Abstract:

Abstract:
25 maja 1988 roku Rada ds. Jednak zapiski Berlanda z czasu ukrywania się pokazują diametralnie inny obraz; Krzyczkowscy to para lumpenproletariuszy z ulicy Siennej, którzy nieustannie oszukują i szantażują przechowywanych u siebie Żydów.

Abstract:
Abstract Quadruple negative breast cancer (QNBC), which refers to triple negative breast cancers (TNBCs) lacking androgen receptor (AR) expression, is now considered to be a highly aggressive BC subtype, with no actionable therapeutic targets. QNBC disproportionately afflicts and impacts patients of African descent. Kinesin family member C1 (KIFC1/HSET), a centrosome clustering protein that prevents cancer cells from undergoing centrosome amplification-induced apoptosis, has been reported to be upregulated in TNBCs and African-American (AA) TNBCs, compared to non-TNBCs and European-American (EA) TNBCs. Herein, we analyzed KIFC1 mRNA levels and their associations with clinical features and outcomes among AR-low and AR-high TNBC patients in three distinct publicly-available gene expression datasets and the Breast cancer gene expression database (bc-GenExMiner). We discovered that KIFC1 levels were significantly higher (p<0.05) in AR-low and basal-like TNBCs compared to AR-high and luminal androgen receptor TNBCs, irrespective of stage, grade, tumor size, and lymph node status. We also observed that KIFC1 levels were upregulated in AR-low versus AR-high black and premenopausal TNBC patients (p<0.05). Furthermore, AR levels negatively correlated with KIFC1 levels among TNBC and basal-like TNBC patients (p<0.0001). High KIFC1 levels conferred significantly shorter overall survival (OS), disease-free survival, and distant metastasis-free survival among AR-low and basal-like TNBC patients in Kaplan-Meier analyses (p<0.05). In conclusion, KIFC1 levels may be upregulated in QNBCs and specifically QNBCs of African descent, wherein it may promote poorer outcomes. In addition, therapeutically targeting KIFC1 in these patient subpopulations could significantly mitigate racial disparities in TNBC outcomes. Abstract:
This research was conducted to analyze and describe the role of the members of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) of the DKI Jakarta Province E Commission 2014-2019 in absorbing the aspirations of the community in the field of education. The research method uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the study that the role of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Parliament Member Commission E in absorbing community aspirations in the education sector still has to be optimized with efforts to intensify programs / activities carried out to the community intensively, so that the public can know the policies produced, and establish an information center and community service so that it can help facilitate the public in expressing their aspirations. School enrollment rates in Jakarta must be increased, the dropout rate at the Jakarta high school level is quite high. This large gap between regions indicates that there is still a need for encouragement for certain regions to be able to catch up with other regions. Because of the importance of the role of the DKI Jakarta Regional Representative Council (DPRD), especially Commission E in the field of community welfare, it is expected to be able to automate the use of IT technology in community management and services concerning community aspirations. Abstract:

Abstract:
At the start of the 21st century, the number of migrants from western and northern Africa, together with their children born in France, approached 20% of the French population. Up to that time, this group of people had found it difficult to obtain posts in the various levels of government, primarily because of their origins. In 2005, Jacques Chirac appointed a person to the ministry of the government whose origin was from the Maghreb. In 2007, Nicolas Sarkozy appointed three women with African origins to the ministry. The actions of the two presidents are seen as attempts to reflect the changing face of France, i.e. the diversity of its people, following the extensive immigration from western and northern Africa in the latter part of the 20th century. Since diversity is a relatively new concept in French politics, academic books and articles on it only really began to appear with the appointment of Azouz Begag in 2005. The elevation of Nicolas Sarkozy to the French presidency in May 2007 saw an increase in their number, but the policy of diversity in the government remains a relatively new subject. The goal of this thesis is to make an assessment of the actions of Presidents Chirac and Sarkozy in their attempts to reflect the diversity of the French people in their governments. In addition, this thesis seeks to examine the reasons for the actions of Jacques Chirac and Nicolas Sarkozy. The political figures who feature in this analysis are Azouz Begag, ministerial delegate for the Promotion of equality in the government of Dominique de Villepin under the presidency of Jacques Chirac, and three females in the government of François Fillon nominated by Nicolas Sarkozy: Rachida Dati, minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals; Fadela Amara, junior minister for Urban Policies; and Rama Yade, junior minister for Human Rights. The first part of the research involves an examination of the four persons nominated by the two Presidents. A profile will be developed, which will include their origin, their experience in the world of politics before their appointment and the expertise that they brought to government. The second part examines the process of appointment of French government ministers. This involves a review of the legal structure as provided by the French constitution, culminating in the current legislation of the Fifth Republic, and the practices of the Presidents of the Fifth Republic in regard to the process of appointment. The third part focuses on the reactions of the French people to these appointments. These reactions will be obtained by a review of opinion polls conducted by major polling organisation, of various articles in the press on the four personalities, and, in addition, the reaction of the French public to them by reference to a range of comments which are posted in various blogs on the internet.

Abstract:
This chapter talks about the Egyptian army that poured out of Ascalon and onto the plain of Sharon. It describes the invasion of the Egyptiam army and advanced elements that attacked Ramla in order to flush out the Frankish garrison. It also mentions the local bishop, Robert of Rouen, who gave the first warning of the Egyptian attack to King Baldwin at Jaffa after seeing enemy scouts raiding around his monastery in Lydda. The chapter explains how the Fatimid army was underestimated and yet considered the largest and best-resourced military force facing the crusader states. It also illustrates the massive Fatimid military base at Ascalon on the southern fringes of the loosely defined border zone between the Latin Kingdom of Jerusalem and Egypt, which remained the only stronghold along the entire coastline by 1125.
