Abstract:
Religion law – the law of the state on religion – has been taught for generations in the law schools of continental Europe, though its introduction in those of the United Kingdom is relatively recent. By way of contrast, within the Anglican Communion there is very little teaching about Anglican canon law. The Church of England does not itself formally train clergy or legal officers in the canon and ecclesiastical laws that they administer. There is no requirement that these be studied for clerical formation in theological colleges or in continuing ministerial education. The same applies to Anglicanism globally – though there are some notable exceptions in a small number of provinces. This is in stark contrast to other ecclesiastical traditions: the Catholic, Orthodox, Lutheran, Methodist, Reformed, Presbyterian, Baptist and United churches all provide training for ministry candidates in their own systems of church law, polity or order. However, no study to date has compared the approaches of these traditions to the teaching of church law today. This article seeks to stimulate an ecumenical debate as to the provision, purposes, practices and principles of the teaching of church law across the ecclesiastical traditions of global Christianity. It does so by presenting examples of courses offered (institutions, purposes, subjects, methods and levels), the educative role of church law itself, requirements under church law for church officers to study the subject, and parallels from the secular world in terms of debate in the academy and practice on the nature of legal education, particularly the role played in it by the Critical Legal Studies movement.1

Abstract:
Microsurgery is a demanding surgical skillset which requires attention to detail and repeated practice to succeed. Microsurgery courses around the globe allow students to learn through performing a variety of technical exercises. Microsurgery education dates back to the late 1960s with notable instructors, Harry J. Buncke and Robert Acland. Currently, many microsurgery courses are available that share commonalities, and some important structural differences have been demonstrated to differentially affect student progression and competence. Multiple available training programs as well as the advancement of supermicrosurgery training is listed and described. The microsurgery training course at Columbia University’s New York Presbyterian Irving Medical Center led by Drs. Ronsenwasser, Strauch and Akelina provides students with expert instruction through a punctilious training curriculum. By imparting these techniques to the students, trainees’s progression markedly improves relative to alternative microsurgery courses that do not incorporate expert instruction. The Covid-19 pandemic, has resulted in the development of a virtual microsurgery training program at the lab which focuses on building the foundation of basic skills for trainees unable to travel or receive adequate education.

One hundred and seventy years ago, on 17 July 1816, the Society for the Promotion of Theological Education in Harvard University was established, thus beginning a process that led to the founding of a “faculty of theology” or Theological Seminary at the University. Undergraduate education at Harvard College had by this time moved quite far from the founders' original concern to provide a literate ministry to the churches. By the beginning of the nineteenth century Harvard men were educated in a broad curriculum oriented more toward liberal education than professional training. So the theological faculty was created in order to provide specialized training for those preparing to enter the Christian ministry

Abstract:
In his inaugural lecture as Professor of World Christianity at the University of Edinburgh, Professor Stanley discusses three individuals connected to Edinburgh who have major symbolic or actual significance for the development of world Christianity over the last 150 years. Tiyo Soga (1829–71) studied in Edinburgh for the ministry of the United Presbyterian Church, and became the first black South African to be ordained into the Christian ministry. His Edinburgh theological training helped to form his keen sense of the dignity and divine destiny of the African race. Yun Chi'ho (1865–1945) was the sole Korean delegate at the World Missionary Conference held in Edinburgh in 1910. His political career illustrates the ambiguities of the connection that developed between Christianity and Korean nationalism under Japanese colonial rule. John Alexander Dowie (1847–1907) was a native of Edinburgh and a student of the University of Edinburgh who went on to found a utopian Christian community near Chicago – ‘Zion City’. This community and Dowie's teachings on the healing power of Christ were formative in the origins of Pentecostal varieties of Christianity in both southern and West Africa.

Abstract:
About half of the secondary school teachers in Malawi are professionally unqualified. Furthermore, the net enrolment of eligible pupils in secondary schools is at 36% per year. Hence, this study sought to establish factors affecting access to quality and relevant secondary education in Malawi with reference to coordination, collaboration, and feedback between secondary school teacher education institutions and the Ministry of Education. Officials from the Ministry of Education and secondary school teacher training colleges participated in the study. Findings suggest that there is weak collaboration, coordination, and feedback between teacher training institutions and the Ministry of Education which is affecting the quality and relevance of education in Malawi. The study has also established that the weak linkage has resulted into perceived mismatches between expectations of the ministry and those of the education institutions about the problem in question. Theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed in this article.

Abstract:
The Article purpose is identification of shortcomings in training, retraining and advanced training of fingerprint experts as well as outline of scientific basis for improving this area of activity. The analysis of domestic scientists’ developments has made it possible to establish that in Ukraine there is no single unified regulatory legal act governing training, retraining and advanced training of a forensic expert, regardless of his institutional subordination. It is proved that current regulatory legal framework for professional training of forensic experts, in particular fingerprint experts, of the system of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is at the stage of formation and development and requires further reformation. It is necessary to highlight the section: Procedure for specialists’ training and internship in the Regulations on the Central Expert Qualification Commission under the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and Certification of Forensic Experts, and to develop a separate regulatory legal act regarding the procedure for advanced training on its basis. Particular attention is drawn to the absence of guidelines on the organization of the education process while forensic expert training, negatively affecting the process of learning during on-site training (in forensic science institutions). Expediency of the development of guidelines on forensic experts’ training for each individual expert specialization is established, which are suggested to be added as separate R&D topics to research work plan of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. It is indicated that a detailed study of the introduction of such a component as mentoring into the system of forensic experts’ training is essential. It is stressed that development of the regulatory legal framework for training forensic experts abroad in corresponding forensic science institutions, and the coordination of this area of activity by the Ministry will have a positive impact not only on the quality of training but also on the acquisition of world experience with the subsequent possibility of improving methods for conducting fingerprint analyses.

Abstract:
Increasing in the practical orientation of training is a reserve for improving the quality of training of specialists for the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In organizing full-time education, the practical orientation of training can be ensured by the creation of educationalproduction centers (clusters) using a network form in the integration of educational organizations and the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The article deals with promising areas for the implementation of professional educational programs in the network form in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Thus, in implementing professional training programs in a network form, it becomes possible to use the resources of territorial bodies (polygons, shooting ranges, autodromes, etc.); to ensure students training to fulfill their future duties; to train cadets of educational institutions of higher education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, located in the megacities of the Russian Federation, for ensuring the protection of public order during public mass events; to develop professional competences in operational activities. The implementation of professional educational programs of secondary vocational education in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia should take into account the conditions of the federal project «Professionality» of the state program of the Russian Federation «Development of Education». It is necessary to develop, test and introduce a new educational technology based on the integration of educational organizations and territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The implementation of professional educational programs of higher education - bachelor’s and master’s programs - in the network form determines the need for short-term internships in the subdivisions of territorial body at the location of the educational organization of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The implementation of programs for training highly qualified personnel in postgraduate studies in the network form makes it possible to conduct interdisciplinary scientific research using the scientific and pedagogical resources of several educational organizations. That allows the presence of two supervisors or a supervisor and a scientific consultant.

Abstract:
The article pays attention to the fact that in scientific literature practice-oriented approaches to education are generally restricted to the research of only practice-oriented training and to the reflection of different aspects of development of professional knowledge, skills, experience and competences. At the same time gaining knowledge, skills and experience doesn’t guarantee the impeccable formation of person`s professional and moral sphere as there are a lot of fixed data of serious qualified crimes committing by people with higher education. On the basis of the analysis of scientific approaches to the term «education» and the research of normative legal acts in the sphere of education the author differs the concept of terms «professional training» and «professional education» and determines that professional training is just a part of professional education which has wider and higher goals that can be achieved through the strong linkage of professional training and professional upbringing. Besides, the author describes several levels of legislative background for the realization of practice-oriented higher education in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, defines the concept of the practice-oriented higher education realized in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, determines the place of this type of education in the general conception of staff training in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

Abstract:
The subject of the study is education in the field of culture and art, its purpose is to assess public policy in the field of art education. The article analyzes the reasons for the appearance in the film industry of specialists with a low level of training. The study was based on the regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, data from Federal State Statistics Service, portals of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia: ‘Monitoring the employment of graduates’ and ‘How to enter the UNIVERSITY correctly’. During the study, a hypothesis was formulated on the trend of an increase in the training of specialists in creative specialties in non-core educational organizations. The hypothesis was tested on the basis of a regressive analysis of the distribution of admission quotas to higher education organizations, regardless of their departmental affiliation, and the construction of a linear regression. The article applies methods based on the establishment of an internal relationship of phenomena, their mathematical description. According to the analysis, the assessment of the quality of education in the field of culture and art should be determined not only by conducting online exams and testing graduates, and by questioning employers about the quality of their professional training. The author suggests measures aimed at changing the existing methodology for distributing admission quotas for creative specialties to educational organizations of higher education of the Ministry of Culture of Russia and other universities for which creative specialties are not specialized, and tightening requirements for material, technical and personnel support of a full-fledged educational process.

With this law, the Schools of Training for Primary and Secondary Teachers were initially established to offer yearly training to the teachers in scientific, didactic and pedagogical issues. In the last 25 years, the 16 Regional Training Centers had the duty to download and decentralize the educational policies to the regions of Greece, to the newly appointed and permanent teachers. According to the Presidential Decree 250/1992, the Ministry of National Education and Religious Affairs may assign to the Pedagogical Institute or to a research institution the evaluation of the training work of the Regional Training Centers, at national level. The results of surveys on the efficiency of the training programs and the satisfaction of the Trainers have not published and discussed thoroughly. In the last 5 years, since the Ministry of Education has applied only three short-term Seminars guided, centrally designed and directed, less than 1000 School Advisors have shouldered the full weight of the Primary and Secondary teachers’ training all over the Country, those the abolishment has been announced, without any evaluation report for their work.

We provide several policy recommendations that might help the ministry overcome these possible barriers to further differentiation.

This paper presents special education as a ministry of reconciliation designed to promote community and to recognize wholeness in the presence of disability. It is offered as part of an ongoing discussion of the need for an inclusive world view founded on Christian principles. Including the excluded –reaching out to those ignored or pushed away by society – was a characteristic of Jesus' ministry and must be a hallmark of Christian educators and churches. The hope is that the ideas expressed herein will foster collaborative efforts between general and special educators which lead to the creation of positive, caring classroom communities that value and promote unity and equality while also celebrating diversity. Christian teacher training programs must encourage and model an inclusive worldview in which individuals with disabilities are also recognized as God's image-bearers, and where there is acknowledgment of the abilities and gifts they bring to the classroom community.

The regulatory and organizational principles of reforming legal education at the current stage of the state’s development have been studied. The final content of the Concept of the Development of Legal Education, approved by the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Education, Science and Innovation, and the new editions of the standards of higher education in specialty 081 “Law” have been analyzed. Conceptual directions for the development of higher legal education have been formulated, taking into account the interests of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and arguments have been also given regarding the preservation of relevant specialists training at higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. It was emphasized that the Concept of reforming higher education, which was approved on April 14, 2021, requires further improvement and, accordingly, a new edition, because it contradicts the provisions of the legislation on higher education and does not take into account the interests of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The Concept of the Development of Legal Education should provide for the obligation of state bodies to make a target order for the training of lawyers at civil higher education institutions, to monitor the quality of training and then mandatory provide them with the first workplace with the conclusion of a contract regarding the need to work in state bodies for at least three years after graduating from an educational institution. Otherwise, the funds of the state order will be spent in vain. The existing model of the Unified State Qualification Examination does not take into account the specifics of studying, specialization of training and interests of the customer (employer) in training specialists in specific specialties and professions, especially the sphere of activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The standards of higher education approved on July 20, 2022 in the specialty 081 “Law” at the first (bachelor’s) and second (master’s) levels require a new edition, because, firstly, they are discriminatory, and secondly, they were adopted with violation of legislation and procedural requirements.

A semi-structured interview schedule prepared in accordance with the qualitative research approach is used as a data collection tool. As a result of the analysis, it was found that main problems face by these teachers were categorized as problems caused by the Ministry of Education, adaptation problems of the students and problems related with the migrant parents. Among them, most complained problems were those caused by the Ministry of Education. Depending on the data obtained, it can be said that, Ministry of Education has no policy or planning about the education of the migrants and the teachers were not prepared for the education and training of migrant children. Another finding was the indifference of the migrant parents regarding the school. A striking point in the study was that the teachers never mentioned about the problems concerning the differences of race, ethnicity or gender. As a result of the evaluation, it is suggested that the Ministry of Education should provide language training for immigrants and care more about the equivalence of the students, training teachers and candidate teachers about immigrant pedagogy and to develop better relations between the school and the migrant families.</p>

Abstract:
A significant proportion of students of educational institutions of the RF Ministry of Internal Affairs (the RF Interior Ministry) are students of the correspondence courses. Moreover, there is practically no relevant sociological understanding in the literature of the conditions to implement the educational process with their participation. In this regard, the authors set a goal - based on studying the public opinion of students and teaching staff, to conduct a sociological analysis of the conditions of the educational process implemented in the educational organization of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in correspondence form. The students and teachers of the Far-Eastern Law Institute of the RF Interior Ministry were the subjects of the research. A combination of quantitative and qualitative (focus group interviews) sociological surveys used in the paper ensured the results’ reliability. The authors conclude that the main cause for entering an educational organization of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is an opportunity to obtain a legal education. The interviewed students consider the practical, law enforcement orientation of the education received and the discipline and strictness of the educational process implementation as the main substantive advantages of education at the Institute. The respondents see the difficulties of the educational process, first of all, in the insufficient amount of time for the examination period, i.e., face-to-face interaction with lecturers. In a separate block, the authors describe the state and the prospects of extramural education using distance learning technologies: the paper shows the dualism of perception of such technologies by the teaching staff and students, determines the relations between the training level of the respondents and the assessments of these prospects and reveals the altruistic moods of lecturers regarding the possible full transfer of distance education on the remote form.

Abstract:
Abstract In 2016, Eurydice reported that no country in Europe had fully integrated entrepreneurial education in schools and that teacher training was fragmented. However, supported by the World Bank, North Macedonia introduced a compulsory and progressively evaluated Entrepreneurship and Innovation curriculum in 2016, following policy decisions made in 2014. Teacher training initiatives from Wales informed progress. The Welsh Government decided to integrate an entrepreneurial culture within curriculum and assessment arrangements in schools which built upon prior work including education within Initial Teacher Training. This included funding to pilot training for teachers at all levels, from schools to universities and across all subject specialisms—to develop entrepreneurial education. Welsh Government’s Youth Entrepreneurship Strategy (YES) commenced in 2004 within the Ministry for Business and Transport (now Business Economy and Innovation), and since 2015, has been supported by the Ministry of Education and Skills. The sector now has 10 years of experience in entrepreneurial teacher training and has developed Doctoral-level study for educational leaders. In February 2020, the theme of ‘creative enterprising contributors’ was formally positioned as one of the four overarching ‘purposes’ of school education in Wales. This article provides reflective insights of knowledge exchange through the lens of the International Institute for Creative Entrepreneurial Development, in both a Macedonian and Welsh context, and will be of interest to those who wish to advance national policies and entrepreneurial educator development.
