Abstract:
Th e purpose of this study was to evaluate the validity and reliability of the accelerometer S3+. Th is is an optional part of the new model heart rate monitor Polar RX5. Four endurance athletes completed the on treadmill (0% slope) graded exercise test with an initial speed of 5 kmh-1 with the increase of 0.5 kmh-1 every 200 meters. Th e test was conducted to rejection. From 8 kmh-1 walking was directive turned to running locomotion. Test was repeated under similar conditions to determine the degree of measurement stability. Th e study results showed that accuracy of running measurement is within the error provided by the manufacturer (3%). For walking, the error rate is higher (10%). Reliability of measurements was observed in all parameters is high (r> 0, 80) except to the overall stability of the measurement of walking distance (r = 0.53).

Abstract:
Cílem studie bylo ověřit konstruktovou validitu motivačních dimenzí Bochumského osobnostního dotazníku (inventáře profesních charakteristik osobnosti). V teoretické části byly definovány související osobnostní konstrukty, které byly v empirické části využity k ověření odvozených motivačních dimenzí. Kvantitativní data byla získána na vzorku 778 studentů a absolventů vysokých škol. K ověření konstruktové validity bylo využito explanatorních a konfirmatorních faktorových analýz, na jejichž základě byl vytvořen strukturní model ilustrující podobu vztahů mezi zkoumanými dimenzemi. Byly nalezeny dílčí doklady konstruktové validity motivačních dimenzí Bochumského osobnostního dotazníku. Závěrem jsou diskutována doporučení pro interpretaci výsledků psychodiagnostického posouzení a pro zvýšení validity metody.The aim of the study was to verify construct validity of motivational dimensions of the Czech version of the Business-Focused Inventory of Personality. Personality constructs linked to derived personality dimensions were defined in the theoretical part of the study. Quantitative data were obtained using the sample of 778 university undergraduates and graduates. Confirmatory factor analyses were used in order to explore construct validity of the method. Structural model based on the factor analyses was created to outline relations among the examined dimensions. Partial evidence on construct validity of the method was found.

Abstract:
Zusammenfassung: Aus einer neuropsychologischen Testbatterie sollten die Testverfahren identifiziert werden, die am meisten zur Differenzialdiagnostik der Demenzen beitragen, um für verschiedene Fragestellungen Kurzformen der Testbatterie zusammenzustellen. Durch die Tests wurden u. a. die folgenden Funktionsbereiche erfasst: Gedächtnis, Aufmerksamkeit, Konzentration, verbale Flüssigkeit, konstruktive Praxie, abstrakt-logisches und planendes Denken. 159 Patienten wurden klinisch, neuropsychologisch und neuroradiologisch untersucht. Die neuropsychologische Untersuchung dauerte ca. 90 Minuten pro Patient. Mit Diskriminanzanalysen wurde untersucht, welche Tests bei möglichst geringen Einbußen in der diagnostischen Sicherheit verzichtbar sind. Die Kürzungen ergaben nur geringe Einbußen bzgl. Sensitivität, Spezifität und Treffsicherheit. Somit können in Abhängigkeit von den Diagnosegruppen, die neuropsychologisch differenziert werden sollen, Kurzformen der Testbatterie mit geringen Einbußen in der diagnostischen Sicherheit und mit deutlichem zeitlichen Gewinn verwendet werden.

Abstract:
Předkládaná studie se zabývala ověřením vybraných psychometrických charakteristik metody Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS), která zjišťuje partnerskou spokojenost. V rámci ověření byla zjišťována reliabilita metody v podobě vnitřní konzistence a konstruktová validita prostřednictvím souvislosti metody RAS s dimenzemi partnerské spokojenosti, partnerské shody a partnerské soudržnosti metody Revised Dyadic Adjustment Scale (RDAS), která zjišťuje partnerské přizpůsobení. Za účelem ověření těchto vlastností metody byla sesbírána data od 232 respondentů, data byla sesbírána po internetu. Reliabilita metody byla v rámci současné studie zjištěna jako uspokojivá pro výzkumné účely. Souvislosti mezi faktorem partnerské spokojenosti metody RAS a faktory partnerské spokojenosti a soudržnosti metody RDAS podpořily hypotézu o konstruktové validitě metody RAS. Silný pozitivní vztah mezi faktorem partnerské spokojenosti metody RAS a faktorem partnerské shody metody RDAS nepodpořil hypotézu o konstruktové validitě, tento výsledek poukazoval na možnou shodu těchto dvou konstruktů. Výsledek však mohl být způsoben škálou partnerské shody metody RDAS, která na výzkumném vzorku současné studie nemusela fungovat jako spolehlivý ukazatel shody mezi partnery. Na základě výsledků byla navržena revize modelu.

Abstract:
<p>Sunat kaum perempuan di Indonesia dilakukan umumnya didasari oleh adanya tradisi masyarakat yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun. Literature review ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan beberapa artikel ilmiah terkait sunat perempuan. Literature ini bertujaun untuk menambah wawasan dan kajian terkait pro dan kontra sunat perempuan di Indonesia. Sunat perempuan sendiri di Indonesia diatur dalam Permenkes nomor 1636/Menkes/Per/XI/2010 yang awalnya bertujuan untuk menjamin keamanan dan perlindungan sistem reproduksi perempuan karena faktanya di Indonesia masih banyak praktek sunat perempuan dilakukan oleh dukun bayi dan secara rahasia. Namun hal ini justru mengindikasikan untuk melegalkan tindakan sirkumsisi pada perempuan yang jelas-jelas belum ada evaluasi yang menunjukkan bahwa sirkumsisi itu bermnafaat bagi kesehatan reproduksi perempuan. Berbagai reaksi muncul di masyarakat sehingga Permenkes tentang sunat perempuan ini dicabut pada tahun 2013. Jadi sunat perempuan itu merupakan sebuah tradisi yang bergeser kearah tindakan medikalisasi yang bermanfaat bagi kaum laki-laki namun merugikan bagi kaum perenpuan. Secara medis khitan perempuan belum menunjukkan tingkat validitas kebaikan yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Tradisi khitan perempuan berkemungkinan besar didasarkan atas mitos-mitos yang berkembang di masyarakat, yang menganggap perempuan sebagai makhluk subordinasi dari laki-laki. </p>

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui promosi yang dilakukan di SMK Cahaya Prima. Untuk men getahui keputusan mendaftar murid memilih SMK Cahaya Prima. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan mendaftar murid memilih SMK Cahaya Prima.Penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 90 siswa, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner dan teknik dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji koefisiensi korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis uji t.Promosi di SMK Cahaya Prima dikatakan Sedang. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari nilai rata - rata variabel promosi yaitu sebesar 3,31 ada pada skala interval 2,61-3,40 dengan kategori Sedang. Keputusan Pembelian Mendaftar di SMK Cahaya Prima dikatakan tinggi. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari nilai rata -rata variabel Keputusan Pembelian Mendaftar yaitu sebesar 3,54 ada pada skala interval 3,41 -4,20 dengan katagori Tinggi. Terdapat pengaruh positif lemah rendah dan signifikan antara Promosi dan Keputusan Pembelian / Mendaftar di SMK Cahaya Prima. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien regresi linier sederhana Y = 29,843 + 0,429X. Nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,272. Nilai koefisien determinasi R = 7,4 %. Nilai t hitung > t table (2,650 > 1,987).Kata Kunci : Promosi dan Keputusan Pembelian.

Indonesia terkenal dengan adat ketimurannya yang masih dipertahankan hingga saat ini, termasuk norma-norma yang diatur di dalamnya seperti norma agama, norma kesopanan, norma kesusilaan, dan norma hukum. Yang menjadi sorotan dengan salah satu kasus pelanggaran terbanyak adalah norma kesusilaan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti memilih peserta didik sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh virginitas terhadap intensi seks pra nikah dengan religiuitas sebagai variabel moderator pada peserta didik perempuan di sekolah X Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 108 peserta didik perempuan di sekolah X Kabupaten Banyumas. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen skala virginitas, skala intensi seks pra nikah dan skala religiusitas. Koefisien validitas item pada skala virginitas bergerak dari 0,160 sampai 0,737, koefisien validitas intensi seks pra nikah bergerak dari 0,202 - 0,782 dan koefisien validitas skala religiusitas bergerak dari 0,690 - 0,719. Koefisien reliabilitas skala virginitas sebesar 0,725 kemudian koefisien reliabilitas skala intensi seks pra nikah sebesar 0,717 dan koefisien reliabilitas skala religiusitas sebesar 0,706. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh virginitas terhadap intensi seks pra nikah dengan religiusitas sebagai variabel moderator. Berdasarkan hasil analisis juga diperoleh hasil koefisien determinasi Rsquare sebesar 0,494 nilai tersebut mengandung arti bahwa dalam penelitian ini virginity value dan religiusitas memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 49,4% terhadap intensi seks pra nikah, sedangkan 51,6% merupakan sumbangan dari dari faktor lain (faktor yang tidak diteliti).

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) validitas modul elektronik (e-modul) pada subtema Pekerjaan di Sekitarku kelas IV SD/MI; 2) kepraktisan modul elektronik (e-modul) untuk subtema Pekerjaan di Sekitarku kelas IV SD/MI. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan desain dan produk (Design and Development) dengan merujuk pada model ADDIE. Software yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan modul elektronik (e-modul) adalah Kvisoft Flipbook Maker Pro 3.6.10. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data validitas modul elektronik (e-modul) dan respon pengguna. Validitas diukur menggunakan uji ahli yang meliputi ahli media, ahli, materi, dan ahli bahasa. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dikonversi menggunakan skala likert. Respon pengguna diperoleh dari responden yaitu 2 orang guru dan 40 siswa kelas IV. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) uji validitas ahli media, ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa. Rata-rata keseluruhan validasi sebesar 95,56% yang berada pada interval 81%-100% yang menunjukkan berada pada katagori sangat valid. 2) rata-rata respon guru dan siswa terhadap modul elektronik (e-modul) sebesar 87,19% berada pada interval 81%-100% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dsimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menghasilkan e-modul yang valid dan praktis.

Abstract:
Personal brand orientation (PBO) merupakan strategi usaha yang penting, terutama pada konteks social commerce, dimana semakin banyak usaha didirikan oleh pemilik yang merupakan influencer di social media untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal dalam usahanya. Namun belum banyak penelitian dilakukan untuk operasionalisasi pengukuran PBO, khususnya pada usaha kecil menengah yang fokus pada social commerce. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan alat ukur PBO dan validasinya, lewat studi literatur terdahulu ditemukan dua dimensi utama yaitu functioning capabilities dan symbolic capabilities, yang diujikan dua tahap lewat uji validitas isi dan uji validitas konstruk dengan confirmatory factor analysis pada 307 sampel yang diambil pada September 2021 di Indonesia, melalui kuesioner online secara purposive sampling. Alat ukur PBO akhir dihasilkan penelitian ini adalah 7 items pernyataan dalam 2 dimensi yang digunakan untuk merefleksikan pengukuran secara valid dan reliabel

Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was to assess a construct validity of "Muscle Excitability Scale" in assessment of spasticity in patients with spinal cord injury. The correlation between this scale and other clinical tests evaluating various aspects of spasticity was investigated. 48 participants with symptoms of a spasticity were included in the study. The Spearman rank correlation coefficient was used for quantification of correlation between each two tests. The most significant correlation was found between the Muscle Excitability Scale and the Modified Ashworth Scale (rs=0,26 - 0,35, p<0,05). Less significant correlation was found in comparison with the Clonus Scale (rs=0,27, p<0,05) and with the SCI-SET (rs=0,25 - 0,26, p<0,05). There was no correlation between the Muscle Excitability Scale and the Penn Spasm Frequency Scale. Additionally every test was compared to each other and then the outcomes was discussed and compared to results of other similar studies. Assessment centre is very useful and popular method for selection of employees on various positions. It has been used for already several decades all over the world. There are many tasks and tests, which can be used, but selection of criteria and training of assessors are important too. When Assessment centre is over and candidates have gone, meeting of assessors begins. At the meeting the assessors identify, which candidate is acceptable for a given position and which is not. At this meeting outputs and feed backs are worked out and this outputs are passed along to contracting autority and to candidates. One example of real Assessment centre is mentioned in second part of this graduation theses. It also contains a research, which aims to figure out what the validity of this particular Assessment centre is.

TTiittllee:: Utilization of Multidimensional scaling and kinetic tests for evaluation and selection of soldiers to courses of close combat TThhee aaiimm ooff wwoorrkk:: The work deals with the structure scale for evaluation of close combat techniques and the selection of predictors, which will improve the quality of the identification of soldiers with conditions for the successful solution of model situations using the techniques of close combat. MMeetthhoodd:: In the beginning of the study is constructed a scale of criterion variable for evaluating techniques of close combat. The construction of scale was used the model of multidimensional scaling. The data was obtained from eight Czech Army experts of close combat. The scale was verified by generalized and weighted Kappa coefficient. By the kinetic tests was tested the group of 157 professional soldiers from different units. The soldiers were old between 20 and 32. Besides kinetic tests were in the study included the previous experiences with fight activities. To selection of the kinetic tests was used the model of linear regression. The evaluation of predictive power of kinetic tests was made by individual cohorts in prediction cycle.
