Abstract:
El objetivo del estudio es exponer que las excesivas tasas de interés superior al 100% anual de los préstamos a las PYMES le vienen restando competitividad y deteriorando su Patrimonio. Del mismo modo proponer nuevos mecanismos y alternativas definanciamiento al sistema tradicional; ya que más del 82% de las PYMES no pueden acceder a la Banca Múltiple-Comercial que ofertan préstamos a menor tasa, cuyo promedio es del 20 % anual (TAMN). Según el método de estudio y exploración de fuentes secundarias se destaca que el principal problema de las PYMES es el financiamiento, manifestado por el 65% de ellas. Los resultados revelan que las tasas que cobran las microfinancieras son del 98.70% de interés anual (Edpyme), 135.98% (Caja Municipal) y 186.80% (Banca de Consumo), lo que resultan excesivas al compa- rarlas con el 20% en promedio que cobran la Banca Múltiple y por otro lado se determina que el 50% del financiamiento a las PYMES lo otorgan prestamistas informales cobrando tasas usureras por encima del 10% mensual equivalente al 213.84% anual, ante la ausencia de una efectiva Política de Estado de apoyo a las PYMES. Conclusión: Los préstamos más caros del sistema son los que asumen las Pymes, agravadopor su elevado nivel de informalidad del 60%, coincidente con la informalidad de la economía del orden del 59.4% del PBI, por lo que resulta imperativo revertir su problemática y en este sentido nuestra propuesta constituye alternativa al sistema definanciamiento tradicional, considerando, convertir COFIDE (aprovechando su capacidad no utilizada) en Banco de las PYMES y acceder a líneas de financiamiento extranjeras a tasa de interés internacionales y colocar prestamos a las PYMES a tasa de mercado.

Abstract:
Este artículo de revision tiene el objetivo de discutir dos modelos naturalistas contemporáneos que se aproximan a explicar la decisión moral como respuesta automática: la propuesta de Jonathan Haidt yla de Gerd Gigerenzer. Las propuestas explicativas de Haidt y Gigerenzer resaltan el papel de la intuición y la emoción en las decisiones morales. De tal forma que estos procesos automáticos son ubicuos enlas decisiones cotidianas, constituyen un recurso para enfrentar la incertidumbre y sesgan la deliberación para tomar una decisión moral. Sin embargo, ambos autores restan importancia, en sus propuestasexplicativas, al uso que puede tener la deliberación para cuestionar e incorporar nuevos automatismos en la decisión moral.

Abstract:
Kegiatan penelitian dilaksanakan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kandungan asam lemak bebas (ALB) di kebun kelapa sawit. Faktor yang dianalisis adalah kualitas buah dan curah hujan hubungannya dengan kandungan ALB. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai Juni 2014 di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan persentase buah restan berpengaruh nyata (P value = 0.045) terhadap kenaikan kadar ALB pada taraf 10%. Kenaikan 1% jumlah buah restan akan menaikkan ALB sebesar 0.001%. Persetase buah over ripe, buah unripe dan buah under ripe tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kenaikan ALB. Hal tersebut diduga karena proporsi yang sangat kecil. Demikian juga curah hujan, tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kandungan ALB.

<em>Kegiatan penelitian ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk memperlajari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu CPO yang dilaksanakan di Kebun Talisayan 1, Berau, Kalimantan Timur dari bulan Februari sampai Juni 2013. Analisis data dan masalah menggunakan diagram Ishikawa dan regresi linier. Faktor-faktor yang memperngaruhi mutu CPO adalah buah bermutu buruk, buah terlambat pengangkutan (restan), buah luka, dan kehilangan hasil panen. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa masalah penurunan mutu CPO disebabkan oleh rendahnya rendemen minyak kelapa sawit (CPO) dan tingginya kandungan Free Fatty Acid (FFA) dalam CPO. Rendemen minyak yang rendah karena mutu buah yang buruk dan kehilangan hasil panen. Kandungan FFA CPO tinggi karena mutu buah buruk, buah restan (terlambat pengangkutan), dan buah luka.</em>

Abstract:
Oil Palm fresh fruit bunch (FFB) transportation is a vital step in post harvest process. Transportation condition mayaffects the quantity and quality of FFB as a palm oil factory raw material. Due to many estate roads are not at idealcondition, this research was addressed to explore the relationship between road damage level and position of FFBin truck bin to transportation performance. Transportation performance indicator were leftover fruit, level of releasedfruitlets, fruits bruise index, and free fatty acid (FFA) content. The research divided into two stage. The first wason transportation performance in collection road. The second was FFB transportation from fruit collection point tofactory, which was treated on good, moderate, and bad road. Observation was done to the FFB at bottom, middleand upper layer of truck bin. The transportation performace indicators were analized by Anova, and continued byTukey method analysis if there were differentces among treatments. Result showed that level of road damage wassignificantly affect transportation performace indicator i.e level of leftover fruits, but it was not significantly affectlevel of released fruitlets, fruits bruise index, and FFA content. Meanwhile, FFB position in truck bin influenced levelof fruitlets releasing, and significantly influenced fruits bruise index.Keywords: Palm oil transportation, leftover fruits, released fruitlets, bruise index, oil Pal FFB ABSTRAKPengangkutan tandan buah segar (TBS) kelapa sawit merupakan satu tahap penting dalam proses pascapanen. Kondisipengangkutan menentukan kuantitas dan kualitas TBS sebagai bahan baku pabrik kelapa sawit. Mengingat masihbanyak jalan perkebunan yang belum ideal, penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari hubungan tingkat kerusakan jalan danpenempatan TBS di bak truk terhadap kinerja pengangkutan. Indikator kinerja pengangkutan yang digunakan adalahbuah restan (tertinggal di kebun), kadar asam lemak bebas (ALB), tingkat pelepasan buah (membrondol), dan tingkatmemar (indeks memar). Penelitian dibagi menjadi dua tahap, yaitu: 1) kinerja pengangkutan dari piringan pohon ketempat pengumpulan hasil (TPH). 2) kinerja pengangkutan dari TPH ke pabrik. Perlakuan dalam penelitian tahap duaadalah kualitas jalan pengumpulan, yaitu jalan baik, sedang, dan buruk, dan posisi TBS di bak truk, yaitu di lapisandasar, tengah, dan atas. Hubungan panjang jalan rusak dengan tingkat restan buah dianalisis dengan analisis regresi,sedang indikator kinerja pengangkutan dianalisis dengan analisis varians (Anova), dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengananalisis satu arah pembedaan antar perlakuan dengan metode Tukey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi atautingkat kerusakan jalan memberikan pengaruh terhadap indikator kinerja pengangkutan tingkat buah restan, namuntidak secara nyata berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pelepasan buah sawit dari tandan (pembrondolan), tingkat kerusakanbuah (indeks memar) dan kadar ALB pada saat pengangkutan menggunakan truk bak kayu. Sedang posisi TBS didalam bak truk berpengaruh cukup nyata terhadap tingkat pelepasan buah dari tandan, dan berpengaruh nyata terhadapindeks memar buah selama pengangkutan.Kata kunci: Pengangkutan, restan, pembrondolan, indeks memar, TBS kelapa sawit

Abstract:
Oil palm plantations on peatlands have a high acidity level and have an unstable soil structure. In the rainy season, the land surface tends to be slippery and stick to vehicle footwear or tires. While in the dry season, the soil is dry, flammable, and dusty, especially if it is passed by a four-wheeled vehicle with a significant weight and size. Farmers transport the harvest of palm fruit using a small size conveyance, a type of �arco� capacity 50-70 kg, plastic drum capacity 40-50 kg, and peninsula capacity 30-40 kg. The process of transporting palm fruit from harvest to the mill takes a long time, potentially harming farmers due to �restan fruit� (palm oil is loose from the stem). The leading cause is the conveyance that is used in small volumes and is done by human labor. Palm fruit to stay fresh arrived at the processing plant with a duration of no more than 2 x 24 hours, if late farmers experience a loss of 10-15% because the weight of the scales is shrinking. The innovation of traditional conveyance capacity 500-750 kg based on used materials has been carried out using a special design that takes into account the carrying capacity, labor, road conditions, and timeliness so that the fruit does not become �restan.� Farmers are much helped both in terms of energy, process (time), transport volume, and can be operated on peatlands in both the rainy or dry season.

El presente artículo aborda las recientes acciones comunicacionales de Bolivia y Chile en el marco de la diplomacia pública. A partir de un análisis de contenido de intervenciones en espacios mediáticos-digitales, se espera presentar los alcances de acciones cruzadas considerando las perspectivas de autores representativos en la materia. Así, al examinar las intervenciones de ambos países se espera contrastar y comparar acciones de diplomacia pública frente a los escenarios de discordia referente a la demanda boliviana ante la Corte Internacional de Justicia. Para concluir, se espera presentar a modo tentativo una evaluación de la diplomacia pública efectuada por cada parte, evidenciando elementos que restan y restringen una agenda de futuro entre ambas naciones.

Pocos meses antes de morir, el escritor colombiano Germán Espinosa (1938-2007) publicó la última y más autobiográfica de sus novelas, Aitana (2007), en la que fusionó su literatura y su vida cotidiana en la Bogotá de la primera década del siglo XXI. Tanto el crescendo de horror y del suspenso como la invención esotérica de un brujo no restan realismo a Aitana, sino que más bien intensifican el pesimismo de Espinosa frente a la sociedad colombiana, cuya intelectualidad simpatiza en gran parte, según él, con la violencia en virtud de una actitud groseramente materialista. Aitana es el testamento literario de un prolífico novelista que se sintió a sí mismo “incomprendido”, fruto, por una parte, de su exceso verbal y erudito; y por otra, a causa de las precarias instituciones culturales de su país.

Abstract:
The diplom thesis deals with modernization of older drill out machine MTS3000 for measurement of residual stress. To make the device work it is necessary to keep running computer control card and necessary software. Because a producer does not provide any upgrade, it was decided to put the device into operation by creating new software. At first an analysis of drilling method and function of device MTS3000 - Restan was made. Next step was to disassemble and analyze the station of the drilling device. Then the station was put into operation and modified for control via USB device NI USB 6009. Finally a computer program in LabVIEW environment was created to automate the measurement process. Program has two main tasks: one is to control the drilling cycle of the machine. Another one is to acquire data from measuring amplifier station.

El objeto de estudio que abordará este texto se plantea a partir de la revisión, lectura y análisis crítico de una selección de obras que realicé entre los años 2005 y 2015: “De fábula” (2005), “Palacio de Papel” (2006) , “Duerme” (2007), “en vano” (2008), “Sin efecto nº1” (2009), “Sin efecto nº2” (2009), “1.- se remueve 2.- retorna” (2012), “Para convertirse en otro” (2013), “veo doble” (2013), “El sueño de Don Bosco” (2015). Para resumir lo que estas obras tienen en común partiré enunciando que el vínculo que relaciona estas producciones con el de la experiencia visual tiene que ver con el campo escultórico, puesto que en su ejercicio se desarrollan construcciones de volúmenes u objetos tridimensionales que utilizan como procesos de producción la acción sobre la materia y el espacio. En este sentido, me parece importante señalar que ha sido de mi interés lo que ocurre con la relación táctil o háptica sobre los objetos, lugares y materialidades, utilizando el eje operativo de la sustracción (en oposición al de la adición, que es otro gesto propio de la escultura), que relaciono con el concepto de ausencia. En adelante me propondré analizar este cierto “ausente” que estaría presente en diversas materialidades y espacios en los que he proyectado y realizado mis obras.

Abstract:
Att resa är idag en väsentlig del av vår kultur. I en globaliserad värld definierar vi alltmer oss själva utifrån var vi har varit och vad vi har sett. Resande är med andra ord starkt statusbärande. Av den anledningen är det av stort intresse att studera hur värderingar om vad som konstituerar ‘bra’ respektive ‘dåligt’ resande skapas. TV har en stor roll i denna ständiga värderingsprocess då det sänds otaliga reseprogram som förklarar för oss vart och hur man bör resa. Realityserien Den stora resan är just ett sådant program. Vårt syfte med denna uppsats är att analysera vilka underliggande värderingar kring resande och status som kommer till uttryck genom representationen av tre svenska familjer i Den stora resan. För att uppnå detta syfte har vi valt att göra en kritisk diskursanalys av tre avsnitt, samt en narrativ analys för att bättre belysa hur representationen av de deltagande familjerna formats av seriens narrativ. Vi har främst utgått från sociologen Pierre Bourdieus teorier om smak, status och symboliskt kapital. Genom vår analys har vi funnit en resediskurs som präglar representationen av familjerna; en diskurs vi valt att kalla äventyrardiskursen. Beroende på det förhållningssätt familjerna haft till resande har de positionerats högt eller lågt inom diskursen och därmed inom programmet i stort. Eftersom serien har sänts på SVT, som har stor trovärdighet, naturaliseras denna diskurs och ses som ‘självklar’, vilket därmed tvingar tittaren att förhålla sig till diskursen som det dominerande synsättet. I en större kontext kan denna diskurs kopplas till frågor om makt och status. Vår slutsats är att äventyrardiskursens normativa prägel i Den stora resan reproducerar en syn på resekonsumtion som gynnar de dominerande klasserna i samhället.

Företagens ökade nyttjande av jordens resurser och dess belastning på jordens biologiska processer, leder idag till ohållbara försörjningsflöden. Företagens beroendeställning till dessa ostabila flöden riskerar att hota företagens fortsatta existens. Med denna insikt genomgår samhället en hållbarhetsförändring med ökat intresse för det egna ansvarstagandet. Vad innebär ett företags ansvarstagande och hur ska detta ansvarstagande tas? Att lyfta in icke-finansiella aspekter i företagets arbetsprocess är ett populärt svar på denna fråga idag, vilken ofta belyser företagets hållbara ansvarstagande inom den egna verksamheten. Det kan ifrågasättas om företag är tillräckligt ansvarstagande genom detta agerande, då ovanstående tankesätt inte inkluderar den miljöpåverkan som företaget för orsak till utanför den egna verksamheten. En relativt ny och obeprövad utsläppsmodell menar att ett företag bör arbeta med hela sin livscykel för att skapa en medvetenhet kring den miljöpåverkan som orsakas i hela värdekedjan. Således är det inte tillräckligt för ett företag att begränsa ansvarstagandet till den egna verksamheten, perspektivet måste breddas och aktörer i hela värdekedjan måste samarbeta.   Polarbröd är ett familjeägt företag med framskridna hållbarhetsambitioner och ett innovativt arbetssätt. Hur kan denna utsläppsmodell lämpa sig för att synliggöra Polarbröds indirekta miljöpåverkan? Hur kan modellen fungera som ett verktyg för att uppnå och stärka Polarbröds hållbarhetsmål år 2022? Studiens syfte är att genom utsläppsmodellen undersöka dennes lämplighet för Polarbröd, genom ett studerande av Polarbröds nuvarande arbetsprocess och synliggörande till intressenter. Ytterligare syftas undersökas hur modellen kan användas som ett strategiskt och kommunikativt verktyg för att nå Polarbröds målbild.   Studiens undersökande utifrån teori går i linje med studiens deduktiva ansats och således anses modellen utgöra studiens verklighet i likhet med det positivistiska synsättet. Modellen för indirekta utsläpp verkar således som underlag i studiens empiriska undersökning bestående av semistrukturerade intervjuer med Polarbröds anställda, samt en innehåll- och dokumentanalys utifrån Polarbröds information.   Studiens resultat visar att modellen i hög utsträckning är lämplig för Polarbröd, bortsett från enstaka faktorer, då modellens allmänna utformning genom ett anpassande efter Polarbröds behov skulle bli mer lämplig. Övervägande visas dock många likheter mellan modellens utformning och Polarbröds arbetsstruktur, vilket indikerar modellens lämplighet. Följaktligen kan ett implementerande av modellen tydligare synliggöra en fullständig bild av Polarbröds nuvarande arbete utanför den egna verksamheten, och ge företaget en mer rättvisande bild. Studiens resultat visar att Polarbröd genom synliggörandet kan stärka kundernas legitima acceptans, som en viktig del i sin resa mot uthållig försörjning.

Abstract:
Syfte: Den här studien undersöker hur företaget Icehotel arbetar med marknadsföring samt vad som lockar turisten att besöka denna turistattraktion. Vi har valt att studera och forska närmare kring människans fem sinnen, vilket består av syn, ljud, lukt, smak och känsel. Metod: I denna studie arbetar vi med kvalitativa metoder. Vi har utfört en deltagande observation på plats för att kunna få en djupgående förståelse för hur de fem sinnena påverkas under vistelsen. En stor del av empirin består av information som vi har fått genom email- och kvalitativa intervjuer. Det är sju informanter som har besvarat våra intervjufrågor. I analyskapitlet framkommer en diskussion om vår observation och våra egna tankar kring studien. Teori: Vi har i denna uppsats använt oss utav fem teoretiska referensramar och en modell. Teorierna är Sinnesmarknadsföring, Destinationsmarknadsföring, Konsumentkultur, Image och Word of mouth. Modellen heter Människans fem sinnen och sinnesupplevelser. Slutsats: I denna studie om Icehotel har vi kommit fram till att en marknadsföringsstrategi med fokus på människans fem sinnen kan gynna ett företag. Vi har dragit slutsatsen att sinnesmarknadsföring är ett okänt begrepp och om fler företagare blir informerade om dess inverkan kommer de förmodligen att tillämpa det. En förbättrad image kan höja gästernas och dagsbesökarnas helhetsupplevelse.
Purpose: This study examines how the company Icehotel works with marketing and what attracts tourists to visit this tourist attraction. We have chosen to study and research closely on the five human senses, which consists sight, sound, smell, taste and touch. Methodology: The chosen method for this study is that of qualitative method. We have conducted a participatory observation on the destination in order to get a deeper understanding of how the five senses are affected. The empirical data consists of information that we have received by email- and qualitative interviews. In the study seven respondents have answered our interview questions. In the analysis section emerges a discussion of our observation and our own thoughts on the study.  Theory: We have used five theoretical frameworks, as well as one theoretical model from this study. Our theories include, Sensory Marketing, Destination Marketing, Consumer Culture, Image and Word of mouth. The model is called, “The sensory experiences” Findings: In this study about the Icehotel, we came to a conclusion that a marketing strategy with a focus on the five senses can be beneficial for businesses. Sensory marketing is currently an unknown concept. If more entrepreneurs are informed about its impact, they will perhaps apply it. By applying the five senses to their marketing strategies, businesses' images can improve. Hence, raise guests and 'day visitors' overall experiences.

Le 27 octobre 1960, restany fonde le nouveau realisme base sur l'appropriation du reel et developpe sur le concept d'une nature moderne urbaine, industrielle et mediatique autour du theme du bapteme artistique de l'objet et de la reference a dada. La declaration constitutive est signee par arman, dufrene, hains, raysse, tinguely, klein, villegle, restany et spoerri auxquels se joindront christo, rotella, deschamps et niki de saint phalle. Restany est depuis 1963 le collaborateur de la revue domus et vit entre milan et paris. Son action et son role aupres de cesar et de klein sont immenses. Born in amelie-les-bains in 1930, pierre restany creates, at the age of 27, his first group "the imaginary spaces" in which he defends a line of lyrical abstraction. The meeting with yves klein in 1955 is of paramount importance. He will, at the artist's exhibition in 1958, recieve the conceptual shock of the "empty space". On octobre 27th 1960, restany founds the new realism, based on the appropriation of reality and developed on the concept of a modern media, urban and industrial nature around the artistic baptisme of the object and the reference to dada. The constituent declaration of new realism is signed by arman, dufresne, hains, raysse, tinguely, klein, villegle, restany and spoerri who will be joined by christo, rotella, deschamps et niki de saintphalle. Since 1963 restany is a contributor of the magazine domus and shares his life between milano and paris. His action and his role close to klein and cesar are immense. As the director of the magazine d'ars, he publishes numerous manifests (new realism, mec art, natura integrate), numerous monographs and prefaces of artists and important theoretic works (f. I. Abstract:
The aim of the study is to make a comparison between the nursery/preschool recommendations (by the state) made in 1972 and the one used today. Here I’ve focused on the posts of looking after children vis-à-vis the educational responsibility. Also the type of education recommended in 1972 and what type of education recommended today. My questions concerns what the preschool recommendations from 1972 are and how they are viewed and applied today in the 2000nds. Since my questions has to do with ideologies regarding children, family and society I choose to do a specific form of text and content analysis called Idea and ideology analysis. In my theoretical chapter I choose two aspects central for my field of examination. These are discourse and discourse analysis, I choose them as they concern how people of different professions in society uses language to categorize and discuss various phenomena surrounding us. Discourse and discourse analysis also includes a description of what the Swedish discourse regarding childcare looks like during the two years I’ve been doing this study. My findings are that the preschool in both 1972 and today both have the responsibility to look after children and the educational task. I’ve also found that in 1972 a certain type of education is recommended for preschools while as today the recommendations don’t contain only one specific type of education.

Este trabalho pretende investigar a permanência de elementos definidores dos regimes totalitários no contexto das sociedades contemporâneas, especialmente aqueles que denunciam a existência do homem de massa nos quadros burocráticos do Judiciário. Segundo Hannah Arendt, considerando as três atividades inerentes à vita activa, para sobreviver, é preciso superar pela atividade do labor as necessidades biológicas da vida; dar conta dessa atividade exige do homem um contínuo e necessário cuidado de si. Para sentir-se parte do mundo, concebido como espaço que intermedia relações humanas, é preciso que o homem o construa pelo artifício e assim nele se reconheça; é do trabalho que resulta o cuidado com o mundo, sobre o qual temos parcela de responsabilidade. Por fim, através da ação, o homem está em contato, não mais com o ambiente ou as coisas que produz, mas com outro ser humano, igual a ele por viver sob as mesmas condições de sobrevivência, mas ao mesmo tempo diferente em sua individualidade. Formar laços significa estar entre outros. Nas palavras de Galeano, "o melhor que o mundo tem está nos muitos mundos que o mundo contém." Condicionado pela pluralidade humana, do agir deriva o cuidado com o outro. Porém, é justamente em decorrência da preponderância de uma dessas atividades que, historicamente, Hannah Arendt observa a desvalorização cada vez mais acentuada do significado da vita activa e, de maneira mais degradada, de sua atividade mais nobre: a ação. Se, na Antiguidade, a atividade política por excelência era a ação e, na Modernidade, o trabalho, contemporaneamente foi o labor que adentrou o mundo político e prevalece hoje como concepção de mundo. Na sociedade de consumo em que prepondera o labor como atividade humana, o centro de preocupações gira em torno da mera necessidade da vida, da pura sobrevivência, gerando apatia e hostilidade em relação à vida pública. É como se tivessem todos o mesmo destino, mas cada qual solitariamente prosseguisse sem nada compartilhar; como se as coisas e pessoas não tivessem significado e importância, porque elas simplesmente sobrevivem sem viver. O fio condutor, portanto, está na problemática do sujeito contemporâneo, esse homem desbotado, apagado, o homem de massa descrito por Arendt como aquele incapaz de se integrar a uma comunidade qualquer, que se caracteriza pelo sentimento de sua inutilidade, de sua ausência de convicção, em decorrência da qual o totalitarismo se tornou possível. Verificar o que restou do homem de massa nos dias de hoje, sobretudo no âmbito do Direito, é a tarefa a que se propõe este trabalho.

Esta tese tem como procedimento a montagem de uma maquinaria de pesquisa que envolve a coleta de cartas, o mergulho no universo prisional e o retorno, em busca de ar, à superfície da escrita. As missivas provêm intencionalmente de diferentes momentos históricos do cárcere: ditadura civil-militar e Estado de exceção atual. Colocando em atividade a engasgada máquina, a correspondência recolhida é tomada como dispositivo para produção de biografemas – biografias inventadas e fragmentárias – sem compromisso com dados e fatos comprováveis pelos grandes arquivos. Assim, os biografemas, de remetentes e destinatários das cartas, criam uma insólita realidade em que a escrita é performatizada como ato de testemunhar, dando luz a um passado que não está nos arquivos, mas no ato de retirar de sua poeira esquecida o que insiste. A pesquisa contenta-se em interrogar o próprio campo e assim criar uma ambiência noturna, sabidamente inabitável. Finda na proposição inútil de um cenário sem espetáculo. Efeito do método empregado, em que o texto é uma entidade viva, instala a barulhenta polifonia, própria da palavra. Para tanto, autores como Roland Barthes, Gilles Deleuze, Michel Foucault, Maurice Blanchot e Marcel Proust, em sua potência de ativar o pensamento, serão peças vitais da engrenagem. Tal maquinaria é montada visando a máxima proliferação imaginativa. Para que a sensibilidade alcance sua plenitude na montagem dos cenários construídos. Para que a língua não se resuma a um sistema de signos amorfos, esgote o possível e abra espaços ao impossível. Prolifere em um modelo ontológico de criação de seres, esquivando à representação inerte de um mundo terminado.
The process of this dissertation is the assemblage of a research machine which consists of the gathering of letters, an immersion into a carceral universe and the return to the surface of writing in search of air. The letters are drawn intentionally from various moments in the history of the prison-house: the civil-military dictatorship and the present Penal State. Firing up this faltering machine, the collected correspondence is subsumed as a dispositif towards the production of biographemes—fabricated and fragmentary biographies—unencumbered by facts or data corroborated in archives of high regard. Thus, the biographemes of senders and recipients of these letters create an unconventional reality where the writing is turned performance. This is as an act of testimony which brings to light a perduring past which arises not in the archives but in the removal of the dust overlying the forgotten bygone. The research is fulfilled by a questioning of the field itself thus creating a nocturnal ambiance, widely recognised as uninhabitable, and ends with the useless proposition of a stage without a spectacle. As an effect of the method used, a noisy polyphony proper to the word installs itself in which the text becomes a living entity. Hence, authors such as Roland Barthes, Gilles Deleuze, Michel Foucault, Maurice Blanchot and Marcel Proust, through their potential to activate thought, are vital elements of the assemblage. The machinery is set up aiming for maximal imaginative proliferation in order to exhaust the possible and to open spaces into the impossible; thus, sensibility can attain its plenitude in the montage of created scenarios; and language will not be reduced to a system of amorphous signs. Proliferating within an ontological model of creation of beings, we avoid the inert representation of a finished world.

La incorporación de la dimensión urbana en la política de la UE, a través de la Agenda Urbana, poniendo el foco sobre la ciudad en materia de sostenibilidad, reducción de emisiones de CO2, mejora de las condiciones mediambientales y la cohesión social, fundamenta la aparición, el contenido y desarrollo de la asignatura denominada Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, cursada en 4º del Grado de Ingeniería de Obras Públicas, y que viene desarrollando, desde hace cinco años, trabajos aplicados sobre distintas ciudades de la Comunitat Valenciana, denominados Auditoría Ambiental. Para ello se han utilizado metododologías activas de enseñanza aprendizaje que restan protagonismo al rol docente para trasladarlo al alumnado, que debe aplicar sus conocimientos previos en la elaboración de la auditoría, en conexión organizativa con el profesorado como tutor. Este ejercicio práctico ha sido posible realizarlo con la colaboración e implicación directa de diversas administraciones locales que han contribuido facilitando información y han estado dispuestas a recibir los resultados obtenidos por el alumnado durante una exposición pública, seguida de un debate entre técnicos y políticos de dicha administración. Con esta experiencia, se pretende que el alumnado adquiera competencias relacionadas con la comprensión y uso del lenguaje propio de la ingeniería, con el aprendizaje autónomo de conocimientos y técnicas para la ingeniería civil, así como, desarrollar el pensamiento y análisis crítico de los procesos propios de la ingeniería, a la vez que desarrollan un ejercicio académico lo más próximo al futuro ejercicio profesional. Los procesos llevados a cabo y los resultados obtenidos a través de esta experiencia docente son presentados en esta comunicación.
