Abstract:
Currently published hearing aid fitting protocols recommend speech-in-noise testing and loudness measures, but it remains unclear how these measures affect hearing aid benefit and user satisfaction. This study compared two protocols in their effects on benefit and satisfaction. Protocol A included an electroacoustic analysis, real-ear measures, and hearing aid adjustments based on users' comments. Protocol B included all of Protocol A and a speech-in-noise test, loudness discomfort levels, and aided loudness. Thirty-two participants completed the Abbreviated Profile of Hearing Aid Benefit (APHAB) and the Satisfaction with Amplification in Daily Life (SADL) at 45 days and three months post–initial fitting. Fewer hearing aid adjustments were made to the hearing aids for participants fitted with Protocol B than participants fitted with Protocol A, but final gains were similar for both groups. Although similar APHAB scores were obtained for both protocols, SADL scores decreased between 45 days and three months for Protocol A. Los protocoles de amplificación de auxiliares auditivo actualmente publicados recomiendan pruebas de lenguaje en ruido y mediciones de apreciación subjetiva de la intensidad (sonoridad), pero no está claro cómo estas mediciones afectan el beneficio de un auxiliar auditivo y la satisfacción del usuario. El estudio comparó dos protocolos en cuanto a sus efectos sobre beneficio y satisfacción. El Protocolo A incluyó un análisis electroacústico, mediciones de oído real y ajuste en el auxiliar auditivo basados en los comentarios del usuario. El Protocolo B incluyó todas las pruebas del Protocolo A, además de una prueba de audición en ruido, de niveles de molestia en la apreciación subjetiva de la intensidad y de sonoridad amplificada. Treinta y dos participantes completaron el Perfil Abreviado de Beneficio del Auxiliar Auditivo (APHAB) y la prueba de Satisfacción con la Amplificación en la Vida Diaria (SADL) a los 45 días y a los tres meses de la adaptación inicial. Tuvieron que hacerse menos ajustes en el audífono en los auxiliares auditivos de participantes adaptados con el Protocolo B, que en los participantes adaptados con el Protocolo A, pero las ganancias finales fueron similares en ambos grupos. Aunque se obtuvieron puntajes APHAB similares en ambos protocolos, los puntajes SADL disminuyeron entre los 45 días y los tres meses para el Protocolo A.

El presente documento muestra el análisis de los métodos para el estudio de la interacción llanta pavimento dentro de la contaminación auditiva, permitiendo diseñar la propuesta de un prototipo tipo tráiler según la norma iso 11819-2. este diseño consiste en la ubicación de cuatro micrófonos cerca de los ejes para adquirir las ondas sonoras que se generan entre el asfalto y las llantas del tráiler, obteniendo la medición de las propiedades acústicas en diferentes tipos de superficies. en la primera etapa del proyecto, se desarrolló el diseño inicial del tráiler con ayuda de la herramienta de software inventor®. posteriormente, se desarrollo la instrumentación electrónica por medio del programa protools®, este sistema contiene una tarjeta de adquisición de audio para cuatro canales y micrófonos capacitivos, que permiten la obtención de las señales de audio características del montaje con el cual se pueden determinar el análisis de los datos y caracterizarlos con los niveles de ruido existentes.

Abstract:
Background: Unfractionated heparin (UFH) is used for the prevention and treatment of arterial or venous thromboembolism. The dosage for IV infusion of UFH is generally based on the patient’s weight, with adjustment to a specific target for activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT). In May 2019, the UFH protocols at the study institution were changed from being fully weight-based (i.e., for both initial dosing and subsequent dosage titrations) to weight-based initial dosing and non–weight-based dosage titrations, but the relative effectiveness of these 2 approaches was not known. Objectives: The primary objective was to compare the effectiveness in achieving therapeutic aPTT with the fully weight-based and non–weight-based dosage titration protocols. The secondary objective was to compare the effectiveness of the non–weight-based dosage titration protocol with that of the previous fully weight-based one for patients with low-target aPTT. Methods: A single-centre, retrospective, observational before-and-after study was conducted for patients receiving therapeutic UFH for any indication. Patients in the “before” group (fully weight-based protocol) were treated from January 2015 to October 2016, and those in the “after” group (non–weight-based titration) from January to October 2020. Results: From a total of 1969 charts screened, 137 patients treated according to the fully weight-based protocols and 130 patients treated according to the non–weight-based titration protocols were included. In terms of the co-primary objective, the median number of dosage adjustments to achieve therapeutic anticoagulation was 1 in both groups (p = 0.48), and the proportion of patients with therapeutic anticoagulation at 24 h was similar (96.2% [125/130] with the non–weight-based titration protocols versus 99.3% [136/137] with the fully weight-based protocols; p = 0.09). Among patients treated according to the low-target UFH protocols, those with the non–weight-based titration protocol were less likely to have therapeutic anticoagulation at first measurement of aPTT than those with the fully weight-based protocol (37.9% [25/66] versus 44.6% [41/92], p = 0.033). Conclusions: This retrospective, observational, before-and-after study showed that the effectiveness of the non–weight-based dosage titration protocols in achieving therapeutic aPTT was similar to that of fully weight-based UFH protocols. RÉSUMÉ Contexte : L’héparine non fractionnée (HNF) est utilisée pour la prévention et le traitement de la thromboembolie artérielle ou veineuse. La posologie de la perfusion par IV d’HNF se base généralement sur le poids du patient, avec un ajustement à un objectif précis du temps moyen de céphaline activée (TCA). En mai 2019, les protocoles d’HNF de l’établissement à l’étude sont passés d’une approche entièrement basée sur le poids (à la fois pour la posologie initiale et les titrages posologiques ultérieurs) à une posologie initiale basée sur le poids, et à des titrages posologiques non basés sur le poids. Cependant, l’efficacité relative de ces 2 approches était inconnue. Objectifs : L’objectif principal de l’étude consistait à comparer dans quelle mesure les protocoles entièrement basés sur le poids et les protocoles de titrage non basés sur le poids étaient efficaces pour atteindre le TCA thérapeutique. L’objectif secondaire consistait quant à lui à comparer l’efficacité du protocole de titrage de dose non basé sur le poids au protocole précédent entièrement basé sur le poids chez les patients ayant une faible cible de TCA. Méthodes : Une étude monocentrique, rétrospective, observationnelle avant-après a été menée chez des patients recevant de l’HNF thérapeutique, toutes indications confondues. Les patients du groupe « Avant » (protocole entièrement basé sur le poids) ont été traités de janvier 2015 à octobre 2016, et ceux du groupe « Après » (protocole de titrage de dose non basé sur le poids) de janvier à octobre 2020. Résultats : À partir de 1969 dossiers examinés, 137 patients traités selon les protocoles entièrement basés sur le poids et 130 patients traités selon les protocoles d’ajustement posologique non basés sur le poids ont été inclus. En ce qui concerne l’objectif co-principal, le nombre médian d’ajustements posologiques pour obtenir une anticoagulation thérapeutique était de 1 dans les deux groupes (p = 0,48), et la part de patients ayant une anticoagulation thérapeutique à 24 h était similaire (96,2 % [125/130] avec les protocoles non basés sur le poids contre 99,3 % [136/137] avec ceux entièrement basés sur le poids [p = 0,09]). Parmi les patients traités selon les protocoles HNF à faible cible, ceux avec le protocole de titrage non basé sur le poids étaient moins susceptibles de connaître une anticoagulation thérapeutique à la première mesure du TCA que ceux avec le protocole entièrement basé sur le poids (37,9 % [25/66] contre 44,6 % [41/92], p = 0,033). Conclusions : Cette étude rétrospective et observationnelle avant-après a montré que l’efficacité des protocoles d’ajustement posologique non basés sur le poids pour obtenir un TCA thérapeutique était similaire à celle des protocoles d’HNF entièrement basés sur le poids.

Em meio às mudanças no mercado de bens e consumo, provocadas pela transformação digital, exige-se que as máquinas de manufaturas sejam mais interativas entre si e com os painéis de monitoramento em nuvem. As conexões via internet das coisas (IoT) promovem este grau de interação e mobilidade desejados. Contudo, o ambiente industrial reivindica melhor confiabilidade e segurança, visto que a Internet das Coisas Industrial (IIoT) apresenta-se com protocolos e plataformas para este fim. Portanto, conhecer as características de protocolos e plataformas, ante a manufatura, adquire importância. O objetivo deste estudo é caracterizar as funcionalidades dos protocolos MQTT, HTTP e CoAP como uma aplicação de manufatura industrial, com painel de monitoramento nas plataformas Adafruit.IO, Tago.IO e Thinger.IO. É proposto um método para a realização de estudos semelhantes, em sistemas de manufatura interativa, com uso de protocolos e plataformas IIoT. Como forma de conexão da máquina com a internet, é utilizado o módulo ESP8266 NodeMCU. Na aplicação, as plataformas IIoT obtiveram resultados muito semelhantes, podendo ser a elas atribuídas o mesmo grau de importância para o estudo. Os protocolos diferenciaram-se, sendo o protocolo MQTT o que melhor respondeu às funcionalidades do sistema de manufatura proposto, ao oferecer sua comunicação assíncrona, sem necessidade de que os equipamentos estejam constantemente interagindo. Já o protocolo HTTP apresentou melhores recursos em APIs, mas sua conexão síncrona demanda uma boa rede de dados em internet. Por fim, o protocolo CoAP apresentou documentação insuficiente para acesso às plataformas e bibliotecas para uso em módulos microcontroladores. Abstract Industrial Internet of Things: a trial of IoT protocols for industrial manufacturing Changes in the goods and consumption market, caused by digital transformation, require manufacturing machines to be more interactive, with each other and with cloud monitoring panels. Connections via the Internet of Things (IoT) promote this desired degree of interaction and mobility, but the industrial environment demands increased reliability and security. The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) presents itself with protocols and platforms for this purpose. Knowing the characteristics of protocols and platforms, facing the desired manufacturing, becomes important. The objective of this study is to characterize the functionalities of the MQTT, HTTP and CoAP protocols in an industrial manufacturing application, with a monitoring panel on the Adafruit.IO, Tago.IO and Thinger.IO platforms. A method is proposed for carrying out similar studies in interactive manufacturing systems, using IIoT protocols and platforms. As a way of connecting the machine to the internet, the ESP8266 NodeMCU module is used. In the developed application, the IIoT platforms obtained very similar results, and they can be attributed the same degree of importance for the study. In the evaluation of the protocols, the MQTT protocol was the one that best met the functionalities of the proposed manufacturing system, providing its asynchronous communication, which does not requires the equipment to be constantly interacting. The HTTP protocol has better features in APIs, but its synchronous connection demands a good data network on the internet. The CoAP protocol presented insufficient documentation available for access to platforms and libraries, for use in microcontroller modules. Resumen Internet Industrial de las Cosas: un ensayo de protocolos IoT para la fabricación industrial En medio de los cambios en el mercado de bienes y de consumo provocados por la transformación digital, se requiere que las máquinas de fabricación sean más interactivas, tanto entre sí como con los paneles de control en la nube. Las conexiones dela Internet de las Cosas (IoT) promueven este grado deseado de interacción y movilidad, pero el entorno industrial exige una mayor fiabilidad y seguridad. La Internet Industrial de las Cosas (IIoT) se presenta con protocolos y plataformas para este fin. Conocer las características de los protocolos y las plataformas relacionados a la fabricación cobra importancia. El objetivo de este estudio es caracterizar las funcionalidades de los protocolos MQTT, HTTP y CoAP en una aplicación de fabricación industrial, con panel de control en las plataformas Adafruit.IO, Tago.IO y Thinger.IO. Se propone un método para realizar estudios similares, en sistemas de fabricación interactivos, utilizando protocolos y plataformas IIoT. Como forma de conectar la máquina a internet, se utiliza el módulo ESP8266 NodeMCU. En la aplicación, las plataformas IIoT obtuvieron resultados muy similares, pudiendo asignarles el mismo grado de importancia para el estudio. Los protocolos, en cambio, se mostraron diferentes, siendo el MQTT el que mejor respondió a las funcionalidades del sistema de fabricación propuesto, ofreciendo su comunicación asíncrona, no requiriendo que los equipos estén constantemente interactuando. El protocolo HTTP presentaba mejores recursos en las API, pero su conexión sincrónica exige una buena red de datos de internet. Por último, el protocolo CoAP presentó una documentación insuficiente para el acceso a las plataformas y bibliotecas, para su uso en módulos de microcontroladores. Abstract:
This Grason-Stadler GSI-60 system for measuring distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAEs) allows the examiner to present one set of primary-tone pairs at a time (i.e., sequential presentation), or to present as many as four sets of primary-tone pairs at a time (i.e., simultaneous presentation). The Sequential and Simultaneous protocols were used to compare administration times, DPOAEs, and noise floors (NFs) on normal-hearing subjects at three frequencies (f2 = 1000, 2000, and 4000 Hz) and eight intensities (L1 = 40–75 dB SPL in 5 dB steps; L2 = 30–65 dB SPL). The Simultaneous protocol was completed in less than half the time (mean = 2 minutes, 21 seconds) required for the Sequential protocol (mean = 5 minutes, 13 seconds). When stimulus intensity (L1) was <60 dB SPL, the Sequential and Simultaneous protocols yielded similar DPOAEs and NFs. However, at the higher L1 intensities, the NFs for the Simultaneous protocol were larger than those for the Sequential protocol. The higher Simultaneous NFs reflect the greater system distortion/noise generated by the GSI-60 instrumentation. Reliability was assessed using the standard error of measurement of the difference between two scores. The data revealed no significant differences between protocols, and suggest that differences between two DPOAEs are statistically significant if they exceed ~7 dB (95% confidence interval). Se utilizaron los protocolos Secuencial y Simultáneo para comparar los tiempos de administración, las DPOAE y los pisos de ruido (NF) en sujetos normo-oyentes, en tres frecuencias (f2 = 1000, 2000 y 4000 Hz) y ocho intensidades (L1 = 40-75 dB en pasos de 5 dB; L2 = 30-65 dB SPL). El protocolo Simultáneo se completó en menos de la mitad del tiempo (media = 2 minutos, 21 segundos) requerido por el protocolo Secuencial (media = 5 minutos, 13 segundos). Cuando la intensidad del estímulo (L1) fue £60 dB SPL, los protocolos Secuencial y Simultáneo rindieron DPOAE y NF similares. Sin embargo, en las intensidades L1 más altas, los NF para el protocolo Simultáneo fueron mayores que aquellas para el protocolo Secuencial. Los NF Simultáneos más altos reflejan la mayor distorsión/ruido del sistema, generado por la instrumentación del GSI-60. La confiabilidad fue evaluada utilizando el error estándar de medición de la diferencia entre los dos puntajes. Los datos revelaron que no había diferencias significativas entre los protocolos, y sugieren que las diferencias entre dos DPOAE son estadísticamente significativas si exceden ~7 dB (intervalo de confianza del 95%).

Abstract:
Treatment of children with Acute lymphoblastic leukemia was developing, currently in Indonesia there are several commonly used protocols such as National protocol (Jakarta), WK-LLA 2000 protocol, LLA protocol 2006 and protocol LLA 2013. The purpose of this study to determine the probability of survival 3 years In children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia between protocols 2006 and 2013. This study used a mix method of retrospective cohorts and in-depth interviews. The population in this study were LLA children aged 1–15 years who received protocol 2006 and 2013 in RSKD Jakarta from 2008–2016 is 68 children with research time from April 2016 until June 2016. Data were analyzed using Cox Regression. The result of this study shows that the 3-year survival probability of LLA remission based on the 2006 treatment protocol is 30% and the treatment protocol of 2013 is 27%. A 3-year survival event remission occurred between 2006 and 2013 treatment protocols of HR 1.57 (90% CI 0.577–4,299), but the difference between the two protocols was not statistically significant with p-value 0.456.The results of in-depth interviews were also obtained in protocols 2006 and 2013 in the same principle but there remain some differences between the both of the treatment schedule and doses are cumulatively increased. The conclusions of these two protocols are in principle the same and there is not much difference in inputs and processes. ABSTRAK Pengobatan pada anak leukemia limfoblastik akut terus dikembangkan. Saat ini, di Indonesia ada beberapa protokol yang lazim digunakan, yaitu protokol Nasional (Jakarta), protokol WK-LLA 2000, protokol LLA 2006, dan protokol LLA 2013. Tujuan studi ini untuk mengetahui probabilitas kesintasan hidup tiga tahun pada anak leukemia limfoblastik akut antara protokol 2006 dan 2013. Studi ini menggunakan mix method, yaitu kohort retrospektif dan wawancara mendalam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anak LLA usia 1–15 tahun yang mendapatkan protokol 2006 dan 2013 di Rumah Sakit Kanker “Dhramais”/RSKD, Jakarta, dari 2008–2016 sebanyak 68 anak dengan waktu penelitian dari April 2016 sampai Juni 2016. Data dianalisis dengan Cox Regression. Hasil studi menunjukkan probabilitas kesintasan tiga tahun terjadi remisi pada anak LLA berdasarkan protokol pengobatan 2006 sebesar 30% dan protokol pengobatan 2013 sebesar 27%. Peberdaan kesintasan tiga tahun terjadi remisi antara protokol pengobatan 2006 dan 2013 sebesar HR 1,57 (CI 90% 0,577–4,299). Namun, perbedaan antara kedua protokol ini tidak bermakna secara statistik dengan p-value 0,456. Hasil wawancara mendalam juga menunjukkan pada protokol 2006 dan 2013 secara prinsip sama, tetapi tetap ada beberapa perbedaan di antara keduanya, seperti jadwal pengobatan dan dosis secara kumulatif meningkat. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa secara prinsip kedua protokol ini sama dan tidak terdapat banyak perbedaan dalam hal input serta proses.

ABSTRACTThis work aims to study which wireless sensor network routing protocol is more suitable for Smart Grids applications, through simulation of AODV protocols, AOMDV, DSDV and HTR in the NS2 simulation environment. Was simulated a network based on a residential area with 47 residences, with one node for each residence and one base station, located about 25m from the other nodes. Many parameters, such as packet loss, throughput, delay, jitter and energy consumption were tested. The network was increased to 78 and 93 nodes in order to evaluate the behavior of the protocols in larger networks. The tests proved that the HTR is the routing protocol that has the best results in performance and second best in energy consumption. The DSDV had the worst performance according to the tests.Key words.- Smart grid, QoS analysis, Wireless sensor networks, Routing protocols.RESUMENEste trabajo tiene como objetivo estudiar el protocolo de enrutamiento de la red de sensores inalámbricos es más adecuado para aplicaciones de redes inteligentes, a través de la simulación de protocolos AODV, AOMDV, DSDV y HTR en el entorno de simulación NS2. Se simuló una red basada en una zona residencial con 47 residencias, con un nodo para cada residencia y una estación base, situada a unos 25 metros de los otros nodos. Muchos parámetros, tales como la pérdida de paquetes, rendimiento, retardo, jitter y el consumo de energía se probaron. La red se incrementó a 78 y 93 nodos con el fin de evaluar el comportamiento de los protocolos de redes más grandes. Las pruebas demostraron que el HTR es el protocolo de enrutamiento que tiene los mejores resultados en el rendimiento y el segundo mejor en el consumo de energía. Protocol being understood as a means to ensure effective and clear communication, the circumstances and reasons for the emergence of protocol are discussed. Three main aspects of protocol as a communication code are here considered as the most significant, namely: the participants in the diplomatic communication process and their aims, the communication abilities of individuals taking part in such situations, and the gradually and historically changing number of the participants involved in the diplomatic communication process, as well as the intensity of communication. This article unveils these three factors within the area of communication, focusing respectively on each of them, starting with an overview of ritualized and rule-base interpersonal communication as a means to reduce uncertainty. Then diplomatic communication as a persuasive tool is analysed as a ruled self-expression within a purposefully created context, where the participants seek individual goals. Then follows a brief analysis of the changing communication goals, ranging from the avoidance of uncertainty to the seek of persuassion. Attention is drawn to the frequent use of non-verbal communication forms, rituals and ceremonies as an integral component of protocol, from its emergence in the Middle Ages till our times.span>

Three-factor multiserver authentication protocols become a prevalence in recent years. Among these protocols, almost all of them do not involve the registration center into the authentication process. To improve the protocol’s efficiency, a common secret key is shared among all severs, which leads to a serious weakness; i.e., we find that these protocols cannot resist the passive attack from the honest-but-curious servers. This paper takes Wang et al.’s protocol as an example, to exhibit how an honest-but-curious server attacks their protocol. To remedy this weakness, a novel three-factor multiserver authentication protocol is presented. By introducing the registration center into the authentication process, the new protocol can resist the passive attack from the honest-but-curious servers. Security analyses including formal and informal analyses are given, demonstrating the correctness and validity of the new protocol. Compared with related protocols, the new protocol possesses more secure properties and more practical functionalities than others at a relatively low computation cost and communication cost.

Metodología: estudio documental, con base en un proceso de revisión sistemática, en el cual se realiza la búsqueda de 10 acciones descritas en un protocolo. Fueron seleccionados 34 artículos en idioma inglés y español, excluyendo 17.Los artículosfueron clasificados a partir de la escala del Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine, Oxford, consultando las bases: Nursing Skills, Clinicalkey, Pubmed, Springerlink, Science Direct, ProQuest y Cochrane. Se utilizaron como descriptores: antibacterianos, cuidados paliativos, protocolos, catéter, subcutáneo, signos, tiempo, antibiótico, enfermería, registros, consentimiento informado, valoración. Resultados: el 60% de las acciones propuestas en el protocolo no tuvo artículos que respaldaran su práctica, solamente el 40% fue clasificado. English. Molecular genetic analysis of Arar tree [Tetraclinis articulata (Vahl) Masters] is often limited by the availability of fresh tissue and an efficient and reliable protocol for high quality genomic DNA extraction. In this study, two DNA extraction protocols were specifically developed for extracting high quality genomic DNA from Arar tree leaves: modified QIAgen DNA Kit and protocol developed by Ouenzar et al. (1998). DNA yield and purity were monitored by gel electrophoresis and by determining absorbance at UV (A260/A280 and A260/A230). Both ratios were between 1.7 and 2.0, indicating that the presence of contaminating metabolites was minimal. The DNA yield obtained ranged between 20 to 40 µg/g of plant materiel. The Ouenzar and collaborators protocol gave higher yield but was more time consuming compared to QIAgen Kit. However, both techniques gave DNA of good quality that is amenable to RAPD-PCR reactions.Additionally, restriction digestion and PCR analyses of the obtained DNA showed its compatibility with downstream applications. Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA profiling from the isolated DNA was optimized to produce scorable and clear amplicons. The presented protocols allow easy and high quality DNA isolation for genetic diversity studies within Arar tree.Français. Les analyses en génétique moléculaire chez le thuya de Berberie [Tetraclinis articulata (Vahl) Masters] sont souvent limitées par la disponibilité du matériel végétal frais et le temps nécessaire pour l’extraction l’ADN ainsi que par sa qualité. Dans cette étude, deux protocoles d’extraction, à partir des feuilles du thuya, de l’ADN génomique de haute qualité, ont été développés : le Kit Qiagen et le protocole mis au point par Ouenzar et al. (1998) modifiés. La qualité et la quantité de l’ADN sont évaluées par électrophorèse sur gel d’agarose et par la mesure de l’absorbance en UV à (A260/A280) et (A260/A230). Ces deux rapports varient entre 1,7 et 2,0 indiquant la faible fréquence des métabolites contaminants. Le rendement d’ADN varie entre 20 et 40 µg/g du matériel végétal. Le protocole de Ouenzar et collaborateurs donne le meilleur rendement d’ADN mais nécessite plus de temps. Néanmoins, les deux protocoles donnent un ADN de bonne qualité utilisable dans les réactions RAPD-PCR. En outre, la restriction enzymatique et l’analyse PCR de l’ADN obtenu ont montré sa compatibilité avec les applications moléculaires ultérieures. Les paramètres intervenant dans les réactions RAPD ont été optimisés. Les protocoles présentés permettent l’extraction facile de l’ADN de haute qualité nécessaire pour des études de la diversité génétique au sein du thuya.

Protocol's abnormal behavior analysis is an important task in protocol reverse analysis. Traditional protocol reverse analysis focus on the protocol message format, but protocol behavior especially the abnormal behavior is rare studied. In this paper, protocol behavior is represented by the labeled behavior instruction sequences. Similar behavior instruction sequences mean the similar protocol behavior. Using our developed virtual analysis platform HiddenDisc, we can capture a variety of known or unknown protocols' behavior instruction sequences. All kinds of executed or unexecuted instruction sequences can automatic clustering by our designed instruction clustering algorithm. Thereby we can distinguish and mine the unknown protocols' potential abnormal behavior. The mined potential abnormal behavior instruction sequences are executed, monitored and analyzed on HiddenDisc to determine whether it is an abnormal behavior and what is the behavior's nature. Using the instruction clustering algorithm, we have analyzed 1297 protocol samples, mined 193 potential abnormal instruction sequences, and determined 187 malicious abnormal behaviors by regression testing. Experimental results show that our proposed instruction clustering algorithm has high efficiency and accuracy, can mine unknown protocols' abnormal behaviors effectively, and enhance the initiative defense capability of network security.

Abstract:
In this paper, we propose a protocol of quantum communication to achieve Byzantine agreement among multiple parties. Our protocol’s striking feature compared to the existing protocols is that we do not use entanglement to achieve the agreement. The role played by entangled states in other protocols is replaced in our protocol by a group of semi-honest list distributors. Such a replacement makes the implementation of our protocol more feasible. Moreover, our protocol is efficient in the sense that it achieves agreement in only three rounds which is a significant improvement with respect to the alternative agreement protocol not using entanglement. In the first round, a list of numbers that satisfies some special properties is distributed to every participant by list distributors via quantum secure communication. Then, in the second and third rounds, those participants exchange some information to reach an agreement.

This proposal is not intended to substitute or replace traditional ways of doing science, but rather complement, filling a gap and providing an efficient way to achieve scientific advances. The process begins with the sending a proposal of protocol to WPOM. Proposals are evaluated in each of the collaborations, depending on the potential to fill a research niche in the area. In the case of accepted protocols, WPOM guarantees commitment to publish the article if the protocol and deadlines are met. Thus, researchers can develop their projects focusing on meeting the protocol that has been approved without the question of whether, once completed, research is relevant or if the methodology is correct.</p><p class="Abstract">----</p><p class="Abstract">En este artículo presentamos y justificamos una nueva forma de investigar y publicar. Esta propuesta no pretende sustituir o reemplazar a los modos tradicionales de hacer ciencias, sino complementarlos, rellenando una laguna y ofreciendo un camino eficiente para lograr los avances científicos. El proceso se inicia con el envío de la propuesta de protocolo WPOM. Diplomatic protocol as an instrument has undergone changes determined by the transformations in the development of its functions. Then these functions have also changed together with the essential changes that occurred in their milieu in certain periods of time. In monarchical Europe, diplomatic protocol performed three functions: power keeping, elite definition and uncertainty reduction. In the modern times, diplomatic protocol has maintained the latter two and lost its power-keeping function, but it acquired two other functions serving as a guarantor of effective communication, behavior flexibility and maneuvering freedom. At present, diplomatic protocol no longer serves the purpose of defining the elite but has rather become a tool to express mutual respect and acknowledgment. Two of the former functions do not show obvious changes, whereas some transformation can be perceived regarding effective communication. The scope of the essential common denominator diminishes, giving way to postmodernist variety of signalling/message forms and interpretations, thus creating a gap for the re-appearance of uncertainty.Diplomatic protocol as an instrument adjusts to the transforming conditions of the environment by changing the functions it performs. Subsequently, the changes that occurred in the milieu where diplomatic protocol performs its functions demand that the instrument itself be adjusted in order to perform new or transformed functions as appropriate. Analyzing and interpreting the exact behavior of new delay-based congestion control protocols with complex non-linear control loops is exceptionally difficult in highly variable networks such as cellular networks. This paper proposes a Model-Driven Interpretability (MDI) congestion control framework, which derives a model version of a delay-based protocol by simplifying a congestion control protocol's response into a guided random walk over a two-dimensional Markov model. We demonstrate the case for the MDI framework by using MDI to analyze and interpret the behavior of two delay-based protocols over cellular channels: Verus and Copa. Our results show a successful approximation of throughput and delay characteristics of the protocols' model versions across variable network conditions. The learned model of a protocol provides key insights into an algorithm's convergence properties.

VANET sendiri juga digolongkan dalam Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET), sehingga protokol-protokol routing yang ada pada MANET dapat juga dipakai pada VANET. Pemilihan protokol routing menjadi salah satu aspek yang cukup penting. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan melakukan evaluasi seberapa kuatnya protokol Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) dalam menghadapi berbagai skenario VANET yang memiliki kepadatan bervariasi di dalam lalu lintas perkotaan. Digunakan protokol 802.11p dalam ruang lingkup lalu lintas perkotaan yang didapat dari SUMo simulator, dan dianalisa menggunakan NS-2. Pemilihan 802.11p juga dipilih dari hasil perbandingan antara 802.11p dan 802.11a pada ruang lingkup lalu lintas yang berbentuk grid yang didapat juga dari simulator yang sama. Dari hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa 802.11p memiliki performa yang lebih bagus dan bervariasi terhadap kepadatan-kepadatan yang telah ditentukan. Routing on Vehicular Ad Hoc Network (VANET) is a unique case due to the high network changes. VANET itself is also classified in Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET), so the MANET routing protocols can also be used on VANET. Selection of routing protocols becomes one of the most important aspects. Therefore, this study will evaluate how strong the Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) protocol in dealing with various VANET scenarios that have varied densities in urban traffic. This research is using an 802.11p protocol that obtained from SUMO simulator and then analyzed by NS-2. The 802.11p protocol was selected based on the result of performance comparison between 802.11p and 802.11a on some grid-shaped traffic scenarios. The results show that 802.11p has better performance and more robust than 802.11a while using predefined densities.

ABSTRAK Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) merupakan kelompok yang memiliki risiko tertular maupun menularkan virus di masa pandemi COVID-19, karena setiap hari bertemu dan melakukan kontak dengan pembeli, oleh karena itu sangat penting penyediaan sarana prasarana protokol kesehatan dan perilaku yang baik dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan bagi PKL. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara ketersediaan sarana prasarana dengan perilaku PKL dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif korelasi dan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 128 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistic chi-square. Terdapat 62 responden dengan kategori cukup dalam menyediakan sarana prasarana protokol kesehatan (48,4%), 70 responden memiliki perilaku positif dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan (54,7%), dan ada hubungan antara ketersediaan sarana prasarana dengan perilaku PKL dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan pada masa pandemi COVID-19 (p-value=0,000;α=0,05). Ketersediaan sarana prasarana protokol kesehatan mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan perilaku PKL dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Diharapkan para PKL dapat menerapkan protokol kesehatan dengan baik agar terhindar dari penularan COVID-19. Kata kunci: COVID-19, perilaku, PKL, protokol kesehatan, sarana prasarana ABSTRACT Street vendors are a group that has a risk of contracting or transmitting the virus during the COVID-19 pandemic, because they meet and make contact with buyers everyday, therefore it is very important to provide health protocols facilities and good behavior in implementing health protocols. This study aims to determine the relationship between the availability of facilities and the behavior of street vendors in implementing health protocols during the pandemic. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive correlation research design and a cross-sectional approach. The research sample was 128 respondents who were taken using total sampling technique. The analysis used is the chi-square statistical test. There are 62 respondents with sufficient category in providing health protocols facilities (48.4%), 70 respondents have positive behavior in the application of health protocols (54.7%), and there is a relationship between the availability of facilities and the behavior of street vendors in the application of health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic (p-value=0.000;α=0.05). The availability of health protocols facilities has a significant relationship with the behavior of street vendors in implementing health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di mitra adalah masih kurangnya kesadaran siswa dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan munculnya stigma negative pada pasien COVID-19. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah melakukan edukasi (promosi kesehatan) melalui kegiatan penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 dan mengurangi stigma sosial pada pasien COVID-19 di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Qur’an. Metode penyuluhan melalui media audiovisual digunakan dalam kegiatan ini. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini sebanyak 20 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian berdampak pada meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta tentang pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 dan menurunnya stigma sosial terhadap pasien COVID-19 sebesar 11,6%. Pemasangan poster tentang protokol kesehatan pada tempat strategis juga dilakukan di Ponpes Tahfizh Qur’an sebagai pengingat dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan. Kegiatan ini perlu dilakukan secara periodic mengingat pandemic COVID-19 yang belum pasti berakhirnya agar protokol kesehatan dapat selalu dilaksanakan. Diperlukan pembinaan yang periodik dari tenaga kesehatan setempat agar dapat menekan penyebaran COVID-19 melalui kedisplinan dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan di lingkungan pendidikan.Abstract: The high social stigma of COVID-19 patients and the lax implementation of health protocols in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic are serious problems. Tahfidz Qur'an Islamic boarding school, as a partner in this activity, conducts face-to-face learning. The problems found in partners are the lack of awareness of students in implementing health protocols and the emergence of negative stigma in COVID-19 patients. The purpose of the service activity is to provide education (health promotion) through outreach activities to increase knowledge about the importance of implementing the COVID-19 health protocol and reduce social stigma on COVID-19 patients at Tahfidz Qur'an Islamic Boarding School. The extension method through audiovisual media is used in this activity. The number of participants who took part in this activity was 20 people. Service activities have an impact on increasing participants' knowledge about the importance of implementing the COVID-19 health protocol and decreasing social stigma against COVID-19 patients by 11.6%. The installation of posters about health protocols in strategic places was also carried out at the Tahfizh Qur'an Islamic Boarding School as a reminder in the application of health protocols. This activity needs to be carried out periodically considering the COVID-19 pandemic which is not yet certain to end so that health protocols can always be implemented. Periodic coaching from local health workers is needed in order to suppress the spread of COVID-19 through discipline in implementing health protocols in the educational environment.

In an effort to stop the spread of Covid-19, it is still considered weak and the community is still not fully compliant with implementing health protocols. As an effort to overcome these problems, it is necessary to socialize and educate about the Covid 19 vaccine and the application of the 5M health protocol. The purpose of this activity is to provide information and increase awareness of patients and families visiting hospitals about the importance of the COVID-19 vaccine and the implementation of health protocols with 5M. The target of this activity is patients and their families who come to Arifin Achmad Hospital Pekanbaru. The method used is by presenting the material, distributing masks and hand sanitizer. Analisou-se a influência de diferentes protocolos de indução de puberdade em novilhas Nelore por meio da avaliação de dados referentes a 1528 animais relacionados ao resultado da avaliação ginecológica antes da realização do protocolo de indução, escore de condição corporal (ECC), peso médio e idade, protocolo de indução utilizado e resultado do diagnóstico de gestação. Após a tabulação dos dados foram realizadas análises estatísticas por meio do teste de Qui-Quadrado. Com relação ao ECC, 100% das fêmeas foram classificadas entre 3 e 3,5. Quanto a idade e peso, 30,9% possuíam em média 14 meses e pesavam cerca de 270 kg, e 69,1% cerca de 20 meses com peso médio de 320 kg. As novilhas que passaram por protocolo de indução apresentaram 8,3% a mais na taxa de prenhez. O protocolo que utilizou apenas progesterona injetável (P4) de longa ação apresentou os mesmos resultados do tratamento com dispositivo intravaginal reutilizável associado ao cipionato de estradiol. Conclui-se que a progesterona é eficaz para indução de puberdade em novilhas a partir dos 14 meses de idade com peso médio de 270kg, além disso, a utilização da P4 injetável pode ser uma alternativa eficaz para uso como protocolo de indução de novilhas pré-puberes. EFFECT OF DIFFERENT PUBERTY-INDUCTION METHODS ON REPRODUCTIVE RESPONSE IN NELLORE HEIFERS ABSTRACT: Examines the influence of different puberty induction protocols in Nellore heifers. Data referring to 1528 Nellore heifers related to the result of gynecological evaluation before the induction protocol; body condition score (BCS); average heifer weight and age; induction protocol used; and result of pregnancy diagnosis. After data tabulation, statistical analyses were performed using the Chi-Square test. For BCS, 100% of the females were classified between 3 and 3.5. In terms of age and weight, 30.9% had an average age of 14 months and weighed approximately 270 kg, whereas 69.1% were around 20 months old, with an average weight of 320 kg. Heifers that underwent an induction protocol showed an 8.3% higher pregnancy rate. The protocol that involved only long-acting injectable progesterone (P4) provided the same results as the treatment with the reusable intravaginal device associated with estradiol cypionate. In conclusion, progesterone is effective for inducing puberty in Nellore heifers from 14 months of age with an average weight of 270 kg. in addition, the use of injectable P4 can be an effective alternative as an induction protocol for prepubertal Nellore heifers. Objective: To find out the factors that affect the practice of the Covid-19 prevention protocol in students of Prodi D III Nursing Nabire. Method: Research with crossectional design to 56 students of Prodi D III Nursing Nabire in June 2021. Sampling technique with Purposive sampling June 2021 research time and data analysis with chi-square. Results: there was no relationship between sex and covid-19 prevention protocol practices (p-value 0.603), there was a relationship between knowledge and the practice of covid-19 prevention protocols (p-value 0.022), there was a relationship between attitudes and practices of covid-19 prevention protocols (p-value 0.003).Conclusion: knowledge and attitudes related to covid 19 prevention practices.

Virus corona merupakan virus berbahaya yang menyerang saluran pernapasan dan menyebabkan demam tinggi, batuk, flu, sesak napas serta nyeri tenggorokan. Cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah tertularnya Covid-19 yaitu menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Di Kabupaten Aceh Utara masih banyak masyarakat tidak patuh untuk menjalankan protokol kesehatan tersebut. Hal tersebut dikarenakan banyak masyarakat belum begitu mempercayai penyakit Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat tentang Covid-19 terhadap kepatuhan menjalankan protokol kesehatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu quantitative dengan desain korelasi analitik dengan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik convenience sampling dengan jumlah 175 responden. Analisis data secara uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 67,4% responden memiliki tingkat kepercayaan dalam kategori tidak percaya dan sebanyak 82,9% responden tidak patuh dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Ada pengaruh tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat tentang Covid-19 terhadap kepatuhan menjalankan protokol kesehatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 masyarakat di Desa Lueng Bata Kecamatan Baktiya Kabupaten Aceh Utara (p=0,000). Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan terutama perawat lebih optimal dalam memberikan pendidikan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat tentang Covid-19 sehingga masyarakat patuh dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan. This study was aimed to identify the effect of the level of public trust about Covid-19 on compliance with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research was quantitative analytical correlation design with cross sectional. Sampling technique used convenience sampling technique with a total of 175 respondents. Data analysis used Chi-Square test. The results showed that 67.4% of respondents had a level of trust in the distrust category and as many as 82.9% of respondents did not comply with health protocols. There is an influence on the level of public trust about Covid-19 on compliance with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic in Lueng Bata Village, Baktiya District, North Aceh Regency (p = 0.000). Abstract:
The government has made various efforts to prevent and control COVID-19, such as enforcing the law concerning the COVID-19 Health Protocols. However, violations of health protocols still frequently occur in various circles, including university students. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence university students’ compliance with the COVID-19 health protocols. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a quota sampling technique and was conducted in October 2020. The participants were 468 university students in East Java. The number of participants who complied with the COVID-19 health protocols was 61.3%, while those who did not comply were still quite high (38.7%). The factors that were significantly related to compliance with the COVID-19 health protocols were knowledge, motivation, and health problems, while lifestyle changes were not significantly related to compliance with the COVID-19 health protocols. Participants with high level of knowledge (AOR 5.54 95% CI: 2.68-11.49), good motivation (AOR 2.15 95% CI: 1.43-3.22), and health problems (AOR 1.19 95% CI: 0.52-2.73) are more likely to comply with the COVID-19 health protocols. Thus,concerted efforts are needed to increase knowledge and motivation so that compliance with the COVID-19 health protocol significantly increases. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi potong-lintang dengan teknik quota sampling dan dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2020. Partisipan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 468 mahasiswa di Jawa Timur. Partisipan mahasiswa yang patuh terhadap protokol kesehatan COVID-19 sebesar 61,3%, sedangkan yang tidak patuh masih cukup tinggi (38,7%). Faktor yang berhubungan signifikan dengan kepatuhan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 adalah pengetahuan, motivasi, dan masalah kesehatan sedangkan perubahan gaya hidup tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan kepatuhan protokol kesehatan COVID-19. A quantum circuit providing an undetectable eavesdropping of information in message mode, which compromises all two-state [Formula: see text]-[Formula: see text] quantum direct communication (QDC) protocols, has been recently proposed by Pavičić [Phys. Rev. A 87 (2013) 042326]. A modification of the protocol’s control mode is proposed, which improves users’ 25% detection probability of Eve to 50% at best, as that in ping-pong protocol. The modification also improves the detection probability of Wójcik’s attack [Phys. Rev. Lett 90 (2003) 157901] to 75% at best. The resistance against man-in-the-middle (MITM) attack as well as the discussion of security for four Bell state protocols is presented. As a result, the protocol security is strengthened both theoretically and practically, and quantum advantage of superdense coding is restored.

As an important part of smart cities, vehicle ad hoc networks (VANETs) have attracted much attention from both industry and academia. In a VANET, generating a secure session key to facilitate subsequent data-in-transit transfer between two or more vehicles is crucial, which can be achieved by using an authenticated key agreement protocol. However, most of the existing identity-based two-party authenticated key agreement protocols have significant computational requirements or are known to be insecure. Thus, in this paper, a secure and efficient identity-based two-party authenticated key agreement protocol is presented by us. This protocol does not involve complex bilinear pairing computations and can generate a valid session key in two rounds. The security of the proposed protocol is proved in the eCK model which has better capability to describe a protocol’s security than the famous CK model, and it has been widely used in the security proof of ID-based key agreement protocols currently. Additionally, we also evaluate its performance for potential utility in a VANET.

A notary is a public official authorized to draw up and keep authentic deeds and other documents permitted by laws and regulations. Whenever a notary dies, or reaches retirement age, changes his/her domicile or profession, he/she shall submit his/her retired notary protocol to another notary appointed by the Regional Supervisory Council. The submission of notary protocol is regulated in Article 65 of the Law on Notary Positions, yet without legal protection. In some cases, court decisions are found to have imposed sanctions upon a notary who received the protocol despite the mistake of the notary protocol giver. This article encourages that the notary who receives the protocol be provided with legal protection, because he/she is only the party who receives the protocol made by another notary. The imposition of responsibility upon the notary protocol recipient regarding the contents of the deed he/she keeps will only lead to injustice and legal uncertainty. Since no regulation has been provided concerning to such matter, it is necessary to afford legal protection which comprises: the responsibility of the heirs of the notary (giver); the limitation of the responsibility of the protocol recipient; the limitation of protocol retention time; and the necessity of storing notary protocols in the form of microfilm. Nevertheless, the notary protocol recipient shall also have limited protection, in the sense that he/she can be held accountable with respect to the obligation to keep the notary protocol he/she receives in proper ways. Abstrak Notaris adalah pejabat umum yang berwenang membuat dan menyimpan akta dalam bentuk akta otentik, serta dokumen lain yang diperbolehkan oleh perundang-undangan. Setiap notaris yang meninggal dunia, mencapai usia pensiun, pindah domisili, atau pindah profesi, wajib menyerahkan protokol notarisnya kepada notaris lain yang ditunjuk oleh Majelis Pengawas Daerah. Pengaturan penyerahan protokol notaris diatur dalam Pasal 65 Undang-undang Jabatan Notaris, namun tidak dengan perlindungan hukumnya. Dalam beberapa kasus dijumpai putusan pengadilan yang memberikan sanksi kepada notaris penerima protokol sekalipun berkaitan dengan kesalahan notaris pemberi protokol. Artikel ini mendorong agar notaris penerima protokol mendapatkan perlindungan hukum, sebab ia hanya sebagai pihak yang menerima protokol yang dibuat oleh notaris lainnya. Pembebanan tanggung jawab kepada notaris penerima protokol terkait isi akta yang disimpannya justru akan menyebabkan ketidakadilan dan ketidakpastian hukum. Oleh karena sejauh ini belum ada pengaturannya, maka perlu diupayakan perlindungan hukum yang meliputi: tanggung jawab ahli waris notaris (pemberi); batasan tanggung jawab penerima protokol; batasan waktu penyimpanan protokol; dan keharusan penyimpanan protokol notaris dalam bentuk mikrofilm. Meski demikian, notaris penerima protokol tentu harus pula dibatasi perlindungannya, dalam artian dapat dimintai pertanggungjawabannya, yaitu dalam hal keharusannya menyimpan protokol notaris yang diterimanya secara patut.

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between parenting style and implementation of health protocols. The population of the research is was the all student SMP AL-NUR Cibinong as many 500 respondents with a total sample of 217 respondents. with the sampling technique used was Proportional Random Sampling. The results of research that have conducted shows that most of the respondents are at the age of 14 years as many as 32.3%, male 61.3%, get democratic parenting 71.9 %, and implement health protocols 64.5%. The results of the research using the chi-square test with a confidence level of 95% (p-value = 0.05). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between parenting style and implementation of health protocols. with p-value = 0,000. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan sebagaian besar responden berada di usia 14 tahun sebanyak 32,3 %, berjenis kelamin Laki-laki 61,3 %, mendapatkan pola asuh demokratis 71,9 %, dan menerapkan protokol kesehatan 64,5%. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (p-value = 0,05). ABSTRACT: Cognitive radio sensor network (CRSN) is a new generation of communication systems that wants to solve the overcrowded spectrum utilization of the unlicensed bands. It has combined sensor networks and cognitive radio technology, so it has the challenges of energy restriction of sensors and also dynamic spectrum access of the cognitive radio network. On the other hand, considering both of these challenges in the routing protocol plays a basic role in network performance and we can’t apply the routing protocols that have been proposed for wireless sensor networks and cognitive radio networks, separately, in the CRSN. Therefore, this article has tried to provide a new spectrum and energy-aware routing protocol in which the source is able to choose the most stable route in the aspect of node residual energy or spectrum access probability. Not only can considering the nodal residual energy and spectrum access in the route discovery process avoid repetitive link failure, but it also can increase the network lifetime. This protocol has been compared with ESAC, SCR, ERP, and SER. The result of this comparison has shown that our protocol reduces end-to-end delay, control overhead, throughput, and lifetime in comparison to other protocols, especially in small-scale networks. ABSTRAK: Rangkaian sensor radio kognitif (CRSN) adalah generasi baru sistem telekomunikasi bagi menyelesaikan masalah kesesakan pada pemakaian band spektrum tidak berlesen. Ianya adalah kombinasi rangkaian sensor dan teknologi radio kognitif. Oleh itu, ia mempunyai cabaran sekatan tenaga pada sensor dan kemasukan spektrum secara dinamik pada rangkaian radio kognitif. Pada masa sama, dengan mengambil kira kedua-dua cabaran pada protokol rangkaian ini telah memainkan peranan asas pada prestasi rangkaian dan kami tidak boleh mengguna pakai protokol rangkaian yang telah diguna pakai pada rangkaian sensor tanpa wayar dan rangkaian radio kognitif secara asing dalam CRSN. Oleh itu, artikel ini cuba menyediakan spektrum baru dan pengawasan tenaga pada protokol rangkaian, di mana sumber boleh memilih laluan rangkaian yang stabil dengan mengambil kira pada aspek baki tenaga nod atau kebarangkalian akses spektrum. Selain itu, ianya dapat mengelakkan kegagalan laluan berulang juga menambahkan jangka hayat rangkaian. Protokol ini telah dibandingkan dengan ESAC, SCR, ERP dan SER. Perbandingan keputusan menunjukkan protokol ini mengurangkan kelewatan hujung-ke-hujung, mengawal kesesakan, mambaiki jumlah penghantaran dan menambah tempoh hayat berbanding protokol lain, khususnya pada rangkaian skala kecil.

Perbedaan karakteristik antar routing protokol menimbulkan masalah dalam pengiriman paket data. Teknik redistribution adalah solusi untuk melakukan komunikasi antar routing protokol. Dengan menggunakan software Cisco Packet Tracer 5.3 pada penelitian ini dibuat simulasi OSPF dan EIGRP yang dihubungkan oleh teknik redistribution, kemudian dibandingkan kualitasnya dengan single routing protokol EIGRP dan OSPF. Parameter pengujian dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai time delay dan trace route. Nilai trace route berdasarkan perhitungan langsung cost dan metric dibandingkan dengan hasil simulasi. Hasilnya dapat dilakukan proses redistribution OSPF dan EIGRP. Nilai delay redistribution lebih baik 1% dibanding OSPF dan 2-3% di bawah EIGRP tergantung kepadatan traffic. Dalam perhitungan trace route redistribution dilakukan 2 perhitungan, yaitu cost untuk area OSPF dan metric pada area EIGRP. Pengambilan jalur utama dan alternatif pengiriman paket berdasarkan nilai cost dan metric yang terkecil, hal ini terbukti berdasarkan perhitungan dan simulasi.Kata kunci: OSPF, EIGRP, Redistribution, Delay, Cost, Metric.ABSTRACTOSPF (Open Shortest Path First) and EIGRP (Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol) are two routing protocols are widely used in computer networks. Differences between the characteristics of routing protocols pose a problem in the delivery of data packets. Redistribution technique is the solution for communication between routing protocols. By using the software Cisco Packet Tracer 5.3 in this study were made simulating OSPF and EIGRP redistribution linked by technique, then compared its quality with a single EIGRP and OSPF routing protocols. Testing parameters in this study is the value of the time delay and trace route. Value trace route based on direct calculation of cost and metric compared with the simulation results. The result can be OSPF and EIGRP redistribution process. Value delay redistribution 1% better than OSPF and EIGRP 2-3% under traffic density dependent. In calculating the trace route redistribution is done 2 calculations, the cost for OSPF area and the area of the EIGRP metric. Quantum Key Distribution is a secure method that implements cryptographic protocols. The applications of quantum key distribution technology have an important role: to enhance the security in communication systems. It is originally inspired by the physical concepts associated with quantum mechanics. It aims to enable a secure exchange of cryptographic keys between two parties through an unsecured quantum communication channel. This work proposes a secure half-duplex bidirectional quantum key distribution protocol. The security of the proposed protocol is proved against collective attacks by estimating the interception of any eavesdropper with high probability in both directions under the control of the two parties. A two-qubit state encodes two pieces of information; the first qubit represents the transmitted bit and the second qubit represents the basis used for measurement. The partial diffusion operator is used to encrypt the transmitted qubit state as an extra layer of security. The predefined symmetry transformations induced by unitary in conjunction with the asymmetrical two-qubit teleportation scheme retain the protocol’s secrecy. Compared to the previous protocols, the proposed protocol has better performance on qubit efficiency.

A Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) protocol requires proper settings to perform data transmission optimally. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to select the correct routing protocol and use the routing protocol’s default parameter values. This study examined the effect of route request parameters, such as RREQ_RETRIES and MAX_RREQ_TIMOUT, on the Ad Hoc On-demand Distance Vector (AODV) protocol, which was then compared with the default AODV performance Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR) protocols. The performance metrics used for measuring performance were Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR), throughput, delay, packet loss, energy consumption, and routing overhead. The results show that the OLSR protocol has a smaller delay than the AODV protocol, while in other measurements, the AODV protocol is better than OLSR. By reducing the combination value of RREQ_RETRIES, MAX_RREQ_TIMEOUT in AODV routing to (2, 10 s) and (3, 5 s), the protocol’s performance can be improved. The two combinations result in an average increase in throughput performance of 3.09%, a decrease in delay of 17.7%, a decrease in packet loss of 27.15%, and an increase in PDR of 4.8%. For variations in the speed of movement of nodes, 20 m/s has the best performance, while 5 m/s has the worst performance.

The Medium Access Control (MAC) layer protocol is the most important part of any network, and is considered to be a fundamental protocol that aids in enhancing the performance of networks and communications. However, the MAC protocol’s design for underwater sensor networks (UWSNs) has introduced various challenges. This is due to long underwater acoustic propagation delay, high mobility, low available bandwidth, and high error probability. These unique acoustic channel characteristics make contention-based MAC protocols significantly more expensive than other protocol contentions. Therefore, re-transmission and collisions should effectively be managed at the MAC layer to decrease the energy cost and to enhance the network’s throughput. Consequently, handshake-based and random access-based MAC protocols do not perform as efficiently as their achieved performance in terrestrial networks. To tackle this complicated problem, this paper surveys the current collision-free MAC protocols proposed in the literature for UWSNs. We first review the unique characteristic of underwater sensor networks and its negative impact on the MAC layer. It is then followed by a discussion about the problem definition, challenges, and features associated with the design of MAC protocols in UWANs. Afterwards, currently available collision-free MAC design strategies in UWSNs are classified and investigated. The advantages and disadvantages of each design strategy along with the recent advances are then presented. Finally, we present a qualitative comparison of these strategies and also discuss some possible future directions.

Es necesario realizar un análisis crítico para detectar las posibles carencias, mejorándolos para garantizar la seguridad y salud de estudiantes y trabajadores. En el campus de la UCAM Universidad Católica de Murcia, se realizó un análisis de las debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades (DAFO) que detectó los puntos débiles del protocolo aplicado, que fueron expuestos en una Jornada Técnica que contó con la participación de la UME Unidad Militar de Emergencias (Gobierno de España), que evaluó las medidas adoptadas y las propuestas de mejora de los investigadores, indicando aspectos adicionales a tener en cuenta, comparándolas con el protocolo creado por ellos para las residencias de ancianos. At UCAM Murcia campus, a SWOT analysis (DAFO) has been carried out, detecting the weakest points of the previously applied protocol. This analysis was exposed in a Technical Conference with the participation of the Military Emergency Unit UME (Government of Spain), which evaluated the measures adopted and the proposals for improvement of the researcher group, indicating additional aspects to consider, comparing them with the protocol created by them applied in nursing homes. In this way, a new manual of good practices was prepared and is available for being consulted with the goal of elaborating or adaptating the protocols to the new needs of the health crisis from now on.

Tal contaminación puede ser producida por microorganismos endofíticos o microorganismos introducidos durante la manipulación de laboratorio. El presente trabajo se realizó con el objetivo de evaluar tres protocolos de desinfección de explantes para la micropropagación de Cedrela odorata L., en el laboratorio de biotecnología vegetal de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí. La metodología aplicada se basó en el montaje de un diseño experimental en bloque completamente al azar. Se evaluaron tres tratamientos para la desinfección de explantes, obteniéndose con éxito el 95.64% de explantes establecidos en el segundo tratamiento, en el que se utilizó un protocolo de desinfección basado en Etanol al 50% (C2H6O), Hipoclorito de Sodio (NaClO) en el 25% de su concentración. Tiempo de inmersión de 60 segundos. Existen diferencias estadísticas altamente significativas en los protocolos utilizados para la desinfección de explantes de Cedrela odorata. Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) seems to be critical because they are responsible for maintaining network routes, packet forwarding, and higher multi-hop connectivity. Clustering nodes is still a powerful technique for modelling routing protocol for WSNs, as it increases the range of communication services with energy efficiency. This paper focuses on the energy efficiency and improved lifetime of the network based on the reinforcement learning protocols. The system can adapt to network changes, such as energy efficiency, mobility and make better routing decisions attributable to Reinforcement Learning (RL). The legal restrictions on sensor nodes are taken into consideration and an energy-balancing routing model based upon reinforcement learning has been provided. The results show that the enhanced protocol outperforms the state of energy savings and network lifetime when compared to Q-learning and LARCMS energy-efficient routing protocols. The proposed protocol's effectiveness is analysed by end to end delivery and packet delivery.

ABSTRACT Various efforts have been made by the government and local governments in order to suppress the spread of COVID-19, but cases continue to increase. The purpose of this study was to determine the understanding and behavior of the community towards health protocols in Central Java. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach, assisted by qualitative to deepen the analysis. This research using a survey technique involving 2,894 respondents spread throughout Central Java. The instrument used is a questionnaire through the google form media with the variable are demographic factors, knowledge about COVID-19, and implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol. Quantitative analysis used descriptive statistical techniques (sum, average, comparison, relationship), and qualitative analysis used the simultaneous model of Miles & Huberman. The conclusion of this study is that some people ignore COVID-19 due to lack of knowledge, so that it affects the implementation of weak health protocols, as well as lack of efforts to maintain health. The group of men, lower secondary education level, age 60 years and over and 20 years and below, working in trade, farmers, and labor sectors, as well as unemployed are the more groups that violate health protocols. Education is needed to increase knowledge and efforts to prevent COVID-19. Collaboration between the government and the community as well as social control is needed to increase knowledge and awareness of the implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dibantu kualitatif untuk memperdalam analisis. Penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik survey melibatkan 2.894 responden yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah Jawa Tengah. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner melalui media google form dengan variabel faktor demografi, pemahaman dan implementasi protokol kesehatan COVID-19. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan teknik deskriptif statistik (jumlah, rata-rata, perbandingan, hubungan), dan analisis kualitatif menggunakan model simultan Miles & Huberman. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah sebagian masyarakat mengabaikan COVID-19 karena kurangnya pengetahuan, sehingga berpengaruh pada implementasi protokol kesehatan yang lemah, serta kurangya upaya menjaga kesehatan. Kelompok laki-laki, tingkat pendidikan menengah kebawah, usia 60 tahun ke atas dan 20 tahun ke bawah, bekerja di sektor perdagangan, petani, dan buruh, serta pengangguran merupakan kelompok lebih banyak melanggar protokol kesehatan. Purpose The American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer has mandated implementation of a systematic protocol for psychosocial distress screening and referral as a condition for cancer center accreditation beginning in 2015. Compliance with standards requires evidence that distress screening protocols are carried out as intended and result in appropriate referral and follow-up when indicated. The purpose of this study was to examine the fidelity of distress screening protocols at two tertiary cancer treatment centers. Methods A retrospective review and analysis of electronic medical records over a 12-week period examined clinic adherence to a prescribed distress screening protocol and responsiveness to patients whose scores on the National Comprehensive Cancer Network Distress Thermometer (DT) indicated clinically significant levels of distress requiring subsequent psychosocial contact. A weekly online survey assessed clinician perspectives on the acceptability of the protocol. Results Across clinics, rates of adherence to the distress screening protocol ranged from 47% to 73% of eligible patients. For patients indicating clinically significant distress (DT score ≥ 4), documentation of psychosocial contact or referral occurred, on average, 50% to 63% of the time, and was more likely to occur at one of two participating institutions when DT scores were high (DT score of 8 to 10). Clinician assessments of the protocol's utility in addressing patient concerns and responding to patient needs were generally positive. Conclusion Systematic tracking of distress screening protocols is needed to demonstrate compliance with new standards of care and to demonstrate how well institutions are responding to their clinical obligation to address cancer patients' emotional and psychosocial needs.
