Zasadniczym celem mojej pracy jest opracowanie metod syntezy związków koordynacyjnych renu(V) z ligandami imidowymi i zbadanie ich reaktywności w stosunku do ligandów kleszczowych oraz określenie wpływu tego typu ligandów na struktury cząsteczkowe i właściwości spektroskopowe tej grupy związków.
Reaktywność wyjściowego związku renu(V) ([Re(p-NC6H4CH3)X3(PPh3)2]) zbadałam względem ligandów N,O-donorowych. Ligandy te podzieliłam na trzy zasadnicze grupy związane z rodzajem ugrupowania, z którego pochodzi donorowy atom tlenu:
a) ligandy N,O-donorowe o donorowym atomie tlenu pochodzącym z grupy
karboksylowej,
b) ligandy N,O-donorowe o donorowym atomie tlenu pochodzącym z grupy fenolowej,
c) ligandy N,O-donorowe o donorowym atomie tlenu pochodzącym z grupy
hydroksylowej.
Szczegółowe cele pracy przedstawiają się następująco:
1) Otrzymanie nowych związków koordynacyjnych renu(V) w reakcji prekursora
[Re(p-NC6H4CH3)X3(PPh3)2] (X = Cl, Br) względem następujących ligandów: 2-
(hydroksymetylo)-1H-benzimidazolu, 2-(hydroksymetylo)benzotiazolu, 2-(2'-
hydoksyfenylo)-1H-benzimidazolu, 2-(2'-hydoksyfenylo)benzotiazolu, 2-(2'-
hydoksyfenylo)benzoksazolu, 2-(2'-hydroksy-5'-metylofenylo)benzotriazolu, kwasu
pirydyno-2-karboksylowego, kwasu indazolo-3-karboksylowego, kwasu pirydazyno-2-
karboksylowego, kwasu chinolino-2-karboksylowego, kwasu 4-metoksychinolino-2-
karboksylowego, kwasu izochinolno-1-karboksylowego.
2) Zbadanie możliwości modelowania kierunku reakcji w zależności od takich
czynników jak: rodzaj liganda i rozpuszczalnika, temperatura, mieszanie, ogrzewanie pod
chłodnicą zwrotną, atmosfera gazu obojętnego,
3) Otrzymanie monokryształów imidowych związków koordynacyjnych renu(V) z
ligandami N,O-donorowymi,
4) Wyznaczanie struktury krystalicznej i cząsteczkowej na podstawie
zarejestrowanego obrazu dyfrakcyjnego przy zastosowaniu pakietu programów SHELX [97], 5) Charakterystyka spektroskopowa otrzymanych związków w zakresie IR, UV-Vis,
1H, 13C, 31P NMR i ich dyskusja w połączeniu z wynikami badań strukturalnych,
6) Wyznaczenie struktury elektronowej badanych związków przy zastosowaniu teorii
funkcjonału gęstości (DFT) i interpretacja widm elektronowych na podstawie teorii DFT i
funkcjonału gęstości zależnego od czasu (TD-DFT) [98, 99],
7) Określenie natury oddziaływań ren-azot liganda imido i wpływu ligandów na
fragment Re–N w otrzymanych związkach, w oparciu o obliczone naturalne orbitale wiązania
Re–N metodą Natural Bond Orbital Analysis (NBO) [100, 101]
8) Zbadanie właściwości katalitycznych otrzymanych związków koordynacyjnych
renu(V).

<p>The main purpose of this thesis was to take part of girl’s descriptions and experiences of their treatment for deliberate self-harm and to investigate whether they still experience effects of the treatment today. Our main research questions where; how do the girls describe their experiences of the treatment method, do the girls describe that they still experience any effects of the treatment, and finally how do the girls look back on their treatment today? In order to answer these questions, we carried out eight qualitative telephone interviews with girls that had undergone treatment in a specific treatment centre. We chose to analyze the material from the salutogenic theory and the concepts of SOC (sense of coherence) and with a hermeneutic approach. Our result showed that the treatment methods that where most important where dialectic behaviour therapy, horse therapy and finally environmental therapy. Several of the girls could see remaining effects of the treatment today, while other girls could not see any of these effects. A couple of the girls expressed that they should have been dead if they had not been taken care of by the treatment centre while other girls meant that the treatment did not make any difference.</p>

U RENT nace de la necesidad de satisfacer la demanda de alquileres de viviendas para jóvenes universitarios, los cuales se ven afectados por el tráfico, la distancia entre su lugar de residencia o trabajo y la universidad.
Es debido a eso, que con la creación de U RENT buscamos atender a nuestro público objetivo, los estudiantes universitarios, quienes se caracterizan por ser la generación más adaptada y de alguna forma más dependiente del uso de herramientas tecnológicas para su comunicación.
Para poder desarrollar el trabajo se realizaron diferentes métodos de investigación, resaltando dentro de ellos las entrevistas a los estudiantes y anfitriones, la utilización de un experiment-board que validó nuestra teoría inicial y la creación de una landing page que tuvo como resultado 22% de conversión.
Por otro lado, la investigación nos dio a conocer también el interés de los anfitriones, propietarios de viviendas aledañas a las universidades del estudio, por brindar el servicio de alquiler de habitaciones u espacios a jóvenes universitarios, generando de esta manera un ingreso extra, sin tener que esforzarse por buscar a clientes que cumplan con los requisitos básicos buscados por ellos.
U RENT busca ser el aplicativo que conecte a ambas partes, estudiante y anfitrión, de manera fácil, ágil y con múltiples opciones de elección en cuestión de minutos.<br>We are currently living in an era in which the interconnection of people predominates thanks to the use of smartphones, innovation of technological equipment and internet, make it possible to solve the requirements more quickly and be in contact with different options or alternative services without need a lot of effort. U RENT arises from the need to satisfy the demand for housing rentals for university students, who are affected by traffic, the distance between their place of residence or work and the university. It is due to that, that with the creation of U RENT we seek to serve our target audience, university students, who are characterized as the most adapted generation and in some way more depend en ton the use of technological tools for their communication. In order to carry out he work differ entre search methods were carried out, high lighting among them the interviews with the students and hosts, the use of an experiment boar that validated our initial theory and the creation of a landing page that resulted in 22% conversion . On the other hand, there search also showed us the interest of the hosts, owners of housing near the universities of the study, for providing the service of renting rooms or spaces to university students, generating in this way an extra income, withouthavetostrivetofindcustomerswhomeetthebasicrequirementssoughtbythem. Easy Rent es una plataforma que ofrece un servicio de intermediación entre propietarios de vehículos en el Perú y viajeros a las diversas provincias del país que gustan de alquilar autos para movilizarse a su destino.
Los usuarios de este tipo de servicio refieren que tienen dificultades para encontrar empresas que combinen responsabilidad con precios moderados, además del poco acceso a estas. Es por ello, que Easy Rent unificará la oferta de pequeños empresarios con la demanda de usuarios no satisfecha por el mercado.
El segmento de mercado al que dirigimos la propuesta son viajeros habituales al interior del país del nivel socio económico A, B y C+, que cuentan con brevete.
Actualmente la oferta de alquiler de vehículos es dispersa en páginas web, por el lado de las grandes empresas, y Facebook, Mercado Libre y similares, por el lado de los pequeños y micro empresarios. En ese sentido, nuestra plataforma digital agrupará la oferta, actualmente dispersa en el mercado.
Nuestro equipo cuenta con experiencia en el área administrativa y la dirección de empresas, así como con el conocimiento técnico que respalda a la idea de negocio.
Luego del análisis financiero, arrojó una TIR de 175.45% y un VAN del flujo de caja neta del inversor de 32.22%. El retorno de la inversión se proyecta hacia el año 3 con una utilidad bruta de 118.123. Para este proyecto requerimos de una inversión de S/ 464.886 para el inicio de las operaciones.<br>Easy Rent is a platform that offers an intermediation service between vehicle owners in Peru and travelers to the various provinces of the country who like to rent cars to move to their destination.
Users of this type of service want to find companies that combine responsibility with moderate prices. That is why Easy Rent unifies the offer of small entrepreneurs with the demand of users not satisfied by the market.
The market segment to which we direct the business proposal is regular travelers to the interior of the country of socio-economic level A, B and C + that have driver’s license.
Currently, the rental offer of cart rent is dispersed in web pages, on the side of big companies, and Facebook, Mercado Libre and others similar, on the side of small and micro-entrepreneurs. In that sense, our digital platform will group the offer dispersed in the market.
Our team has experience in the administrative area and management of companies, as well as technical knowledge that support to the business idea.

The Swedish office markets has been emerging the last decade towards a higher rental level equilibrium. The aim of this study is to investigate the fundamental drivers of office rents and modelling of office rent forecasts in five Swedish office submarkets; Stockholm (2), Gothenburg (2) and Malmö (1). The methodology is a combination of economic theory and econometric analysis. The product is an econometric model. By using the estimated drivers, office rent forecasts are modelled and computed based on a vector autoregression-model. Our results show that office stock and vacancy, in lagged fashion, are statistically superior in explaining office rent development. OMX30 was evident to be the largest macro-driver in explaining office rent. The generated forecasts were significant and valid in the CBD-submarkets. However, the forecasts for the Rest of Inner City (RIC)-submarkets were not as precise. The results also show that the forecasts move more linearly compared to the actual office rent data that move more "step-wise".

TESIS PARA OPTAR AL GRADO DE MAGÍSTER EN ADMINISTRACIÓN<br>Se imaginan estar enfrentados al siguiente escenario: elementos de un rubro de clara tendencia al alza según cifras aduaneras en Chile que a su vez son claves para la entretención y el desarrollo de los niñ@s, que adicionalmente representan un flujo constante de salida de dinero del hogar, con una utilidad percibida por los más pequeños como muy corta, que originan acumulación no solo de polvo sino que quitan el poco espacio disponible en el hogar y muchas veces son causantes de desorden, son LOS JUGUETES!
Rent & Play es un sitio de comercio electrónico enfocado al arriendo de juguetes por el tiempo que el cliente desee y sin membresías ni multas de ninguna especie. El modelo de negocio de Rent & Play se desarrollará en dos etapas. La primera requerirá mínima inversión, iniciando con una plataforma web básica (e-commerce) a través de la cual se esperará adquirir el conocimiento del negocio así como tener un pulso de primera fuente de los gustos y tendencias del mercado objetivo. La segunda etapa comenzará en un máximo de dos años y se enfocará en mejorar y añadir características deseadas por los potenciales clientes.
El análisis VRIO (Anexo 1) realizado para Rent & Play da cuenta de características que son valoradas por los potenciales clientes y que estarán presentes en el modelo de negocio. La ventaja competitiva entonces será la de diferenciación del servicio que se otorgará ya que, no será únicamente el arriendo de juguetes sino que, la responsabilidad social será clave al momento de la contratación de “adultos mayores” como colaboradores principales de la empresa. Adicionalmente, la donación de los juguetes luego de un número determinado de arriendos se espera logre un posicionamiento como marca “RESPONSABLE”. Como parte de las estrategias para conseguir diferenciarse de sus presentes y futuros competidores, el discurso de Rent & Play buscará ser congruente con el de las tres erres ecológicas: REDUCIR, REUSAR Y RECICLAR.
Las cifras proyectadas reflejan un VAN de 31.552.962 y una TIR del 115% en el flujo de cierre al 5to. Año. Por su parte el capital de trabajo más inversiones necesarias para iniciar operaciones llegan a los 20 millones de pesos.

This article studies the evolution of housing rents in St. Petersburg between 1880 and 1917 covering an eventful
period of Russian and world history. We collect and digitize over 5,000 rental advertisements from historic newspapers, which we use together with geo-coded addresses and detailed structural characteristics to construct a quality-adjusted rent price index in continuous time. We provide the first pre-war and pre-Soviet index based on market data for any Russian housing market. In 1915, one of the world's earliest rent control and tenant protection policies was introduced as a response to soaring prices following the outbreak of World War I. We analyze the impact of this policy: while before the regulation rents were increasing at a similar rapid pace as other consumer prices, the policy reversed this trend. We find evidence for official compliance with the policy, document a rise in tenure duration and strongly increased rent affordability among workers after the introduction of the policy. We conclude that the immediate prelude to the October Revolution was indeed characterized by economic turmoil, but rent affordability and rising rents were no longer the prevailing problems.<br>Series: Department of Economics Working Paper Series

La crisi economica che sta attraversando il nostro paese, la depressione che ha colpito il settore immobiliare e le difficoltà sempre maggiori di accesso al credito bancario hanno incentivato la "creazione di modelli negoziali funzionali alla trasmissione di diritti “ambigui”, a cavallo tra realità e obbligatorietà". Correlativamente, il meccanismo derivativo della trasmissione del potere dominicale, tipico della compravendita disegnata dal legislatore del ’42, rappresenta solo una delle possibili articolazioni del negozio non più monolitico e uniforme, ma che si presenta sempre più articolato e flessibile. Nel presente elaborato, ci si propone di analizzare le "nuove" formule di contrattazione immobiliare caratterizzate da uno iato temporale tra il godimento e il possesso del bene.
L’obiettivo della ricerca è dunque quello di comprendere se non possa più considerarsi attuale lo stereotipo proprietario del diritto di godere e di disporre, e se ci si trovi difronte a una nuova forma di articolazione tra titolarità, appartenenza e legittimazione rispetto ai beni immobili.
La trattazione viene condotta attraverso un’analisi delle diverse forme contrattuali delineatasi negli ultimi anni, e nello specifico dei "contratti di godimento in funzione della successiva alienazione d’immobili” di cui alla legge 11 Novembre 2014, n. 164 ; del "contratto di locazione finanziaria finalizzato all'acquisto di beni immobili da adibire ad abitazione principale” introdotto dalla legge 28.12.2015 n.208, e infine delle configurazioni che nella prassi ha assunto la contrattazione immobiliare per il rilancio del settore immobiliare (rent to buy, help to buy e buy to rent oggetto del terzo capitolo).
Lo scopo è quello di contribuire alla riflessione sulle molteplici configurazioni che la contrattazione immobiliare può assumere per agevolare l’incontro tra domanda ed offerta in tempi di crisi.<br>The economic crisis that is going through our country, the depression that has hit the real estate sector and the increasing difficulties of access to bank credit have encouraged the "creation of negotiation models functional to the transmission of" ambiguous "rights, between realities and compulsory. The discussion is conducted through an analysis of the various forms of contracts that have taken place in recent years, and specifically the "enjoyment contracts according to the subsequent sale of properties" pursuant to Law 11 November 2014, No. 164, of the “ financial lease for the purchase of real estate to be used as a main residence "introduced by law 28.12.2015 n.208, and finally of the configurations that in practice has taken over real estate contracting for the relaunch of the real estate sector (rent to buy, help to buy and buy to rent, object of the third chapter).
The aim is to contribute to the reflection on the multiple configurations that real estate contracting can take to facilitate the meeting between supply and demand in times of crisis.

State of Objectives: This paper addresses the question of how the presumption-rent system has developed during ten years of its introduction to the rental market, with a particular emphasis on the investors’ perspective. The study has three focus areas, firstly an emphasis on how the real estate investors within the private and public sectors reacted to the introduction of the presumption-rents. Secondly, it examines whether the trends have changed during the course of these ten years. Finally, it observes how the presumption-rent system, as a rent-setting method for new residential rental constructions, is perceived and evaluated by the investors. Methodology: The empirical study focuses on the rent market in Stockholm, and it is articulated through a holistic multiple case-study of six public-and private real estate companies with rental dwellings in Stockholm. In order to examine the developments of the presumption-rent structures in these companies, a numerical analysis of the rent structures through a quasi-experimental design is as well conducted. Empirical Findings: The results in general prove that the rent-setting within the presumption rent system is unpredictable and subjective, because it is influenced by conflicting interests and different perceptions. The implication of this for the application of the presumption-rents is that it is depended on a complex, ambiguous and vague negotiation structure, rather than being based on a systematized rent-setting procedure. Furthermore, it is noted that the collective bargaining system, which sets the standards for the rent negotiations, is undergoing a slow process of change, as the law amendment in 2011 has caused paradigm-shits within the rental market. One dimension of this is that the rent-negotiations noticeably do not influence the investment decisions anymore, but the rent negotiations certainly have an impact on the rent-setting method. The implication for the application of the presumption-rentsystem, including its negotiation framework, is that it is applied when it meets the criteria for the investment decision, otherwise it is ignored. Finally, it is showed that nor the public neither the private companies perceive the presumption-system as a long-term and sustainable solution to the prevailing challenges with the Swedish rent-setting system. What is clear is that the system is mainly considered as a temporality solution to a course of disorders that have emerged from prolonged institutional negligence and error that have impaired the rental markets.

<p>In this project a washing station has been constructed for Albany International AB. At present, there is no existing system to clean the dirty pipes that are coming back to the company.</p><p>The work followed the product development process, and it started with the requirements list. This was followed by brainstorming, evaluation and completion.</p><p>The result was a concept for de present time and one concept for the future.</p><p>The present concept is intended to be built immediately. This is an adjustable bench with sliding bearings to facilitate the work. The actual cleaning is done with a high pressure washer that uses hot water. When the future concept will be brought into use, you don’t need to modify or rebuild anything, just add to the constructions that already exist. The future is to increase efficiency and become even more environmentally friendly.</p><p>The concept also includes two types of warehouses, one for the dirty pipes, and one for the clean pipes. On these you are supposed to place several pipes, so it’s possible to streamline processing, and wash more pipes in a flow.</p><p>The washing station will lead to improvement of the working environment, and the new technology will make improvements on the result.</p><br><p>I detta arbete har en tvättstation konstruerats åt företaget Albany international AB. I dagsläget finns inget befintligt system för att tvätta smutsiga returrör.</p><p>Arbetet följde produktutvecklingsprocessen, och började med en kravspecifikation. Därefter följde brainstorming, utvärdering och färdigställande.</p><p>Resultatet blev ett nutidskoncept och ett framtidskoncept. Nutidskonceptet är tänkt att det skall byggas omgående. Detta är en ställbar tvättbänk med kulhus för att underlätta arbetet. Själva rengöringen sker med en högtryckstvätt som använder varmvatten. När framtidskonceptet skall tas i bruk behöver företaget inte ändra eller bygga om någonting, utan bara göra tillägg i den konstruktion som redan finns. Framtidsvisionen handlar om att öka effektiviteten och samtidigt bli ännu mer miljövänlig.</p><p>I konceptet ingår det även två typer av magasin, ett för de smutsiga rören, och ett för de rena rören. På dessa ska man kunna lägga flera rör, så att man ska kunna effektivisera bearbetningen och tvätta fler rör i ett flöde.</p><p>Tvättstationen ska leda till att arbetsmiljön blir bättre, och den nya tekniken gör att resultatet förbättras.</p>

The thesis focuses on analyzing the theory of mimetic desire, the relationship between violence and the sacred, and the need for a scapegoat. Three interwoven, united themes surround all the work of Girard, explained for the first time in the Violence and the Sacred essay considered as one of the pillars of Girardian thought.
According to Girard, violence intrinsic to humanity, is the desire to control the violence that establishes the passage of the state of nature to the state of culture. The channeling of violence is vital to the existence of societies - archaic and modern. Girard shows us that the way to control violence is possible only by the institution of the sacred, that is through the atoning sacrifice of the victim. Né dans un milieu populaire, il accède à l'école des beaux-arts de Paris grâce au soutien d'un politique régional. Devenu dès le début de sa carrière, spécialiste des monuments aux morts en Bretagne, il sait conjuguer savoir-faire académique, réalisme et inspiration régionaliste. En 1925, comme J. J. Lemordant et les Seiz Breur, mais en toute indépendance, il participe à l'affirmation d'une création bretonne originale, en céramique, comme M. Méheut, à Quimper, ainsi qu'en gravure sur bois. Son succès se ralentissant nettement à partir de 1937 dans les milieux parisiens, l'artiste se tourne davantage vers la Bretagne. Apres la seconde guerre mondiale, il bénéficie à nouveau, mais dans une moindre mesure, de la demande commémorative. C'est à ce moment précis qu'il semble trouver une place nouvelle, celle de symbole d'une création bretonne originale. Une étude de l'écriture et de ses genres montre que l'écriture charienne, plutôt que leur adoption est invention d'une forme, écriture fondée sur ses ruptures et sur ses blancs. La deuxième partie verra les modes de construction du sens. Le fragmental y est entendu comme principe de morcellement. Il donne à découvrir cette activité créatrice de formes éclatées par la discontinuité, le blanc, sémantique et graphique, l'ellipse. La troisième partie, l'imaginaire de l'écriture charienne: un régime diairétique de l'image que décèlent trois figures-mère: la rêverie de la fragmentation est orientée selon trois axes : le pulvérisé, le disloqué (tonalités majeure, mineure du fragment) de fragile. The iconic characters, images, and costumes from the original production have been copied and interpreted numerous times. I have chosen to reinterpret this script by examining the essence of each individual character. After researching magazines from the time period in which Rent was written and books containing information on AIDS and the East Village, all subject matter within Rent, I developed a design concept. Through a series of fourteen sketches I present my original concept for a very well known story. It explores the methodologies behind the pre-production process, including concept, approach, design, and casting, and continues into the production process, including rehearsal and performance. Das Anliegen der Arbeit besteht darin, zu zeigen, dass der französische Dichter René Char (1907-1988) ausgehend von den ästhetischen Konzepten, die in der Schrift von Friedrich Nietzsche „Die Geburt der Tragödie aus dem Geiste der Musik“ formuliert sind, ein künstlerisches Selbstverständnis begründet, das auf einer tragischen Ästhetik ruht, und dass diese Ästhetik Chars Dichtung in hohem Maße prägt. In einem ersten Schritt wird das Konzept der tragischen Ästhetik entfaltet. Diese ist als Verschränkung der Prinzipien des Apollinischen und des Dionysischen zu verstehen. Das Konzept eines Zusammenspiels zweier gegensätzlicher Prinzipien,- des Apollinischen und des Dionysischen-, die nach Nietzsche das Phänomen der Kunst überhaupt möglich machen, ist der Höhepunkt einer langen europäischen Tradition ästhetischer Reflexion, welche die Ästhetik im Sinne einer doppelten Ästhetik denkt, als Zusammenspiel zwischen dem Schönen und dem Erhabenen. In einem zweiten Schritt wird untersucht, inwieweit diese doppelte Ästhetik als Tiefenstruktur die Lyrik Chars durchzieht. Es wird zunächst das apollinische Prinzip in der Lyrik Chars herausgearbeitet, z.B. die Bedeutung des Traums in seinen Gedichten und die daraus folgende Nähe Chars zu dem Surrealismus. In einem dritten Schritt wird das ästhetische Zusammenspiel zwischen Apollinischem und Dionysischem in Chars Dichtung analysiert. Dieses Zusammenspiel ist als dichterische Transfiguration der Negativität zu denken. Transfiguration der Negativität bedeutet in diesem Zusammenhang vor allem die poetische Umsetzung derjenigen Negativität, die vom Nationalsozialismus ausging, und die Char als Widerstandskämpfer erfahren hat. Bei der Untersuchung stellte sich heraus, dass Chars Lyrik eine ethische Dimension enthält, die in einer tragischen Ästhetik wurzelt, sodass man von einer im Ästhetischen begründeten Ethik sprechen kann, deren Kern die Gerechtigkeit ist.<br>The purpose of this work is to show that the french poet René Char (1907-1988) develops his esthetic comprehension of poetry through the concepts of Nietzsches early work „The birth of tragedy“ and that Chars poetry is essentially tragic. I first analyse the concept of tragic esthetic. Tragic esthetic consists in two principles, the apollinian and the dionysian. These principles constitute the dynamic of tragic esthetic. These principles are other forms of what the european esthetic tradition calls the beautiful and the sublime, and Nietzsches concepts result from this tradition. In a second step I analyse how these principles constitute the basics of Chars poetry. First I analyse the apollinian dimension of his poems, particularly the importance of dream and the surrealistic aspect of Chars poems. Then I analyse deeper the working of the dynamic of these two principles. This esthetic dynamic has to be understood as a transformation of negativity. Transformation of negativity means in Chars poetry first of all a poetic transformation of the nationalsocialist negativity, against which Char fought. By analysing this context, it appeared that Chars poetry contains an ethical dimension, which result from the tragic esthetic. And the heart of this ethical tragic esthetic is justice.

Jook is a spirited collection of historical persona poems situated in the vibrant rent party scene of 1920s Harlem. The Harlem Renaissance of New York was a decade of black innovation, artistry, and cultural expansion spanning 1920-1930. During this post-Emancipation, Great Migration era, black families leaving the South moved north only to encounter new forms of oppression. They were fleeing the lynchings, racism, and segregation that they experienced back home. In Harlem, black families earned disproportionately lower wages and paid much higher rents for subpar housing conditions compared to white families. To supplement their low incomes and to make the rent for the month, tenants hosted house-rent parties, also called social whist parties, in their apartments. They offered southern food, jazz and blues music (often live), and bootlegged liquor. Party guests paid a modest cover fee of 25 or 30 cents to enjoy the amusements, thus helping the hosts to pay their rent. The resistance work of this black joy in the face of economic, environmental, and social racism fascinates me and led me to research and uplift these narratives via persona poetry.
The central figure in these poems is a 20-year-old Georgia migrant named Mae Lynne King. Mae has moved north with her older sister Maddy. The daughters of a southern preacher and a seamstress, the women find their footing in New York in very different ways. Mae works as a domestic and takes in laundry and sewing on the side while 24-year-old Maddy Jane becomes a streetwalker. The two young women live together and quickly become immersed in the rent party phenomenon while working to build a life away from the strict religious upbringing they knew back home. Mae and Maddy struggle against racism, sexism, and poverty discovering their roles as lovers, friends, and members of a new black Harlem. Mae’s journey through Harlem is one of revelation and awakening, and Maddy’s is one of self-actualization, autonomy, reclamation. Both women embody the womanist attitudes and practices, blackness, and sexual fluidity that are central to my work overall and that were highly visible during the Renaissance.
While swaths of literature celebrate the art, music, and culture of the Harlem Renaissance, no contemporary collections of poetry contend with the oppression that African American people who migrated from the racially segregated South to Harlem faced. Jook is an offering of history, memory, language, and research to bridge that gap. This collection draws from Langston Hughes’ poetry and autobiography The Big Sea, Zora Neale Hurston’s novels and dramas, all of Harlem’s “negro literati,” jazz and swing music, photography, and archival materials from The Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture and Yale University. Jook traverses free verse and formal boundaries while championing persona and a unique Harlemese vernacular in order to celebrate the fierce subversion that African Americans in 1920s Harlem engaged in via their rent party gatherings.
I enter these poems with music and memory at the fore of my creative process and craft employments. I call on forms such as Ruth Ellen Kocher’s Gigan, the jazz sonnet, contrapuntal, and the ghazal to illustrate the simultaneous artistry and travailing that defined the Renaissance for African American people. I also borrow from the narrative elements of fiction to explore a specific arc within the lives of a cadre of imagined personas. The aim of this project is to recover and celebrate the unexplored stories of rent parties and to acknowledge the suffering and striving that these gatherings were born out of.

El segundo, personas que suelen viajar a diferentes lugares, ya sea por trabajo, turismo y/o motivos personales con necesidad de disponer de un vehículo para desarrollar sus actividades en su lugar de destino. En ese sentido, se busca brindar una oportunidad de ingreso a un sector poblacional importante al mismo tiempo solucionar un problema de un grupo considerable de personas con actividades diversas.
Para ello, se realizó un análisis completo del entorno (externo, interno e industria) con la finalidad de identificar aspectos que puedan dificultar o brindar oportunidades que permitan determinar los objetivos estratégicos. Para de ello, se procederá a validar el mercado, lo cual implica realizar una investigación de mercado con la finalidad obtener información mediante metodologías cualitativas y cuantitativas para validar las hipótesis. Asimismo, se elabora un plan de marketing, de operaciones y de recursos humanos. Datainsamling skedde genom observationer av under-sköterskor, sjuksköterskor och läkare på den utvalda vårdavdelningen. Studien hade både kvalitativ och kvantitativ ansats. Resultatet visar att avvikelser från handhygienriktlinjerna förekommer i formerna Bristande handhygien, Kontamine-ring, Accessoarer som försvårar effektiv handdesinfektion samt Avsaknad av handskar. Dans la première partie, une étude chronologique des recueils d’avant-guerre montre combien l’étape surréaliste a permis à Char, par attraction puis par répulsion, de forger ses propres orientations esthétiques et intellectuelles. La seconde partie envisage l’ensemble des textes d’après-guerre sous différentes perspectives afin de révéler la persistance de l’héritage surréaliste, Char ne cessant en effet de se confronter au mouvement pour mieux définir le sens de son œuvre, de sa poétique, de ses positions politiques, de ses réflexions éthiques ou de ses choix d’écriture. Dans un grand nombre de ses poèmes, il s'attaque aux naïfs qui se persuadent que c'est le bien qui adviendra, valorise les pessimistes dans la mesure où « ils voient de leur vivant l'objet de leur appréhension se réaliser ». Son œuvre semble parfois rejoindre les actes d'accusation faisant de l'utopie l'antichambre du goulag et des camps, la rendant responsable de la dégénérescence des états dits socialistes en systèmes totalitaires. À plusieurs reprises, Char indique qu’entre l’ethos (qui recommande d’arrimer la poésie et la pensée au réel) et l’utopos (qui s’élabore à l’écart de la réalité du monde) il ne peut surgir qu’une incompatibilité essentielle. Mais s'en tenir là serait ignorer que tout une part de sa poésie demeure également marquée par le « principe espérance ». He is less interested in “enchanting dawns” than in the imminent dangers that await humanity. In many poems he attacks the naïve who believe that good will triumph, and values instead the pessimists “who see in their very lifetime the realization of what they most feared.” For this reason, Char has been placed alongside those who view utopia as the foyer of gulags and concentration camps, and hold utopianism responsible for the degeneration of so-called “socialist” states into totalitarian ones. Char suggests several times that between ethos (which encourages the adherence of poetry and thought to reality) and utopos (which distances us from the reality of the world) only an essential incompatibility can arise. To leave the question of utopia at this, however, is to ignore how a whole dimension of Char’s poetry is equally inspired by the “principle of hope.” His poetry from the early 1930s flows from a desire for “a world in every respect renewed by the attractive.” His later works are equally filled with “wish-images” of desiring consciousness, evocations of dreamed places – be it an “imperforate city,” a “country at the margins,” an “ideal citadel” or, indeed, “perfection, both earthly and inspired by the common good.” While Char has on several occasions taken it upon himself to attack future-oriented utopias, it is necessary to ask whether, from within this very criticism, we may find instead an invitation to think utopia otherwise

Para realizar essa análise, foram destacados, principalmente, os contos de Cortázar ?Circe? publicado em Bestiário, de 1951, e ?Axolote?, publicado em Final de Jogo, de 1956. As obras de Magritte selecionadas foram L´invention collective, de 1934, Le mal du pays (1940) e La bataille de l´Argonne (1964). O objetivo da dissertação é realizar uma leitura que ressalte a proximidade teórica e a intertextualidade entre os dois autores, que tinham raízes no surrealismo e exploraram temas relacionados ao mito.<br>Abstract : This dissertation is a comparative reading proposal of Julio Cortázar and René Magritte. To carry out this analysis, the short stories of Cortázar "Circe" published in Bestiário (1951) and "Axolote", published in Final of Game (1956) were highlighted. The works of Magritte selected were ?L'invention collective?, 1934, ?Le mal du pays? (1940), and ?La bataille de l'Argonne? (1964). The Istanbul metropolitan area is the largest office investment made in Turkey. According to the CBRE ERIX data, the total office stock in Istanbul by the end of 2018 exceeded 7 million sqm. There is approximately 1 million sqm of pipeline figures. The biggest problem for office projects which in the hold-on status and under construction status, Turkey's economy is rapidly affecting office rents and tenants of office the selection criteria. In particular, high financing costs and construction costs increase the importance of predicting the rent figures in office investments. This degree project aims at contributing to the understanding of the Istanbul rental office market underlying mechanisms. The office market data will be analyzed between Q1 2005-Q4 2018 period. Long-term equilibrium rents will be reached for the Istanbul office market and examined sub-markets. With the econometric analysis method, the long-term causality for rent with employment, stock and vacancy will be examined. Short-term estimates will be made with an error correction model.<br>Istanbuls storstadsområde är den största kontorsinvesteringen i Turkiet. Enligt CBRE ERIX-data översteg det totala kontorslagret i Istanbul i slutet av 2018 7 miljoner kvm. Det finns cirka 1 miljon kvm rörledningsfigurer. Det största problemet för kontorsprojekt som i fasthållningsstatus och under byggnadsstatus, påverkar Turkiets ekonomi snabbt kontoruthyrningar och hyresgäster i urvalskriterierna. Höga finansieringskostnader och byggkostnader ökar i synnerhet vikten av att förutsäga hyrestalterna i kontorsinvesteringar. Detta examensarbete syftar till att bidra till förståelsen av de underliggande mekanismerna för hyreskontor i Istanbul. Kontorsmarknadsdata analyseras mellan F1 2005-F4 2018 perioden. Mestrado em Finanças<br>Esta dissertação tem como objetivo estimar o valor patrimonial da Redes Energéticas Nacionais (REN), bem como a estimação do valor intrínseco das ações da REN.
É uma empresa de serviços públicos que se caracteriza por ser um operador de rede. A empresa está cotada no PSI 20 e opera nos seguintes segmentos de mercado: eletricidade, gás natural e telecomunicações (considerado como "outros" ao longo do relatório).
A avaliação é elaborada considerando os diferentes segmentos onde a empresa opera e usando o modelo dos Fluxos de Caixa Descontados, mais especificamente o Adjusted Present Value (APV).
Também elaborámos uma análise de sensibilidade e uma simulação Monte Carlo para avaliar a robustez dos resultados.
Elaborámos igualmente uma Avaliação Relativa com o método dos Múltiplos. Os resultados foram de encontro à Análise dos Fluxos de Caixa Descontados.
A nossa análise sugere que o valor das ações transacionadas da REN no dia 31.12.2016 estão subvalorizadas. Foram transacionadas a 2.68€ e o valor intrínseco é 2.99€, apresentando uma potencial variação positiva de 11.74%.<br>This dissertation aims to estimate the equity value of Redes Energéticas Nacionais (REN), as well as the intrinsic value of REN's share. REN is a utility company usually referred as transmission system operator or grid operator. The company is quoted in PSI 20 and operates in the following business segments: electricity, natural gas and telecommunication.
The valuation is done considering the different segments where the company operates and using the Discount Cash Flow (DCF) model, more specifically the Adjusted Present Value (APV) model. We also perform a sensitivity analysis and a Monte Carlo simulation. To check the robustness of our results, we also perform a Relative Valuation with the Multiples approach. The results were according to the DCF analysis.
Our analysis suggests that REN's shares at 31.12.2016 were undervalued. The trading value of the shares in that day was 2.68€, which is below the intrinsic value of 2.99€ as calculated by DCF analysis with APV method. Filmmaker Lotta Ekelund reveals that the hymen is a figment for many people during the movie, as it was for me. Ambiguity made me curious to explore the concept more deeply and motivated me to find a graphical solution for showcasing the bizarre falsehood, and to demonstrate the truth.
