Marketing: comunicación digital, fidelización y política pre y post COVID-19 recoge la investigación de la problemática ocasionada en escenarios de aguda crisis provocada por la Pandemia COVID-19 en la gestión empresarial y en la dinámica política. Se encuentra dividió en tres capítulos, en Capítulo I: Encontramos un artículo sobre el impacto que las redes sociales ejerce en el escenario político y la construcción de la ciudadanía democrática basado en la construcción del imaginario respondiendo a la pregunta ¿En verdad peligra la democracia en las redes sociales? Revisamos la pertinencia de las políticas democráticas en escenarios de pandemia. Ponemos a su disposición las investigaciones: Estrategias de comunicación digital para incrementar la cartera de clientes donde usted encuentra información que busca explicar la influencia de la aplicación de las estrategias comunicativas del marketing y su influencia en la ampliación de cartera de clientes, así mismo; busca analizar la relación existente en las estrategias de comunicación aplicadas en el Marketing digital para la fidelización de clientes, también hacemos un abordaje de la comunicación digital y el impacto en la construcción de la democracia, una mirada desde la política. Así mismo ponemos a disposición la relación existente entre el Marketing Digital Para La Fidelización De Clientes En Escenarios De COVID-19; este importante aporte que utiliza la metodología de investigación científica. En ambos casos un estudio de antecedentes de investigación, metodología, recojo y procesamiento de información, conclusiones y recomendaciones.
