 5. This study uses 4,950 observational data with structural equation modeling analysis. This study uses safety planning and safety control as the independent variables and safety performance as the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that safety planning has no significant effect on safety performance. Safety controls have a direct and significant effect on safety performance. This research is the first time in Indonesia to analyze the effect of safety planning and safety control on safety performance in building construction projects.

Abstract:
The paper seeks to analyse the understanding of food safety by consumers of agro food products in the Nitra region. The food safety is here understood as the complex of precautions concerning the plant health protection, veterinary problems, animal health protection and animal welfare, concerning the foodstuffs and feeds. Realization of these precautions leads to the safety of all the parts of the food chain and the final foodstuff. Health, good living level and the protection of economic and social interests of people are the basic attributes for the evaluation of the role of foodstuff. That is why the food policy of the SR and the EC is also subordinated to these attributes. General principles and claims concerning food safety are set in the decree of the European Parliament and the Commission (EC) No. 178/2002. Relevant claims of this key horizontal regulation are already in use since January the 1st 2005, and create the common basement for precautions concerning foodstuffs and feeds, and legally ensure the complex approach to the food safety including all the direct and indirect impacts on food safety, animal health and some environmental issues. The food safety is a public good in the SR as it is characterised by non-excludability from consumption and non-existence of rivalry in the consumption.
