Abstract:

<p>Land use conversion is a phenomenon of land use changes. The changes of land use and climate will affect on agricultural productivity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the changes of land use and climate that occurred in Jumantono District and the correlation between the land use conversion and the climate changes to agricultural productivity. This research was conducted in Jumantono District and Laboratory of Pedoogy and Climatology in Agriculture Faculty. Data be analyzed quantitavie descriptively and by correlation. The results showed that there was a change of land use area according to BPS in 2006-2007 and according to Google Earth Image analysis in 2004-2011 or 2011-2014 there ware changes of land use. Statistical analysis showed that land use changes and climate changes was significally correlated with land productivity.</p>

Abstract:

The research aims to know the implementation of Financial Accounting Standards for Entities without Public Accontability (SAK-ETAP) Chapter 15 on Fixed Assets in Cooperatives in Gorontalo City. The research applies descriptive quantitavie method. There are 10 coorperatives in Gorontalo City as the sample which are taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses questionnaires while the validity and reliability test uses the SPSS program. The finding indicates that the 10 cooperatives classified as healthy by the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives, and SMEs of Gorontalo City have not fully implemented the SAK-ETAP Chapter 15 on Fixed Assets. There are only 6 out of the 16 statements which are fully implemented according to the indicators of SAK-ETAP Chapter 15 on Fixed Assets, and 10 statements are not fully implemented according to the applicable standards. This is due to the cooperatives’ lack of understanding of humman resources regarding SAK-ETAP Chapter 15 on Fixed Assets.

Abstract:

AbstractThis research was aimed to determine whether youtube video significantly effected the tenth graders’ writing procedural text achievement at SMA Corpatarin or not. This research was experimental research. The population of this research were 38 students and through random sampling method, control class (19 students) and experimental class (19 students) were taken. To attain the objective, data were colleted by the pre and post-test to both classes. The quantitavie data analysis was conducted with the SPSS version 17. To test the hypotheses, the researcher used normality test and homogeneity test. The results of the data analysis showed that the sample data of this research was normally distributed and homogeneous population variance and based on hypotheses test showed Sig.2-tailed (0.000) < Sig.level (0.05). It can be concluded that youtube video significantly affected the tenth graders’ writing procedural text achievement at SMA Corpatarin. Abstract:

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of accounting information systems, education level, and gender on the success of SMEs in Buleleng Sub-District. This research method used on this study is a survey research method through a quantitavie approach. The population in this study are SME owners who registered using Micro Credit Program in Buleleng Sub-Distrct. So that the number of samples obtained 146 respondents by determining the purposive sampling technique. The data that has been collected using a questionnaire will be analyzed using a simple linear analysis method and hypothesis testing through SPSS v.24 for Windows program. The results showed that (1) the use of accounting informastion system had a positive effect on the success of SMEs, (2) the level of education had a positive efect on the success of SMEs, and (3) Gender had a positive effect on the success of SMEs in Buleleng Sub-District.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh antara brand image dan experiential marketing sebagai variabel independen terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebagai varibel dependen pada hotel OYO di Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quantitative dengan responden 110 orang yang berusia 18 – 50 tahun. Kuesioner one-on-one diterapkan pada pelanggan hotel OYO yang pernah menginap minimal 1 kali di hotel OYO di Surabaya. Setelah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas indikator penelitian, maka dilakukan uji hipotesis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Instrumen penelitan berupa observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan skala likert. Hasil peenlitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, tetapi berbeda dengan experiential marketing yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen. This study aims to research is there any influence between brand image and experiental marketing as independent variable to customer satisfaction as dependent variable in OYO Hotels in Surabaya. This study used quantitavie method and using 110 people as a respondents with a vulnerable age of 18-50 years. In the context of this field research, an one-on-one quistionnare has been applied on customer OYO hotels people who have stay at least 1 time in OYO Hotels in Surabaya. After testing the validation and reliability of the research indicators, a hypothesis test was conducted. The technique to analyse of this research was regression linier. Instrument this research are observation, interview, and questionniare that analyzed using likert scale This research’s result showed that brand image does not influence customer satisfaction, but the different result was founded thah experiential marketing influence significantly to customer satisfaction.

This research is aimed to know students perception concering to lecturer’s performance in block system learning model. Focus and research subject is students informatics managemen study program in LP3I Polytechnic. This research using quantitavie descrivtive method with likert scale survey questionnaire. The results of this research after analyzing questionnaire data from students with the 200 population an take only 67 as respondent after counting using Slovin formula, that we have known: 1) students experience in learning process we got highest mean score 3.92%; 2) learning plan as lecturer prepared before learning process in questionnaire statement “lecturer prepare and and use learning design on semester (RPS) as guidelines for learning implementation proses” was getting highest mean score 3,79%; 3) in implementation learning that have done by lecturer, was getting highest mean score on 4,01% and lowest mean score on 3.26%; 4) in assessment learning, got mean score on 3.65%; 5) in infrastructures, we got highest mean score on 3.82% and lowest mean score on 3.29% from questionnaire statement of “the classroom and the laboratory capacity is support for getting purpose success leaning; 6) the last components is the use of technology in learning we got mean score 3.37%.

Abstract:

Abstract The results of researches of sorption processes of surface layers of components of sand moulds covered by protective coatings are presented in the hereby paper. Investigations comprised various types of sand grains of moulding sands with furan resin: silica sand, reclaimed sand and calcined in temperature of 700°C silica sand. Two kinds of alcoholic protective coatings were used - zirconium and zirconium - graphite. Tests were performed under condition of a constant temperature within the range 30 - 35°C and high relative air humidity 75 - 80%. To analyze the role of sand grains in sorption processes quantitavie moisture sorption with use of gravimetric method and ultrasonic method were used in measurements. The tendency to moisture sorption of surface layers of sand moulds according to the different kinds of sand grains was specified. The effectiveness of protective action of coatings from moisture sorption was analyzed as well. Knowledge of the role of sand grains from the viewpoint of capacity for moisture sorption is important due to the surface casting defects occurrence. In particular, that are defects of a gaseous origin caused by too high moisture content of moulds, especially in surface layers.

Abstract The results of investigations of the sorption process of surface layers of sand moulds covered by zirconium and zirconium - graphite alcohol coatings are presented in the paper. Investigations comprised two kinds of sand grains (silica sand and reclaimed sand) of moulding sand with furan resin. Tests were performed under conditions of a high relative air humidity 75 - 85% and a constant temperature within the range 28 – 33°C. To evaluate the effectiveness of coatings protective action from moisture penetration into surface layers of sand moulds gravimetric method of quantitavie moisture sorption and ultrasonic method were applied in measurements. The optimal number and kind of coatings from the viewpoint of protection from moisture sorption were specified for furan moulding sands with quartz sand and reclaimed sand as well. Knowledge of proper coatings selection is important due to protection from high air humidity and its adverse effects. What is more, it can allow to select the proper storage conditions of casting moulds waiting for being poured with liquid metals. This can limit the occurrence of surface defects which are caused by too high humidity of casting moulds, especially in surface layer.

Abstract:

Many EFL learners show higher achievement, feel more satisfied with their learning experiences, and display higher motivation to develop their English when they are engaged in collaborative learning. However, others display lack of contribution, low commitment, bad time management, and passive membership during the collaboration with other learners. In this case, teachers’ role is paramount to provide constructive feedback and supervise the learners to eliminate these potential issues. This research was conducted by involving both local and international EFL students in Indonesian context and addressed how local and international students of English Education at University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) perceived group assignment. The research involved 7 international (Thai) students and 7 local (Indonesian) students, studying at English Education of UMM, academic year 2015. The instruments were questionnaires (likert scale and open-ended questions) and interview, which were anayzed using both quantitavie and qualitative method.This mixed method helped the researchers obtain comprehensive data and required information. The classified data was analyzed by calculating each item using descriptive statistic for close ended questions and descriptive interpretation for open ended questions and interview items. The investigation found that the students completely realized the positive effects of group work advancing their academic performance and developing their personal attitudes. Therefore, applying collaborative learning as a part of teaching activity in EFL context is highly encouraged to help learners perform better both academically and individually.

Jatiluhur Reservoir is one of the largest reservoirs in West Java which has many functions, one of which is for aquaculture with the KJA system. But along with the development of KJA activity in the Jatiluhur Reservoir it has become one of the factors causing the decline in water quality of the Jatiluhur Reservoir. Therefore the Purwakarta Regency government made a program called Operation Jatiluhur Jernih Lake through the Decree of the Regent of Purwakarta No.523.31.05 / Kep.286-DLH / 2017. This program had a purpose to curb a number of cageculture in Jatiluhur Dam. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the program as an effort to save the condition of reservoir water and to analyze the impact of the program to the sosio-economic condition of the farmer. The methode that used in this study was quantitavie methode based on the effectivity value from the quisioner and the qualitative method by analyzing data from interview. the results of this study indicate that the Jatiluhur Lake Operations program is running quite effectively with the acquisition of a score of 60.37%, which means this program has a pretty good value in efforts to save the water conditions of the Jatiluhur reservoir. But on the other hand this program has a significant impact, especially on the socio-economic conditions of farmers such as decreasing income levels, rising potential for unemployment, increasing levels of difficulty in fulfilling the needs of life, and also reducing the supply of fish in the Jatiluhur Reservoir

Abstract:

This study aims to examine the effect of Shari’ah Supervisory Board characteristics on financial soundness of Islamic banks in Indonesia. This research was conducted by quantitavie method and used data of Islamic banks listed in Financial Service Authority of Indonesia (OJK) at 2015-2019. Total sample was 13 islamic banks for each period. This research used RGEC method as main and newest measurement financial soundness of Indonesian banks. This research also used CAMEL method and Z-Score method as a robustness or additional test. Characteristics of Shari’ah Supervisory Board in this research represented by board size, multi-position, board education levels and meeting frequency.The result of this this study conclude that board size only affects financial soundness of Islamic banks from GCG mechanism and Cash Adequacy Ratio aspects. And multi positions of board will affects financial soundness of Islamic banks from Non Performing Financing, Return On Assets and Operational Expense Toward Operational Income aspects. While, board education levels didn’t have any significant impact on financial soundness of Indonesian Islamic banks in every aspects of RGEC method. And the meeting frequency only affects financial soundness of Indonesian Islamic banks from Operational Expense Toward Operational Income aspects. CAMEL method as the first robustness test showed that all of Shariah Supervisory Board characteristics didn’t have any significant impact on financial soundness of Indonesian Islamic banks while, the Z-Score as the second additional test found that only multi position which was give a significant impact on financial soundness of Indonesian Islamic banks.

La situación acaecida como consecuencia de la Covid-19 ha supuesto un empuje forzoso al incremento en el uso de esta tipología de trabajo. Abstract:

Many economists, monetary policy makers and bankers view interest rates as an efficient tool for allocating funds, evaluating the efficiency of projects, and measuring financing costs, and that they are the main indicator of many economic variables and phenomena. Other variables, and enables those authorities to implement the monetary policy desired by them. This has led to an important fact, which is that interest rates have lost their effectiveness as a tool for resource allocation or as an influence on economic, credit and monetary policies, and then central banks resorted to new and unconventional tools and forms of monetary policy with the aim of pumping additional liquidity into the banking system or stimulating economic activity. These unconventional policies are the quantitative easing policy that is called quantitative easing sometimes or credit easing at other times, which is based on the central bank’s resort to buying troubled assets that caused a lack of liquidity in commercial banks, or buying assets and government securities from those banks in order to enable them to Adjusting its liquidity position and resuming its lending activity.

Abstract:

В статье представлены современные методы диагностики инфекций, передаваемых половым путем, их преимущества и недостатки, показания к применению. Описаны возможности количественной полимеразной цепной реакции для диагностики воспалительных заболеваний и дисбиотических состояний у мужчин и женщин. Данный метод, являющийся в настоящее время «золотым стандартом» диагностики урогенитальной патологии, имеет неоспоримые преимущества перед микробиологическими методами и полимеразной цепной реакцией в качественном формате: менее жесткие требования к преаналитическому этапу для сохранения количественных соотношений между микроорганизмами (нуклеиновыми кислотами микроорганизмов), значительно меньший риск влияния на результат исследования контаминации образцов микроорганизмами из внешней среды, равные условия по чувствительности и специфичности для всех микроорганизмов, в том числе некультивируемых и труднокультивируемых, возможность контроля взятия материала и оценки состояния микробиоты по отношению микроорганизмов и их групп друг к другу, скорость получения результата и возможность исследования неинвазивно взятых образцов.

Abstract:

Importance of the Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) have already crossed the border of mere target DNA sequence present or absence analysis. For number analyses e.g. Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) or gene expression assesment the DNA quantification is demanded. Real-time (or quantitative) PCR is the most used tool for nucleic acids quantification. PCR efficiency has relevant importance on DNA quantification – it should be almost same for each PCR and its value should varied between 90–100%. There are a lot of PCR enhancers and inhibitors well known. We described impact of used DNA solvent and used laboratory plastic on real-time PCR efficiency.

Abstract:

RESUMO Com o crescimento populacional e a ampliação das regiões áridas, é necessário buscar formas de reduzir o consumo de água potável. Entre as soluções se encontra o reúso de água para fins menos nobres, como rega de jardins e descargas em vasos sanitários. O tratamento e o armazenamento de volumes adequados para as demandas desses usos são essenciais, uma vez que tornam o sistema mais atrativo, reduzindo os custos envolvidos. Este artigo busca quantificar os volumes de água cinza produzidos e consumidos por um sistema condominial, cuja utilização é exclusiva para a descarga em vasos sanitários e rega dos jardins. A pesquisa utilizou-se de informações sobre o consumo de água potável, bem como a instalação de dispositivo capaz de fornecer a variação de volume instantâneo nos reservatórios de águas cinza. Com base nos volumes e na população residente foi possível determinar os volumes de água cinza produzidos e consumidos no empreendimento. O consumo médio per capita determinado para essas águas foi separado de acordo com os usos, sendo 25,3 L.hab-1.dia-1 para as descargas e 13,05 L.hab-1.dia-1 para irrigação. Comparando esses volumes com a capacidade dos reservatórios, foram definidos volumes ótimos de armazenamento até dez vezes inferiores aos executados. No decorrer do trabalho, foram apresentados critérios apropriados para cálculo das vazões dos sistemas de tratamento e dos volumes de reservação ideais, que podem ser balizadores de pesquisas abrangentes.

Abstract:

The use of a simple and reproducible model is inevitable for objective statement of the effects of external factors on wound healing. Hence, present study was conducted to establish an excisional model of skin wound healing in corticosteroid treated, and streptozotocine induced diabetic rats as well as to standardized the semi-quantitative and quantitative evaluation of selected parameters. Round full thickness skin wounds were performed on the back of male Sprague-Dawley rats. Animals were sacrificed two, six, and fourteen days after surgery. Sections were stained with hematoxylin-eosin and van Gieson. Both semi-quantitative (wound reepithelization; presence of: inflammatory cells, fibroblasts, new wessels, and collagen) and quantitative methods (polymorphonuclear leucocytes/tissue macrophages ratio, percentage of re-epithelization, area of the granulation tissue) were used to evaluate the histological changes during wound healing. As compared to the control group the wound healing process of both experimental groups was decelerated. Interestingly, wound reepithelization and angiogenesis were significantly inhibited only in the steroid rats while epithelization was accelerated in diabetic rats. In conclusion, when compared to primary sutured wound healing it can be concluded that the excisional model is more appropriate for histological assessment of the effect of various factors on wound healing. In addition, administration of corticosteroids represents simple and inexpensive model of a complex skin wound healing impairment.

Abstract:

The paper presents a series of models used to identify the characteristics of the Romanian agriculture in the 1960–2006 period of time. Using econometric methods we try to identify significant differences between agricultural productions obtained before and after the year of the Revolution. Thus, following the dynamics of time series considered we identified two different time periods. The first is located before the 1989 revolution, and the second in the period that followed it. The two periods are different compared to the evolution of the considered indicators.
