Abstract:
Professional preparation is indeed a complex and dynamic process because it involves a number of interacting elements, which change in time. The objective of the present essay is to analyze the professional preparation in physical education, with the focus on the relation between the very dynamic labor market and the required competence of the professionals to deal with the associated demands. There is no doubt that the professional preparation must not aim to train professionals to merely repeat means for solving practical problems, but professionals with the capacity to repeat the process of solving problems. Consequently, professional preparation programs need to be formative instead of informative and prepare professionals capable of using scientific thinking and method to solve practical problems of intervention.

Abstract:
Digitalization and cognitization of modern business processes forms a qualitatively new request for modeling innovatively-oriented concepts for the development of education and consolidated forms of interaction between all participants in the labor market: educational service providers, the business community, graduates and the state, whose goal is unified and associated with effective employment of young specialists, who are the main strategic resource of the modern socio-economic system. However, with a seemingly common interest, for many years young specialists have been the most unprotected category in the labor market. Lack of practical skills and work experience, the need for additional investment in the formation of the so-called “applied competencies” makes the professional development strategies of graduates vulnerable and uncompetitive. In this regard, the article conducted a study on the conformity and consistency of professional requests of labor market participants to the competencies of young professionals in order to combine efforts for their faster adaptation and development in the labor market.

Abstract:
The factors that promote successful professional socialization have become a primary focus of study through the expansion of higher education. The structural changes in the labor market of post-socialist countries such as Hungary over the last three decades have presented a challenge to the training areas of social and educational professions. In Hungary, these professions are not very attractive, the degrees have a low profitability, and the working people already face great challenges when looking for a job. Our research question is whether the traditionally theoretical character of higher education is able to keep up with the dynamic changes in the reality of the labor market. By interviewing 20 professionals about their professional experience and career plans, we tried to answer the questions about the low attractiveness and low retention rate of these professions. We compared the careers of bachelor’s graduates with degrees in social work, youth work, and education. The qualitative analysis showed that professionals whose training included more field exercises and supervision were more successful. They had increased their professional and social capital, and these helped them to integrate into the labor market.

Abstract:
Kostas Peroulis’s collection of short stories Automata (2015) consists of ten short stories that narrate the experience of ten different characters involved in differentkinds of labor. The stories’ characters constitute the book’s labor force and have afoothold in all sectors of economy: the primary sector (agriculture), the secondary sector (industrial production) and the tertiary sector (services, including sex work). The automatisation and repetition that define the work experience of Peroulis's unnamed characters also define their present while the context of the Greek crisis and its social and political effects lurk in the background. This essay reads the characters’relation to labour at a time of historical contingency that is well beyond the austerity measures and what is generally called the financial crisis. I argue that the stories map the experience of the contingent in contemporary Greece as Peroulis’s text focuses onthe minutiae of the characters’ professional lives. The details of their labour reveal the condition of contingency which becomes dominant in a literary text that, as this essay argues, returns to the subject, and thus, to the modern.

Abstract:
This article provides a detailed analysis of the labor of professional rock climbers. It focuses on a mode of multi-layered labor contrasting with the traditional allocation of tasks among workers, i.e. the division of labor. It is argued that, while multi-layered labor emerges in markets with low economic circulation and weak organization, it also reflects how professional versatility is at the heart of the mode of production of value in these labor markets. Indeed, producing value for climbing companies as a climber is anchored in a strong professional versatility. Based on multi-sites and digital fieldwork with professional rock climbers, media producers and the climbing industry, the argument is developed by drawing on an account of the journey of a professional climber. Ultimately, this article is an invitation to question the self-explanatory nature of professional categories to highlight the multiple facets of labor commonly hidden behind the term ‘professional’.

Abstract:
The intensive development of new technologies creates special conditions for the implementation of labor functions by specialists in various professional fields. The most active introduction of innovations and technological advances takes place in the activities of large and small industries. It is at this stage that a peculiar assessment of the quality and «usefulness» of the results of engineering solutions introduced into practical operation takes place. This is fully felt in the form of reliable operation of products, increased labor efficiency, saving working time, leveling production risks and improving the economic well-being of the enterprise. An engineer, as a representative of senior technical professions, able to optimize and improve the work of an individual workshop and organization as a whole, becomes a key figure for the entire general production cycle. It should be noted that a huge number of engineering professions are represented on the modern labor market. At the same time, an engineer of different professional orientation, involved in various fields, carries fundamentally different loads and can perform functions different from the descriptions of classical engineering work. The intensive participation of an engineer, as a representative of technical professions in such fields as medicine, education, testifies to the high social importance of engineering work, and supports the relevance of the growing interest in the profession of engineer. In turn the direct relation to creation of technologies (designing, design, planning) or direct – the indirect relation to technical support of work of the enterprise staff, brings up the questions concerning reliability of engineering activity. The main developments of theoretical and applied nature, reflecting the specific features of engineering activities, its reliability, were carried out within the framework of engineering psychology and ergonomics. Traditionally, they reveal the essence of operator labor («man-operator») and the work of a specialist operating complex automated complexes («man-technician»). However, the replenishment of the list of engineering professions with new types, as well as the complication of professional tasks of generally recognized ones, the inclusion of new functions in them creates an applicant for a more detailed study of it.

Abstract:
In the context of a dynamically developing digital economy in Russia, the labor protection management system in organizations is integrated into production management processes, based on the principles of social partnership and digitalization of labor protection processes. Emerging new and existing problems of finding tools for effective management of labor protection in modern socio-economic conditions can also be solved based on a competence-based approach. In order to study the impact of professional competence of specialists in the field of labor protection on the effectiveness of labor protection management and the development of social and labor relations in the field of labor protection in the organization, there was conducted an analytical study using empirical material from more than 1,600 organizations. There was studied state of professional competence of more than 2,600 specialists in the field of labor protection. The expert method identifies various levels of professional competence of specialists in the field of labor protection: high, medium and low. The method of mathematical analysis (main components) is used to assess the factors of formation of their professional competence, such as basic education, experience and work experience, professional development, and the availability of additional competencies. Using the methods of analysis and synthesis, the authors justified and proposed indicators of social and labor relations in the field of labor protection, which are influenced by the professional competence of specialists in the field of labor protection. The main indicator was the rate of accidents at work. As a result, the method of factor analysis determined the complex influence of the level of professional competence of specialists in the field of labor protection on the development of social and labor relations in the field of labor protection. From the positions of various categories of personnel, this influence is estimated as directly proportional, constructive, nominal and destructive. The authors obtained a quantitative assessment of the impact of the level of professional competence of specialists in the field of labor protection on the level of injuries as one of the indicators of social and labor relations in the field of labor protection in organizations on the example of one of the factors of its formation - basic specialized education. The article shows the positive impact of improving the professional competence of specialists in the field of labor protection on the economic efficiency of the enterprise.

Abstract:
At present the problem of the integration between the higher education and the sphere of labor has become particularly urgent. It is noted that the attempts earlier made by a number of authors to solve the problem of the integration between the higher education and the labor sphere by combining educational and professional standards, as well as by harmonizing the requirements of the labor market for the qualifications of specialists and the competencies of graduates of higher education are facing significant difficulties. In this paper, we consider individual educational programs as one of the mechanisms of combining the higher education and labor. The analysis of the emerging differences between the higher education and the sphere of labor in the context of different educational models has been conducted. Thus, for example, within the framework of the professional model of the educational process organization, the possibilities of building individual educational programs are limited by the amount of labor intensity of the variable part of the educational program according to the field of study or subject specialism. At the same time, we are talking about professional individual educational programs, which are based on the processes of the formation of professional subjectivity of the student and the formation of his/her professional image. Such individual educational programs not only orient students on a certain type of work activity already at university, but also guarantee a well-grounded choice of the future profession. The paper focuses on the significant impact of the individualization of professional and professionalization of individual educational programs, as well as the multilevel structure of higher education on the nature of the integration of educational programs of higher education and the trajectories of professional development of young professionals. It is emphasized that the adaptation of students to the educational process, built on the principles of individualization of educational programs, is a key point of interdisciplinary psychological and pedagogical problems of the development of creative abilities of students and is accompanied by the mastery of new skills.

Abstract:
The article presents the results of research and development of a model for the formation and development of a personal HR brand - an interactive navigator that helps a student and a young specialist in the field of personnel management to correctly build a professional development strategy and increase their value in the labor market. The choice of this topic is primarily due to the urgency of the problem of employment: it is difficult for modern students and young specialists to fully reveal and use their potential, since, firstly, they are not known in the professional environment and, secondly, they do not know how to position themselves on the labor market as professionals. Thus, they are required to take targeted active actions in professional self-realization, one of the main tools for the implementation of which is a personal brand. Thus, the aim of the study is to increase the value and recognition of students in the labor market and in the professional environment and their employment in their specialty after graduating from the university based on the use of the model for the formation and development of a personal HR brand.

Abstract:
The economic crisis triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic has a negative impact on the labor market. According to international experts, the COVID-19 pandemic will bring more negative consequences to the global labor market than the global financial crisis of 2008-2009. Depending on the varying scale of the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, unemployment is forecast to increase throughout the world. The economic slowdown and uncertainty of the economics are stressful factors for all market participants. The article discusses the resources and strategies for career guidance, reorientation or job search that can be used by the subject of labor during the socio-economic crisis. Readiness for reeducation and initiative as a personality trait are important predictors of success in the search for a new field of activity during the socio-economic crisis. Also, predictors of success include: the ability to make decisions in uncertainty, make decisions in deficiency of time, and the ability to react quickly and adequately according to the changing conditions of the external environment. While the assessment the ability of an employer as a subject of labor to act, and make decisions in conditions of uncertainty (which is typical for the labor market in the crisis and post-crisis period), it is necessary to consider the subject's knowledge, skills, and ability to make decisions. The success of professional orientation and professional reorientation of the subject of labor activity is determined by a combination of factors: the level of professionalism and professional competence, initiative and readiness for retraining, motivation, etc., but the success of the individual in the newly chosen profession is in the professional mentality that is the psychological construct in a newly designed system "subject of labor - profession - professional Self-concept".

We consider one of the manifestations of the creative way of human existence in the profession - the aesthetic "dimension" of his labor activity. There are three forms of implementation of the aesthetic attitude in work: evaluation by other people (consumers, colleagues) of human labor products according to aesthetic criteria of beauty, harmony and proportionate completeness; aesthetic "measurement" of the labor process ("beautiful work"); emotional and aesthetic impact of the results and process of a person's work, for example, a teacher, on other people. The positive influence of the aesthetic "dimension" on the actualization of personal potentials of specialists in dangerous types of work is shown.
