Consiste em um relato de experiência acerca de um projeto de pesquisa iniciado em agosto de 1997, envolvendo docentes do Departamento Materno-infantil da Faculdade de Enfermagem da UERJ e profissionais do Centro Municipal de Saúde do Rio de Janeiro da S.M.S./RJ. Tem por objetivo, descrever o processo de inserção da Consulta de Enfermagem de Pré-natal no conteúdo da graduação, bem como sua estruturação e implantação no referido Centro Municipal de Saúde. Esse trabalho propõe rever também, o modelo biomédico das consultas, a fim de proporcionar reflexões e rupturas de paradigmas, e com isso auxiliar no aprendizado e na ampliação do acompanhamento de pré-natal no Rio de Janeiro.

Le système complet représentant plus de deux cents métiers de la base «autodoc» est une collection de vingt C.D. Rom, le premier a été publié en Mars 95 et le dernier devrait sortir d’ici Décembre 96. Dans cet article, nous insistons particulièrement sur les principes pédagogiques qui ont guidé notre démarche de conception et sur l’intérêt de l’informatique pour offrir une nouvelle génération de systèmes d’auto-information permettant des consultations interactives et personnalisées.

Abstract:
Background: Multiple pregnancy remains one of the highest risk situations for the mother, foetus and neonate despite recent advances in obstetrics, perinatal and neonatal care. Twin pregnancies have increased rates of obstetric and perinatal complications compared to singletons Objective of present study was comparative assessment of fetomaternal outcome in twin pregnancy with singleton pregnancy in Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department of S.M.S. Medical College, Jaipur.Methods: This was a hospital based, prospective observational study done in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. S.M.S. Medical College, Jaipur from April 2015 to March 2016. 150 women with twin pregnancy and 150 women with singleton pregnancies at gestation age of 28 weeks and above coming for delivery and consented for the study were included in the study. Women with chronic medical disorder or chronic hypertension were excluded from the study. Maternal and neonatal outcome recorded and analysed.Results: Occurrence of twin in our study was 2.82%. Risk of preterm labour was about nine times higher in twin pregnancies than the singleton (OR: 2.74, 95% CI; 1.4494-5.1884, P value 0.001). The risk of premature rupture of membrane was increased by 2.74 times in twin pregnancies (OR:2.74; 95% CI: 1.4494-5.1884, p value .001). There was 3-time increased risk of malpresentation (OR 3.14; CI:1.7184-5.7480, p value .00002) and 2.28 times increase in hypertensive disorder (OR 2.28; 95% CI: 1.0727-4.8823, p value .03) in twin pregnancies. The risk of asphyxia and septicaemia was 2.5 times more in twins.Conclusions: Twin pregnancy is a high-risk pregnancy with more complications in mother and foetus and is a great challenge for obstetrician. So, it should be managed carefully at tertiary care centre to reduce the maternal and perinatal mortality and morbidity.

Abstract:
The aim of a quality assurance (QA) program is to assist a radio-diagnostic facility in consistently obtaining adequate radiological information with a minimum of dose and a minimum of cost. An integrated part of a quality assurance program is quality control (QC) in which a series of examinations and checks on equipment performance are undertaken, so that any changes can be objectively monitored and remedies made. The main objective of the present work was to carry out an independent audit of the important features of QA tests and radiation safety parameters in medical X-ray installations, which would reflect the safety status and to assess the regulatory requirements of the safety code. We conducted a radiological safety and quality assurance audit of 32 medical X-ray diagnostic machines installed in SMS hospital, Jaipur. A QA kit consisting of a kVp test meter, ionization chamber-based radiation survey meter and other standard accessories were used for the required measurements. The study mainly covered eight quality control checks that is accuracy check of accelerating potential (kVp), linearity of tube current (mA station)and timer, congruence of radiation and optical field, and total filtration, beam alignment, focal spot size, leakage radiation survey, and beam out. The status test is carried out in order to establish the functional status of the equipments. They operated and functioned correctly and prevented movement when activated. All measured values were well within the tolerance limit.

Abstract:
Las sociedades por acciones simplificadas, en adelante llamadas SAS, son un nuevo tipo societario que se rige por la Ley Nº27.349 Apoyo al capital emprendedor y en forma supletoria por la Ley Nº 19.550 Ley General de Sociedades. El objeto de esta tesis es comunicar el resultado de la indagación sobre las características, implementación de las sociedades por acciones simplificadas y el rol del contador en todo lo atinente a la constitución y funcionamiento de las mismas. Las principales fuentes legislativas consultadas fueron la Ley Nº 27.349, Ley Nº19550 y Resolución 2400/2015 DPJ. El trabajo de campo se realizó en el Banco de la Nación Argentina para conocer la asistencia crediticia existente para este tipo de sociedades y se efectuó una entrevista estructurada en el Consejo Profesional de Ciencias Económicas y en la Dirección de Personas Jurídicas sobre SAS constituidas en Mendoza desde enero a octubre del 2018 con el fin de describir las características principales de las sociedades mencionadas. Los resultados indican que las sociedades en las entidades financieras pueden encuadrar como micro, pequeñas o medianas empresas y acceder a los mismos beneficios cumpliendo los mismos requisitos, que han sido constituidas de acuerdo a la RG 2400/2015 de DPJ por lo que han seguido el mismo trámite que cualquier sociedad regida por la Ley General de Sociedades, ya que todavía no hay resolución por parte de DPJ que agilice los procedimientos. El papel del contador se refleja en el asesoramiento que imparte a potenciales clientes o sociedad interesada informando sobre las particularidades de las SAS, luego en el proceso de constitución donde realiza los trámites correspondientes, durante la vida de la sociedad cumpliendo con las legislaciones impositivas y societarias y por último en la disolución y posterior liquidación de las mismas.

Esta pesquisa propõe-se a estudar a atuação da organização de ajuda humanitária denominada de Comite de Socorro à Europa Faminta, SEF, no contexto brasileiro e internacional entre os anos de 1946 e 1949. A pesquisa procura identificar as motivações políticas e ideológicas que fizeram com que elementos representativos do grupo étnico alemão no Brasil se mobilizassem em prol da Alemanha. O primeiro capítulo apresenta uma abordagem do contexto alemão do pós-guerra, especificando as dificuldades materiais que atingiram as vítimas alemãs da Segunda Guerra Mundial a partir da memória dos indivíduos que vivenciaram o conflito. Este capítulo também mostra a importância do surgimento de organismos de ajuda humanitária para a reconstrução da Europa do pós-guerra e a inserção da SEF neste contexto. O segundo capítulo versa sobre a configuração de uma elite em meio ao grupo étnico alemão e sua atuação no contexto nacional, bem como seu papel na criação e articulação da SEF. Além disso, busca identificar as dificuldades iniciais que as lideranças fundadoras do comitê tiveram para organizar o comitê. O terceiro capítulo analisa o funcionamento da SEF no contexto nacional e internacional. Procura identificar as dificuldades enfrentadas pela SEF no envio de ajuda humanitária para a Europa, os grupos sociais que tomaram parte nas arrecadações da organização, as estratégias de articulação de suas lideranças junto aos círculos do poder, bem como a função social e ideológica do comitê para a comunidade étnica alemã no Brasil.

Abstract:
The continuous increase in the cost of building real life projects, the high cost of researches concerning a project and the urgent demands for the project to be delivered in a short period of time have urged researchers to find a new scheme of programming in which they would be able to simulate or emulate the real life activities and projects using a computer and a procedural language. But such a scheme of programming was lengthy, tedious and costly. Therefore, it was necessary to find a specialized simulation software that would save the programmer's time and effort on the one hand and would save the client's money on the other. A number of simulation software were developed recently which contributed greatly to the solutions of the simulation problems. However, none of these languages possessed the completeness nor the independence of the use of other tools or procedural languages to compensate for their deficiencies.In this paper I have proposed a number of new ideas aimed to improve the simulation languages in general, and have implemented a number of these ideas in a software package. Chapter one describes the simulation model and the basic concepts of simulation. Chapter two describes briefly the advantages and disadvantages of using simulation software. Also it outlines the limitations of currently used simulation packages. Finally, it suggests new ideas and expectations of a complete simulation package. Chapter three describes the simulation package prototype S. E. S. and gives some implementations. Chapter four explains the basic differences between S. E. S. and SLAM II and shows areas for further research.

Camposol Colombia es una de las subsidiarias del grupo Camposol S.A, el cual se está posicionando en el mercado colombiano con la cosecha, producción y exportación de su producto bandera: el aguacate Hass. El presente plan estratégico tiene como objetivo generar las estrategias a desarrollar para que la empresa Camposol Colombia logre ser el mayor productor-exportador de aguacate Hass en Colombia. El plan inicia con el análisis de la situación actual de Camposol Colombia, con la finalidad de evaluar cómo se encuentra la empresa en la actualidad. Luego se desarrolló la visión, misión valores y código de ética de la compañía. Adicionalmente, se realizó la evaluación externa con la finalidad de conocer el entorno de la compañía, con lo cual se identificó oportunidades como: crecimiento de la demanda, tratados de libre comercio y accesos para la salida del producto, entre otros. Sin embargo, también se detectó amenazas que se pretende minimizar como: deficiencia en la infraestructura de predios, periodos sin lluvia y la falta de la tecnología. Así mismo, se realizó un análisis de los potenciales competidores locales como internacionales. A continuación, se realizó un estudio de la evaluación interna de Camposol Colombia, con la finalidad, de capitalizar sus fortalezas como: liderazgo, gestión comercial, manejo de costos, respaldo financiero, personal técnico, y experiencia en el negocio. Así mismo, se ha identificado sus debilidades como: falta de conocimiento de normas ambientales en Colombia, nuevo en el sector, recurso humano calificado local, entre otros, con la finalidad de establecer las ventajas competitivas a partir de la identificación de sus propias fortalezas distintivas. Luego, se identificó los intereses y objetivos de largo plazo de la compañía. Posteriormente, se establecieron las estrategias adecuadas que ayudarán a Camposol Colombia de su situación actual al objetivo que se espera en un futuro. Es importante destacar que tales estrategias se han generado mediante un estudio y análisis con respecto a la evaluación externa e interna de la compañía; las cuales se puede mencionar como ejemplo: (a) invertir en la compra de terrenos, para incrementar la producción del producto; y (b) alianzas estratégicas con proveedores de manera general, entre otros. Finalmente, se realizó la evaluación de la estrategia mediante el tablero de control balanceado, con la finalidad de poder plasmar y hacer el seguimiento respectivo a los intereses y objetivos de largo plazo de Camposol Colombia, de tal forma poder tomar decisiones y acciones asertivas que ayuden a lograr lo que la empresa se está proponiendo en el futuro.
Camposol Colombia is one of the subsidiaries of the Camposol S.A group, which is positioning in the Colombian market with the harvest, production, and export of its flagship product: Hass avocado. The present strategic plan aims to generate the strategies to develop so that Camposol Colombia can become the largest producer-exporter of Hass Avocado in Colombia. The plan began with an analysis of the current situation of Camposol Colombia, to understand how the company is currently doing; then the vision, mission, values, and code of ethics of the company were developed. Additionally, it has been seen convenient to carry out the external evaluation, to know the environment of the company, with which opportunities were identified such as growth in demand, free trade agreements, and accesses for the output of the product, among others; however, threats that are intended to be minimized were also detected, such as deficiency in the infrastructure of the properties, periods without rain and the lack of technology. Likewise, an analysis of potential local and international competitors has been carried out. Next, a study of the internal evaluation of Camposol Colombia has been carried out, to capitalize on its strengths such as leadership, commercial management, cost management, financial support, technical personnel, and experience in the business. Likewise, its weaknesses have been identified as lack of knowledge of environmental regulations in Colombia, new to the sector, local qualified human resources, among others; to establish competitive advantages from the identification of their distinctive strengths. Then, the interests and long-term objectives of the company have been realized. Subsequently, the appropriate strategies were established that would help Camposol Colombia from its current situation to the objective that is expected in the future. It is important to highlight that such strategies have been generated through a study and analysis concerning the external and internal evaluation of the company; Which can be mentioned as an example: (a) invest in the purchase of land, to increase the production of the product; and (b) strategic alliances with suppliers in general, among others. Finally, the evaluation of the strategy has been carried out through the Balanced Scorecard, to capture and follow up on the interests and long-term objectives of Camposol Colombia, to make decisions and assertive actions that help to achieve what the company is proposing for the future.

Vending Machine” nace de una perspectiva innovadora en el rubro de distribución de productos, a través de una máquina expendedora, que responden a una necesidad particular como es el caso de productos de tocador, botica y de cuidado personal, la cual fue identificada por la necesidad que atravesamos todos en algún momento de nuestras vidas cuando salimos de viaje, de paseo o nos alejamos de nuestros hogares por temporadas cortas. En los últimos años las ventas a través de máquinas expendedoras de productos tradicionales como gaseosas, golosinas y cafés dentro de empresas e instituciones ha crecido con el objetivo de dar un servicio adicional a sus clientes, también se aprecia que se ha incursionado en expender diferentes productos como jugos naturales, comida sana, útiles de oficina entre otros. Bajo el mismo principio también nace la idea de “S.O.S. Vending Machine” Es por ello que “S.O.S. Vending Machine” se ubicará dentro de terminales terrestres y tendrá productos como bloqueadores, repelentes, desodorantes, shampoo, reacondicionador, peines, algodón, hiduroid entre otros. Tanto los dueños de las terminales terrestres como también los pasajeros y acompañantes se beneficiarán de este servicio que lo tendrán a la mano en los horarios de atención de dichas empresas. Estamos seguros de que “S.O.S. Vending Machine” tendrá una exitosa acogida y superará las expectativas de los clientes finales, así como de los aliados, las empresas transportadoras.
This business plan “S.O.S. Vending Machine” is born from having an innovative perspective in the field of product distribution, through a vending machine, which respond to a particular need such as toiletries, pharmacy and care products, which was identified by the need we all go through at some times in our lives when we travel, walk or leave our homes for short periods. In recent years, sales through vending machines of traditional products such as soft drinks, sweets and coffees in companies and institutions have grown with the aim of providing additional service to their customers, it is also appreciated that they have ventured into selling different products as natural juices, healthy food, office supplies and others. The idea of ​​ “S.O.S. Vending Machine” is also born under the same principle. That is why “S.O.S. Abstract:

This master’s thesis is performed at Department of Management and Engineering Linköping University, for Scania Omni at Scania Production Slupsk (S.P.S). Omni is responsible for development, manufacturing and marketing of city, suburban and intercity buses. After acquisition of the production unit in Slupsk in 2002 lower production cost per bus is possible. But without control over the organisation costs are rising due to late delivery fees and high stock levels. At the outset, the thesis included three clearly defined objectives:

- Map the present situation at Scania Production Slupsk regarding material flow from supplier to assembly line including a part and storage analysis.

- Benchmark the current routines at Scania Production Slupsk with other successful companies. Furthermore, conduct literature research in order to find theories and philosophies that support problem analysis and thesis solution.

- Develop standard routines for material control methods (MCM) and material supply methods (MSM).

A complimentary objective is to work as a catalyst during the time of the thesis.

The mapping of the present situation showed that MCM and MSM are very tight connected to each other. It was questioned whether this structure was the best way to manage the material flow. After a parts and storage analysis, material was divided into different segments depending of price, consumption and movement.

The benchmarking studies showed different ways to manage the material flow. Implementation of unit load, kanban and clear defined interface between departments showed potential to improve the material handling and increase effectiveness.

New routines and part segment definitions described in a logistics manual (Appendix I) were made align with a comparison between previous and recommended definitions.

The result showed that some parts needs to be controlled differently. Primary recommendations are that logistics manual shall be used when new parts are introduced into the Scala system. Responsible personnel are suppose to give suggestion concerning decision making of MCM and MSM and with help of the logistics manual the work can be more efficient, resulting in a material flow that is flexible and have potential for improvements.

Secondary, to avoid material handling to some extent implementation of two-bin system is recommended. Additional recommendations regarding two-bin system is to handle material according to unit load, which enable FIFO, traceability and higher turn over rate

El presente documento tiene como finalidad mostrar el desarrollo de la consultoría de negocios realizada a la empresa colombiana denominada RECUMAR SAS, dedicada a brindar servicios, asesoría y venta de suministros en el sector marítimo portuario de Colombia, Panamá, Ecuador, Perú y Chile. Basados en la información brindada por la compañía, se identificó diversos problemas internos y externos que fueron originados por la ausencia de una ruta estratégica, que permita a la empresa lograr el futuro deseado en este contexto de incertidumbre y complejidad. El desarrollo de la consultoría consistirá en el diseño de una ruta estratégica teniendo como marco de referencia una adaptación del modelo secuencial del proceso estratégico desarrollado por el profesor Fernando D’Alessio, así como los seis pilares de la gestión estratégica y los aspectos estratégicos del entorno VUCA. Logrando de esta manera, proporcionar a la compañía un análisis de la situación actual, la identificación de los principales problemas, visión, misión, objetivos de largo plazo, estrategias y objetivos de corto plazo que permitan que la empresa logre una situación futura deseada.
The maritime port sector is going through various changes as a result of the global sanitary problem, in this scenario many companies seek the opportunity for growth. For this, it is necessary to consider achievable strategies and take actions based on analysis of the environment. The purpose of this document is to show the development of the business consulting carried out to the Colombian company called RECUMAR SAS, dedicated to providing services, consulting and supplies in the maritime/port sector of Colombia, Panama, Ecuador, Peru and Chile. Based on the information provided by the company, various internal and external problems were identified, caused by the absence of a strategic plan, which will allow the company to achieve the desired future in this context of uncertainty and complexity. The development of the consultancy will consist of the design of a strategic route taking as a frame of reference an adaptation of the sequential model of the strategic process developed by Professor Fernando D'Alessio, as well as the six pillars of strategic management and the strategic aspects of the environment VUCA. Achieving in this way, provide the company with an analysis of the current situation, the identification of the main problems, vision, mission, long-term objectives, strategies and short-term objectives that allow the company to achieve a desired future situation.

The dynamic characteristic and response of the Japanese A51-type slab track subjected to the Japanese S.K.S. high-speed train are under investigation. The high-speed train running on the slab track is modeled as a sequence of individual loads moving on a layered beam on viscoelastic foundation. The dynamic stiffness matrix of a layered beam on viscoelastic foundation is established for the structural analysis. Finally the structural performance of the dynamic stability and vibrational control of the slab track to the high speed train are intensively studied and discussed.

El desarrollo de algoritmos de programación para problemas de secuenciación tipo Flow shop ha sido un tema de elevada importancia en el campo empresarial, en especial para la evolución de la industria 4.0. Por lo tanto, este trabajo de investigación pretende adaptar un modelo de optimización tipo Flow shop con tiempos de alistamiento dependientes de la secuencia al algoritmo metaheurístico de enfriamiento simulado, mediante una instancia de prueba. Por consiguiente, se considera que la empresa Metalflex S.A.S posee un sistema de producción para diez referencias de productos, los cuales deben pasar por siete máquinas, bajo la misma secuencia de operaciones. Para ello, se dispone de una matriz de tiempos de procesamiento y una de alistamiento (en minutos), con el objetivo de lograr una secuenciación de todas las referencias de producto, de tal forma que se pueda minimizar el tiempo de terminación de todos los trabajos. El desarrollo de esta propuesta de solución se codificó en lenguaje de programación Visual Basic for Applications. Para la obtención de los resultados, se proponen tres escenarios con treinta (30) replicas cada uno; en donde cada escenario se modifican sus parámetros de entrada: niveles de temperatura, factor de enfriamiento y número de iteraciones. Permitiendo desarrollar un análisis correlacional de estas variables para conocer la relación entre ellas. Con base a esto, los tiempos de terminación promedio de las treinta (30) replicas en cada escenario fueron: 431.19, 436.44 y 426.27 respectivamente. A partir de esto, se observa que el tercer escenario es el más favorable, ya que genera las mejores soluciones en comparación a los otros, y con un tiempo computacional razonable. Por lo tanto, la empresa Metalflex S.A.S debería utilizar la secuenciación que se propone para que alcance el tiempo de terminación indicado.

Abstract:
Vibration suppression of elastically supported beams subjected to moving loads is investigated in this work. For a Timoshenko beam with an arbitrary number of elastic supports, subjected to a constant axial compressive force, and having a tuned mass damper (TMD) installed at the mid-span, the equations of motion are derived and using the Galerkin approach the solution is sought. The optimum values of the frequency and damping ratio are determined both analytically and numerically and presented as some design curves directly applicable in the TMD design for bridge structures. To show the efficiency of the designed TMD, computer simulation for two real bridges, subjected to a S.K.S Japanese high-speed train, is carried out and the results obtained are compared for before and after the installation of the TMD system.

La presente investigación tiene como propósito el diseño de un sistema de costos por procesos, a fin de determinar el costo real de producción en la empresa Mangueras de Colombia S.A.S, la cual se dedica a la fabricación y comercialización de manguera bicolor que es utilizada en riegos y acueductos rurales, utilizando como materia prima el plástico de baja densidad recuperado. Esta investigación emplea para su desarrollo una metodología de carácter deductivo bajo el paradigma cuantitativo y un enfoque empírico– analítico en coherencia con esto se diseñaron unas encuestas teniendo en cuenta las premisas de la contabilidad de costos las cuales fueron aplicadas a la gerencia y colaboradores, obteniendo resultados parciales que ratifican que en la actualidad la empresa de Mangueras de Colombia S.A.S no conoce el costo real de producción puesto que se ha venido manejando de manera empírica, con el diseño del sistema de costos se pretende demostrar que con un control permanente de los recursos que influyen en el proceso productivo se puede lograr un adecuado manejo de los recurso y determinar de manera efectiva el costos unitarios de producción. Como consecuencia de lo anterior este proyecto permitirá el mejoramiento de las políticas de mercadeo y administrativas propendiendo por alcanzar el buen funcionamiento y sostenibilidad de la empresa.

Public employees like police officers, teachers, soldiers, and clerks encounter difficulties when accessing bank credit despite their formal employment. With low salaries, they struggle to make ends meet and face the same problems accessing credit as others living at the base of the pyramid: insufficient credit history, no collateral, and the perception that lending to them is too risky.Bayport Colombia S.A.S. is a non-bank financial intermediary that specializes in loans repayable via payroll deduction for base of the pyramid (BOP) employees in rural areas of Colombia.
