Abstract:
El reconocimiento e implementación de medidas de reparación se constituye en un aspecto cardinal en las sociedades en transición como la colombiana. El presente artículo se pregunta por el fundamento del deber de reparar a las víctimas de violaciones a los derechos humanos a partir de diversas teorías de justicia, proponiendo una visión teleológica como la más adecuada para lograr las aspiraciones ultimas de una sociedad que busca superar el conflicto y lograr una paz estable y duradera. Este enfoque propone potenciar el papel de las reparaciones de cara a los fines últimos de la justicia transicional, articulando derechos individuales y colectivos, así como condiciones favorables para avanzar en los proyectos de vida personales de las víctimas y de la sociedad en general, a partir de la reivindicación de la noción de bien común. Así pues, se plantea una lógica pluridimensional que rescata tres dimensiones de las reparaciones: individual, colectiva y trascendental. Partiendo de lo anterior, se formulan algunos efectos jurídico-políticos prácticos que resultarían de la aplicación de esta visión teleológica pluridimensional.

Abstract:
Passiflora seeds germinate erratically presenting difficulties for their handling in a greenhouse. The effect of removing of basal point of seeds (RB) and pre-imbibition of seeds of sweet granadilla and yellow passion fruit in 50, 100, 200, and 400 mg mL-1 solutions of gibberellic acid (GA3) or 0.1% KNO3 solution was studied. The experiment was conducted in greenhouses in La Plata, Colombia. Two accessions PrJ1 and PrJ2 of sweet granadilla were evaluated. There were calculated the final percentage of germination (PG), mean germination time (MGT), and the mean germination rate (MGR). The leaf area and dry mass of seedlings were measured 22 days after sowing (das); with this data, specific leaf area and relation root/shoot were calculated. In all cases, the highest germination percentages were achieved treating seeds with KNO3 (89, 92, and 87% for yellow passion fruit, PrJ2, and PrJ1, respectively), but the increase in MGR (3.3 germinated seeds per day) and the decrease in MGT (16 days) were only significant for PrJ1. RB had a significant reduction of PG in all cases (28, 12, and 33% for passion fruit, PrJ2 and PrJ1, respectively). With the increase in the concentration of GA3, PG was reduced for two accessions of sweet granadilla, for yellow passion fruit this trend was not clear, no treatment with GA3 showed significant differences with the control. Leaf area (24.07 cm2) and dry mass of seedlings (135 mg) were significantly higher than seeds previously treated with KNO3 only for PrJ1.The solution of KNO3 0,1% is recommended to improve the germination and initial growth of granadilla seedlings.

Der Verband der Hersteller von IT-Lösungen für das Gesundheitswesen (VHitG) startete im letzten Jahr mit der brancheneigenen Messe ITeG einen ersten Versuchsballon. Offensichtlich traf man damit einen Nerv der Branche. Schon auf der Medica 2004 konnte man Stimmen hören, die sich dafür aussprachen, fortan nur noch die ITeG zur Außendarstellung nutzen zu wollen. So ist denn auch das Interesse an der diesjährigen, zweiten Ausgabe der ITeG gewachsen und es scheint, als hätte die Messe das Potential, sich zu einem echten Branchentreffpunkt zu entwickeln. Dieses Jahr trifft man sich vom 26. bis 28. April 2005 in der Halle 4.0 des Frankfurter Messegeländes.

Tesis para optar al grado de Magíster en Administración
Cada vez son más los profesionales solteros que al comenzar su vida laboral desean independizarse comprando su primer departamento de no más de 50 metros cuadrados. Junto con ello, desean decorarlo e implementarlo, sin embargo su presupuesto es muy bajo o nulo para realizarlo, teniendo que esperar meses e incluso años para lograr una decoración e implementación adecuada con el estilo deseado. Frente a este escenario, en donde la demanda por departamentos pequeños aumenta cada vez más, DECO-PRAT pone a disposición el servicio de decoración e implementación temática al momento de la compra del departamento, así desde que el comprador del departamento comience a vivir en su nuevo hogar, este contará con la decoración e implementación deseada. Cabe mencionar además que este tipo de personas carecen de conocimiento en el ámbito de la decoración, diseño e implementación de departamentos, sin embargo desean vivir en un lugar acogedor de acuerdo a sus gustos y lo más importante; desean vivir en un lugar con estilo. El año 2014 se comercializaron 25.149 unidades de departamentos en el gran Santiago, en donde el 57% correspondió a departamentos de este tipo y durante el año 2015 se comercializaron 34.625 unidades de departamentos en el gran Santiago, en donde el 60% correspondió a departamentos de menos de 50 metros cuadrados debido a que el segmento objetivo continúa buscando viviendas unipersonales. Así el comprador del departamento vislumbrará mediante el servicio ofrecido que es su mejor solución para decorar e implementar su primer departamento, ya que el método de pago es mediante un monto adicional al valor cuota del crédito hipotecario que se suma a este, significando un aumento marginal, siendo casi imperceptible. DECO-PRAT coordinará con las Inmobiliarias que venden departamentos nuevos el ofrecimiento del servicio por parte de sus Ejecutivas de Venta. Para ello facilitará el material necesario en las salas de venta, con los tipos de decoración e implementación a ofrecer, en donde se podrán ofrecer las temáticas estándar: “Futbol”, “Vintage”, “Rock” y ”Fantasía”, las cuales son ajustables a la medida según el tipo de departamento de 1 dormitorio. Operacionalmente una vez que el Comprador haya firmado a DECO-PRAT la conformidad por el servicio de decoración e implementación realizado y recibido su garantía, la Inmobiliaria cancelará el monto de dicho servicio a DECO-PRAT al momento que el banco facilitador del crédito hipotecario al comprador, cancele a la Inmobiliaria el monto del departamento menos el pie + el monto completo por el servicio de decoración e implementación. Este trámite lo realizará la Inmobiliaria, luego de descontar su comisión (Ver Esquema 1). Financieramente la evaluación se realizó en un periodo de 5 años, obteniendo VAN y TIR favorables, en donde se espera vender 80 servicios el primer año, esperando aumentar la cantidad en un 40% cada año. De esta forma el tercer año será posible generar 157 servicios equivalentes a $126.699.596.- y para el quinto año 307 equivalentes a $ 569.312.656.-. Así, estamos frente a una oportunidad rentable y realizable para el inversionista interesado en este negocio. En general la industria cuenta con empresas y decoradores, los cuales realizan servicios de decoración, implementación y asesorías en la creación de ambientes. Entre ellos se encuentran: Decoideal, Decoración y Cortinaje MA, DDO, Galería Catherine Ortiz, Carola Rojas, entre otros, los cuales son básicamente consultores o trabajadores autónomos que entregan el servicio de decoración. A diferencia de este escenario en la industria, DECO-PRAT buscará entregar una solución distinta, mediante temáticas, las cuales puedan implementarse en más de 1 departamento por torre, generando así la mayor cantidad de negocios con clientes que obtendrán las siguientes ventajas competitivas:  Un departamento decorado e implementado desde el momento que se entregan las llaves  El pago por el servicio se incluye en forma menor dentro del pago del dividendo  El cliente no debe interiorizarse en como se decora e implementa un departamento, ni debe cotizar por el servicio ni materiales  El servicio se realiza en menos de 2 semanas  Los materiales incluidos en la implementación cuentan con accesorios reales como por ejemplo; en el caso de una implementación “Rock” guitarras eléctricas reales El mercado objetivo corresponde a profesionales solter@s, desde los 22 años en adelante, los cuales buscan vivir en un ambiente con estilo y buena ubicación, incluyendo personas divorciadas que estén dispuestos a pagar un bajo monto adicional al valor cuota mensual de su crédito hipotecario. Doté d'une réglementation simple (articles 1875 à 1891 du Code Civil), inchangée depuis l'élaboration du Code Civil, le prêt à usage fait partie de ces contrats que l'on conclut au quotidien sans y porter attention. Malgré sa fréquente utilisation, tant dans les relations familiales, amicales ou de voisinage que dans le monde des affaires, il n'a pas fait l'objet d'études fouillées. Il n'attire en effet pas l'attention des juristes qui le voient comme un petit contrat, presque rudimentaire, et le présentent toujours sous son visage traditionnel, sans s'interroger davantage sur ses particularités. L'objet de cet ouvrage est de connaître en profondeur cette figure contractuelle qui mérite sa place parmi les contrats spéciaux. Depuis sa formation jusqu'à son dénouement, en passant par l'étude de la gratuité, toutes les règles du commodat sont ici examinées. Cette étude pose systématiquement la question du fondement des règles applicables au prêt à usage, ce qui aboutit à des résultats assez éloignés de la perception traditionnelle de ce contrat. En effet, celui-ci est habituellement présenté comme un contrat réel, unilatéral et gratuit, dont l'obligation essentielle est l'obligation de restitution pesant sur l'emprunteur. Or, après examen, le prêt à usage se révèle être un contrat consensuel, synallagmatique parfait, gratuit ou intéressé, dont l'élément central est la jouissance de la chose. L'étude réalisée permet également de constater la souplesse de ce contrat et la sécurité qu'il présente pour ses utilisateurs, qualités qui expliquent sa parfaite adaptation au monde contemporain et son utilisation fréquente dans le monde des affaires. Le revers de la médaille est naturellement le risque de voir qualifier de prêt à usage toute mise à disposition non ostensiblement onéreuse. Ceci oblige à vérifier minutieusement la qualification, opération qui permet de déclencher les utilisations abusives et de conserver son identité au véritable contrat de prêt
Endowed with a simple regulation (articles 1875 to 1891 of Code Civil), which haven't changed since 1804, the loan with the right of user is a part of daily contracts concluded without paying attention to them. Despite of its common use, in family, friendly or neighbourly relationships, but also in business connections, few of detailed studies exist. In fact, lawyers do not turn their attention to this contract, which is considering as an agreement without any particularities. The subject of this work is to know more deeply this agreement which earns its place within special contracts. From its conclusion to its issue, each rule of the loan with the right of user are here examinated. This study systematically asks question about the reasons of the loan's rules, and the result differ in traditional view if this contract. Indeed the latter is usually presented as a real, free and unilateral contract which main loaner's obligation is the return of the object. But, after investigation, loan proves it's a consensual, deeply bilateral agreement, free or motivated, which main element is the use of the thing. This study also lay stress on the flexibility and security that allow this kind of contract. In this way, that it's perfectly suitable to contemporary world and business world. The other side of the picture is that undoubtly a simple unconspicuously free disposal could be regard as a loan. The risk urges to check deeply the nature of the loan with the right f user, to look at the abuse uses of the term of loan and to keep its identity to the real contract of loan

Esta tese tem por objetivo descrever e analisar a pron?ncia das vogais m?dias pret?nicas no dialeto de Teresina-PI. A partir da investiga??o emp?rica, propomos uma an?lise sob a perspectiva da Teoria da Varia??o Lingu?stica delineada por Weinreich, Labov e Herzog (2006) e Labov (1972) com vistas a explicar o complexo comportamento variacional destas vogais, detectado no dialeto, que se apresenta sob o seguinte formato harm?nico: a) uma realiza??o com a vogal m?dia aberta [?, ?], que obedece a marca dialetal da regi?o; b) uma realiza??o com a vogal alta, [i, u], usual a todos os falares brasileiros; c) uma realiza??o com a vogal m?dia fechada, [e, o], estranha ? fala nordestina. Al?m destes casos, h? ainda uma varia??o tripartida [? ~ e ~ i]\ [? ~ o ~ u] que ocorre com o mesmo item lexical. O corpus utilizado contou com 5.308 realiza??es de pret?nicas, coletadas a partir de entrevistas com 36 informantes estratificados socialmente por g?nero, faixa et?ria e escolaridade. As vari?veis lingu?sticas consideradas na an?lise foram: contiguidade, homorganicidade, tonicidade, paradigma, dist?ncia da t?nica, derivada de t?nica e os contextos fonol?gicos precedente e seguinte. Os dados foram submetidos ao pacote de programa computacional VARBRUL 2S. Os resultados obtidos apontaram ser a contiguidade de uma vogal da mesma altura o fator favorecedor dos tr?s processos harm?nicos, seguindo-se-lhes alguns segmentos consonantais circundantes. Os fatores sociais, g?nero, faixa et?ria e escolaridade, n?o exercem qualquer papel sobre a pron?ncia de cada variante no dialeto. A ocorr?ncia da varia??o tripartida da pret?nica deve-se ao uso moderado da harmonia com a vogal alta, pois ? o contexto desta regra que abre as tr?s possibilidade. Argumentamos, em nossa an?lise, que a emerg?ncia majorit?ria da vogal m?dia aberta nesse contexto e em outros desarm?nicos pode ser um ind?cio de que o dialeto teresinense possa estar em dire??o a um processo de neutraliza??o em favor da vogal m?dia aberta.

La thèse se compose de trois parties distinctes. La première partie "analyse du comportement d'offre de crédit de la firme bancaire" est une revue critique de la théorie de la firme avec notamment une analyse du rationnement du crédit par les banques. La seconde partie "système bancaire français et étude statistique de l'évolution et de la répartition des crédits des banques", est empirique et consacrée à l'étude statistique de l'activité "distribution de crédit" des banques françaises qui sont reparties en deux catégories: les banques inscrites et les banques à statut légal spécial. Cette étude comprend les encours de crédit à la clientèle sur sept ans (de décembre 1977 à décembre 1983) et à pour objet d'établir et d'analyser la répartition des crédits des banques en plusieurs ventilations (par objet économique, par catégories de bénéficiaires, selon la durée initiale, en francs et devises, en résidents et non-résidents). La troisième partie "analyse des critères de décision d'octroi de crédit" est une dissection du processus de prise de décision d'octroi de crédit du banquier, ainsi qu'une analyse des critères et des éléments (objectifs mais aussi subjectifs) appréciés
The thesis consists of three separate components. The first component "an analysis of the lending policy of a bank" is a critical examination of the firm's business theory with in particular, an examination of the credit rationing by the banks. The second component "the French banks system and statistical study of the evolution and distribution of credit by the banks» is empirical and devoted to the statistical study of "the credit distribution" by French banks which are divided into two categories: registered banks and those banks with a special legal statute. This study covers a period of seven years (from December 1977 to December 1983) and has as its aim, the analysis of credit distribution approached from different angles (the economic destination, categorization of beneficiary, according to the duration of credit, whether in francs or other currencies, whether to residents or nonresidents). The third component "the analysis of the criteria for the granting of credit" is a breakdown of the decision making process of the bank also an analysis of the various criteria taken into consideration

Le pret des oeuvres de l'esprit est une operation complexe s'inscrivant dans trois relations juridiques distinctes. Dans une premiere relation, contractuelle, le preteur concede a l'emprunteur l'usage prive d'un bien sur lequel figure une oeuvre protegee. Chacune des deux parties n'ayant aucun droit sur l'oeuvre, le contrat de pret ne peut porter que sur le support, original ou exemplaire, materiel ou dematerialise, de celle-ci. Dans une deuxieme relation, reliant l'auteur au preteur, il y a parfois communication au public de l'oeuvre du premier. En effet, de prets individuels en prets individuels portant sur les seuls supports, un acte d'exploitation publique des oeuvres semble se degager. L'auteur peut-il controler cette exploitation? est-il titulaire d'un "droit de pret" sur son oeuvre? cette these tente de demontrer que la theorie du droit de destination, recue en france, doit permettre aux auteurs de controler le pret au public des supports de leurs oeuvres. Une directive communautaire de 1992, non transposee en france mais susceptible de recevoir un minimum d'effet contraignant sur ce territoire, doit d'ailleurs oter toute interrogation : le droit de pret existe en france comme sur tout le territoire de l'union; c'est un droit exclusif; l'auteur doit autoriser le pret au public des exemplaires de son oeuvre, quelle que soit la technique utilisee pour preter. Enfin, dans la derniere relation, legale, reliant l'auteur a l'emprunteur, la question posee est celle de savoir si l'auteur, bien que tiers au contrat de pret, peut empecher l'emprunteur de prendre connaissance de l'oeuvre incorporee au support recu. Une reponse negative doit l'emporter : tant que l'emprunteur n'a qu'un usage strictement prive de l'oeuvre, tant qu'il s'en sert dans un cadre familial, le code de la propriete intellectuelle interdit a l'auteur d'agir
The lending of works is a complex operation where there are three different juridical relationship. First of them, thanks to an agreement, a lender concedes to a borrower a fair use of a copy on which there is a work. Because none of them enjoy any right on the work, the object of the agreement concerns only the copy. In the second relationship between author and lender, there is nevertheless a public communication of the work : from individual loans to individual loans which object is the copy, a public exploitation of work seems to appear. Is it possible for the authors to control the exploitation of their works even after there have been first put into circulation? does the authors enjoy a "public lending right" in france? this thesis tries to demonstrate that the french theory of "droit de destination" includes an exclusive rental right. An e. C. Directive of 1992, not translated in french legislation, but which must nevertheless have effects, will strengthen the french theory in order to develop the public lending right in france whatever the technology used to lend. In the third and last reltionship, between author and borrower, the question is to know if the author can forbid the borrower to use his work. The answer is no when the borrower has a domestical "fair use" of the work because the french legislation of copyright enforces to authors this kind of use

Este estudo exploratório tem como objetivo analisar a dinâmica do consumo online de moda de determinado grupo de jovens mulheres cariocas. Busca-se compreender a importância de mundo virtual e sites de vendas e suas influências no comportamento de consumo do grupo. Para isso, será estudado a relevância da internet na busca de informações e os benefícios e desvantagens que este tipo de ferramenta exerce no consumo de produtos de moda, tradicionalmente um segmento que exige um contato físico e direto para influenciar as decisões de compra. Por meio da construção de um perfil do grupo e de uma rede de valores das pesquisadas, procurou-se traçar um paralelo entre o consumo online de artigos de moda e o consumo tradicional através das lojas físicas, apontando semelhanças e diferenças no comportamento de compra. Por fim, visa-se elencar importantes elementos que necessariamente devem estar presentes para que o canal funcione como uma efetiva plataforma de venda. Os resultados do estudo podem ser úteis a empresas que atuem ou pretendam atuar na venda online de artigos de moda.
This exploratory study aims to analyse the online consumption dynamics of a group formed by young women from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The main goal is to understand the relevance of the virtual world and how it influences the online purchase behavior of this group. The study focuses on the importance of the internet as a searching tool and also its pros and cons in the fashion market, traditionally known by the need of consumer s physical presence during the sales activity in order to influence his/her buying decisions. By constructing the profile of the group and mapping its personal values, this study makes a parallel between the online consumption of fashion goods and the traditional in-store purchasing activity, pointing out differences and similarities in between these two businesses. Finally, this study also has the objective of ranking the most important elements that should be present in the online channel in order to construct an effective sales platform. The results of this study may be useful to firms that sell or intend to sell fashion products using online sales.

Le prêt-à-porter-ou fabrication industrielle de vêtements de qualité- est une activité récente mais en pleine mutation. Aux incessants changements de modèles qu'impose la mode s'ajoutent depuis une vingtaine d'années des contraintes économiques et commerciales nationales et internationales. En outre, depuis cinq ans, des bouleversements technologiques fondamentaux remettent en cause les processus de fabrication et les structures financières des entreprises. La petitesse des entreprises, la faiblesse des investissements, la diversité des productions (haut ou bas de gamme, prêt-à-porter masculin ou féminin. . . ) et des techniques utilisées en font un secteur original et hétérogène occupant une place particulière dans l'industrie française. Traditionnellement considérée comme une industrie de main-d’œuvre employant des femmes peu qualifiées, le prêt-à-porter s'oriente aujourd'hui dans deux voies opposées pour résister à la concurrence internationale. D'une part, les technologies nouvelles, la sous-traitance, la concession de licences, transforment la nature des productions et des emplois ainsi que la structure interne des entreprises et contribuent à l'intégration du prêt-à-porter dans le système industriel moderne. D'autre part, le développement d'un circuit productif parallèle souple fonde sur le travail à domicile, le travail clandestin et la fraude constitue une sorte d'"adaptation" aux besoins des consommateurs et des commerçants. Mais ce système productif qui minimise artificiellement la concurrence repose sur le non-respect des lois et du code du travail et s'apparente plus à un artisanat archaïque qu'a une véritable industrie. Cette double évolution modifie la localisation actuelle des lieux de production; aux localisations anciennes (Nord-Pas-de-Calais, Rhône-Alpes) reposant sur la proximité de la matière première tissu et de la main-d’œuvre succèdent des implantations récentes fondées sur la modernisation du matériel (choletais) ou le travail clandestin (côte d'azur). Enfin, la domination de paris qui rassemble plus de la moitié des entreprises françaises s'explique par l'originalité de ces entreprises : en privilégiant la création et la commercialisation et en déléguant la fabrication aux sous- traitants de province, elles étendent leur pouvoir de commandement à tout le territoire.

Abstract:
The focus of this dissertation lies in the complicated power struggle between supplier and client in knowledge work; the orchestration of the collaboration’s interaction process in a socially and politically relevant way; and the construction, management and maintenance of various images of collaboration – “the asymmetrical”, where one of the parties dominates, and “the symmetrical”, where both parties are on equal footing. The dissertation shows when, where, how and why the orchestration of the interaction process works. In order to answer the research questions, the development of advertising campaigns is examined, creating an example of contemporary work and knowledge work. More particularly, one of Sweden’s larger advertising agencies (Reklambyrån) is examined, when they produce advertising together with three of their clients (Dagligvaran, Kapitalvaran and Klädföretaget). The various types of data material consist of forty-one (41) interviews (or talk about), eighty-six (86) meeting observations (or talk in) and twenty-five (25) shadowings (or practice). The data collection was conducted over a time period of 70 weeks. The dissertation considers knowledge work in general and advertising production in particular as a balancing act between distance and proximity. One creates advertising, but also – or perhaps mainly? – one manages the relationship with both the co-workers and the counterpart in terms of distance and proximity; with the co-workers in terms of individual-collective and with the counterpart in terms of asymmetrical-symmetrical. The examined work is, as implied in the title of the dissertation, a collaboration between “individualists”, in other words people who maintain an arm’s length between themselves and both their co-workers and their counterpart, at least in theory/talk. A theory/talk that is hard to maintain in practice. “The individual” in relation to the co-workers and “the asymmetrical” in relation to the counterpart, in other words the distance, is created for legitimacy reasons, whilst “the collective” in relation to the co-workers and “the symmetrical” in relation to the counterpart, in other words the proximity, is created for efficiency reasons. The advertising, in turn, is created in the stress field between these two forces.

Syftet med denna studie är att ”se” hur lärares tankar om och deras interaktion med eleverna gällande muntlig kommunikation i matematik påverkar samtalskvaliteten. Vi ville ta reda på hur en bra kvalitet på den muntliga kommunikationen i matematik kan skapas och vilka faktorer som kan påverka kvaliteten. Detta ämnesval har vi gjort för att vi i vår kommande yrkesroll vill skapa en meningsfull undervisning, som ger eleverna goda möjligheter till ett fortsatt matematiskt lärande. Vi har utformat frågeställningar som fokuserar på hur lärare tänker och hur de arbetar med att föra matematiken framåt och därmed utveckla elevens lärande. För att besvara våra frågeställningar så valde vi att intervjua tre lärare och observera deras matematikundervisning. Varje lärare har intervjuats och observerats vid ett tillfälle. Ur aktuell forskning har vi kunnat urskilja tre faktorer som kan påverka den muntliga kommunikationens kvalitet i matematik. Dessa är: frågetyper, matematisk diskurs och samma mål. Med hjälp av dessa har vi analyserat våra insamlade data. En slutsats vi kom fram till är att det är svårt att göra en bedömning av den muntliga kommunikationens kvalitet i det matematiska klassrummet. Att endast analysera utifrån de tre faktorerna anser vi ger en orättvis bedömning av den muntliga kommunikationens kvalitet. Under arbetets gång identifierades tre nya faktorer som vi menar fungerar som ett komplement till de tre ursprungliga faktorerna. De tre nya faktorerna är: klassrumsklimatet, lärarens respons på elevernas matematiska svar och inputs samt klassrummets klassiska kommunikationsmönster.

The concept of a small reheat gas turbine system is proposed and discussed. This reheat gas turbine consists positive-pressure part (Brayton cycle), negative-pressure part (inverted Brayton cycle) and heat exchangers. The system components are interchangeable with the micro gas turbine. This system can supply hot water and steam. This paper describes that the introduction of reheat and an inverted cycle to a fixed Brayton cycle is explored from various views. The thermal efficiency of electric power output (EFFEP) has a peak and thermal efficiency of heat output of hot water 1 (EFFQHW1) decrease with increase of the pressure ratio of Vacuum Turbine (PRVT). The thermal efficiency of heat output of hot water 2 (EFFQHW2) increases monotonously with PRVT. The overall efficiency of the improved cycle for cogeneration increases with PRVT although the overall efficiency of the original cycle decreases monotonously with PRVT. The PURPA efficiency of improved cycle has the peak around PRVT = 4. In the type2 cycle EFFEP has a weak peak of 31.4% when the inlet pressure of combustor 2 (Pcomb2) is 0.14MPa. The overall efficiency increases with Pcomb2. PURPA efficiency has a weak peak at Pcomb2 = 0.16MPa. Two axes system is examined. EFFEP reaches to 30.2% at the maximum. EFFQHW1 decreases slightly with increase of PRVT. EFFQHW2 increases with PRVT. The overall efficiency increases with PRVT. The PURPA efficiency also increases with PRVT.

Abstract:
The systematization, generalization, estimation of the variability of time series of the mean annual water runoff of rivers in of the Prut and Siret basins has been carried out, and its cyclic structure has been revealed. For this purpose, a database of average annual discharges water with 12 of hydrological observing stations on the rivers in of the Prut and Siret basins from the beginning of observations to 2015 have been created. Number of years under observation by the annual runoff values for river Prut near city of Chernivtsi is 121. Their representativeness and homogeneity for practical calculations has been evaluated. To identify and formalize the cyclic structure of time series of the mean annual water runoff of rivers in of the Prut and Siret basins used the methods of mathematical statistics and theory of random functions: a function of mathematical expected value; a function of dispersion values or standard deviation; probability distribution function; autocorrelation function. Also have been involved different of the standard mathematical criteria (criteria homogeneity, criteria of the series and of the longest series), integral curves of the differences. As a result, the structure of cyclic oscillations is revealed of the mean annual water runoff of rivers in the Prut and Siret basins and that is what made it possible to provide forecast estimates until 2050.

Abstract:
A two-dimensional model is developed to simultaneously solve the momentum and energy equations and thus predict convection heat transfer to an upward flow of supercritical carbon dioxide in a round tube. The effect of the turbulent Prandtl number, Prt, on heat transfer coefficients has been extensively studied. A number of constant values of Prt, as well as a number of suggested equations accounting for variations of Prt with flow conditions, have been examined. The investigation has been carried out for both regimes of enhanced and deteriorated heat transfer. The results of this study show that the increase of Prt, even in the viscous sublayer, cause the heat transfer coefficients to decrease. The models of Prt leading to best agreement with experiments in either regimes of heat transfer were recognized. From the effect Prt has on heat transfer coefficients, it has been deduced that the buoyancy effects in upward flow of a supercritical fluid causes the Prt to decrease and hence the heat transfer coefficients to increase.
