Plusieurs chercheurs ont soutenu que depuis le début des années 1990 l’État suédois se transforme en fonction de principes néolibéraux. Néanmoins, les analyses institutionnelles qui ont tenté de valider ou d’invalider cette théorie ont parfois escamoté certains axes de la réforme de l’État. Dans cet article, nous procédons à une analyse de la transformation institutionnelle du secteur des postes depuis la fin des années 1980. Nous observons quels ont été les grands changements pour une organisation telle que Posten, qui a longtemps joui d’un statut de monopole public dans le secteur de la livraison du courrier. Nous nous penchons aussi sur la question de la création d’un marché de la livraison du courrier et des colis et nous tentons de voir si les parts de marché des organisations publiques sont en déclin. En somme, nos recherches indiquent que les changements dans le secteur postal suédois constituent un virage important par rapport aux principes de la social-démocratie traditionnelle, mais que les réformes ne peuvent pas être qualifiées de néolibérales.

Abstrak: Tuberkulosis (Tb) masih banyak diderita masyarakat di Indonesia. Penderita Tb dalam suatu keluarga akan berisiko mudah menyebarkan penyakit tersebut pada anggota keluarga yang lain. Terlebih pada pasangan suami istri (pasutri) yang berencana mengikuti program kehamilan. Pengetahuan tentang risiko Tb pada pasutri yang merencanakan kehamilan perlu diketahui. Penularannya melalui gejala batuk yang diderita menjadikan rancu dengan batuk yang juga didapati pada Covid-19. Tujuan pengabdian untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan atau kesadaran tentang faktor risiko Tb pada pasutri yang merencanakan kehamilan dan pencegahan penularannya, dan bagaimana mengetahui perbedaannya dengan gejala Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian adalah pretes, penyuluhan, dan postes. Kegiatan pengabdian dihadiri oleh 36 peserta, dengan nilai postes meningkat menjadi 89 setelah penyuluhan dibandingkan 45 pada nilai pretes. Peningkatan nilai postes menunjukkan pemahaman peserta meningkat setelah menyimak materi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber. Pemahaman tersebut dapat digunakan pasutri yang mengikuti program hamil dalam membekali diri menjalani kehamilan yang sehat nantinya.Abstract: Tuberculosis (Tb) is still suffered by many people in Indonesia. Patients with TB in a family will be at risk of easily spreading the disease to other family members. Especially for couples who plan to participate in a pregnancy program. Knowledge about the risk of TB in couples planning a pregnancy needs to be known. Transmission is through coughing symptoms that are confused with coughing which is also found in Covid-19. The purpose of the service is to increase knowledge or awareness about TB risk factors in couples planning pregnancy and preventing transmission, and how to know the difference between the symptoms of Covid-19. The methods used in the service are pretest, counseling, and posttest. The service activity was attended by 36 participants, with the posttest score increasing to 89 after counseling compared to 45 in the pretest score. The increase in posttest scores showed that participants' understanding increased after listening to the material presented by the resource person. This understanding can be used by couples who participate in the pregnancy program in equipping themselves for a healthy pregnancy later.

RÉSUMÉ La crise économique qui a précédé la Deuxième Guerre mondiale a obligé le gouvernement du Québec à donner des terres aux indigents désireux de s'établir dans des régions éloignées des centres urbains. Ce mouvement a donné naissance à de petites communautés appelées « colonies », composées essentiellement de populations très pauvres. Pour plusieurs raisons, en particulier en raison de contraintes budgétaires, le gouvernement a choisi d'embaucher des infirmières pour répondre à l'ensemble des besoins de santé de ces populations, plutôt que d'y envoyer des médecins. Ce choix l'a conduit à accepter que des infirmières fassent quotidiennement des interventions considérées comme des actes médicaux. C'est ainsi que fut créé un service spécial appelé «Service médical aux colons », consistant en un réseau de plus de cent postes desservis uniquement par des infirmières travaillant en collaboration avec les médecins établis en région. Cet article décrit la longue gestation et l'implantation de ce service méconnu; il démontre que les infirmières ont été au cœur d'un vaste réseau de soins de santé, en particulier pendant une période de grandes difficultés économiques.

ABSTRAKUntuk menjadi seorang guru peneliti, mahasiswa calon guru harus memiliki keterampilan riset pendidikan yang memadai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran experiential ter-hadap kemampuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa calon guru biologi dalam merancang riset penelitian pendi-dikan. Sampel penelitian adalah 68 mahasiswa calon guru biologi yang mengambil mata kuliah Metodologi Penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes objektif dan rubrik penilaian proposal. Hasil tes objektif me-nunjukkan bahwa rerata pemahaman mahasiswa calon guru biologi tentang perancangan riset pendidikan pa-da saat pretes adalah 27,35% sedangkan untuk postes adalah 40,94%. Penghitungan N-Gain menghasilkan ni-lai N-Gain 0,18 dan nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan dari pretes ke postes termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Hasil penilaian proposal menunjukkan bahwa rerata penguasaan keterampilan merancang riset adalah 59,15%. Hasil penilaian proposal ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pembelajaran Experiential kurang ber-pengaruh pada peningkatan aspek kognitif, pendekatan ini dapat membantu mahasiswa calon guru biologi da-lam merancang proposal riset pendidikan. ABSTRACTTo become a teacher researcher, pre-service teachers should have sufficient education research skills. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of experiential learning in improving pre-service biology teachers’ skills in designing education research. Sample were 68 pre-service biology teachers enrolling in Biology Research Methodology course. Research instruments were objective test and research proposals assessment rubric. Objective test results showed that pretest average was 27.35% while posttest average was 40.94%. N-Gain value was 0.18 and this value indicates that the increment from pretest to posttest was categorized in low category. Results of proposal assessment showed that the average skill in designing education research was 59.15%. Proposal assessment results indicate that although experiential learning has low impact in improving cognitive aspect, this approach can help pre-service teachers in designing education research proposal.

Ces observations, qui s'inscrivent dans la durée et sont pour certaines dans la continuité des postes du Réseau climatologique d'État précédemment exploités par Météo-France, sont les témoins d'un changement climatique de plus en plus prégnant et rapide. La mine d'or qu'elles représentent aujourd'hui permet la réalisation d'outils pédagogiques au service de la vulgarisation scientifique. For 20 years, Infoclimat, a non-profit organization, has developed a network of standardized weather stations across France in addition to the visual observation carried by its enthusiasts. These observations are complementary of the official network operated by Météo-France and many of them are the continuity of the State climatological network. Year after year, they are recording the impact of climate change in France. Nowadays, the network of Infoclimat is used as a tool for education and vulgarization.

<p>Measurement of students' process skills in science lessons by teachers can be applied through an authentic assessment process. This valuation method is by what was mandated in the 2013 curriculum. The problem related to the implementation of authentic assessment by Biology Science teachers in Bogor Regency is that teachers are less skilled in applying authentic assessment in the learning process. This service activity aims to ensure that teachers not only understand but are also trained in using authentic assessment well. The target of this service activity is science teachers who are members of the Subject Teachers' Consultation (MGMP) in Bogor Regency. The teacher involved in this activity amounted to 40 people consisting of various Schools in Bogor Regency. The action was held at SMPN 1 Cibinong, Bogor in August 2018. The instruments for implementing community service included test instruments and questionnaires. The implementation of this service includes several stages, namely 1) pre-test and observation, 2) socialization of understanding, forms and examples of authentic assessment, 3) practice of developing and compiling authentic assessments, 4) presentation of results and 5) posttest. The results of the activity showed that there were differences in the score scores of the understanding of the teacher's authentic assessment concept on the pretest and posttest. The average score of the pretest is classified as very low at 20.06, and the post-test mean score is 68.75 in the sufficient category. It can be concluded that the discussing about authentic assessments can be well received by teachers in the Subject of Teacher Subjects in the Bogor.<br />Keywords: Authentic assessment, Bogor, science, teacher.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Pengukuran keterampilan proses peserta didik pada matapelajaran IPA oleh guru dapat diterapkan melalui proses penilaian autentik. Metode penilaian ini sesuai dengan yang diamanatkan pada kurikulum 2013. Permasalahan terkait implementasi penilaian autentik oleh guru IPA Biologi di Kabupaten Bogor adalah guru kurang terampil dalam menerapkan penilaian autentik pada proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan supaya guru tidak hanya memahami tetapi juga terampil dalam menerapkan penilaian auntentik dengan baik. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah guru IPA yang tergabung pada Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) di Kabupaten Bogor. Guru yang dilibatkan pada kegiatan ini berjumlah 40 orang yang terdiri dari berbagai Sekolah yang terdapat di Kabupaten Bogor. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor pada Bulan Agustus 2018. Instrumen pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat mencakup instrumen tes dan angket. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi beberapa tahapan yaitu 1) pre test dan observasi, 2) Sosialisasi tentang pengertian, bentuk dan contoh penilaian autentik, 3) praktik mengembangkan dan menyusun penilaian autentik, 4) presentasi hasil, dan 5) postes. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan skor nilai pemahaman konsep penilaian autentik guru pada pretes dan postes. Skor rata-rata pretes adalah tergolong sangat rendah yaitu 20,06 dan skor rerata postes adalah 68,75 pada kategori cukup. Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan duka mendalam dan trauma bagi sebagian masyarakat, terlebih yang terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19. Untuk itu upaya pengenalan faktor risiko, penyakit yang menjadi komorbid yang kemungkinan lebih rentan tertular Covid-19, dan pelaksanaan deteksi dini atau skrining Covid-19 perlu diketahui masyarakat. Dengan demikian upaya pencegahan tertular Covid-19, sekaligus memberikan rasa tenang pada masyarakat akan meningkat. Tujuan pengabdian untuk memberikan informasi apa saja yang menjadi faktor risiko, penyakit apa saja yang menjadi komorbid yang menyebabkan lebih rentan tertular Covid-19, sekaligus melakukan pemeriksaan deteksi dini atau skrining Covid-19 pada masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian berupa pretes, penyampaian materi penyuluhan, pengisian kuesioner dan pelaksanaan skrining, dan postes. Kegiatan pengabdian dihadiri oleh 29 peserta, 28 peserta mengikuti kegiatan dengan lengkap, 1 peserta hanya mengisi daftar hadir tanpa mengikuti kegiatan. Peningkatan softskill nilai postes 100% dari nilai pretes 70% menunjukkan perhatian peserta pengabdian terhadap materi yang disimak dengan baik oleh seluruh peserta pengabdian. Dari peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian dengan lengkap, seratus persen peserta tidak mempunyai faktor risiko Covid-19, juga tidak mempunyai faktor risiko komorbid Covid-19, dan hasil skrining 100% peserta tidak menunjukkan gejala menderita Covid-19. Seluruh kegiatan pengabdian dirasakan sangat bermanfaat bagi peserta pengabdian di masa pandemi ini.Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has caused grief and trauma for some people, especially those who have been confirmed positive. Therefore, efforts to identify risk factors, comorbid diseases that are more susceptible to infection and screening for Covid-19 need to be known by the public. Thus, efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and provide a sense of comfort to the community will increase. This service aimed to provide information on risk factors, a comorbid disease and also Covid-19 screening. Implementation of service in the form of pretest, delivery of counseling materials, filling out questionnaires, screening, and posttest. The service activity was attended by 29 participants, which is 28 participants followed all of activities, one person only sign attandence. An increase of softskill in the posttest score of 100% from the pretest score of 70% shows the dedication participants' attention to the material that was listened to well by all service participants. From all of participants who followed all of activities, one hundred percent of the participants did not have any risk factors for Covid-19, nor have any comorbid risk factors for Covid-19. All of the participants did not show any symptoms of Covid-19. All service activities have benefits for service participants during this pandemic.

Créé en 1973 et implanté sur l’îlot Percy (Clamart – 92), le Service de protection radiologique des armées (SPRA) est l’expert en radioprotection pour tous les organismes du ministère de la Défense. Fort de plus de 80 personnels à statut militaire et civil, il assure entre autres le suivi dosimétrique des personnels exposés aux rayonnements ionisants et mène les contrôles techniques réglementaires des installations radiologiques, quelle que soit leur nature (sources scellées, non scellées, générateurs X). Le SPRA dispose par ailleurs des moyens de mesures les plus performants susceptibles d’être déployés sur le territoire national ou sur les théâtres d’opération extérieure, en s’appuyant éventuellement sur ses laboratoires mobiles aérotransportables. Les exemples de sollicitations sont très variés, de la simple levée de doute sur la présence d’une source à l’expertise complète menant à la libération d’un site à activité radiologique identifié, en passant par les études de postes en milieu professionnel. Le SPRA peut aussi mettre à profit ses compétences dans le cadre de convention nationale ou sur demande d’organismes internationaux, aussi bien pour la gestion de patients contaminés et/ou irradiés.

ABSTRAKMasalah: Rendahnya pemahaman ibu hamil tentang pentingnya ante natal care (ANC) berisiko bagi janin dalam kandungan. Pemeriksaan ANC dengan pemeriksaan ultra sono grafi (USG) memberikan informasi yang lebih akurat tentang kondisi janin. Ukuran janin normal atau tidak, jumlah janin, volume air ketuban, letak plasenta, berat badan janin sesuai, lebih besar atau lebih kecil daripada usia kehamilan dapat diukur dengan USG. Tujuan: meningkatkan pemahaman ibu hamil tentang pentingnya pemeriksaan ANC pada ibu hamil dan menilai kesejahteraan janin dalam kandungan dengan pemeriksaan USG gratis. Metode: dengan melakukan penyuluhan, didahului pretes, postes setelah penyampaian materi, diakhiri dengan pemeriksaan USG gratis. Peserta pengadian berjumlah 26 orang ibu hamil, yang berasal dari lingkungan sekitar pengabdian. Hasil: Nilai postes mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan nilai pretes, yaitu 95% dari 68%. Penyuluhan berjalan lancar dan semua peserta menunjukkan antusias, terlihat dari banyaknya pertanyaan peserta pengabdian. Pemeriksaan USG gratis diikuti oleh semua peserta pengabdian, dengan hasil normal dan janin sehat. Saat ANC, ibu hamil diberikan konseling tentang KB pasca persalinan (KBPP). Kesimpulan: Penyuluhan meningkatkan pemahaman ibu hamil tentang pentingnya pemeriksaan ANC dan pemeriksaan USG gratis menunjukkan kesejahteraan janin baik. Pengabdian diikuti dengan antusias oleh seluruh peserta pengabdian. Manfaat pengabdian sangat dirasakan oleh seluruh peserta pengabdian. Kata kunci: ante natal care; ibu hamil; penyuluhan; USG. ABSTRACTProblem: The low understanding of pregnant women about the importance of ante natal care (ANC) poses a risk to the fetus in the womb. ANC examination with ultrasound examination provides more accurate information about the condition of the fetus. The size of the fetus is normal or not, the number of fetuses, the volume of amniotic fluid, the location of the placenta, the appropriate weight of the fetus, greater or less than the gestational age can be measured by ultrasound. Objective: to increase the understanding of pregnant women about the importance of ANC examination in pregnant women and to assess the welfare of the fetus in the womb with a free ultrasound examination. Methods: by conducting counseling, preceded by a pretest, posttest after the delivery of the material, ending with a free ultrasound examination. The trial participants totaled 26 pregnant women, who came from the community around the service. Results: The posttest score increased compared to the pretest score, which was 95% from 68%. The counseling went smoothly and all participants showed enthusiasm, it could be seen from the many questions from the service participants. Free ultrasound examination was attended by all service participants, with normal results and healthy fetuses. During ANC, pregnant women are given counseling about postpartum family planning (PPFP). Conclusion: Counseling increases the understanding of pregnant women about the importance of ANC examination and free ultrasound examination shows good fetal well-being. The service was enthusiastically followed by all the service participants. The benefits of service are felt by all service participants. Abstrak: Pada tahun 2020 terdapat tujuh ibu hamil (bumil) meninggal di Kabupaten Sukoharjo Jawa Tengah. Jumlah tersebut meningkat 50% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Salah satu penyebab kematian ibu adalah perdarahan, di mana hal tersebut dikarenakan anemia atau kurang darah. Tujuan pengabdian untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader kesehatan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Desa Begajah mengenai penyebab anemia pada bumil dan upaya pencegahannya, serta melatih pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin (Hb) bumil. Metode pengabdian berupa pretes, penyuluhan, postes, dan pelatihan pemeriksaan kadar Hb dengan peralatan yang dihibahkan oleh pengabdi. Peserta yang hadir sebanyak 60 orang, yang terdiri dari para kader kesehatan, bumil, staf puskesmas, dan didukung oleh Kepala Desa Begajah. Nilai pretes di bawah 60 sebesar 36% dan di atas 60 sebanyak 64%. Nilai postes meningkat menjadi 85% yang mendapat nilai lebih dari 60. Hal ini menunjukkan penyuluhan dan pelatihan yang diberikan meningkatkan pengetahuan para kader sebesar 21%. Hasil pemeriksaan kadar Hb menunjukkan semua kader dengan Hb normal.Abstract: In 2020 there were seven pregnant women (pregnant women) who died in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. This number increased by 50% compared to the previous year. One of the causes of maternal death is bleeding, which is due to anemia or lack of blood. The purpose of the service is to increase the knowledge of health cadres in the working area of the Begajah Village Health Center regarding the causes of anemia in pregnant women and prevention efforts, and then to train pregnant women to check hemoglobin (Hb) levels. The service method is in the form of pre-test, counseling, post-test, and training on checking Hb levels with equipment donated by the volunteer. There were 60 participants who attended, consisting of health cadres, pregnant women, puskesmas staff, and supported by the Head of Begajah Village. The pretest value below 60 is 36% and above 60 is 64%. The post-test score increased to 85%, which scored more than 60. This shows that the counseling and training provided increased the knowledge of the cadres by 21%. The results of the examination of Hb levels showed that all cadres had normal Hb.

Pathological manifestations originate mainly in the production process of the poles, and knowing which measures can be taken in the production process to avoid pathological manifestations in the poles is the main problem. The purpose of this research is to elaborate these measures that will mitigate the pathological manifestations present in the company, which are blisters, spots and segregation. For this, the entire fabrication will be evaluated, making a follow-up from the project, assembling the reinforcement, preparing the concrete, launching, densification and storage of the posts, and then the pathological manifestations in the parts that had their manufacturing process will be analyzed. accompanied, verifying the cause and effect relationship, to then elaborate necessary measures to minimize these problems of the produced poles. For this, service verification sheets, test reports and projects provided by the company will be used. That done, it was observed that the company was using burnt oil as a release agent and did not perform an adequate cleaning of the forms, resulting in dark spots on the posts and bubbles, and these still found a relationship with the wrong launch and thickening. Other than that, it was observed that segregation was directly related to the leakage of forms. With this, it is known that the mitigation of the company's pathological manifestations will be done with the use of an appropriate release agent, an adequate cleaning of the forms and its correct sealing, the densification of the concrete with sufficient number of vibrators for its uniform densification together with the training of the employees responsible for concreting the posts.

L’étude retrace les principaux jalons de son histoire, à savoir : l’influence de la radio québécoise à ses débuts, le regroupement de diverses personnalités acadiennes, le rôle du clergé catholique, la mobilisation de la population et les campagnes de sensibilisation du journal L’Évangéline. L’analyse fait également état des démarches entreprises auprès des autorités de Radio-Canada pour la création d’une station acadienne, des revendications sous forme de rapports et de mémoires auprès d’instances politiques et administratives et des luttes menées par les élites et organismes acadiens. Nous concluons sur la portée de CBAF au regard de la radio communautaire.

Pour accompagner ces familles, le gouvernement crée des dispensaires qu’il confie à des « infirmières de colonie » pour faire les accouchements et fournir un service médical de première ligne, comme la vaccination et même de petites chirurgies. 174 postes furent ainsi créés dans la plupart des régions du Québec. Juliette Jourdain-Dumont fut l’une de ces infirmières qui exerça le métier à la dure dans le village de Saint-Dominique-du-Rosaire, près d’Amos, en Abitibi. De 1949 à 1952, elle y a fait 295 accouchements, sans en rater aucun. Elle raconte ici sa vie qui fut, à l’entendre et à la lire, une suite de joies que les inévitables difficultés aidaient simplement à préparer.

In the education sector of South Solok District, it is still lagging behind other regions in West Sumatera, this can be seen from the results of the UN rankings in 2016 which is ranked 16th out of 19 cities / districts in West Sumatera. Based on observations and discussions conducted on some teachers and principals, information is obtained that this is because in learning students are more likely to wait what is delivered by teachers or learning is still concentrated on the teacher. Then in learning the teacher has not used various media of learning. The media used can not accommodate the fact of the student's daily condition. This service activity aims to improve the competence of teachers of South Solok SMP in developing contextual based learning media with scientific approach. Target to be achieved is the improvement of competence of teachers and media of learning. To achieve the objectives and targets set, the methods used consist of six stages: observation stage, orientation and discussion stage, preparation stage, implementation stage, monitoring and evaluation stage and final stage of data analysis and report generation. Based on data analysis of pretest and posttest results, obtained an increase of average value from pretest that is 43,07 become 47,42 at postest. Furthermore, to know the difference between the two values of pretest and postes paired t test, obtained the results of significance 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a difference between pretest results with postes. Furthermore, based on the questionnaire given at the end of the training activities, the results obtained that the participants said this activity is very useful and related to the subjects taught in schools

Nous montrons que le concept de bi-texte permet d'envisager de nouvelles possibilités à cet égard. Un bi-texte consiste en un couple de textes (une source et sa traduction) unis par une représentation explicite de leurs correspondances traductionnelles. Structurée en bi-texte, la production d'un service de traduction devient une véritable mémoire d'entreprise , dont les richesses peuvent être exploitées à l'aide d'outils comme le concordancier bilingue . Le concept de bi-texte permet également d'envisager le développement d'outils de critique de traductions , capables par exemple de détecter la présence de faux amis dans une traduction. Nous disposons des algorithmes requis pour calculer automatiquement une représentation bi-textuelle (partielle), à partir d'un texte et de sa traduction. Nous en sommes à l'étape de maquettage d'outils de concordance bilingue et de critique de traductions.

Abstract This article focuses on clandestine letters between Jews in French internment camps and their loved ones. It offers an examination of these letters, which were hidden in packages or thrown from cattle cars on their way to Auschwitz. These letters are astonishingly abundant today largely thanks to three types of aid: creative self-help, mutual aid among internees, and aid from non-Jewish helpers. At the intersection of three areas of scholarship—the material letter, internment camps, and aid to Jews during the Holocaust—this article explores how internees could write with limited resources, send letters without using the official postal service, and participate in mutual aid inside the camps. The article argues that the internment-camp letter was at once the result of aid and itself an avenue of aid, parallel to the more organized humanitarian organizations. Cet article porte sur la correspondance clandestine entre les Juifs dans les camps d'internement en France et leurs proches. Il présente une analyse de ces lettres que l'on a cachées dans des colis ou que l'on a jetées des wagons à bestiaux destinés à Auschwitz. Une correspondance d'une abondance étonnante existe aujourd'hui en grande partie grâce à trois types d'aide : la débrouillardise individuelle, l'entraide parmi les internés et l'aide des non-Juifs. A la croisée de trois champs de recherche (la matérialité de la lettre, les camps d'internement et l'aide aux Juifs pendant la Shoah), cet article explore comment les internés ont pu écrire avec un matériau limité, envoyer des lettres sans la poste, et s'entraider à l'intérieur des camps. Résumé Pendant toute la période coloniale, les usagers algériens sont largement absents des archives de l'administration des PTT (postes, télégraphes et téléphones). Si la conquête française ne marque pas l'« entrée en communication » des populations colonisées, dont les pratiques scripturaires sont anciennes, faut-il voir dans cette absence le refus motivé d'un progrès colonisateur ? L'entre-deux-guerres marque de ce point de vue un tournant : la pression des élus locaux et l'affluence des pétitions de villageois non citoyens reconfigurent un service public jusque-là accaparé par les usagers européens. Tardivement et toujours à moindres frais, l'administration favorise alors la desserte postale de régions enclavées. Observant la situation coloniale dans ses manifestations les plus locales et les plus quotidiennes, l'article éclaire la question des écrits ordinaires et restitue l'épaisseur des usages d'un service de proximité. À condition de ne pas limiter l'étude à la présence française en Algérie et de pousser la documentation coloniale à révéler les rouages de la société algérienne et les réorganisations suscitées par la rencontre coloniale. Plaintes et pétitions disent ainsi quelque chose du rapport de populations non citoyennes, rurales et majoritairement illettrées à l'état colonial. L'utilisation inattendue de la poste et sa revendication subversive conduisent les colonisés à bricoler une identité politique qui emprunte certaines des pratiques des citoyens actifs et pousse les autorités franêaises à proposer des ajustements inédits.

Tujuan Pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan keaksaran dasar atau literasi dengan menggunakan metode bermain experiental learning permainan tradisional. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan sosialisasi, penyuluhan, serta praktik bermain permainan tradisional yang ditujukan kepada anak-anak Kampung Batu Lubang Pantai sebanyak 35 anak dengan melakukan pretes dan postes dengan total 75 aitem untuk mengukur ketercapaian program. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah sebanyak 40% anak mengalami peningkatan literasi baca tulis, dan sebaganyak 34% anak mengalami peningkatan literasi numerasi yang mana hal ini berdampak pada penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar.Abstract: The lack of learning facilities and teaching staff is the reason for the lack of children's literacy skills. The aim of this service is to improve basic literacy by using traditional experiential learning game play methods. The method used in this service is socialization, counseling, and the practice of playing traditional games aimed at 35 children from Batu Lubang Pantai Village by conducting pre-tests and post-tests to measure the program's achievements. The results obtained were that as many as 40% of children experienced an increase in reading and writing literacy, and as many as 34% of children experienced an increase in numeracy literacy, which had an impact on the good and correct use of Indonesian.

Saat ini jumlah remaja yang mengalami permasalahan kesehatan reproduksi dan menderita infeksi menular seksual mengalami peningkatan. Tujuan Kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi pada remaja, melalui kelompok remaja di Desa Tlogomuyo mengenai kesehatan reproduksi dan infeksi menular seksual sehingga akan mengurangi permasalahan terkait dengan kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan kepada kelompok remaja Desa Tlogomulyo yang berjumlah 16 orang. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan, maka dilakukan pretes dan postes, sebelum dan sesudah pemberian materi edukasi. Hasil rata-rata pretes adalah 58,75 dan rata-rata postes meningkat menjadi 90. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan edukasi mengenai kesehatan reproduksi dan infeksi menular sesksual, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Diharapakan setelah kelompok remaja mengetahui mengenai informasi ini, dapat memberikan informasi yang tepat kepada remaja lain di lingkungannya sehingga akan menurunkan permasalahan mengenai kesehatan repoduksi pada remaja. Currently, the number of adolescents experiencing reproductive health problems and suffering from sexually transmitted infections has increased. This service activity aims to provide education to adolescents, through youth groups in Tlogomuyo Village regarding reproductive health and sexually transmitted infections so that it will reduce problems related to adolescent reproductive health. The method used in this activity was to provide counseling to a group of 16 youths in Tlogomulyo Village. To determine the effect of counseling on the level of knowledge, pretest and posttest were carried out, before and after the provision of educational materials. The average pre-test result was 58.75 and the post-test average increased to 90. This shows that after being given education about reproductive health and sexually transmitted infections, participants' knowledge increased. It is hoped that after the youth group knows about this information, it can provide appropriate information to other adolescents in their environment so that it will reduce problems regarding reproductive health in adolescents.

Gejala klinis awal terinfeksi toksoplasmosis pada Wanita usia subur (WUS) yang imunokompeten, termasuk didalamnya ibu hamil sangat sulit dideteksi karena biasanya tidak terdapat gejala apa pun. Skrining serologi Toxoplasma memiliki implikasi sebagai satu-satunya cara untuk menentukan infeksi toksoplasmosis pada ibu hamil selama trimester pertama dapat menularkan infeksi pada janin berupa konsekuensi kelainan kongenital yang serius. Pemeriksaan laboratorium toksoplasmosis dengan menggunakan deteksi serologi berbagai antibodi Toxoplasma di Indonesia masih terbilang cukup mahal. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat pengetahuan pencegahan faktor risiko toksoplasmosis pada Wanita usia subur. Dalam kegiatan ini, Wanita usia subur diberikan pretes, dilanjut dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan pembagian leaflet tiga Langkah higientitas pencegahan toksoplasmosis dan diakhiri dengan pengisian postes; dengan jumlah peserta 20 orang WUS. Hasil pretes dan postes dibandingkan dan data terkumpul dianalisis dengan uji Wilcoxon. Rerata hasil skor pengetahuan awal kegiatan adalah 73.15 dan setelah kegiatan adalah 87.4 dengan hasil analisis yang diperoleh p = 0.000 (p<0.005). �Pengabdian masyarakat ini didapati bahwa penyuluhan dan pembagian leaflet tiga Langkah higienitas pencegahan toksoplasmosis berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan pada Wanita usia subur.�Knowledge of toxoplasmosis is very important for the prevention and control of infections caused by Toxoplasma gondii. Early clinical symptoms of infection with toxoplasmosis in immunocompetent women of childbearing age, including pregnant women, are very difficult to detect because usually there are no symptoms. Toxoplasma serologic screening has implications as the only way to determine whether toxoplasmosis infection in pregnant women during the first trimester can transmit infection to the fetus in the form of serious congenital abnormalities. Toxoplasmosis laboratory examination using serological detection of various Toxoplasma antibodies in Indonesia is still quite expensive. Therefore, the purpose of this community service activity is to determine the level of knowledge of preventing toxoplasmosis risk factors in women of childbearing age. In this activity, women of childbearing age were given a pretest, followed by providing counseling and distributing leaflets of three hygiene steps to prevent toxoplasmosis and ending with filling out the posttest; with 20 participants. The results of the pretest and posttest were compared and the collected data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The mean score of the initial knowledge of the activity was 69.00 and after the activity was 78.90 with the results of the analysis obtained p = 0.000 (p<0.005). From this community service, it was found that counseling and distributing leaflets of three hygiene steps to prevent toxoplasmosis had an effect on increasing knowledge in women of childbearing age.

Penyakit diare merupakan penyakit endemis di Indonesia. Pada tahun 2016 terdapat 911.901 kejadian diare di Jawa Tengah. Salah satu sebab diare adalah infeksi protozoa usus. Penyakit diare yang disebabkan oleh protozoa usus pada siswa SD bisa terjadi karena banyak faktor, antara lain yaitu pengetahuan dan sikap tentang protozoa usus yang bisa menyebabkan diare, serta perilaku dalam pencegahan diare karena protozoa usus. Perilaku dalam hal ini yang bisa mencegah terjadinya diare karena protozoa usus yaitu menjaga personal higiene siswa, misalnya mencuci tangan sebelum makan dan sesudah buang air besar. Oleh karena itu, kami mengadakan pengabdian masyarakat dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan tentang protozoa usus yang bisa menyebabkan diare kepada siswa-siswi SD Makamhaji 03 Sukoharjo. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberi pengetahuan kepada siswa-siswi SD Makamhaji 03 Sukoharjo tentang protozoa usus yang dapat menyebabkan diare. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu tanggal 13 November 2019 di SD Negeri Makamhaji 03 Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Peserta penyuluhan terdiri dari siswa-siswi kelas IV, sebanyak 37 anak. Siswa-siswi mengikuti penyuluhan dengan antusias. Acara ditutup dengan penyerahan washtafel dan sabun cuci tangan dari tim penyuluh kepada pihak sekolah. Persiapan, proses dan hasil penyuluhan baik. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan siswa tentang protozoa sebagai penyebab diare. Hal tersebut bisa diketahui dari nilai kuesioner. Rata-rata nilai pretes adalah 2,45 sedangkan rata-rata nilai postes adalah 3,16.---Diarrhea is an endemic disease in Indonesia. On 2016, the incidence of diarrhea was 911.901 cases in Central Java. One of microorganism can cause diarrhea is intestinal protozoa. Protozoal diarrhea in elementry school students can occur because of many factors, such as knowledge and attitude of the diarrheal prevention. One of the attitudes is about maintain personal hygiene, such as washing hands before and after eating and after defecation. We did the community service by socialization to the students about intestinal protozoa as cause of diarrhea. The socialization aimed to give adequat information about intestinal protozoa as cause of diarrhea to the students of SD Makamhaji 03 Sukoharjo. The community service was held on Wednesday, 13th November 2019 in SD Makamhaji 03 Sukoharjo. The audience was students of 4th grade of SD Makamhaji 03 Sukoharjo, 37 students. The students attended the socialization well. There was donation of washtafel and hand soap from presenter team to school team. The preparation, process and socialization result was good. There was increasing of students’ knowledge about intestinal protozoa as cause of diarrhea, within the mean of pretest score was 2.45 meanwhile the mean of postes score was 3.16.

RÉSUMÉLa législation, dans de nombreuses juridictions, nécessite les établissements des soins de longue durée (SLD) d'avoir une infirmière en service 24 heures par jour, 7 jours par semaine. Bien que la recherche considérable existe sur l'intensité SLD de la dotation en personnel infirmier, il n'existe pas de la recherche empirique relative à cette exigence. Notre étude rétrospectif d'observation a comparé des installations en Saskatchewan avec 24/7 RN couverture aux établissements offrant moins de couverture, complétées par divers modèles de dotation des postes de nuit. Les ratios de risque associés à moins de 24/7 couverture RN complété de la dotation infirmière autorisé de nuit, ajusté pour l'intensité de dotation en personnel infirmier et d'autres facteurs de confusion potentiels, étaient de 1,17, IC 95% [0,91, 1,50] et 1.00, IC à 95% [0,72, 1,39], et avec moins de couverture 24/7 RN complété avec soin par aides personnels de nuit, les ratios de risque étaient de 1,46, IC 95% [1,11, 1,91] et 1,11, IC 95% [0,78, 1,58], pour les patients hospitalisés et de visites aux services d'urgence, respectivement. Ces résultats suggèrent que l'utilisation des soins de courte durée peut être influencée négativement par l'absence de la couverture 24/7 RN.

La prochaine loi de programmation des finances publiques de la France 2023-2027 ne sera sans doute pas adoptée dans le contexte parlementaire actuel. Outils de pluriannualité budgétaire au service du rétablissement des équilibres financiers du pays, les lois de programmation des finances publiques ont été portées par la construction de l’ordre budgétaire européen. En France, leur pouvoir d’encadrement des finances reste faible mais elles indiquent une trajectoire et donnent une crédibilité à la France au sein de l’espace communautaire. Au-delà de leur portée financière, les lois de programmation devraient s’imposer comme des leviers des grandes transitions dans lesquelles le pays est engagé. La transition écologique, en particulier énergétique, appelle forcément une planification des efforts financiers à consentir dans le temps. Le passage d’une économie hautement émettrice de gaz à effet de serre à une société bas-carbone ne peut s’opérer très rapidement au risque de fragiliser un peu plus les équilibres financiers de l’État mais aussi des collectivités territoriales qui sont aux avant-postes de l’adaptation aux dérèglements climatiques et de leur atténuation. Il reste ainsi du chemin à parcourir pour une pluriannualité opérationnelle qui serve les desseins de la planification financière et écologique.

Abstrak: Stroke merupakan salah satu penyakit yang berlangsung dalam kurun waktu yang lama, serta dapat mengakibatkan kematian. Selain itu, stroke juga dapat berperan dalam timbulnya masalah demensia dan depresi. Pada lansia sendiri risiko terjadinya serangan stroke dapat meningkat sebanyak dua kali lipat. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan gejala stroke dan kemampuan koping, sehingga tindakan yang tepat dapat segera diambil ketika stroke terjadi. Metode Pengabdian dengan metode sosialisasi dan pemeriksaan kesehatan. Peserta merupakan para lansia yang tergabung dalam komunitas dahlia senja berjumlah 43. Nilai rerata pretes pengetahuan 4.05, sikap 11.93, dan keterampilan 11.65 meningkat menjadi pengetahuan 4.3, sikap 12.07, keterampilan 12.79 pada postes. Hasil yang didapat adalah peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, serta keterampilan terkait perilaku pencegahan stroke pada lansia.Abstract: Stroke is one of the diseases that occurs over a long period and can lead to death. Additionally, stroke can also play a role in the onset of dementia and depression. In the elderly themselves, the risk of experiencing a stroke can double. The goal of community service is to increase awareness of stroke symptoms and coping abilities, so that appropriate action can be taken promptly when a stroke occurs. The community service method involves pre-testing, counseling, post-testing, and health examinations. Participants are elderly individuals belonging to the Dahlia Senja community, totaling 43. The average pre-test values for knowledge, attitude, and skills are 4.05, 11.93, and 11.65, respectively, which increased to 4.3, 12.07, and 12.79 in the post-test. The results indicate an improvement in knowledge, attitude, and skills related to stroke prevention behavior in the elderly.

L’opération « Pamir », en Afghanistan, dont les opérations de combat ont cessé en 2012 après avoir causé de nombreuses pertes, a été l’occasion pour le Service de santé des armées français de mettre en place une nouvelle organisation des soins à apporter aux blessés de guerre au niveau pré-hospitalier. Il s’agit du « Sauvetage au Combat », qui fait la synthèse du savoir-faire antérieur français et des dernières avancées de nos alliés. Une démarche pédagogique novatrice et spécifique fruit de la collaboration des Centres d’instruction aux techniques de réanimation de l’avant lui est associée. Un registre expérimental des soins d’urgence pré-hospitaliers centré sur la traumatologie a été proposé à partir de 2009 au personnel des postes médicaux partant en Afghanistan, par le Centre d’instruction aux techniques de réanimation de l’avant de Lyon. Les résultats de ce Registre santé de l’avant pour 2011, année la plus meurtrière pour nos troupes, sont ici présentés. La description épidémiologique des 349 cas colligés permet d’illustrer l’activité de traumatologie des équipes de Role 1 et met en lumière la forte prévalence de l’activité pédiatrique. Par ailleurs, une approche analytique qualitative des prises en charge des blessés de guerre français, est proposée permettant d’évaluer la bonne application des procédures du Sauvetage au combat.

Keluhan psikis semakin meningkat selama pandemic covid-19. Berbagai pihak semakin genjar memberikan layanan konseling secara daring. Hanya saja, tidak semua pihak memiliki keterampilan dasar konseling terutama secara daring yang mumpuni, salah satu pemberi layanan konseling gratis adalah komunitas kawan dengar. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan pemberdayaan komunitas kawan dengar untuk mendapatkan keterampilan dasar konseling secara daring. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen, menggunakan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Analisis data menggunakan uji beda paired sample t-test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan yang signifikan pada hasil pretes dibandingkan postes setelah perlakuan. Hasil tersebut menyajikan informasi baru di tengah minimnya hasil riset tentang keterampilan mikro dalam konseling secara daring sekaligus memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat yang mendapatkan layanan konseling daring melalui komunitas kawan dengar.Psychological complaints increased during the covid-19 pandemic. Various parties are increasingly active in providing online counseling services. It's just that, not all parties have basic counseling skills, especially those who are qualified, one of the free counseling service providers is a community of listeners. The purpose of this service activity is to empower the community of listeners to gain basic counseling skills in a bold manner. The method used was experimental, using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design design. Data analysis using different test Paired Sample T-Test. The results showed that there was a significant increase in pretest compared to posttest results after treatment. These results provide new information in the midst of the lack of research results on micro skills in counseling as well as providing benefits to people who get counseling services through the peer-to-peer community.

Kalkulator saintifik biasanya banyak digunakan oleh mahasiswa terlebih di jurusan matematika dan pendidikan matematika dan ilmu-ilmu alam lainnya. Dengan begitu, tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu untuk melihat perubahan harapan mahasiswa psikologi dengan menyediakan pelatihan yang penting dengan menggunakan kalkulator saintifik melalui tutorial video yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan hitungan reliabilitas dalam mata kuliah psikometri. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan kuasi eksperimental (kelompok tunggal dengan pretes dan postes). Partisipan yang terlibat sejumlah 51 orang pada program psikologi yang bersedia untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini. Analisis menggunakan paired sample t-test dengan hasil t = -3.954 dan signifikansi di bawah 5%. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa terdapat perubahan harapan pada mahasiswa yang meningkat. Aktivitas pengabdian ini bisa meningkatkan belajar siswa terutama dalam hal harapan dan ketertarikannya dalam mempelajari pengetahuan yang baru. Scientific calculators are generally used more by science students, especially those majoring in Mathematics and Other Sciences. Therefore, this community service activity aims to see changes in hope for students majoring in Psychology by providing essential training on using scientific calculators through video tutorials to complete reliability calculations in Psychometrics courses. A community service method is an educative approach accompanied by a quasi-experimental approach (single group pre-test and post-test). The participants of this activity were 51 students majoring in Psychology who were willing to participate in this initial pioneering activity voluntarily. The analysis using the paired sample t-test yielded a value of t = -3.954 and a significance of 0.00 <0.05, which indicated a change in students' hope to increase. The activities can impact student learning of hope and interest in the newly learned knowledge.

La ville de Nîmes est un territoire particulièrement exposé au risque inondation, et notamment aux crues torrentielles. Si aucun cours d'eau majeur n'est présent dans sa zone urbaine dense, ce sont les cadereaux, fossés de garrigues, qui sont en charge de la collecte du ruissellement et traversent la ville. Les évènements méditerranéens, des bassins versants de taille réduite (au plus 30 km2) et de nature karstique ainsi qu'une configuration en piémont sont autant de facteurs à l'origine de ruissellement potentiellement conséquent avec débordements majeurs sur la ville, de type crues-éclairs. Suite aux inondations du 3 octobre 1988, la ville de Nîmes a lancé une politique ambitieuse de prévention du risque inondation, incluant un aménagement important des cadereaux. Dans cette démarche, elle se dote en 2004 d'un système d'alerte et d'aide à la gestion de crise permettant de prévoir le risque inondation : ESPADA (Evaluation et suivi des précipitations en agglomération pour devancer l'alerte). L'objectif est de prévoir les débits des cadereaux à échéance maximale 1 h 30, en exploitant un modèle hydrologique intégrant une représentation fine du fonctionnement karstique. Dans le cadre de son Programme d'actions de prévention des inondations (PAPI), la ville de Nîmes a débuté en 2014 la modernisation du système ESPADA avec pour objectif d'améliorer la qualité des données d'entrée du système temps réel (pas de temps 5 min). Un réseau radio de collecte fiabilisée des capteurs hydrométéorologiques de la Ville a été mis en place, assurant également la collecte de postes du SPC-GD (Service de prévision des crues du Grand Delta). Parallèlement, un outil radar d'observation et prévision de pluie au pixel 500 m, échelle adaptée aux contraintes hydrologiques locales, a été développé, incluant une calibration de la donnée par exploitation des données des postes pluviographiques disponibles. Dans le cadre de la seconde étape de cette modernisation, le modèle de prévision du système est retravaillé afin de fonctionner en continu au pas de temps 5 min. La propagation est gérée via un modèle hydraulique 1D. Par ailleurs, les données limnigraphiques sont utilisées en temps réel afin de réajuster les valeurs de débits et les niveaux des bassins de rétention. De même, une interface en ligne est en cours de développement, permettant une utilisation efficace des outils par l'ensemble des acteurs de la gestion de crise. À terme, il est prévu de mettre à disposition de la population une partie des informations associées au système ESPADA via une interface de type Vigicrues.

Abstrak: Pemeriksaan kehamilan rutin memberikan informasi perkembangan janin dan kesehatan ibu hamil. Kegiatan tersebut dinamakan ante natal care (ANC). Perkembangan janin sesuai, berlebih atau kurang dari perhitungan usia kehamilan diketahui dengan akurat melalui pemeriksaan ultra sono grafi (USG). Pengawalan kehamilan lebih informatif, diharapkan mendapatkan outcome bayi saat lahir bugar, ibu hamil pun cepat pulih. Tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran ibu hamil melakukan ANC secara rutin. Metode berupa penyuluhan ibu hamil yang bertempat tinggal di sekitar wilayah kampus Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, yang melibatkan peran serta mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Dokter FKIK UMY yang tergabung dalam panitia TBM Alert tahun 2022. Pengabdian diikuti 38 peserta. Rerata nilai pretes 40, dengan nilai tertinggi dan terendah adalah 80 dan nol. Setelah diberikan penyuluhan terdapat peningkatan rerata nilai postes, nilai tertinggi, dan nilai terendah masing-masing 70, 100, dan 20. Peningkatan nilai rerata, nilai tertinggi, dan nilai terendah masing-masing mencapai 75%, 25%, dan 100%. Penyuluhan memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pentingnya ANC, terlihat dari peningkatan nilai postes yang berarti materi penyuluhan disimak dengan baik oleh para peserta.Abstract: Routine pregnancy check-ups provide information on fetal development and the health of pregnant women. This activity is called ante natal care (ANC). Fetal development according to, excess or less than the calculation of gestational age is known accurately through ultrasound examination. Pregnancy control is more informative, it is hoped that the baby will be born fit, and pregnant women will recover quickly. The aim is to increase awareness of pregnant women doing ANC regularly. The method is in the form of counseling for pregnant women who live around the Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University campus area, which involves the participation of students from the Medical Education Study Program, FKIK UMY who are members of the TBM Alert committee in 2022. The service was attended by 38 participants. The mean pretest score was 40, with the highest and lowest scores being 80 and zero. After being given counseling, there was an increase in the average posttest score, the highest score, and the lowest score, respectively, by 70, 100, and 20. The increase in the average, highest and lowest scores reached 75%, 25%, and 100%, respectively. Counseling provides increased knowledge of pregnant women about the importance of ANC, as seen from the increase in post-test scores, which means that the participants listened to the counseling materials well.

Narkoba is a popular acronym among the public, law enforcement and social media in Indoensia, which stands for narcotics, drugs and hazardous materials. Another term is NAPZA, which stands for narcotics, psychotropic and addictive substances. Drugs abuse is used by someone without a medical condition. This affects abusers in social life, as well as if done by teenagers where it will have a negative impact on their environment. Therefore, it is necessary to provide material to increase the knowledge of adolescents, this is useful because drug abuse in adolescent groups is a complex problem and requires an organized, continuous and comprehensive handling which actively involves adolescents and the community. Drug addiction in Indonesia is growing rapidly, especially for those who are in productive age or adolescents. This service was first carried out by giving a pretest, followed by material presentation, and ended with giving a post-test to determine the increase in participants' knowledge after the service was carried out regarding the anti-drug movement.. This services followed by 20 participant and he results of this training were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test with an average pretest score of 80 and post-test score of 90 with significance (0.000), this shows that there is an increase in the knowledge of the participants before and after being given the material so that the teenagers who have received this training are able to fortify themselves from drug abuse and become influencers in their environment to continue to voice the anti-drug movement that can be applied to everyday life.

Narkoba merupakan akronim yang populer di kalangan masyarakat, penegak hukum dan media sosial yakni singkatan dari narkotika, obat, dan bahan berbahaya. Adapun istilah lain yakni NAPZA singkatan dari narkotika, psikotropika dan zat adiktif. Penyalahgunaan narkotika dilakukan seseorang tanpa kondisi medis atau di luar pengawasan dari tenaga kesehatan atau dokter. Hal ini mempengaruhi penyalahguna dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, sama halnya jika dilakukan oleh remaja dimana akan berdampak negatif di lingkungannya. Oleh karenanya perlu diberikan materi dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja, hal ini berguna karena penyalahgunaan narkoba pada kelompok remaja adalah permasalahan kompleks dan membutuhkan suatu penanganan yang terorganisir, kontiyu dan komprehensif dimana aktif melibatkan remaja dan masyarakat. Pecandu narkoba di Indonesia berkembang secara pesat khususnya bagi mereka yang berada di usia produktif atau remaja. Pengabdian ini pertama dilakukan dengan pemberian pretes,dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan materi, dan diakhiri dengan pemberian postes untuk mengetahui peningkatan pengetahuan peserta setelah dilakukan pengabdian mengenai gerakan anti narkoba. Pengabdian ini melibatkan 20 peserta dengan dan hasil dari pelatihan ini dianalisis menggunakan uji wilcoxon dengan rata-rata nilai pretes 80 dan postes 90 dengan signifikansi (0.000), hal ini menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah diberikan materi sehingga para remaja yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan ini mampu membentengi dirinya dari penyalahgunaan narkoba dan menjadi pemengaruh di lingkungannya untuk terus menyuarakan gerakan anti narkoba yang dapat diterapkan pada kehidupan sehari-hari.

Cet article fait une plongée dans le parcours d’un « vieux maître de brousse » ivoirien presque anonyme, depuis sa formation jusqu’à sa retraite, des années 1930 à 1970, à la charnière entre situations coloniale et postcoloniale. Koutia Lémon, formé à l’école normale rurale de Dabou, est initialement destiné à être un « instituteur-paysan ». D’affectations successives en formations continues, sa carrière l’amène à circuler au sein de l’espace colonial, puis du territoire national en construction, et même, fait rare, jusqu’en France pour un stage professionnel à la veille de l’indépendance. Il est affecté, dès son retour au pays, à des postes à responsabilités au sein de l’administration scolaire postcoloniale. En quoi les mobilités sont-elles inhérentes au parcours d’un « vieux maître » ivoirien ? Qu’est-ce qui, dans l’itinérance professionnelle et dans l’entrelacs des « communautés imaginées » (empire, colonie, État postcolonial, village), participe à construire l’éthos du fonctionnaire colonial et postcolonial ? Comment se passe le glissement de méthodes pédagogiques et de savoirfaire professionnels développés en situation coloniale puis réemployés au service de l’État indépendant ? Pour répondre à ces questions, l’enquête met en place une microhistoire connectée d’instituteur. L’article permet de dégager la catégorie conceptuelle de « vieux maître ivoirien », à partir d’une expression courante, mais aux contours flous. Il met également au jour des mobilités et des filières de formation professionnelle méconnues, car subalternes, spécifiquement rurales et moins prestigieuses que les écoles normales de William-Ponty et Rufisque, déjà connues de l’historiographie.

The target of devotion at SDN Sumberwangi 2 Kanor District, Bojonegoro Regency is to increase the understanding of the sixth-grade students in writing capital letters, writing di- and ke- as prefixes and forecasts, commas (,), and periods (.) according to Permendikbud mandate number 50 years 2015. Working procedures on this service begins with making a matter for pretest and posttest as much as 20 questions, then compile the teaching materials and then carry out counseling. To measure the level of truth and proficiency of students in writing according to the contents of Permendikbud number 50 year 2015 then the devotion team makes a devotional scheme into three steps starting from before devotion, devotion, and after devotion. At the end of devotion, the PKM team rewards students. The result of devotion shows an increase in understanding in writing capital letters of 42.36%, writing di- and ke- as prefixes and forecasts of 46.73%, comma-writing (,) of 29.1%, and writing the dot ( .) of 44.9%. La gérontopsychiatrie est une surspécialité de la psychiatrie qui s’intéresse à l’évaluation, au diagnostic et au traitement des troubles mentaux complexes chez les personnes âgées. Fait méconnu, son histoire encore jeune est fortement liée, au Québec, à celle du Département de psychiatrie de l’Université de Montréal (UdeM) et son réseau d’hôpitaux d’enseignement : dès la fin des années 1970, le premier service de gérontopsychiatrie a vu le jour à l’Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal, et la première clinique externe au Pavillon Albert-Prévost. Le Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal, l’Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont et l’Institut universitaire de gériatrie de Montréal ont développé par la suite des services de gérontopsychiatrie à leur image. Le département de psychiatrie de l’UdeM est aussi le premier au Québec à offrir un programme de résidence en gérontopsychiatrie agréé par le Collège royal des médecins et chirurgiens du Canada, et ce depuis 2014. La gérontopsychiatrie est un domaine en plein essor, et les défis sont multiples dans le contexte démographique actuel. Pourtant, des obstacles majeurs freinent son développement sur le plan clinique, de l’enseignement et de la recherche, en particulier l’absence de postes spécifiques et protégés en gérontopsychiatrie. La restructuration majeure du réseau de la santé au Québec en 2015 est un autre point d’incertitude. Ce cinquantenaire du département de psychiatrie est une occasion de souligner l’apport majeur de l’UdeM au développement de la gérontopsychiatrie au Québec, et d’insister sur la spécificité des besoins des aînés en matière de soins et de services en santé mentale.

Employé, mot à double sens. Avoir un emploi : voilà aujourd'hui le sens lourd. Mais l'autre, non moins plein, se lit au féminin : travailler comme employée. Car aujourd'hui, en France, trois employés sur quatre sont des femmes. Genre et catégorie sociale -ou genre et classe ? -, ainsi va le «petit » salariat, celui des employées et des ouvriers (ceux-ci aux 4/5 masculins). Petit salariat, le plus grand pourtant par son nombre. Ce n 'est pas là, la seule contradiction, le seul paradoxe ! Le maintien, dans des sous-statuts de salariées occasionnelles, non qualifiées, n'est pas l'apanage des «employées libre-service caissières » (ELSC.), ni même de celles qui travaillent à temps partiel. Dans les bureaux, les politiques de gestion du personnel utilisent et intègrent des dénominations de postes, dont la construction et les délimitations floues permettent de faire appel à une population sur-qualifiée, par rapport aux exigences de l'emploi à pourvoir. Ce décalage entre «le titre et le poste » place les employées qui le vivent dans des situations difficiles au regard de leur expérience quotidienne de travail. L'appellation complémentaire «aide », «assistante de... » qui au départ a pu être présentée comme la promesse d'une ascension professionnelle rapide, fait vite place à la désillusion avec le maintien dans un statut d'employée. Par leurs trajectoires communes, par l’importance des désillusions subies, les employées dont il sera question dans cette intervention, constituent le fil d'Ariane à partir duquel on se propose d'analyser la situation de ce qu’il faut bien dénommer des cadres à statut employé.

Teknologi merupakan hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia. Adanya teknologi dapat membantu aktivitas manusia tersebut menjadi lebih mudah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan pelatihan kepada bidan sebagai Upaya meningkatkan kemampuan bidan dalam mendesain media edukasi dengan teknologi Augmented Reality. Pelaksanaan Kegiatan dilakukan di Sekretariat Pengurus Daerah IBI Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, dimana peserta mengikuti kegiatan sebanyak 40 peserta. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi dan simulasi. Pelaksaan kegiatan ini bermitra dengan Pengurus Daerah IBI Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan peserta yang mengisi postes terdapat 34 peserta (85%) dengan pengetahuan yang baik dan 6 peserta (15%) dengan pengetahuan yang cukup. Kegiatan terlaksana dengan tertib sesuai rencana kegiatan.
Technology is something that cannot be separated from human life. The existence of technology can help human activities become easier. This service activity is carried out to conduct training for midwives as an effort to improve the ability of midwives in designing educational media with Augmented Reality technology. Implementation of the activity was carried out at the IBI Regional Management Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province, where participants took part in the activity as many as 40 participants. The methods used are lectures, discussions and simulations. The implementation of this activity partnered with the IBI Regional Management of South Sulawesi Province. The results obtained showed that the participants who filled out the posttest were 34 participants (85%) with good knowledge and 6 participants (15%) with sufficient knowledge. Activities carried out in an orderly manner according to the activity plan.

Pelaksanaan Kegiatan dilakukan secara hybrid, dimana peserta mengikuti secara online sebanyak 40 peserta dan yang mengikuti secara online sebanyak 260 peserta. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi dan simulasi. Pelaksaan kegiatan ini bermitra dengan Pengurus Daerah IBI Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan peserta yang mengisi postes sebanyak 252 orang, dimana 73.01% peserta telah memiliki pengetahuan yang baik. Dari permasalahan ini kemudian muncul permasalahan-permasalahan turunan, seperti banyaknya hujatan, makian, cacian, dan praktik-praktik kekerasan bahasa lainnya. Oleh sebab itu, penyuluhan dan pembinaan tentang kesantunan berbahasa kepada mahasiswa FIB Unpad mendesak untuk segera dilakukan yang pada gilirannya nanti kemampuan kesantuan berbahasa ini menjadi kapital linguistik dalam menghadapi kehidupan baru era informasi dan teknologi. Therefore, counseling and guidance on language politeness to FIB Unpad students is urgently needed which in turn will become linguistic capital in facing the new life of the information and technology era. This counseling and coaching uses lecture, pretest and posttest, brainstorming, and simulation methods. The result of this service is the emergence of awareness from students in increasing skills about language politeness which can be used as linguistic competencies in facing the era of technology and information.

La notion « d’environnement capacitant » nous sert de fil directeur pour aborder les conditions de travail des personnes en situation de handicap mais aussi les situations d’apprentissage qui leur sont proposées. Nous avons ainsi identifié des postes de travail et du matériel qui conduisent à des postures inadaptées et dangereuses ; des stratégies de travail qui permettent aux opérateurs de se préserver mais qui sont aussi limitées et insuffisantes, et des difficultés qui leur font courir des risques. Nous soulignons également des difficultés d’apprentissage en situation. Les moniteurs d’atelier ont un rôle central. Leurs activités de médiation sont un déterminant du développement possible des opérateurs handicapés : d’une part, parce que leur rôle pédagogique est important et, d’autre part, parce qu’ils prennent en charge une partie de la gestion des risques des opérateurs. Ils ont donc une véritable activité de prévention des risques d’atteinte à la santé de ces opérateurs. Toutefois, leurs propres conditions de travail, leur manque de connaissances sur les handicaps et leur faible accès à des formations limitent leurs apports à la fois sur le plan pédagogique et sur le plan de la prévention des risques. Concevoir des situations capacitantes pour des opérateurs en atelier protégé passe par l’amélioration des conditions de travail des opérateurs handicapés, mais aussi par l’amélioration des conditions de travail et d’accès à des formations des moniteurs.
