Abstract:
The theoretical part will be focused on presenting information within the process management. Some of the pieces of this theoretical information will be were slightly modified by internal Continental procedures and applied in the practical part of the thesis in order to redesign current purchasing process of non production material. The contents of the practical part of this thesis are the analysis of the current purchasing process of non-production material in the plant of Continental. The intention is to identify the waste and obstacles in the process. The main target is to improve the process in consideration of efficiency, lead time reduction and, if applicable, cost savings. Once the waste in the process is identified, the 100% value added ideal state is going to be developed, under consideration of implementing the improvements, which have been identified in the current state. Based on the differences between the current state and the ideal state of the process, the future state is going to be mapped.

Abstract:
The importance of processes is growing. Processes are integrated into many areas of human work, where they help to organize all activities. This thesis aims on statistical approach to process behavior analysis. There are mentioned the basic process management issues in the beginning of this thesis. The main focus is on the techniques used during process analysis. There are mentioned approaches that are used to easily and effectively assess process behavior using process behavior charts and how to deduce proper steps from the analysis results to improve the process. The last part of this thesis is dedicated to practical analysis of real process behavior data using implemented solution. The results show common usability of statistical methods and approaches to process analysis.

The main topic of thesis is process management and its optimization. Thesis provides the necessary theoretical background which describes the advantages and disadvantages process management over functional management and describes important concepts tied to processes and process management. The thesis applies these theoretical findings to a specific department of a state organization that provides informal education to various target groups. The work identifies current processes, provides the process model and an accurate description. The following section is based on an analysis of the current process model to create a completely new model. This new process model optimizes the processes in the department.

Abstract:
This thesis focuses on modeling of business processes which are very sensitive on correct capturing of process details characterized as process events and states. At the beginning of the analysis are the process events and states classified into three types: activity related, object related and time related. Each type is analyzed in detail and there are formulated states and their transitions that form a lifecycle of each individual type of the process state. There are discussed contemporary process modeling languages starting from the very popular to relatively less known, all representing slightly different approach towards process modeling. The analysis of process events and states shows that the contemporary process modeling languages cover the defined lifecycles only partially. There are picked three popular process modeling languages and put through a test case, which is based on Czech regulation of a building process. This test case allows us to review their capabilities to capture the process events including the ways how they get along with their only partial support. Upon analysis of process events and states and the unsatisfying results of the con-temporary process modeling languages in the test case, there is introduced a new process modeling language which, as demonstrated, is capable of capturing many of the process events and states in the test case in much simpler and precise way that the three reviewed process modeling languages were able to.

Darbe analizuojamos Lietuvos Respublikos baudžiamojo proceso kodekso (LR BPK), XXXI skyriaus, antrame skirsnyje, įtvirtinto pagreitinto proceso instituto problemos. Pirmiausia remiantis Lietuvos ir užsienio moksline literatūra yra supažindinama su sąvokomis: baudžiamasis procesas ir forma. Plačiau analizuojama supaprastinto proceso samprata, jo formos, pagreitinto proceso sąvoka ir samprata. Aptariami pagreitintą procesą įtakoję Vokietijos ir Prancūzijos pagreitinto proceso modeliai bei iki 2003-05-01 Lietuvoje galiojęs sumarinis procesas. Jis lyginamas su pagreitintu procesu, kaip labiausiai nulėmęs pagreitinto proceso taikymo praktiką. Didžiausias dėmesys, žvelgiant per hipotezės „pagreitinto proceso taikymo problemų kilimą praktikoje įtakoja ne tik įstatyminis reguliavimas, bet ir praktikos vienodinimo teisės aktai, taip pat žmonių psichologija ir organizacijų vadyba“ prizmę, skiriamas pagreitinto proceso procedūrai nagrinėti. Analizuojamos ikiteisminio tyrimo ir teisminio nagrinėjimo apylinkės teisme stadijos. Darbe aptariamos teorinės ir praktinės problemos aštriausiais klausimais: normų kolizijos, baudžiamojo proceso principų ir įtariamojo procesinių garantijų užtikrinimo, galimybės nepateikti teismui jokios ikiteisminio tyrimo medžiagos, aiškių nusikaltimo padarymo aplinkybių suvokimo, pagreitinto proceso taikymo sunkiems nusikaltimams, tyrimo termino klausimais. Gvildenamos kitos – vadybinės ir psichologinės problemos, tiesiogiai įtakojančios praktines problemas.
The final Master's paper work analyses problematic aspects of the institute of the accelerated process legitimated in the XXXI chapter of the Lithuania code of criminal procedure. First of all, referring to the Lithuanian and foreign scientific literature the following concepts are introduced: the criminal process and its form. The concept and forms of the simplified process as well as the concept of the accelerated process are analyzed more precisely. The models of the accelerated process in Germany and France and the summary process valid in Lithuania till May 01, 2003 and their influence to the development of the accelerated process are discussed. The summary process is compared to the accelerated process as the most determining feature to the practice of accelerated process. The most attention is paid to the analysis of the procedure of the accelerated process looking in the light of hypothesis “the change of problems of the practical appliance of accelerated process are influenced not only by legal regulation but also by practical regulation as well as human psychology and organizational management”. Stages of pre-trial investigation and trial in the district court are being analyzed. This dissertation deals with identification, classification and efficiency assessment in general and is later on applied to Wüstenrot - Building and Loan Association, a.s. Process is the core unit of the procedural type of Organization Management. Therefore, the Building and Loan Asociation defines the key processes and proceeds to the process mapping at the selected detail level. In the first place, this concerns the corporational detail level. Secondly, processes of Customer Satisfication are elaborated. These processes make a synergic effect and cause most valuable benefits providing the fact they are controlled. This means the Corporation Management has to reflect to the outcomes of the Process Efficiency Assessment. Every single process is described from the current situation point of view. Subsequently, proposals are made to improve its efficiency assessment.

In the analytical part, the selected processes are thoroughly described and graphically illustrated. The proposal part of the thesis highlights the improvement of selected business processes and assesses their effectiveness.

El pensamiento Lean ha limitado históricamente su aplicación a la mejora de procesos manufactureros, con el fin de lograr eficiencias a través de la reducción de desperdicios. Sin embargo, los avances en la aplicación de dicho pensamiento en diferentes entornos han sido escasos, dejando este campo de investigación como una oportunidad de extender la literatura de la filosofía Lean. El propósito de este proyecto, es mejorar procesos administrativos empleando la variante de la filosofía lean conocida como Lean Office. En el desarrollo, se analizó los principales procesos administrativos de una empresa del rubro de servicios financieros, a fin de entender cuáles son los desperdicios del proceso, qué actividades que agregan valor y cómo funciona el flujo de la información. En la propuesta, se ha desarrollado un modelo basado en Lean Office Kaizen, teniendo como objetivo la eliminación continua de desechos y actividades que no generan valor para lograr un proceso más esbelto, ganando mayor competitividad y reduciendo costos.
Lean thinking has historically been applied in the improvement of manufacturing processes, in order to achieve efficiencies through the reduction of waste. However, progress in the application of such thinking in other environments has been limited, leaving this field of research as an opportunity to expand the literature of Lean philosophy. The purpose of this research project is to improve administrative processes using the variant of the Lean philosophy known as Lean Office. In the development, the main administrative processes of a company in the financial services sector were analyzed, in order to understand what the processes wastes are, the activities that add value and the flow of information. In the proposal, a model based on Lean Office Kaizen has been developed, aiming at the continuous elimination of waste and activities that do not generate value to achieve a leaner process, gaining greater competitiveness and reducing costs.

This thesis describes the integration of an organization by the process management and it is based on a hypothesis: Is it possible by using process audit to assess the maturity level of the process(es) and the maturity of the organization Mepatek holding itself? The thesis has following objectives: Firstly the research of theoretical basis for the application of appropriate methodologies for a designing process-driven organization, secondly with the help of the process audit assess the maturity process(es) and the entire organization and thirdly a proposal of process-driven organization. Diploma thesis oriented on processes and business process management (BPM) is tightly related to the ability of organizations to adapt to the reality of today's world, reality of continuous and accelerating change. The theoretical part describes the process control and its features and benefits, describes the term of process and the types of processes. In the practical part at first author presents company, which then performs a SWOT analysis of the company. The author has been working for this company for two years and he got a lot of experience with this kind of business processes. The business process optimization is very actual topic in every company because there are always many opportunities for its improvement. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current status of business processes in the company Antee s.r.o. Then design their optimization for solving tasks much faster. The business process analysis is focused only on Helpdesk department. The contribution of the work is primarily in analyzing selected business processes and the usage of the proposal in the process. The introduction of the proposed solution should reduce the number of requests handled by Helpdesk as well as to offer customers a new service options.

Šio darbo tikslas yra sukurti procesų vertinimo apimtį, naudotiną mažoms programinę įrangą kuriančioms organizacijoms, turinčioms tikslą pradėti procesų gerinimo programą. Darbo metu buvo įvertinti 25 Lietuvos programinę įrangą kuriančių organizacijų naudojamų procesų gebėjimai. Atsižvelgiant į gautus rezultatus buvo sudaryta procesų vertinimo apimtis, kurioje yra pateikiami 8 procesai. Siūloma vertinimo apimtis buvo sudaryta atsižvelgus į tirtų organizacijų naudojamus procesus, procesų gebėjimus, tobulinimo poreikius bei programinės įrangos kokybę, kaip pagrindinį procesų tobulinimo programos tikslą.
The purpose of this paper is to create a process assessment scope to be used assessing software processes in small software enterprises, with the emphasis on process improvement. During the course of writing the paper assessment of 25 Lithuanian software developing and/or supporting organization has been performed. Considering the results of the assessments a proposed process assessment scope containing 8 processes has been created. Proposed scope has been created considering the use of processes, process capabilities, and perceived process improvement goals in the assessed organizations, while maintaining that the core purpose of the process improvement program is the quality of the software.

This thesis is focused on optimizing business processes in an environment of LIMAL (CZ). The aim of my work is to analyze and present the company processes and design new processes, which will be used to make the necessary adjustments in the information system and in the working practices of individual employees. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the issue of business processes and their classification. Furthermore, usual methods which can be used to optimize business processes. The practical part is focused on optimizing the most important processes in LIMAL (CZ) s.r.o. First part clarify the company's activities and its specifics. To better understand the environment in which business operates, I present an Porter's analysis of competitive environment. The following part is an overview of each company's internal processes, and description of their current status and deficiencies, and proposed a new procedure, including the benefits that the deployment will bring. The work will serve as a reference for implementation of necessary changes in the information system and working practices of employees.

Diploma thesis named Evaluation of BI processes in the banking sector is focused on obtaining information from production databases and streamlining the process of creating BI reports in the organization. The process of creating a report is an analytical work, examining the current state of business processes and their support by enterprise applications. The aim of this work is to create a practical proposal for improving the effectiveness of tasks connected with a report set up within GE Money Bank. The main objective is achieved through a design work on the maturity model of BI reporting. Part of the model is a set of tools for identifying the current level of maturity and the conditions necessary for a transition to the next level in accordance with the required level of a BI reporting. The benefit of this diploma thesis is an analysis of commonly used approaches to assess the maturity levels of processes and an application of results of this analysis in Business Intelligence area, specifically the maturity assessment reporting. The result is a maturity model of BI reporting.

Abstract:
The theme of the diploma thesis deals with the description and improvement of business process inside of the service company. The Goal is to formalize current state of business processes in the Czech division of international hardware producer and provide overall view on the processes for the company management. In the first section there is a company profile described by organisation chart, strategy, SWOT analysis and brief description of the internal information system. The middle part contains descriptive tables and Event-driven process chains of three main processes and their subprocesses. In the all processes there are identified few weaknesses that are the base for the last section. The final part suggests specific improvements to the weaknesses. It is author's proposals for solving difficulties inside of the processes. In conclusion all of the plans are grouped by every single role in the process.

The master thesis deals with business process optimization which has to be in a place due to a global implementation of a new logistic information system. The aim is to ensure a process analysis of a current status of selected processes of a company part which is going to be influenced by this implementation. Then to highlight and to stress on the biggest risks and disadvantages of a current status. Final result will be a proposal of new optimized process flows on a higher level of maturity which will meet all requirements set by a new information system, by an information need of a local management and will be helpful to customer service improvement. The first part of the thesis covers theoretical base of a business process management, process modeling and business process optimization approaches which prepare a base for their application in the second practical part of this thesis.

Education is one of the most important education policy priorities. This diploma thesis deals with the usage of agents in business process modelling. The aim is to identify possible uses in the problem area and to evaluate their potential. Intended usage is analysed on the basis of the objectives of process modelling. Described in detail, it focuses on potential application of agents in a process modelling itself, in deploying executable and flexible processes, process improvements and finally in dynamic planning. A further objective is to provide an overview of current research and literature in problem area. To fulfil the goal available literature is analysed and basis approaches are demonstrated in case study. Paper does not address the implementation of multi-agent systems (MAS). Following introduction reader is guided though basic elements of the processes and their modelling, concept of agents and modelling of MAS. As a process modelling notation BPMN in planned 2.0 release was selected. Next section is devoted to the usage of agents. The last part of the work is a case study discussing the possibilities of agents application in company operating public car auctions. In addition the process model (BPMN) transformation to agent model is presented and further developed as a interconnection between process modelling and agent-based systems. Combination of agent approach with business rules and hybrid simulation are proposed as the most promising usages.

The subject of my thesis is the optimization of selected business processes in the specific company. These are processes, which optimization will lead to save time, money and will generate additional income and increase the current level of profit significantly. In my thesis, I proposed several indicators of metrics and describe new information systems that will be part of optimized processes. In the first part I present the theoretical aspects and the transition from functional to process management, modeling based on different methodologies, standards and measuring the performance of individual processes. In the next chapter I am dealing with the practical application of theoretical knowledge on a specific company. First I briefly introduce this company, define its position in the market, and going through complex of strategic analysis. Next I give solution how to find out the problematic aspects of the most critical processes and then I suggest optimization. An important part of this thesis are suggested metrics and indicators for these metrics, which are monitored and evaluate targets of each individual process and thus his successful implementation. After incorporating the proposed optimization, the company has significantly shifted not only in monitored metrics, but will also increase its value. These ideas I will summarize in the end of the work.

Today, business process modelling is important part of analysis and design of the information systems. There is number of standards, which is concerned with process modelling, whereas each of them represents a little different approach. The project Opensoul created general metamodel, which defines basic elements and their mutual associations, which all standards should meet. In other words, it defines basic rules for process modelling. The goal of this thesis is to compare chosen standards of process modelling with Business process metamodel of Opensoul initiative. The results of this comparison would have provide basis to answer the question, which standard supports in the best way the rules of process modelling defined by metamodel through the system of elements and their associations. This goal requires specifying the method, on which basis the comparison will be made. This method comprises the extension of metamodel with new elements and their relations to other elements, and the extension of some elements with some workflow patterns defined by Workflow Patterns initiative. That is the main benefit of this thesis.

Business process modeling plays an important role for the documentation and analysis of organizational processes and for the specification of requirements for information systems. Currently, there are many standards for process modeling, and each represents a different approach to modeling and provides different opportunities for creating models. Thus, same models created in different modeling languages differ in terms of their expressiveness, according to each standard. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of selected business process modeling standards. The effectiveness of standards will be evaluated on two levels. First, in terms of their semantics and second, in terms of their syntax. Evaluation of standards in terms of their semantics will be based on the comparison of standards with a business process metamodel created within the project Opensoul. This model defines a set of basic elements and their associations at a basic level of process modeling. Evaluation of standards in terms of their syntax will be based on the comparison of standards with a framework proposed by Moody and Hillegersberg. The results of this comparison should show which standard best supports defined criteria. The evaluation framework will be applied on the following process modeling standards: BPMN, EPC and IDEF3. Based on the results obtained their strength and weaknesses will be discussed. The main contribution of this thesis can be seen both in the analysis of the element set of selected process modeling standards and further in the comparison of standards according to the evaluation framework.

This work has as a central issue the discussion of the administrative process in public organizations and proposes a model of plan of implementation the electronic process in the Comptroller General agency of the State of Goiás. The concern with the formal record of the grounds, opinions and actions of administrative acts public, materialized in administrative proceedings, leads to large volumes of paper documents, generated and handled daily, presenting challenges in transport, accommodation, storage and retrieval of these documents. Through analysis of volumes, times and expenses involving the physical administrative processes of the state of Goiás and the General of the State of Goiás Comptroller, and with the support of a modeling and process simulation tool, it became clear how the electronic administrative process can contribute to reducing paper costs and greater speed in the processing of the administrative process. Added to this, the electronic process, based on computerized system can provide administrators greater management of the processes with greater control of the status and terms related thereto, as well as contributes to increased organ transparency. This study aimed to identify how the current administrative process based on paper, can be converted to electronic through the presentation of a deployment plan for the electronic administrative procedure before the General Comptroller of the State of Goiás (GO-CGE). For making the diagnosis, it was used the documentary analysis of the corporate database of administrative procedures, provided by the Protocol of Electronic System (SEPNET) of the State of Goiás. The results indicated reduction opportunity in the processing time of the administrative procedures up to 72,5 % of total time in the state of Goiás and average reduction of up to 149 calendar days in processing times in CGE-GO. Moreover, the savings in paper volume in the state of Goiás can reach up to 10 million pages in administrative processes annually. In the case of CGE-GO, it was found possible to reduce the printing costs between R$ 5,420.28 and R$ 25,552.77 per year. Was also identified potential gains for the service of Public Transparency, offering greater publicity of the processes. This work generated as product the deployment plan model the electronic administrative process, which is one of the requirements needed for acquiring for free of the electronic process software that has been adopted by the Federal Government of Brazil.
O presente trabalho tem como questão central discutir o processo administrativo nas organizações públicas e propor um modelo de plano de implantação do processo eletrônico no órgão Controladoria Geral do Estado de Goiás. A preocupação com o registro formal dos fundamentos, pareceres e ações das atos da administração pública, materializados em processos administrativos, conduz a grandes volumes de documentos em papel, gerados e manipulados diariamente, apresentando desafios no transporte, acomodação, conservação e recuperação destes documentos. Por meio de análise dos volumes, tempos e gastos envolvendo os processos administrativos físicos do Estado de Goiás e da Controladoria Geral do Estado de Goiás, e com o apoio de ferramenta de modelagem e simulação de processos, ficou evidente o quanto o processo administrativo eletrônico pode contribuir para a redução dos gastos com papel e para maior celeridade na tramitação dos processos administrativos. Somado a isso, o processo eletrônico, baseado em sistema informatizado, pode propiciar aos administradores maior gestão sobre os processos, com maior controle dos status e prazos relacionados aos mesmos, bem como contribui para aumento da transparência do órgão. Este trabalho teve como objetivo identificar de que forma o atual processo administrativo, baseado em papel, pode ser convertido para eletrônico por meio da apresentação de um plano de implantação do processo administrativo eletrônico na Controladoria Geral do Estado de Goiás (CGE-GO). Para elaboração do diagnóstico, foi utilizada a análise documental sobre a base de dados corporativa dos processos administrativos, alimentada pelo Sistema Eletrônico de Protocolo (SEPNET) do Estado de Goiás. Os resultados indicaram oportunidade de redução no tempo de tramitação dos processos administrativos em até 72,5% do tempo total no Estado de Goiás e de redução média de até 149 dias corridos nos tempos de tramitação na CGE-GO. Além disso, a economia com papel no Estado de Goiás pode atingir até 10 milhões de páginas nos processos atuados anualmente. No caso da CGE-GO, apurou-se possibilidade de redução nos gastos com impressão entre R$ 5.420,28 e R$ 25.552,77 ao ano. Verificou-se também potencial de ganhos para o serviço da Transparência Pública, oferecendo maior publicidade dos processos. Este trabalho gerou como produto um modelo de plano de implantação do processo administrativo eletrônico, que é um dos instrumentos necessários para obtenção gratuita do software de processo eletrônico que vem sendo adotado pelo Governo Federal do Brasil.

Biudžetas suprantamas kaip valstybės surinktos lėšos ir tų lėšų panaudojimas atliekant valstybės funkcijas ir kitoms bendroms valstybės reikmėms finansuoti. Biudžeto procesas – tai valstybinės ar vietinės valdžios veiksmai, susiję su vienu biudžetu; biudžeto projekto rengimas, vykdymas, kontrolė. Toks biudžeto procesas vyrauja ir kitose valstybėse. Nors iki šiol teisinėje doktrinoje buvo nagrinėjami klausimai dėl biudžetinio proceso, biudžeto formavimo ir kiti panašus klausimai, tačiau ši tema yra visuomet svarbi ir kiekvieną kartą analizuojant ir tiriant biudžetinį procesą atrandama naujų dar nenaudotų ir nenagrinėtų aspektų, kadangi šiuolaikinis mokslas sparčiai vystosi atrandama vis naujų dėsnių, grindžiamos vis naujos teoremos, padaroma vis pažangesnių atradimų.
Each year, budgets are drafted all over the world, including Lithuania. The budget is understood as the funds accumulated by the state and the use of such funds for the performance of the State’s functions, as well as for financing other common needs of the State. Budgeting process means actions of state or local authorities related to common budget; drafting, implementation and control of the budget. Such budgeting process predominates in other states as well. Although issues of the budgeting process, budgeting and similar issues have been analysed in the legal doctrine, this topic always remains relevant and some new, not-yet-discussed and unfolded aspects come out each time an analysis or a survey of the budget is carried out, which may be a result of rapidly developing modern science, invention of new laws, substantiation of new theorems, and development of more and more sophisticated items. The paperwork analyses historical development of the budget and the budgeting process, discusses the stages of the budgeting process, and reviews legal instruments regulating each stage of the budgeting process from the analytical point of view. This article addresses the relationship between the Process and the Constitution. For this purpose, it is explained what is the object of study of the Procedural Law, and which is the litigation model adopted in article 139 of the Peruvian Constitution, why this model is about a system with its own autonomy and substantivity and not about a subsystem, and how Civil Law and Common Law converging in this model. Furthermore, the author establishes, based on the Constitution, the reason why the existing procedural guarantees in our legal system do not imply a “right to a right decision”, but only the right to a fair process, and explains the difference between “fair process” and “justice” or “judicial truth”.
El presente artículo aborda la relación existente entre el Proceso y la Constitución. Para tal fin, se explica cuál es el objeto de estudio del Derecho Procesal y cuál es el modelo de litigación adoptado en el artículo 139 de la Constitución Peruana, por qué este modelo se trata de un sistema con autonomía y sustantividad propias y no de un subsistema, y cómo convergen el Civil Law y el Common Law en este modelo. Asimismo, el autor fundamenta, con base en la Constitución, por qué las garantías procesales existentes en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico no implican un “derecho al acierto”, sino tan solo el derecho a un proceso justo, y se establece ladiferencia entre “proceso justo” y “justicia” o “verdad judicial”.

Business process re-engineering (part of the Business Process Management domain) is among the top three concerns of Information Technology (IT) leaders and is deemed to be one of many important IT leveraging opportunities. Two major challenges have been identified in relation to BPM and the use of IT. The first challenge is related to involving business process participants in process improvement initiatives using BPM systems. BPM technologies are considered to be primarily targeted for developers and not BPM users, and the need to engage process participants into process improvement initiatives is not addressed, contributing to the business-IT gap. The second challenge is related to potential de-skilling of knowledge workers when knowledge-intensive processes are automated and process knowledge resides in IT, rather than human process participants. The two identified challenges are not separate issues. Process participants need to be knowledgeable about the process in order to actively contribute to BPM initiatives, and the loss of process knowledge as a result of passive use of automated systems may further threaten their participation in process improvement. In response to the call for more research on the individual impacts of business process initiatives, the purpose of this dissertation study is to understand the relationship between IT configurations (particularly process support and process visualization), process characteristics and individual level process outcomes, such as task performance and process knowledge. In the development of the research model we rely on organizational knowledge creation literature and scaffolding in Vygotsky’s Zone of Proximal Development, business process modeling and workflow automation research, as well as research on the influence of IT on individual performance. The theoretical model is tested empirically in experimental settings using a series of two studies. In both studies participants were asked to complete tasks as part of a business process using different versions of a mock-up information system. Together, the studies evaluate the effect of IT process support, process visualization and process complexity on process participant performance and process knowledge. The results of the studies show the significant influence of IT process support on individual process outcomes. The studies indicate that task performance does increase but at the cost of users’ process knowledge. Process visualization however is shown to enhance user’s process knowledge in the event of no formal process training while having no negative impact on task performance. The key contribution of this research is that it suggests a practical way to counteract potential negative effects of IT process automation by converting the use of the information system into a learning experience, where the IT itself acts as a scaffold for the acquisition of process knowledge. The results have practical implications for the design of workflow automation systems, as well as for process training.

Šiame bakalauro baigiamajame darbe nagrinėjami sandėliavimo procesai, siekiant išspręsti pagrindinę problemą – kaip sumažinti šių procesų metu iškylančias klaidas. Šio darbo tikslas yra surasti sandėliavimo procesų neefektyvumo priežastis ir pateikti pasiūlymus kaip patobulinti sandėliavimo procesus. Darbas remiasi viena didžiausių Lietuvoje siuvimo įmone - AB „Kauno Baltija“. Darbą sudaro trys pagrindinės dalys. Pirmoje šio darbo dalyje, situacijos analizėje, buvo išanalizuotos siuvimo pramonės rinkos tendencijos ir sėkmę lemiantys veiksniai, bei identifikuotos įmonės silpnosios ir stipriosios pusės. Taip pat apžvelgti teoriniai procesų valdymo aspektai, kurie parodė, jog procesų valdymas stipriai įtakoja bendrą organizacijos veiklą ir gali būti reikšminga priemonė, kad įgyti konkurencinį pranašumą kokybės, kaštų bei reagavimo atžvilgiu. Antrojoje darbo dalyje aprašytas atliktas kokybinis AB „Kauno Baltija“ sandėliavimo procesų empirinis tyrimas. Tyrimui atlikti buvo pasirinktas kokybinis tyrimo metodas, kadangi šis metodas labiausiai tinkamas siekiant detaliai išanalizuoti procesą jo natūralioje aplinkoje. Empirinio tyrimo duomenims surinkti buvo naudojamos kelios priemonės – stebėjimas, įmonės dokumentų analizė, neformalūs interviu su darbuotojais, mokslinės ir nemokslinės literatūros šaltinių analizė. Warehouse processes are analyzed in this bachelor thesis in order to solve the main problem – how to reduce the quantity of faults that arise during the warehouse process. The purpose of this study is to research the reasons of warehousing process inefficiency and to find the solutions for improving warehouse management. The study is based on manufacturing company JSC “Kauno Baltija” which is one of the largest garment exporters in Lithuania. This study is divided into three main parts. Firstly, the sewing market tendencies and key-success factors were analyzed as well as the weaknesses and strengths of the company identified. First part of this study also summarizes the main theoretical arguments, which show that process management has big influence on overall organizational performance and may be the powerful tool for gaining the competitive advantage through low costs, flexibility and quality. The second part of this bachelor thesis consists of empirical research of AB “Kauno Baltija” warehouse process. Qualitative method of empirical research was chosen, because this is the best way to analyze process in its natural environment. La investigación aborda la problemática del proceso de compras de una empresa de construcción. Se identificó el problema de incumplimiento de plazo planeados para las compras y el incremento anual del costo del proceso de compras. Se emplearon herramientas de Lean Procurement para mejorar el plazo para las compras y reducir los costos anuales del proceso. La propuesta de mejora involucra la elaboración del Value Stream Map actual y futuro, así como también la medición de los tiempos y costos actuales versus la mejora implementada. Los resultados que se obtuvieron fueron la reducción del tiempo de compras en 22% y la reducción de costos en un 2%.
The research addresses the problems of the purchasing process of a construction company. The problem of non-compliance with the planned term for purchases and the annual increase in the cost of the purchasing process was identified. Lean Procurement tools were used to improve the term for purchases and reduce the annual costs of the process. The improvement proposal involves the preparation of the current and future Value Stream Map, as well as the measurement of the current times and costs versus the improvement implemented. The results that were obtained were the reduction of the time of purchases in 22% and the reduction of costs in a 2%.

Nuestra investigación aborda el fenómeno de la eficiencia en el servicio de reparación de averías de vehículos ligeros en un concesionario automotriz dedicado a la venta y la postventa de este tipo de vehículos en Perú, de forma consistente con la aplicación de herramientas específicas de mejora; a saber, se usaron los presupuestos de la metodología Lean Manufacturing. El objetivo medular que cumple nuestro estudio es el planteamiento de procedimientos de mejora del cumplimiento de plazos de entrega en el servicio postventa de reparación de averías de vehículos a los clientes, mediante marco procedimental acorde con las exigencias del sector automotriz. La determinación del método se realizó en el marco de un diagnóstico situacional de la empresa automotriz en la que se efectuó el estudio con base en los lineamientos específicos del ciclo PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Action), que se define como un modelo de resolución de problemas que utiliza insumos o herramientas de ingeniería como el Diagrama de Pareto, árbol de Problema y Objetivos, entre otras, de manera que la consecución de resultados se sustenta en la jerarquización cuantitativa de los problemas más apremiantes en el servicio, además de la medición de factores que posibilitan la determinación de causas-raíces de los diferentes problemas que se suscitan en la ejecución del servicio de reparación. En rigor, se trata de un trabajo con sustento empírico, dado que el análisis se realizó con información real derivada de la empresa, además de mediciones que se realizaron en el área de reparaciones, de las cuales se obtuvo como escollo principal la baja eficiencia en el servicio de reparación. La evaluación de la problemática derivó en la propuesta de un modelo acorde con las necesidades y exigencias del servicio de reparación, cuyo eje es el conjunto de herramientas Lean Manufacturing, el cual permitió generar procedimientos de mejora de los diferentes procesos. En cuanto a los instrumentos de solución asumidos, estos se sustentan en la determinación de las causas específicas que derivan del problema principal, esto es, la baja eficiencia en la ejecución de las reparaciones de la empresa. Así, en cuanto al procedimiento inadecuado usado en el servicio se planteó una herramienta de estandarización; en lo concerniente a la carencia de planificación de trabajos en el taller de servicios, se propuso un conjunto de herramientas como el Heijunka, Sistema Pull-Tack Time, Jidoka y Control Visual; entre otros. Estas fueron aplicadas como instrumentos de mejora de la eficiencia en el área de reparaciones. Producto de las evidentes mejoras, se presenta también una validación técnica y económica que orienta la toma de decisiones en cuanto a la ejecución de procedimientos idóneos para la consecución de un servicio eficaz; de esta manera, el costo de la implementación de las mejoras es de 101,843 soles y el valor actual neto (VAN) obtenido es de 129,488 soles, los cuales respaldan la rentabilidad como producto derivado de nuestra investigación.
Our research addresses the phenomenon of efficiency in the repair services of light vehicle breakdowns within an automotive dealership dedicated to the sale and after-sale services of this type of vehicles located in Peru, in a consistent way with the application of specific improvement techniques; namely, the Lean Manufacturing methodology budgets were used. The core objective achieved by our study is to set procedures for improving compliance with the delivery deadlines in the after-sales repair services of vehicles breakdowns to customers, within the procedural framework in accordance with the requirements of the automotive industry. The method was determined within the situational diagnosis framework of the automotive company, in which the study was carried out based in the specific guidelines of the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check and Action), which its defined as a problem solving model that uses inputs or engineering tools and techniques such as Pareto Chart, Problem Tree and Objective Tree methods, among others, so that the achievement of results is based in the quantitative hierarchy of the most pressing problems within the service, in addition to the factors measurement that allows the identification of root causes of the different problems that appears in the execution of the repair services. Strictly speaking, it is an empirical work, since the analysis was done with real information derived from the company, in addition to the measurements that were taken within the repair service area, from which was obtain, as a the main obstacle, the low efficiency of the repair service. The evaluation of the problem resulted in the proposal of a model in accordance with the necessities and demands of the repair service, whose axis is the Lean Manufacturing tools set, which allowed the generation of improvement procedures in different processes. As for the solution instruments used in the study, these are based on the identification of the specific causes that result from the main problem, that is, the low efficiency in the execution of the repairs of the company. Thus, regarding the inadequate procedures used in the service, a standardization tool was proposed; regarding the lack of work planning within the services workshop, a set of tools such as Heijunka, Pull-Tack Time System, Jidoka and a visual control, among others, was proposed. These tools were used as efficiency improvement instruments within the repair service area. As a result of the evident improvements, there are also technical and economic proof that sets the decision-making regarding the execution of suitable procedures for the achievement of an effective service; So, the cost of implementing these improvements is 101,843 soles and the net present value (NPV) obtained is 129,488 soles, which supports the profitability, derived product of our research work.

Šiame darbe pateikiama veiklos procesų, jų modeliavimo galimybių bei notacijų pritaikomumo šių dienų rinkai analizė. Analizuojamos modeliavimo notacijų galimybės ir pajėgumas, pritaikomumas bei efektyvumas projektuojant veiklos procesus. Apžvelgiami veiklos žodyno reikalingumo ir naudingumo aspektai. Analizuojami esami veiklos procesų ir veiklos žodynų sinchronizacijos sprendimai. Atlikus išsamią standartų bei esamų spendimų analize buvo nustatyta jog nėra daugiafunkcinio algoritmo kuris vykdytų šiuos veiksmus: veiklos procesų diagramos formavimas remiantis turimu veiklos žodynu, veiklos žodyno sudarymas remiantis veiklos procesų diagrama bei veiklos procesų diagramos ir veiklos žodyno sinchronizacija tarpusavyje remiantis veiklos žodynu. The aim is to describe process portal of Czech Technical University and propose solution for implementation of process portal at University of Economics in Prague. This solution includes process categorization and creating process diagrams for the most important processes at University of Economics in Prague. The thesis also includes the creation and evaluation of a questionnaire, which introduces process portal to students and helps to find out whether process portal is understandable for students and whether they would use it. Thesis objectives are specified in the introduction. The next section describes the research work. Basic concepts are defined and presented solutions Process Portal on the Czech Technical University can be found in the third part. The fourth part describes the benefits which comes from implementation of process portal and also describes questionnaire, which was focused on finding interest of students. Execution process is a significant part of civil process that helps to assure the legal peace between the parties of civil conflict as well as the stability of legal relations in the society. In this master thesis the rights and duties of a bailiff are analysed at the same time as comparing the legal regulation of this sphere in Lithuania and other countries. Possibilities to improve the regulation affecting procedural activities of a bailiff in Lithuania are considered on the basis of analysis. This work is started by analysing the relation between the process of execution and the civil one. It is done by reviewing the analysis of stages and principles of the civil process made by scientists as well as investigating whether the legal regulation of the execution process are found in the Codes of Civil Procedure or in the separate legal acts. The conclusion is done that the execution process is part of a civil one. The trends of harmonisation of the execution process in the world and separately in the European Union are also considered. The analysis of the rights and duties of a bailiff, his activities in the separate stages of the execution process takes the main part of this work.
