Abstract:
Loneliness affects both psychical and physical health and among geriatric patients can be serious. Social loneliness, anxiety-related personality traits, risk of developing depression, alcoholism or suicidal behavior could be associated with a functional variant in the serotonin transporter. Serotonin transporter gene length polymorphism (5-HTTLPR) is associated with changes of serotonin transporter activity and is one of the major factors which contribute to the etiology of many psychiatric disorders. The aim of the study was to found possible differences in distribution of variants in two groups of geriatric patients (average age 80 years).Group of 300 probands were examined for 5-HTTLPR variants. Blood samples were randomly collected from 150 elderly males and 150 elderly females. The elderly individuals were not related and lived in the same geographic region as the control newborns and the young adults. Two groups were defined - ambulatory (apparently healthy, 65 males and 70 females) and non-ambulatory (have no people who could take care about them, having chronic diseases and depend on geriatric care, 85 males and 80 females) people. Bialelic and trialelic dividing of 5-HTTLPR was considered. Length polymorphism was analyzed (L or S variant) and single nucleotide polymorphism was detected (LA or LG variant).A significant difference was found in allele distribution of 5-HTTLPR in two groups of patients. Ambulatory group of patients had higher occurrence of L allele and also LA allele. The results of the study suggest that social loneliness may have some personality predictors that may have its genetical correlates.

ABSTRACTThis research is focused in the measurement and modelling of the dispersion relations of Lamb waves propagating in a piezoelectric plate. A theoretical model based on a partial wave analysis is used to provide numerical calculations for the dispersion relations of Lamb waves propagating in an LiNbO3 plate with different propagating directions. The dispersion relations are presented in an innovative image format. A non-contact laser ultrasound technique operated in B-scan mode with the aid of double Fast Fourier transform signal-processing scheme is used to measured multi-mode dispersion realtions. Among all the propagation angles, the measured dispersion curves show good agreement with the theoretical calculations. The Rayleigh wave speeds are extracted from the measured and calculated dispersion curves, showing favorable comparison with classical theory by Campbell.

Abstract:
In this paper, the total traffic flows on the old and new road were analyzed, after the construction of the new road. Traffic flows were analyzed on the example of the A2 highway (the Miloš Veliki highway) and the B-22 road (the so-called Ibarska Magistrala). The aim of the papaer is the analysis of the distribution of total traffic flows, as well as the analysis of traffic flows by toll categories between old and new road. Statistical analysis methods were applied in the paper. The obtained results show a significant increase in total traffic flows after the construction of the highway on the Belgrade - Čačak road direction. The analysis yielded very interesting data on the distribution of traffic flows. In further research, it is necessary to conduct a survey in order to reveal the realtions and influencing factors on the volume and distribution of traffic flows, as well as the category of traffic flows (newly created, diverted and normal traffic flows).

The persistence of borders has been based on the fact that they are crucial for the reproduction of territoriality and of national identity narratives. In this context, and considering the border as a line that separates, divides and controls the existence of areas/territories, it implies that the effects (context costs) disappear with distance, in addition to the emergence of new meanings and dynamics depending on their accessibility, resources held, forms of settlement and economic activities. The Luso-Spanish border is the most stable and, at the same time, the one with the most critical development indexes, due to its penalising demographic evolution, productive disarticulation and differentiated administrative policies. Tourism development is seen as an instrument for the diversification of economies in peripheral and often underdeveloped frontier regions. These areas have, through their history and natural heritage, resources of great value, of which the international rivers, the classified natural areas, the castles and fortresses, the historical villages, the traditions and festivities, the gastronomy and the presence of different cultures stand out in the central Iberian border. Facing this panorama and considering formal and informal relations, cooperating or competing, we try to identify dynamics and forms of cooperation in the construction of a resilience space, in the face of existing constraints and heritage values held, capable of generating new attractions and functions in the oldest European border. Under favourable conditions, these territories contribute to tourism development in the framework of neighbourly relations and interests. In the case of Portugal central border with Spain, it is possible to speak of a porosity that is historical, with the territory(ies) coming together, either through public policies (EU, national, regional and local), or through private investments. The study aims to analyse and systematise the factors of tourism promotion, the political developments and the permeability of the border, in the construction of a tourism and leisure destination.

ABSTRACT. Host and temperature preference, male accurrence, and morfomentrics of 39 isolates of Apehelenchus avenae were investigated. Of the 39 isolates, 33 were from 7 sistrict of Kyushu, 3 preference were investigated on 4 species of fungi; Botrytis cinerea, Rhizoctonia solani AG-4, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Melonis, and Pyitum aphanidermatum growing on 1/5 strength PDA medium. The nematodes were incubated on respective fungus mat for 30 days at 25 and 30 OC host fungi and temperatures gave rise to various levels of reproduction and male accurance. The isolates were divided into 5 groups based on their reproductivity on their host fungi at the 2 temperature regimes. Most of the isolates of A. avenae progated themselves at 25 0C on B. cinera and R. solani AG-4, was 60.850 given by Nagasaki isolates (NA3). The maximum multiplication 48.420 at 0C accured on R. solani byu Kagoshima isiolate (KA3). The occurrence of males was very low in all isolates and it occurred only at 30 0C. De Man’s value of body dimension were measured and showed no significant variation among the isolates. Besides, There were no realtions between groupings by host preference and by body dimension.

Abstract Many disciplinary analyses have exposed international realtions (IR) as a Western-centric discipline, unaware of or unconcerned with its own ethnocentric outlook. A growing consensus in the global IR framework argues that it is time to move beyond disciplinary critique, but scholars disagree on how to proceed. Three key issues are still being debated: who can speak, how to go local, and how to make the local global. This article confronts these questions by offering three interlinked contributions. First, it develops a typology of scholarly profiles by combining the typically isolated debates on scholarly origin, embeddedness within local context, and location. Second, the article identifies three main strategies for discovering and developing theories outside the core. Third, it offers four different avenues for applying local theories to the larger global canvas, underlining that Global South theories should not necessarily be limited to their “own” regions. Together these three contributions constitute a comprehensive roadmap for how to advance global IR's research agenda. The article provides examples focused on Latin America, highlighting the benefits of the roadmap while also giving agency to regional theoretical debates that are often overlooked in the Global IR debate.

Program TJSL merupakan program yang bisa menjadi dasar dalam menjalin hubungan yang baik dari perusahaan kepada masyarakat di sekitarnya. Kegiatan ini juga terkadang disebut sebagai Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang hadir sebagai program pemberdayaan khalayak di sekitar yang harus dilakukan oleh seorang public relations. Salah satu contoh program TJSL yakni adalah Program pelatihan UMKM di Sembalun, Lombok Timur, yang diselenggarakan oleh LKBN (Lembaga Kantor Berita Nasional) dengan tujuan guna menyejahterakan masyarakat Sembalun sebagai kota wisata terutama mereka yang hidup dari usaha kecil. Untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut tentang proses komunikasi antara LKBN Antara dengan masyarakat di Sembalun, peneliti menggunakan metode Metode kualitatif yakni wawancara mendalam, serta IPPAR Model yang juga digunakan untuk mengetahui komponen etnography public realtions yang dilakukan oleh public relation LKBN Antara saat melakukan program pelatihan tersebut. Abstract:
In the course of the 1970s, one of the principal focuses of the emerging feminist anthropology was the reassessment of issues of gender inequality. Drawing their inspiration from Marxist theory going back to Engels, some works historicized female oppression and analyzed its political and economic determinants. To demonstrate that gender inequality was the product of specific historical formations, the observable gender relations were, at times, opposed to a prior egalitarian social order in which value differentiation was not attached to the gendered labor division (e.g., Leacock 1981). The approach was criticized by those who believed that female subordination characterized present and past societies on which solid documentary evidence was available (e.g., Rosaldo 1974). The idea that gender realtions in some non-western societies were marked by parity prior to the degradation produced by colonization was not abandoned, however, and influenced neighboring disciplines.Recent studies concerned with the transformations of gender relations in sub-Saharan Africa over the twentieth century tend to stress the decline in social and economic position of women. Ethnographic, economic, and historical studies state that the traditional value attached to being female is threatened by the economic and political developments of the last century. Women are said increasingly to lose their previous independence, to have to cater for children and elderly by themselves, and to lose ground in productive activities (Robertson and Berger 1986; Mikell 1997a; Baerends 1998).

Society always experiences critical periods in social life. This critical situations raises people’s trust in everything that is metaphysical as an alternative to solving problems in their social life. Rural communities, especially the people of Banyuwangi, are very thick with cultural values and spritual beliefs that are influenced by osing customs as a history of Blambangan. This study aims to analyze the habitus, capital realm, and social practices of the Kemiren Village community related to culture. This study uses a qualitative method with an ethnographic approch to understand the social setting of Kemiren village. The theory used in this study is sosial practice theory from Pierre Bordieu. The locatin of this research was conducted in the Kemiren Traditional Tourism Village, Banyuwangi regency. The subjects of this research are the community and customary stakeholders who act as cultural agents in customary and cultural social practices. The results of this study indicate that the habitus of the Kemiren village community in carrying out varios traditional rituals. The habitus of community rituals is influenced by internalization and socila structure in the meaning of cultural values carried out by the Kemiren village community. The dominant village community capital and cultural agent is social capital. Cultural agents and the village community have good realtions that are able to create economic benefits and recognition from the Tourism Office and Banyuwangi Goverment.

This research is based on the increasing number of hoax reports that occur in cyberspace, it is necessary to have an action from the apparatus and law enforcers, especially the police, to overcome this. One of the innovative steps that have been taken by the public relation s division of the Parepare Police, is to carry out severly stages of handling hoaxes. In the midst of an era of digital communication and information exchange, the use of online communication media in the public realtions process is an absolute must. In implementing good cyber public relations, it is necessary to have the right strategy which is considered effective and efficient which can be the key to the success of prorgams related to opinion management in cyberspace, including regarding fake news (Hoax). The purpose of this research was to provide a detail description of the communication startegies used by the Police of the City of Parepare in the context of Communication Studies, espesially cyber public relation in the dealing with hoaxes on social media. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The findings of this study were that the Public Relations of Parepare Police in handling hoaxes used four public relations processes from Cutlip which consist of Fact, Finding, Planning Communication and Evaluation.

Summary The development and research of discourse-annotated corpora is a relatively new field, therefore Lithuanian researchers seek to supplement the existing corpora resources and look for ways to study discourse relations by linking and comparing them with their counterparts in other languages because in different languages discourse relations are realized by different linguistic means. The aim of the article is to present the developing available corpora resources drawing on the experience of foreign scholars and to discuss guidelines for translation research at the discourse level. Therefore, the article first deals with the possibilities of expressing discourse relations by using discourse markers as their linguistic realization in different languages, discussing possible choices of translators, taking into account discourse realtions in translation and the use of different linguistic means. The article presents the parallel multilingual corpus TED-MBD (Multilingual discourse-annotated corpus), which is annotated at the discourse level, in accordance with the objectives and principles of PDTB (Penn Discourse Treebank) discourse annotation. The article discusses in detail the annotation system of PDTB discourse markers, the reader is introduced to the hierarchy of senses of discourse relations, the principles of annotation and insights into the application of the PDTB scheme. It also describes the annotation principles of the Lithuanian part of the corpus in accordance with the PDTB discourse annotation rules; the first results related to the expression of discourse relations and the use of discourse markers are discussed. The article also presents the first research guidelines on how to compare Lithuanian and English discourse-annotated texts in order to understand translation tendencies at the discourse level.

Sexual harassment in the workplace has now become a significant social problem and, as a result, criminal legislation in many countries has included provisions prohibiting it. In our country, despite the change in moral standards of permitted forms of sexual behavior, the legislator has not yet implemented the requirements of the Council of Europe Convention On preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (CETS No. 210) (Istanbul Convention). The existing system of criminal law prohibitions does not effectively protect the individual from sexual harassment committed in the sphere of labor relations. Among the varieties of such acts not prohibited by the criminal law the author names the inducement to the actions of a sexual nature (associated with not the use of service dependencies, but regular contacts within the framework of labor relations); physical contact (touch), not conditioned by the nature or content of work, while not forming signs of sexual assault and causing physical pain; verbal or nonverbal abuse of a sexual nature; sexual harassment (harassment); other mental effects of a sexual nature. As shown by the analysis, these forms of deviant behavior has sufficient social danger, and the relative prevalence for their criminalization. The minimum harm from sexual harassment in the workplace is the negative impact on the psyche of the victim (both women and men), the degree of such impact due to the long-term nature of the labor realtions also becomes quite significant. In order to prevent excessive criminalization and reduce the risk of unjustified criminal prosecution, it is proposed to introduce a ban with the so called administrative prejudice, which implies the incurrence of administrative responsibility for sexual harassment in the workplace, and incurrence of criminal one — only for repeated actions of a person previously subjected to administrative punishment.

Di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kota Gunungsitoli, peneliti menemukan bahwa keharmonisan interpersonal (Human Realtions) di antara pegawai, khususnya dalam konteks pelayanan umum, masih belum memadai. Meskipun pelayanan tersebut berkaitan langsung dengan masyarakat, pegawai cenderung menjalankan tugasnya secara individual daripada sebagai sebuah tim. Ketidakseimbangan komunikasi di antara pegawai menghambat efektivitas pelayanan, sehingga konsep human relations tidak diterapkan secara optimal. penting bagi pimpinan untuk mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip human relations ke dalam sistem kerja. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan sikap humanisme di antara para pegawai, menyatukan persepsi pegawai dan memastikan bahwa pekerjaan dilakukan secara kolaboratif, bukan hanya sebagai individu. Pendekatan ini diperlukan untuk mencapai hasil kerja yang memuaskan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh human relations terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Gunungsitoli, teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, dan penyebaran angket (kuesioner) kepada responden pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Gunungsitoli sebanyak 48 orang. Sedangkan pada pengujian analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinan, dan uji hipotesis. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan perhitungan data menggunakan SPSS untuk memperoleh nilai akurat. Hasil penelitian ini, uji t variabel X human relations adalah 5,561 dengan tingkat signifikasi 5% di dapat t tabel sebesar 1.677. Diketahui nilai Sig = 0,000 < 0,05. Maka sesuai dengan interpretasi: Jika nilai Sig < 0,05 atau t hitung > t tabel maka terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X terhadap variabel Y, sebaliknya, Jika nilai Sig > 0,05 atau t hitung < t tabel maka tidak ada pengaruh antara variabel X terhadap variabel Y. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh Human Relations secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Pada hasil perhitungan nilai koefisien determinan (R-Square) human relations terhadap kinerja dapat disimpulkan besaran pengaruh human relations terhadap kinerja sebesar 38,1. Untuk 61,9 % di pengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini

Abstract. Film is a mass media that has a function as entertainment, besides that the film also contains an informative, educative, and persuasive function. Film is also known as a medium of communication, film is an effective means to shape the perspective of society at large. A movie titled “Hancock” is a movie about a public relations practitioner who tries to restore the image of a superhero. This movie also tells a story about the troublesome life of a superhero who has bad image in the eyes of public and media. The purpose of this research is to understand the Reality Level, Representation Level and Ideology Level of public relations role in the movie “Hancock”. The research method is using the qualitative methods with semiotics approach, which is a science about signs. The theory used is John Fiske’s theory of Television Codes which focuses on the Reality Level, Representation level and Ideology Level. In this research the data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, literature study, and interviews. The results of this study conclude that at the reality level it is seen in the form of behavior and appearance which includes expert advisors who provide input, problem solvers in crisis, media relations, providers as well as media relations, communication technicians, public tranquilizers, and case development informants. showed that the role of public relations and Ray Embrey's Appearance tended to be stable when meeting with the public and Hancock as management, namely by using formal equipment in the form of shirts, suits, ties, material trousers and loafers. At the level of representation in the form of a camera code and dialogue code which includes, Framing with Background, Group Shot, Walking Shot, Two Shot, Three Shot, Eye Level, and, Point of View Shot and dialog used by Ray Embrey in this film too very shows the role of public realtions that show that it is an expert communicator and expert advisor by persuasive communication. At the ideological level, there was an ideology that appeared in the Hancock film with discrimination between white and black race and based on the eighth point of the Public Relations International code of ethics. The suggestion for further research is to look for references to books related to semiotics and the role of public relations. Film merupakan media massa yang memiliki fungsi sebagai hiburan, disamping itu juga film mengandung fungsi informatif, edukatif, dan persuasif. Film juga dikenal sebagai media komunikasi, film merupakan salah satu sarana yang efektif untuk membentuk perspektif masyarakat secara luas. Film “Hancock” merupakan sebuah film yang mengangkat kisah tentang perbaikan citra dari seorang pahlawan oleh seorang praktisi public relations. Film ini juga mengangkat persoalan kehidupan seorang pahlawan yang memiliki citra buruk di mata publik dan media. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana level realitas, level representasi, dan level ideology peran public relations dalam film “Hancock”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan semiotika, yaitu suatu ilmu yang mengkaji tentang tanda-tanda. Teori yang digunakan adalah kode-kode televisi John Fiske dimana memfokuskan pada level Realitas, level Representasi, dan level Ideologi. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, dokumentasi, studi pustaka, dan wawancara. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pada level realitas terlihat dalam bentuk perilaku dan penampilan yang meliputi penasihat ahli yang memberikan masukan, pemecah permasalahan ketika dalam krisis, media relations, penyedia juga penyalur hubungan dengan media, teknisi komunikasi, penenang publik, dan informan perkembangan kasus yang menunjukan bahwa adanya peran public relations dan Penampilan Ray Embrey, cenderung stabil ketika bertemu dengan publik dan Hancock sebagai manajemen, yaitu dengan menggunakan stelena formal berupa kemeja, jas, dasi, celana panjang bahan, dan sepatu pantofel. Pada level representasi dalam bentuk kode kamera dan kode dialog yang meliputi, Framing with Background, Group Shot, Walking Shot, Two Shot, Three Shot, Eye Level, dan, Point of View Shot dan dialog yang di gunakan oleh Ray Embrey dalam film ini juga sangat menunjukan peran public realtions yang menunjukan bahwa ia merupakan seorang expert communicator dan penasihat ahli dengan melakukan komunikasi persuasif. Pada level ideologi terlihat adanya Ideologi yang muncul dalam film Hancock terdapat diskriminasi Ras antara kulit putih dengan Ras kulit hitam dan berdasarkan kode etik Public Relations Internasional point ke delapan. Adapun saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah lebih mencari referensi buku terkait dengan semiotika dan peran public relations. This paper presents RealTIS, a Real-time emergent Topic Identification System for user-generated content on the web via social networking services such as Twitter, Weibo, and Facebook. Without user intervention, our proposed RealTIS system can efficiently collect necessary social media posts, construct a quality topic summarization from the vast sea of data, and then automatically identify whether the emerging topics will be out-breaking or just fading into silence. RealTIS uses a time-sliding window to compute the statistics about the basic structure (motifs) variation of the propagation network for a specific topic. These statistics are then used to predict unusual shifts in correlations, make early warning and detect outbreak. Besides, this work also illustrates the mechanism by which our proposed system makes early warning happen.

In this paper we make use of some of the conceptual tools provided by Cognitive Linguistics in order to discuss the issue of knowledge organization. We start off from the account provided by Ruiz de Mendoza (1996), who fleshes out the key ideas of the network organization model postulated by Langacker (1987). In Ruiz de Mendoza's account a semantic characterization consists of what he terms a general definer, which is a kind of semantic invariant, plus a number of prototypical instantiations of the definer. The instantiations are accessed relationally. Our own account tries to improve on Ruiz de Mendoza's initial insights by making his proposal compatible with Langacker's notions of base and profile, and by organizing the resulting description in the form of sets of converging cognitive models, a proposal made by Lakoff (1987) which is fully compatible with the network characterization. To illustrate our view we offer an analysis of the concept of 'mother', which has been variously studied by a number of linguists working within the cognitive paradigm. Our analysis is mainly based on Lakoff's account, but we further structure each converging model in terms of the domains on which it is potentially profiled. This has the advantage of providing a much richer characterization which facilitates the instantiation process.

Cold and hot dark matter (CHDM) model is one of viable models which can reproduce the large scale structure of the universe. HDM may affect structure of clusters of galaxies in CHDM universe. Bryan et al. (1994) gave numerical results of CHDM model that explain some statistical features of X-ray clusters of galaxies, e.g. X-ray luminosiry-temperature realtion, L ∝~ T3.5, without considering radiative processes. However their numerical resolution is insufficient to resolve the cores of X-ray clusters. So, we simulate the formation of clusters in CHDM universe more carefully.

We note that for a wide range of porous, especially granular, ferromagnetics used as matrices of magnetic filter-separators, there is still an issue of defining their demagnetizing factor N which has a dramatic effect on the values of average magnetic permeability of these operating units of filter-separators. The work aims at filling the existent gaps in the issue, we supply N values depending on the relative size of such magnets as well as a respective generalizing phenomenological dependence which is characterized by an exponential realtion between the demagnetizing factor and relative size radical. The established relation allows obtaining real values of magnetic permeability of a short filter matrix thus providing an unbiased comparative estimate of its technological workability.

India and China are two Asian super-powers with developing economies carried on the shoulders of their booming populations. This growth can only be sustained by nurturing their “human resource”. However increasing reports of insufficient public health (PH) initiatives in India when compared to the aggressive PH system of China may prove to be the Achilles’ heels for India. This review compares the PH system in India and China for combating Tuberculosis (TB), the disease responsible for maximum mortality and morbidity by a single infectious agent. While China has acknowledged the disease load and thereafter has methodically improved its reporting, detection, diagnosis and treatment, India is still in denial of the imminent health risk. The Indian PH system still considers TB as a “facultative” disease for which the required control measures are already in place and functioning. Globally, India and China recorded the highest Multi-Drug Resistant TB (MDR) cases notified in 2010 (64000 and 63000, respectively). Additionally non-government sources reported extremely high proportions of MDR in India. Here we have compared the medical, social and economic approaches of the two nations towards better management and control of TB. Does India have lessons to learn from China?

Granulosa cells produce most ovarian function indicators in infertile women like estradiol, AMH, and inhibin B. Female peptide hormone insulinlike factor 3 is produced by theca cell. Signaling of insulin-like factor 3 from theca cell stimulates antral follicle development and theca androgen production. To investigate how INSL3 levels may be a theca cell marker of ovarian reserve and the association with current markers of ovarian reserve, including AFC, FSH, E2, and AMH, in infertile women undertaking assisted reproduction. In this cross-sectional study, 75 Iraqi infertile couples were chosen at Al-Nahrain University's High Institute for Infertility Diagnosis and Assisted Reproductive Technologies from October 2022 to April 2023 for the ICSI cycle. Based on the levels of INSL3 in the serum on the day 2 of the menstrual cycle and on the day of retrieving oocyte in the follicular fluid. A comparison was made with current ovarian reserve markers (AFC, FSH, E2, and AMH) .From 75 infertile women undergoing intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), 21 of them achieved pregnancy. Positive Significant relations were found between serum INSL3 levels and anti-mullerian hormone (AMH and antral follicle count. there were no significant relationships between follicular fluids INSL3 with serum LH, FSH and E2 . The study provides compelling evidence for the significant role of INSL3 in female fertility and its association with the success of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI). Positive correlations between serum INSL3 levels and antimullerian hormone (AMH) and Antral follicle count AFC indicate its potential involvement in ovarian reserve and hormonal regulation

This research utilizes 48 junior auditor of 5 CPA firm in Yogyakarta. Test hypotesis done by using linear regression and Moderatde Regression Analysis (MRA). Result this research proved that leadership style affect the auditor’s performance significantly. This research also shows that organizational commitment cannot moderation relation between leadership style and auditor’s performance. For job satisfaction, this result proved that job satisfaction can moderation realtion between leadership style and auditor’s performance, but with negative affect.

Current social and political realties have focused attention on human trafficking in the United States. Although new mechanisms for criminalizing offenders and protecting victims are increasingly funded and implemented across the country, empirical exploration into the efficacy of these interventions is lacking. This article uses yearly count data on juvenile prostitution arrests aggregated at the state level to explore the criminalization of commercial sexually exploited children post safe harbor policy implementation. Preliminary data from four states suggests that the passage of safe harbor laws may not reduce the number of juveniles arrested for prostitution crimes. Implications for future research are discussed.

The husband and wie relationship is one of the foundations and determines the pattern for the whole relationship in the family. The problem of poor husband and wife relations resulted in many families being separated or falling apart and failure. Fostering a husband and wife relationship is a very important element in the longevity of a marriage. One of the keys to the longevity of a marriage is success in making adjustments between the two. Adjustment is dynamic and a way of thinking that is not rigid. The method used in this study is a literature review. The results of this study are the pattern of husband and wife realtioons in marriage, namely owner-prooperty, head-complement, senior-junior partner, and equal partner. There are two other relationship patterns, namely the division of labor in the domestic area, while the second is done flexibly according to the agreement, the division of tasks between husband and wife. In additioon, there are other aspects in building family harmony with openness between the two, mutual trust, mutual understanding and continuous communication.

Abstract:
Psychological Well-Being adalah suatu kemampuan individu merealisasikan serta mengoptimalkan dirinya dengan cara menerima diri seutuhnya, memilki kemandirian dan tidak terpengaruh dari tekanan luar, mampu mengontrol lingkungan di sekitarnya, mampu membangun relasi sosial, memiliki tujuan hidup yang jelas, serta dapat merealisasikan potensi dirinya secara kontinyu. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi psychological well-being mahasiswa ialah keterlibatan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara keterlibatan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler dengan pscyhological well-being. Pengambil sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Surabaya sebanyak 192 mahasiswa (131 perempuan dan 61 laki-laki). Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah uji hipotesis dengan Pearson. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan adanya korelasi siginifikan positif antara keterlibatan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler dengan psychlogical well-being (r = 0.154, p = 0.033). Sumbangan efektif yang diberikan keterlibatan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler dengan psychological well-being ialah sebesar 2%. Keterlibatan mengikuti ekstrakurikuler berkorelasi dengan aspek psychological well-being yakni aspek personal growth (r = 0.177, p = 0.014) dan aspek positive realtion with others (r = 0.0215, p = 0.003).

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji komponen green intellectual capital (realtional capital, human capital dan structural capital) terhadap bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan kinerja non keuangan. Sampel yang diperoleh 48 perusahaan pertambangan di Indonesia selama dua periode, 2017-2018, yang diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green human capital dan Green structural capital tidak dapat meningkatkan bisnis yang berkelanjutan (sustainable business). Secara total green intellectual capital dapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan (banyaknya award yang diterima). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara perusahaan dan pemangku kepentingan tidak didukung melalui pendekatan kolaboratif. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung teori legitimasi, perusahaan pertambangan melakukan pengungkapan keberlanjutan ingin di legitimasi oleh para pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder). Abstract:
Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) have become a serious public health issue among the rural people in India because of a unique health culture and health seeking behavior. Most rural people are suffering from different types of STDs because of cultural fabrics, poverty, illiteracy, ignorance and poor access to effective treatment. The World Health Organization has also warned that India could be the next nation with the highest number of unreported STD cases, resulting in devastating consequences. This current study, conducted in a rural part of the Hassan district of Karnataka, South India, examined the perceptions and knowledge regarding STDs among rural people. A focus group study conducted among selected purposive samples of both infected (with STD) and non-infected rural people. This study has found that STDs were more prevalent among people in the age group of 25-28 years (50.6%)male respondents (62.6%), people with a low level of literacy (42.2%), professional truck drivers (38.6%), people in the lower income groups (64%), and unmarried people (56%). This study also found vaginites and herpes are the most common types of STDs found among the respondents. The majority of the respondents were not aware about the onset and symptoms of the STDs. People were too shy to seek treatment even from the local healers. Effective public health policies and health promotion programs should be developed regarding the holistic and inclusive health development for the rural people with special references to STDs.
