AbstrakDalam mengembangkan kegiatan MICE (Meeting, Incentives, Convention, and Exhibition) di Kota Malang, diperlukan peningkatan pelayanan Bandar Udara (Bandara) Abdul Rachman Saleh berupa pengadaan penerbangan internasional. Hal ini karena bandara tersebut baru sebatas melayani penerbangan domestik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi kegiatan MICE di Kota Malang dan peran Bandar Udara Abdul Rachman Saleh dalam membuat strategi pengembangan kegiatan MICE berdasarkan faktor pendorong dan penghambatnya. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskripsi dan analisis medan kekuatan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, Bandar Udara Abdul Rachman Saleh berpengaruh kuat terhadap pengembangan kegiatan MICE. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan faktor pendorong lain yang juga berpengaruh kuat, yaitu peningkatan kegiatan yang bersifat internasional dan kegiatan MICE yang terintegrasi. Dengan demikian, Bandar Udara Abdul Rachman Saleh dapat diusulkan menjadi bandara internasional agar dapat bersinergi dengan upaya lainnya, seperti peningkatan daya tarik wisata dalam bentuk paket wisata, peningkatan kualitas moda transportasi darat, dan penyelenggaraan kegiatan internasional.Kata kunci: Bandara Abdul Rachman Saleh, pengembangan kegiatan MICE, Kota Malang The Influence of Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport on MICE Activities Development in Malang City: Meeting-Incentives-Convention-Exhibition (MICE) activities in Malang require Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport to serve direct international flights, but until now this airport has only served domestic flights. This study analyzed the potential of international MICE activities in Malang City and the role of Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport in the strategy to organize international MICE activities based on driving and inhibiting factors using descriptive analysis and force field analysis methods. Findings show that Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport has a strong influence on the development of MICE activities, which is consistent with other strong driving factors, namely increasing international activities and integrated MICE activities. For these reasons, this study proposes Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport as an international airport that can serve direct international flights and, as a result, synergize with other efforts to, among other things, increase tourist attraction (included in tour packages), improve the quality of land transportation modes, and organize international activities.Keyword: Abdul Rachman Saleh Airport, MICE event development, Malang City

Abstrak: Rachman Sabur adalah salah seorang sutradara teater dari kelompok Teater Payung Hitam Bandung. Sejak kecil ia sudah mulai suka menonton berbagai pertunjukan seperti sandiwara sunda, tari, wayang dan reog. Proses kreatif Rachman Sabur menyutradarai drama verbal dan teater non verbal mendapat pujian dari berbagai tokoh teater dan mempunyai banyak penonton. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan proses kreatif Graham Wallas yang dikemukakan oleh Irma Damayanti dalam buku Psikologi Seni (2006) yang meliputi Preparation (persiapan), Incubation (pengeraman), Ilumination (ilham, inspirasi), verification (pembuktian atau pengujian). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskritif analisis, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan Rachman Sabur, para pemeran, para pendukung dan pengamat teater dari Bandung. Selain itu juga data diambil dari berbagai ulasan tentang karya-karya penyutradaraannya, ulasan dari surat kabar dan Website dari para pengulas pertunjukan teater yang terpercaya. Dari pendekatan dan metode tersebut akan terurai proses kreatif Rachman Sabur dalam melahirkan karya-karyanya. Kata kunci: Proses Kreatif, Rachman Sabur, Teater Payung Hitam, Graham Wallas Abstract: Rachman Sabur is one of the theater directors of the Bandung Black Payung Theater group. Since childhood, he has started to like watching various performances such as Sundanese plays, dance, wayang and reog. Sabur's creative process in directing verbal dramas and non-verbal theaters has received praise from various theater figures and has a large audience. This study uses the creative process approach of Graham Wallas proposed by Irma Damayanti in the book Psychology of Art (2006) which includes Preparation (preparation), Incubation (incubation), Illumination (inspiration, inspiration), verification (proof or testing). The method used is descriptive analysis, with data collection techniques through interviews with Rachman Sabur, actors, supporters and theater observers from Bandung. In addition, data is also taken from various reviews of his directing works, reviews from newspapers and websites from trusted reviewers of theater performances. The presence of National Forest Park (Tahura) Wan Abdul Rachman is an opportunity to be developed into ecotourism if it is well-managed and have support from stakeholders especially the local community. The purpose of this study is to know the potential of human resource, management capabilities, community support in Tahura Wan Abdul Rachman and to formulate priority development strategy of captive breeding timor deer into ecotourism. This research was conducted during February to April 2017. Data was collected by observation and interview. The data was analyzed descriptively using SWOT analysis. The result showed that the existence of captive timor deer in Tahura Wan Abdul Rachman can be developed into ecotourism because of the support from society and other stakeholder. Management Unit in Tahura Wan Abdul Rachman was implemented the functions of management such as planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. A main priority of strategy to maintain and develop the ecotourism potential based on deer breeding is by improving coordination and cooperation between UPTD Tahura Wan Abdul Rachman as the organizer of deer breeding unit with local Goverment of Lampung Province, private party and community.Keywords: deer breeding, ecotourism, human resource, management.

Abstract:
Tourism is a promising option for developing countries in order to create a prosperous society. Indonesia with its natural wealth and hospitality has the potential to be one of the world's destination countries. One of the potential natural attractions that can be developed for tourism in Lampung Province is the Deer Captive of the Great Forest Park (Tahura) Wan Abdul Rachman. The aims of this study were to determine the perception and motivation of visitors to visit the Deer Captive of Tahura Wan Abdul Rachman. The information is important to provide input for further planning and management of the Deer Captive of Tahura Wan Abdul Rachman. The research was carried out in the Deer Captive of Tahura Wan Abdul Rachman. The study was conducted by interviewing visitors and sampling was done using incidental sampling techniques. The results showed that visitors' perceptions of the uniqueness of Timor Deer were very good, while for visitors' perceptions of accessibility it was stated to be quite good, perceptions of facilities were also stated to be good, and the perception of the addition of tour guides was very good to be included as ancillary services. There are two factors that motivate visitors, namely drivers and pullers. The driving factor for visitors is to increase knowledge about Cervus timorensis and visitors' attracting factors, namely the attraction of Cervus timorensis.

Abstract:
Change of land forest in Wan Abdul Rachman Forest Park became agroforestry, affect of cover condition and decrease the content of soil matter. Nematode was one of the soils biotas that can be used as an indicator of change in the soil status. The aim of study is to know the community and diversity of nematodes on the Utilization Block, Integrated Educational Conservation Forest, Wan Abdul Rachman Great Forest Park. The research was conducted in April to May 2018. The soil samples were taken on arboretum one, arboretum two, arboretum three and arboretum four in Integrated Educational Conservation Forest, Wan Abdul Rachman Great Forest Park. Nematode observations were conducted in the Plant Pests Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. Nematodes was identified to genus level based on morphological traits. The analysis used were including the index of diversity, dominance and similarities between genus arboretum. The results showed that there were 30 genus of nematode consists of 19 plant parasitic nematode genera, six nematoda bacterial-feeding, three nematode fungal-feeding and two predator nematodes. The dominant nematode genera were Criconomella, Helycotylenchulus and Rotylenchulus. The abundance of nematodes ranges from 171-617 individuals/300cm3 soil. The diversity of soil nematodes based on the Shannon-Wienner index ranges from 2,47 – 2,80. The Shannon-Whienner Index criteria were classified as moderate. The Simpson Index ranges from 0,89 – 0,93. The highest similarity index genus in arboretum three and four with a value of 0,81 and the lowest in arboretum two and three which is 0,54. Abstract:
Study on fruit bats’ food remains was conducted in Sub Blok Perhutanan Sosial Hutan Pendidikan Konservasi Terpadu Tahura Wan Abdul Rachman in December 2014 – March 2015. Direct survey was done for indirect signs and mist net for bat species. Three bats species found were family Pteropodidae, Cynopterus horsfieldii, Cynopterus sphinx and Macroglossus sobrinus. Seven food remains identified were six fruits and one leaf. The food plants are luwingan (Ficus hispida), duku (Lancium domesticum), jambu bol (Syzygium malaccense), jambu air (Syzygium aqueum), jambu biji (Psidium guajava), ketapang (Terminalia cattapa), and dadap (Erythrina lithosperma). Relationships between obsessive-compulsive symptoms and several cognitive constructs that are theoretically related to such symptoms were investigated among university students. A total of 211 subjects filled in a measure of the frequency of intrusive thoughts based on Clark and de Silva (1985), Salkovskis' Responsibility Attitudes Scale (RAS) (Salkovskis et al., 2000), the Thought-Action Fusion Scale (TAF) (Shafran, Thordarson, & Rachman, 1996), Wegner and Zanakos' (1994) White Bear Suppression Inventory (WBSI), and the Maudsley Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory (MOCI) (Hodgson & Rachman, 1977). The main hypothesis addressed was that in accordance with Salkovskis' model (1996) responsibility and thought suppression serve as mediators between intrusive thoughts and obsessive-compulsive symptoms as measured with the MOCI. The results were consistent with the model.

ABSTRACT Great Forest Park of Wan Abdul Rachmanhas a suitable conditions for plus palm sugar (Arenga pinnata) plant, so that its plant has a great potential to be developed in the region.Related to its cultivation and development, the identification of plus palm sugar plant is needed in order to fulfill demand the planting material.The purpose of this research are to identify, to figure out thedeploymentlocation, and to create a spreading map of plus palm sugar plant. This research was conducted in the Integrated Conservation Education Forest At Great Forest Wan Abdul Rachman, collection of data was conducted by interview to all of the plus palm sugar plant tappers in the region, in order to collect the information about all the plus palm sugar plant that has productivity more than 15 liters/tree/day. The obtained result from the interview then it was verificated and categorized based on plus palm sugar plant criteria. Data of plus palm sugar plant, then recorded and overlayed in the map of base areaAt Great Forest Wan Abdul Rachman, to create a spreading map of plus palm sugar plant. This research showed that there were 16 plus palm sugar plant identified. Most of the plus palm sugar (93.75 %) growth on altitude of 400--525 upper sea level.Palm plus that have high productivity its those that growth with less of competition and managed in a good way. Abstract:
The pivotal role of inflated responsibility beliefs in the maintenance and treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) has been clearly demonstrated (Rachman, 1993; Salkovskis, 1998; Shafran, 1997; van Oppen & Arntz, 1994). Yet little is known about the origins of these beliefs, their contribution to a sense of inflated responsibility or the symptoms of OCD, or the contribution of personality to inflated responsibility and to OCD, The aims of this thesis were to investigate a model of the inter-relationships among the personality dimensions of neuroticism and psychoticism, inflated responsibility and OCD, and the origins of inflated responsibility to inflated responsibility and to OCD. In order to achieve these aims, a scale was developed to assess the origins of inflated responsibility based upon the five pathways proposed by Salkovskis, Shafran, Rachman, and Freeston (1999) and the additional domains of guilt, vigilance and thought-action fusion (Shafran, Thordarson, & Rachman, 1996; Shafran, Watkins & Charman, 1996; Tallis, 1994). Eighty-four participants with OCD (age M = 43.36) and 74 control participants (age M =37.14) volunteered to participate in the two studies of this thesis. The aim of Study 1 was to develop and validate a measure of the Origins of Inflated Responsibility (OIR). The results of the first study yielded a 25-ttem scale, the Origins of Inflated Responsibility Questionnaire (OIRQ) with five independent factors: responsibility, strictness, protection from responsibility, critical incidents, and peer blame which demonstrated both internal reliability and temporal stability over a 2-week period. In Study 2, participants also completed the Responsibility Attitudes Scale (Salkovskis, Wroe, Gledhill, Morrison, Forrester, Richards, ct al. (2000) (a measure of inflated responsibility), the Padua Inventory (Sanavio, 1988) (to measure of the symptoms of OCD)y and the Eysenck Personality Inventory-Revised (Eysenck & Eysenck, 1991). Multivariatc Analysis of Variance revealed that the OCD group scored higher on all variables than the control group except for strictness where the groups were not different, and psychoticism where the OCD group scored lower. A series of Multiple Regression analyses revealed that both group and the OIR contributed to inflated responsibility (R2 = .56). When all variables, OIR, inflated responsibility and neuroticism were entered as predictors of OCD, 60% of the variance in OCD was explained however, 49% of the variance was shared by the independent variables suggesting the presence of some underlying construct. Structural Equation Modelling, where all the constructs in the model were examined simultaneously, revealed that neuroticism contributed to the OIR, inflated responsibility and OCD. The OIR were also significant predictors of inflated responsibility and indirectly through inflated responsibility predictive of OCD. The OIR also directly predicted OCD and when the total effects are considered, their contribution was greater than the total effect for inflated responsibility alone. The results of these studies provide good support for the origins of inflated responsibility proposed by Salkovskis et al. (1999), as measured by the OIRQ developed for use in the current thesis. The results also support the contribution of inflated responsibility and neuroticism, as well as the OIR, to OCD, The large amount of variance shared by the OIR, inflated responsibility and neuroticism suggest that there might be some underlying construct, perhaps of a biopsychosocial nature, that requires further investigation for its role in the onset and maintenance of OCD. The clinical relevance of these findings is discussed in terms of early prevention strategies and interventions.

Le rachat d'entreprise en difficulté fait partie intégrante de nos jours, du droit des entreprises en difficulté. En effet l'environnement du marché des entreprises en difficulté est complexe à appréhender. Le marché des entreprises en difficulté comprend une multitude d’entreprise présentant de nombreuses difficultés à différents degrés. De nombreux repreneurs d’entreprises en difficulté en ont fait leur métier afin de réaliser un bénéfice lors de la revente de l'entreprise en difficulté une fois redressée. Le rachat d'entreprise en difficulté passe par le repérage de l'entreprise cible, sa valorisation devra permettre d’apprécier l’état financier, juridique et économique dans lequel se trouve l’entreprise. La mise en place du financement du rachat est également un élément important pour favoriser la relance de l'activité afin de procéder au retournement de l'entreprise et ainsi assurer la continuité de l’activité économique. Le législateur souhaitant permettre aux entreprises en difficulté de ne pas déposer le bilan a mis en place de nombreux mécanismes permettant le rachat d'entreprises en difficulté, la législation a évolué en faveur des repreneurs d'entreprises mais protège également le maintien de l'emploi dans les entreprises en difficulté rachetées. D'une manière générale le législateur a souhaité sauver le maximum d'emploi en permettant au repreneur de réaliser leur opération de rachat dans les meilleures conditions possibles. L'évolution des législations a relancé les rachats d'entreprises en difficulté par les repreneurs externes mais également en mettant en place la possibilité pour les salariés de pouvoir racheter leur propre entreprise
Nowadays, the distressed enterprises redemption is an integral part of distressed enterprises law. Indeed, the environment of the distressed enterprises’ market is difficult to apprehend. This market includes a variety of enterprises presenting several difficulties to different degrees. It’s the vocation of many distressed enterprises’ transferees in order to make a profit when the company in a financial difficulty is restructured and resold. The distressed company’s buyout has to go through the identification of the target firm. Its value will enable to appreciate the financial state, the legal and economic state in which is the company. The buyout funding’s establishment is also an important element to encourage the recovery of the activity in order to take back the firm on its feet and hence to ensure the economic activity’s stability. The legislator’s intent is to ensure companies in financial difficulties not falling into bankruptcy. Therefore, he set up many procedures providing the distressed enterprises’ redemption. The law has evolved in favor of companies’ transferees but protects also the continuity of employment in those kind of companies. In general terms, the legislator wanted to save employments as many as possible permitting the transferees to achieve their redemption operations in the best possible conditions. The law evolution has restart the distressed company’s buyout by external transferees but also by setting the possibility for the employees to buyout their own company

Les résultats empiriques montrent, dans un premier temps, que la réaction du marché à l’annonce d’un programme de rachat et l’évolution des cours durant la période qui suit cet événement sont favorables. Ils révèlent, dans un second temps, qu’un taux de rendement en dividende élevé, un niveau de free cash-flow important et une évolution défavorable des cours avant l’annonce sont les principaux facteurs qui conduisent les entreprises à procéder effectivement à des rachats d’actions propres. Dans un troisième temps, nous trouvons que le développement récent des plans de stock-options est également une des explications du recours accru des entreprises françaises aux rachats. Enfin, la troisième partie s’intéresse aux offres publiques de rachat d’actions. Au vu des résultats, la réaction à l’annonce d’une offre est positive. En outre, elle est plus favorable que celle associée aux annonces des programmes de rachat

Abstract:
Les rachats par la société de ses droits sociaux (actions et parts sociales) se scindent en deux catégories bien distinctes (Première partie). Alors que les rachats liés à une réduction du capital sont des opérations inverses de l'apport en société, des remboursements d'apports (rachats-reboursements), les rachats non liés à une telle réduction sont des cessions (rachats-cessions). Cette dualité de nature éclaire une dualité de traitement. Les rachats-remboursements ont toujours, et pour tous les types de sociétés, été autorisés. Cela est logique : à l'acte de naissance de l'action qu'est l'apport répond son acte de décès : le remboursement d'apport. Ces deux actes contraires participent du cycle ordinaire de la vie d'une société. Les rachats-cessions, bien au contraire, cristallisent toutes les peurs, y compris les plus irrationnelles. Car se porter cessionnaire de ses propres droits sociaux est de prime abord un rapport à soi-même anormal, voire malsain. C'est pourquoi ces opérations, longtemps prohibées, le demeurent en partie. Cette analyse permet de démystifier les rachats-cessions, pour en proposer la libéralisation (deuxième partie). Certes, de tels rachats comportent de réels dangers. Mais ces dangers sont souvent exagérés. De plus le droit positif les éradique efficacement. Or, les rachats-cessions présentent par ailleurs d'innombrables utilités, souvent insoupçonnées, de sorte qu'au final rien ne justifie de continuer à les brider : il faut poursuivre la réforme amorcée par la loi du 2 juillet 1998. La libéralisation proposée suit deux axes. En premier lieu, il est souhaitable d'unifier les nombreuses procédures de rachats-cessions, en supprimant les rachats finalisés, et en généralisant les programmes de rachats à toutes fins utiles. En second lieu, il faudrait perfectionner cette règlementation, en élargissant le domaine de l'auto-détention (suppression des plafonds d'auto-détention ; droit pour la SARL d'auto-détenir ses parts sociales) et les modes de rachat (reconnaissance et encadrement des bons de rachat d'actions ; légalisation des actions rachetables), tout en protégeant mieux les associés des dangers du rachat
The repurchases by a company of its own shares split in two very distinct categories in the sight of their juridical nature (first part). Whereas the repurchases linked to capital reduction are capital invested reversed operation, "capital invested's reimbursement" ("repurchases-reimbursements"), the repurchases not linked to such reduction are transfers ("repurchases-transfers"). This nature's duality throws light on a treatment's duality. The repurchases-reimbursement have always and for any companies'types been authorised. This is logical : as the capital invested is essential to the company, the capital invested's reimbursement, reversed reflection, is too. The repurchases-transfers, on the very contrary, crystallize all the fears, including the most irrational. Because putting in a bid for one's own shares is a first sight an abnormal, indeed nasty relationship with oneself. This is the reason why these operations, for a long time prohibited, remain in part. This analysis permits to demystify the repurchases-transfers to propose their liberalization (second part). Admittedly such repurchases involve real dangers. But these dangers are often exaggerated. Moreover the positive law eradicate them effectively. Whereas the repurchases-tranfers otherwise show countless uses, often unsuspected, so that in the end going on restraining them is quite unjustified : the reform initiated by the july 2nd, 1998 law must be continued. The here proposed liberalization follows two main lines. In the first place, it's desirable to unify the numerous repurchases-transfers' procedures, by abolishing the targetted repurchases and by generalizing the repurchases' programmes for any useful purpose. In the second place, it's necessary to improve these regulations by increasing the self-holding domain (abolition of the self-holding's ceilings ; right for the SARL to hold its own shares) and the modes of repurchases (recognition and regulation of the repurchase's shares' bonds ; redeemable shares' legalization), while protecting better the shareholders from the repurchase's risks
