Abstract:
Introduction. This article discusses the theory of corporate restructuring and its importance in the country. Business restructuring is the redesigning of existing business strategies and aspects for various reasons. Usually a corporate’s varied challenges and financial adjustments to its assets and liabilities necessitates this process. It analyses how the different avenues of business restructuring exercises such as mergers, acquisitions, amalgamations, compromises, and arrangement are processed with in respect to the process provided under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016. Introduction followed by brief Literature Review. Research methods are exploratory in nature, since the study has to explore the impact of IBC on Indian Economy. Results and discussions.

Abstract:
This article reviews a system that is in need of repair in the United States, and engineers are uniquely equipped to help fix it. Although the expenditure per capita on healthcare in the United States is higher than in any other country, the current US healthcare system cannot be sustained, and major improvements are needed. Lives unnecessarily lost each year in the United States due to medical errors are estimated to be as high as 98,000 and injuries over a million. The healthcare system is currently facing many problems and challenges, including rapid changes in medical technology and practice, severe shortages in skilled healthcare workers, and an aging population with increased incidence of disease and disability. The cyber infrastructure will facilitate technology-based, distributed delivery of health services, as well as training and lifelong learning for healthcare workers. It can evolve into an electronic care continuum with pervasive access to global, accurate, and timely medical knowledge for individuals about their health needs in an era of rapid change and expanding knowledge.

Abstract:
This article focuses on various engineering projects that are being undertaken to protect Houston and other cities from future storms. With so much activity in Houston, regional planners and government officials wanted to know exactly how much of an upgrade the region’s coastal defenses needed, that required advanced fluid dynamics models and time on state-of-the-art supercomputers. The model utilizes the latitude, longitude, and the elevation of the ground, both above and below the water. The model can simulate normal tides based on the phase of the moon and wind direction, showing how the water flows in and out of the complex geography of the bay, both above the surface and below. Storm Prediction, Education, and Evacuation from Disasters (SSPEED) Center now leans toward a multiple barrier system combining the mid-bay and lower-bay gate concepts. The combination plan would provide some protection to the towns along Galveston Bay’s coast, while providing additional protection to the Houston ship channel and its critical infrastructure, as well as to the heavily developed west side of the bay.

Abstract:
This article reviews that by integrating its CAD/CAM tools, Boeing’s Space Systems Unit hopes to enhance the quality of its products as it reduces both design- and manufacturing-cycle times. Sharper market competition led management to re-emphasize the practice and couple it with integrated CAD/CAM systems to provide a more supportive environment for concurrent engineering, thereby assuring the customer that cost, schedule, and quality goals would be met. This concept, called integrated product development (IPD), was launched in 1991. Boeing’s intention is to use the IPD strategy to reduce design-cycle time and manufacturing-cycle time as well as recurring costs. To support IPD, the Boeing designers developed electronic change control (ECC), an online system that enables engineers, technicians, manufacturers, and logisticians throughout the company to track and control engineering changes on a network of minicomputers, workstations, and desktops. Among the Unigraphics-based tools Boeing uses in IPD is the electronic development fixture (EDF), a three-dimensional digital model. EDF enables its users to electronically investigate fit, form, function, and interference detection.
