Abstract:
Types of deviant (deviant) behavior are presented. It is revealed that the socially negative nature of deviations is destructive both for the individual and for the environment, but it is this type of deviant behavior that arouses the greatest interest of researchers and is more often considered in the scientific literature. The definition of the concept of "deviation" is given. It is noted that the main factors that predetermine deviations in human behavior are the level of social consciousness, morality, consolidation of the system of social regulations in society. In the course of the study of theoretical material it was found that a number of scientists characterize a norm as "a historically established in a particular society limit", "a measure of acceptable behavior", some properties originally inherent in most people, a standard of behavior, these are norm-ideals, as the level of interiorization of norms in different social environments has significant differences, and norm-ideals (system of basic values) are globalized, they are difficult to apply to specific social objects. It is proposed to consider the norm in three different meanings: statistical, functional (individual) and ideal; in laws, traditions, customs the social norm finds its embodiment (support), that is, in everything that has become a habit, firmly embedded in everyday life, in the way of life of the majority population, supported by public opinion, plays the role of a "natural regulator" of social and interpersonal relations. It has been revealed that some scholars are inclined to see moral norms as a kind of "instructions" that "ensure the correct operation of the human machine".

Abstract:
Psychologists interpret suicide as a reaction of pressure on the personality. There is no single reason why a person takes his/her life. The predisposing factors also vary from person to person and no single causal factor for suicide has been identified. Professionals count a large number of factors that are relevant to suicide attempts. It is impossible to isolate one or more of them which lead to suicide.

Abstract:
Tension headaches are routinely seen in biofeedback practices either as a primary concern or as part of as constellation of symptoms. As common as they are, there are several different types of psychological issues the practitioner should consider. This paper focuses on psychological issues commonly seen that may affect or prevent successful treatment. This paper is not intended to be exhaustive, as the number of possible psychological issues is large and could require a special issue of its own.

Abstract:
The article presents the empirical study on the psychological factors of disabled students' psychological hardiness. Studying in integrated groups is a challenge of particular difficulty for disabled students who dare to exercise their rights to higher education and equal opportunities proposed by the inclusive environment, which requires from them much more efforts than those in situations of chronic illness, as well as activation of their personal resources. Therefore, it is important to study psychological hardiness as a general indicator of an individual's mental health, determining their ability to overcome life difficulties. The aim is to study the psychological characteristics, factors and predictors that determine disabled students' psychological hardiness. Methods. Factor analysis allowed us to determine the parameters of psychological hardiness for disabled students having different intensity of its components. According to the performed regression analysis, the indicators of disabled students' psychological hardiness having low and medium-high general hardiness are predicted. Results and conclusions. The factor structure of psychological hardiness for disabled students having low intensity of its components includes the following parameters: time perspective; active coping strategies; self-attitude, with the focus on assessment of them from others and an expected positive attitude of others; the need to actualize one's own Self. The predictors determining these respondents' psychological hardiness are self-esteem as a source of one's own strength, the search for social support as a strategy for active overcoming of difficulties, and self-actualization as a need for self-development and self-realization. The factor structure of psychological hardiness for disabled students having medium-high intensity of its components includes the following parameters: meaningful life orientations as a result of existing conscious goals and meanings for their lives; good self-attitude as a determinant of an individual's internal activity, time perspective as a holistic self-image in time; the individual's basic beliefs as their implicit ideas about the world around, other people, themselves and relationships with the world; values as an ability to be guided in interaction with the world around by the values of self-actualization. Predictors that determine these respondents' psychological hardiness are: the future (as a parameter of an individual's time perspective) and the values of self-actualization. The personality parameters revealed at our empirical research are the resources of disabled students' psychological hardiness and the condition of their successful self-realization.

Abstract:
the purpose of our research is to propose psychological factors of class-room facilitative management at secondary schools.methods of the research. The following theoretical methods of the research were used to solve the tasks formulated in the article: the categorical method, structural and functional methods, the methods of the analysis, systematization, modeling, generalization. Also in our research the statement experiment was used as an empirical method.the results of the research. We’ll identify the principles that should guide the teacher, who seeks to humanize interpersonal relationships with pupils: 1) from the very beginning and during the whole learning process the teacher needs to show the children his/her trust in them, in their personality; 2) pupils should be assisted in formulating and clarifying the goals and objectives that are formulated both for micro-groups and for each pupil individually; 3) we must always assume that pupils have an intrinsic motivation for the learning process; 4) the teacher should be a source of personal experience for pupils, which can always “be turned to” for the help of other people, be faced with difficulties in solving a problem; 5) it is important that this role is performed by the teacher in relations to each pupil; 6) the teacher should strive to develop the ability to feel the emotional mood of the micro-group and understand it; 7) we should strive to achieve empathic relationships that allow us to understand the feelings and the experiences of everyone; 8) the micro-group should actively demonstrate their feelings; 9) it is necessary to be an active participant in group facilitative interaction.conclusions. As a result of comparative studies, which in total surveyed 57 teachers and 92 pupils, we compared different performance indicators of teac-hers who had the ability to facilitate learning at different levels. The analysis of he behavior of pupils in the classes of teachers-facilitators showed that pupils were more proactive in the process of communication, they asked a lot of ques-tions. Pupils spend more time solving learning tasks and problems, show higher levels of cognitive functioning. Pupils are also less likely to miss classes, demon-strate higher academic achievements in all disciplines, steadily increase their IQ and creativity throughout the school year.

Abstract:
Consumer behavior might be considered as a kind of economic or social behavior, but, in any case, it bases on the psychological traits of the person and depend on his motivation. The last is a trigger in the decision-making process of particular product`s purchasing. That is why one of the main approaches in describing consumer behavior is psychoanalytic theory. In contrast to the rational theory of knowledge, psychoanalysis leaves room for the irrational decisions and momentary impulses that "It" provokes. Just remind sacral consumption — the belief that not only goods are acquired, but also a certain lifestyle, hopes for improving one’s own life and etc. In general, consumption is influenced by a number of factors, among which F. Kotler mentions: cultural factors, social, personal and psychological factors. The article describes the factors of internal and external influence on the behavior of consumers, the possibilities of their influence to direct the psychological factors of behavior in marketing activities and the main psychological aspects of consumer behavior and factors that determine the choice of a particular type of consumer behavior. The main groups of factors that influence the formation and implementation of consumer behavior are analyzed, special attention is paid to socio-psychological factors: social class (eight groups: the top of society, conservatives; dominant traditionalists; traditionally working class; dominant "new"; trendsetters; avant-garde; social "dependers"; poors), reference group, communication, social norms and values, personal lifestyle. There are examples of successful and unsuccessful marketing decisions of companies that, accordingly, account or ignored the needs of their consumers in the article. By the way, for Ukrainians, the main criteria for choosing a product are: price, brand and packaging, since the psyche of the consumer is not always aimed specifically at the product and, if products are more or less uniformity, the consumer will choose one, focusing not only on the specific differences of the goods, but also on their appearance.

Abstract:
When major corporate breaches have occurred, the blame and the punishment always has been on the so-called “bad apples” in an organization. The trouble with such an approach ignores the cultural and psychological context about which the “bad apple” flourishes. Usually, corporate breaches seem to occur in two areas; they will either involve ethical or legal violations. An understanding of ethical and compliance issues in an organization is thus of utmost importance. These issues herein inspired research. The concern of the study will be the psychological factors within an organization that need understanding from an ethical or compliance point of view.
