Abstract:
The article presents the main problems related to cyberbullying in a peer group: manifestations, forms, sources, mechanisms and consequences of cyberbullying. The author puts forward a thesis about the close connection between traditional violence and aggression and cyberbullying, while pointing out that the new media are not an independent source of threat to the development of the young generation. Recalling studies confirming this thesis, she concludes that new media are a threat to the development of youth (as they canfacilitate cyberbullying), if there are primary factors conditioning the traditional forms of peer violence and aggression.

Abstract:

The article presents the main problems related to the formation of the identity/personality of young people. The author puts forward a thesis about the close connection between on-line and off-line personalities, while pointing out that the new media constitute an autonomous source of threat to the development of the young generation. She indicates that this is due to both: the dark side of the virtual personality and its domination in the proces of becoming a person. She recalls several studies (E. Aboujaoude, M. Spitzer, G. Small, G. Vorgan) confirming thesis about the different significance (positive or negative) of the Internet/new media for the personality development. In the final conclusion, she points to the need to reflectively control their influence on the development of young people’s personality.

Abstract:
Problematic use of the Internet (PUI) generally refers to use of different types of Internet content which is not under control and leads to difficulties in everyday functioning. It involves generalised PUI but also specific forms such as problematic use of videogames, social media, and pornography. The main aim of this paper is to offer a basic review of current trends in defining, measurement and research of PUI. The review of available papers points at methodological problems related to determining the prevalence of PUI, and insufficient direct investigation of postulates of existing models regarding the onset and maintenance of PUI. Moreover, this paper offers a critical review of existing instruments for measuring PUI and its specific forms, and recommends the most appropriate instruments. A short review of PUI research methodology and important findings is given. Finally, guidelines for future research in this area are provided, which enable us to investigate these phenomena of contemporary society in a comprehensive and sound way.

Abstract:
Parental burnout is a syndrome characterised by exhaustion in parenting as a result of permanent exposure to chronic parental stress. This syndrome manifests in emotional distancing from one's children with loss of pleasure and fulfilment in one's parental role and doubts about the ability to be a good parent. The main goal was to examine the contribution of sociodemographic variables (gender and age of parents, education, work status and financial status of the family), personal characteristics of parents (emotional (in)stability and perfectionism in parenting), dimensions of parental behaviour (parental support, permissiveness and restrictive control) and personal characteristics of the target child (gender, age, strengths and difficulties of the child) in explaining parental burnout. A total of 490 parents (90% mothers) participated in the research, with the average age of 40 (M = 40,04; SD = 5,63). The results of HRA show that the most significant predictors of parental burnout are parental characteristics (higher emotional instability and perfectionistic concerns), parental behaviour (low parental support) and child characteristics (younger age of the child, higher level of internalised and externalised problems). The emotional (in)stability of parents is the most significant predictor of parental burnout in the parental role.

Abstract:
Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family based on Belief in One Almighty God. Young or early age marriage is a marriage that is carried out when they are not yet 20 years old, both male and female. So that this age becomes one of the obstacles for himself, his family and society to achieve a good life stability. Based on the provisions of Law Number 16 of 2019 it states that marriage is only permitted if a man and a woman have reached the age of 19, whereas in the previous Law No. 1 of 1974 the minimum age for marriage for women was 16 years and for men 19 years old. From underage marriages there are several social problems faced, including promiscuity due to lack of control and effective communication from parents, economic factors, low education factors, cultural and traditional factors, and mass media factors. The fact is that the implementation of marriage at an early age has a negative impact on children, both physically and mentally. Based on the Study Report on Child Marriage in Indonesia, high rates of early marriage can increase the risk of death for mothers and children. Some examples of impacts that can result from early marriage include health problems, the risk of babies born with stunting, hampered education, and inharmonious marriages. Early marriage will certainly lead to underage work because like it or not, early age couples have to make a living for their next life. Because they are underage, of course finding a job will be difficult, this will result in economic difficulties and in the long term, child neglect. In other words, underage marriage can be contrary to the objectives of Islamic law and therefore the Jombang Religious Court prevents underage child marriages in Jombang Regency.

Abstract:
The complexity of the educational problems experienced by our nation by our cannot be solved using one approach, but requires a transdisciplinary approach to solving problems. Transdiciplinarity is a collective approach that utilizes human knowledge and analytical skills to understand larger and more complex systems. The important meaning that marks transdiciplinarity is the process of integration of multidisciplines used to discuss issues or deal with problems. The implementation of transdisciplinary implies the existence of cooperative work or synergy between the people and the sectors involved in it. Transdisciplinary application is used to achieve something beyond the quantitative dimension. The existence of synergy in the transdisciplinary concept is intended to achieve a higher level of harmony than the integration of knowledge which is called a symphony. To find out how management transidisciplinary perspective decision making at MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan the author uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The instruments used in this study were observation. Interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the head of madrasah, WKM, represents the teacher and the staff that the MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan has carried out decision-making, namely; 1. Decisions in a state of certainty, that is if all the information needed to make a decision is complete, then the decision is said to be in a state of certainty. In other words, when there is certainty, we can predict accurately the results of the action so that the decisions taken by the principal are right on target. 2. Decisions in the a state of risk, namely risk occors when the results of making a decision, even though it cannot be known with certainty, but the value of the possibility can be known. Asked for the views of the oldest, KTU and the Madrasah Head. 3. Decisions in a state of uncertainty is a situation where we cannot make a decision because it has never happened before (the first time), in this situation the head of MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan, if in making a decision on a problem that has never happened before, still conduct deliberation first with KTU and the madrasah head. 4. Decisions in a state of conflict sometimes decision making is not always smooth.

Abstract:
The philosophy of Martin Buber, a prominent representative of existentialism, is an anthropological pro-ject of understanding the crisis experience of man and society in the 20th century. The evolution of the dialogic idea in the direction of philosophical anthropology is caused by a new vision of historical percep-tion of the problem of man. Moreover, social and personality-oriented motives were decisive in this pro-cess. The path of the problem, from Kant to the present, corresponded to what might be called a situation of reassessment of traditional European values. Buber searches for new spiritual foundations and worldview reference points. He researches the history of human thought and distinguishes between peri-ods of «settledness», when man exists in a stable world, and periods of «homelessness», when man be-comes aware of the homelessness of this world and there takes place his problematization, he becomes a problem for himself. The anthropological perspective is either embedded in cosmological, theological or logological constructions and loses its uniqueness, or acquires a real problematic nature and depth beyond all concepts and schemes. The dialogic perception of philosophical anthropology is organically comple-mented and supported by poetic practices of deep spiritual stories (Hasidism). The author suggests that, due to its complexity, contemporary social reality opens up new possibilities and clarifies the need for di-alogue. Thus, study of M. Buber’s works by historians of philosophy is essential for an adequate under-standing of the present and future of man and humanity.

Abstract:
Quality, relevance, elitism, and management are the four main crises that are at the heart of the problem of education in Indonesia. On these four issues, various quantitative indicators have been proposed, including a comparison of the educational situation in Asian countries. In the laws and regulations governing the state education system, Islamic education is a component of national education. This discussion discusses the problems and development of Islamic education as a formulation of the existing problems. A component of the overall state policy is education policy. so that national education in the end must return to its goal, namely to empower the community by returning the community's autonomy to develop themselves. The following are the basic principles of the Islamic education system: 1) Based on the Islamic creed, Islam establishes curriculum principles, methods and educational goals. 2) Faith development should be the focus of education. 3) The aim of education is to bring out the best in everyone and minimize the worst in them while maintaining harmony with human nature. Islamic education is urged to develop new operational strategies and tactics in addition to curriculum and management tools. In pedagogical, sociological, and cultural terms, these strategies and tactics demonstrate their role to the point that they require an overhaul of models and institutions to make them more effective.

Abstract:
It is widely believed that Plato promoted a version of the "one over many" argument such that there would be Forms of all things. Among these Forms are also included those of artefacts. Aristotle denies, however, that Plato would accept such Forms. The ancient Platonic tradition is unusually unanimous in denying the existence of Forms of artefacts. This paper supports three main points: (a) through a careful examination of some Platonic texts (in particular Resp. 596a) it is possible to assert that he has never encouraged a version of the "one over many" that justifies the existence of Forms of all things; (b) the reductio ad unum defended by Plato can not be considered identical to Aristotle’s version of "one over many" argument; (c) there are some good textual and speculative reasons to deny the existence of Forms of artefacta. It is finally discussed a recent proposal by David Sedley, according to which Plato, in his mature works, accepted only Form of what has opposed properties and of artefacts (but not of natural things).

Abstract:
In delivering material, educators still often use conventional teaching methods so that it affects the activeness and understanding of students in learning activities. It is necessary to use the right teaching method so that students can understand the material optimally. This research aims to determine the Development of Problem Solving Methods in Class IX Fiqh Subjects at MAN 9 Jombang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of this study explain that the Problem Solving Method is intentionally performing procedural tasks in a series of activities, bit by bit systematically. By using the Problem Solving Method in Fiqh subjects, it is very influential on student activity and understanding. The advantage of the Problem Solving Method is that students are trained to think in a structured and systematic way so that students know the implementation of fiqh subjects. The application of the Problem Solving Method in Fiqh subjects is limited in the capacity of students' knowledge, experience and time, this is a drawback of the Problem Solving Method.

Abstract:
The position of women against men has triggered discussions as well as problems in the socio-religious realm. There are two main views regarding the position of women, namely the view that women are inferior to men and the other view that women should be equal to men. Each certainly voiced the claim that his views were correct. This fact raises the question of how the biblical view of women, so that Christians have biblical knowledge about women. Genesis 1-3 is the chosen study material to answer the problems that have been mentioned because the text describes the position of women before and after the fall of man into sin. With the thematic analysis method on the text of Genesis 1-3, it is found that there is continuity and discontinuity regarding the position, function, and emotions of women towards men.

Abstract:
This article discusses how the word <em>'agama'</em> (religion) in Indonesia has developed so far from its origin. Also how the world religion paradigm (WRP) affects the construction of <em>agama</em> in Indonesia; and the implications thereafter. Through literature study, data were collected and analyzed descriptively, and the results showed that: First, the concept of '<em> agama</em> ' was constructed by political policies and academic activities in Indonesia from the Dutch colonial period, the Japanese occupation to post-independence. As a result, the concept of '<em>agama</em>' has become rigid, exclusive and discriminatory. Second, the construction of '<em>agama</em>' is influenced by the WRP with Islam as the 'model' and monotheism as the main feature. This paradigm is increasingly hegemonic with the presence of the precepts of ‘<em>Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa</em>’ (Belief in One Supreme God) in Pancasila which agrees with this feature, and is used by the state in identifying <em>agama</em>. In this way, this WRP further narrows the identification of <em>agama</em>, limits the official religions to only six, and gives an exclusive place to the Abrahamic tradition. At the same time, it also excludes traditions that are not identical with world religions. Third, the conceptualization of <em>agama</em> has implications for five things; (1) Islam, Catholicism and Protestantism as world religions with monotheistic feature become models of <em>agama</em>. (2) Practices outside the Abrahamic tradition, such as Hinduism, Buddhism and Confucianism, need to adapt their theology as a commitment to Pancasila, to be recognized by the state. (3) The conceptualization of <em>agama</em> has established the position of world religion as the 'official religion' in Indonesia which is managed and facilitated by the state, while the local religion is positioned as <em>aliran kepercayaan</em> (traditional belief) only. (4) Academically, this WRP affects the theoretical framework in religious studies and biased research. (5) Local religions that are not recognized by the state, face discrimination related to citizenship rights and stigma as; primitive, animist, and irreligious.

Abstract:
<p><em>Contemporary development of the national banking today is being a serious international spotlight. Since national economic crisis, </em><em>the national banking is often unable to compete with foreign banks in </em><em>Indonesia. On its symptoms, a national banking customers are coming </em><em>from an average of lower middle class. This condition was not even able </em><em>to raise the welfare of Indonesian people to be better life to just get out </em><em>of the shackles of ‘poverty’. Especially Islamic banking in Indonesia, </em><em>the beginning of its presence is expected to be the main solution to the </em><em>problem of poverty in this state, but it also can not do much. It refers to </em><em>data from Bank Indonesia, the Islamic banking business unit transactions in Indonesia in 2008 has increased to Rp. 24 trillion that is equivalent to</em><em> 1.8 percent. But in fact, it is just superficial, because it is basically only able to contribute at 2:98, when compared with conventional banking. The large gap that happened is caused by three main issues: the legality aspects, human resources aspects, and aspects of less innovative marketing strategies. To solve the problems needs some strategies namely; improving the quality of service and professionalism, products innovation, qualified human resources, etc.</em></p>
