ABSTRAKPerguruan tinggi agama Islam (PTAI) sebagai bagian integral dari sistem pendidikan nasional tidak bisa melepaskan diri dari perubahan paradigma baru perguruan tinggi yang saat ini sedang gencar terjadi. Ada paradigma baru ini, kebijakan pengelolaan perguruan tinggi harus lebih terbuka, transparan, dan akuntabel. Saat ini PTAI menghadapi dua permasalahan serius, yakni kualitas lulusan yang dihasilkan dan sumbangan PTAI pada pengembangan ilmu keislaman. Pada konteks kualitas lulusan, kapasitas intelektual dan keilmuan para lulusan PTAI menunjukkan bahwa banyak dari para lulusan PTAI yang belum sanggup menjawab setiap permasalahan keagamaan yang berkembang di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Masalah kedua di atas disebabkan karena geliat yang ada di dalam kampus saat ini lebih banyak yang bersifat politis daripada ilmiah. Selain itu, tradisi menulis karya ilmiah atau penelitian di kalangan kampus PTAI juga terkesan dipaksakan. Tulisan ini berupaya menwarkan gagasan untuk membangun Managemen Penjaminan Mutu dengan Prinsip Six Sgima pada Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam (PTAI) untuk Merespon Tantangan Nasional dan Global. Mengacu pada semangat paradigma baru Perguruan Tinggi dan problem yang dihadapi oleh PTAI ini, maka keberadaan jaminan mutu (quality assurance) di PTAI penting dilakukan. Selama ini, mayoritas PTAI tidak memiliki lembaga atau unit penjaminan mutu karena dua alasan. Pertama, khusus bagi PTAIN sebagai lembaga yang selalu disubsidi pemerintah, selama ini merupakan �anak manja� yang keberadaannya terjamin APBN, bagaimanapun kualitasnya. Kedua, sebagai akibat dari alasan pertama, pada umumnya pimpinan PTAI melihat proses penjaminan mutu sebagai tugas manajemen dirinya.�Kata Kunci: Six Sigma, Manajemen Mutu, Penjaminan Mutu, Total Quality

<p>Penyelenggaraan PTAIS di Kopertasis X Jawa tengah terdapat 36 PTAIS yang telah melaksanakan kegiatan proses belajar mengajar, ada 11 PTAIS yang telah mengantongi Akreditasi. Dari sebelas PTAI dapat akreditasi A hanya satu yaitu FT. Unissula. 11 prodi mendapat akreditasi B dan 3 prodi mendapat akreditasi C. Sedangkan yang lain belum mengurus akreditasi Dari data tersebut dapat dilihat fenomena bahwa beberapa PTAIS tidak mempunyai ijin penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan akreditasi. Dari potret tersebut dapat dipahami bahwa kualitas PTAIS masih minim. Oleh karena itu dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu PTAIS diperlukan rumusan strategi peningkatan kinerja PTAIS untuk mencapai visi dan misi PTAI melalui meningkatkan kualitas pendidik dan tenaga. Oleh karena itu peneliti menawarkan konsep <em>balanced scorecad</em> yang bersifat teknis, taktis dan operasional dengan mengimplementasikan prinsisp-prinsip<em> good governance</em> sebagai bahan kebijakan strategi pengembangan PTAIS di masa yang akan datang.</p>Peneliti mengembangkan model <em>balanced scorcard</em> dari Kaplan (1996) yang didasarkan pada perspektif pemangku kepentingan <em>(stakeholders), </em>Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah (1) untuk mengetahui implementasi <em>balanced scorecard</em> pada PTAIS, (2) untuk strategi peningkatan mutu PTAIS berdasarkan pendekatan <em>balanced scorecard</em> kurang baik, hal ini disebabkan bebrapa keterbatasan antara lain : Mahasiswa Baru Sebagian besar PTAIS mengalami penurunan. Jumlah lulusan yang dapat bekerja, Jumlah Kerjasama dengan lembaga lain, Jumlah Penelitian dan publikasi Dosen.

Abstract:
A new polytriazoleimide (PTAI) was prepared from 1,2,3-triazole-containing diamine and 4,4’-(hexafluoroisopropylidene) diphthalic anhydride by polycondensation. The thermal stability was investigated. The PTAI was pyrolyzed at 400 °C and 750 °Cseparately and the pyrolysis was traced by the Py/GC/MS combined technique. Nitrogen and related compounds which result from the cleavage of C-N and N-N bonds in the polymer are found in the pyrolysis products at 400 °C. The further decomposition of PTAI would take place at imide rings and the chain units between imide rings at 750 °C. A degradation mechanism of the PTAI is proposed.

Abstract:
Background: Patients with vestibular schwannoma (VS) most commonly present with hearing threshold reduction for high frequencies and a falling type of audiometric curve. However, it is doubtful whether all Pure Tone Averages described in the literature characterize patients with VS correctly, as the type of PTA which comprises higher frequencies may be more appropriate for hearing status assessment in those patients. Aim: The aim of this study was to analyze 3 common methods of calculating Pure Tone Averages (PTA1 - 500, 1000, 2000 and 3000 Hz; PTA2 - 500, 1000, 2000 and 4000 Hz; PTA3 – 500, 1000 and 2000 Hz) and to determine which of them is the most reliable for the assessment of VS patients. Material and Methods: The study group included 86 patients operated due to vestibular schwannoma accessed via the middle cranial fossa. Results: Regarding method of calculating Pure Tone Averages (PTA1, PTA2 and PTA3) identical or similar correlations were found between the preoperative values of Pure Tone Averages (PTA1, PTA2 and PTA3) and surgery-related hearing loss, as well as individual parameters of audiologic tests. Conclusions: Pure Tone Averages calculated according to 3 different methods (PTA1, PTA2, PTA3) may be used interchangeably in the assessment of hearing in VS patients.

Abstract:
<em>Insight on the progress of the PTAI (Institute of Islamic Studies) in Indonesia so far involves many things; the disorder of epistemological basis of the PTAI, the direction of global policy in structuring the curriculum, the recruitment of stakeholders, then standardization of the quality of graduates, and institutional holder. One thing that seems to be the consensus among observers is the lack of quality of PTAI’s graduates. However, so far there is no consensus among the thinkers, policy makers as well as the PTAI’s functionaries about how to solve this problem. In the midst of diversity discourse about it, stood out a solution that is much in demand by PTAI’s functionaries, namely the transition of institutional status, from the STAIN to the IAIN, and over from the IAIN to UIN. This paper tries to trace the historical roots of the founding the PTAI in Indonesia to find their main tasks. Results of the search was used as a foothold to reflect on the PTAI’s performance today. This paper finds that since their establishment, Islamic higher education institutions is to bring two tasks, namely as a religious institution and as a scientific institution. In the course of history, sometimes these two tasks go hand in hand, but often both were at opposite position. At one point, Islamic studies at the PTAI took the tendency of normative idealistic-theological approach abandoning the academic approach. Then in the last few decades came the openness, which presented the empirical and academic study of Islam. This paper concludes that the transformation or institutional reform of the PTAI’s status is not the answer to the problem of Islamic studies, but the more important is realignment of the structure of sciences in the PTAI which is the foundation for the interdisciplinary study on Islamic dogmas. The quality of graduates is expected to be flown with a firm decision, whether PTAI will be academic, preaching, or practical-pragmatic interests institutions.<br /></em>

Abstract:
The education system and culture attached to Islamic boarding schools are one of the historical facts that play a role in building and guarding the Indonesian nation. This study aims to determine the development of Islamic educational institutions (PTAI) in the era of globalization and to determine the application of PTAI in Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method which is carried out using a case study and the object of this research is an Islamic university, Central Java. The result reveals that Islamic boarding schools in the education system occupy an important position. Ethical Politics causes the transformation of science to run rapidly. Islamic boarding school-based PTAI, has a strong base. Its scientific paradigm is normative as well as historical, theoretical and practical, immanent and transcendent. The values internalized by the institutions are adapted from several boarding schools. Those values are Al-Amanah, Al-Tawadlu', Al-Istiqamah, Al-Uswah, al-Hasanah, Al-Tawashshuth, At-tawâzun, Al-Barakah and Tawasul ilmi.

This paper discusses the urgency of Islamic philosophy in the curriculum ofIslamic colleges in Indonesia. The critical description of this paper is the positivistparadigm. This then makes humans eliminate bases of theological philosophicalthought (especially Islam). Islamic education in Indonesia, in this case PTAI,instead of using the philosophy of Islam, chose to use western philosophy asa center of excellence. Islamic philosophy itself arises from the translationof philosophical works on a large scale during the Abbasid Caliphate. In itsdevelopment, Islamic philosophy has gone up and down. The most phenomenal intidal Islamic philosophy is the attack of al-Ghazali and Ibn Rushd counterattack.The philosophy of Islam in Indonesia is still quite young. However, the reasonsare not necessarily used as an argument that Islamic philosophy is not goodenough to be the basis of scientific colleges. Research, development, publication ofIslamic philosophy are continuously done to enrich the discourse. In the contextof higher education, there is now an offer to integrate and connect “common”secular philosophy (Islam) and al-Qur’an traditions. Collecting data in this study using questionnaires anddocumentation. Data were analyzed by descriptive quantitative research with percentages. Toanalyze the effect of Competence Pedagogical Lecturer Student Learning ActivityAgainst Islamic Religion (PTAI) Indragiri Hulu collected data were analyzed using aquantitative approach with Pearson Product Moment Correlation technique. By (PPM) = Based on data analysis, it can be seen from some of the test results that have been the author of the analysis, based on the correlation of test results obtained 0.988 with0.000 significance. The significance value 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected, it means Haaccepted, meaning that the Significant Influence of Competence Pedagogical LecturerStudent Learning Activity Against Islamic Religion (PTAI) Indragiri Hulu.

The future of a nation depends on how good the quality of education and human resources of the nation is. Higher education is an important part of the world of education that carries the responsibility in an effort to educate the nation's life. This study aims to determine the factors that influence student attitudes in choosing to continue their studies at Islamic Higher Education (PTAI). The background of this research is that there is a significant gap between PTN and PTAI enthusiasts and the lack of student interest in Islamic tertiary institutions is very interesting to be used as research study material to find out things that are considered by students in choosing PTAI. The results of the study indicate that the data used have met the assumption test of validity, reliability, adequacy and feasibility of the data so that it can be continued in the next analysis using factor analysis using PCA. All the variables contained in this study have an extraction value of more than 50%, so it can be concluded that all the variables used can explain these factors. In the "% of variance" column, because the specified eigenvalues ​​is 1, then the value to be taken has eigenvalues ​​greater than 1, there are component 1, component 2, component 3, component 4, and component 5. If you use 5 components then the total factors that can explain the variance are 20.011% + 19.692% + 15.935% + 14.632% + 10.745% = 81.015%

Maka berdasarkan hal tersebut tidak mengherankan pembahasan mengenai kurikulum hampir selalu ada dalam setiap pengkajian masalah-masalah pendidikan. Karena disadari benar bahwa kurikulum merupakan salah satu alat yang sangat strategis dan menentukan dalam pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Walaupun Negara-negara di kawasan ASEAN sangat majemuk ditinjau dari aspek agama yang dianutnya akan tetapi kerjasama perlu dilakukan untuk membina harmoni di kawasan tersebut. Abstrak: kehadiran STIKES di Ponpes Qamarul Huda, menunjukkan bahwa integrasi keilmuan bukanlah wacana dan upaya milik akademisi PTAI an sich, namun kini pesantren telah memberanikan diri untuk melakukan perubahan epistimologi yang jauh lebih mendasar dibandingkan PTAI. Mendalami fenomena ini, metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, penyelenggaraan STIKES di Ponpes Qamarul Huda Bagu dilatarbelakangi oleh multi faktor, yaitu faktor sosial ekonomi masyarakat, perubahan paradigma keagamaan, dinamika pendidikan baik eksternal maupun internal Ponpes Qamarul Huda, dan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang memadai; Kedua, berbagai strategi yang dilakukan untuk integrasi keilmuan belum mencerminkan upaya yang sistematis dan integral dalam proses akademis.; dan Ketiga, implikasi dari ketidaksistematisan berbagai upaya yang dilakukan tersebut, struktur keilmuan di STIKES Qamarul Huda merupakan adopsi secara utuh struktur keilmuan kesehatan an-sich, sementara muatan keilmuan keislaman yang tertuang dalam Mata Kuliah Aswaja ditempatkan sebagai suplemen yang tidak memiliki signifikansi. Secara kelembagaan integrasi antara pesantrean dan perguruan tinggi umum di Ponpes Qamarul Huda masih terbatas pada integrasi kelembagaan, belum masuk ke integrasi yang lebih substansial yaitu integrasi keilmuan. Integrasi keilmuan masih mencerminkan model single entity dimana ilmu agama Islam yang tercantum dalam Awaja masih berdiri sendiri dengan bobot yang masih terbatas. Abstract: Presence of STIKES in Ponpes Qamarul Huda, indicating that integration of science is not discourses and the effort of academician of PTAI itself, but nowadays Pesantren has make a change much more in the based on epistemology compared than PTAI. To comprehend this phenomenon, the method used is descriptive qualitative. The result of research indicate, firstly, management of STIKES in Ponpes Qamarul Huda Bagu which has background by factor multi, that is social factor of social economics, religious paradigm, dynamics education of goodness external and internal of Ponpes Qamarul Huda, and social need toward of adequate health; secondly, various strategy has conducted for the integration of science is not yet reflected in systematic effort in integral and academic process; and third, the implication of various itself, the science structure in STIKES Qamarul Huda represent a adoption the structure health science whereas concern in Islamic education with Aswaja program as supplement which do not have significances. As Institute regulation the integration between public college and Ponpes Qamarul Huda is still limited in institute integration, it is not more integration as substantial that is integration science. It cannot be denied that religion and science play im portant roles in human life. The development of science in this modern world does not automatically reduce the influence of religion in human life, as predicted by the secularization theory. The fact that religion and science tend to be firmer interests many people, especially concerning the relation between them. Many perspectives and religious doctrines that seem in contradiction with the theory of modern science may arouse a conflict behveen religion and science. The case of execution to Galileo by the church in the nineteenth century and the long debate between the supporters of the Evolution and those of the Theory of Creation are the real proofs of the conflict between religion and science. To avoid the conflict, many people have tried to find the most appropriate model of relation. In the contemporary era, the "new flow" discussion of religion and science emerges. The discussion not only focuses on the level of discourse but also implementation. Many studies of integrativeinterconnection between religion and science in Islamic tertiary educational institutions indicate the efforts to match religion with science.

Abstract:
With the exponential growth of electricity generation using intermittent renewable power sources, there is a need for affordable energy storage. For grid level storage in past years, redox flow batteries (RFB) have drawn considerable attention. Most successful RFBs till now are all-vanadium RFB and all-iron RFB. But these RFBs have a few drawbacks associated with them like; First RFB developed by NASA[1], Iron-chromium RFB, had problems of ions crossing over; all-iron RFB [2] have a problem of hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) at the negative electrode which causes capacity decay; and the commercialized all-vanadium RFB's [3] is expensive and has limited vanadium reserves. In an effort to address these problems, we present here the initial development of an all-tungsten RFB. Its key advantage is no capacity fading with cycles due to ions crossing over. The tungsten salt used was phosphotungstic acid (PTA). As shown in cyclic voltammograms (CV) of PTA in Figure 1(a), it is clear that PTA ions exist in four different oxidation states (PTA3-, PTA4-, PTA5- and PTA6-). For all-PTA redox flow battery experiments, we used the same PTA5- active species for both negative as well as positive electrolyte. Prior to the all-PTA RFB tests, PTA3- was reduced to PTA5-. Since PTA3- is the only salt available, it was reduced to PTA5- by using it as a negative electrolyte for the iron-tungsten RFB using a procedure developed earlier [4]. As shown in reaction 1, during charging on the negative side, PTA5- gains 2 electrons and reduces to PTA6- oxidation state. Simultaneously, on the positive side PTA5- loses 2 electrons and gets oxidized to PTA3-. Moreover, the maximum potential difference that can be achieved by using the highest reduced form of phosphotungstic acid as a single cell is +0.611 V vs. RHE (Eq. 4). Although we are getting half the potential when compared to an all-vanadium or an all-iron battery. But due to its extremely fast kinetics and large discharge currents makes all-PTA RFB a promising alternative. For the large capacity of the battery, one of the deciding factors is the solubility of its active species salts and the maximum solubility of PTA3- is 0.7 M. Flow cell experiments were conducted using an in-house constructed standard fuel cell setup [4]. Meanwhile, CV experiments were conducted in 3 electrode setup using glassy carbon as working electrode, platinum mesh as counter electrode and mercury/mercurous sulphate (Hg/Hg2SO4) as reference electrode. Hg/Hg2SO4 was calibrated in 0.5 M H2SO4 using an in house RHE. Also, all the potentials mentioned here are with respect to RHE. A CV (see Figure 1(a)) for phosphotungstic acid was obtained which showed 3 distinct peaks corresponding to the 3 reactions. Reactions 2 and 3 involve transfer of 1 electron each, while reaction 1 requires 2 electrons as proven from the current peaks of the CVs as well as limiting currents obtained from their RDEs [5]. The involvement of parasitic HER is clear from the 3rd reduction peak. Kinetic parameters such as rate constant (k0), Tafel slope, diffusion coefficients (Do) and transfer coefficient (α) were determined using RDE studies. From RDE analysis at different RPM, rate constant for PTA3- was found to be 4.49 x 10-3 cm s-1. Meanwhile, for the flow cell experiments we have taken electrolyte solution concentrations similar to that for the CVs. The flow rate (120 mL min-1) and volume (40 mL) for both the electrolyte were kept same. As shown in Figure 1(b), the all-PTA battery was charged and discharged using chronopotentiometry at a current density of 50 mA cm-2. Furthermore, to obtain the i-V performance curve the cell was discharged from 2 mA to 1000 mA for 10s. The potential at the end of 10th second was reported to eliminate the pseudo steady state [6]. i-V and power density performance curve was plotted from these current and potential values (see Figure 1(c)). From just 40mM concentration of PTA5- the maximum volumetric capacity we got is around 200 mAh L-1, the maximum power density obtained was 10 mW cm-2 and the maximum current that can be drawn was 85 mA cm-2. The above results strongly suggest that the all-PTA RFB could indeed be a promising alternative. Figure 1

The results of this study are 1) Strategy to build public awareness about clean living in the environment is done by inviting them to work together to clean the environment starting from cleaning the mosque, TPA, Mushalla, and educational institutions around. 2) Strategies to develop a community mindset can realize the potential of nature and the surrounding human resources to be processed through socialization on the use of the natural environment, including household waste, training in making paving blocks from plastic waste, and processing waste into compost. 3) Strategy to build active communication between citizens and the government with assistance to citizens, and 4) Strategy to build a spirit of diversity in the community.

Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara langsung secara mendalam tentang kurikulum dan pembelajaran di PTAI dan Pondok Pesantren, dan dilengkapi dengan bahan bacaan yang lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Astronomi dalam Ilmu Falak di UIN Walisongo Semarang sudah ada, namun belum semua diimplementasikan dengan sempurna. Di level filosofis, materi, dan metodologi bisa dikatakan sudah banyak diimplementasikan. Namun, implementasi di level strategi masih kurang. Hal ini terlihat dari kompetensi dosen tetap yang hampir semua fikih. Adapun integrasi Astronomi dalam Ilmu Falak di al-Mubarok Lanbulan Madura masih belum terlihat, baik di level filosofis, materi, dan strategi. Penelitian kualitatif lapangan (field research) dilaksanakan di Universitas Ibnu Khaldun (UIKA) Bogor, UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung dan UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara, pengamatan dan dokumen. Sumber data primer adalah wakil rektor, pimpinan fakultas, pimpinan program studi, dosen Bimbingan dan Konseling dan mahasiswa. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui pengamatan dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perilaku prokrastinasi akademik yang paling sering ditemukan di lingkungan mahasiswa PTAI dapat dideskripsikan sebagai berikut: terlambat masuk kelas dan tidak disiplin sesuai jadwal, menunda-nunda melaksanakan tugas akademik dari dosen pengampu mata kuliah, menghindari tugas tertentu, memilih melakukan aktivitas lain dan izin belajar di kelas, jumlah kehadiran tidak memenuhi syarat minimal, nilai mata kuliah di bawah standar atau tidak lulus, IPK di bawah standar, dan terancam DO. Penyelenggaraan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di PTAI belum memiliki pola yang utuh sesuai standar, yang berjalan secara sinergis antara Intruksional Kurikuler (IK), Administrasi Kependidikan (AK) dan Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK). Pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling belum memiliki pola dan pendekatan yang bertujuan khusus untuk membantu mahasiswa kasus prokrastinasi akademik. Wadah layanan bimbingan dan konseling lebih fokus pada pelayanan bidang karir (career center). Minimnya dukungan dari pimpinan, SDM profesional tidak tersedia, dan belum ada regulasi yang mengatur pelayanan BK komprehensif yang merupakan faktor tidak berkembanganya layanan bimbingan dan konseling di Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam (PTAI).Kata kunci: pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling, prokrastinasi akademik. BEHAVIOUR OF ACADEMIC PROCRASTINATION AND GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING SERVICES AbstractThis study aimed to describe the forms of student behavior in cases of academic procrastination and the pattern of guidance and counseling services for these students at Islamic University. Field qualitative research was conducted at UIKA Bogor , UIN Bandung and UIN Yogyakarta. Technique of collecting data trough interviews, observations and documents. Primary data source are vice rector, dean, head of study program, Guidance and Counseling lecturer, and students. Secondary data are risult of observation and documents. The results showed that the behaviours of academic procrastination at Islamic University students could be described as follows: late entering class and not being disciplined according to schedule, procrastinating carrying out academic assignments from subject lecturers, avoiding certain tasks, choosing other activities and learning permits in class, the number of attendance did not meet the minimum requirements, the grade was below standard or not passed, IPK was below standard, and threatened Drop Out (DO). The implementation of guidance and counseling services at Islamic University had not run synergistically between the Intruksional Kurikuler (IK), AdministrasiPendidikan (AK) and Guidance and Counseling (BK). Guidance and counseling services had not had specially aim for helping students in cases of academic procrastination, more focused on career services (career center). The lack of support from the leadership, professional human resources was not available, and there was no regulation governing the comprehensive guidance and counseling services at Islamic University.

En Chimborazo-Ecuador se estudió las correlaciones entre PTA (habilidad de transmisión predicha) de toros Hosltein con valores genéticos disponibles en Ecuador: Producción-Tipo lineal–Reproducción, mediante el uso de banco de datos de toros Hosltein utilizados en EEUU, que son comercializados en Ecuador; de los cuales se seleccionó 25 toros, los datos se procesaron mediante estadística descriptiva y análisis de correlación lineal por el método de Pearson utilizando SPSS versión Statistic 19. Entre parámetros productivos y reproductivos, el 56% de las características no se correlacionan, es decir son independientes; las que progresan de manera directa son PL=Vida productiva y LIV=Habitabilidad con DPR=Tasa de preñez de las hijas; P=Vida productiva; y LIV= Habitabilidad con CCR=Tasa de concepción de la vaca; PL=Vida productiva con HCR=Tasa de concepción de las hijas; PL=Vida productiva y LIV=Habitabilidad con FI= Índice de fertilidad. Con correspondencia a la correlación entre parámetros productivos y de tipo lineal, se indica que el 82,61% de las características son independientes; mientras que para PTAP= Habilidad predicha de trasmisión de proteína, PTAF=Habilidad predicha de trasmisión de grasa con CL=Carácter lechero; PTAP= Habilidad predicha de trasmisión de proteína con RLSV=; PTAM=Habilidad predicha de trasmisión de leche con TL=Longitud de pezones anteriores, progresan de manera directa. Para la correlación entre parámetros reproductivos y de tipo lineal el 67,82% de las características son independientes; los que progresan de manera directa son: SRC con PTAT; SCR con BDI=Índice de composición de cuerpo; SCR con RH=Altura ubre posterior.

Kemudian didikuti oleh sekolah dan universitas yang melakukan pengembangan pembelajaran bahasa Arab beserta kurikulumnya. Saat ini banyak sekolah dan institusi yang menggunakan teknek atau metode yang baru dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. seperti yang telah dilakukan oleh pusat bahasa UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang yang mana menggunakan buku al arabiyyah baina yadaik dan silsilatu al lughah al arabiyyah yang digunakan bagi berbagai macam fakultas seperti fakultas syari’ah, fakultas Ekonomi, Fakultas Psikologi, Fakultas Teknologi, dan Fakultas kedokteran Arabic was once studied only for the sake of worship such as prayer, prayer, dhikr, and the interest of approach to Allah SWT, then developed, Arabic is used as a means of understanding the sources of Shari'a of al Quran, al Hadith and Arabic books . The method used is still very classical qawa'id and tarjamah methods used in the study of religious books. However, along with the development of their times know that Arabic is not enough just used for worship and reading the classical books (arab), so that emerged boarding school Gontor with a new understanding in terms of learning Arabic language is not only concerned with the use of methods qawaid and tarjamah but also using istima 'and kalam which assumes language is a means of delivering information between people. Then followed by schools and universities that are doing the development of learning Arabic language along with its curriculum. The results obtained indicate that the development of PTAI has had a major impact on political, economic, social, cultural mobility and so on, among Muslims in Indonesia in particular and Indonesian society in general. In responding to the demands and developments of the times, within the body of IAIN itself there has been a fundamental change by updating the institution to become UIN.

In the context of modern science, Religious Studies is a branch of science that has been emerged in the “structure of plausibility” of Western traditions. As a scientific knowledge, Religious Studies differs from Theology and Philosophy in which scholars, like Friedrich Max Müller, applied the scientific and empirical method in their research. In this regard, Religious Studies would be a part of “positivistic sciences”. In applying those scientific approaches and methods at the Islamic Studies which has been held in Islamic universities like UIN, IAIN, and STAIN, and other high educations in Indonesia will cause epistemological and axiological problem. Inter-relationship between subject and object is a main obstacle of this discipline. The method of Western sciences is constructed by empirical approach an sich while Islamic scientific tradition reflected by conviction which proved by empirical approach known as sui generis cum doctriner method. According to that problem, by applying Karl Manheim’s ‘structure of plausibility’ and Foucault’s ‘archaeology of knowledge’, this article attempts to explore the roots of epistemology of Religious Studies in Islamic higher education institution. Furthermore, this article also attempts to introduce the analysis model of Religious Studies in the Islamic institution namely elenctic method. The thought of Harun Nasution's educational reform began to be socialized and applied since he firstentered the elite ranks of IAIN Jakarta (in 1969, after he completed his studies at Me Gill University Canada). Atthat time Harun had the impression that the thought at IAIN before he joined it was very narrow, allergic to thingsthat smelled of renewal. An indication of this is that books containing renewed ideas, such as books written byMuhammad Abduh, for example, are prohibited from being taught at IAIN. Thought at IAIN, said Harun, is stilltraditional, which specializes in fiqh, not thinking. Whereas understanding of Islamic religion which is fiqhoriented, according to Harun, if all problems are returned to fiqh (Islamic law), then we will go back to 20 yearsago. In addition, if the IAIN is still allowed to be controlled by the narrow fiqh thinking, the government will seethat the IAIN gives birth to narrow and fundamentalist thinking in a negative sense, which is why sanat may bethe IAIN will be closed. Similar criticism was also raised by several rectors of Islamic higher educationinstitutions in this country. Azumardi Azra said that the decline in Islamic Studies was due to the weak ability ofthe principals in PTAI who did not have knowledge and perspectives in the basic Islamic sciences. In addition,Amin Abdullah also stated that in PTAI, the Philosophy of Philosophy is still weak and not much research andbooks have been formulated for this field. In this regard, the first step taken by Harun Nasution in order to renewhis Islam at IAIN is to renew the curriculum (in the narrow sense of the study material) of IAIN. In connectionwith this matter, Aaron proposed that the introduction of Islamic Studies be included in the IAIN curriculum. Thiscourse is intended to provide insights into Islam that are as broad and basic as possible. Besides that Harun alsoproposed the inclusion of courses in philosophy, kalam science, Sufism, monotheism, sociology, and researchmethodology. With the updated curriculum, Harun believes that it will help open broad insights about Islam, anurgent matter in a society that is undergoing a process of modernization.

As a study of literature, then this article refers to the work of Ariel Furchan titled Transformation of Islamic Education in Indonesia: Anatomy Existence Madrasah and PTAI. However, this study is the discussion about Islam in general education from the historical aspect before the colonial Dutch, the Dutch colonial era occur until after the independence of the Republic of Indonesia. The conclusions from this discussion is that the Islamic education of transformation occurred as a result of the dialectic of Islamic education with a phenomenon that occurs or context, both Dutch-style education system, as well as the presence of the Indonesian Communist Party, and even the challenges of globalization and the character of the nation itself. The transformation of Islamic education should be accompanied by the availability of qualified human resources, so that the transformation of Islamic education can work together in every process.

Cultural diversity is wealth, opportunities, and challenges. In the world of education, cultural diversity is not always good for students' academic social development. Negative manifestations such a phenomena culture shock, destructed communications, or extra intra-psychic conflicts among students. As an integral part of the education, guidance and counseling has a vital role in developing a counseling model in accordance with that diversity. The method used is research and development. The research sample is determined through the proportional sampling. Results showed that multicultural counseling model effective in addressing the academic and social student Islamic colleges, which is indicated by the results of statistical tests, analysis of counseling journal, anecdotal records, and observation of the behavior of the counselee. Recommendations intended for counseling practitioners in PTAI that helped develop and refine the model in accordance with the needs analysis in the local cultural context; for further research to develop methods, designs, as well as the coverage areas of research.

Therefore, religious and religious education research in the future is expected to cross between dimensions, such as the modern development of the Islamic world with the dimension of time as well as geographical space. Thus, it would seem that the broad-cultivation dimensions of research are to be researched and developed. Therefore, scientific studies / scientific methods (including in the field of religious and religious education), are not solely conducted with research, but can also be done with development, and evaluation. Similarly, the area of religious studies can be developed in: (1) sacred texts as the source of religious teachings, (2) the Muslim community structure, and (3) the behavior of Muslim society. Sebab, pengkajian ilmiah/metode keilmuan (tennasuk dalam bidang pendidikan agama dan keagamaan), tidak semata-mata dilaku.kan dengan penelitian, tetapi juga dapat dilakukan dengan pengembangan, dan evaluasi. Background: African Americans (AA) have a higher Alzheimer’s disease (AD) prevalence and report more perceived stress than White Americans. The biological basis of the stress-AD link is unclear. This study investigates the connection between stress and AD biomarkers in a biracial cohort. Objective: Establish biomarker evidence for the observed association between stress and AD, especially in AA. Methods: A cross-sectional study (n = 364, 41.8% AA) administering cognitive tests and the perceived stress scale (PSS) questionnaire. A subset (n = 309) provided cerebrospinal fluid for measurement of Aβ42, Tau, Ptau, Tau/Aβ42 (TAR), and Ptau/Aβ42 (PTAR). Multivariate linear regression, including factors that confound racial differences in AD, was performed. Results: Higher PSS scores were associated with higher Ptau (β= 0.43, p = 0.01) and PTAR (β= 0.005, p = 0.03) in AA with impaired cognition (mild cognitive impairment). Conclusion: Higher PSS scores were associated with Tau-related AD biomarker indices in AA/MCI, suggesting a potential biological connection for stress with AD and its racial disparity.

The friction between madhhabs in Aceh, especially between the Ahlisunnah Wal Jamaah (Aswaja) and Wahabi have become increasingly sharp in recent decades. Religious tolerance in Aceh has suffered a setback with the existence of various religious incidents such as the expulsion of preachers, seizure of mosque control, burning of mosque foundations. The Aswaja party is dominated by ulama Dayah (Islamic school scholars) and their followers, while the Wahabi party is aimed at campus Islamic scholars, especially those with Middle Eastern backgrounds. In response to these findings, PTAI (Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam/Islamic Higher Education) in Aceh offered various solutions. UIN Ar-Raniry seeks to bring together Ulama Dayah and campus scholars to carry out dialogue and consensus. IAIN Langsa prefers not to be involved in the Aswaja and Wahabi conflicts because they consider the friction of madhhab in Aceh is not purely a religious issue, but rather a political one. STAIN Dirundeng Meulaboh is more inclined to the Aswaja and so is the Al-Muslim Bireuen Campus considering having leaders from the Muhammadiyah circle.

Dari hasil pemeriksaan metalurgis terhadap turbine bucket nomor 120 dari stage 1 terlihat bahwa benda tersebut telah mengalami oksidasi dan hot corrosion, selain itu bucket tersebut telah mengalami deformasi / distorsi yang memperlihatkan indikasi adanya fenomena creep. Pemeriksaan dengan EDAX memperlihatkan bahwa material bucket adalah MAR-M-246, Cast Nickel Base Superalloys. Pemeriksaan dengan EDAX menunjukkan bahwa bucket telah mengalami perbaikan dua kali dengan menggunakan coating masing-masing AlNi, ZrO dan adanya indikasi coating dengan menggunakan PtAI,. Pemeriksaan metalografis memperlihatkan adanya fasa sigma (CrCo) berbentuk plate / jarum, yang sangat getas dengan indikasi adanya peningkatan nilai kekerasan. Telah terjadi kerusakan coating yang mengakibatkan teroksidasinya karbida / dan terjadi reaksi sulfida masing-masing pada batas butir yang menyebabkan timbulnya micro-crack. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa turbine bucket telah terekspose panas dengan temperatur sekitar 570-1093 C. Akibat mekanisme kerusakan yang terjadi, maka turbine bucket tersebut memiliki kehandalan yang sangat rendah. Untuk mengembalikan pada kondisi semula perlu dilakukan reparasi dengan welding (rebuilding) yang dilanjutkan dengan proses heat treatment untuk menurunkan tegangan sisa hasil welding sekaligus mengembalikan sifat mekanik kepada kondisi semula sesuai disain.

En la provincia de Chimborazo se analizaron las correlaciones entre valores genéticos de Producción, Tipo y Reproducción en toros de la raza Jersey, mediante el uso de una base de datos correspondiente a dichos toros disponible en EEUU y comercializados en Ecuador. Se seleccionaron 25 toros. Los datos fueron analizados mediante estadística descriptiva y a su vez se realizó un análisis de correlación lineal por el método de Pearson, utilizando el software SPSS versión Statistic 19. Para la correlación entre parámetros productivos y reproductivos, el 65% de las características no se correlacionan, es decir, son independientes; mientras que el parámetro tasa de preñez de las hijas (DPR) se correlaciona con la vida productiva (PL) y habitabilidad (LIV). Además, la tasa de concepción de las hijas (HCR) se correlaciona con la habilidad predicha de trasmisión de proteína (PTAP) y la tasa de concepción de la vaca (CCR) con la LIV. Con respecto a las correlaciones entre parámetros productivos y de tipo, se indica que el 88% de las características son independientes; mientras que hay correlación directa entre el temperamento lechero (DF) con la PTAP y la habilidad predicha de trasmisión de grasa (PTAF). Para la correlación entre parámetros reproductivos y de tipo, el 72% de las características son independientes, mientras que los que progresan de manera directa son: PTAT con la tasa de concepción del toro (SCR) y el índice ubre Jersey (JUI) con SCR, por lo que se recomienda a los productores, seleccionar los sementales tomando en consideración las características que se correlacionan, ya que influyen en el desarrollo del Hato.

Oleh karena itu, agar pendidikan Islam mampu mewarnai profesi yang disandang oleh pendidik secara professional, yaitu menuju pendidikan Islami yang mampu mengembalikan paradigma pendidikan kepada sumber dasar ajaran Islam yaitu Alquran dan Hadis, maka lahirlah disiplin tafsir sebagai alternatif kajian yang mempunyai relasi dengan pendidikan yang kemudian disebut. Namun persoalan yang kemudian timbul adalah apakah ini dianggap sebagai disiplin ilmu secara mandiri atau hanya merupakan sebuah metode pendekatan atau lebih spesifik lagi merupakan corak atau model penafsiran yang dikondisikan dengan kebutuhan.Tafsir pendidikan belum mempunyai perangkat, metode dan pendekatan yang proporsional, sebagaimana layaknya sebuah disiplin ilmu tafsir. Istilah tafsir pendidikan baru sebagai wacana dan manifestasi ijtihad para akademisi yang peduli dengan pendidikan Islam untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akademik dalam rangka penyempurnaan kurikulum pada perguruan Tinggi. Maka agak sulit rasanya jika memposisikan tafsir pendidikan sebagai bagian dari kajian tafsir yang sudah dianggap mapan, apalagi jika dibandingkan dengan tafsir- tafsir lain seperti tafsīr ahkām dan lain-lain.

Sebagai seorang wanita karir ada permasalahan yang ditimbulkan baik dalam membagi waktu untuk bekerja dan untuk rumah tangga dan terjadinya perselingkuhan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran wanita karir dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai agama bagi anak melalui pendekatan religius. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dari observasi, kuesioner tertutup. Alat pengumpulan data berdasarkan panduan observasi dan kuesioner tertutup. Berdasarkan sumber data penelitian sebanyak 15 orang. Analisis pada penelitian adalah reduksi data, display data, pengambilan keputusan dan verifikasi yang disajikan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Pengujian keabsahan data dilakukan dengan melakukan perpanjangan pengamatan dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian yang mempengaruhi wanita karir dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai agama bagi anak pembagian waktu kerja, pola asuh anak dan pengasuhan anak, kurangnya perhatian orang tua dalam menanamkan nilai agama dan media sosial, televisi, cetak dan pengaruh lingkungan masyarakat. Peran wanita karir dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai agama bagi anak melalui pendekatan religius adalah memberikan suritauladan yang baik, memasukan anaknya kelembaga pendidikan Islam seperti MI, MTs, MA, Pesantren, PTAI. Memasukan anaknya mengaji di MDA/MDW, serta memperhatikan tingkahlaku dan kepribadian anaknya, dengan penuh kedisiplinan dalam beribadah dan dalam rumah tangga</p>

Abstract:
The interaction between the H2 molecule and the PdAg , PdAu , PtAg and PtAu bimetallic dimers deposited on the MgO(100) surface is investigated using density functional theory (DFT). The bimetallic dimers, whose molecular axes are considered to be perpendicular to the support surface, are adsorbed on top of an oxygen atom. Within this adsorption mode, the dimers prefer the orientation in which their Pd or Pt end is closer to the oxygen atom. The Ag and Au ends of the MgO -supported dimers capture the H2 molecule with small exoenergetic effects. The spontaneous dissociation of H2 on these ends does not occur. Thus, the MgO support decreases the ability of the dimers to adsorb and dissociate the H2 molecule. From a catalytic viewpoint, it means that the activity of small bimetallic clusters toward the dissociative adsorption of H2 is reduced when they are arranged on MgO . On the other hand, the results of our calculations show that the presence of the MgO support strengthens the binding of H atoms inside the PdAu , PtAg and PtAu dimers.

El Proyecto del Parque Turístico Ambiental de Integración (P.T.A.I.), ubicado en el límite internacional en donde con_uyen el punto más oriental de la Argentina continental (Bernardo de Irigoyen, Misiones) y las ciudades brasileras de Dionisio Cerqueira y Barração, fue concebido como un espacio con dos objetivos fundamentales: fomentar la integración de los países y mejorar el control fronterizo, desde un abordaje participativo e interinstitucional, que involucró a todos los actores vinculados a la problemática. La propuesta contempló acciones en tres escalas de intervención (estructural, jerárquica y anexa), en función de lograr la articulación del Parque con las tres ciudades involucradas, en una extensión de 3000 metros lineales y 60.000 m2 de área de intervención.

Islamic Higher Education (PTAI) is expected to be a research based university with international competitiveness without losing its characteristics. It is necessary to eliminate the scientific dichotomy by integrating science with Islamic religious studies. At IAIN Purwokerto, the concept of integration-interconnection is manifested in “Jabalul Hikmah”. The epistemological reintegration of the scientific foundations is expected to answer academic, religious, social, cultural, and technological problems in society. One of the subjects based on general science which needs to be integrated with Islamic studies is Anthropobiology. Hence, this study aims to examine how to present anthropobiology courses in an integrated interconnected with Islamic studies. This research is a library research conducted by collecting and analyzing data from books, journals, and articles related to scientific integration models and anthropobiological concepts in pure science and Islamic perspectives. In the Miles and Huberman model, the collected will be reduced to focus on the important things, then the data is presented, and finally verified. The results show that efforts to integrate Islamic science in Anthropobiology course material can be done by integrating anthropobiological concepts derived from universal truths with Islamic studies. Through the integration-interconnection of Islamic science, Anthropobiology courses can support Islamic Early Childhood Education Study Program students to have a comprehensive understanding of human characteristics to prepare early childhood education.

Indonesian Islamic education has long and rich history. In fact Islamic education is one of the most important aspects of legacy of Indonesian Islam. Despite changes in the Indonesian history, Islamic education continues to flourish, consisting now at primary and secondary levels of pesantren. Madrasah, and sekolah Islam. While at the tertiary level, Islamic education institutions consist of State Islamic Higher Education (PTAIN/Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri) and Private Islamic Higher Education (PTAIS/Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam Swasta). Both state and prove Indonesian Islam higher education institutions are the largest system in the whole Islamic world. In the last two decades, another significant development in PTAIN is the enlargement of its mandate through the creation of full-fledged Islamic Universities (UIN/Universitas Islam Negeri). With the historic transformation, the roles of Indonesian Islamic higher education is even becoming more and more important.
