Full textThe dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of candidate of technical Sciences in the specialty 05.17.08. – processes and equipment of chemical technology. − National technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute", Kharkov, 2016. The thesis is devoted to the scientific substantiation and development directions of intensification of mass transfer processes of oil refining. It is shown that at hydrocavitation the treatment of water-hydrocarbon emulsions occur micro cracking molecules of oil and the possible dissociation of water with formation of hydrogen and subsequent hydrogenation of heavy fractions. As a result of fractional distillation of water-fuel emulsions that were processed using the cavitation stand, the yield of light fractions reached 94%, which confirms the course of hydro-genation processes of hydrocarbons, as well as the formation of hydrogen at hydro-cavitation processing. In the process of treatment of oil and diesel fuel in cavitutor new construction recorded a significant decrease in the content of total sulfur to acceptable standards, indicating the feasibility of using the investigated process for the intensification of sorption purification of fuels from sulfur-containing compounds. On the basis of alternative fuel and petroleum obtained a homogeneous mixture, which became a source of light fractions of raw material for the production of motor fuels. Partiсularly effective should be recognized the use of this technology in terms of small plants, pilot plant production or proof of non-certified commodity product to the requirements of the standards.
