Full textThis thesis is based on the management of the most advanced remote sensing satellite program ers-1 of the european space agency which vovers the totality of development stages (1st part) and operating activities about the satellite (2d part). The first part includes the historical background of the agency as well as the prominent aspects of the convention and the basic juridical environment of the spatial international activities what makes it more easy next to understand the industrial policy of this program, the realization and spatial launching contracts of the ers-1 satellite, as well as the insurance policies. The second part focuses on the heading principles of spatial remote sensing activities and especially on the preliminary proceedings till the 41 65 resolution of december 3rd 1986 of the general assembly of the united nations. The various applications of the remote sensing activities to the ers-1 mission will also be examined in this second part, together with the ers-1 data policy which covers areas such as the data collecting and dispatching, the tariff policy and finally the data protection

Full textContext: University students are the most affected by stress, psychological distress and their consequences (physical and mental). They are more vulnerable to mental disorders than the general population and other students because of the many changes and responsibilities that come with studying at the university. On the one hand, this thesis aims to better understand the psychological ill being of university students, and on the other hand, to look at ways to face this problem.Format of the thesis: This thesis is articulated in two axes. The first focuses on the evaluation of mental health, including stress, among a sample of university students (Part I: Mental Health among University Students: Theoretical Perspectives and Empirical Studies). The second focuses on the development and the evaluation of a stress management intervention for these students (Part II: Students Stress Management: Theoretical Perspectives and Empirical Studies). For each, a review of the literature on the concepts studied, as well as a review of empirical studies, was conducted in the form of articles (published or in progress). The purpose of this dissertation is therefore dual and is articulated around ten articles; Conclusion: Despite some limitations, our results constitute new and promising contributions on stress management online for university students. This proposal for an intervention online could be particularly aimed at students who do not consult

Full textThe “programme de medicalisation des systemes d’information” (PMSI) is the information system tracking the inpatient activity of the French hospitals. It is used by the Health Ministry to allocate budget for short inpatient stay only. The allocation of this budget, corresponding to nearly 50 billion euros today (equivalent to nearly 3% of France’s GDP), is tightly connected to the historical development, tribulation and evolution of the PMSI. Based on the “theory of activity” developed by Y. Engestrom and the concept of “situation de gestion” (managerial context) defined by J. Girin, we develop a comprehensive understanding of this “management system”. This study was conducted looking at the implementation of the PMSI both within hospitals and regulatory agencies. Our study demonstrates that the PMSI is first a true “management system” tool. Second our study develops a new concept called “management system” that relies on a grid framework to analyze activity systems with instruments. The PMSI is the results of an anamorphosis whose final aim was to allocate financial budgets (design for use). This achievement led to a main application (“forme pivot”): the “Tarification à l’activité” (DRG payment). This resulted in improving the completeness of the data/information collected. It has now evolved (metamorphosed) for multiple applications (design by use)

Full textGaining customer loyalty is an important goal of marketing, and loyalty programmes are designed to help in reaching it. This research investigates how perceived benefits of retail loyalty programs (i.e., social, recognition, monetary savings, convenience, hedonic and informationnal benefits) enhance directly program loyalty, and indirectly company loyalty through program loyalty. Highlighted in a dual context (grocery and perfumery), our findings show that program loyalty enhance both customer loyalty toward the company, share of wallet and customer willingness to pay a price premium. Our research also examines the potential moderating roles of both company commitment and customer involvement toward the loyalty program in the relationship between program loyalty and share of wallet. Our results suggest that program loyalty has a positive effect on share of wallet regardless of the level of commitment to the company (grocery and perfumery). On the other hand, program loyalty is highly effective in driving share of wallet at high rather than at low levels of customer involvement with the loyalty program (this resultis only validated in the grocery case)

Full textEuropean vocational training is a society stake. Intermediation is effective in the construction of the knowledge of the actors on reality, the total information system and contributes to the dynamics of the programme (95-99). Methodological und epistemological reflexion deals with the determination of strategies of access and representation in the mobility projects and the pilot projects. The investigation led in national agencies and in Brussels relates to the obstacles in industry and the qualitative evaluation. Partnership generates to emergence of an infocom based conception, the creation of conditions of access in the cognitive process of transnational training of mobility, of intellectual tools of indexing-research adapted to the user. The intervention of documentalists, asset of the french education system, sets the need for competences and ICT in initial training. The study of the information system in the environment aims at understanding the mechanisms of the programme and its effects, conceptualisation through the treatment of sources. Systemic and functional analysis accounts for the position of the documentation authority in the organization, social and economic interaction. The association of indexing methods allows visibility of contents as an alternative to thematic vision. Classifications, the representation as an obstacle on the way of information process and participation are analysed. Conceptual accessibility faces the management of the ideas and aims at the sharing and produktion of knowledge in a logic of collective intelligence. Communication in the UE sees unity in diversity and the democratic joint decision with the information science speech in the institution-user-actor-citizen interaction. Intermediation controls cognitive and social exchanges but request the awakening of the infocom issue to reduce organisational distance and support european integration

Full textIntegrated Coastal Management (ICM) has been developed and adopted over the last two decades as the main framework for sustainable development of coastal areas. Today, implementing this framework is both highly critical and very challenging. It is the main focus of this dissertation. This research builds upon a fundamental duality observed in ICM: ICM is a framework in which all coastal activities are to be integrated, but it is at the same time a set of “ICM-labelled” initiatives. Quite noticeably, this set of ad hoc initiatives tends to receive most attention from analysts and ICM practitioners. Even more critically, a detailed analysis of the “ICM world” highlights an obvious focus on a programme approach to ICM. The dissertation shows that this focus is theoretically not justified, challenged by problems that ICM programmes implementation faces in the field, and hampering evaluation of ICM implementation. Based on several case studies in France and Madagascar, a strategic approach to ICM implementation and evaluation is developed that strengthens ICM theoretical background so as to make it more efficiently workable in the field

Full textInternational experience in public management has demonstrated mitigated results in performance budgeting. No consensus has emerged so far on the impact of performance budgeting on budgetary decisions. Reforms are usually very appealing for policymakers and top officials but implementation turns difficult. Performance budgeting reforms seem to reflect more rhetoric than reality. This research paper takes a new perspective on program budgeting implementation based on the concept of appropriation. Much of the research on budgeting reforms stand on a normative view of management tools where tools are designed once for all and users have to cope with them. The appropriation perspective positions users at the center of the reform process. This fresh view on the use of management tools, brings news insights in program budgeting implementation. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study based on documents analysis and interviews with public managers in three sectors in Burkina Faso (education, heath, water and sanitation). Research results show that six trajectories are recorded in program budgeting implementation (i) application (ii) adaptation of tools, (iii) shift in the way tools are used, (iv) gaming, (v) window dressing and finally (vi) rejection. Among all these trajectories, application seems very difficult to achieve and adaptation is the probable destination. We suggest that OECD classification of performance budgeting approaches (presentational, informed budget decision making, and managerial) could be viewed as some variants of adaptation

Full textFiscal reform implemented in Mauritius from 2008 was part of an overall strategy to modernize public finance management that places performance at the heart of public policy-making. Based on a proactive change management, and supported by the extensive renovation of the tax and public procurement systems, changes in budget rules have increased managerial autonomy of the executive. However, assessing the impact of the medium-term budget framework and programme-based budgeting on control over the fiscal position, credibility of the sector allocations and public spending effectiveness highlights the limitations of the reform and calls for a renewed interpretation of the success of the Mauritian model of public management for results. Its originality is strongly related to building a culture of accountability in the public service and institutional choices that are the specific product of a national social and administrative history, helping to impose a political vision of performance in the process of public expenditure rationalization. The simultaneous emergence of extra-budgetary funds management and programme-based budgeting leads to identify a hybrid approach to fiscal reform, whose adaptation to Sub-Saharan African countries may be challenged

Full textThe resource-constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP) consists of scheduling a set of activities or tasks using one or more resource types available in limited quantity. In the standard version of this problem, pre-emption is not allowed, precedence relations are of the no-lag, finish-to-start type, and the used resources are renewable meaning that the same resources quantity are available each time period. Solving this NP-hard optimization problem requires the determination of tasks execution date such that the project duration is minimized without using more than the available resource quantities. In the first chapter of this thesis, the research problem and research objectives are presented while chapter 2 reviews the literature and contributions to the RCPSP and some of its extended versions. More than 125 published papers are reviewed. These contributions are divided into 4 groups of contributions. Those proposing optimal solution methods, those developing lower bounds on the project duration, those proposing heuristic and approximate solution methods, and those extending the standard version of the problem in order to make it closer to the real-life problem. This literature review revealed that very few contributions explicitly take into consideration the time required to transfer resources between execution sites of the project. Only three such contributions are published and none of these three publication deal with the case where tasks have more than one execution mode. This review also revealed that the large majority of the published research deals with the problem where the objective is to minimize the duration of the project. However, in almost all real-life situations, the objective is to minimise the total cost of the project. That is why this thesis is dedicated to solve these neglected extensions of the RCPSP. Chapter 3 deals with the resource-constrained project scheduling problem with transfer times (RCPSPTT). Thus the goal in this case is to determine execution dates that allows for resources to be transferred between execution sites while respecting the precedence relations between these tasks as well as resources availability. A new genetic algorithm (GA) is developed to solve the RCPSPTT. This algorithm uses a new and efficient crossover operator. The chapter also study the performance of the proposed genetic algorithm and shows that it produces better results than the two previously published solution heuristics. It is to notice that the proposed GA considers renewable resource types and assume that tasks have only one execution mode. Chapter 4 deals with the multi-mode resource-constrained project scheduling problem with transfer times (MRCPSPTT). Thus, it extends the problem studied in the previous chapter to the multi-mode case under the assumptions of no pre-emption while using renewable and non-renewable resources. This problem has never been the subject of any published research before. An integer linear mathematical formulation of the problem is given as well as new genetic algorithm is developed to solve it. An extensive empirical analysis is then presented and shows that the proposed GA is able to produce the optimal solution for 529 test instances with 10, 20 and 30 activities. Chapter 5 introduces the generalized resource allocation and leveling problem (GRALP). This problem can be stated as follows. Given a set of project tasks to execute, their possible execution modes and precedence relations, an upper bound on the amount of resources that can be made available to the project, a project due date, the cost of resource utilization and the overhead cost; determine the execution date and mode for each task and the amount of resources to allocate to the project. The objective is to minimize the total project execution cost while respecting precedence constraints, project due date and not using more than the amount of resources that we decided to allocate to the project. Again we notice that this problem has never been the subject of any published research work. Chapter 5 presents an integer linear formulation of the problem, a neighborhood search solution heuristic, a genetic algorithm to solve it and an empirical experiment to evaluate the proposed heuristics showing the superiority of the proposed GA. Finally, the conclusions of the thesis and some propositions for future research are given.

Full textAfter its independence, Algeria was confronted with a situation of very advanced degradation characterized by a significant regression of plant place setting an intensification of the erosive phenomena of the mountainous zones and the appearance of the landscapes become depopulated in the steppe. This situation is the outcome of a set of historic and natural factors. Considering the vital importance of the national heritage and its biological variety, Algeria leads a steady policy of development of the forest sector which was characterized through the various national plans and special programs. This thesis suggests detecting the elements which made failed this policy, to plan to recommend better one management of the Algerian forest and to determine the existing links between natural resources, rural population and development policy. A series of qualitative investigations on the basis of a guide of interview was made with the agents who participate in the elaboration of the forest politics and its implementation and the rural population to be able to loosen the failures connected to this last one. This present document redraws the product in which we ended in the term of our work on the ground, however and after a presentation of the frame and our problem, said document includes three essential parts: situation of the forest sector in Algeria, situation of the forest sector in Algeria, the Program of Rural Employment for the long-lasting management of the resources

Full textSince 2002, the European Union (EU) Members States collect, manage and supply data forthe management of fisheries and specifically of discards. In this context, at-sea observer programmes collect data on-board fishing vessels on the composition and quantity of catch, including discards. Based on these data, this study aims to analyse the spatio-temporal distribution of landings and discards so as to contribute to their management. In doing so, amapping method based on nested grids has been developed. This method has been designed to produce pluriannual, annual and quarterly maps of landings and discards per species or group of species according to the fishing metier.A platform based on Big Data technologies has then been used with the objectives of refining and automating the mapping method. Using an online storage system and a high-performance computing system, a large number of maps were produced automatically per métier, grouping or not years, quarters and species. Finally, the usefulness of the produced maps for managing discards has been demonstrated, particularly regarding the Landing Obligation (Regulation (UE) n° 1380/2013). Based on fleet cost and revenue data, these maps open up possibilities for identifying fishing zones and/or periods to be avoided (i.e., high bycatch) while minimising the impacts on fleet’s economic performances

Full textIn the current context of extreme competition for the best young Graduates available on the market, Graduate Programmes (GP) are becoming the model of reference in the management of this population at an international level. However, these recruitment, integration, training and development programmes seem overlooked by management research. We mobilize here the strategy-as-practice (SAP) approach to explore in detail the dynamics of implementation of such a programme in a French corporate and investment bank.More concretely, we study the context of emergence of this programme and the day-to-day praxis and activities of HR practitioners in the design and implementation of this programme. We also explore the practices that constitute a GP from the SAP perspective and the benefits, limits and suitable conditions for such a programme. Doing that, we propose a sound portrayal of a key concept in Graduate management nowadays. We therefore claim the importance to be given to SAP in the study of corporate HR activities in the coming years

Full textThis paper is aimed at the evaluation of the influence of cad-cam (computer assisted design - computer assisted manufacturing) on the strategies of small business enterprises (sbe s). This study requires the definition of a general evaluative model of the influence that a cad-cam program can have on decision strategies within small business manufacturing enterprises. First, this model combines most of the significant dimensions for the analysis of a cad-cam program (the individual, the technology, the economical-financial aspect and the organizational aspect), and secondly, their impact on each step (diagnosis, making and operationalization of the process of strategic decision taking. This evaluative model was experimented within nine sbe s of the quebec industry of machine-finishing workshops having a cad-cam program. The analysis of the data recovered allows us to proceed with a satisfac- tory validation of our fundamental hypothesis, i. E. That the implementation of a cad-cam program within small business manufacturing enterprises has an effect on their strategies. It did not appear evident that the subsidiary hypothesis, which follows was, verifies within the sbe s studied; that the influence of the imple- mentation of a cad-nam program within sbe s is not limited as to their production systems, but influences other functions such as marketing, finances accounting and the management of human resources

Full textThis work is about the the study of linguistic procedures used by university teachers of Spanish as a foreign language in the discursive management of interpersonal relationships with students. Starting from a discursive perspective we argue that the discursive management of interpersonal relationship can be considered as how the teacher as speaker / producer (and social agent) manages a set of linguistic procedures to establish the interpersonal relationship with students in the classroom, based on the limits and possibilities that surround his work in a social and discursive space. From this proposition we determined that the sense of the discoursive management in the didactic and pedagogical domain refers specifically to the help which the teacher, in his capacity as a competent being and as a facilitator of learning, provides to the students. In addition, we believe that this help results from a crossed logic in which converge two contradictory principles: discursive heteronomy and autonomy. Based on our analysis of transcripts of videotaped classes and interviews with students, we show that the procedures used by language teachers correspond to the phenomenon of modulation and operate at two levels, a micro and a macro functioning. We also confirm that these procedures are in a logic which is particular to the sense of help. However, we note that the discursive management of teachers, which is in this logic, is problematic due to the distribution of linguistic procedures and its eventual unproductiveness

Full textFaced with the negative externalities arising from the intensification of agriculture, several industrialized countries, including Canada, have put in place intervention measures ranging from regulation to support. However, the literature shows that the adoption of beneficial management practices (BMPs) by farmers remains relatively limited to a clientele already convinced and that the sustainability of participation is not assured beyond the payment of aid. The absence of a market to monetize the environmental benefits of adopting BMPs also does not allow regulation by the market. Based on the collaboration between local actors and the involvement of the private sector in the financing of farmers' fees for producing environmental services, the Alternative Land Use Service (ALUS) program promote itself as an alternative between regulations, voluntary approaches and regulation by the market. This representation could well be translated into reality, since the program manages to involve farmers in large numbers, on a long-term basis. This study is based on documentary research and a series of 45 semi-structured interviews with participating farmers, coordinators, and Partnership Advisory Committee (PAC) members in four ALUS communities in Ontario. By mobilizing the economy of proximity, the present work aims at understanding farmers' reasons for participating in the program and tries to verify if the specificities that ALUS claims encourage farmers to participate on a long-term basis. The analysis shows that the specificities of the program have a different effect on participation and sustainability depending on the type of farmer, and that the coordination of the actors is highly dependant on networks and context.

Full textLarge urban projects have come to play an indispensible part in local development strategies, in the context of competition between areas. Their successful conduct often requires calling into question conventional ways of organizing public action. The Constellation project in Toulouse, including an industrial zone and two eco-neighborhoods, provides an occasion to re-examine local urban knowledge and practices. This process is seen in the tools used deliberately to calm the incertitude caused by departures from traditional ways of building cities. They can include charters, team projects, procedural designations of urbanists and architects, drawing up of quality standards and managing on-site locales. They mobilize new participants and new forms of management. Users of the site accredit them with an ability to transform an urban project’s culture. This doctoral thesis intends to provide an understanding of how participants use these tools in a situation of uncertainty. It shows how action involves four types of mediation: pragmatic, epistemic, interactive, and symbolic. Combinations of these produce four mechanisms for delimiting problems: association and community building, selection and socialization. The whole gives an account of the politicization of action insofar as the tools transform the nature of exchanges, from economic to political ones

Full textWe propose an approach for managing configurable Business Processes (cBP) that offer a consolidated view over these processes’ variants. A variant is the result of adjusting a BP in response to functional and/or structural needs. The approach uses a knowledge base to track the specificities of each variant that is represented as configurable Process Structure Tree (cPST). An implementation of the approach that consists of generating a cPST from a cBP is proposed. We apply this approach to compute configurable business process complexity and to prove its advantage for improving cBP quality

Full textThe French health and services system for elderly people losing their autonomy is characterised by a significant number of players. This causes difficulties for people to find the help they need in this fragmented system. We studied two conquences of this fragmentation: the inappropriate use of the hospital, and the non-observance of the fundamental human right ob being involved during institutionalization. Our results highlight the importance of reasoning from people's homes and with the integration of all healthcare facilities. We are also providing methodological reflection on the helath channels research that allow caregivers to understand these phenomena. The finding of inadequacy of the health care system and help create a situation of tension that leads to innovation. The model PRISMA, by its previous experimentations, its proven efficacy in Quebec and its demonstrated flexibility offers the opportunity to study the establishment of a model of integration in France. The study of organizational changes and practices currently under way will identify factors changing the system towards integration. However, the very meaning of integration is that the person receives "good service at the right time or the right place by the right person at the lowest cost in human and social development". This objective requires a case manager, from a new professional field. We analyzed in depth in Quebec one of their professional practice: the individualized service plan in order to clarify the concept, the rules of drafting and properties of the tool

Full textThe following study aimed to examine the implications brought about by the policy of Yeda Crusius` governement management for state schools net of RS, including the processes of negotiation and contestation of different individuals involved in setting up an agenda for education. It was took into consideration to develop the proposed analysis: 1) the construction of political, economic and social relations from the second half of the twentieth century and its relationship with education, 2) the development of public management in Brazil and in Rio Grande do Sul and its relations with social policies, 3) the development of the public education management, its continuities and ruptures in Brazil and in Rio Grande do Sul, 4) the policy of basic education management in state schools in Rio Grande do Sul (2007-2010). The research allowed to characterize and contextualize the educational management politics of state schools, as well as identify the theoretical debates concerning national and international public management and public education management. Thus, the intetion of the study was to assimilate the incorporation of these concepts by policy on basic education management of Yeda Crusius` state government (2007-2010). The study was conducted through documentary analysis of primary sources on documents of governement educational policy. For this, the policy cycle as used in order to follow different movements of state government: the context of influence, context of production of text and context of practice. For analytical purposes, this research focused on the first two contexts. The investigation of the management policy of Yeda Crusius` education management government and its relation to theoretical perspectives along with political and economic currents of public management make possible the discution of three critical points: the concepts of public management, the concepts of educational administration, and the formation of an agenda for education. The identification and study of these aspects make possible the presentation of Yeda Crusius` government policy guidelines, of the interlocutors for the construction of these policies, of the way this dialogue has been made and of the instruments used implemented by educational policies management. These policies strengthened the managerial vision in education, justifying and legitimizing the logic of the market as an inducer of a quality-oriented system of capital.

Full textAs the world is confronted with an explosion of chronic diseases, patient education which helps people to take an active part in the management of their health seems more and more inescapable today. The therapeutic educational Unit of Basse-Terre hospital, in Guadeloupe, operates a structured program of patient education for the Guadeloupeen diabetics. We realized a transverse study based on individual interviews with patients integrated into the unit between May 2007 and April 2008 to estimate the affects of this program on their management of diabetes. This work is the second study concerning the impact of the program operated by the therapeutic educational Unit. The statistical analyses show a significant improvement of the glycaemic control through a decline of glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c) of 0,76 % on average between MO and M6 for the participating patients in the survey, which confirms after one, year, because between MO and M12 the decline of glycated hemoglobin is 0,93 %. These results seem stable until 2 years after the beginning of the program. We also observed a weight gain of the order of 2,3 kg over an average period of 19 months of observation. As for the food habits, 64 % of the patients who described a food imbalance when they joined the unit, now describe an improvement of their practices after the program. The patients evoke for 95 % of them an improvement of their quality of Iife; a majority of them also tell to have improved their perception self-efficiency in the management of diabetes

Full textBehind many of other countries, those of the West African Monetary and economic Union adopted the management by performance system. It’s a global system of management of public policies, which come in missions, programs and actions. It includes, in the stage of public policies elaboration, to recognize the budgetary restriction which imposes up on everywhere and to specify the framework of these policies and to draw priorities and to consider the long term basis for their execution. The system supposes, in the stage of accomplishment, to grant freedom to managers, particularly in their use of the means, what implies, in return, their accountability. At last, the system supposes, in a third stage, a systematic use of internal control and audit and evaluation

Full textThis thesis addresses the general topic of digital traces related to the achievement of user activity in a digital documentary space. This work is part of the modelised Trace Based Systems approach (mTBS). This work contributes to the approach by creating a specific digital trace modelization methodology. The mTBS approach aims to make some reusable digital traces in user activity context. In order to produce digital trace as qualitative activity representation, it proposes to use a trace model which predefine observed objects. The pro-posed methodology design is based firstly on theoretical foundations drawn from research domains involving human-computer activity modeling (CHI, KM, CSCW), and secondly based on an implementation work in two actual activities, on the one hand a collaborative elearning activity, one the other hand a activity of professionnal training content production. During this second applied research study, we developped a trace specific display tool. This tool has been used for support an experiment de-signed to assess the modeled traces potential as an activity reflectivity medium. Early results of this exploratory work in collective activity situations have led us to propose to extend the conceptual prime framework of the mBTS approach. We suggested the "conjoined trace" which means traces generated and used by groups of users. It offers new collaborative practice prospects extending the general problem of trace-based apporaches

Full textThe United Nations (UN) – an atypical organization with its own legal personality unlike other international organizations, has the power to define its relationships with all its stakeholders and is acting within a system of governance at two levels: one of "external governance" (for coordination between different actors such as governments, other international institutions, international funds, businesses and non-governmental organizations) and one of internal governance (Bouquin, Kuszla, 2014) which frames the various UN bodies. The articulation of those two forms of governance ensures the implementation of international policies at the national level. These policies take the form of plans or programs of action in various fields, especially in the environmental field. Although this axis is not part of the historic UN missions such as peace and international security, it gradually took on some importance in 1972 with the establishment of the United Nations Environment Programme - UNEP. Although its missions and its organizational control model have progressively changed, UNEP’s governance has never been that weak. Analysis of UNEP’s control configurations requires a sociological approach that captures the interactions between actors and structure (structuration and metaorganizations theory). The comparison of two case studies carried out in a situation of participant observation revealed three universal’s organizational control configurations and a grid of factors to be considered in order a coherent articulation of these organizations’ two forms of governance

Full textWe want, in this Ph. D dissertation, to give rise to the process of social construction of the risk in the international co-operation for development. Our approach consists, while going from the analysis of the World Bank as an institution (social category, culture, speech, approach, management of intercultural) towards the operation (the project "Trade reform and competitiveness" on the ground), progressively to draw up a cartography of the "locations" of production of the danger of loss which influence in the project. The loss, it is the mechanism by which the project tends towards a disconnection of its objectives in relation to the field reality. The cartography of the risk is based on two aspects of the production of the danger of loss. Initially, there are two "departures of fires" which combined lead to the loss. On a side there is the problem of the management of intercultural within a mixed team and other there are the reactions to the perceived risk/with the feeling of danger
