Abstract:
This paper examines the use of family planning methods in Ilala Municipality, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Atotal of 55 respondents were involved in the study. The study used both quantitative and qualitative techniquesin collecting and analysing data. A questionnaire, in-depth interviews and documentary review were used togather data. The findings indicated that the modern family planning methods, such as condoms and oralcontraceptives like postinor-2, the morning after pills, injection, and implant, were preferred over thetraditional family planning methods, such as withdrawals, calendar rhythm method and periodic abstinence. The factors influencing family planning methods were education, access to information, fear and unfoundedethical beliefs, number of siblings, children as an indicator of one’s high status, prestige, and childrenconfirming one’s virtue. Generally, the use of family planning methods was determined by socio-economicstatus of the users and environmental variables. Therefore, it is recommended that the stakeholders constructhealth centres and educate people on good family planning methods.

Abstract:
Background: Unwanted pregnancies among young women is a growing reproductive health concern.Correct and consistent use of contraception will stop this ugly trend while emergency contraception (EC) can also be viewed as a 'second chance method' in preventing unwanted pregnancies and unsafe abortions. The aim of this study is to assess the knowledge and practice of emergency contraception among Nigerian male undergraduates as they areknown to have risky sexual behaviours. Methodology: This was a cross sectional study involving three hundred and thirty male undergraduates from three Tertiary institutions in Ibadan. A Multi-staged random sampling technique was used to recruit participants. Results: Knowledge about EC was poor among majority (74.5%) of male undergraduates. About 55.2% of the participants were sexually active and out of which 33.9% are currently using EC. The commonly (67.5%) used EC by their partners waslevonorgestrel only pill (Postinor). Participants with higher levels of education, awareness of EC, previous use or having a partner who had previously used EC, participants who had sex within the past 6 months and those who were willing to recommend EC to others had a better knowledge of EC, which were all statistically significant. Conclusion: Providing accurate information to improve knowledge of EC among young men could lead to an increase in the uptake of EC.

Abstract:
‘Governance’ of online hate speech (OHS) has become a buzzword in social media research and practice. Inputs from a plethora of stakeholders, international organisations, platforms, governments, and NGOs are discussed by academics, (social) media executives and lawmakers around the globe. In these discussions, the opinions of users remain underexplored, and data on their experiences and perceptions is scarce. The present paper focuses on five case studies of model OHS postings in the context of the Austrian OHS governance system. For these case studies, 157 respondents assessed in an online survey whether a posting should be deleted according to their own ethical standards, whether they believed that this posting was currently punishable under Austrian criminal law, and whether it should be punishable. Furthermore, respondents indicated how they deal with OHS in their daily lives when confronted with it on digital platforms. Using social sciences, human rights, and criminal law approaches, we found that OHS-awareness among our respondent group was high and that there is a preference for state regulation, i.e., punishability under national criminal law, and for the deletion of OHS postings. Simultaneously, readiness for counter-speech and reporting of postings for deletion remains relatively low. Thus, OHS postings are hardly ever answered directly or forwarded to specialised organisations and/or the police. If OHS postings are reported, it is mostly done via the channels of the respective platform.

Abstract:
Background: Emergency contraception (EC) offers women a second chance to avoid unintended pregnancy after unprotected sexual intercourse. Besides its availability, requisite knowledge and positive attitude of the healthcare works will encourage its utilization by the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) and host community. Objectives To determine the knowledge, attitude and practice of EC by healthcare workers (HCWs) in IDP camps and host community clinics in Jere and Maiduguri metropolitan local government areas (LGAs) of Borno state, Nigeria. Methodology: Self-administered questionnaires were issued to HCWs attending a workshop on child spacing counselling and service organized by the Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of Nigeria, North-East sector (SOGON-NE). The questionnaire inquired about knowledge, attitudes and practice of emergency contraception. Results: Eighty-nine (89.0%) of the respondents were aware of EC and 88.0% have approved of its provision. The most common indication for the EC was unprotected sexual intercourse (91.0%), followed by rape, failed contraception and missed pills. Sixty-five (84.4%) of Nurse/Midwives and CHEWs were willing to provide EC for prospective clients and 59(76.6%) of them had provided EC in the past. The commonest form of EC known to the respondents was Levonorgestrel (Postinor 2), followed by oral contraceptive pills (OCP) and intrauterine device (IUCD). Mifepristone and ulipristal were known to only 23.6% and 11.2% of the respondents respectively. Majority (79.6%) will give EC immediately after intercourse. Only 46.1% of the respondent would institute EC within 7 days of unprotected intercourse and among them, 50% were Nurse/Midwives and 46.4% were CHEWs. Conclusion: Both the knowledge and approval of EC among the HCWs in the IDP camps and host community clinics in Jere and Maiduguri metropolitan LGAs of Borno state are high. This can be harnessed to encourage the wide utilization of the EC by adolescents and other vulnerable womenin the IDP camps and Host communities.

Abstract:
BACKGROUND: Contraception is the procedure of preventing pregnancy when it is not desired (MedicineNet, 2018). It is broadly divided into natural and artificial methods of which the artificial is further subdivided into Temporary and Permanent methods. METHODS: This research exercise was conducted in Awka South Local Government Area in Anambra State, Nigeria consisting of Nine Towns namely Amawbia, Awka, Ezinato, Isiagu, Mbaukwu, Nibo, Nise, Okpuno and Umuawulu (Wikipedia, 2018). Questionnaires were administered by an interviewer which consists of 5 sections while data was analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) and the results were chi-squared at appropriate times and data were presented in forms like prose, tables, and charts. RESULTS: 78.9% of the respondents were aware of temporary artificial methods of contraception; 44.3% of correspondents with knowledge of temporary artificial contraceptives got their information from friends while 22.4% of the correspondents got theirs from school which reflects a low level of sex education in our homes and religious institutions. Only 18.4% could actually identify intra-uterine contraceptive devices from a list of options While 43.2% could actually identify a contraceptive pill within a list of options. The study also showed that the oral contraceptive pill most known to 50.4% of the correspondents is postinor-2 while the intra-uterine device most commonly known to those with knowledge of intra-uterine contraceptive device was Mirena which is about 65.8% of the correspondents. Also, this research revealed that 49.2% admitted to having used temporary artificial contraceptives. CONCLUSION: Despite the high level of awareness of temporary artificial contraceptives methods, its level of practice is quite low in this part of the country and the major factors influencing the knowledge and attitude of the participants towards temporary artificial contraceptives are marital status and educational level.

Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected all spheres of life, including the healthcare workforce. While the COVID-19 pandemic has started driving organizational and societal shifts, it is vital for healthcare organizations and decision-makers to analyze patterns in the changing workforce. In this study, we aim to identify patterns in healthcare job postings during the pandemic to understand which jobs and associated skills are trending after the advent of COVID-19. Content analysis of job postings was conducted using data-driven approaches over two-time intervals in the pandemic. The proposed framework utilizes Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) for topic modeling to evaluate the patterns in job postings in the US and the UK. The most demanded jobs, skills and tasks for the US job postings are presented based on job posting data from popular job posting websites. This is obtained by mapping the job postings to the jobs, skills and tasks defined in the O*NET database for the healthcare occupations in the US. The topic modeling results clearly show increased hiring for telehealth services in both the US and UK. This study also presents an increase in demand for specific occupations and skills in the USA healthcare industry. The results and methods used in the study can help monitor rapid changes in the job market due to pandemics and guide decision-makers to make organizational shifts in a timely manner.

Abstract:
Large numbers of job postings with complex content can be found on the Internet at present. Therefore, analysis through natural language processing and machine learning techniques plays an important role in the evaluation of job postings. In this study, we propose a novel data structure and a novel algorithm whose aims are effective storage and analysis in data warehouses of big and complex data such as job postings. State-of-the-art approaches in the literature, such as database queries, semantic networking, and clustering algorithms, were tested in this study to compare their results with those of the proposed approach using 100,000 Kariyer.net job postings in Turkish, which can be considered to have an agglutinative language with a grammatical structure differing from that of other languages. The algorithm proposed in this study also utilizes stream logic. Considering the growth potential of job postings, this study aimed to recommend new sub-qualifications to advertisers for new job postings through the analysis of similar postings stored in the system. Finally, complexity and accuracy analyses demonstrate that the proposed approach, using the Cluster Feature approach, can obtain state-of-the-art results on Turkish job posting texts.

Abstract:
SYNOPSIS: Using a multi-method approach, we explore accounting academics’ knowledge-sharing practices in an Electronic Network of Practice (ENOP)—the Accounting Education using Computers and Multimedia (AECM) email list. Established in 1996, the AECM email list serves the global accounting academic community. A review of postings to AECM for the period January–June 2006 indicates that members use this network to post questions, replies, and opinions covering a variety of topics, but focusing on financial accounting practice and education. Sixty-nine AECM members constituting 9.2 percent of the AECM membership base responded to a survey that measured their self-perceptions about altruism, reciprocation, reputation, commitment, and participation in AECM. The results suggest that altruism is a significant predictor of posting frequency, but neither reputation nor commitment significantly relate to posting frequency. These findings imply that designers and administrators of the recently launched AAA Commons platform should seek ways of capitalizing on the altruistic tendencies of accounting academics. The study’s limitations include low statistical power and potential inconsistencies in coding the large number of postings.

ABSTRACT This paper examines the impact of firms' dissemination of corporate social responsibility (CSR) information through Facebook on corporate reputation. We investigate this relationship empirically by using a corporate reputation index that tracks nonprofessional stakeholders' daily perceptions of corporate reputation over time. We find that firms disclosing CSR information on Facebook experience a decrease in reputation. If we differentiate Facebook postings based on whether their content provides environmental or social information, we only find a negative effect on reputation for firms posting social information (quality effect). However, reputation is not affected by the number of CSR postings (quantity effect). Data Availability: Data are available from the commercial databases and public sources identified in the paper.

Abstract:
Background: Physician assistants (PAs) are often suggested as a partial solution to predicted primary care workforce shortages, but a declining proportion of PAs are entering primary care practice. Policy efforts have focused on increasing primary care PA supply, but low labor market demand might be constricting the primary care PA pipeline. Method: In this descriptive, cross-sectional study, we compare primary care and specialty job postings to each other and to occupied PA positions. Job posting data for 2014 are from a leading labor analytics firm. Results: Only 18% of job postings were in primary care, compared with 27% of occupied PA positions. The proportion of postings that were for primary care varied widely by state (9% to 40%) and were highest in the West. Discussion: Job availability is a potential barrier to PAs practicing in primary care, especially in some locations. Other job factors are examined and policy solutions are suggested.

This study is to examine the nature of collaboration between the Department of Home Affairs Australia (DHA) and the Directorate General of Immigration Indonesia (DGI) to protect their borders and intercept unauthorized arrivals, and to identify current challenges of postings of Airline Liaison Officers (ALOs) at airports in Indonesia. This study employs the qualitative research method methodology using the document analysis and observation at Jakarta and Bali airports by collecting sources of data from public organizational reports, official documents, books, online publications, or journal articles. The data is analyzed by using the five indicators by O’Leary & Vij: power, communication, perceived legitimacy, trust, and information exchange. The study shows the collaboration between DHA and DGI in posting of ALOs at airports in Indonesia has been running for more than a decade as the extraterritorial immigration control despite legal challenges, sovereignty, non-refoulment principles, human rights violations, and authority overlap. This paper recommends both countries to ratify new arrangements about posting of ALOs subject to the national sovereignty, data sharing, use of technology, Indonesian legislations, and involvement in operation protocols. Further study about extraterritorial immigration control by postings of ALOs in Indonesia can be discussed from the perspectives of national sovereignty, border integrity, and intelligence service. Keywords: DHA, extraterritorial immigration control, ALOs, unauthorised arrivals, perceived legitimacy

Abstract:
Purpose Social media enables consumers to regularly express themselves in a variety of ways. Selfie-postings are the new tool for self-presentation, particularly among millennials. The purpose of this paper is to identify the motivations associated with selfie-postings among female millennials. Design/methodology/approach The exploratory study consisted of 15 in-depth interviews with women who were 19-30 years of age. The analysis of data was facilitated by an iterative constant comparison method between data, emerging concepts and extant literature. Findings Textual analysis reveals impression management to be pivotal in understanding the consumer selfie-posting process. Other sub-themes include happiness and physical appearance. In addition, self-esteem was revealed as a motivator and an outcome. Research limitations/implications The study was limited to females who were 19-30 years of age. Future research should include males and a wider age group and focus on empirical testing of the identified themes. Practical implications This research sheds light on the motivation and outcomes associated with selfie-postings. Implications for marketers and advertisers include a better understanding of how to engage consumers to post content in the form of selfies with brands and products. Originality/value This paper fulfils an identified need to explore the growing trend of selfie-postings and contributes to academic literature in consumer behavior by identifying the motivations of selfie-postings.

Abstract:
This study investigated the influence of social interactions and subjective norms on individuals’ social media postings. The study developed a theoretical model by extending the Theory of Reasoned Action with social interactions. A CB-SEM analysis was conducted to test the hypothesised relationships based on the data collected from 312 social media users. Results indicated that social interactions (i.e. likes, shares, comments and follows) were significantly related to the attitude towards the selfie-posting behaviour. Further, the attitude and subjective norms were significantly related to behavioural intentions, which together accounted for a significant amount of variance in the actual behaviour. The findings contributed to literature by introducing the significant role of “social interactions” in predicting the attitude towards the selfie-posting behaviour.

Abstract:
In this study we investigate whether Facebook fan-page posting types and topics have a significant effect on engagement. More specifically, the media type and content theme of posting on Facebook are examined to see whether or not there was a difference between content topics. In order to achieve this goal, we set hypotheses as follows: (1) the media types of posting have a significant effect on engagement; (2) the topics and sentiment polarity of posting have a significant effect on engagement. We tested these hypotheses using research procedures as follows: (1) collection and preprocessing of social-media data, including posting types, comments, and reactions on Facebook fan pages, (2) topic modeling of fan-page postings using R and SAS, (3) testing hypotheses using a negative binomial regression model, and (4) implications and insights for social-media marketing. Topic modeling applying to textual data and sentiment analysis were conducted. After that, in order to find the factors to affect the number of Facebook fan-page engagements, the negative binomial regression model including post type, topic, sentiment, reactions of “love,” “haha,” and their interaction as exploratory variables was considered. Finally, the results show that post type is the most influential factor to affect social-media engagement, and content topics, sentiments of posts and comments also have significant effects on it.

Abstract:
Background Loneliness has become a public health problem described as an epidemic, and it has been argued that digital behavior such as social media posting affects loneliness. Objective The aim of this study is to expand knowledge of the determinants of loneliness by investigating online postings in a social media forum devoted to loneliness. Specifically, this study aims to analyze the temporal trends in loneliness and their associations with topics of interest, especially with those related to mental health determinants. Methods We collected a total of 19,668 postings from 11,054 users in the loneliness forum on Reddit. We asked seven crowdsourced workers to imagine themselves as writing 1 of 236 randomly chosen posts and to answer the short-form UCLA Loneliness Scale. After showing that these postings could provide an assessment of loneliness, we built a predictive model for loneliness scores based on the posts’ text and applied it to all collected postings. We then analyzed trends in loneliness postings over time and their correlations with other topics of interest related to mental health determinants. Results We found that crowdsourced workers can estimate loneliness (interclass correlation=0.19) and that predictive models are correlated with reported loneliness scores (Pearson r=0.38). Our results show that increases in loneliness are strongly associated with postings to a suicidality-related forum (hazard ratio 1.19) and to forums associated with other detrimental behaviors such as depression and illicit drug use. Clustering demonstrates that people who are lonely come from diverse demographics and from a variety of interests. Conclusions The results demonstrate that it is possible for unrelated individuals to assess people’s social media postings for loneliness. Moreover, our findings show the multidimensional nature of online loneliness and its correlated behaviors. Our study shows the advantages of studying a hard-to-reach population through social media and suggests new directions for future studies.

Abstract:
Abstract Objective Growth in big data and its potential impact on the healthcare industry have driven the need for more data scientists. In health care, big data can be used to improve care quality, increase efficiency, lower costs, and drive innovation. Given the importance of data scientists to U.S. healthcare organizations, I examine the qualifications and skills these organizations require for data scientist positions and the specific focus of their work. Materials and Methods A content analysis of U.S. healthcare data scientist job postings was conducted using an inductive approach to capture and categorize core information about each posting and a deductive approach to evaluate skills required. Profiles were generated for 4 job focus areas. Results There is a spectrum of healthcare data scientist positions that varies based on hiring organization type, job level, and job focus area. The focus of these positions ranged from performance improvement to innovation and product development with some positions more broadly defined to address organizational-specific needs. Based on the job posting sample, the primary skills these organizations required were statistics, R, machine learning, storytelling, and Python. Conclusions These results may be useful to organizations as they deepen our understanding of the qualifications and skills required for data scientist positions and may aid organizations in identifying skills and knowledge areas that have been overlooked in position postings.

Background: Maternal and child morbidity and mortality in developing countries have been shown to be reduced by effective use of contraceptive methods. Contraceptive use also improves the lives of women and children. Experience with previous use of contraceptives may affect the uptake rate of modern contraceptive methods. Aim and objective: To determine the pattern of previous contraceptive usage, uptake rates of the contraceptives, the continuation and discontinuation rates and the sources of prior contraceptives. The socio-demographic characteristics and sources of information on current contraceptive use at the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital during the study period. Methods: This was a retrospective study of clients’ records in family planning clinic at theRivers State University Teaching (RSUTH) over a period of five years. Their cards were retrieved, reviewed; data was extracted, coded and analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) IBM version25.0 (Armonk, NY). Results: There were 874 contraceptive acceptors attending family planning clinic between 1st January, 2015 and 31st December, 2019 in the centre. Of this number, 566 (64.8%) were using one form of contraceptive method or the other while 308 (35.2%) were not on any form of contraception. Of this 566 women who used contraceptive method prior to their visit to the family planning clinic, intrauterine contraceptive device (IUCD) use accounted for 118 (20.8%), others were barrier method, 107 (18.9%), oral contraceptive pills (OCPs), 95 (16.8%), depot medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA), 72 (12.7%), implanon, 40 (7.1%), noristerat, 36 (6.4%), postinor, 28 (5.0%), withdrawal method, 26 (4.6%) and calendar method, 24 (4.2%). Most of the previous contraceptives used came from Government hospital accounting for 44.4%. Most women (72%) obtained their information concerning current contraception from clinical personnel. More than half of the clients (64.1%) were within the age range of 30-39 years and 2 (0.2%) were below 20 years. Age range for the study was 19-51years. Majority of the clients (70.7%) were multipara while 162 (18.5%) were grandmultipara. Modal parity was para 3. The women with formal education were 867 (99.2%). Married women and Christians accounted for843 (96.5%) and 867 (99.2%) respectively. Conclusion: Most clients were in their thirties, married, educated and multiparous. Thirty five percent of the women were not using any form of contraceptive method which is quite alarming and definitely would have led to unwanted pregnancies and possibly induced abortions with its sequalae.

Abstract:
The Virginia Department of Transportation began posting deer advisory messages on changeable message signs (CMSs) along a 16.7-mi segment of Interstate 64 in October 2015. The posting of these messages during the peak of deer activity, from October to November from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m., was intended to raise driver awareness and reduce the high number of deer–vehicle collisions (DVCs) in the area. The effectiveness of deer advisory messages with regard to DVC reduction is not well known. Effectiveness in this study was determined by evaluating deer carcass removal data from three October and November deer advisory posting periods. Vehicle speed evaluations were also conducted to determine whether drivers reduced speed in response to the advisories. Carcass removals were lower when the deer advisories were posted than when they were not posted, and this difference was statistically significant. During the deer advisory postings, there were statistically significant speed reductions of up to 2.8 mph at four of the five vehicle sensor stations. Speed reductions were greater when deer advisories were posted during periods of lower traffic volumes. Seasonal deer advisory messages on an interstate appear to be an effective form of DVC mitigation. Posting seasonal deer advisories every other day on the five existing CMSs in this study’s project area is expected to save approximately $700,000 to $1.4 million over the service life of the CMSs.

Abstract:
Adequately staffed rural health services improve healthcare delivery and health outcomes, yet this is lacking in rural Ghana. We used a descriptive qualitative design to understand the contextual issues that affect rural practice, in the Upper East Region, Ghana. Sixty-eight in-depth interviews were conducted with healthcare workers and analysed thematically. Four themes were identified: types of postings to rural settings, healthcare workers’ perceptions of their rural postings, perceived enablers and motivators for rural practice, and perceived challenges and barriers to rural practice. While adequate supervision and family proximity are needed to improve the feelings of loneliness, isolation and neglect in rural areas, challenges and barriers such as inadequate security, unstable electricity supply, language barrier, lack of equipment and transport/ambulance have been identified to have negative influence on healthcare workers. The findings highlight the need for healthcare managers to improve fairness and transparency in the posting and reshuffling processes of healthcare workers.

Abstract:
Abstract Our aging society calls for a workforce capable of meeting older adults’ diverse needs. Yet the extent that employers seek out a workforce with aging-related training or education is unclear, as is how people with such backgrounds search for positions. We describe an exploratory content analysis of job postings to understand how employers are searching for applicants with aging-related backgrounds, and compare job posting keywords to terms used by a sample of aging-trained job seekers/employees. Results showed 35% of aging-related job postings used keywords expressing preference for applicants with aging-related backgrounds; the most commonly-occurring terms were “gerontology,” “Assisted living” + “adult day” + “director” + “nursing home administrator,” and “elderly.” Job seekers also cited “gerontology” as a term used to search for positions, along with “aging,” “older adults” and “seniors”. Findings suggest that employers should use more positively-connoted terms to attract applicants with aging-related backgrounds, rather than terms like “elderly.”

Abstract:
Introduction: Research data management (RDM) is being recognized as an increasingly important role for librarians. In this paper, the role of health science librarians in supporting research data management endeavors is examined. Methods: All job postings currently (as of April 5th, 2018) available on the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Information (iSchool) job site were analyzed to identify positions related to health science librarianship. The job responsibilities and descriptions were then examined to identify instances where research data management was mentioned. Results: Thirty-two postings from the search results were identified as meeting the inclusion criteria. Of these thirty-two health science librarian postings which were included in the analysis, eight included supporting research data management services, in some capacity, as part of the position description. Discussion/ Conclusion: Through the job posting analysis, a picture emerges where RDM is not consistently seen as a role for health science librarians. However, the literature indicates that in many instances, research data management is already being done by health science librarians, and is a trend which is likely to continue in the future. As such, it is important that research data management services start being acknowledged and reflected in education and job description opportunities.

Abstract: To avoid fraudulent Job postings on the internet, we target to minimize the number of such frauds through the Machine Learning approach to predict the chances of a job being fake so that the candidate can stay alert and make informed decisions if required. The model will use NLP to analyze the sentiments and pattern in the job posting and TF-IDF vectorizer for feature extraction. In this model, we are going to use Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) to balance the data and for classification, we used Random Forest to predict output with high accuracy, even for the large dataset it runs efficiently, and it enhances the accuracy of the model and prevents the overfitting issue. The final model will take in any relevant job posting data and produce a result determining whether the job is real or fake. Abstract:
This study examines the burgeoning phenomenon of Facebook memorial pages and how this research about online social networking environments can contribute to the existing literature related to Klass, Silverman, and Nickman (1996) continuing bonds thesis. I argue that memorial pages constitute a new ritualized and public space for maintaining these continued bonds and that individuals exhibit several types of bonding interactions with the deceased. I conducted a content analysis on a purposively selected sample of 12 public Facebook “pages” where I coded 1,270 individual Wall postings. Analyses demonstrated that many individuals routinely used these Walls to continue their relationships with the deceased. Findings revealed several Wall posting categories, “guidance from beyond and reunion with the deceased,” “messages and visitations from the deceased,” and “conversations with the deceased,” which I then combined under a central thematic heading of “paranormal copresence.” There were 267 Wall postings coded under “guidance and reunion,” 26 for “messages and visitations,” and 340 for “conversations,” with the total of 633 Wall postings under the central thematic heading of paranormal copresence. This research highlights how individuals have transcended the limitations of time and physical space in relation to traditional bereavement behavior and rituals and how data found on public websites, such as Facebook, can be used to further theorize bereavement and to demonstrate continue bonds between the living and the dead.

Abstract:
Social media is in a dynamic environment of real-time interaction, and users generate overwhelming and high-dimensional information at all times. A new case-based reasoning (CBR) method combined with attribute features mining for posting-popularity prediction in online communities is explored from the perspective of imitating human knowledge reasoning in artificial intelligence. To improve the quality of algorithms for CBR approach retrieval and extraction and describe high-dimensional network information in the form of the CBR case, the idea of intrinsically interpretable attribute features is proposed. Based on the theory and research of the social network combined with computer technology of data analysis and text mining, useful information could be successfully collected from massive network information, from which the simple information features and covered information features are summarized and extracted to explain the popularity of the online automobile community. We convert complex network information into a set of interpretable attribute features of different data types and construct the CBR approach presentation system of network postings. Moreover, this paper constructs the network posting cases database suitable for the social media network environment. To deal with extreme situations caused by network application scenarios, trimming suggestions and methods for similar posting cases of the network community have been provided. The case study shows that the developed posting popularity prediction method is suitable for the complex social network environment and can effectively support decision makers to fully use the experience and knowledge of historical cases and find an excellent solution to forecasting popularity in the network community.

Abstract:
During the implementation of the Movement Control Order (MCO), e-marketing became a favourable solution for sellers to interact with customers at home. Today, even though the MCO is no longer in existence, online shopping behaviours have become a new norm because of a long-term impact on the interactions between seller and buyer. Since the number of online marketing is growing, sellers must understand the concept of viral marketing that suits their products. This study analyses the virality of contemporary snack marketing on the Instagram platform using the Susceptible-Infected-Recovery (SIR) model. It is essential for sellers or marketers who want to see how users react to various types of posting. It also makes it easier for customers to get the information from the postings. The parameters used in this model are the number of followers, number of reached users, and number of homepage visits. Data are collected from 14 July 2021 until 11 October 2021 at an Instagram account that promotes a type of chocolate-in-jar snack. There are three types of posting that the admin of the Instagram account frequently uses to gain customer interaction, which are Feed, Reels, and Stories. The most viral posting from each type is observed. The results reveal among the viral posts, Reels recorded the highest virality  posted on 11 September 2021 (Saturday).

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to create a classification model that can identify the type of job by using online job posting text data and evaluate the performance of the model. By applying the latest deep learning machine learning method to Work-Net online job postings(OJPs) text data, it is to automatically determine the occupat ional code of the OJPs. Considering the research trends shifting from a rule-based model to an artificial neural network model. and the merit of handling large-scale online job posting materials and the contextual meaning of text well. the latest models of artificial neural networks. Bi-LSTM and KoBERT models, were applied. As a result of applying the model to 8 million text data of employment insurance Work-Net job posting data from 1999 to 2001 . matching accuracy of 0.62 to 0.82 was achieved. The result is not very high performance. but it is generally judged to be a model that can determine the occupation. In particular. high accuracy was achieved in professions where job descriptions were specific and precise. Although it is not yet perfect for practical use, it is expected that the performance of the automatic occupational classification system will improve in the future when recruitment practices into the job-type labor market change and more precise data pre-processing and model applications are made.

Abstract:
_______ This research article is a reflection on the concept and application of the term postizo in religious sculpture, both in its current valuation as an element that is not part of the sculpting but added, such as the case of glass eyes, hair eyelashes, teeth and nails made from bone—not so the clothing and other elements, such as bases or crowns—. All this implies that restorers in training frequently question the role that this element play’s in the piece’s creation. For the above, it is why in this text I propose that postizos should be conceived as an integral part of the statue’s creation process, being a recurring resource, which provides greater realism, complementing the woodwork, regardless of the materials that must be “added”. To support this proposal, referential pieces that offer a greater understanding of viceregal imagery will be used as examples.

Abstract:
This article examines the protection measures and the law applicable to posted workers. As a general rule, the Rome I Regulation designates the law to be applied to transnational individual employment contracts. In the context of postings, however, this is supplemented by certain safeguards foreseen in the Posting of Workers Directive. This paper analyses the interrelationship between the core set of employment terms as regulated in the Directive and the conflict-of-law rules for employment contracts in the Rome I Regulation. The article takes a critical look at the key problems in the legal regime applicable to posted workers under the Directive and its 2018 amendment. Special attention is first given to the question of determining the habitual workplace of a posted worker, then to the temporary nature of postings, and subsequently to the question of remuneration guaranteed to posted workers. The legal nature of national transposing measures of the Directive and national provisions entailing the core set of employment terms will also be analysed in order to explicate the interface of the two instruments. The paper will subsequently examine the application of the preferential approach.

Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this paper is threefold: to measure and compare the degree of social media use (SMU) by football clubs, to assess football fans’ engagement with content posted by football clubs (FCs) and to evaluate differences in user engagement with commercial social media advertisement targeting football fans, based on the advertisements’ appeal. Design/methodology/approach This paper employs three approaches. First, it uses the corporate social media use (CSMU) model to analyse 20,954 Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter postings from 78 European FCs. Second, it develops a categorisation for social media postings and uses ANOVA and Scheffè tests to conduct a pairwise comparison. Third, it uses a fictional hedonic low-involvement product (chocolate bar) to conduct an experiment by creating a Facebook advertising campaign with three advertisements that are manipulated regarding their general appeal. Findings Study 1 demonstrates that individual FCs show big differences between their degree of SMU. There are, however, no differences between European leagues, social media platforms, or more/less successful FCs. The results of Study 2 indicate that social media users like, comment and share postings by FCs independently of the content of the posting. Study 3 reveals that both user engagement and reach of advertisements can be substantially increased by employing football-related appeals. Originality/value This paper helps understanding consumer engagement in social media. The results presented are relevant and helpful for a multitude of actors, including FCs and other sports clubs, companies targeting football fans and researchers interested in social media and sports marketing.

Abstract:
The increase in communicable and non-communicable disease incidence and prevalence, changing population demographics, along with concerns about pandemics, natural disasters, and wars, have highlighted the challenges faced by health systems. The study aims to identify data on publicly posted public health jobs available to applicants eligible to work in India to identify the public health and allied fields workforce needs, skills, and expertise in India. A cross-sectional study was done in June–July 2021. The data was collected from eleven common job portals in India. Descriptive and content analysis was done to identify the most common job titles, educational level preferred/desired, skills, and experience required in the public health jobs in India. In total 382 unique public health and related fields jobs were analyzed. Job postings were most commonly classified as manager (n = 68), officer/lead (n = 61), analyst (n = 49), and consultant (n = 44). Around one-fifth of the jobs were based in Delhi (n = 98, 24%). About a quarter of the job postings required more than 8 years of experience (26%, n = 100). More than half of the job postings mentioned having the knowledge and understanding of data analysis and statistical approaches (n = 116, 64%). Around 15% (n = 193) of the job posting wanted the candidate to have expertise in communication. Skills were classified into various types such as software, technical, and language. Timely assessment of the curriculum should be done to impart skills related to the needs of the employers and prepare a skilled and competent public health workforce to address the 21st century public health challenges.

Abstract:
Human-resource management is a unique challenge for professional sport franchises (PSFs). A lack of research on full-time employees in sport means we know little about the perceptions of those most connected to PSFs despite the unique nature of the sport industry. This paper investigates whether communicating socially responsible behavior (SRB) in sport job postings generates more prospective person–organization fit (POFit) and greater application intention. Uncovering these relationships will help sport practitioners optimize their hiring process by targeting recruitment messages. The analysis does not support the idea that communicating SRB in a sport job posting enhances prospective POFit or application intentions, even for socially conscious applicants. These findings contradict similar exercises carried out in other industries, highlighting the distinctiveness of professional sport.

Pictures and communication about non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) can frequently be found on the internet.MethodsDuring 4 weeks in April 2016, n = 2826 (from n = 1154 accounts) pictures which directly depicted wounds on Instagram were investigated. Those pictures, associated comments, and user accounts were independently rated for content. Associations between characteristics of pictures and comments as well as weekly and daily trends of posting behavior were analyzed.ResultsMost commonly, pictures depicted wounds caused by cutting on arms or legs and were rated as mild or moderate injuries. Pictures with increasing wound grades and those depicting multiple methods of NSSI generated elevated amounts of comments. While most comments were neutral or empathic with some offering help, few comments were hostile. Pictures were mainly posted in the evening hours, with a small peak in the early morning. While there was a slight peak of pictures being posted on Sundays, postings were rather evenly spread across the week.ConclusionsPictures of NSSI are frequently posted on Instagram. Social reinforcement might play a role in the posting of more severe NSSI pictures. Social media platforms need to take appropriate measures for preventing online social contagion.

Abstract:
Self-publication of news on Web sites is becoming a common application platform to enable more engaging interaction among users. Discussion in the form of comments following news postings can be effectively facilitated if the service provider can recommend articles based on not only the original news itself but also the thread of changing comments. This turns the traditional news recommendation to a "discussion moderator" that can intelligently assist online forums. In this work, we present a framework to implement such adaptive news recommendation. In addition, to alleviate the problem of recommending essentially identical articles, the relationship (duplication, generalization or specialization) between suggested news articles and the original posting is investigated. Experiments indicate that our proposed solutions provide an enhanced news recommendation service in forum-based social media.

Abstract:
The fast development and accessibility of social media has created an important potential for improvements in the medical field. However, it may also increase the risk of unprofessional conduct among its users including medical students. This study aimed to determine the pattern of social media usage and the self-perceived online professionalism among medical students in one public university in Malaysia. A cross sectional study using a questionnaire was conducted. The questionnaire consisted of participant's demographic details and perception of professionalism on social media usage, using a 5-point Likert scale. The descriptive data analysis was done using SPSS V21.0. Results showed majority (80-93%) denied making postings related to defamation, racism, gender discrimination, potential breach of confidentiality and bad behaviour. 30% shared their social media accounts and postings to public audience and 22% will accept their patients as friends or followers. Most students denied any improper posting related to potential unprofessional statements and behaviour hence perceived as still guarding their online professional conduct. However, some are still not sure about issues related to privacy settings and doctor-patient boundaries on social media. Hence, it is important to educate medical students regarding online medical professionalism and the potential challenges associated with online interaction via social media. Keywords: Social media, medical students, medical professionalism, online conduct, Malaysia.

Abstract:
Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine how Fortune 100 companies are using Facebook (FB) in terms of employing corporate ability (CA), corporate social responsibility (CSR), and hybrid communication strategies, meeting different stakeholders’ expectations, and incorporating interactivity components into social media. Design/methodology/approach – A quantitative content analysis was used to examine a total of 1,486 corporate FB postings. Findings –Fortune 100 companies predominantly employed a CA strategy over a CSR strategy or a hybrid strategy. They prioritize customers’ needs over other stakeholders’ (e.g. stockholders and community members) on FB. FB fans are more likely to post “like” when companies personalize their FB messages. Seeking specific action-oriented participation on FB increased the frequencies of “like” and “comment,” whereas using the generic terms like “try” or “learn” decreased such frequencies. Finally, the frequencies of fans posting “like” and “comment” are affected by how often companies responded to fans’ postings and not influenced by how often companies feed new FB updates to fans. Originality/value – This study provides a benchmark case of how corporations are using a mainstream social media outlet to engage different stakeholders. It helps to assess the current status of public relations communication strategies on the mainstream social networking site. Companies can increase public engagement and response on social media through more personalized messages and techniques to encourage active participation and dialogue.

Abstract:
The high-profile appearance of Chinese media organizations in Africa has attracted considerable attention. How Chinese correspondents in Africa actually go about their work is, however, little understood. A posting in Africa gives journalists at Xinhua News Agency or China Central Television a degree of freedom not experienced in China combined with greater local visibility than a posting in the West and more market opportunities. At the same time, it carries the rather heavy responsibility to act as a pioneer of a new, distinctive global voice for China envisaged by the Chinese government. Based on interviews and observation at several Chinese media organizations in three African locations and in Beijing over the course of 3 years, this article suggests that Chinese correspondents in Africa are unable to make use of the opportunities their postings offer. While the greater investments of Chinese media in Africa have been framed to date as a challenge to their struggling competitors, in reality, journalists working for Chinese media not only feel some of the constraints that have characterized international journalism in the past decade but also face additional ones: the problem of finding and communicating a clear identity; of remaining relevant in a space where national media are growing fast and becoming more professional; of testing new styles without appealing only to a niche.

Abstract:
General paranoia is the term that best describes a user's social media experience. The spaces we go to socialize online are full of suspicion, potential bad-faith actors, and advertisements that seem to know your every move. This attention-grabbing, habit-forming culture is sold on dreams of limitless love between family, friends, and community (as promised by the Facebook slogan "bring the world closer together"). Genuine connection can be found online, but the heart of this network lies outside fiber optic cables.
