Abstract:
Wisma Ataraxis adalah Institusi Penerima Wajib Lapor (IPWL) Sosial oleh Kementerian Sosial untuk memberikan pelayanan rehabilitasi. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan operasionalnya Wisma Ataraxis masih menggunakan cara konvensional untuk mengelola berkas rehabilitan. Banyaknya data yang harus diisi dalam penerimaan rehabilitas dan redundansi data menjadi kekurangan dalam kegiatan ini. Selain itu, pencarian berkas untuk rehabilitan yang akan melakukan rehabilitasi ulang membutuhkan waktu cukup lama karena banyaknya berkas yang ada. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka diusulkan untuk pembangunan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu petugas dalam kegiatan operasionalnya. Dalam rancang bangun sistem informasi rekam medis dan skrining berbasis website untuk Wisma Ataraxis ini menggunakan metode prototyping. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, pihak Wisma Ataraxis telah menerima sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Serta kesimpulan rancang bangun sistem ini dapat memberikan kemudahan pada petugas Wisma Ataraxis dalam proses penerimaan rehabilitan dan skrining.

Rehabilitasi bagi penyalahguna narkoba merupakan suatu proses penanggulangan atas gangguan ketergantungan penyalahgunaan narkoba baik dalam jangka waktu pendek maupun jangka waktu panjang yang bertujuan mengubah perilaku dan mengembalikan fungsi individu di masyarakat. Rehabilitas berkesinambungan bagi korban penyalahguna dan atau pecandu narkoba diawali oleh tahapan rehabilitasi medis yang bertujuan untuk memulihkan kesehatan fisik dan psikis atau mental melalui layanan kesehatan dan terapi medis atau psikiatris, dilanjutkan dengan rehabilitasi sosial dan diakhiri dengan program pascarehabilitasi.

Abstract:
Upaya rehabilitasi perlu dilakukan terhadap ekosistem gambut yang terdegradasi. Burung dapat dijadikan indikator lingkungan terhadap keberhasilan rehabilitasi yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jenis burung-burung potensial sebagai indikator perbaikan lingkungan di Taman Hutan Raya Orang Kayo Hitam (Tahura OKH). Penelitian dilakukan di Tahura OKH pada blok rehabilitas PLN. Metode yang digunakan yaitu point count dan transek. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan status konservasi dan kelompok pakan. Sebanyak 25 spesies burung dari 17 famili ditemukan pada blok rehabilitasi. Burung dengan perjumpaan tertinggi yaitu merbah cerukcuk (Pycnonotus goiavier), perenjak rawa (Prinia flaviventris), punai gading (Treron vernans), dan walet sapi (Collocalia esculenta), sedangkan paling jarang salah satunya adalah elang tikus (Elanus caeruleus). Kajian terhadap guild type mengindikasikan bahwa area gambut yang sedang direhabilitasi juga menjadi feeding ground. Kehadiran berbagai jenis burung berdasarkan kelompok pakannya di ekosistem gambut Tahura OKH mengindikasikan keberhasilan dalam upaya rehabilitasi pasca kebakaran

Latar Belakang :Rehabilitas NAPZA adalah rehabilitasi yang meliputi pembinaan fisik, mental, sosial, pelatihan keterampilan, dan resosialisasi serta pembinaan lanjut bagi para mantan pengguna NAPZA agar mampu berperan aktif dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Pelayanan rehabilitasi dirancang untuk meningkatkan proses perbaikan klien yang mengalami gangguan mental dalam mengontrol gejala yang ditimbulkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana gambaran mekanisme koping Penyalahguna NAPZA yang menjalani rehabilitasi di Institusi Penerima Wajib Lapor (IPWL) At - Tauhid Jepara pada tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dimana data diperoleh menggunakan pedoman wawancara <em>(in depth interview) </em>dengan jumlah partisipan tiga orang yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Hasil wawancara akan dikategorikan sehingga terbentuklah tema-tema. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian yaitu partisipan berjumlah tiga orang menunjukan beberapa faktor yang mempengeruhi koping seperti dukungan keluarga, dukungan konselor dan dukungan orang lain serta lingkungan sekitarnya. Mekanisme koping yang digunakan oleh ketiga partisipan yaitu denial dan proyeksi. Hal ini terlihat dari penolakan dan rasa marah saat pertama kali berada di wisma dan setelah proses rehabilitasi berjalan ketiga partisipan mampu menjalani proses rehabilitasi. Dengan adanya dukungan keluarga, konselor, orang lain dan lingkungan, akan menciptakan koping yang adaptif, sehingga selama partisipan menjalani rehabilitasi semakin efektif dan efisien.</h2><p> </p>

Penyu adalah satwa yang terancam punah, sehingga upaya konservasinya perlu ditingkatkan. Kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan konservasi dimaksud adalah rehabilitasi penyu pascamengalami periode out of the water sebelum dilepasliarkan kembali ke alam bebas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan profil dan indeks eritrosit penyu hijau (Chelonia mydas) sebelum dan sesudah mengalami rehabilitasi di Turtle Conservation and Education Center (TCEC) di Pulau Serangan, Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel Sembilan ekor penyu hijau hasil sitaan Polisi Sektor Kuta, Badung, Bali. Sebanyak 2,5 mL darah perifer penyu hijau diambil dari sinus cervicalis dorsalis disimpan di tabung berisikan antikoagulan litium heparin dan dilanjutkan dengan pemeriksaan hematologi. Penentuan nilai total eritrosit dihitung dengan hemositometer. Kadar hemoglobin (Hb) diukur menggunakan Hemoglobinometer Sahli, sedangkan kadar Packed Cell Volume (PCV) ditentukan dengan metode mikrohematokrit. Indeks eritrosit yang meliputi Mean Corpuscular Volume (MCV), Mean Corpuscular Haemoglobin (MCH) dan Mean Corpuscular Haemoglobin Concentration (MCHC) dihitung dengan rumus konvensional yang ditentukan untuk itu. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan uji T berpasangan. Nilai profil darah (Packed Cell Volume, total eritrosit, Hemoglobin) mengalami peningkatan signifikan pasca rehabilitasi dengan nilai rerata hematokrit sebelum rehabilitasi sebesar 28,4±3,09 menjadi 31,7±2,87, nilai total eritrosit sebelum rehabilitasi sebesar 0,44±0,10 menjadi 0,56±0,15, nilai Hemoglobin sebelum rehabilitasi sebesar 6,3±1,28 menjadi 7,53±0,73 serta hasil perhitungan secara statistika dengan uji T-berpasangan menunjukkan profil darah penyu hijau sebelum dan sesudah rehabilitasi memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan yang berarti proses rehabilitas yang dilakukan di Turtle Conservation and Education Center, Serangan berhasil.

Abstract:
Penyandang disabilitas mental adalah seseorang yang mengalami gangguan otak yang ditandai oleh terganggunya emosi proses berpikir perilaku dan presepsi (penangkapan panca indera) yang bisa menimbulkan stress dan penderitaan bagi yang bersangkutan. Oleh sebab itu, penyandang disabilitas mental memerlukan pelayanan rehabilitasi sosial untuk mengembalikan fungsi sosialnya melalui panti. Panti Sosial Bina Laras (PSBL) Pambelum Palangka Raya mempunyai tugas menyelenggarakan sebagian kegiatan teknis operasional dalam pemberian bimbingan pelayanan dan rehabilitasi sosial yang bersifat kurative, rehabilitative, promotive dalam bentuk bimbingan pengetahuan dasar pendidikan fisik, mental, sosial, dan pelatihan keterampilan, dengan berjalannya itu perlu adanya pekerja sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai pelayanan, program dan kegiatan rehabilitasi sosial yang dilakukan di PSBL Pambelum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data secara wawancara dan observasi. Diharapkan setelah mengetahui gambaran mengenai pelayanan di PSBL, masyarakat mengetahui pentingnya mengenai rehabilitasi sosial kepada penyandang disabilitas mental, sehingga setelah selesai rehabilitas sosial dapat diterima kembali dikeluarga maupun masyarakat.

Narapidana yang sudah menyelesaikan masa tahanan dan sudah dinyatakan bebas, yang juga termasuk setiap orang, sangat sulit mendapatkan pekerjaan guna memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Hal yang sama terjadi juga terhadap seseorang pengguna narkotika yang telah menyelesaikan masa rehabilitasi non-lapas. Sejajar dengan pengalaman situasi mantan narapidana dan rehabilitasi-non-lapas, konsep diversi yang dimunculkan untuk anak-anak pelaku tindak pidana yang merupakan calon pelamar pekerjaan. Diversi dan rehabilitasi non-lapas memiliki kesamaan, yakni terduga pelaku tindak pidana tidak menjalani pidana melalui rezim pemidananaan pada umumnya. Namun demikian, kedua persona ini tetap menghadapi stigma dan kesulitan sebagaimana mantan narapidana secara umum. Studi ini berupaya mencari tahu bagaimana perbandingan dampak dari diversi maupun rehabilitasi non-lapas dalam kaitannya dengan hak atas pekerjaan. Untuk melihat secara lebih khusus, studi difokuskan pada pembandingan di sektor pendidikan swasta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan komparatif, dengan harapan akan memberikan perspektif lebih tajam mengenai diversi dan rehabilitas non-lapas sebagai fitur-fitur hukum pidana moderen di Indonesia. Studi ini menemukan bahwa pada sektor pendidikan swasta, diversi dan rehabilitasi non-lapas memberikan framing yang lebih baik kepada subyek, dengan ditunjang adanya faktor-faktor filosofis dari lembaga pendidikan swasta. Kebijakan dari sektor pendidikan swasta memainkan peranan penting dalam menentukan tidak terlanggarnya hak atas pekerjaan oleh lembaga pendidikan.

Penyalahgunaan narkotika sangat meresahkan masyarakat, terutama, dengan mudahnya mendapatkan barang tersebut di lingkungan sekitar. Narkotika mulai meluas dan menyasar segala lapisan masyarakat, tidak mengenal jabatan, pekerjaan, usia dll. Bahkan penyalahgunaan narkotika sudah tidak bisa dibendung lagi oleh pihak berwenang. Upaya negara dalam pemberantasan narkotika melalui beberapa pihak yang menangani narkotika harus ditingkatkan lagi mengingat jaringan pengedaran narkotika yang begitu luas serta permintaan narkotika dari para pecandu yang harusnya mendapatkan rehabilitas, namun masih belum optimal dikarenakan masih belum terbongkarnya jaringan narkotika di Indonesia. Dengan demikian maka Lapas Kelas IIA Cibinong mempunyai tugas serta tanggungjawab yang besar dalam melaksanakan program pembinaan terhadap warga binaan dalam mencapai suatu tujuan dari system pemasyarakatan itu sendiri. Untuk menjaga kualitas penelitian ini, maka metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang dimasudkan untuk memperoleh data terkait program rehabilitasi medis bagi penyalahguna narkotika di Lapas Kelas IIA Cibinong. Pendekatan ini untuk memahami bagaimana pelaksaanaan rehabilitasi untuk penyalahguna narkotika, untuk membantu warga binaan bisa lepas dari obat terlarang tersebut. Lapas Kelas IIA Cibinong memfasilitiasi program yang dapat diikuti warga binaan selama menjalani masa pidananya, seperti rehabilitasi medis dan rehabilitasi after care (kegiatan keagamaan, kegiatan kerja, dan kegiatan olahraga).

AbstractPlacement in medical rehabilitation and / or social rehabilitation institutions for Narcotics Addicts and Narcotics Abuse victims is not only done voluntarily or through a legal process after a verdict or ruling by a judge. Rehabilitation can also be carried out during the judicial process, namely from the process of investigation, prosecution and trial based on Government Regulation Number 25 of 2011 concerning the Implementation of Mandatory Reporting for Narcotics Addicts. Although rehabilitation during the judicial process has been stated in government regulations, this is not regulated in the Narcotics Law and in its implementation, institutions that receive the authority often abuse their authority in providing rehabilitation during the judicial process so that efforts are needed to prevent abuse of this authority.Keywords: Rehabilitation; Narcotics Addicts; Narcotics Abuse victims; Judicial Process. AbstrakPenempatan pada lembaga rehabilitasi medis dan/atau rehabilitasi sosial terhadap Pecandu Narkotika dan korban penyalahgunaan Narkotika tidak hanya dilakukan secara sukarela maupun melalui proses hukum setelah dijatuhkan putusan atau penetapan oleh hakim. Rehabilitasi juga dapat dilakukan selama proses peradilan berlangsung, yakni dari proses penyidikan, penuntutan, dan persidangan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 25 Tahun 2011 tentang Pelaksanaan Wajib Lapor Pecandu Narkotika. Walaupun rehabilitasi selama proses peradilan telah disebutkan dalam peraturan pemerintah, namun hal tersebut tidak diatur dalam UU Narkotika dan dalam pelaksanaannya seringkali lembaga yang mendapat kewenangan tersebut menyalahgunakan kewenangannya dalam memberikan rehabilitasi selama proses peradilan sehingga perlu dilakukan upaya untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan kewenangan tersebut. Abstract:
Salah satu komplikasi penyakit diabetes melitus yang sering dijumpai adalah kaki diabetik (diabetic foot), yang dapat bermanifestasikan sebagai ulkus, infeksi dan gangren dan artropati charcot. Ada dua tindakan dalam prinsip dasar pengelolaan diabetic foot yaitu tindakan pencegahan dan tindakan rehabilitasi. Tindakan rehabilitasi meliputi program terpadu yaitu evaluasi tukak, pengendalian kondisi metabolik, debridemen luka, biakan kuman, antibiotika tepat guna, tindakan bedah rehabilitatif dan rehabilitasi medik. Tindakan pencegahan meliputi edukasi perawatan kaki, sepatu diabetes dan senam kaki. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang diabetes melitus dan peningkatan kesehatan dengan senam kaki DM untuk mengurangi komplikasi diabetes pada kaki. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi oleh fasilitator yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan re-demonstrasi oleh peserta/audience sebagai evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 87% warga terjadi peningkatan pemahaman tentang diabetes melitus, pentingnya mencegah komplikasi diabetes pada kaki dan mampu melakukan senam kaki DM.

This thesis deals with hypermobility and its rehabilitation. The first part addresses a brief description of the general issues and functional tests that are used to detect this handicap. Next part focuses on the specific types of rehabilitation, which are suitable for the dancers with a hypermobility syndrome. There are also the aids helping to strengthen ligaments and muscles surrounding the joints overloaded at the dance practice sessions and ensuring the correct function of musculoskeletal without a pain and ailment mentioned. The work also includes the specific exercises with tools that are intended as an orientation guide on how to cope with this syndrome and compensate its effects.

Abstract:
L'objectiu general d'aquesta tesi és valorar la utilitat del tractament de rehabilitació neuropsicològica en pacients esquizofrènics amb dèficits cognitius i predomini de la simptomatologia negativa. El programa utilitzat és l'anomenat Teràpia Integrada de l'Esquizofrènia (IPT, Integriertes Psychologisches Therapieprogramm) dissenyat pel grup de Brenner que disposa d'un manual protocol·litzat a més d'un model teòric susceptible d'estudi empíric. Els efectes de la rehabilitació són analitzats a tres àmbits diferents: funcions cognitives, funcionalisme cerebral mesurat a partir de SPECT i funcionament psicosocial.

Per a la realització dels diferents estudis hem aplegat una mostra de 94 pacients diagnosticats d'esquizofrènia amb predomini de la simptomatologia negativa. D'aquests pacients 27 complien els criteris d'inclusió pel que fa a simptomatologia negativa i també el criteri qualitatiu de deterioració cognitiva que queda definit a l'estudi. Aquests pacients han estat sotmesos al tractament de rehabilitació neuropsicològica durant tres mesos. A una mostra de 10 pacients se'ls hi va estudiar amb mètodes de neuroimatge amb SPECT. Un grup de pacients amb predomini dels símptomes negatius però sense dèficit cognitiu han actuat com a control.

La part experimental consta de quatre estudis, tres dels quals ja han estat publicats i un està acceptat per publicació. En aquests estudis hem pogut demostrar que els dèficits cognitius s'associen a un pronòstic més perniciós: evolució més cronificada, nivell més baix d'adaptació general, estades més llargues d'hospitalització i una adherència més pobra al tractament farmacològic. Els resultats recolzen que el tractament de rehabilitació neuropsicològica és útil i produeix millories a les funcions prèviament deficitàries. Tal i com estableix el model de Brenner, els canvis a les funcions cognitives elementals (atenció i codificació) estan lligades als canvis a les funcions cognitives més superiors (recuperació i funció executiva). I el que és més important, la millora neuropsicològica està associada a una millora del funcionament psicosocial, concretament un augment de l'autonomia personal i del funcionament psicosocial general. Per altra banda el tractament de rehabilitació neuropsicològica produeix canvis en el flux sanguini cerebral frontal detectable mitjançant estudis d'SPECT realitzats en condicions de neuroactivació. Aquests canvis suposen una reducció de la hipofrontalitat que es deu a la millora del funcionament neuropsicològic.

Per tant l'estudi ha pogut confirmar les hipòtesis i es pot concloure que la rehabilitació neuropsicològica és una eina terapèutica que possibilita una millora del funcionament cognitiu, una reducció de l'hipofuncionalisme del flux cerebral frontal, un augment de l'autonomia personal i una millora del funcionament psicosocial als pacients esquizofrènics de pitjor pronòstic.

The theme of this work is the use of Tchai-ti not as it is known to public as one form of martial arts but to introduce its significancy when working with human breath, with its energy paths and distribution of human weight in order to prepare the dancer for a maximum performance while dancing. By doing that a dancer also realises the full potential of his or her body and the final result will also raise the quiality of any work out and consequently the body wil be less worn out. The subject of this thesis was to develop ideas about buildings in the former barracks set in Brno - Ponava. In the previous study, I designed urban system block development, which builds on the existing block structure of the environment and creates a lively mix of public, semi-public and private areas. The territory of the barracks is located between the streets and stall Štefánikova, among which is the difference in height of one floor - so I created a single-storey base, which I put into commercial space and underground parking. The base then grows a set of four houses - the street Štefánikova is oriented multi-functional building, which includes commerce, offices and apartments and offers residents a large common area balcony facing the courtyard. This house in volume creates a psychological barrier against noise and busy urban class and creating a peaceful environment inside the block. The three remaining houses are purely residential and the level of the courtyard are equipped with private atriums closable system. In the middle of the courtyard is a small park with mature trees and undeveloped corner serves as a children's playground.

Over the last few decades, in-place recycling of asphalt pavements has seen increased use by the highway industry, primarily to take a dvantage of potential cost and logistical savings compared to conventional reconstruction. More recently, the U.S. Navy and Federal Aviation Administration have allowed recycling to be used on airfields with lighter traffic. This report contains a discussion of in-place recycling design considerations obtained from a literature review of its use in the highway industry. Observations developed from a review of airfield pavement projects that have utilized recycling is also included. A structural analysis was performed using the Pavement-Transportation Computer Assisted Structural Engineering (PCASE) tool to determine typical stiffness values that recycled layers must achieve to support various types of military aircraft traffic for different pavement structures. Overall, in-place recycling is recommended for consideration as a rehabilitati on technique for military airfield pavements, and further investigation is recommended before it is implemented it into design guidance.

Cocoa production has a long history in Ghana, originating in the late nineteenth century. Since then, cocoa production has seen significant changes. Originally, cocoa was cultivated in newly cleared forests in which many forest trees were preserved as shade trees. Cocoa is ideally suited to these conditions and produces high yields with minimum investment in labour and inputs. However, over time, as the forest conditions change, the cost of cultivating cocoa has increased and yields have declined. As long as new forest frontiers exist, farmers have continued to move into these areas, which have displaced older areas of cultivation, since the costs of production are significantly lower in the new frontiers. In recent years, however, new forest frontiers have declined and most cocoa farmers have been forced to rehabilitate and replant cocoa in open land. This study examines the rational of frontier development; changes in land relations, labour relations and use of technology; and the impact of these factors on different categories of farmers, including women and youth. This is developed through two comparative case studies drawn from the older cocoa frontier of the Eastern Region, and the more recent frontier of Western North Region.

During World War II (WWII), the Mountain View Officers’ Club served as the installation’s Black officers’ club. It served as various other uses until circa 1998, at which point it became vacant. Today, Fort Huachuca is planning to rehabilitate the building into a mission use space with an indoor-outdoor exhibit space for visitor use within the rehabilitation plan footprint, an 8.15 acre Area of Potential Effect (APE) including the WWII building and associated adjacent features. This report provides numerous potential Courses of Action regarding methods of exhibiting and interpreting historic materials and information in the public spaces within the APE. The Courses of Action chosen during a future Design-Build phase will be based on factors currently unknown, such as funding and staffing; thus, this document serves as a Phase I concept plan for ideas that will be further developed and finalized during the Phase II Design-Build phase. This report also provides guidance for course of action implementation pending factors currently unknown. Fort Huachuca will keep this report in both digital and analog format in perpetuity. ERDC-CERL will also publish it online and make it available to the public free of cost.
