Abstract:

Abstract:
The purposes of this study were to evaluate the effects of the resilience enhancing nursing program (RENP) on resilience and depression among pregnant teenagers who received this program. A quasi experimental was conducted with 130 pregnant Thai women. Final analysis included 130 participants (Intervention n = 64 and control group n = 66). The RENP was delivered in three steps including; Step 1, establishing trusting relationships; Step 2, improving the resilience, and Step 3, monitoring and encouraging the resilience practice. The research instruments consisted of a demographic data questionnaire, and resilience and depressive program instruments, including a handbook and self-report. Research data were analyzed and displayed, providing percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square, independent t-test, paired t-test, and the repeated measures ANOVA. The findings showed a significant difference in depression by time alone (p = 0.001). However, there was no significant difference by group alone in depression (p = 0.969). This study revealed mean score on depression in the experimental group was not significantly lower than before entering the program at week 4 and week 8 (p = 0.870, p = 0.428). However, resilience showed difference in score over time between the experimental group and control group. There was a significant difference in resilience score by time alone (F = 10.523, p < 0.001). The results can contribute to guiding nurses to enhance decrease in depression in pregnant teenagers in the earlier first trimester in antenatal care units. Nurse or nurse midwife should be concerned about the potential for early detection in the prenatal period and provide appropriate interventions to teenage mothers in the postnatal period.

Abstract:
In this work ReNx films were prepared by reactive magnetron sputtering at room temperature and deposited on a silicon wafer. It was found that the diffractograms of the nitrogen-rich rhenium film are consistent with those produced by high-pressure high-temperature methods, under the assumption that the film is oriented on the substrate. Using density functional calculations it was found that the composition of this compound could be ReN3, instead of ReN2, as stated on previous works. The ReN3 compound fits in the Ama2 (40) orthorhombic space group, and due to the existence of N3 anions between Re layers it should be categorized as an azide. The material is exceptionally brittle and inherently unstable under indentation testing.

Abstract:
Тhe genotype of Kishmish No. 342 (Hungarian Kishmish), along with the manifestation of parthenocarpy in this variety, was studied. Тhe research included plants of the Kishmish grape variety No. 342 growing in the Anapa ampelographic collection. Тhe evaluation of the parthenocarpy category was carried out for three years; the results were compared with the data on weather conditions. Тhe mass of vestigial structures was determined by the extraction of the ovules from berries and their gradual dehydration in a drying cabinet until constant weight. DNA extraction was carried out using a CTAB buffer. Genetic studies were performed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). DNA profiling was performed using SSR markers (VVS2, VVMD5, VVMD7, VVMD27, VVMD25, VVMD32, VrZAG62, VrZAG79) standard for DNA certification of grape varieties. Closely coupled microsatellite markers, including UDV305, UDV737 (Rpv3) and UDV343, UDV360 (Rpv12), SC8-0071-014, SC47-18 (Ren1), ScORGF15, were used to identify the allele status of gene loci resistance to mildew (Rpv3, Rpv12) and powdery mildew (Ren1, Ren3, Ren9).02, GF15-42 (Ren3) and CenGen6 (Ren9), recommended for such work. Тhe results of PCR analysis were evaluated by capillary electrophoresis using a Nanophor-05 sequencer. Тhe research results show the variation in the parthenocarpy classes from 2 to 4 under the weather and climate conditions of Anapa in 2019–2021; the largest mass of vestigial structures was observed for the year characterised by the hottest flowering conditions and the greatest heat summation prior to the flowering period. A DNA certificate of the Kishmish variety No. 342 was established (VVS2133 143 VVMD5236 238 VVMD7251 253 VVMD27182 182 VrZAG62188 194 VrZAG79247 255 VVMD25241 255 VVMD32240 272); the origin of the genotype (Villard blanc x Perlette) was confirmed according to DNA analysis. On the basis of the DNA marker analysis, the presence of gene loci resistant to mildew (Rpv3) and powdery mildew (Ren3 and Ren9) in the genotype of Kishmish No. 342 was shown.

Abstract:
Powdery mildew (Erysiphe necator) is one of the most common and economically significant diseases of grapes. Currently, the main method of controlling the disease is pesticide treatment. Breeding of resistant varieties is necessary to reduce chemical treatments. Currently, a number of grape resistance genes to powdery mildew and DNA markers for identification the allelic status of these genes are known. In a study to determine the presence of resistance loci Ren3 and Ren9, 25 genotypes of table grape varieties were analyzed, including 18 seedless varieties. DNA markers GF15-42, ScORGF15-02 were used to identify Ren3 gene, and CenGen6 – to identify Ren9 gene. DNA of cultivars Regent and Seyve Villard 12-375, which have resistance alleles, were used as positive controls. As a result of DNA marker analysis, it was determined that genotypes of table varieties Viking, Kodryanka, Moldova, Nadezhda AZOS, Original and seedless varieties Pamyati Smirnova, Kishmish Zaporozhskiy and Kishmish 342 carry loci of resistance to powdery mildew Ren3 and Ren9.

Abstract:
The genomics era brought unprecedented opportunities for genetic analysis of host resistance, but it came with the challenge that accurate and reproducible phenotypes are needed so that genomic results appropriately reflect biology. Phenotyping host resistance by natural infection in the field can produce variable results due to the uncontrolled environment, uneven distribution and genetics of the pathogen, and developmentally regulated resistance among other factors. To address these challenges, we developed highly controlled, standardized methodologies for phenotyping powdery mildew resistance in the context of a phenotyping center, receiving samples of up to 140 grapevine progeny per F1 family. We applied these methodologies to F1 families segregating for REN1- or REN2-mediated resistance and validated that some but not all bioassays identified the REN1 or REN2 locus. A point-intercept method (hyphal transects) to quantify colony density objectively at 8 or 9 days postinoculation proved to be the phenotypic response most reproducibly predicted by these resistance loci. Quantitative trait locus (QTL) mapping with genotyping-by-sequencing maps defined the REN1 and REN2 loci at relatively high resolution. In the reference PN40024 genome under each QTL, nucleotide-binding site−leucine-rich repeat candidate resistance genes were identified—one gene for REN1 and two genes for REN2. The methods described here for centralized resistance phenotyping and high-resolution genetic mapping can inform strategies for breeding resistance to powdery mildews and other pathogens on diverse, highly heterozygous hosts.

Abstract:

The main purpose of this thesis was to take part of girl’s descriptions and experiences of their treatment for deliberate self-harm and to investigate whether they still experience effects of the treatment today. Our main research questions where; how do the girls describe their experiences of the treatment method, do the girls describe that they still experience any effects of the treatment, and finally how do the girls look back on their treatment today? In order to answer these questions, we carried out eight qualitative telephone interviews with girls that had undergone treatment in a specific treatment centre. We chose to analyze the material from the salutogenic theory and the concepts of SOC (sense of coherence) and with a hermeneutic approach. Our result showed that the treatment methods that where most important where dialectic behaviour therapy, horse therapy and finally environmental therapy. Several of the girls could see remaining effects of the treatment today, while other girls could not see any of these effects. A couple of the girls expressed that they should have been dead if they had not been taken care of by the treatment centre while other girls meant that the treatment did not make any difference.

Abstract:
Prominent rent growth indices often give strikingly different measurements of rent inflation. We create new indices from Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) rent microdata using a repeat-rent index methodology and show that this discrepancy is almost entirely explained by differences in rent growth for new tenants relative to the average rent growth for all tenants. Rent inflation for new tenants leads the official BLS rent inflation by four quarters. As rent is the largest component of the consumer price index, this has implications for our understanding of aggregate inflation dynamics and guiding monetary policy. File is available with NTRR and ATRR indices through 2022q3.
