Abstract:
Assessments are the fundamental media between students and educators. This paper aims to evaluate how to create assessments, how students learn from them, and how to link them to the industry and entrepreneurism. The implementation plan postulates how students can generate income from income-generation assessments or business innovation assessments. In this paper, we discuss the involvement of modern industry in assessment. We examine evidence from approximately 100 assessments detailed in 32 subject outlines. We employ a descriptive, pragmatic research methodology to consider whether they can be aligned more with industry expectations and expected duties. We propose a framework to connect with industry and create student income-generating projects. This proposed income-generating assessments framework recommended industry-based assessments with which students can not only earn marks towards a subject but potentially earn an income based on it. This paper extends the idea of peer learning to expert or industry learning: an approach that did not employ in higher education. Our approach supports educators in keeping the assessment up-to-date, enabling students to add more value to their learning of industry products and procedures. Students can directly contribute to the product and procedures and learn from the strategies actively employed in the workplace.

Abstract:
An attempt to clarify when and where at Helmsdale the remarkable group of copper alloy bowls and strainers were found. The bowls are described and discussed, along with the results of analysis of their composition. It appears likely that the bowls consist of a mixture of Continental and British pieces, some manufactured in the later second century AD. Others may be later than this and it is quite possible that the group was not deposited until the third or perhaps even the fourth century AD. Au

Abstract:
The family Elsinoaceae is a relatively poorly known, but important family within Myriangiales, Dothideomycetes. The genera of this family are mostly plant pathogens and causes disease, such as apple and grape scab. In this paper we revisit the family by examining generic types and analysis of molecular sequence data available in GenBank. Elsinoaceae and Myriangeaceae are morphologically and phylogenetically well-supported families in Myriangiales. In Elsinoaceae, 3 to 10 asci form in locules in light coloured pseudoascostromata, which form typical scab-like blemishes on leaf or fruit surfaces, while Myriangeaceae forms raised, superficial, black ascostromata with single asci in each locule, genera may or may not form scab-like lesions. Elsinoe is the type of the family Elsinoaceae and is characterized by forming scab-like blemishes on leaves with few to numerous bitunicate, fissitunicate, globose asci forming inside each locule with a pseudoascostroma containing fungal and host tissues. Following examination of generic type material, Molleriella is retained in Elsinoaceae as it has characters similar to Elsinoe in forming scab-like lesions with pseudoascostromata containing few to numerous bitunicate asci inside each locule. Beelia, Butleria, Hemimyriangium, Hyalotheles, Micularia, Saccardinula, Stephanatheca and Xenodium are excluded from Elsinoaceae and their relative placement in Dothideomycetes is discussed. Fresh collections of these genera are needed so that molecular sequence data can be obtained and analysed to resolve their placement in families or orders of Dothidoemycetes.

Abstract:
AbstractThe phylogenetic relationship between the Alectoriaceae and the Parmeliaceae (lichenized ascomycetes) were studied using sequences of the small subunit of the nuclear ribosomal DNA (SSU rDNA). The Alectoriaceae was represented by specimens of Alectoria ochroleuca and A. sarmentosa, and the Parmeliaceae by Bryoria capillaris, Cetraria islandica, Cornicularia normoerica, Evernia prunastri, Hypogymnia physodes, Parmelia saxatilis, Platismatia glauca, Pleurosticta acetabulum, Usnea florida, Vulpicida juniperina, V. pinastri and Xanthoparmelia conspersa. The results suggest that the Alectoriaceae is derived from within the Parmeliaceae, and it is suggested the families should be treated as synonyms. Morphological and anatomical characters are discussed, and it is concluded that earlier investigations might have overemphasized minor variations in ascus structure.
