Abstract:
The role of innovation in the economy development is extremely significant. Within the framework of this work, the innovative activity of enterprises and its relation to corporate social responsibility (CSR) is of particular interest. This study is aimed at modeling the project management of corporate innovation activity on the basis of CSR. The results obtained by the author for the Russian economy suggest that there is a positive relationship between the level of innovative development and CSR, both in general and in terms of investments in the transformation of human capital. In this regard, the model of project management of corporate innovation activity based on CSR is proposed. Author suggests, that this model's implementation for companies is promising, since transition to such a model should be resulted in an increase in the innovation activity of companies, regions and the whole country, as well as an increase in the economic, social and organizational effectiveness of innovative activity.

Abstract:
This article maps out the crucial role and responsibilities for business in fighting poverty and acting responsibly in developing countries. It begins by proposing different ways to categorize the literature on corporate social responsibility (CSR) in developing countries. It then reviews the research which has been conducted at a global and regional level, before considering the main CSR drivers in developing countries. Finally, it proposes a model of CSR in developing countries, before concluding with a summary and recommendations for future research. What is clear from this article is that CSR in developing countries is a rich and fascinating area of enquiry, which is becoming ever more important in CSR theory and practice. And since it is profoundly under-researched, this enquiry also represents a tremendous opportunity for improving the knowledge and understanding about CSR.

Abstract:
Building on earlier work by political philosophers, economists have recently sought to define a concept of equity that accommodates the fairness of reward to individual responsibility and effort, while allowing for the existence of some inequalities that are unfair and should be compensated. This chapter provides a critical review of the economic literature on equality and inequality of opportunity. A simple “canonical model” of equal opportunity is proposed, and used to explore the two fundamental concepts in this (relatively) new theory of social justice: the principles of compensation and reward. Ex ante and ex post versions of the compensation principle are presented, and the tensions between them are discussed. Different approaches to the measurement of inequality of opportunity—and empirical applications—are reviewed, and implications for the measurement of poverty and of the rate of economic development are discussed.

Abstract:
This chapter discusses principal and accessorial liability in international criminal law. It analyzes participation models in international criminal law through the lens of the approaches discerned in the previous chapter. When discussing the distinction between principals and accessories in international criminal law, it becomes clear that the normative approach to criminal participation has gained ground in recent years. For that reason, the chapter elaborates on the distinguishing criterion in a normative model of participation, which means answering the question who is ‘most responsible’. Different theories have been developed in national criminal law to answer that question. One such theory is Roxin's theory of Tatherrschaft. This theory warrants analysis since it has been influential in international criminal law, particularly at the International Criminal Court (ICC). It is attuned to system criminality and lies at the basis of the ‘control of the crime’ theory adopted at the ICC.
