In psichiatria, ormai da alcuni anni, accanto alle revisioni classiche della letteratura, le cosiddette revisioni narrative, gli articoli cioè in cui gli esperti di ciascun settore passano in rassegna le conoscenze riguardanti un determinato argomento per trarne conclusioni utili alia pratica clinica, si è progressivamente affermato un nuovo tipo di rassegna della letteratura, denominato revisione sistematica. Questo è avvenuto a seguito dell'altrettanto forte affermazione dell'idea secondo cui le decisioni in medicina devono basarsi sulle evidenze scientifiche a nostra disposizione. Le evidenze scientifiche sono meglio dette prove di efficacia, e il termine che descrive questo movimento è medicina basata sulle prove di efficacia (Barbui et al, 2002). Secondo il paradigma della medicina basata sulle prove di efficacia (o evidence-based medicine, da cui la sigla EBM) le revisioni sistematiche rappresentano lo strumento piu idoneo per riassumere le prove di efficacia esistenti per ogni argomento. Scopo di questo editoriale è chiarire che cosa sono le prove di efficacia in medicina ed esemplificare come queste ultime vengono correntemente utilizzate nella preparazione e nel mantenimento delle revisioni sistematiche. Obiettivo ultimo è discutere il possibile ruolo delle revisioni sistematiche nel supportare il processo di acquisizione di competenze che permettano di prendere decisioni in ambito psichiatrico.

SommarioVi sono prove sempre più rilevanti circa l’importanza di una più dettagliata valutazione dei costi delle nuove tecnologie usate in chirurgia. L’impatto innovativo della tecnologia ha il potenziale per ottenere miglioramenti clinici rivoluzionari. Tuttavia, esistono informazioni limitate sul tema costo-efficacia delle nuove strategie chirurgiche usate in chirurgia tiroidea. In questo studio descriviamo le recenti evidenze relative ai metodi di valutazione costo-efficacia delle strutture e delle funzioni per il neuromonitoraggio intraoperatorio (IONM) in chirurgia tiroidea. I nostri risultati suggeriscono che il modello di economia sanitaria, nell’elaborazione della struttura degli studi costo-efficacia relativi al neuromonitoraggio intraoperatorio, si è dimostrata realizzabile come metodo per migliorare l’efficacia della ricerca.

L'esperienza del Piano nazionale di prevenzione 2010-2012 (PNP), adottato con Intesa Stato Regioni 29 aprile 2010, si segnala per la sua importanza non solo per i contenuti e le metodologie adottate ma anche per il significato che assume all'interno dei rapporti tra le Istituzioni. La sua impostazione prevede infatti che il Ministero svolga Azioni centrali (DM 4 agosto 2011) a supporto della Programmazione regionale, come espressione dell'assetto costituzionale, secondo il modello di governance della stewardship, recepito dall'Italia con la carta di Tallin. Sul piano dei contenuti, il PNP pone grande e sistematica attenzione alla necessitŕ di disponibilitŕ e fruibilitŕ delle evidenze in tre momenti principali: prove di efficacia teorica (efficacy); monitoraggio e valutazione degli interventi; evidenze di impatto sugli outcome (effectiveness). In questa logica, e nel modello di governance adottato, l'attivitŕ di valutazione ha un significato sistemico di produzione di informazioni (intelligenza) funzionali a supportare la programmazione, l'implementazione, la valutazione degli interventi e si sta realizzando mettendo in campo molteplici azioni (certificazione; capacity building; promozione della cultura e degli strumenti di pianificazione e valutazione; attivitŕ di studio) e coinvolgendo interlocutori e partner diversi. In particolare, attraverso l'Azione centrale prioritaria "Intesa Stato Regioni su registri, sorveglianze e sistemi informativi per la prevenzione", si sta perseguendo l'obiettivo di un approccio integrato alle valutazioni di impatto degli interventi di prevenzione che definisca, al piů alto livello di concertazione, gli ambiti tematici, gli obiettivi conoscitivi e le regole di implementazione di un sistema informativo integrato per la prevenzione e che quindi tenga conto sia delle caratteristiche proprie di questi interventi (e delle relative difficoltŕ epistemologiche della loro valutazione), sia della conseguente attuale scarsezza e frammentarietŕ di informazione e valutazione.

Nel 1914, Abel, insieme a Rowentree e Turner, ha introdotto il termine “plasmaferesi”, il cui significato letterale è “sottrazione”. La prima “plasmaferesi terapeutica” risale al 1952 in un paziente affetto da mieloma multiplo, ma, nel 1963, iniziarono le prime applicazioni cliniche per ridurre l'iperviscosità del sangue in pazienti affetti da paraproteinemia, ad opera di Salomon e Fahey. Nel tempo sono state introdotte tecniche sempre più specifiche e selettive, ampliando notevolmente le indicazioni cliniche (plasma-exchange, crioaferesi, leucoaferesi, trombocitoaferesi, linfocitoaferesi LDL aferesi). Le attuali indicazioni alla plasmaferesi vengono definite e periodicamente ristabilite da due associazioni scientifiche americane, l'American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) e l'American Society of Apheresis (ASFA), sulla base delle prove di efficacia del trattamento nelle malattie specifiche. Nel 1993 è stato costituito, nell'ambito della Società Italiana di Nefrologia, il gruppo di studio dell'aferesi terapeutica che ha il compito di sviluppare Linee Guida di riferimento per il trattamento con plasmaferesi. Il fine ultimo della terapia aferetica sarebbe quello di poter rimuovere dal circolo solo le sostanze patogene, ma l'utilizzo di tecniche di rimozione selettiva si accompagna in realtà non tanto a una maggiore capacità di estrazione della sostanza, bensì a una minore rimozione di componenti non patologiche, riducendo il rischio di infezioni, emorragie e reazioni allergiche. Tuttavia, la plasmaferesi potrebbe anche agire modulando il sistema immunitario oltre che rimuovendo le sostanze patogene. L'aferesi terapeutica è indicata in immunologia, dermatologia, ematologia, oncologia e nelle malattie dismetaboliche, neurologiche e renali ed è utilizzata anche nelle emergenze come tecnica di detossificazione sia endogena che esogena, in cui è necessaria la rimozione della sostanza patogena prima che si verifichi un danno d'organo irreversibile. La plasmaferesi terapeutica ha subito negli anni un cambiamento notevole conseguente allo sviluppo tecnologico delle apparecchiature e a un'espansione delle indicazioni. Infatti, l'innovazione tecnologica ha introdotto metodiche che permettono un trattamento più tollerabile e meno invasivo. Hemofenix utilizza la filtrazione mediante membrana attraverso un sistema di nanofiltrazione, il filtro ROSA. Hemofenix, permettendo di eseguire il trattamento con un singolo e piccolo ago e con un volume extracorporeo ridotto, circa 70 mL, potrebbe ridurre i rischi per il paziente, anche pediatrico. Ulteriori vantaggi potrebbero essere rappresentati dalla breve durata del trattamento e dalla mancata necessità di utilizzare il plasma come fluido di sostituzione, riducendo il rischio di infezioni e reazioni allergiche. Sicuramente, oltre alla sicurezza, dovrà essere valutata la reale efficacia in trial clinici randomizzati, confrontando questa metodica con le terapie aferetiche classiche.

INTRODUZIONE:Risultati recenti di alcuni studi sembrano riscontrare dei miglioramenti nella sintomatologia dei pazienti affetti da PTSD sottoposti a terapia con cannabis terapeutica (THC, CBD e NABILONE). Alcune revisioni hanno messo in luce, tuttavia, come si siano riscontrate diverse metodologie di assunzione e diverse forme di agente terapeutico e di come gli studi inclusi presentassero bias di varia natura. A fronte di queste evidenze, ha senso effettuare una nuova Scoping Review finalizzata ad eseguire una mappatura degli studi primari presenti in letteratura che riportino prove di efficacia rispetto l’utilizzo della cannabis per il trattamento della sintomatologia del PTSD riscontrate sino ad oggi, col fine di descrivere le modalità d’utilizzo, le posologie l’aderenza alla terapia dei pazienti ed alcune caratteristiche specifiche del campione che potrebbero risultare influenti come l’abuso precedente di alcool e droghe e l’aderenza a terapie pregresse. METODI E ANALISI:Questa scoping review seguirà la metodologia del Joanna Briggs Institute, contenuta nel JBI Manual for Evidence Synthesis. La ricerca della letteratura sarà condotta attraverso i database PubMed, Scopus, Web Of Science, Cochrane Library, Elsevier, Psycinfo; in aggiunta, saranno consultate anche fonti di letteratura grigia. Saranno inclusi unicamente trial clinici (randomizzati e non) e studi quasi sperimentali in lingua italiana o inglese e disponibili in versione full text. Le informazioni chiave degli studi saranno estratte e presentate sia in forma narrativa che in forma riassuntiva con opportune tabelle per dare una panoramica adeguata dei contenuti della letteratura scientifica esistente sull’argomento.

OBJECTIVE: To compare the economic impact of treating neuropathic pain with pregabalin versus gabapentin. DESIGN: A cost effectiveness analysis comparing costs and effects of pregabalin 375 mg/die versus gabapentin 1800 mg/die in the perspective of the Italian National Healthcare Service was developed. The cost effectiveness analysis is examined alternatively in terms of the incremental cost per additional day with no or mild pain, and the incremental cost per quality-adjusted life-year (QALY) gained. Effects were derived from a pregabalin randomised clinical study 1008-155 and gabapentin 645-210 and 945-211 studies. Effects are expressed as reduction score of the VAS pain scale. Pharmacological costs were quantified according to the Italian market price of the drugs; healthcare procedure and hospitalisation costs were quantified on the basis of the National Tariff. Other healthcare services consumption data were derived from a Delphi Panel. To estimate the impact of pregabalin and gabapentin on daily pain experience in patients with neuropatic pain a Markov model is used. The dynamic simulation focuses on a hypothetical cohort of 1000 patients and simulates their daily pain experience over 12 weeks, to estimate clinical and economic outcomes for the group as a whole. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES AND RESULTS: The cost-effectiveness ratio for the use of pregabalin is less than 1 euro per additional day with no or mild pain and 468 euros per QALY. The sensitivity analysis conducted to examine the effects of decreasing gabapentin dose to 1200 mg/die showes the consistency of the model results. CONCLUSIONS AND RESULTS: Although pregabalin pure costs are higher than gabapentin costs, the analyses prove pregabalin to be more effective with a small additional cost per day with no or mild pain.

Introduction: cardiovascular diseases are the most common reason of mortality and morbidity in the world, despite therapeutic interventions have improved patients’ prognosis in the last decades. Aggressive lipid lowering treatment with atorvastatin has demonstrated to be effective in preventing the occurrence of new cardiovascular events requiring hospitalizations, in patients previously affected by coronary syndromes. However, the increasing costs of managing cardiovascular diseases impose a careful analysis of the economic benefits of these therapies. Objective: to assess the economic sustainability of using atorvastatin for the secondary prevention of cardiovascular events. Material and Methods: we derived clinical information from five randomized, multicenter trials (AVERT, IDEAL, MIRACL, PROVE-IT, TNT) evaluating efficacy and tolerability of high dosage treatment with atorvastatin over control groups in different patient populations and for different follow up periods. A costeffectiveness analysis in the perspective of the NHS has been performed, under the hypothesis of the imminent price reduction of atorvastatin, due to the loss of exclusivity. Results: in trials AVERT, MIRACL, PROVE IT, the treatment with atorvastatin has demonstrated to reduce both cardiovascular events and overall healthcare direct costs, compared to the respective control groups. In trials IDEAL and TNT, the therapy with atorvastatin has resulted to be cost effective, with incremental cost-effectiveness ratio respectively of € 6,310 for avoided event (vs simvastatin 10 mg) and € 9,058 for CV disease free patient (vs atorvastatin 10 mg). Discussion: the present study represents an update of previous cost-effectiveness analyses, which have previously evaluated the economic consequences of using atorvastatin for the secondary prevention of cardiovascular events. The present analysis has proved the economic benefits deriving from the usage of atorvastatin, which is a dominant alternative in the AVERT, MIRACL and PROVE-IT clinical settings, and a cost effective option in the IDEAL and TNT study populations.

This study aims to determine the relationship between academic self efficacy and resiliency of boarding-high school students in Magelang. The hypothesis of this research that there is a positive effect between two variables; academic self efficacy and resiliency. The subjects are 10th grader in X high school and totals of the subjects are 90 people. The measuring instruments used are Resilience Scale and Academic Self-efficacy Scale. The analysis of this study using simple regression analysis technique. The results can prove the initial hypothesis with R = 0.698; p = 0,000. Efficacy gives an effect of 48.7% on the increase resilience and other 51.3% influenced by other variables.

Oxatomide is an antiallergic drug with a double mechanism of action: it possesses antagonistic activity on the H1 histaminergic receptor and it inhibits the production and release of flogistic and allergic mediators by effector cells, presumably acting as a selective calcium channel blocker on these cellular types. The efficacy and safety of oxatomide have been evaluated in many studies conducted on patients affected by different clinical conditions, demonstrating remarkable flexibility. It proved to be safe and effective also in extreme ages, i.e. children under 3 months of age and elderly over 80 years. Approved indications include rhinitis, asthma, conjunctivitis, urticaria, atopic and allergic dermatitis and food allergy and intolerance. In direct comparisons, oxatomide consistently proved superior than placebo and equally or more effective than other consolidated antiallergics. The drug tolerability is good, its main side effects are drowsiness and weight gain, usually transient. Cardiac and hepatic safety data are very reassuring, as is the case for drug interaction potential. Form an economical point of view, the drug acquisition cost is acceptable, being among the lowest in its class, at equally effective doses. Overall, the efficacy in several clinical conditions, the good tolerability in most patients and the reasonable purchase cost suggest that oxatomide is characterized by excellent risk-to-benefit and cost-to-benefit ratios in the treatment of allergic pathologies.

Le difficoltà di inclusione tipiche della scuola secondaria di I grado sono note da tempo e, secondo le più recenti indagini, non accennano a diminuire. Al fine di favorire il successo formativo di tutti gli allievi è quindi indispensabile individuare modalità sostenibili per ridefinire l'impostazione del curricolo in senso inclusivo, con l'individuazione di linee di impiego più efficace delle risorse già a disposizione del sistema scolastico. Tra queste risorse, la presenza della musica come disciplina curricolare e il suo potenziamento con l'insegnamento dello strumento musicale nelle scuole secondarie di I grado ad indirizzo musicale rappresentano una grande opportunità che non può essere trascurata. In questa prospettiva, il contributo presenta alcuni risultati di una ricerca che ha coinvolto le scuole secondarie di I grado ad indirizzo musicale del territorio nazionale al fine di individuare linee guida utili a migliorare il livello di inclusione dell'insegnamento dello strumento musicale. In particolare, si presentano i risultati relativi all'elaborazione di una prova di accesso a carattere inclusivo che consenta di far emergere l'attitudine musicale degli allievi con bisogni educativi speciali.

The use of plants as traditional medicine is in great demand by the wider community, because medicinal plants are proven to be more beneficial for health. The Karo people use plants not only for traditional medicine, but also for daily needs such as food, customs and culture. The Karo people create a different system of local wisdom in caring for existing plants. The processing and use of this traditional medicine has been passed down by their ancestors. The traditional forms of Karo treatment that are always used are Parem/Yellow, Tawar, Karo Oil and Oukup. The four types of treatment have different characteristics and efficacy. The purpose of this study is to prove whether ease of use, perceived usefulness, and computer self efficacy influence the interest in using e-SPT for micro-entrepreneurs in the city of Madiun. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. To test the hypothesis multiple regression analysis techniques are used. From the results of data processing through SPSS Version 22, namely through the t test obtained a significant value for ease of use: 0.755, perceptions of use 0.000, and computer self efficacy 0.038. Based on these results it can be said that the perception variables of use and computer self efficacy influence the interest in using e-SPT in the City of Madiun, while the ease of use has no effect on the interest in using e-SPT in the City of Madiun.

This research is done by the authors because there are still many problems in the Education Office of Rembang regency, including the low efficacy and morale of teachers in Rembang Regency. This research uses quantitative research, which is a process of finding knowledge using numbers as a tool to analyze what you want to know and to draw conclusions using statistical calculations. The variables used in this study are the dependent variable (teacher performance), the independent variable (self-efficacy and job satisfaction) and the intermediate variable (work motivation). From this research, the researcher concludes that self-efficacy and motivation affect teacher performance in Rembang Regency. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the OCB culture of teacher performance, so that hypothesis 1 (H1) is accepted and Hypothesis zero (H0) is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on O, so that hypothesis 2 is accepted and hypothesis 0 is rejected. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on performance, so hypothesis 3 is proven and hypothesis zero is rejected. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, so that hypothesis 4 is proven and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. The influence of work OCB culture on performance. OCB has a positive and significant effect on performance, so that hypothesis 5 is proven. This study reports the results of an evaluation of the effectiveness and tolerability of rifaximin, an intestinal topical antibiotic. It was administered using a nasogastric tube in patients with severe enterocolitis and bacterial superinfections causing intestinal inflammatory diseases and portosystemic encephalopathy. The drug proved highly effective clinically and produced neither local nor systemic side-effects. E’ stata valutata l'efficacia e la tollerabilita delia rifaximina, un antibiotico ad azione topica intestinale, somministrata tramite sondino nasogastrico in pazienti affetti da gravi enterocoliti, sovrainfezioni batteriche in corso di malattie infiammatorie intestinali ed encefalopatia porto-sistemica. Oltre all'ottima efficacia clinica si segnala l'assenza di effetti collaterali, locali e sistemici, di questo farmaco.

Procrastination can be described as an activity to procrastinate work. Self-efficacy can be a component to consider procrastination behavior. Self-efficacy also plays an important role in determining whether an individual is capable of completing tasks that have an influence on the goals to be achieved. This study aims to determine the role of self-efficacy on student procrastination in online learning in the city of Bukittinggi. The research method used is quantitative research using a descriptive correlational approach. Respondents of this study were 66 students in the City of Bukittinggi. To obtain data, researchers used a Likert scale in the form of a self-efficacy measurement tool and a procrastination measuring tool. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis techniques with SPSS 16.0 for windows applications. The results of the research data analysis obtained r = - 0.364 with a level of p = 0.003 (p <0.05). The significant effect of self-efficacy on procrastination is r2 = 13.0%. This study proves that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and student procrastination in online learning in the City of Bukittinggi.

L'articolo riferisce dei risultati di una sperimentazione relativa alla validità di un intervento volto a promuovere le abilità di lettura in soggetti adulti. Il corso Super Reading, che combina il potenziamento di diverse componenti della lettura (abilità metacognitive, mnemoniche, visuo-percettive e componenti emotive e motivazionali) ha mostrato di permettere ai partecipanti (giovani adulti, sia normolettori sia soggetti con DSA) miglioramenti significativi nella velocità di lettura e nella comprensione. Per escludere che tali miglioramenti siano dovuti a fattori diversi dalla partecipazione al corso, e in particolare per escludere la presenza di un effetto di apprendimento della tipologia di test utilizzato per misurare le prestazioni, si è proceduto alla raccolta e all'analisi di dati di controllo.Un gruppo di controllo di 34 soggetti normolettori ha svolto gli stessi test proposti durante il corso. Sono state misurate le differenze in 8 diversi parametri tra la prima e l'ultima prova. Tali parametri rispecchiano la struttura della prova, per la quale viene proposto un brano da leggere due volte, rispondendo dopo ciascuna lettura alle stesse dieci domande di comprensione; pertanto si considerano: tempo in prima lettura, in seconda e totale, comprensione in prima e seconda lettura; efficacia di lettura (in prima, in seconda lettura e totale), un indice che combina tempo e percentuale di comprensione. Questi dati sono stati messi a confronto con quelli ottenuti da un campione di 154 normolettori che hanno partecipato al corso. Le differenze tra prima e ultima prova (che corrispondono ad un pre- post-corso nel gruppo sperimentale) registrate per i due gruppi sono state confrontate e hanno mostrato di essere statisticamente significative nei parametri relativi al tempo e all'efficacia di lettura. Pari significatività non si riscontra per la comprensione, il cui dato è però soggetto alla presenza di un marcato effetto tetto. Nel loro insieme, i risultati mostrano l'efficacia del corso nel promuovere la lettura, con miglioramenti nella velocità e nella comprensione del testo.

L'autrice considera il caso dei sindacati del lavoro su piattaforma digitale come un efficace esempio di con-flitto collettivo, che ci ha mostrato forme di azione anche inedite e che fornisce la prova che, contrariamente alle molte critiche, il sindacato e la sua azione non sono collassati. Infine, l'autrice critica il nuovo modello partecipativo del sindacato nell'impresa e propone di recuperare il ruolo essenziale del conflitto collettivo.

The role of self-efficacy on the mobilization ability patient's during hospitalization has been proven. However, the source of self-efficacy of the patient for mobilization is not yet known. This study aimed to know what sources of self-efficacy of the patient for mobilization during hospitalization. This study used a qualitative study in which the data collected through in-depth interviews with 10 patients in the internal medicine room. Eight themes were obtained: 1) Habits of mobilization before illness, 2) Effects that patients feel after mobilizing, 3) Availability of mobilization facilities, 4) The success of other patients mobilizes, 5) verbal expressions directly from other people, 6) Self-statement, 7) Patient's physical condition, 8) Patient's psychological condition. Obtained eight themes of the source self-efficacy of the patient for mobilization during hospitalization, but it is not yet known which source is the most important. Further research is needed to find out the role of mobilization self-efficacy sources towards increasing patient mobilization capabilities.</p>

In questo articolo, la questione delle istituzioni viene affrontata accogliendo gli apporti della sociologia pragmatica e delle sue analisi dell'azione in situazione, ma anche riprendendo il tema del dominio. Le istituzioni vengono concepite come le condizioni necessarie per stabilire un accordo tra soggetti dotati di punti di vista situati e inevitabilmente divergenti. D'altro canto, le stesse regole mediante cui le istituzioni assicurano la possibilitÀ dell'accordo, sono al contempo fonti di frammentazione, cioč di dominio: le istituzioni legittimano criteri e norme che ‘ordinano' attraverso l'isolamento e la separazione degli individui. I quali possono rispondere in maniera efficace solo collettivamente, organizzandosi in ‘classi' e sfidando l'ordine costituito mediante specifiche ‘prove' critiche. Da questa concezione del dominio segue che non esiste una vera e propria ‘classe' dominante, poiché i ‘dominanti' sono coloro che non hanno necessitÀ di strutturarsi in classe e sono uniti soltanto da legami di riconoscimento taciti.

La ricerca presenta una sperimentazione sul campo in collaborazione con l’Istituto Provinciale per la Ricerca e la Sperimentazione Educativa of Trento (IPRASE) e ha sviluppato un nuovo modello (SoSoFIN – Social Software in formal, informal and non-formal context) per verificare se e come i processi di apprendimento degli studenti che si sviluppano nei contesti informali e non formali possono essere con efficacia integrati nel curriculum scolastico formale. Gli insegnanti e gli studenti sono stati accompagnati a sviluppare le loro competenze digitali attraverso l’uso degli strumenti del web 2.0 durante lo svolgimento di specifici progetti disciplinari. La ricerca ha sperimentato un ampio ventaglio di progetti in cui studenti e insegnanti hanno collaborato con le comunità locali creando artefatti digitali fortemente contestualizzati nel territorio e rendendoli disponibili a tutti. Questo approccio didattico, stimolando processi socio-culturali attraverso le tecnologie, ha migliorato la partecipazione e motivazione ad apprendere, così come le competenze digitali di insegnanti e studenti, che sono state messe alla prova sul campo.

Il presente contributo analizza le difficoltà di una valutazione efficace per gli studenti con disturbi dello spettro dell'autismo e rileva in che modo le tecnologie possono facilitare tale processo. Attraverso una ricerca che ha coinvolto 276 docenti di scuola secondaria di primo grado si è cercato di comprendere quanto le TIC siano in grado di rendere le prove di verifica più accessibili agli studenti con autismo. Il questionario utilizzato ha rivelato quali software e applicativi i docenti, con esperienza almeno quinquennale, utilizzano nel valutare gli studenti che presentano disturbi dello spettro dell'autismo. I risultati evidenziano conoscenze molto limitate da parte dei docenti di classe e di sostegno (senza titolo) mentre si evince che coloro che hanno seguito un percorso formativo di specializzazione universitaria hanno maggiori capacità di utilizzare le tecnologie per la valutazione dei loro studenti. Tutti coloro che hanno preso parte alla ricerca suggeriscono la necessità di un investimento serio sulla formazione dei docenti di classe e di sostegno per consentire loro di trovare nelle TIC nuove opportunità per una valutazione maggiormente inclusiva.

In questa sede, si analizzerà la fattispecie dell'art. 572 c.p. da una prospettiva “integrata”, inquadrandola come parte di un apparato di tutela penale nei confronti della violenza sessuale, fisica e psicologica nei confronti delle donne. Si conclude che la figura criminosa summenzionata è reato abituale proprio ed ha il dolo generico come elemento soggettivo. Vi sono problemi di concorso (reale o apparente) di reati con quelli di lesioni personali (art. 582 e – per quelle gravi e gravissime – 583 c.p.), e di atti persecutori (art. 612-bis), con il quale si individuano controversie di rilievo. I livelli sanzionatori prevedibili indicano la possibilità, per gli autori, di beneficiare frequentemente della sospensione condizionale della pena, o dell'affidamento in prova ai servizi sociali. Ciò si traduce in un apparato di tutela penale non sempre perfettamente coerente e, soprattutto, efficace.

I tentativi coraggiosi di innovazione delle politiche urbane in Italia, che a partire dalla prima metŕ anni '90 hanno provato a ridefinire le forme dell'azione di governo nelle cittŕ sono stati sostanzialmente fallimentari, sia dal punto di vista della capacitŕ di trattamento efficace dei problemi pubblici piů urgenti delle nostre cittŕ, sia sotto il profilo del radicamento di pratiche innovative di policy design. Il testo prova ad argomentare le ragioni di questo fallimento sullo sfondo di una lettura del ciclo politico delle cittŕ italiane dopo la rottura del regime di regolazione politica locale post-Tangentopoli e identifica nella chiusura di quel ciclo il quadro di riferimento necessario per l'analisi delle politiche. A sua volta tale chiusura č ricondotta sia a fenomeni di carattere generale, riguardanti la lunga e incompiuta transizione italiana, sia e piů specificamente alla scarsa performance delle culture e delle pratiche del riformismo in campo urbano nel corso degli ultimi venti anni.

In entrepreneurship, innovation has been seen as one of the crucial aspects that can determine performance. Innovative behavior is also one of the things considered to encourage innovation, especially for individuals who work in creative industry businesses. The purpose of this study was to examine and understand the effect of proactive personality, peer support, and creative self-efficacy on the innovative behavior of creative workers. Through a quantitative approach, this research was conducted on 90 MSME employees in two cities in West Java Province, namely Bandung and Cirebon. The sample in this study was selected using a purposive sampling technique, with criteria for MSME employees who have been running their business for at least 1 year. Researchers distributed questionnaires to respondents through an online platform. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software for windows. The results of this study contribute to the following findings. First, proactive personality was found to have a positive influence on the innovative behavior of entrepreneurs. Second, peer support also has a positive effect on innovative behavior. Finally, this study proves that creative self-efficacy has a positive influence on the innovative behavior of MSME employees in West Java, Indonesia. This research also provides some contributions that can be considered by the literature and practice in business and entrepreneurship, especially in developing countries.

L'emergenza da COVID-19 pone le organizzazioni sanitarie di fronte ad una sfida e com-porta un sovraccarico lavorativo degli operatori senza precedenti. Medici e infermieri non solo sono stati sovraesposti al rischio contagio, ma si sono ritrovati anche ad affrontare una com-pleta riorganizzazione del lavoro e le poche risorse a disposizione, connesse a nuove modalità di relazione e comunicazione con colleghi e pazienti, l'isolamento, l'utilizzo continuo di DPI, hanno scandito una nuova quotidianità con potenziali conseguenze sul benessere lavorativo e mentale degli operatori stessi. Obiettivo di questo lavoro è stato quello di sistematizzare i prin-cipali studi che hanno indagato il benessere e il malessere degli operatori sanitari durante la pandemia, mediante una revisione sistematica della letteratura. Sono emersi tre nuclei tematici principali: (1) stress lavoro correlato e malessere psicofisico; (2) differenze di ruolo e caratteri-stiche sociodemografiche nel fronteggiamento delle emergenze; (3) training, supporto e forma-zione organizzativa. Differenze sono emerse in termini di ruolo, età e reparti di afferenza. I ri-sultati propongono una riflessione sulle pratiche da impiegare per il sostegno degli operatori sanitari impegnati dell'emergenza COVID-19 e le successive fasi, che tengano conto delle dif-ferenze di genere, del ruolo e del setting professionale. Interventi individuali finalizzati al con-trollo dello stress, supporto di gruppo e una cultura improntata al coinvolgimento sembrereb-bero essere quelli maggiormente efficaci nella prevenzione dei rischi psico-sociali durante la pandemia. Tra i limiti del lavoro, la presenza di studi principalmente cross-sectional e prove-nienti da realtà geografiche e organizzazioni sanitarie molto differenti tra loro.

L'incontro con lo straniero reca con sé la conoscenza di aspetti nuovi, ma anche sentimenti di inquietudine. L'esperienza migratoria porta ad accogliere al proprio interno contraddizioni, conflitti e ambivalenze, a volte sofferenza e traumi. Questi sono processi individuali e collettivi che agiscono sia sul piano consapevole che inconscio.Quando l'incontro avviene durante un periodo di crisi del contesto, le variabili esterne avranno un'influenza maggiore sulla qualità delle relazioni nel mondo esterno e sull'integrità dell'identità dei soggetti. Queste interazioni possono causare conflitti forti e pericolosi. Attraverso il riferimento ad alcuni concetti di base provenienti dalla teoria della psicodinamica dei gruppi, l'autore prova a indicare alcuni sentieri di pensiero utili ad attraversare questi territori dell 'esistenza. Alcune considerazioni sono orientate a esplorare l'esperienza delle accoglienze per richiedenti asilo e rifugiati. L'autore suggerisce infine come un modo di pensare orientato ai gruppi possa essere efficace nell'affrontare le sfide della crisi contemporanea e interagire positivamente con i cambiamenti derivanti dall'influenza dei flussi migratori.

Il contributo si concentra sullo studio dell’apertura internazionale del capolavoro di Parini, Il Giorno. Quest’apertura parte dal mondo del mito appartenente alla tradizione letteraria classica che per Parini si dimostra una miniera di forme da cui attingere per arricchire il suo discorso sulla società a lui contemporanea e alla Francia che ne è cultura ispiratrice. Così un’analisi testuale dimostra, a.e., che Voltaire è accostato a Proteo (''multiforme''), lo stesso Voltaire e Jean Jacques Rousseau ad Aristippo e Diogene, e la scrittrice e cortigiana francese Ninon de Lenclos alla raffinata greca Aspasia, ma anche a Taide, personaggio del teatro latino, presente pure in Dante. L’influsso dei costumi francesi, d’altra parte, ma anche dell’esterofilia in generale, nella maniera ironica in cui vengono trattati da Parini (e cioè come un invito a consumare merci delle provenienze più varie) inducono però anche a una lettura del Giorno che riconosce in questo testo efficaci sintesi quasi ''sociologiche'', per cui, a mo’ di conclusione, ci si riconosce il fenomeno oggi noto sotto il termine di ''globalizzazione''.

One of the most promising approaches for minimizing the side effects of nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) is to concurrently inhibit the activities of both 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) and cyclooxygenase (CO). Many such dual inhibitors of prostaglandin (PG) and leukotriene (LT) production in vitro have been described but, despite intense pharmaceutical research efforts, the translation of this in vitro activity into in vivo efficacy has proven difficult. Chemical modification of one series of inhibitors, the 2,6-di-tert butylphenols, has provided a variety of dual inhibitors with antiinflammatory efficacy and superior gastrointestinal (GI) safety. Whereas optimization of the di-t-butylphenols for in vitro activity, inhibitory specificity, oral availability and antiinflammatory efficacy resulted in the identification of Cl-1004 and other clincal candidates, optimization of other chemical series typically resulted in dual inhibitors with potent in vitro effects but little in vivo activity. The development of several dual inhibitors, including tepoxalin, tebufelone and CI-986, has been limited by drug metabolism issues. Translation of the attractive preclinical antiinflammatory and safety profile of dual inhibitors to the clinical arena awaits the completion of thorough clinical studies, such as those currently underway with CI-1004.

La vulvodinia è una sindrome complessa e multifattoriale che colpisce circa il 16% della popolazione femminile (Harlow et al., 2014) caratterizzata da disagio vulvare spesso descritto come bruciore/dolore che si verifica in assenza di rilevanti cause osservabili. Anche se numerosi progressi sono stati fatti nello studio di que-sta sindrome, esistono ancora oggi delle problematiche relative all'eziologia, che possono ulteriormente ostacolare il processo diagnostico e terapeutico. L'obiettivo del presente studio è stato quello di esplorare il funzionamento sessuale, emotivo e psicopatologico di donne affette da vulvodinia, ponendole a confronto con donne prive di patologie genito-pelviche. Lo studio è stato condotto su 69 donne che hanno compilato un questionario socio-anagrafico, il Female Sexual Function In-dex (FSFI), il Symptom Checklist -90- Revised (SCL-90-R), il Positive and Negati-ve Affect Schedule (PANAS) e lo Short Form McGill Questionnaire (SF-MGQ). I risultati emersi suggeriscono nelle donne vulvodiniche la presenza di un ridotto funzionamento sessuale (maggior dolore e ridotta lubrificazione); un livello maggiore di disagio psichico (soprattutto nelle dimensioni: ossessività-compulsività, psicoticismo e depressione) ed un'affettività più negativa rispetto al gruppo di con-trollo. Approfondimenti futuri potrebbero contribuire ad una migliore comprensio-ne dell'impatto che tale sindrome produce sul benessere sessuale e sulla qualità della vita delle donne che ne sono affette, indirizzando gli specialisti verso forme d'intervento multidisciplinare, che secondo il modello bio-psico-sociale, potrebbero essere più appropriate ed efficaci.

This community engagement programme (CEP) aims to implement Instagram Ads and investigate its efficacy as a tool for social media marketing. The participant in this CEP was an MSME named The Andalusia located in Palembang, Indonesia. Its official Instagram account is @the.andalusia.id. The CEP applied an exploration study method resembling action research. The results prove that the CEP enhances the participant's social media engagement and reach. The CEP further optimises sales and help the participant to survive the Covid-19 pandemic.

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan iklan Instagram berbayar (Instagram Ads) dan menganalisis efektivitasnya pada strategi pemasaran media sosial. Objek dalam PkM ini adalah UMKM kedai kopi The Andalusia yang berlokasi di Palembang dengan akun Instagram @the.andalusia.id. PkM ini menerapkan metode eksplorasi yang menyerupai riset aksi. Hasil PkM menunjukkan bahwa iklan Instagram mengoptimalkan jumlah jangkauan dan interaksi konten secara keseluruhan. Hasil PkM ini juga meningkatkan penjualan dan membantu usaha kopi The Andalusia untuk bertahan selama pandemi Covid-19.

Coloro che nella Chiesa latina ricevono il sacramento dell’Ordine s’impegnano a vivere nel celibato (fatta eccezione dei diaconi permanenti che possono sposarsi prima di ricevere il diaconato). Molti casi dell’abbandono della vita sacerdotale, a causa delle difficoltà con il celibato, indicano che una tale decisione non sempre era libera, matura, responsabile; che non tutti erano idonei alla vita nel celibato e che le prove e le crisi non sempre venivano superate. La Chiesa, volendo sanare tali situazioni, prevede la possibilità di concedere la dispensa dal celibato. La legislazione vigente prevede quattro titoli giuridici per cui si puo chiedere tale dispensa: l’abbandono della vita sacerdotale già da molto tempo, la mancanza della necessaria libertà, la mancanza della necessaria responsabilità, la mancanza dell’idoneità a condurre perpetuamente la vita nel celibato consacrato a Dio. Tutta la causa deve essere preparata conformemente alle apposite norme procedurali che determinano il suo iter. La domanda deve essere presentata con sentimenti di umiltà, l’istruzione della causa deve essere fatta con serietà, il motivo della dispensa deve essere dimostrato con argomenti efficaci. Il legislatore canonico richiede una seria procedura amministrativo-giudiziaria. La nomativa vigente in questione sottolinea la responsabilità dell’ordinario, fa vedere l’importanza del ruolo dell’istruttore, invita alla riflessione sulla formazione dei candidati al sacramento dell’Ordine e sulla valutazione della loro idoneità alla vita nel celibato consacrato a Dio.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is considered a non-invasive therapeutic tool with proven efficacy in the treatment of various bone diseases in adults and children, in addition to or as an alternative to conventional therapy. Its use in patients with chronic osteomyelitis is recommended in guidelines and can lead to a marked improvement in the clinical picture and images. The paper reports the clinical case of a 9-month-old child with acute osteomyelitis that was clinically cured and without persistence of inflammation indices, but with the persistence of an unfavourable evolutionary picture on MRI. A cycle of hyperbaric oxygen therapy produced an evident and rapid improvement in the observed picture. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy should also be considered in the presence of an evolution of acute osteomyelitis which, despite the absence of clinical and laboratory criteria to formalize the diagnosis of chronic osteomyelitis, shows a not favourable evolution in terms of reparative phenomena on MRI performed after a reasonable distance of time.

In USA i Centers for Disease Control and Prevention hanno dichiarato che la pandemia ha aumentato i livelli di stress degli individui. Altri studi hanno confermato che i sintomi ansioso depressivi sono reazioni psicologiche comuni alla pandemia Covid-19.Il mondo della psicoterapia come sta reagendo all'impatto della pandemia? L'utilizzo della tecnologia è da tempo presente in ambito clinico anche se molti professionisti sono incerti e impreparati. Fino a poco tempo fa la terapia on-line è stata considerata sacrilega da molti. Per i terapeuti cognitivo-comportamentali (CBT) il passaggio alla terapia on-line è stato più semplice perché i professionisti si sono mostrati più flessibili nell'adattare le loro tecniche a Internet. Ma quanto i trattamenti on-line sono efficaci? Quali sono gli aspetti fondamentali?In questo articolo vogliamo descrivere le prove empiriche a supporto dell'efficacia della CBT on-line, includendo aspetti favorevoli e contrari, in contesti e popolazioni differenti, senza trascurare i limiti e le possibili criticità, al fine di riflettere sui due trattamenti e confrontarli. I risultati complessivi evidenziano poche differenze tra i due metodi. Sono molti gli studi sulla terapia cognitivo-comportamentale via Internet (iCBT), ma con risultati ancora poco esaustivi, in particolare per quanto riguarda gli esiti di condizioni psichiatriche e somatiche, pertanto, sono necessarie ulteriori ricerche per stabilire l'equivalenza dei due formati di trattamento.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy, organizational activity, family environment and locus of control on the work readiness of Padang State University students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research was an associative descriptive study with a population of 100 Padang State University students. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling with a sample of 100 students. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires. To ensure the questionnaire used in this study, validity and reliability tests were used. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of SPSS 24. Before performing the data analysis technique, the classical assumption test is carried out using the normality test and homogeneity test. The results of the research on sub structure 1 show that the variables of self-efficacy, organizational activity and family environment have a positive and significant effect on the locus of control of Padang State University students. And the results of research in sub structure 2 show that the variables of self-efficacy and locus of control have a positive and significant effect on work readiness of Padang State University students while the variables of organizational activity and family environment are not proven to have a significant effect on work readiness of Padang State University students. Intolerance and radicalism that occur in the community proved to have entered the realm of the world of education, especially in schools and colleges. The role of educators in instilling values in students is important. So the rise of religious intolerance and radicalism in the world of education raises questions about the role of educators, especially religious teachers. This research tries to explain how the relationship between religiosity and multiculturalism in religion teachers in public schools. Research participants are religion teachers in state schools in Jakarta (N = 152, 83 boys and 69 girls).The sampling technique used was accidental, in the data retrieval stage.The level of religiosity of religious teachers was measured by the adaptation measuring instrument The Centrality Scale (CRS) which had a reliability value of 0.83 (Huber and Huber, 2012). While the multiculturalism attitude of religious teachers was measured by the adaptation measuring instrument Multicultural Efficacy Scale which has a reliability value of 0.87 (Guyton & Wesche, 2005). Research results show that religiosity has a significant and positive relationship with multiculturalism. This is seen from the correlation value of 0.319, which confirms that a high level of religiosity will result in a high attitude of multiculturalism, and vice versa.

Le fratture del dente dell'epistrofeo rappresentano circa il 15% delle fratture del rachide cervicale. Vengono esaminati venti casi consecutivi osservati presso la Divisione di Neurochirurgia di Bergamo nel triennio 1984–1987: undici casi erano del secondo tipo di Anderson-D'Alonzo, e nove casi del terzo tipo. In diciassette casi la diagnosi fu tempestiva, mentre in tre la frattura fu misconosciuta e trattata tardivamente. Nel primo gruppo, dopo aver costantemente ottenuto una buona riduzione della frattura, il trattamento iniziale è stato sempre l'applicazione di un presidio di Halo, sotto controllo scopico. II periodo medio di applicazione è stato di 115 giorni. L'unica complicazione osservata è stata il frequente allentamento delle viti del cerchio, talora con flogosi localizzate in relazione al prolungato mantenimento dell'anello. Nel secondo gruppo di pazienti, in cui è sempre stata constatata l'assenza di un callo riparativo, il nostro atteggiamento è stato interventistico, praticando un'artrodesi per via posteriore seguita da applicazione di Halo. Il protocollo di monitoraggio prevede l'esecuzione mensile di radiogrammi standard nelle due proiezioni associati ad uno studio tomografico al fine di valutare la formazione del callo osseo e l'allineamento tra i monconi di frattura. Solo dopo l'osservazione di una soddisfacente riparazione ossea si procede alla rimozione dell'Halo ed all'esecuzione di radiogrammi nelle prove funzionali di estensione e flessione per confermare la stabilità dei monconi. I risultati sono stati complessivamente buoni. Nel primo gruppo tutte le fratture di terzo tipo sono guarite con formazione di callo osseo. Una sola frattura del secondo tipo non ha mostrato alcun fenomeno riparativo a tre mesi, per cui è stata sottoposta ad intervento chirurgico come già indicato, con successiva guarigione. Nel secondo gruppo abbiamo avuto un solo parziale insuccesso dovuto ad un'infezione della ferita chirurgica, guarita comunque per seconda intenzione. In conclusione, le fratture non significativamente dislocate o angolate, siano di secondo o di terzo tipo, meritano a parer nostro un primo approccio conservativo, avendo un'alta probabilità di guarigione. Se dislocate od angolate significativamente, può essere corretto proporre elettivamente la stabilizzazione chirurgica, the rimane comunque la scelta obbligata nei casi di mancata saldatura, di pseudoartrosi o di fratture inveterate. Nel primo caso il trattamento più efficace appare quello con Halo. L'intervento chirurgico è preferibilmente eseguito, secondo varie tecniche fra cui quella da not descritta, per via posteriore.

5'-Deoxy-5'-(methylthio)adenosine (MTA), a key by-product of polyamine biosynthesis, is cleaved by MTA phosphorylase and is salvaged as adenine and, through conversion of the ribose moiety, methionine. An analog of MTA, 5'-deoxy-5'-(hydroxyethylthio)adenosine (HETA), is a substrate for trypanosome MTA phosphorylase and is active in vitro and in vivo against Trypanosoma brucei brucei, an agent of bovine trypanosomiasis. In this study, HETA and three O-acylated HETA derivatives were examined for their activities against model infections of T. b. brucei and Trypanosoma brucei rhodesiense, the agent of East African sleeping sickness. HETA was curative (>60%) for infections caused by 5 of 11 clinical isolates of T. b. rhodesiense when it was given to mice at 200 mg/kg of body weight for 7 days as a continuous infusion in osmotic pumps. HETA at 150 to 200 mg/kg also extended the life spans of the mice infected with four additional isolates two- to fivefold. Di- and tri-O-acetylated derivatives of HETA also proved curative for the infections, while a tri-O-propionyl derivative, although also curative, was not as effective. This study indicates that substrate analogs of MTA should be given important consideration for development as novel chemotherapies against African trypanosomiasis.

Gemcitabine as a pyrimidine nucleoside analog anticancer drug has high efficacy for a broad spectrum of solid tumors. Gemcitabine is activated within tumor cells by sequential phosphorylation carried out by deoxycytidine kinase to mono-, di-, and triphosphate nucleotides with the last one as the active form. But the instability, drug resistance and toxicity severely limited its utilization in clinics. In the field of medicinal chemistry, prodrugs have proven to be a very effective means for elevating drug stability and decrease undesirable side effects including the nucleoside anticancer drug such as gemcitabine. Many works have been accomplished in design and synthesis of gemcitabine prodrugs, majority of which were summarized in this review.

Objective. The present research is aimed at determining the efficacy of immediate implantation (II) and delayed implantation (DI) for single-tooth restoration of maxillary anterior teeth. Methods. From February 2019 to June 2020, 80 patients who received single-tooth restoration of maxillary anterior teeth in Suzhou Kowloon Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, were included, among which 38 cases with DI restoration were used as the control group (CG), and the remaining 42 cases with II were used as the research group (RG). The complications that occurred were recorded. Besides, subjective satisfaction (Visual Analogue Scale (VAS)), aesthetic effect after anterior teeth trauma restoration (Pink Esthetic Score (PES)), aesthetics of dental hard tissue (White Esthetic Score (WES)), pocket depth assessed by pure titanium periodontal probe, implant stability (Implant Stability Quotient (ISQ)), and oral health-related quality of life (Oral Health Impact Profile- (OHIP-) 14) were evaluated. Attachment height, general look, color, and chewing function were all much higher in RG than in CG, according to the evaluation results. Furthermore, at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months after surgery, RG had greater PES, WES, ISQ, and OHIP-14 scores, while the periodontal depth was decreased. In both groups of patients, the incidence of complications was similar, with no discernible differences.

Force adaptation, a process whereby sustained spasmogenic activation (viz., tone) of airway smooth muscle (ASM) increases its contractile capacity, has been reported in isolated ASM tissues in vitro, as well as in mice in vivo. The objective of the present study was to assess the effect of tone on airway responsiveness in humans. Ten healthy volunteers underwent methacholine challenge on two occasions. One challenge consisted of six serial doses of saline followed by a single high dose of methacholine. The other consisted of six low doses of methacholine 5 min apart followed by a higher dose. The cumulative dose was identical for both challenges. After both methacholine challenges, subjects took a deep inspiration (DI) to total lung capacity as another way to probe ASM mechanics. Responses to methacholine and the DI were measured using a multifrequency forced oscillation technique. Compared with a single high dose, the challenge preceded by tone led to an elevated response measured by respiratory system resistance (Rrs) and reactance at 5 Hz. However, there was no difference in the increase in Rrs at 19 Hz, suggesting a predominant effect on smaller airways. Increased tone also reduced the efficacy of DI, measured by an attenuated maximal dilation during the DI and an increased renarrowing post-DI. We conclude that ASM tone increases small airway responsiveness to inhaled methacholine and reduces the effectiveness of DI in healthy humans. This suggests that force adaptation may contribute to airway hyperresponsiveness and the reduced bronchodilatory effect of DI in asthma.

The real estate market is affected by great uncertainty due to the nexus of various factors: a) the specificity of the assets traded, which are illiquid, unique and very hetherogeneous from each other; b) the ‘structural disequilibrium’ of the market caused by the differences emerging in elasticity of supply with respect to demand; c) the non-competitiveness of the market, which often turns into a bilateral monopoly; d) the great variability of market prices. Since the subprime mortgage crisis that broke out at the end of 2006 in the United States, it has clearly emerged that, in a sector that represents about a third of world wealth, it is necessary, on the one hand, to implement proper and increasingly sophisticated valuation tools, to support the design of effective risk management strategies and, on the other hand, to improve the reliability of real estate data, in order to allow for a more robust verification of the hypotheses on the trend of the cash flows generated by the investment and a more accurate valuation of the investment risk and, consequently, of the project expected rate of return. The main objective of this work is to investigate the accuracy and robustness of the estimates of real estate investors of the expected returns on an urban development project in a medium-sized city representative of the North East of Italy. Using a simulation-based approach, the gap between the observed internal rate of return, estimated ex post on the basis of the actual trend of the parameters that influence investment returns, and the expected internal rate of return, calculated ex ante on the basis of the information available at the time of the investment decision. Firstly, we constructed the time series from 1995 to 2015 of the expected and observed internal rates of return of investments in the residential sector. We obtained the time series of the cash flows generated by the investment under investigation by implementing a simulation-based approach. Starting from the comparison between observed internal rate of return and expected internal rates of return, we identified ex post the risk implicitly assumed by the investor at the time of the decision to undertake the investment. Secondly, the effectiveness of the Capital Asset Pricing Model as a method for estimating the return on a property investment was verified, by comparing the project’s observed (ex post) internal rate of return with its ex ante rate of return, estimated through the Capital Asset Pricing Model. To carry out the above analyses, we constructed the time series of observed and expected internal rate of returns from 1995 to 2015 of investments in the residential sector. The time series of the internal rate of returns of real estate investments were obtained by implementing a simulation-based approach to determine the cash flows of real estate investments representative of the context under investigation and by adopting as model inputs the parameters usually adopted in ex-ante and ex-post real estate valuations. Starting from the comparison between observed and expected internal rate of returns, we identified ex-post the risk implicitly assumed by the developer at the time of the decision to undertake the investment. Finally, by investigating the determinants of the divergence between the investment’s observed and expected internal rate of return and cyclical variables, we identified the factors (i.e., the macroeconomic fundaments) which, in the period under investigation, affected investment risk and, consequently, investment return. Finally, by investigating the relationships that account for the difference between the observed and expected internal rate of return and the economic factors that can determine the current stage in economic cycles, we identified the determinants of invetment risk and returns. Il mercato immobiliare è affetto da grande incertezza dovuta a una concatenazione di diversi fattori: a) la specificità dei beni scambiati che sono illiquidi, unici e molto eterogenei tra loro; b) il “disequilibrio strutturale” del mercato causato dalla diversa elasticità del- l’offerta rispetto alla domanda; c) la non concorrenzialità del mercato che, assume spesso le caratteristiche del monopolio bilaterale; d) la grande variabilità dei prezzi di mercato. A partire dalla crisi dei mutui sub- prime scoppiata alla fine del 2006 negli Stati Uniti, è emerso chiaramente come, in un settore che rappresenta circa un terzo della ricchezza mondiale, sia necessario, da un lato, operare con strumenti valutativi adeguati e sempre più sofisticati, in grado di suppor- tare l’individuazione di strategie efficaci di gestione dei rischi e, dall’altro, migliorare l’affidabilità dei dati immobiliari, in modo da consentire una verifica più ro- busta delle ipotesi sull’andamento dei flussi di cassa generati e una stima più accurata del rischio e, conseguentemente, del tasso di rendimento atteso. Obiettivo principale del presente lavoro è di investigare l’accuratezza delle previsioni effettuate da un ipotetico operatore immobiliare sul rendimento di un investi- mento a sviluppo in una città di medie dimensioni rap- presentativa della provincia dell’Italia settentrionale. Attraverso un approccio basato sulla simulazione, è stato calcolato lo scarto fra il tasso interno di rendimento effettivo, stimato ex post in base all’andamento effettivo dei parametri influenti sul rendimento stesso, e il tasso interno di rendimento atteso, calcolato ex ante sulla base delle informazioni disponibili al mo- mento della decisione d’investimento. In primo luogo, è stata costruita la serie storica dal 1995 al 2015 dei tassi interni di rendimento attesi ed effettivi dell’investi- mento immobiliare residenziale a sviluppo. Le serie storiche sono state ottenute mediante la simulazione dei flussi di cassa di investimenti immobiliari rappresentativi della realtà indagata. A partire dal confronto fra tassi interni di rendimento effettivi e tassi interni di rendimento attesi è stato individuato, ex post, il rischio assunto implicitamente dall’investitore al momento della decisione di intraprendere l’investimento stesso. In secondo luogo, è stata verificata la bontà del Capital Asset Pricing Model come metodo di stima del rendi- mento di un investimento immobiliare a sviluppo, confrontando il tasso interno di rendimento effettivo e il tasso di rendimento ex ante stimato attraverso il Capi- tal Asset Pricing Model stesso. Infine, indagando sulle relazioni che intercorrono fra lo scarto fra tasso di rendimento interno effettivo e atteso e le variabili congiunturali, sono stati individuati i fattori che, nel periodo considerato, hanno maggiormente influito sul rischio al quale si è esposto l’investitore al momento di investire.

Aims and Background An unconventional cancer treatment known as “Di Bella multitherapy” gained popularity among Italian cancer patients during the 90's. In 1999, it was shown to lack any detectable antitumor activity. Access to the multitherapy was investigated three years later within the post-bereavement Italian Survey of the Dying of Cancer (ISDOC), whose broader aim was to investigate the end-of-life care experiences of terminal cancer patients. Methods ISDOC was carried out in a two-stage probability sample of 2,000 out of 160,000 Italian cancer patients deceased between March 2002 and June 2003. For each cancer patient, a non-professional caregiver, i.e., the closest and the best-informed person about her/his last three months of life, was identified. A specific question concerning the “Di Bella multitherapy” was included in a semi-structured questionnaire that was administered face-to-face to the caregivers by trained interviewers. Weighted estimates of the frequency of patients receiving the multitherapy in the target population and their 95% confidence intervals were computed by taking into account stratification and clustering of observations. Results During their last three months of life, 0.7% (95% CI, 0.3–1.6) of terminal cancer patients, corresponding to some 1,100 subjects (range, 480–2,560), received the multitherapy. No statistically significant difference was observed for age at death, cancer type, gender, education, marital status, or residence. Conclusions The finding indicates that an unconventional cancer treatment proven to lack clinical efficacy remained accessible to Italian cancer patients. Ethical, deontologic, and economic implications call for a routine monitoring of provision of and access to unproven cancer treatments.

Meskipun tidak ada penyebab kematian tetapi menyebabakan cacat permanen dan stigma sosial. Eliminasi Filariasis dilakukan dengan Program Pengobatan Massal ke seluruh penduduk di daerah endemis setahun sekali selama 5 tahun. Keberhasilan program ini memerlukan kepatuhan minum obat pencegahan filariasis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidakpatuhan minum obat sebagai upaya pencegahan filariasis. Penelitian ini Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk berusia 15-65 tahun di dua kelurahan endemis yaitu kelurahan kuripan kertoharjo dan kelurahan jenggot selama mei-juli 2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 80 kasus dan 80 kontrol dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Variabel yang terbukti berpengaruh yaitu persepsi kerentanan negatif (OR=4,093) 95%CI=1,356-12,350 dan self efficacy negatif (OR=30,298) 95%CI=8,986-102,156. Persepsi kerentanan negatif dan self efficacy negatif merupakan faktor perilaku yang mempengaruhi ketidakpatuhan minum obat pencegahan filariasis. Diharapkan ada penelitian lanjutan tentang ketidakpatuhan minum obat pencegahan filariasis bukan berwujud persepsi tetapi dengan pengukuran faktor lingkungan sosial secara objektif dengan melakukan intervensi berupa perubahan perilaku.

FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE DRINKING DRUG PREVENTION NON COMPLIANCE OF FILARIASIS IN PEKALONGAN CITY
ABSTRACT
Filariasis is an infectious disease caused by worms Wuchereria Bancrofti, Brugia Malayi, and Brugia Timori, adult worm lives and damage reulting in blockage of lymph channels, causing swelling of the legs and arms. Although no cause of death but causes permanent disability and social stigma. Filariasis elimination done with the Mass Treatment Program to the entire population in endemic areas a year for 5 year. Succesfully this program required a medication adherence. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence drug disobedience as an effort to prevent filariasis. This study uses a mix method. The population in this study were residents aged 15-65 years in two endemic villages, namely kuripan kertoharjo and jenggot villages during May-July 2018. Samples in this study were 80 cases and 80 controls with cluster random sampling technique. Variables that proved influential were perceptions of negative vulnerability (OR = 4,093) 95% CI = 1,356-12,350 and negative self efficacy (OR = 30,298) 95% CI = 8,986-102,156. Negative vulnerability perceptions and negative self efficacy are behavioral factors that influence non-compliance with filariasis prevention drugs. It is expected that further research on non-compliance with taking drugs to prevent filariasis is not a form of perception but objective measurement of social environmental factors by intervening in the form of behavior change.

AbstractIn this study, two ethanolic extracts, from Stokesia aster (Slae26) and Geranium pratense (Gpre36) respectively, were evaluated in order to assess the cytotoxic activity and potential antiproliferative activity upon the nontumorigenic human epithelial cell line derived from the mammary gland (MCF-12A) and the human breast tumor cell line (BT-20). The selection of the plant species was done on the basis of their chemical composition, specifically combinations of luteolin derivatives with caffeic and gallic acid derivatives. Therefore, the S. laevis ethanolic extract proved its capacity to inhibit the viability of both normal and tumor breast cell lines (i.e., up to 90% cell viability inhibition, IC50 = 42 µg/mL). On the contrary, the G. pratense ethanolic extract proved weak stimulatory effects on the viability of the two human breast cell lines studied. The obtained results were discussed in the contexts of computational studies and drug-likeness bioactivity of seven common luteolin derivatives: luteolin, luteolin-7-O-glucoside/cynaroside, luteolin-5-O-glucoside/galuteolin, luteolin-6-C-glucoside/isoorientin, luteolin-8-C-glucoside/orientin, luteolin-3′,4′-di-O-glucoside and luteolin-7,3′-di-O-glucoside. Computational studies have revealed that the hydrophilic behavior of luteolin derivatives (log P values) does not follow other tested parameters (e.g., polar surface area values), possibly explaining different efficacy concerning the biological properties in vitro. These predictions could be a starting point for studies on the biochemical mechanism by which luteolin derivatives induce biological effects.

The research of this study investigates financial management behavior among adolescents aged 9 to 24 years or referred to as Generation Z in the city of Surabaya, it also analyzes the relationship between financial knowledge, financial attitude, financial self-efficacy, income, locus of control, and lifestyle. Theobject of this research is Generation Z in Surabaya and used the technique of purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The number of respondents obtained was 320 respondents by distributing questionnaires online. This research is conclusive causality and uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique in the AMOS software. The results show that financial knowledge, financial attitude, and financial self-efficacy have no effect on financial management behavior, it proves that although financial knowledge, financial attitude, and financial self-efficacy of respondents in a good category cannot guarantee that their financial management behavior will be good and vice versa. While the income, locus of control and lifestyle has asignificant impact on financial management behavior. because the sample dominant is 18 to 22 year-olds and almost all of them have the highest income <Rp1.500.000 in one month or it can be said that they are not financially independent so they can not manage financial independence to the greatest extent and do not have much experience related to finance. It was also caused by female respondents who often engage in implusive buying. This study could be useful references for various parties, especially Generation Z, to be responsible for making financial decisions and wise in managing their finances.

Breast milk helps protect children from various diseases. Some breastfeeding mothers experience problems in giving breast milk to their babies, these problems include there are still mothers who complain of discomfort in breastfeeding so that it causes sore nipples and the amount of breast milk is decreasing. Education for breastfeeding mothers is very necessary so that mothers can comfortably give breast milk to their babies without feeling difficulties and worries about the quality of breast milk that will be enjoyed by their babies. This starts from the preparation stage, the implementation of activities. After PKM was carried out on breastfeeding mothers on July 02, 2021. The results showed that mothers felt more understanding and enjoyed the process of breastfeeding their babies so that the baby felt safe and comfortable in giving breast milk, this was shown by the babies becoming calmer and more relaxed. rest comfortably.

If the sexual behavior is uncontrollable,there will certainly be an impact on the patient, nurses, family, and the surroundings; therefore,it is important to make an effort to solve such problem through sex education interventions. To analyze the effects of Program Seduksi in an attempt to improve the knowledge, attitude, self-efficacy nurses. This research used quantitative research with a nonequivalent (pretest and posttest) without control group design. A total of 28 nurses who met the inclusion criteria became. The instrument consist of (knowledge of sexual health), attitude instrument (attitude toward sexual health), self-efficacy instrument (sexual health self-efficacy). The data analysis used in the second stage was the Wilcoxon sign rank test and Mann-Whitney test. The differences were statistically significant with the training Seduksi being the most influencing factor. The model of Program Seduksi which includes Seduksi training is proved to be effective in improving nurses’ knowledge, attitudes, self-efficacy, and communication skills as well as patients’ self-control. Program SEDUKSI sebagai upaya meningkatkan keterampilan dasar perawat melalui pengetahuan, sikap, efikasi diri, keterampilan komunikasi telah dikembangkan pada penelitian terdahulu dalam lingkup rumah sakit jiwa yang masih terbatas. Tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh Seduksi terdahap peningkatan keterampilan dasar perawat di RSJ Bangka Belitung. Penelitian kuantitatif melalui rancangan nonequivalent (pretest dan posttest) control group design. Estimasi sampel perawat berdasarkan kriteria inklusi sebesar 56 perawat yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu perlakuan dan kontrol. Kelompok perlakuan mendapatkan pelatihan SEDUKSI sedangkan kelompok kontrol mendapatkan pelatihan pelatihan pendidikan kesehatan sebagai intervensi rutin. Secara statistik didapatkan hasil signifikan Pelatihan pendidikan seduksi berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, efikasi diri, keterampilan komunikasi. Model program seduksi yang meliputi pelatihan seduksi terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, efikasi diri, keterampilan komunikasi perawat serta pengendalian diri pasien. The speaking learning model with communicative approach has been widely adopted in various countries as a method of learning English because speaking learning with communicative approach proved effective to facilitate students actively involved in the learning process of English, especially speaking. The effectiveness / success of speaking learning by communicative approach as a way of English education in helping students improve speaking skills is evidenced by the discovery of some research tried in various countries where English as a foreign language. However, in Indonesia this method is still not popular and very few teachers or practitioners apply this method. Therefore, this community service activity aims to help English teachers in South Lampung Regency improve insight and knowledge about the development / creation of a speaking learning model based on communicative approach through training and workshops by presenting material development of task-based speaking teaching materials theoretically; and conduct simulations of the development of task-based speaking teaching materials. The results of the training showed that the participants of this training gained real efficacy is an increase in professionalism in order to be able to correct the quality of the English education process, especially speaking so that the dialogue skills of students in schools face an increase. Prolonged similar training in the future still really needs to be tried.
