In dit interdisciplinaire vak tekenden we de artistieke praktijk van Dear Hunter als onderzoeksinstrument. Veerle Spronck brengt verslag uit. In what way can drawing be a method of reflection? 'Drawing Instruments', an artistic research workshop, was organized in the Research Centre For Arts, Autonomy and the Public Sphere of Hogeschool Zuyd, Maastricht from November 2016 to March 2017. Abstract:
Selbstbestimmung und Autonomie während der Geburt sind seit den 1970er-Jahren zentrale Forderungen der Frauengesundheits- und Patient*innenbewegungen. Im Fokus steht dabei eine Emanzipation von der bio-medizinischen Geburtsmedizin mit ihren starken Interventionen und Kontrollpraktiken. Bei Selbstbestimmung im herkömmlichen Sinn wird ein autonomes, unabhängiges Subjekt vorausgesetzt und adressiert. Aber passt diese Beschreibung überhaupt zu einem Ereignis wie der Geburt? Oder treten angesichts der Spannungslage zwischen Selbstbestimmung und Fürsorge Grenzen der Selbstbestimmung für Gebärende zutage? Diesen Fragen geht der Artikel nach, indem er zuerst einen medizinischen Paradigmenwechsel zum Themenbereich der Patient*innenautonomie nachzeichnet und danach fragt, inwiefern das Selbstbestimmungsparadigma für professionelle Geburtshelfer*innen und Gebärende praktisch relevant ist. Dazu wurden gebärende Frauen kurz vor und nach der Geburt befragt. Weiterführende Überlegungen zu Widerstand und Empowerment in einer sehr machtvollen Institution wie dem Krankenhaus, in dem ein Großteil der Geburten stattfindet, bilden den Abschluss des Artikels.

Duurzame inzetbaarheid houdt in dat werkenden nu en in de toekomst kunnen en willen blijven werken. In een continu veranderende en veeleisende werkcontext lijkt het beschikken over veerkracht een belangrijke voorwaarde voor duurzame inzetbaarheid. De vraag is of dit daadwerkelijk zo is, en zo ja, hoe veerkracht vanuit de werkomgeving kan worden versterkt. In dit artikel onderzoeken we de samenhang tussen veerkracht, indicatoren van duurzame inzetbaarheid en werkhulpbronnen binnen een diverse groep werknemers over één jaar tijd. Uit de resultaten blijkt dat Nederlandse werknemers over het algemeen veerkrachtig zijn, maar dat er verschillen zijn tussen subgroepen in de mate waarin men zich veerkrachtig voelt. Gevonden werd dat veerkracht een determinant is van duurzame inzetbaarheid een jaar later. Daarnaast blijkt er een positief wederkerig verband te bestaan tussen autonomie in het werk en veerkracht: autonomie hangt positief samen met veerkracht een jaar later, en andersom. Ten slotte blijkt veerkracht een determinant van de mate van coachend leiderschap die een werknemer een jaar later ervaart. Deze resultaten bieden praktische aanknopingspunten voor de HR-praktijk om de veerkracht en daarmee de duurzame inzetbaarheid van werknemers te versterken.Sustainable employability means that employees are able and willing to work productively both now and in the future. Employee resilience appears to be an important condition for sustainable employability in a continually changing and increasingly demanding work environment. In this article, we examine whether this holds in practice, and whether and how employee resilience can be strengthened. The relations between resilience, sustainable employability, and job resources of a heterogenous group of employees are examined over a period of one year. The results show that employee resilience is a determinant of sustainable employability one year later. Also, a positive reciprocal relationship is found between autonomy at work and employee resilience: autonomy is positively related to resilience one year later, and vice versa. Finally, employee resilience appeared to be a determinant of the level of coaching leadership experienced by employees one year later. Practical implications for HR-practice are discussed, that may help to strengthen the resilience and thereby increase the sustainable employability of employees.

ABSTRACT Project based learning (PBL) refers to an approach to instruction that teaches curriculum concepts through a project espousing principles of learner-centered teaching, learner autonomy, collaborative learning, and learning through tasks. This paper justifies the implementation of PBL to design two main projects and their activities in Creative Writing and Second Language Acquisition classes at English Language Education Program of Dunia University Indonesia (ED-DU). Moreover, the paper details pedagogical practices and learning resources deployed in both classes. The discussions would seem to indicate that the use of PBL grounded in the projects shows a high level of students’ participation in learning, and teachers’ innovative teaching practices. Finally, the paper hopes to provide EFL teachers who have similar teaching practices with practical ideas they can develop to help students achieve particular learning objectives in their classrooms and continue the positive trends of implementing PBL in teaching and learning. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran berbasis proyek (PBL) merupakan suatu pendekatan instruksi yang mengajarkan suatu konsep kurikulum yang didukung prinsip pengajaran yang terpusat pada siswa, otonomi siswa, pembelajaran kolaboratif, dan pembelajaran melalui tugas. Kajian ini memberikan alasan tentang implementasi PBL untuk merancang dua proyek utama dan aktifitasnya di kelas Creative Writing dan Second Language Acquisition pada program studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Universitas Dunia Indonesia. Selain itu, kajian ini memaparkan secara rinci praktik pedagogi dan sumber pembelajaran yang digunakan di kedua kelas tersebut. Pembahasan dalam kajian ini nampak mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan PBL dalam kedua proyek tersebut menunjukan tingkat partisipasi siswa yang tinggi dan praktek pengajaran guru yang inovatif. Akhirnya, kajian ini berharap untuk memberikan guru Bahasa Inggris sebagai Bahasa Asing yang mempunyai praktik pengajaran serupa dengan ide praktis yang mereka bisa modifikasi dan kembangkan untuk membantu siswa mencapai tujuan pembelajaran tertentu dalam kelas mereka dan melanjutkan kecenderungan positif pada implementasi PBL dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Abstract:
Local cultural symbols have been used massively along with the spirit of primardialism, subtituting javaneseness nationalism of the New Order. This article aims to examine Bugis cultural values and the shift of meaning used as the preference in the political practice that support power relations. To the present, in the era of local autonomy, the old order has reborn in Buginese culture and force the cultural legitimacy, such as reproduced values and eve more related the political practices and power struggles. Such tendency has resulted in the division of Belawa community into two groups those who geneologically have political power (anakarung) and those who have not. This has formed a patronage stucture relationship based on delicate agreement (assituruseng). Such a values has cultural legacy which is then reproduced as an instrument in the political practice and maintain power domination by anakarung. Such a strategy is a hegemonic effort, utilizing various components of Bugis cultural through symbols and adages.

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menguraikan bagaimana implementasi kebijakan MPKP di ruang rawat inap RSUD Kota Baubau.Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Studi Kasus.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari sisi struktur model praktik keperawatan profesional (MPKP) dari semua tahapan-tahapan model praktik keperawatan profesional (MPKP) yang terlaksana dengan baik hanya pembentukan tim dan Hand Over, sedangkan pre conference, post conference dan ronde keperawatan tidak terlaksana dengan baik. Dari sisi proses implementasi model praktik keperawatan profesional di RSUD Kota Baubau menggunakan metode keperawatan primer modifikasi tim tetapi belum sesuai dengan standar sebab masih terbatasnya sumber daya manusia baik ketua tim maupun anggota yang mempunyai pendidikan Ners yang masih kurang. Dari sisi penerapan nilai-nilai profesional telah dilaksanakan dengan baik seperti memperlakukan pasien dengan baik, keluarga pasien sebagai mitra dan menghargai otonomi pasienKata kunci : Implementasi kebijakan, Model Praktik Keperawatan Profesional. Abstract Background: The implementation of the Professional Nursing Practice Model (MPKP) at the Hospital aims: to improve and realize the quality of nursing services. This study aims to describe how the implementation of the MPKP policy in the inpatient ward of Baubau City Hospital. Method: The research design used was qualitative research with a Case Study approach. Result: The results showed that in terms of the structure of the professional nursing practice model (MPKP) of all the stages of the professional nursing practice model (MPKP) that were carried out well only team formation and Hand Over, while the pre-conference, post conference and nursing rounds were not well implemented. In terms of the process of implementing the professional nursing practice model in Baubau City Hospital using the team's primary nursing method but not yet in accordance with the standard because there are still limited human resources both team leaders and members who have less Ners education. Model praktek keperawatan professional merupakan suatu model yang memberikan kesempatan bagi perawat untuk menunjukkan otonomi dan akuntabilitas dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan kepada klien. Suatu program evaluasi bagi model praktek keperawatan professional diperlukan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana keefektifan model keperawatan ini terhadap peningkatan pelayanan keperawatan di ruang model ini. Evaluasi dapat diarahkan kepada aspek struktur dimana komitmen organisasi pelayanan keperawatan akan dikaji, aspek proses dimana factor pelibatan dan partisipasi dari seluruh komponen yang terlibat dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan dinilai, serta aspek hasil dimana kepuasaan klien dapat diukur. Program evaluasi ini seyogyanya dapat dilaksanakan minimal dua kali dalam tiga tahun, dimana evaluasi pertama merupakan informasi dasar bagi evaluasi selanjutnya. AbstractA professional nursing practice model is an approach that enables nurses to demonstrate their autonomy and accountability in delivering their care to patients. An evaluation program for a professional nursing practice model is required to assess the effectiveness of this model toward an improvement of nursing service in this model unit. The evaluation plan is involved in three aspects: structure, process, and outcome. The aspect of structure is evaluated to assess a commitment of the nursing service organization. The aspect of process is directed to evaluate an involvement and participation of all components in a nursing care delivery system. And finally, the aspect of outcome is assessed to determine the satisfaction of patients and the staff. A program of evaluation is best to be conducted twice for a period of three years during which the first evaluation is used as a baseline data for an incoming evaluation.Keywords: A professional nursing practice model, a program evaluation, structure, process, outcome.

Abstrak Sejak era otonomi daerah, setiap daerah memiliki kewenangan untuk mengelola dan memanfaatkan sumber daya di daerahnya, termasuk sumber daya kelautan dan perikanan. Adanya otonomi daerah juga berimplikasi pada peran serta masyarakat lokal sesuai dengan adat istiadat yang berlaku, termasuk hak ulayat laut yang dikelola adat (Customary Marine Tenure / CMT). Praktik-praktik CMT yang ada menunjukkan bahwa CMT dapat memberikan solusi terhadap masalah-masalah perikanan, termasuk mencegah munculnya tragedy of the commons yang mengakibatkan hilangnya spesies ikan. Di Kepulauan Maluku dan Papua, salah satu praktik CMT tersebut adalah hukum adat sasi laut yang berisi peraturan dan larangan dalam memanfaatkan sumber daya laut. Jika ditinjau lebih dalam, sasi laut dapat menjadi salah satu upaya tata kelola kelautan dan perikanan yang berbasis partisipasi masyarakat lokal dan memiliki prinsip berkelanjutan. Selain itu, pelaksanaan sasi laut juga membutuhkan dukungan dari pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah agar keberadaannya dapat membawa manfaat bagi masyarakat, mendukung keberlanjutan sumber daya perikanan dan kelautan, dan menjaga keanekaragaman hayati. Kata kunci: sasi laut, hak ulayat laut, pengelolaan perikanan, pemerintahan daerah Abstract Since the era of regional autonomy, each region has the authority to manage and use the resources in its area, including marine and fisheries resources. The existence of regional autonomy also has implications for the participation of local communities in accordance with prevailing customs, including Customary Marine Tenure (CMT). CMT practices show that CMT can provide solutions to fisheries problems, including preventing the tragedy of the commons that could extinct fish species. In the Maluku Islands and Papua, one of the CMT practices is a customary law called marine sasi which contains rules and prohibitions in utilizing marine resources. Marine sasi is one of the efforts to regulate marine and aquaculture based on the participation of local communities and on the principles of sustainability. In addition, the implementation of marine sasi also requires support from the central government and local governments to be able to provide benefits to the community, support the sustainability of fisheries and marine resources, and support biodiversity. I den här uppsatsen diskuteras begreppet paternalism så som det används av Danny Scoccia och Joel Feinberg. Särskilt fokus ligger vid hur man bör definiera mjuk och hård paternalism. Begreppen är viktiga då de är centrala om man vill diskutera kopplingen mellan moral och politik. I denna uppsats är huvudfokus på de moraliska begränsningarna av vad man bör stifta lagar om men det uppstår oundvikligen paralleller till moraliska överväganden av mer privat karaktär. Även om uppsatsen inte lägger fram några argument som slutgiltigt avgör diskussionen bemöts ett antal argument mot Feinbergs teori och stark kritik framförs mot det av Scoccia föreslagna alternativet till definitioner.

Abstract:

This essay is a philosophical investigation of the relation between children and their play. My aim is to see if children are autonomous when it comes to their play. Is there a moral boundary between those who take part in the play and those who do not? This topic is especially important when it comes to the moral status of a child in the Swedish pre-school. How should educationists act when it comes to children’s play?

  Through an analysis of the notions of play and autonomy I show that play can be understood as something of a moral value to the child and if children should be seen as autonomous when it comes to their play. In my notional investigation I rely on common sense tradition of the philosophy of ordinary language and I also postulate three values which I state constitutes good play, free consent, respected seclusion and meaningfulness. On my results I base an investigation of the policy document of the Swedish pre-school and an argumentation for the strengthening of the respect towards children’s autonomy and play in the policy as a governing document for the pre-school as an institution. 


Den här uppsatsen är en filosofisk undersökning av relationen mellan barn och deras lek. Mitt syfte är att se om barn bör betraktas som autonoma när det kommer till deras lek. Finns det en moralisk barriär mellan dem som leker och det som inte deltar i den? Den frågan är i synnerhet viktig när det kommer till barnets etiska ställning i den svenska förskolan. Hur bör pedagoger och förskolepersonal förhålla sig till barn och deras lek?

  Genom att analysera begreppen lek och autonomi visar jag att lek är något som är moraliskt värdefullt för barnet och att barnet bör beaktas som autonomt när det kommer till dess lek. I min begreppsliga utredning lutar jag mig mot common sense traditionen i vardagsspråksfilosofin och jag postulerar tre värden vilka jag menar utgör god lek, frivillighet, avskildhet och meningsfullhet. Mina resultat blir till grund för en granskning av den svenska förskolans värdegrund och en argumentation för att respekten för barns självbestämmande och fria lek är något som bör förtydligas i värdegrunden som styrande dokument för verksamheten.

This essay is comparing the different perspectives of the debate on surrogacy in two Swedish Newspapers. The purpose of this study is to contribute with knowledge about the different perspectives of the debate about surrogacy in relation to women's autonomy. The theory is defined by decisional autonomy and practical autonomy, which is written by Jonathan Pugh. Through an idea analysis, the material of the essay is analyzed through an analysis tool created with Pugh’s theory. The delimitation of material is selected from articles from Dagens Nyheter and Svenska Dagbladet between 2010 and 2020. The result shows that 12 of the arguments in the articles are based on the decisional autonomy perspective, where six of them are based on both decisional and practical autonomy in their arguments. Practical autonomy is the main argument in four of them. The conclusion is that the side of the debate that is against surrogacy argues that the woman does not have enough autonomy to decide to be a surrogacy mother, without pressure or manipulation. The other side of the debate, that is for the altruistic model argues that she has enough autonomy to make her own decision. Another conclusion in this essay is that most of the arguments, even regarding practical autonomy, are based on decisional autonomy, since practical autonomy is mostly a tool for protecting women or helping them to implement their wishes. That's why decisional autonomy is most frequently used in the debate of surrogacy.

Abstract:
I denna vetenskapliga essä beskriver jag två möten med personer som drabbats av stroke. I reflektion kring dessa möten redogör jag för dilemman i min yrkesvardag. Jag försöker att beskriva vikten av att förståelse uppnås mellan mig som sjukgymnast i neurologisk rehabilitering och de personer jag möter. Detta för att rehabiliteringen ska bli bra. Mitt ansvar är att göra personen engagerad i rehabiliteringen och personens ansvar är att aktivt delta. Problem uppstår när personen på grund av sjukdom inte har autonomi och därmed inte kan ta ansvar för sig själv. Kring begreppen praktisk kunskap, möte, ansvar och reflektion redogör jag för filosofers och andra författares tankar och reflekterar vidare kring dessa begrepp kopplat till de möten jag beskriver. Min slutsats är att jag behöver både teoretisk kunskap och praktisk kunskap i mitt arbete. Den praktiska kunskapen är ofta tyst kunskap. Reflektion är viktig för att jag ska kunna utföra mitt arbete så bra som möjligt och samla erfarenhet och praktisk kunskap. Trots att jag försöker att göra etiska val i min yrkesutövning ingår att jag ibland misslyckas. I reflektion och besvikelse över dessa misslyckanden bygger jag mer erfarenhet.
This scientific essay depicts two encounters with individuals who have suffered stroke. While reflecting about these encounters I describe dilemmas in my professional everyday work. I try to describe the importance of understanding between me as a physiotherapist working with neurological rehabilitation and the individuals I encounter. The purpose is achieving good rehabilitation. My responsibility is to make sure the individual feels invested in the rehabilitation and thus actively participate. Problems arise when the person as a result of disease do not have autonomy and consequently is unable to take responsibility. Philosophers’ and other authors’ thoughts and opinions about practical knowledge, encounters, responsibility and reflection as well as my own thoughts about the encounters I have had are described and analyzed. My conclusion is that both theoretical and practical knowledge are needed in my work. The practical knowledge is often tacit knowledge. Reflection is essential for me to be able to do my work as well as possible and to earn experience and practical knowledge. Even though I try to make ethical choices in my occupation I am not always successful. It is when reflecting and feeling disappointed about these failures that I emerge a more experienced professional in my field.

The Independent Practice During the last hundred years, the music industry has evolved with the record labels playing a central role. However, many argue that this situation is about to change as record sales have decreased during the last ten years. This imminent change in the music industry will not only affect the multinational record labels, but also the independent record labels.  As record sales have decreased during the last ten years, the number of members in the Swedish Independent Music Producers Association (SOM) has increased and the association now includes 300 independent record labels which are responsible for around 30 percent of the music being produced in Sweden. However, they can be considered a dominated group within the music industry, since they only have around 10 percent of the total market shares when it comes to selling figures. Considering the changes in record sales, the domination of the major record labels and the somewhat fascinating growth of independent actors during turbulent times, this thesis will study how the Swedish independent actors relate to the practices and ideals relevant in the daily work of running an independent record label. The practices studied in this thesis are the practice of work, the practice of recognition and the practice of content production. The purpose of this thesis is to analyse how independence is constructed among the members of SOM. The thesis is based on material collected in a web survey as well as seven interviews with representatives of indie labels. The web survey was distributed to all members of SOM, and the interviewed informants were selected by snowball sampling, using a locator to find informants. The survey material was analysed with cluster and variance analysis, while the interview material was analysed using content analysis – searching for themes connected to the practices. All material is understood through the theoretical frame of the field theory. The main results of the study are that there are different ways of relating to practices among the Swedish independent actors, and that these ways of relating are closely connected to their position within the field. There are common ways of relating to practices such as always promoting DIY, the importance of music and the need to resist the dominance of the major labels. However, the independent actors are not consistent in how these commonalities work in practice. For example, DIY is not applied if it is not economically necessary, and the need to resist the major labels is only apparent when the independent actor has a weaker position within the field. The more established an independent actor is within the field, the lesser resistant he is against the dominating structures of the music industry.  As a result of a weakening resistance against the major labels, the independent actors turn to struggle each other.

Abstract:
This study is about voluntary productive activities in digital networks and on digital platforms that often are described as pleasur­able. The aim of the study is to relate the peer producers’ perceptions of their activities on a micro level in terms of play, game, work and labour, to their views on Wikipedia’s relation to capitalism on a macro level, to compare the identified ideological formations on both levels and how they relate to each other, and finally compare the identi­fied ideological formations with contemporary Marxist theory on cognitive capitalism. The intention is to perform a critical evaluation of the economic role of peer production in society.Qualitative and semi-structured interviews with eight Wikipedians active within the Swedish language version of Wikipedia con­stitute the empirical base of the study together with one public lecture by a Wikipedian on the encyclopaedia and a selection of pages in the encyclopaedia that are text analysed. The transcribed interviews have been analysed using a version of ideological analysis as it has been developed by the Gothenburg School. The views on the peer producing activities on the micro level has been analysed in a dialecti­cal way but is also grounded in a specific field model.Six ideological formations are identified in the empirical material. On the micro level: the peripheral, bottom-up- and top-down-formation, on the macro level: the Californian alikeness ideology, communism of capital and capitalism of communism. Communism of capital has two sides to it: one stresses the synergies and the other the conflicts between the two phenomena. The formations on the macro level conform broadly to contemporary Marxist theory, but there are important differ­ences as well. The study results in a hypothesis that the critical side of communism of capital and the peripheral and bottom-up-formation could help to further a more sustainable capitalism of communism, and counteract a deeper integra­tion of the top-down-formation with Californian alikeness ideology. The latter is the main risk of capitalist co-optation of the peer produc­tion that is underway as the manifestly dominant formations on the macro level are Californian alikeness ideology and communism of capital.

Dizertační práce se zabývá elektronicky nastavitelnými oscilátory, studiem nelineárních vlastností spojených s použitými aktivními prvky a posouzením možnosti vzniku chaotického signálu v harmonických oscilátorech. Jednotlivé příklady vzniku podivných atraktorů jsou detailně diskutovány. V doktorské práci je dále prezentováno modelování reálných fyzikálních a biologických systémů vykazujících chaotické chování pomocí analogových elektronických obvodů a moderních aktivních prvků (OTA, MO-OTA, CCII ±, DVCC ±, atd.), včetně experimentálního ověření navržených struktur. Další část práce se zabývá možnostmi v oblasti analogově – digitální syntézy nelineárních dynamických systémů, studiem změny matematických modelů a odpovídajícím řešením. Na závěr je uvedena analýza vlivu a dopadu parazitních vlastností aktivních prvků z hlediska kvalitativních změn v globálním dynamickém chování jednotlivých systémů s možností zániku chaosu v důsledku parazitních vlastností použitých aktivních prvků.

This thesis offers a case illustration where autonomy as explanatory construction is described from ecosystemic thinking. Certain important constructions with the emphasis on autonomy are discussed. The focus is on a family in which incest occurred. Some possible patterns in such families are discussed. The content is presented in the form of a play in four acts, namely: Act 1 : The incest relationship Act 2: The disclosure of the secret Act 3: The involvement of the people concerned Act 4: The involvement of the helping professions The autonomy of the incestuous family and the way in which conservation is manifested is described. The research applies the theory to describe the process of an incest drama in one family. Conclusions and recommendations are applied to the general social work practice.
Hierdie verhandeling bied 'n illustrasie waar outonomie as verduidelikende konstruksie vanuit ekosistemiese denke in 'n gevallestudie beskryf word. Sekere belangrike konstruksies van ekosistemiese denke, met die klem op outonomie, word bespreek.
