The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of the unfulfilled need for clean water and to determine the need for a clean water network system in Pattallassang New Town, especially in Paccelekang Village. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods that use scoring analysis to determine scores on respondents' answers and descriptive analysis, by verbally describing the data on symptoms that appear in the research area. The conclusion of this study is that the main cause of the unfulfilled need for clean water at several points in the research area is due to the pressure and air storage capacity that cannot accommodate optimally and the condition of the research area which is in the border area. Thus, to meet the need for clean water in Kota Baru Pattalassang, namely by using pipeline system technology using a branch system (branch system). Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penyebab tidak terpenuhinya kebutuhan air bersih dan mengetahui kebutuhan sistem jaringan air bersih di Kota Baru Pattallassang terkhusus di Desa Paccelekang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang menggunakan analisis skoring untuk penentuan skor atas jawaban responden dan analisis deskriptif, dengan mendeskripsikan secara verbal data-data berupa gejala yang nampak didaerah penelitian. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penyebab utama tidak terpenuhinya kebutuhan air bersih di beberapa titik di wilayah penelitian karena tekanan dan kapasitas penampungan air yang tidak dapat menampung secara maksimal dan kondisi wilayah penelitian yang berada di daerah perbatasan. Sehingga, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih di Kota Baru Pattalassang yaitu dengan menggunakan teknologi sistem jaringan pipa menggunakan sistem branch (sistem cabang).

En este artículo analizo la importación y circulación de la novela Black Spring de Henry Miller (1936) en España durante las dos últimas décadas del franquismo (1965-1975). El objetivo de este trabajo es determinar el papel de los agentes involucrados en las versiones de la obra que circularon en castellano y en catalán: desde los censores que operaban dentro del sistema de censura establecido por el régimen, pasando por las editoriales y sus fines lucrativos, hasta los traductores, encargados de reproducir la obra de Miller en tan convulsas circunstancias históricas. Por tanto utilizaré el archivo para estudiar los diferentes procesos de circulación de la obra en España, además de las traducciones como productos literarios. Tendré en cuenta la traducción al castellano de Patricio Canto (1964), Ediciones Rueda (Argentina); la traducción al catalán de Jordi Arbonès (1970), Aymà (España); y la versión en castellano de Carlos Bauer y Julián Marcos (1978), Alfaguara-Bruguera (España).

Indonesia has many collections launched by Batik Air.The airline, which is a subsidiary of Lion Air, which is full service, led by Rusdi Kirana, based in Manado, North Sulawesi, has a slogan, Journey Begins. On May 3, 2013 the new Batik Air airline made its maiden flight in the area of Manado.Seiring over time, the airline has a Brand Trust that has an effect on Brand Loyalty, namely community loyalty in the eyes of the public which is quite high. Air Batik which was established in 2013, and in 2017 has been ranked fourth with the most passengers, this flight is seen at 8.4 percent (10,079,902 passengers) of 14 airlines in Indonesia and proves that Brand Trust from the high community influences Brand Loyalty seen from the way people continue to make purchases of airplane tickets.Batik Air as a provider of air transportation services that will continue to strive to improve performance both outside and inside the company Batik Air. Indonesia mempunyai banyak sekali maskapai penerbangan salah satunya adalah maskapai penerbangan Batik Air. Maskapai yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari Lion Air yang berlayanan penuh yang dipimpin oleh Rusdi Kirana yang berbasis di Manado,Sulawesi Utara yang mempunyai slogan yaitu Journey Begins. Pada 3 Mei 2013 maskapai Batik Air baru melakukan penerbangan perdananya di daerah Manado.Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu maskapai ini mempunyai Brand Trust atau Kepercayaan Merek yang berpengaruh terhadap Brand Loyalty yaitu loyalitas masyarakat dimata masyarakat yang terbilang cukup tinggi. Batik Air yang sudah berdiri tahun 2013, dan di tahun 2017 sudah berhasil berada di peringkat ke empat dengan penumpang penerbangan terbanyak ini terlihat sebesar 8,4 persen (10.079.902 penumpang) dari 14 maskapai yang ada di Indonesia dan membuktikan bahwa Brand Trust dari masyarakat yang tinggi berpengaruh terhadap Brand Loyalty terlihat dari cara masyarakat secara terus melakukan pembelian tiket pesawat. Batik Air sebagai penyedia jasa transportasi udara yang akan terus berupaya meningkatkan performa baik diluar maupun didalam perusahaan maskapai Batik Air.

The aim of the research to generate learning media, thus the media development will assist students to understand the content during the learning process. Besides establishing a product, the manual guide was also arranged. The method used was Research and Development (R & D) model, the validation result of content expert I and II obtain a very good category and media experts I and II also obtain a very good category. Abstract:
Abstract Cutaneous melanoma (CM) is an aggressive malignant tumor of epidermal melanocytes for which treatment options and survival chances decrease dramatically when metastatic. To date, immunotherapy is becoming a new standard treatment for CM although less than 30% of the patients´ response positively. Therefore, there is a strong interest to identify response predictors and molecular pathways that might lead to therapy failure. Two novel biomarker sources are LncRNA and CircRNA which can function as natural sponges of miRNA as competitive endogenous RNAs (ceRNA) or can associate to RNA-Binding Proteins (RBP) to regulate gene expression. Moreover, several studies have revealed that ceRNA networks are implicated in tumorigenic processes. Considering this, we set to interrogate the role of the ceRNA in the prediction of response to CM immunotherapy. In this pilot study, differential expression was quantified by RNA-seq in 16 FFPE pre-treatment metastatic samples from CM patients treated with Nivolumab. Total RNA isolation was performed from 10 µm slides (4) with RNAeasy FFPE kit. Total RNAseq was done with Truseq Stranded RNA gold kit, and libraries were sequenced on Illumina Nextseq 550. LncRNA were obtained by STARs alignment and explored on LncATLAS. To assess the presence of high confident cirRNA we used 5 different pipelines with a minimum filtering cut-off of 2 junction reads in at least 2 samples and with at least 3 software. Deseq2 pipeline of total mapped reads was used to perform differential expression. We identified 23 circRNA and 74 lncRNA differentially expressed (DE) with a fold change of 1.5 and a p value < 0,01. Ingenuity pathway analysis was carried out to generate DE ceRNA-mRNA networks and associated RBP networks. Interestingly, in the DE ceRNA-mRNA networks, most of the 47 significant canonical pathways comprised immunological pathways such the antigen presentation pathway, Th1 and Th2 activation pathways and PD1-PDL1 cancer immunotherapy pathways. Regarding the DE ceRNA associated RBP networks, HOTAIR regulatory pathway and senescence as well as G1/S cell cycle checkpoint regulator pathways were enriched. Furthermore, we were able to predict the interaction of the DE ceRNA with the activation of key promoters of the immune response such as IL27 (Interleukin 27), EIB3 (Epstein-Barr Virus Induced 3), IL2 (Interleukin 2) and IFNA2 (Interferon Alpha2), as well as the inhibition of negative immune regulators such as SAFB2 (Distal-Less Homeobox 2) and FOXD1 (Forkhead Box D1). In conclusion, we have evidenced for the first time the potential utility of ceRNA as immunotherapy predictors. We have generated a response signature of ceRNA expression and used network analysis to associate them with specific key modulators of the immune response. This study opens a new venue for the investigation of the role of these regulatory ncRNA in the resistance to immunotherapy in cancer. Upaya memanggungkan kisah Lamut dari tradisi lisan balamut di Kalimantan Selatan telah dilakukan sejak 1997. Namun baru pada 2014 upaya itu dapat didokumentasikan. Dokumentasi teaterikalisasi cerita Lamut memungkinkan kajian ini, yaitu tentang tipologi tanda dalam teater. Artikel ini ingin menunjukkan bahwa kisah Lamut dalam tradisi lisannya bukan teater, dan ingin menjelajahi bahwa mendekati dan memaknai pertunjukan teater dengan semiotika berbeda dengan mendekati naskah drama atau karya sastra pada umumnya. Semiotika teks tulisan dan teks lisan berbeda dari semiotika pertunjukan. Dengan memandang semua unsur pertunjukan di atas panggung sebagai tanda, signifikasi teatrikal tidak dapat direduksi menjadi relasi searah antara sarana-sarana tanda tunggal dan makna individualnya. Pertunjukan teater membawa faktor-faktor komunikasi yang berlapis-lapis yang berimplikasi pada kemungkinan terciptanya bermacam-macam pesan. Artikel ini akan menganalisis pertunjukan teater Balamut Lakon episode Bujang Maluala karya sutradara Rudi Karno (2014) dengan pendekatan semiotika teater untuk memahami dialog antara budaya Banjar dan budaya lain, dan antara cerita Lamut di atas panggung teater dan cerita Lamut dalam tradisi lisannya.

Abstract:
La ricerca si pone l’obiettivo di dimostrare, a partire da casi teorici e casi studio di rilievo internazionale il ruolo centrale del communication design nella costruzione dell’identità e del processo di comunicazione di un luogo. Raccontare l’esperienza lavorativa personale condotta all’interno del Didacommunicationlab, Laboratorio di Comunicazione del Dipartimento di Architettura dell’Università di Firenze, è utile per affrontare la tesi scientifica su cui si fonda questa ricerca. Lo stretto legame tra grafica e architettura, l’indispensabilità di una disciplina rispetto all’altra, la comunicazione dello spazio pubblico, ma anche la continua ricerca della definizione del concetto di identità, sono alcuni dei temi di ricerca, che diventano occasione di sperimentazione. Grafica e architettura si stratificano nel tessuto urbano. Si vedrà come lo spazio pubblico viva dell’interazione spontanea con chi lo abita e come sia, entità fisica, ma anche luogo simbolico di democrazia e libertà civile.
