Abstract:

The Siratur gold deposit is located in the northern part of the South Ural segment of the Main Ural Fault. Its ore zone is confined to the area of the tectonic junction of the serpentinite of the Nurali massif and the submeridional strip of carbonaceous schists of the Ordovician Polyakovka Formation. Its composition is widely represented basalts with chemical characteristics of the main effusive rocks of the mid-ocean ridges. In the black shale deposits of the Siratur deposit, gold ore mineralization is mainly represented by the gold-sulfide vein-disseminated type, and in the listwanite-beresite complex, gold-quartz-low-sulfide vein-streaked type. Microprobe studies of zolotins showed that gold in ores of the first type has a low-qality of 670–820, and in the second — 940–970. The deposit can be attributed to the polygenic and polychronous type.

Abstract:

Effect of application of government accounting standards, implementation of regional management information systems, and government internal control systems on the quality of financial statements at the regional government of seluma district. This research used a quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaires. Respondents of this research were 26 OPD of part of a financial manager a the regonal governmnt of seluma district. The Variables in thiss researcch is the government accounting standards, implementation of regional management information systems, and govrnment internal contcl systems as independent variables, as well the qualty of local governmnt financiial statements as the dependent variable. The data were analyzed with multiple regression method. The results of hypothesis shown that the government accounting standards, implementation of regional management information systems, and governent internal contral systems give the impact add it was positive to the qality of financial statemnts at the ragional govermment of seluma district.Key words: Management Information Systems, And Government internal Control Systems.

Abstract:

Purpose: Many knee pathologies negatively affects the quality of life of patients. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between type of pathology, duration of rehabilitation and quality of life. Method: 154 (mean age, 34.74 ± 11.8 years, 73 women) patients with meniscectomy, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, and patellofemoral pain syndrome treated conservatively were included in the study. The mean follow-up was 14.5 (range, 8-20) months. The patients were divided into 3 groups; meniscectomy group (Group 1; 52 patients; mean age, 37.0 ± 8.9, 27 women), anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction group (Group 2; 47 patients; mean age, 28.6 ± 8.5 years, 11 women) and patellofemoral pain syndrome group (Group 3; 50 patients; mean age, 37.7 ± 13.6, 35 women). Short Form (SF-36) was used to assess the quality of life. One-way ANOVA was used for statistical analysis with the SPSS 20 software. p <0.05 was considered significant. Results: Group 2 was found significantly younger (p=0.001). The SF-36 subscales exept physical role and mental health were different among groups ( Table 1 ). When this difference was analysed, social, physical and mental health were found to be better in Group 2. [Table: see text] Conclusion: Quality of life and function of the patients appears to be significantly better in the anterior cruciate ligament group. Anterior cruciate ligament injury usually affects the younger population and they have higher motivation for treatment. In addition, we believe that patients takes longer rehabilitation program has better qality of life.

Abstract:

Heat milk stability (thermostability, TES) is important technological feature which can contribute to create higher added value in the dairy industry. The aim of this paper was to evaluate the seasonal dynamics and relationships of TES to other milk qality indicators in the results of an exceptionally large data set of bulk samples without technological compositional modification and acidity adjustment, just with native raw cow milk. There were carried out 2,634 of TES measurements including other milk indicators during 3 years under controlled farm conditions. Results were processed by polyfactorial linear model of variance analysis and linear and nonlinear regression method. Correlation indexes of seasonal dependence of milk indicators such as fat content (F), crude protein content (CP), lactose monohydrate concentration (L), solids non‑fat content (SNF), total solids (TS), urea concentration (U), F/CP ratio, F/L ratio, milk freezing point (MFP), somatic cell count (SCC), total count of mesophilic microorganisms (TCM) and coli‑form bacteria count (COLI) were significant (P < 0.05 and < 0.01) including TES (r = 0.869; P < 0.01), with the exception of F/CP (P > 0.05). The seasonal dynamics of milk TES values corresponds positively with the trends of U and L. The negative seasonal trends are between milk TES and F, CP, SNF, TS, F/CP, F/L and MFP. Significant (P ≤ 0.1) negative seasonal correlations were between TES and F, CP, TS and F/L (–0.56, –0.55, –0.54 and –0.57). Significant (P ≤ 0.05) positive seasonal correlations were between TES and U and TCM (0.62 and 0.58). Insignificant (P > 0.1) negative seasonal correlations were found between TES and SNF, F/CP and MFP (–0.49, –0.29 and –0.16). Insignificant (P > 0.1) positive seasonal correlations were between TES and L, SCC and COLI (0.44, 0.42 and 0.43). Performed explanation of possible effects of chosen factors on raw cow milk TES can allow efficient selection of raw material for its processing by technological treatment under high temperature into relevant dairy products.

Abstract:

Introduction: The worldwide pandemic of bronchial asthma (BA) is creating severe challenges for health care specialists. Asthma patients feature a number of psycho-emotional and cognitive impairments, mark the reduction of quality of life which limits response to therapy. The aim: to investigate psycho-emotional features, state of cognitive function and assess bronchial asthma patients quality of life. Materials and methods: 142 patients (61 men and 81 women) with bronchial asthma aged 19 - 57 y.o. were examined. The main group consisted of 78 patients with an uncontrolled course of asthma (UCBA). 64 patients with controlled asthma (CBA) were included in the comparison group. The subjective assessments of quality of life by questionnaire SF-36, assessment of asthma-dependent quality of life (AQLQ) was made. The patients’ emotional and psychological profile was assessed using the following tests and scales: MMSE, Montreal Scale for Assessing Cognitive Function, Hospital Alert and Depression (HADS) scale with a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the results. Results: According to the results obtained, the averaged profiles of the patients’ quality of life demonstrated the negative effects of asthma, especially its uncontrolled form. There were statistically significant differences in the quality of life in patients with UCBA according to the five criteria of the MOS SF-36 questionnaire as compared to the CBA group ( physical functioning, role-playing, caused by physical condition, general health, social functioning, viability). A comparison of the specific quality of life with the help of the AQLQ questionnaire revealed a significant negative effect of the uncontrolled course of the illness on the patients’ quality of life. The correlation analysis of the relationship between the course of asthma and the parameters of a specific life qality showed a close correlation between the level of asthma control and the overall evaluation of specific quality of life (r = 0 , 62; p < 0.001). The results of neuropsychological examinations in UCBA patients showed the presence of light predemention cognitive impairments. Manifestations of anxiety-depressive disorders were found in 44 (56.41%) patients in the main group, while in the comparison group, the symptoms of anxiety and depression were observed in 14 (21.88%) cases. Patients with UCBA noted a higher level of anxiety (11.5 ± 1.2 versus 6.9 ± 1.4, p <0.05), depression (8.3 ± 2.3 versus 5.6 ± 3.9) on the HADS scale compared with patients with CBA Conclusion: The psycho-emotional features revealed in UCBA patients can determine the prognosis of the disease and justify the expediency of additional diagnostic and therapeutic psychotherapeutic measures.

Onun sonrakı nəsillərə qoyub getdiyi gözəl nümunələr mənəvi dəyərlərin inkişafında tükənməz rola malikdir. Şairin atası mövləvi şeiyxlərindən olmuş, Mövlanaya olan sonsuz məhəbbəti atası vasitəsilə şairə siraət etmişdir. Qalib divanında o da məlum olur ki, şair Mövlananın “Məsnəvi”sini on bir dəfə oxuyub. Həyatını o ibrətamiz hekayətlər əsasında yaşamağı əsas tutub. Bir müddət III Səlimin sarayında yaşayan şair ona olan sonsuz hörmətini divanında lirik boyalarla əks etdirmişdir. Divanda III Səlimə həsr olunmuş xeyli şeirlər var. Şeyx Qalib yaradıcılığının tədqiqinə Türkiyədə hələ əsrin əvvəllərində müraciət olunub. Şairin yaradıcılığı haqqında ilk məlumat verənlərdən biri F. The excellent examples that he left for the next generations play an inexhaustible role in the development of moral values. The poet's father was one of the Mavlavi sheikhs, and his endless love for Mavlana was passed on to the poet through his father. It is also known that on the divan of Ghalib the poet read Maulana's "Masnavi" eleven times. He built his life on these cautionary tales. The poet, who lived for some time in the palace of Selim III, reflected in lyrical colors on the sofa his infinite respect for him. The Divan has many poems dedicated to Selim III. The study of the work of Sheikh Ghalib was addressed in Turkey at the beginning of the century. F. Köprül was one of the first to inform about the poet's work. Then we can show H. Ayan, M. Nurdogan, N. Okcha and others. Among those who spoke about the poet for the first time in Azerbaijan, we can name M. Guluzade, A. Abi, H. Hummatova. Şeyx Qalib divanında Füzuliyə həsr olunmuş şeirlər arasında təxmislərlər xüsusi yer tutur. Bu onu göstərir ki, hər iki şairin əsərlərində forma və məzmun baxımından ortaq xüsusiyyətlər vardır. Mövzu baxımından hər iki şairin yaradıcılığında məhəbbət mövzusu öndə gedən yerlərdən birini tutur. The common denominator that unites these two artists is their theme in terms of both theme and genre. His poems in the ghazal genre are reminiscent of Fuzuli's ghazals. Among the poems dedicated to Fizuli in Sheikh Galib's divan, takhmis have a special place. This shows that both poets have common features in their work in terms of form and content. From the point of view of the theme, the theme of love occupies a leading place in the works of both poets. These poets, who sang of divine love with infinite love, experienced the sufferings of worldly love and were able to turn their emotional turmoil into poetry by living a life full of destiny. Abstract:

Azərbaycanda uzun müddət işlənilən neft yataqlarının tədqiqi göstərdi ki, quruda qalıq ehtiyatları təqribi olaraq 150 milyon ton, dəniz yataqlarında isə 600 milyon tondur. Əsas məsələ işlənmənin son mərhələsində laylardan neft hasilatını artırmaq üçün müxtəlif üsulların düzgün seçiminə qərar verməkdir. Neftvermənin artırılması və qalıq neftin çıxarılması neft sənayesinin əsas vəzifələrindən biridir. Abşeron neft yataqlarının işlənməsi praktikası göstərir ki, quyuların məhsullarında su fazası yaranmağa başlayıb. Bu mənfi hal lay neftinin debitinin azalmasına səbəbdir ki, bu da quyuda suyun yaranması və neft həcmlərinin azalmasından xəbər verir. Böyük ehtiyatlara malik aşağıkeçiricilyi olan tükənmiş kollektorların işlənilməsində laya suyun vurulması yolu ilə lay təzyiqinin saxlanılması müşayiət olunur. Məqalədə proses mikroskopik səviyyədə (məsamələrin kapilyarlarında) nəzərdən keçirilir. Bu məqalə yatağın işlənməsinin son mərhələsində qazılmış quyu fondundan səmərəli istifadə etməklə qalıq neft ehtiyatlarının hasilatının intensivləşdirilməsinin səmərəliliyinin artırılmasından bəhs edilir, həmçinin istismar quyu fondundan istifadənin səmərəlilik səviyyəsinin qiymətləndirilməsi və onun artırılması üçün neft mədənlərində mövcud üsulların təhlili, tətbiqi və onlardan istifadənin nəticələrini öyrənirlir. Qabaqcıl proqram vasitələrindən istifadə etməklə texniki və iqtisadi hesablamalara əsaslanan quyuların optimal nömrələrinin müəyyən edilməsi üsulu təqdim edilmişdir. Əldə edilmiş nəticələr arqumentlərlə yataq üçün quyuların sayını və yerini əsaslandırmağa imkan verir. Həmçinin məqalə yataqların işlənməsi zamanı bütün quyular arasında əlaqələri qeyd edilir və quyuların istismar mərhələsinin neft-qaz mühəndisliyi üçün nə qədər dəyərli olduğu və vacibliyi göstərilir. Sonda, bütün təklif olunan parametrləşdirmələr quyuya nəzarətin qısamüddətli strategiyası ilə müqayisədə əhəmiyyətli dərəcədə təkmilləşmiş, eyni zamanda quyu hasilatının eniş əyrisini təmin etmişdir. Bu nəticələr, yalnız qısamüddətli strategiyaya güvənmək lazım deyil həm də onun lahiyə üzrə daha uzun istismar dövrü üçün planlaşdırmağın vacibliyini təsdiqləyir. Abstract:

Lifetime quality-adjusted life-year (QALY) prioritarianism has recently been defended as a reasonable specification of the prioritarian view that benefits to the worse off should be given priority in health-related priority setting. This paper argues against this view with reference to how it relies on implausible assumptions. By referring to lifetime QALY as the basis for judgments about who is worse off lifetime QALY prioritarianism relies on assumptions of strict additivity, atomism and intertemporal separability of sublifetime attributes. These assumptions entail that a health state at some period in time contributes with the same amount to how well off someone is regardless of intrapersonal and interpersonal distributions of health states. The paper argues that this is implausible and that prioritarians should take both intrapersonal and interpersonal distributions of goods into account when they establish who is worse off. They should therefore not accept that lifetime QALY is a reasonable ground for ascribing priority and reject lifetime QALY prioritarianism.

The QALY is an impossible construct; it defies common sense. It fails completely once we consider the axioms of fundamental measurement. Utilities as ordinal scales cannot be used to create QALYS. The QALY should never have been introduced to support the value assessment of pharmaceutical products and devices. The result is 30 years of QALY based assessments of pharmaceutical products and devices which are conceptually and technically wrong. They are a charade and will have contributed mistakenly to thousands of formulary decisions. In the search for a common metric to evaluate cost-effectiveness the impossibility of a QALY was overlooked. The result is a disaster, unfolding over decades. Our next steps must be to abandon the QALY paradigm and look ahead to a new value assessment framework. Commentary

Abstract:

Should decision making in health care, notably in respect of the allocation of resources between individuals and disease states, rest on notions of the burden of disease and denial of care as assessed by societal evaluations or on the extent to which the need of patients and caregivers is fulfilled. The prospect of the denial of health care, for those deemed ‘unworthy’ has a long history in the eugenics movement. Many have assumed that this ‘utilitarian aberration’ has long been discredited. Unfortunately, once the question of the allocation of limited health care resources is considered it reasserts itself; manifested in the creation of health state preferences and states worse than death, and application of the cost-per-QALY calculus driving claims for pricing and access. In the US, this focus on cost-per-QALY claims is most closely associated with the Institute for Clinical and Economic Review (ICER) with its regular clinical assessments and modelled imaginary simulations supporting recommendations which, in many if not most cases, give support to the denial of care. The purpose of this commentary is to point to the unfortunate similarities between ‘eugenic’ decision making and the application of thresholds in burden of illness cost-per-QALY exercises. If we are to finally rid ourselves of a ‘eugenic’ approach to health care resource allocation, then we must abandon preferences and the QALY calculus.

Abstract:

This research discusses the verbal follow phenomenon in Al-Amali Abi Al-Qali’s book (seq.356 Hijri). It aims to limit the examples of this phenomenon in the book, and examine it phonologically. Accordingly, the researcher adopted the analaytical descriptive approach, taking into account Al-Rawi’s letter when ordering the verbal follow-based examples, and the order they took in the book in question. The purposes behind this phonological study of verbal follow in Al-Amali’s book are to: reach the sounds which Arabs prefer in the process of following, confirm different beautiful and desirable senses, have easy and speedy pronunciation, maintain harmony between adjacent sounds, count the sounds that occur at the beginning of the follower- a disputable phonological issue between the follower and following- and spot the phonological change that occurs to the follower. Accordingly, a caution is needed to maintain harmony and homogeneity between two pronunciations to achieve the process of following. Or, the structure of the word follower is changed to match its peer followed word.The study has shown that Al-Qali was the eldest in dealing with the formal aspect of the phenomenon. He pointed to the idea of merging the last letter in the subordinate and the follower, and compared it with a stylistic, artistic, and acoustic characteristic, which is included in the innate rhetoric, i.e., assonance. By that, he has determined the most important formal acoustic features of the rhythmic complex as represented by the endings of the sequences, which have a musical rhythm.
