Abstract Introduction Globally, around 1 in 100 adults have intellectual disabilities (ID) (synonymous with learning disability in the UK) (1) yet their needs in terms of healthcare in general and medication management in particular, are under-researched. People with ID have more comorbidities compared with those without ID and around one third of older people (≥ 50 years) with ID (OPwID) have two or more chronic conditions, putting them at risk of polypharmacy (use of multiple medicines) (2). Aim To undertake a scoping review to gather evidence on the barriers and facilitators in the medication management of OPwID from a multi-stakeholder (patient, carer and healthcare professional) perspective. Methods Standard scoping review methods were used. Electronic databases (Medline, PsycINFO) were searched from 2011-2021 using a range of search terms. Studies were included if they involved: OPwID without dementia (all types); healthcare professionals or caregivers caring for individuals with ID; problems related to medication use. The review was restricted to studies in the English language. The PRISMA-ScR checklist and reporting standards was used to conduct and report the review. Independent duplicate screening and data extraction was undertaken. The quality of studies was not formally assessed. A narrative synthesis was conducted to summarise the results and included barriers and facilitators associated with medicines management from patients’/carers’ and professionals’ perspectives. Results Eight studies were included, of which seven used qualitative methods. The majority of studies were undertaken in Europe ((the Netherlands (2), Norway (1), Belgium (1), UK (3)) and one was conducted in the US. Patients/carers reported several barriers/facilitators: The most cited barriers to medication management of OPwID from professionals’ perspective included: limited knowledge of, and training about, ID; nonadherence to guideline recommendation; and lack of coordination between different professionals in multidisciplinary teams. Conclusion/Discussion The review was restricted to two databases and the English language due to resource- and time-constraints. All the included studies were conducted in developed countries with different healthcare settings/practice. As such, the findings might not be generalisable to other less/under-developed countries or settings. There is limited empirical evidence regarding the medication management of OPwID, in particular, facilitators to medicines management from professionals’ perspective. OPwID are a highly vulnerable population for whom medications have an important role in managing their multiple morbidities. This review highlights an evidence gap regarding the medication management of these individuals. The results will be used to inform the development of personalised intervention(s) to improve the safe and effective use of medication in this population. Professional secrecy is expressly defined in section 9 of the Québec Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms. Hence, the substance of this section acquires major importance and an analysis of it must precede any other procedure. Professional secrecy as described therein is a right vested in the person and as such, is an obligation that all professionals governed by the law must respect. This right originates in the professional relationship and only concerns the confidential content of information disclosed at that time. Lastly, the professional's duty to discretion may be suspended by a specific statutory provision without there being an express need to derogate therefrom in the Charter of Rights.

AbstractIt has long been known that Italy is characterized by the highest levels of professional regulation in Europe, but little attention has been given to the link between professional regulation and educational stratification. This article investigates the association between social origins and education by focusing on fields of study within tertiary education and by disaggregating the upper class of social origin into different micro-classes of professionals. Thus, since these professions are regulated in the first place by educational fields of study, it assesses how processes of social closure enhance occupational intergenerational immobility in the professional employment in Italy. Recently, deregulation of liberal professions in Italy has been central in many public and political debates. It contributes to these debates by examining the micro-level dynamics in the professionals’ social reproduction and related practises of social exclusion, which may have strong implications for policy interventions. By using ISTAT’s “Sbocchi Professionali dei Laureati” survey (2011), and employing multinomial logistic regressions, it shows how social selection into highly regulated fields of study is guided by parents’ professional domain. The analyses indicate that both sons and daughters of licensed professionals are more inclined to graduate in a field of study that is in line with the father’s profession and that this propensity is stronger among children of regulated self-employed professionals.

The potential of a society or the developed facilities can play a central role for improving the economy of a country. The leisure industry has been growing to be a giant industry that can contribute to Turkey’s economy which is placed in low ranks of the better life index between Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) countries. However, one of the most significant elements that slow down the progress in Turkey is that the professional competence framework has not been drawn leading to problems in the employment of professional specialists. The guiding element for the determination of the professional competence framework is a model that can define the industrial dimensions related with the profession. The models and literature knowledge for the leisure industry has been found limited when the international literature is examined. In the scope of this research, four leisure models that were stated within international literature were examined and a new model that would be suitable for the Turkish leisure industry was proposed in the light of previous models. In den letzten Jahren erschienen vielfältige Veröffentlichungen zum Thema «Ethik» in der deutschen Krankenpflegeliteratur. PflegetheoretikerInnen beziehen sich dabei immer wieder auf den Ethikkodex des Weltbundes der Krankenpflegenden (ICN). Im Rahmen der Diskussion über die Entwicklung einer eigenständigen Pflegeethik wird die Implementierung berufsethischer Kodizes als eine notwendigerweise zu durchlaufende Stufe beschrieben. Dabei ist unklar, ob die Pflegenden in Deutschland die berufsethischen Grundregeln des ICN oder anderer Organisationen kennen. Das Anliegen der AutorInnen ist es, mehr über den Bekanntheitsgrad von berufsethischen Grundsätzen bei Pflegenden aus der Praxis in vier ausgewählten Krankenhäusern zu erfahren. Darüber hinaus ist von Interesse, welchen Nutzen Pflegende in berufsethischen Grundsätzen sehen und welche Informationsquellen sie sich wünschen. Die Studie zeigt, daß nur 25% der Befragten berufsethische Grundsätze kennen und daß die interne Fortbildung und Ausbildung als wichtigste Informationsquellen gesehen werden. Die Befragten sehen den größten Nutzen von berufsethischen Grundregeln in Entscheidungshilfen für ethische Konfliktsituationen in der Pflegepraxis und in der Wahrung der Pflichten und Rechte gegenüber den PatientInnen und Angehörigen. Diese Ergebnisse können als Hinweis dafür gesehen werden, daß die Inhalte des ICN Ethikkodex bei Krankenschwestern und -pflegern unzureichend bekannt sind und von PflegepraktikerInnen und PflegetheoretikerInnen ausführlicher diskutiert werden müßten.

Denne artikel diskuterer om – og hvordan – det er muligt at øge borgernes deltagelse og ejerskab i egen sag gennem en kommunikativ kompetenceudvikling hos de professionelle. Artiklens fokus er en undersøgelse af, hvordan et praksisforskningsprojekt kan bidrage til refleksion og læring i den professionelle praksis, som kan medvirke til et øget samarbejde mellem borger og professionel. Observationer og direkte supervision af praksis kan danne en frugtbar akse, hvor organisation, profession og forskning spiller sammen i en kritisk konstruktiv optik, der kan omsættes i læring og konkrete produktive forandringer i mødet mellem system og borger. AbstractEmpowerment within modern welfare requires professional skills. Power and power relations are dominant concepts in any form of social and relational work in modern welfare. In order to create an empowering partnership between service users and social workers it is necessary to research the production of power and to make power relations visible and negotiable. Service users’ perspectives and democratic principles could strengthen empowerment processes and develop social work practice. This article discusses how practice research as a process of collaboration is able to inform professional competence building and reflection to further cooperation between the professionals and the service users. Paying attention to details and micro processes in the individual meetings between service user and professional makes it obvious to understand how professionals can learn to communicate and work with empowerment in cooperation with the service users. On this basis the article concludes that it is possible for practice research – based on a close collaboration between research, social work and user perspectives – to inform new learning processes among professionals, and this in turn can contribute to a more empowering perspective in the collaboration between professionals and service users.

Le statistiche relative al numero dei procedimenti a carico degli avvocati e ai tipi di sanzioni inflitte dagli organi forensi sono stati oggetto di aspre critiche negli ultimi anni e molto si č discusso sulle carenze del sistema disciplinare nel suo complesso, al punto che si č indotti a chiedersi quali possano essere le conseguenze per il futuro dell'avvocatura, soprattutto in termini di autonomia degli ordini professionali, di autoregolamentazione dei consigli e di conservazione del monopolio professionale. Il presente scritto, dopo aver illustrato brevemente le fonti normative e la struttura del procedimento disciplinare forense nel nostro paese, esamina l'attivitŕ disciplinare svolta dal Consiglio dell'Ordine di Milano nei confronti di avvocati tra il 1990 e il 2009 ed infine tenta di trarre qualche conclusione sia sull'efficienza del controllo formale sull'operato degli iscritti all'Albo professionale, sia sul contributo delle misure sanzionatorie al mantenimento degli standard professionali richiesti agli avvocati. Gli autori presentano i risultati dell'applicazione di una metodologia di analisi per competenze agli operatori dei servizi socio-assistenziali (coordinatori, assistenti sociali, educatori professionali, OSS), realizzata in provincia di Torino (circa 500 interviste). Il modello, se adattato e applicato in qualsiasi ambito dei servizi, consente di introdurre e sviluppare un sistema di analisi delle competenze degli operatori per rafforzare la gestione delle risorse umane. In particolare, puň sostenere lo sviluppo del sistema professionale, a partire dalla formazione dei dirigenti, fino all'uso sistematico dello strumento per tenere sotto osservazione i professionisti presenti nei servizi, in relazione ai bisogni del territorio, e per rendere esplicita la domanda di formazione legata ai cambiamenti socio-economici, all'innovazione dei servizi e alla riduzione delle risorse disponibili. Infine, nelle reti di servizi, puň consentire di rappresentare le differenze territoriali nell'assetto professionale e organizzativo dei servizi. Si tratta quindi di un lavoro sperimentale ed esemplificativo, ad elevata trasferibilitŕ.

This article presents the perception of professional experts and adolescents from West Africa on their migration process and their passage through Spain as they head toward Europe. Its objectives are 1) identify the reasons to migrate, 2) analyze family’s influence on decision-making, and 3) point out the factors conditioning the migration process. Qualitative techniques such as a life story, a panel of professional experts, Delphi, and SWOT were used. The results further deepen into the scarcity of the families’ financial resources, the adult status that adolescents originally receive, low income, and low qualification as main motivationsfor migrating. In conclusion, thistype of migration isidentified and built on the same parameters as adults. Different perceptions were found between adolescents and professionals regarding remittances and family influence to migrate. As implications for the practice, it was identified the importance of specializing the protection system professionals who attend the needs of young migrants.

Gli odontoiatri e gli igienisti dentali durante la loro attività professionale e rapporto di cura con pazienti minorenni possono intercettare condizioni suggestive di maltrattamento. Il viso e il collo rappresentano, infatti, in più del 50% dei casi quelle aree anatomiche dove è possibile riconoscere segni di possibile maltrattamento fisico. Inoltre, le cure odontoiatriche come la seduta di igiene orale professionale possono evidenziare chiari indici di trascuratezza dentale, anch'essa forma di nocumento per l'armonico sviluppo psico-fisico del bambino e della bambina. Il contrasto del maltrattamento e della trascuratezza dei minori non può quindi rinunciare al ruolo sentinella che anche gli operatori sanitari di una struttura odontoiatrica possono offrire nella protezione di bambini e adolescenti, al di là delle responsabilità medicolegali e deontologiche sottese. Tale obiettivo potrà essere raggiunto più efficacemente attraverso idonei percorsi di sensibilizzazione al fenomeno del maltrattamento promossi da odontoiatri forensi, attraverso il coinvolgimento degli ordini professionali, delle Università e delle associazioni di categoria, ponendo così anche la medicina odontoiatrica e l'odontoiatria forense come risorse complementari nei gruppi di lavoro, di studio e di intervento finalizzati alla prevenzione e contrasto del maltrattamento sui minori.

La presa in carico dei minori stranieri non accompagnati vede coinvolte diverse figure professionali con funzioni sia di tutela, sia di controllo. Lo studio presenta l'analisi delle interviste a 18 professionisti (operatori di giustizia, educatori di pronto intervento, educatori di comunitŕ alloggio) considerati "testimoni chiave" nelle diverse fasi del sistema di accoglienza dei minori migranti. In particolare, le modalitŕ con le quali i diversi operatori descrivono il fenomeno dei minori stranieri non accompagnati, insieme agli scopi e agli strumenti del lavoro sul campo, costituiscono gli obiettivi conoscitivi della ricerca. Le procedure di analisi testuale, implementate attraverso il software T-LAB, hanno evidenziato cinque nuclei tematici relativi ai legami familiari, al tema della tutela e della devianza, nonché alla questione formativa e culturale. Differenze significative sono emerse in funzione di variabili specifiche sulla base dell'area professionale di appartenenza e del genere degli operatori. In chiusura, i risultati dell'indagine vengono discussi nell'ottica dei processi d'integrazione e dei servizi di presa in carico.

Since the 1970s, archaeology has been very rapidly professionalized with the evolution of the French administration and the explosion of preventive archaeology positions. The benefits of this rapid evolution must now take into account the non-professional actors (volunteers, amateurs and citizens) whose diversity has also evolved. Indeed, the distance taken by professionals towards the latter is increasing a little more every day. Yet, for a long time, learned societies and associations have fuelled scientific production. Some have even led to the creation of research centres, sometimes associated with the creation of a museum. These large-scale initiatives from legal entities may also be found in the case of individuals. To very different degrees, many other volunteer archaeologists, sometimes defining themselves as independent researchers, have contributed to knowledge about human beings through an archaeological approach. Some have even become professionals. Through the presentation of the contributions and limitations of the various non-professional research actors (in particular volunteer archaeologists and amateur researchers), we highlight the importance of strengthening the link between professionals and non-professionals for tomorrow’s archaeological research in mode science 4.0.

La terapia dietetica svolge un ruolo fondamentale nel trattamento della malattia renale cronica (CKD): previene e corregge le complicanze metaboliche, garantisce il mantenimento o il raggiungimento di uno stato nutrizionale soddisfacente e, nella fase conservativa, ritarda l'inizio della terapia sostitutiva. Molte sono le evidenze che attestano che il trattamento nutrizionale effettuato da un dietista esperto migliora la qualità di vita del paziente con insufficienza renale cronica, aumenta l'eff -cacia della terapia dietetica e riduce i costi assistenziali. Negli Stati Uniti sono stati definiti i parametri che identificano il dietista esperto nella gestione della terapia nutrizionale nel paziente nefropatico e sono state individuate tre categorie in base al grado di formazione e competenza acquisita. Nei Paesi dell'Unione Europea la formazione dei dietisti è molto eterogenea tanto da rendere difficile una comparazione con la realtà americana. L'European Federation of the Association of Dietitians negli ultimi anni ha comunque definito gli standard accademici e professionali dei dietisti individuando quattro ruoli di competenza ed i relativi indicatori di performance. In Italia l'Associazione Nazionale Dietisti ha definito le posizioni dell'associazione in merito alla pratica professionale del dietista nel trattamento delle malattie renali e la Società Italiana di Nefrologia, nell'ambito del progetto di certificazione della qualità del percorso di cura della CKD, ha delineato il profilo del dietista che lavora in nefrologia ma non sono stati definiti standard accademici e professionali specifici. È auspicabile che dietisti esperti in nefrologia e nefrologi collaborino nel definire protocolli relativi a standard che il dietista operante in ambito nefrologico dovrebbe raggiungere in modo da garantire maggiore competenza professionale e una omogeneità di trattamento su tutto il territorio nazionale.

In tale scenario sono stati analizzati strumenti, procedure e prassi in via di consolidamento che costituiscono il riferimento per l'identificazione, il riconoscimento e la certificazione delle competenze. Pertanto, il presente lavoro introduce una disamina del lavoro svolto negli ultimi mesi a livello istituzionale per la identificazione degli standard professionali, di certificazione e formativi, finalizzati alla definizione e all'attuazione di un National Qualification Framework secondo le indicazioni dell'UE. In particolare, č stata analizzata la metodologia di sintesi adottata per la descrizione delle qualificazioni professionali e l'armonizzazione di tutte le fonti informative disponibili volte alla definizione di una procedura di certificazione delle competenze, sistematizzata e coordinata a livello nazionale. L'analisi dei fabbisogni di competenze degli occupati ha attratto grandi investimenti per realizzare ad hoc ricerche professionali a livello e professionale, cosě come sono carenti modelli condivisi a livello nazionale. Al fine di contribuire a definire modelli standardizzati, gli autori suggeriscono l'uso di dati amministrativi, per quanto possibile in modo da rendere le analisi piů affidabili e meno costose. Inoltre, essi forniscono un modello di analisi per misurare il divario di competenze professionali sulla base del quadro europeo delle qualifiche. Il modello č stato sperimentato sui lavoratori sociali della regione Piemonte, sottoponendo un questionario ad un campione di circa 500 professionisti e manager impiegati nel settore dei servizi sociali locali. Č emersa una rappresentazione delle professioni e delle esigenze di formazione che mette in evidenza la divergenza tra l'attuale orientamento delle politiche sociali verso una maggiore integrazione e cooperazione locale e le competenze professionali principalmente focalizzate sul rapporto con gli utenti. I predetti risultati sottolineano la necessitŕ di realizzare processi di training on the job di concerto con le modifiche organizzative che risultano piů coerenti con le attuali politiche.

Abstract This article is dedicated to present the most common word-formation strategies in German railway specialist terminology. The presentation of the most productive morphological nomination strategies in the analysed area is preceded by a short historical outline of the railway industry in Germany. The adumbration of the historical background and hints regarding the current EU environmental plans for railways are intended to expose the importance and relentless currency of the analysis undertaken here. The presented examples, which were extracted from the most extensive industry terminology database, RaiLLexic, have been correlated with their Polish equivalents. This contrastive procedure allows, going further, to draw conclusions about both language systems within which the professional terminology described here is constituted.

Il decoro dell’esercizio professionale è la dimensione esterna del professionista, il modo in cui si mostra agli altri, l’immagine che un soggetto costruisce di se stesso nell’ambiente lavorativo. Sebbene la professione infermieristica sia in continuo mutamento, dovendosi adattare ai cambiamenti dettati dal contesto socio-culturale nel quale opera, il decoro professionale è un valore costante che contribuisce a determinare la credibilità e la rispettabilità della famiglia professionale. Il nursing, negli ultimi anni, opera non solo nei classici setting di cura ma anche all’interno di una grande piattaforma multimediale, internet, che oggi è il canale di informazione più utilizzato e veloce. Sebbene ciò consenta di accrescere il senso di identità professionale della categoria, mettendo in comunicazione infermieri di tutto il mondo e riunendoli in grandi community, rappresenta uno strumento ‘pericoloso’. Infatti, non pochi sono i casi nei quali gli infermieri, nei social network, sono stati protagonisti di eventi che hanno leso la privacy degli assistiti e il decoro della famiglia professionale di appartenenza. Per questo nasce l’esigenza di comprendere il significato del decoro e come esso si esprima nelle azioni e nei pensieri di coloro che saranno i professionisti di domani. Nel presente studio viene effettuata un’analisi in ambito deontologico e normativo del significato di decoro, distinguendolo da quello dell’etica e della dignità professionale. Attraverso poi un’indagine empirica viene ricercato come gli studenti infermieri definiscano, tutelino e perseguano il decoro professionale sia nell’attività lavorativa quotidiana sia all’interno della grande piattaforma multimediale. ---------- The decorum concept can be conceived as the external dimension of the professional, the way in which he/she shows himself/herself to others, the image that he/she builds of himself/herself in the working environment. Considering that, although the concept of nursing is constantly changing, in order to adapt to the adjustments dictated by its socio- cultural context, the professional decorum remains an unquestionable value that contributes to determine the credibility and respectability of the professional family. Furthermore, the contemporary nursing assets do not operate only in classic care settings but also within a large multimedia platform, the internet, embodied in the most currently used and fast communication system. While this has allowed to enhance the sense of professional identity, with the possibility to connect nurses from all over the world and to gather them into one big community, the internet still represents a very ambiguous tool. Quite a few cases have been reported in which nurses, especially in social networks, made themselves responsible of acts that have damaged not only the privacy of the patients but also the dignity of the professional family they belong to. Therefore it seems urgent to reconsider the meaning of dignity and how it can be expressed through the actions of the incoming nursing assets. In the present study, a first analysis of the meaning of decorum is made by a deontological and normative perspective with the aim of distinguishing it from that of ethics and professional dignity. Then, through the results of an empirical survey, it is shown how nursing students define, pursue and preserve the professional decorum in the daily working activities, but also, and more importantly, within the multimedia platform.

Traditionelt opfattes professioners autonomi som en direkte følge af den viden, de besidder, samt af de særlige opgaver denne viden tillader dem at løse, ikke mindst for staten. Denne autonomi er imidlertid sat under pres igennem talrige bølger af reformer i velfærdsstaten, hvad enten der er tale om reformer med henblik på bedre opgavevaretagelse eller om simple nedskæringer. Mens det er velbeskrevet i professionslitteraturen, hvorledes velfærdsreformer forsøger at regulere de professionelles økonomiske interesser, fx igennem New Public Management-inspirerede tiltag, søger denne artikel at vise en anden type udfordring af professionel autonomi. Påstanden er, at velfærdsprofessioner som fx lærere eller socialrådgivere er blevet gjort til agenter for politiske strategier på hvert sit policyområder og det på en mere direkte og systematisk måde end tidligere. Inspireret af Foucault karakteriseres denne udvikling i artiklen som en ”guvernementalisering” af velfærdsprofessionerne. Det betyder, at professionernes viden og identitet søges orienteret systematisk efter, hvorledes den professionelle bør lede borgerne i overensstemmelse med centrale politiske ambitioner på området. Frem for at være agent for professionens egne pædagogiske principper kan en pædagog ifølge denne logik i stedet blive agent i en integrationspolitisk dagsorden, mens skolelærerens professionelle praksis bliver systematisk orienteret efter centrale konkurrencepolitiske mål. Artiklen består af en indledende udvikling af begrebet om guvernementalisering efterfulgt af en tekstanalyse, der applicerer begrebet på centrale dokumenter omkring indholdet af fire velfærdsprofessioner i en dansk kontekst, nemlig skolelærere, pædagoger, socialrådgivere og sygeplejersker. ENGELSK ABSTRACT: Lars Thorup Larsen: The ”Governmentalization” of the Welfare Professions The autonomy of professions is traditionally based on the knowledge required for the profession and the specific work that this knowledge enables professionals to carry out, not least for the (welfare) state. Waves of welfare state reform have put this autonomy under pressure, however, whether the reforms are aimed at efficiency or are simply cutbacks. A growing amount of literature about these professions shows how political reforms try to regulate the economic incentives of professionals, for example through initiatives inspired by New Public Management. This paper aims to show a different type of challenge to professional autonomy. It argues that welfare professionals such as teachers or social workers have become agents of new political strategies in their respective policy areas, and in a more direct and systematic way than previously. With inspiration from Foucault, this can be characterized as a “governmentalization” of the welfare professions. It means that both professional knowledge and identity become systematically restructured according to how the state would like professionals to govern its citizens in accordance with policy goals in the field. For instance, rather than being an agent of the profession’s own educational principles, a preschool teacher may be required to act professionally out of consideration of the national policy for the integration of immigrants because cultural norms are often exchanged in daycare facilities. Similarly, the professional work of a schoolteacher may be systematically retooled in order to improve the nation’s performance in international rankings of education. This paper develops the notion of “governmentalization” with respect to professions, which is then exemplified in a comparative textual analysis of four welfare professions – teachers, nurses, social workers and preschool teachers – in Denmark. Social changes and new world paradigms require reflection on professional interventions in an increasingly diverse context. The analysis of the theory and practice of professional work in Guidance becomes a priority constant. This research aims to collect conceptions built on the diversity concept by a group of counselors during their professional excersice and from their experiences in the Costa Rican Education System and the research also tries to define the interventions and professional conditions necessary to meet diversity, as a concept, from the discipline. The research has a qualitative approach; it was performed with 10 professionals in Guidance of the Costa Rican Education System. They were selected by convenience and were interviewed using an open question questionnaire. The information obtained was systematized and presented in three categories related to analysis matrices: diversity concept, diversity in Counseling professional intervention and proposals and conditions to approach diversity from the discipline. The main findings focus on the reflection of professional work in developing the concept diversity as a socio-personal construct, the interventions rooted in daily practice and professional features to address diversity that are related to knowledge, sensitivity, innovation , flexibility, professional ethics and vocation.

Este artículo aborda la problemática de la inserción laboral de personas con discapacidad intelectual, buscando como objetivo explorar mejoras en las oportunidades de trabajo, donde se promueva un rol más activo y/o estratégico. A partir de un estudio de caso, donde se trabajó con una fundación para personas con síndrome de Down, a través un taller de diseño donde se impulsa el desarrollo de habilidades creativas que dieran como resultado una serie gráfica para aplicar en una línea de productos. El enfoque de la creatividad se retoma como la hipótesis del proyecto, desde el desarrollo de capacidades para la resolución de problemas a través de seguir un proceso de pensamiento de diseño. La hipótesis del proyecto busca potencializar la participación de personas con discapacidad intelectual en un medio creativo, adquiriendo conocimientos y generando una actividad laboral a favor del desarrollo de su autonomía.

Today’s society at the Italian and European levels is subject to rapid and continuous change, and those who are part of it must acquire the necessary tools and skills to cope with it and to be active builders of their own personal and professional life projects. The curricular internship is proposed as a device for learning about and experiencing the circularity between theory and practice, which is fundamental to the construction of the professional identity of educators and pedagogues. The literature review presented here aims to highlight the close connection between internship and professional identity in the initial training of the educational professions. Connessioni tra tirocinio e identità professionale nella formazione delle professioni educative: una rassegna narrativa. La società attuale a livello italiano ed europeo è soggetta a veloci e continui cambiamenti e coloro che ne fanno parte devono acquisire gli strumenti e le competenze necessari per farvi fronte e per essere attivi costruttori del proprio progetto di vita personale e professionale. Il tirocinio curriculare viene proposto come dispositivo per conoscere e sperimentare la circolarità tra teoria e pratica, fondamentale per la costruzione dell’identità professionale di educatori e pedagogisti. A prevalent narrative positions Denmark as a knowledge-based nation and implies a trust in our competitive advantage over other countries in finding smarter solutions. An evidence-base seems to be the key to identification of such “smarter” solutions. The evidence movement has reached far into the professional practice causing criticism. Although the dominant conceptualisation of evidence may be too insensitive to a dynamic and complex reality, rather than turning down the entire notion, the article presents a redefinition and expansion of the evidence term to include the knowledge forms of the professionals and their discretionary judgement.

Der interdisziplinäre Beitrag behandelt erstmalig Stand und Perspektiven der Arbeitsbeziehungen im Profifußball, wobei die Spielergewerkschaft besondere Berücksichtigung findet. Der erste Hauptteil analysiert ausführlich die Mitgliedschaftslogik (Verbandsstrukturen, Mitgliedschaft, Dienstleistungen für Mitglieder als Lösung des Kollektivgutproblems). Dieser umfangreiche Teil der Verbandspolitik ist auf die Besonderheiten des Arbeitsmarktes abgestimmt. Der zweite Hauptteil analysiert die Einflusslogik (Beziehungen zu korporativen Akteuren von sportspezifischer oder allgemeiner Bedeutung sowie Lobbying). Kollektivverhandlungen finden nicht statt, da die institutionellen Voraussetzungen fehlen, so dass die Einflusslogik weniger entwickelt ist als die Mitgliedschaftslogik. Das Fazit lautet, dass die Entwicklung dualer Arbeitsbeziehungen unwahrscheinlich ist, monistische entstehen allenfalls bei einigen Vereinen. In methodischer Hinsicht basiert der Beitrag auf einer umfassenden Dokumentenanalyse aller zugänglichen Verbandsmaterialien sowie Interviews mit Hauptamtlichen des Verbandes.

Nel presente lavoro viene motivata e discussa la posizione etica che privilegia un'accezione relativa del segreto professionale e le differenti posizioni assunte dalle norme deontologiche italiane ed americane in proposito. Particolare attenzione viene poi dedicata alla tutela giuridica del diritto alla riservatezza nel contesto normativa italiano nell'ambito del quale, se da un lato vige di regola il divieto di rivelare, si distinguono casi in cui il medico deve comunicare il segreto e quelli in cui può comunicarlo.

The first attempt at installing professional football on the European continent has so far been handled in a surprisingly cursory manner by German sports historiography - even though it has been hotly debated for years why the German Football Association (Deutscher Fußball-Bund, DFB) only officially introduced professional football in 1972. Who were Otto and Ernst Eidinger, who, together with their brother-in-law Josef Rosenblüth, acted as “directors” in organising the first professional football game in Germany on August 21st, 1920, in (Berlin-)Lichtenberg between the “1st German Professional Football Club” (1. Deutscher Berufs-Fußball-Club) and a selection of Hungarian professional players? Just as unknown as the economic background of this pioneering project is the fact that the three managers were Jewish. The strong hostility towards them was therefore influenced by anti-Semitic resentment - along with their youthful recklessness. Below, it is argued that leading representatives of the DFB - such as second DFB chairman Felix Linnemann - were under such pressure during the events of summer 1920 that they initially supported the organisation of professional football under the umbrella of the DFB. This utilitarianism sheds new light on the debate amongst German football historians about why the DFB defended its amateur status for so long after the supposed Rosenblüth’schen Fußball G.m.b.H. failed. At the heart of this article, however, is the historical reconstruction of the eventful days of the “Eidinger Affair” and the fate of its protagonists.

Resumen Este estudio teórico trata la bioética en el sentido de promover y garantizar la dignidad del paciente de forma segura, que acepte su toma de decisiones, siguiendo normas y protocolos que garanticen el cumplimiento de esa voluntad, además de brindar seguridad al equipo de atención. La falta de consenso en el ámbito legal respecto a normativa para la elaboración de un modelo de directivas de voluntad produce inseguridad en los profesionales de la salud involucrados, familiares y pacientes. La garantía de este derecho, además de la regulación legal, requiere que los profesionales conozcan el tema para orientar e informar correctamente a sus pacientes. No basta con garantizar al individuo el derecho a expresar su voluntad, sino que también es necesario la certeza de que esta se cumplirá. Son necesarios más estudios para ampliar las discusiones sobre el tema, con énfasis en el contexto brasileño.

We promote a critical and democratic reflection on the teaching and learning of mathematics (Skovsmose, 1999) and the construction of mathematical didactic knowledge in those who do not have the function of teaching this discipline in school.

Los desórdenes osteomusculares son un problema generalizado en la población laboralmente activa, sin embargo se diferencian dependiendo del trabajo realizado. De acuerdo con Santasmarinas Viñao (1) “Mineros, dentistas, pintores, jugadores de fútbol o empleados de banca, da lo mismo, cualquier profesión desempeñada durante muchas horas, día tras día, durante años, condiciona la forma de vida de la persona; la forma de sentarse, andar, respirar, ver, oír y pensar. El trabajo diario va modelando al ser humano, le da satisfacciones, pero también le somete al riesgo de sufrir determinadas afecciones.” En este caso, la población de interés son los músicos instrumentistas profesionales, los cuales deben mantener horarios de práctica y ensayos muy exigentes en cuanto a frecuencia e intensidad, además se le agrega a lo anterior las presentaciones y conciertos constantes, relacionados como situaciones estresantes, que en conjunto, pueden llegar a provocar grandes estragos en el organismo, principalmente a nivel del sistema osteomuscular, como consecuencia del sobreuso de los segmentos corporales y el alto riesgo biomecánico al que están sometidos permanentemente. Colombia pese a ser un país con un aumento creciente en los últimos años frente a la práctica musical, carece de centros especializados en la atención a profesionales instrumentistas.

How can we understand the adaptations of literary classics made for French television? We simultaneously analyzed the works and the context in which they were produced in order to relate the moral configurations that emerge in the stories to activities carried out by identifiable members of the production team, in specific, empirically observable circumstances. This empirical approach to the constitution of the moral panorama in which characters evolve rejects the idea of the pure autonomy of ideological contents, suggesting instead a study of the way normative demands and professional ethics are combined in practice, thus combining a sociology of characters and a sociology of professionals and showing how professional priorities influence production choices. This detaches the moral question from the philosophical horizon it is associated with in order to make it an object of empirial study. Adopting this perspective produces unexpected findings. Observation shows that the moral landscape in which characters are located is neither stable, autonomous, transparent, or consensual. It is instead caught up in material logics, constrained by temporal dynamics, and dependent on professional coordination. It is traversed by tensions between professional logics, and logics of regulation.

This article examines in theory and by the analysis of three productions whether a non-professional cast, quite often seen in contemporary documetary theatre today, could be considered and described as documents. The study includes an examination of documentary theatre in the sixties especially as defined by Peter Weiss. It also draws on recent theoretical studies such as works by Steyerl. It reaches the conclusion that documentary theatre of the sixties felt a strong belief in the veracity of the written document, where as contemporary documentary theatre oscillate between doubt and faith. This applies especially to the theatrical event of Christoph Schlingensief, Bitte Liebt Österreich!, where as Meine Akte und ich by Clemens Bechtel concentrate much more on the authenticity of the non-professional cast. In Hinz’ own performance Cash. Das Geldstück it is particulary this doubt about authenticity that attracts the attention of the audience to the documentary quality of the non-professionals.

In this work, we present the results of a study that had as an objective to understand the perception of key informants (directors, heads of studies and ICT coordinators from education centers, as well as well as directors and technology managers from teacher’s training centers), on the levels of technological training and knowledge possessed by the Primary Education teachers from the Autonomous Community of Catalonia, with respect to the use of the ICT with students with disabilities. For the methodology, a qualitative research design was used. The information was obtained from an analysis of 68 interviews conducted to professional from the education sector in Catalonia. The results obtained showed that the professionals perceived a low level of training and knowledge of the teachers with respect to the use of the ICT with people with disabilities. The findings showed the need to design and implement didactic training that empowers the teachers.
