However, it is not used routinely probably due to lack of awareness and fear of adverse events. Objective: To identify preferred solutions – therapy - for over- weight and obesity in older adults and seniors Participants: Atotal of 110 respondents were contacted, out of which 14 refused to cooperate or filled in the questionnaire incor- rectly. The return of questionnaires was 96, i.e. 100%. The group of respondents consisted of individuals of both sexes, aged 50 and over, living in anatural social environment or in one of the se- lected institutions. Due to the fact that - in our opinion - arela- tively large amount of attention is paid to the senior age group while the group of people in the age range of 50-64 is forgotten, we have not chosen the senior age respondents exclusively. Methods: The data obtained by the processing of the question- naires were analytically evaluated. For statistical processing apro- gram StatisticaCz version 9 was chosen, adescriptive analysis of the data was performed, followed by analysis by comparing av- erages and particular tests of statistical significance (Chi-square test, Kruskal Wallis, KendalovoTau). Results: An adjustment of the diet as apart of the solution of the overweight and obesity therapy would be chosen by the most re- spondents, 75 (46.5%) of them. 44 (27.0%) respondents would choose sport or other physical activity. 11 (6.7%) respondents would deal with overweight and obesity pharmacologically - with the help of medications, and only 25 (15.3%) respondents would choose surgery as away of dealing with overweight and obesity. On the contrary, only 8 (4.9%) respondents were not interested in dealing with the weight gain. 24 (25.0%) respondents would choose the surgical way of solving obesity. Ananswer“possibly yes”was chosen by13 (13.5%) respondents. 21 (21.9%) individu- als inclined to the “rather not” variant. 33 (34.4%) respondents chose the “certainly not”answer. An answer“I don't know” was chosen by 5 (5.2%) respondents. Conclusion:Obesity is aglobal social problem which is not to be solved just in healthcare and it is certainly not an issue of an individual.

Abstract:
English in the era Industrial Revolution 4.0 became the main requirement in various sectors. Indonesia educational fields gave attention for English subject so that became a local content subject in elementary school. In providing foreign language skills to elementary school children, it needs certain methods to suit their world. Learning English for elementary school children should be suitable for their needs, such learning through play, active learning, effective learning, and fun. The aim of community service is to know the learning methods that are more preffered by the elementary school children and to provide basic knowledge on kinds of material such ‘how to introduce your self’, ‘direction’, ‘5W + 1H’. From its activities, it is found that the learning methods that is most preffered by the female elementary school children are story telling method, while games method more chosen by the male of school age children. There is an increase in knowledge of participants related to basic material ‘how to introduce your self’, ‘direction’, ‘5W + 1H’, it is proven by the results of the post test that has been done. The knowledge value of participants as many as 15 elementary school age children before learning is ± 62.80 and after the community service is ± 80.33.Keywords: Learning English, elementary school age children, learning methods

B2 ordered FeAl intermetallic is an important candidate for high-temperaturestructural materials, and its hydrogen embrittlement problem has attracted wide attentions in recent decades. In this paper, we prepared single-crystal-like B2-FeAl (111) thin films on Si (111) substrate using the conventional magnetron sputtering method, and studied the phase composition and the influences of hydrogen on FeAl (111) films by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Atomic force microscope (AFM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) analysis. The preffered growth mechanism of FeAl (111) film and its hydrogen induced modification were discussed.

Twenty- four year young female presented with a 6-year history of recurrent chest infections with exertional dyspnea. Radiological imaging revealed hyertransluscency of the right lung with reduced lung volume and reduced prominence of the right pulmonary vasculature. CT of the chest revealed air trapping and hypertranslucency of the right lung with reduced volume and a less prominnet right pulmonary artery and its branches. CT angiography confirmed a hypoplastic right pulomonary artery and its branching, features consistent with Sweyer James Macleod's syndrome. CT angiography could be the preffered modality for non invasive diagonosis of Macleod's syndrome. (J Med Sci 2009;12(1):14-17)

The adduct of sodium tert-butoxide (t-BuONa) with tetrahydrofuran (THF) was studied by measuring changes of infrared spectra in the range 900-1100 cm-1. Alkoxide autoassociation and solvation of this associate by tetrahydrofuran play a role in adduct formation. In hydrocarbon solvents in the presence of minor amounts of THF, higher t-BuONa associates are dissociated, the preffered form being a tetramer solvated by three THF molecules. At large excess of THF, the tetramer is solvated by four THF molecules. The stability constant of the adduct, referred to one Na-O bond, is 5.01.

Abstract:
Cometathesis of methyl oleate with 1-hexene or with other α-olefins affords two new esters and two new olefins. In the case of 1-hexene these products are methyl 9-decenoate, methyl 9-tetradecenoate, 1-decene and 5-tetradecene. At the same time, the formation of the esters and olefins with shorter chains(i.e. decene and decenoate) is distinctly preffered. Obviously, the transfer of methylene group from the alkene to the ester molecule is much easier than that of the alkylidene moiety. The non-stoichiometric course of cometathesis is associated with the carbene mechanism of the reaction.

Abstract:
A series of C-7 substituted-2-morpholino-N-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)quinazolin-4-amine have been synthesized and biochemical assay was examined against α-glucosidase function inhibition activity. A structure activity and structure property relationship study was experimented to surface the new hit compound. This study led to the identification of C-7substituted quinazolines with minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) in the preffered micromolar range in addition with interesting physicochemical properties. Biological evaluation yielded eight analogs which rose with significant α-glucosidase inhibition potency (IC50 values < 2 μM, where reference compound (Acarbose) potency value is IC50 = 0.586 uM) and could be promising candidates for further lead optimization.

Through a questionnnaires based survey, newspaper reading habbits of the students of different faculties of university of Peshawar have been studied, in which a sample size of about 100 students have been used. This study demonstarates that majority of the students read Urdu Newspapers, like Daily Mashriq, Ajj, Express and Jang. While, some also read English Newspapers as well , like Daily Dawn and The Frontier Post etc. Moreover, the research reveals that ; political section of the newspaper is the most preffered section for the students. It, also highlights that, majority portion of the respondents prefer home to read a newspaper, while some prefer to read online newspapers in the hostel or department library.

It is estimated that over 75% of rural households in Tanzania depend on common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) for daily subsistence. Recently, farmers have been increasingly looking for improved bean varieties which meet specific market demands characterized with yellow seed colour, early maturing and/or adapted to local agro-ecologies. Study focused on assessing the performance of bean varieties for agronomic traits through variety and environmental interactions by identifying high yielding, ealy maturing and market demand seed classes among the tested materials. For testing adaptability and stability, experiments were conducted in low to high altitudes for two consecutive years using randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replicates. Eight common bean varieties KG98, Navy line 1, KATB9, SABRYT, KATB1, Lyamungu 85, JESCA and Calima Uyole were used. Absolute, matrix and pairwise ranking were used integratively for farmers&rsquo; and researcher&rsquo;s assessment and selection. Participatory variety selection approach gave farmers an opportunity to assess and select varieties from a range of near finished materials in the breeding process. As part of the Farmers&rsquo; participatory variety selection process, seventeen participants as among the consumers 46% being women were selected to participate in a focused group discussion. Results revealed that, days to flowering, days to maturity and yield across the tested environments showed significant differences (p &le; 0.05) as well as yield and diseases interactions for genotype, environment and season. Field data and farmers&rsquo; assessment data showed two varieties of KATB1 (yellow round) and KATB9 (red round) for better performance (high yield) and grain preference respectively. It showed that, early maturing; seed type and marketability varieties are highly demanded by bean farmers in Tanzania.

Japanese culture is a Indonesian colonizer’s culture that most stand out and preffered than other Indonesian colonizer’s culture like Netherlands, England, Spanish, and Portuguese. In the other hand, the local value of Indonesia preffered to be left out because Indonesian preffered the foreign culture. The Japanese that followed modern western culture without leaving their original culture can be an example for Indonesian not to lose their local values so that this project designed for Indonesian still can consume and learn Japanese Culture without forget their local culture. The space for make that happen starts from the daily life of people related to third place. The design method for this design based on the site existing as a basic for building mass with the purpose of using the existing one like as thought by Louis Isadore Kahn. Edutown BSD is the right location to design a proposed project entitled Japan Cultural Hybrid Space because there are various buildings with different functions like shopping centers, entertainment, and education, and culturally there are Japan and Indonesia; Edutown BSD is planned to be an education and research center that is integrated with shopping centers, recreation, and other needs so that it supports the project design in the form of assimilation space. The design results in the form of buildings with material and physical form follow Japan / modern while non-physical is more on Indonesian culture because locality is not merely displaying physical form, so that the meaning of design title does not reflect Japanese culture exclusively. AbstrakKebudayaan Jepang adalah kebudayaan negara penjajah Indonesia yang paling menonjol dan cukup diminati dibanding dengan negara penjajah Indonesia lainnya seperti Belanda, Inggris, Spanyol, dan Portugis sementara nilai-nilai lokal Indonesia cenderung ditinggalkan karena orang Indonesia lebih cenderung memilih budaya luar dibanding budaya lokal. Sikap Jepang yang mengikuti budaya modern dari barat tanpa meninggalkan budaya asal mereka menjadi contoh untuk Indonesia agar tidak kehilangan nilai-nilai lokalnya sehingga proyek ini bertujuan agar Indonesia tetap dapat menikmati dan mempelajari kebudayaan Jepang tanpa melupakan kebudayaan lokal. Wadah untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut dimulai dari keseharian orang-orang terkait third place. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah dengan memanfaatkan kondisi eksisting tapak perancangan sebagai dasar pembentukkan massa bangunan dengan maksud memanfaatkan yang sudah ada seperti yang dipikirkan oleh Louis Isadore Kahn. Edutown BSD menjadi lokasi yang tepat untuk dirancang sebuah proyek yang diusulkan yang berjudul Ruang Asimilasi Budaya Jepang Tradisional dan Modern karena terdapat berbagai bangunan dengan fungsi berbeda-beda seperti pusat perbelanjaan, hiburan, dan pendidikan serta secara kebudayaan terdapat Jepang dan Indonesia; Edutown BSD direncanakan untuk menjadi pusat pendidikan dan riset yang diintegrasikan dengan pusat perbelanjaan, rekreasi, dan kebutuhan lainnya sehingga ikut mendukung perancangan proyek berupa ruang asimilasi. Mannitol is an important biochemical often used as medicine and in food sector, yet its biotechnological is not preffered in Industry for large scale production, which may be due to the multistep mechanism involved in hydrogenation and reduction. This paper is a comparative preview covering present chemical and biotechnological approaches existing today for mannitol production at industrial scale. Biotechnological routes are suitable for adaptation at industrial level for mannitol production, and whatever concerns are there had been discussed in detail, namely, raw materials, broad range of enzymes with high activity at elevated temperature suitable for use in reactor, cofactor limitation, reduced by-product formation, end product inhibition, and reduced utilization of mannitol for enhancing the yield with maximum volumetric productivity.

Abstract:
Eu doped YAG glass ceramics containing single phase of YAG micro-cryatals have been obtained by heat-treating the aluminosilicate precursor glasses. The primary crystallite size of YAG phase is calculated to be ~46 nm and the crystal grains grow with preffered orientation (444) in the internal network. The average secondary particle size is estimated to be ~8μm and the larger grain size is due to the particle aggregation. The pilotaxitic texture of YAG glass ceramics presented in SEM micrograph, can increase yield strength and tensile strength of the sample effectively. The emission spectrum of Eu doped YAG glass ceramics consists of a broad blue emission band and several narrow emission bands, indicating the coexistence of Eu3+ and Eu2+ ions in YAG glass ceramics.

Abstract:
The aim of study was to inverstgatr the preffered by young peoplr of personal models and factors influencing them. The study was conducted in 1999 and 2011 on the sample of high school students (third class), using questionnaire "personal patterns". The results show that the choice by yuung people of personal models occurs in conjunction with the family, school, theachers, peers and the media. Yuong people from these communities draws behavioral models from the different situations of everyday life, the system of social norms and values. Young people from these communities also draws models of socialization. In particular, the mass media (according to research) is an important and attractive component of the educational environment of youth, presenting different lifestyles and value systems, used by the adolescents.

Abstract:
The objective of the study was to determine the concentation ratio between purple sweet potato flour and wheat flour in order to produce purple sweet potato cookies having particular nutritional content and preffered by consumers. A completely randomized experimental design was applied in this study. One experimental factor which was ratio of purple sweet potato flur and wheat flour consisting five level of treatments, was as signed i,e 100%: 0%, 80:20%, 60%:40%, and 20%: 80% respectively. Variables measured were chemical composition (protein, fat, moisture, anthocyanin content) and sensory properties (colour, taste, texture, overall likeness). Results showed that most variables were influenced by the ratio of sweet potato flour and wheat flour, excluding moisture content. The ratio of 80% sweet potato flour : 20% wheat flour resulted in cookies with good characteristics and mostly preffered by parelists. Anthocyamin content of this particular cookies (80%: 20%) was similar to that of sweet potato flour. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap yang terdiri satu faktor dengan lima taraf perlakuan yaitu : Perbandingan tepung ubi jalar ungu dan tepung terigu 100% : 0%, 80% : 20%, 60% : 40%, 40% : 60%, 20% : 80%. Peubah yang di amati adalah komposisi kimia (penentuan kadar protein, kadar lemak, kadar air, kandungan antosianin) dan uji organoleptik (warna, rasa, tekstur, tingkat kesukaan). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan perbadingan tepung ubi jalar ungu dan tepung terigu mempengaruhi peubah-peubah yang diamati, sedangkan untuk kadar air tidak berbeda nyata. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian perlakuan perbandingan tepung ubi jalar ungu dan tepung terigu 80% : 20% dapat menghasilkan kue kering yang terbaik dan disukai. Kandungan antosianin kue kering ubi jalar dengan formulasi 80 : 20% tidak berbeda jauh dengan kandungan antosianin tepung ubi jalar. Kata kunci: kue kering, tepung terigu, tepung ubi jalar ungu

A stabile phenotype is desired. Many statistical methods are available to measure stability. So far, the choice of parameter of stability depended on the perception on the interaction of genotype and environment or ease of counting. The goal of this research was to study correlation among stability parameters. In total of 16 stability parameters were used in this research. Saepo modi (SMsp) as a stability parameter was also used. Branch rust incidence, leaf rust incidence, and leaf rust severity on Arabica coffee were used as variables. This research result showed that none of the parameters of stability correlated significantly with all parameter of stability. It coud be concluded that if someone want to use only one stability parameter, it is preffered to make use of regression and deviation from regression (D2i). In the case a researcher needs to use several of parameters of stability, Saepo modi (SMsp) might be exercised.

We present numerical results for the zero temperature persistent currents carried by interacting spinless electrons in disordered one-dimensional continuous rings. The disorder potential is described by a collection of δ-functions at random locations and strengths. The calculations are performed by a self-consistent Hartree–Fock (HF) approximation. Because the HF approximation retains the concept of single-electron levels, we compare the statistics of energy levels of noninteracting electrons with those of interacting electrons as well as of the level persistent currents. We find that the e–e interactions alter the levels and samples persistent currents and introduces a preffered diamagnetic current direction. In contrast to the analogous calculations that recently appeared in the literature for interacting spinless electrons in the presence of moderate disorder in tight-binding models we find no suppression of the persistent currents due to the e–e interactions.

Kondisi panas dapat menyebabkan berbagai gangguan, baik kesehatan, mental, maupun psikologis. Inilah mengapa jika panas yang diterima seseorang lama dan besar maka akan menyebabkan heat stress. Metode yang digunakan yaitu literature review melalui artikel yang relevan dari google scholar dan pubmed dengan tahun publikasi 2016-2021. Pencarian artikel ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Preffered Reporting Item for Systematics (PRISMA). Terdapat banyak hubungan peningkatan tekanan darah terhadap iklim panas yang diterima pekerja. Akan tetapi setelah dilakukan analisis iklim panas tidak berpengaruh kepada tekanan darah seseorang. Panas lingkungan melebihi nilai ambang batas yang telah ditentukan, maka dapat mengakibatkan pekerja mengalami gangguan fisologis seseorang seperti pusing, kemerahan, dehidrasi, bahkan pingsan sampai meninggal.

The purpose of this research was to obtain snack bar with the optimum sensory and chemical characteristics. This research used a completely randomized design with five treatments and three replications. Data were statistically analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and followed by Duncan’s New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at level 5%. The treatments performed were the differential ratio between jackfruit seed flour and dried slice of ambon banana, namely BNP1 (80:20), BNP2 (70:30), BNP3 (60:40), BNP4 (50:50) and BNP5 (40:60). The result showed that each treatment significantly affected all the observational parameters both chemically and sensory. Jackfruit seed flour : dried slice of ambon banana (40:60) is the optimum treatment which is preffered hedonically with a description of brownish yellow color, banana aroma, banana flavored and having soft level of hardness, having 23.98% moisture content, 2.05% ash content, 11.61% fat content, 5.86% protein content, 56.50% carbohydrate content and 0.88% crude fiber content.Keywords: snack bar, jackfruit seed flour, dried slice of ambon banana

Notwithstanding that the Kubelka–Munk function [F( R)] is the theoretically preffered treatment, relative to log 1/ r, for reflectance data, it has found little favour with workers in near infrared (NIR) reflectance. The most often quoted advantage for F( R) is an improvement in linearity with concentration, which occurs when measurements are made over a wide range of reflection and concentration. However, the practice in NIR is to limit the reflectance range by standardising the method of sample preparation. Hence, the linearity of log 1/ r is not an issue. However, is this restriction on sample preparation methodology a result of the use of log 1/ r? This study shows that moisture changes in ground wheat fractions are linear with F( R) and curvilinear with log 1/ r, and demonstrates that a calibration for moisture in wheat based on F( R) and a large reflectance range, can be successfully transferred to an instrument substantially different from that used to develop the calibration.

To produce the combination of strategy attributes that effect respondent’s decision making to choose a strategy in crisis, conjoint analysis is used in this study. The result shows the combination of strategy attributes such as risk, benefit, and policy are importants in affecting respondent’s decision to implement strategy in crisis. Based on the statistical analysis, turnaround strategy which is reprenseted as reorganizational policy is the most preffered strategy to respon organizational crisis.

The total number of patients who gave birth through vaginal delivery was of 139 patients, amounting to 12.59% of the total population sample. The number of patients that gave birth through C-section was 965, which amounts to 87.4% of the total population sample. Birth through C-section is preferred by both obstetricians and patients alike, due to the fact that vaginal delivery is associated with a higher foetal risk in breech presentation.

An early cauliflower genotype HRDCAU005 was developed from a mix population of Kathmandu Local variety by mess selection at Horticulture Research Division, Lalitpur, Nepal. The developed genotype was 20 days earlier than the Kathmandu Local. The performance of this genotype was evaluated in 2012 and 2013 at different locations; Lalitpur, Kavre, Dailekh and Pakhribas. The experiment was laid out in a randomize complete block design with five replications in all the years and locations. In farmers’ field conditions, the highest fresh curd yield was recorded in Kathmandu Local ( 41.9 t/ha) followed by HRDCAU005 ( 29.72 t/ha) and White Flash (28.41 t/ha). Maximum attack of diamond back moth (DMB) was found in White Flash, one of the check variety, whereas the least diamond back moth attack was observed in the genotype HRDCAU005. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistematika review untuk melihat upaya pencegahan demam berdarah berdasarkan partisipasi masyarakat. Strategi pencarian menggunakan 3 electronic database, EBSCO, Proquest dan Google Scholar dan mengikuti Protokol PRISMA (Preffered Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta Analyses), didapatkan sebanyak 17 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Hasil tinjauan terdapat 4 variabel utama yang digunakan yaitu Sosiodemografi, Knowledge, Attitude dan Practice. Variabel sosiodemografi (umur dan pendidikan) mempunyai nilai signifikan pada 42,8% artikel, variabel pengetahuan cara pendegahan demam berdarah signifikan pada 23,1% artikel, variabel sikap terhadap tempat perindukan nyamuk dan upaya pengendalian vektor sebesar 53,8% artikel, dan variabel perilaku yang mempunyai signifikansi dengan prosentase tertinggi adalah perilaku yang dihubungkan dengan indeks entomologi sebesar 53,8% artikel. Tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan, dan sikap positif terhadap upaya pencegahan demam berdarah belum tentu memberikan hasil signifikan terhadap perilaku. Abstract Red Curly Chili (Capsicum annum) and Salak Pondoh (Salacca edulis Reinw) are one of Indonesia’s agricultural commodities that have high economic value. This research aims to determine the effect of salak chili paste paste formulation on its sensory properties, the effects of salak chili paste paste formulation on the levels of bioactive compounds (capsaicin, flavonoids, phenols, and antioxidant activity, and the effect of salak chili paste paste formulation on total microbes during storage. This research was divided into three stages, which is (1) sensory analysis by trained panelists, (2) analysis of bioactive compounds using a Microplate Reader, (3) analysis of the number of microbes (TPC). The results showed that (1) formulation 37.5 % Curly Red Chili var. Hailux and 12.5 % Salak Pondoh var. Semeru was preffered by the panelists, and had the highest levels of capsaicin bioactive compounds (0.539 mg/g), phenol (0.361 mg GAE/g), and flavonoids (0.462 mg QE/g). (2) formulation 12.5 % Red Chili Curly var. Hailux, and 50 % Salak Pondoh var. Semeru has the highest antioxidant activity (99.87%). (3) formulation of 50 % Salak Pondoh var. Polycrystalline GaN thin films were successfully grown at low temperature (250 °C) by plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition with NH3, N2, N2/H2 gas mixture and trimethylgallium (TMG) as precusor. The growth rate, crystal structure, surface composition and the valence state of the corresponding element of the GaN thin films using different nitrogen sources were characterized and examined systematically via the spectroscopic ellipsometry, the x-ray diffractometer, the x-ray photoel-ectron spectrometer. It is showed that all the GaN thin films using different nitrogen sources were polycrystalline structure and the preffered orientation were mainly (100). The films using N2 and N2/H2 gas mixture had a higher crystal quality than films using NH3. The GPC (growth rate per cycle) would increase with the increase of the N2 flow rate. The films using a suitable ratio of N2/H2 flow rate had not only a high GPC but a good crystal quality. The ratios of Ga/N element of the films using N2/H2 gas mixture were approximated to 1:1, it would increase with the ratio of the N2/H2 flow rate in the gas mixture, which is showing much effect of the ratios of N2/H2 flow rate on the nitrogen content of the thin films.

The experiment was carried out using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) using 5 treatments with the addition of Moringa Leaf Extract: t1 (10%), t2 (20%), t3 (30%), t4 (40%) and t5 (50%). The experiment were carried out on hedonic tests on 20 panelists with 5 scales, namely: 5 = Very like, 4 = Like, 3 = Neutral, 2 = Dislike, and 1 = Very dislike. Acceptance test was conducted on young women.Result: The results of the organoleptic test showed that JALOR Ice Cream was chosen on treatment t2 with the addition of 20% Moringa Leaf Extract. The results of the adolescent girls' acceptance of selected JALOR Ice Cream products showed that all (100%) panelists were at the level of good category.Conclusion: JALOR Ice Cream is with the addition of 20% Moringa Leaf Extract is the most preffered. The acceptance of Ice Cream can be well received by panelists.

Abstract:
The research aims to find out the types, levels of people's preferences as well as factors that affect local food consumption, especially carbohydrate source food in Marore archipelago. The research was conducted in Marore sub-district, namely Kawio and Marore Village which carried out by using survey methods. The results showed that types of local food farmed by the people of Kawio and Marore villages are cassava, daluga, taro yam, sweet potato, banana, and sago as a source of carbohydrates but the farming system and post-harvest handling are still traditional. The level of food preference of people between Kawio and Marore villages are difference. Based on education level, there is a significant real negative correlation for bananas, based on the age, the correlation is significant for cassava and bananas, and based on income per capita there is no correlation. The level of preference for food is generally from ordinary to like very much in the border area of Sangihe Islands influenced by the availability of food, the consumption patterns of local community and the community’s access to get food. Cassava is the most preffered type of food besides rice, so cultivation and post-harvest system must to be optimized.

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of cooling technique in the making of tofu and fish menchi katsu to the acceptence of costumers based on aspects of color, flavor, aroma, and texture. This research was conducted in the laboratory of pastry and bakery processing at the culinary education study program of State University of Jakarta. This research started from the begining of May 2019 until December 2019. The method used is using experimental method. The sample in this study were tofu and fish menchi katsu with the additional cooling technique of 30°C, 8°C and -9°C, which were then given to 30 rather skilled panelists whis assessed all of the aspects. Based on the results of hypothesis test by using friedman test and tuckey test of aspect of color, flavor, and aroma it was proven there was an effect of cooling technique in the making of tofu and fish menchi katsu. Whereas in aspect of texture that there was the only one with effect. Generally, the conclusion of the results of the result of organoleptic assessment that tofu and fish menchi katsu with the most preffered cooling technique of tofu and fish menchi katsu from the aspect of color, flavor, aroma, and texture was with freezer temperature of -9°C.

The aim of this research is to analyze the preference level and prebiotic potency of purple rice that is preffered by group of people in Bali. Purple rice with various pasta proportions, which are 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 g added to 700 g of rice and tested of preference level. The next part was analyzing the Organoleptic and prebiotic capacity of the best purple rice were tested. Prebiotic capacity testing using Bifidobacterium longum and Lactobacillus acidophillus cultured in MRS modified media plus coarse fibers of purple rice and used control of fibers of fresh sweet potato, sweet potato pasta, rice and cooked rice. Parameters observed were preferable level of purple rice, probiotic bacteria growth and prebiotic activity score. This research were designed as Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with 2 replicates and data of the results were analyze at variation of 95% reliance interval and, if there was real difference, it would be continued by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. The results of research indicated that purple rice made of ratio of 100 g rice: 300 g mixture was preferably by panelists. Prebiotic activity score of purple rice was higher than white rice, -0.006 + 0.2 for Bifidobacterium longum and -0.015 + 05 for Lactobacillus acidophilus were means that purple rice has best capacity to become a prebiotic than cooked rice or white rice.

Abstract:
Muffin as the kind of cake which was made in personal size, solid texture, clumped inside, and looks like a cupcake shape. In generally, muffin which was made by flour. However for utilizing the local food then can be replaced with banana flours. Soy milk was added in muffin making process. It aimed for increasing of nutritional value and as supplementary feeding alternative for student of elementary school. The aim of study was knowing the acceptability of color, aroma, flavor, texture and protein nutrition value from banana flour muffin with addition the differences of soy milk. The research was an experimental design with using the analysis of friedman test. There are three treatments of banana flour with soy milk F1 (90% : 0%), F2 (95% : 25%), F3 (100% : 50%). The result of organoleptic test showed that the best product was muffin with formula 100% : 50 % which was protein contains 6, 96 gram. This muffin has qualify of PMT-AS as 274,47 kkal, protein 6,96 gram per serving size. Based on the result showed that there was a significant by adding soy milk to protein level, aroma, texture and flavor of banana flour muffin. Researcher suggest or futher research is necessary to study for adding some of aroma varians from nature indrigient others for making banana flour subtitution muffin with adding soy milk is more preffered to student and society.

: Traumatic injuries to the anterior teeth are one of the most difficult and perplexing problems faced in the paediatric dentistry. Coronal fracture of the anterior teeth is a common form of dental trauma that mainly affects the maxillary and mandibular incisors. Fragment reattachment has been the preffered technique among clinicians because it has several advantages over the composite restorations such as it is a conservative procedure, maintains original tooth contours, translucence and incisal edge wears at similar rate to adjacent teeth. : To compare and evaluate the fracture resistance of reattached fragments using three different methods. Forty sound permanent mandibular central and lateral incisor were selected and mounted in self-cure acrylic resin. The teeth were sectioned with a diamond disc 3mm short of the incisal edge and they were randomly divided into four groups (n=10). Group I – simple reattachment, group II- internal dentinal groove, group III – vertical groove with fiber reinforced post placement, group IV – overcontouring done before the reattachment procedure. The force required to fracture the specimen were recorded using an onscreen calibration tool of the universal testing machine. The results were statistically analyzed. : The results showed that group I, group II and group IV required lesser force to fracture when compared with group III. : The group restored with fiber reinforced post showed the highest value of fracture strength while the simple reattachment had the lowest value.

This study will find the best foreign exchange between US Dollar, Deutsche Mark, Poundsterling and Yen, with the bestinterest rate and the best inflation rate for such transaction by using Arbitrage transaction mechanism. in foreign exchange transaction, the speculation risk is very high but this is becoming a reason why this kind of transaction being attractive and obviously more economic agents done this business. When the exchange rates become high, economic agents have a chance to get the high profit because of such differences occurred on exchange rates. The problem is how to manage this situation as well as possible mainly for managers. The role of estimation on foreign exchange for example by knowing the variables that determined foreign exchange rates, is important for trading on foreign exchange. Beside that, Arbitrage can give an additional profit from such investment in a foreign exchange and windfall profit from spread of the foreign exchange.

Cedera menjadi permasalahan serius yang memberikan dampak pada 4,7 juta orang di dunia. Angka cedera di Indonesia mencapai angka 9,2% dan salah satu kelompok rentan cedera adalah anak usia sekolah. Hal ini berhubungan dengan kondisi lingkungan yang tidak aman dan rendahnya kemampuan untuk melakukan tindakan pertolongan pertama. Untuk dapat melakukan tindakan yang tepat maka diperlukan keyakinan dan kepercayaan diri. Salah satu aspek penting yang berpengaruh pada efikasi diri adalah pengetahuan individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan pengetahuan pertolongan pertama pada anak sekolah terhadap efikasi diri dalam penanganan cedera menggunakan systematic review. Strategi pencarian menggunakan dua database elektronik : PubMed dan Google Scholar dan mengikuti protocol PRISMA (Preffered Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta Analyses) dengan rentang publikasi 2010-2020 diperoleh tujuh artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil telaah artikel yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa efikasi diri dan tingkat pengetahuan anak sekolah tentang pertolongan pertama masih rendah. Hal ini berhubungan dengan usia sekolah yang masih dalam tahap peerkembangan kemampuan kognitif dan emosional dan juga anak sekolah cenderung belum memiliki pengalaman sebelumnya dalam penanganan cedera. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan pengetahuan pada layperson anak sekolah yang dapat diinisasi oleh tenaga kesehatan sebab informasi yang diperoleh dari tenaga kesehatan terbukti meningkatkan efikasi diri yang lebig baik dibandingkan pihak lainnya. Hal ini harus dilakukan dengan tetap memperhatikan metode dan media yang disesuai dengan daya tanggap usia tersebut sehingga dapat meningkatkan jumlah layperson usia anak sekolah di Indonesia.
