PONTIFÍCIA UNIVERSIDADE CATÓLICA DO RIO DE JANEIRO
COORDENAÇÃO DE APERFEIÇOAMENTO DO PESSOAL DE ENSINO SUPERIOR
PROGRAMA DE SUPORTE À PÓS-GRADUAÇÃO DE INSTS. DE ENSINO
Este trabalho se propõe a realizar uma cartografia dos elementos indicadores de uma teoria dos afetos nas obras de B. Espinosa, S. Freud e D. W. Winnicott no âmbito dos processos de subjetivação que descrevem. As relações entre corpo e mente, afeto e representação, assim como a participação da sensorialidade nos processos de constituição subjetiva são alguns dos temas recorrentes em cada um dos autores tratados. Partimos da filosofia prática de Espinosa, em que os afetos são a mola propulsora para o conhecimento e para a expansão de potência. Em seguida, expomos o pensamento de Freud, que tem como base o estudo do conceito de pulsão e o entendimento do afeto como um representante psíquico desta. Por fim, passamos ao estudo da teoria de Winnicott, na qual a experiência sensível é imprescindível aos processos de desenvolvimento emocional. Percorremos as linhas gerais do pensamento desses autores sobre o tema dos afetos e da sensorialidade com o intuito de pensar uma clínica psicanalítica conectada à experiência sensível. Traçamos algumas interlocuções possíveis, assim como apontamos algumas diferenças entre os autores, considerando os diferentes contextos teóricos do qual fazem parte.
This work intends to conduct a cartography of the indicators of a theory of affects in the works of B. Spinoza, S. Freud and D. W. Winnicott in the subjectivation processes they describe. The relationships between body and mind, affection and representation, as well as the participation of the sensoriality in the processes of subjective constitution are some of the recurring themes in each of the authors treated. We start from the practical philosophy of Spinoza, in which the affections are the driving force for knowledge and for the expansion of power. Then we expose Freud s thinking, which is based on the study of the concept of drive and on the understanding of affect as psychic representative of the drive. Finally, we come to the study of Winnicott s theory, in which sensory experience is essential to the processes of emotional development. We go through the general lines of thought of these authors on the subject of affection and sensoriality with the aim of a psychoanalytic thinking connected to sensorial experience. We draw some possible dialogues, as well as point out some differences between the authors, considering the different theoretical contexts to which they belong.

Abstract:

The three recitals consisted of performances of original eighteenth, nineteenth and twentieth century solo works for trombone with the exception of Lyric Suite for Euphonium and Piano by Donald White, Divertimento for Trumpet, Trombone and Piano by Boris Blacher, and Dialogue and Dance for Trombone and Tuba by Newel Kay Brown. The premiere performance of Straight As An Arrow for B-flat-F Trombone and Prepared Tape by Ronn Cox and Dean Crocker was also included. After presenting a brief biography and discussing Gordon Jacob's (1895-1984) stylistic influences, the lecture continues with a Tonal, Motivic and Formal analysis of his three works for solo tenor trombone: Concerto for Trombone and Orchestra, Concertino for Trombone and Wind Orchestra, and the Trombone Sonata. Tonality, modality, polymodality and free association of pitches are elements that are present at one time or another in these compositions. Jacob's inclination for using the folk song style is evident in his writing, especially in the slow movements. Introductions, transition areas, and secondary themes, with tonally ambiguous harmonies and instrumental concepts of melodies, create a tension that is released by the return to tonality in the areas that follow. Treatment of rhythmic and melodic motives helps produce the special quality found in Gordon Jacob's compositions. Over half the themes in the works being investigated are built around motivic development. Neoclassicism results from the use of forms rooted in earlier centuries, but the choice of key centers gives these forms a new life. Jacob's composition of absolute music, as well as his use of the older compositional techniques of parallel harmonies and slow introductions, reflect neoclassical practices. The performance of Jacob's pieces is facilitated by his use of musical materials idiomatic to the instrument.

Abstract:

Rozprawa dotyczy zarządzania ryzykiem prawnym we współpracy badawczo-rozwojowej przedsiębiorców i jednostek naukowych w formie wspólnych projektów. W części empirycznej przeprowadzono analizę dokumentacji wybranych konkursów o dofinansowanie, indywidualne wywiady pogłębione z kierownikami projektów z sektorów biznesu i nauki oraz prawnikami, a także panel ekspertów. Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika, że zarządzanie ryzykiem prawnym w takich projektach odbywa się w sposób tradycyjny (silosowy), ma charakter cząstkowy i nie w pełni uświadomiony, a działania podejmowane są ad hoc. Dominuje negatywna koncepcja ryzyka prawnego rozumianego jako zagrożenie. Występują istotne różnice między biznesem a nauką w podejściu do zarządzania ryzykiem prawnym we wspólnych projektach B+R.
The dissertation concerns legal risk management in research and development collaboration between entrepreneurs and scientific units in the form of joint projects. In the empirical part, the documentation of selected funding calls for proposals was analysed, individual in-depth interviews with project managers from the business and science sectors and lawyers, as well as experts’ panel were conducted. The research shows that legal risk management in such projects is carried out in a traditional (silo) manner, is partial and not fully aware, and the actions are taken ad hoc. The negative concept of legal risk understood as a threat dominates. There are significant differences in the approach to legal risk management in joint R&D projects between business and science.

This study proposes a measurement and assessment model for the construction productivity of freeway reconstruction project, according to on the previous studies of Thomas and the characteristics of the freeway reconstruction project. The model is used on the cases of the freeway No. 1 reconstruction projects and No. 2 new construction project in Taiwan to realize and compare their respective influence factors of the construction productivity. When the model evaluates the threshold construction productivity of the embankment in the cases, the estimate values for the reconstruction projects and the new construction project are 0.048~0.052 MH/ M 3 and 0.025 MH/ M 3 , respectively. In addition, the influence factors in the reconstruction projects and between the reconstruction projects and the new construction project are introduced, leading to the arrangement of improvement methods. The results based on this study can support the use of the model to various constructions to completely establish the threshold construction productivity in construction engineering for the further use of the cost analysis and construction management. The working content factor in the model, however, should be further studied in a future to obtain a better result.
