Questo studio introduce le motivazioni e l'idea sottese al varo recente di un'iniziativa interdisciplinare dal titolo Neuroscienza Critica. (www.criticalneuroscience. org). Si tratta di un approccio che si sforza di capire, spiegare, contestualizzare e - qualora chiamata farlo - criticare, gli sviluppi attuali nel campo nelle neuroscienze e in quei settori sociali in cui tali sviluppi si applicano, allo scopo di creare le competenze necessarie a trattare responsabilmente le nuove sfide e interessi emergenti in materia di scienze del cervello. Neuroscienza critica si rivolge agli studiosi di discipline umanistiche cosě come (e non si tratta di figure di minore importanza) a coloro che svolgono una pratica in campo neuroscientifico, a chi si occupa di polizze di assicurazione, e a coloro che operano nel settore pubblico in senso lato. La neuroscienza suscita davvero effetti a largo raggio, oppure stiamo collettivamente sovrastimando il suo impatto, a spese di altri importanti vettori di mutamento sociale e culturale? Quali sono i canali e i tramiti grazie ai quali le neuroscienze interagiscono con le idee correnti in tema di personalitŕ, identitŕ e benessere? Inoltre, cosa altrettanto importante, Neuroscienza critica si sforza di rendere i risultati di tali valutazioni, rilevanti per la pratica scientifica stessa. Essa aspira a motivare i neuro scienziati, a lasciarsi coinvolgere nell'analisi dei fattori contestuali, delle traiettorie storiche, delle difficoltŕ concettuali e delle conseguenze potenziali in connessione con il lavoro empirico. Questo studio comincia ad abbozzare un fondamento filosofico che sostenga il progetto di delineare esempi d'interazione che hanno luogo fra neuroscienze e contesto sociale e culturale nel quale esse sono inserite, esponendo alcune delle assunzioni e dei modelli interpretativi che sottostanno agli approcci dominanti. Un recente lavoro antropologico verrŕ discusso, al fine di porre i profani nelle condizioni di capire il senso di interazioni de facto interno al sapere neuroscientifico, le sue proiezioni future, nonché la propria auto comprensione. Questo puň costituire un primo passo verso una fenomenologia di quella "allure seducente" che le neuroscienze stanno esercitando sia sul mondo accademico sia nell'immaginazione popolare.

Der vorliegende Beitrag diskutiert vor dem Hintergrund bestehender Probleme klassischer Instrumente zur Bearbeitung polizeilichen Fehlverhaltens das Konzept der Police Accountability und sein Potential für den deutschen Kontext hinsichtlich einer demokratischen Einhegung der Polizei. Hierzu werden zunächst klassisch rechtsstaatliche Aufarbeitungsmechanismen und deren Defizite erläutert, um in einem nächsten Schritt innovative Police Accountability-Mechanismen zu fokussieren, die u. a. in internationalen Standards zu guter Polizeiarbeit begründet werden. Unter Rückbezug auf die Public Accountability Studies werden bereits detaillierter bestimmte Accountability-Ansätze auf die deutsche Polizei übertragen und ein vorläufiges Police Accountability-Regime für den deutschen Kontext skizziert. Hervorgehoben wird die Notwendigkeit von Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau polizeiexterner, legislativer und gesellschaftlicher Accountability-Mechanismen für eine demokratisch eingehegte Polizei.

Abstract:
Italy was the first European country to experience the impact of COVID-19. In order to deal with the health emergency, in early March 2020, the Italian government enforced strict lockdown measures. The different Italian police forces, the Polizia di Stato, Carabinieri and city police forces (Polizia Municipale), patrolled the streets, ensuring that people stayed at home and non-essential shops remained closed. These police forces received unprecedented support from the public in enforcing lockdown. People were active in their neighbourhoods, taking pictures of alleged violators and reporting them to the police, as well as posting pictures of those violating the rules on social networks. Local administrators encouraged citizens to report lockdown violations and in the case of Rome, introduced an online reporting system. This article focuses on the policing of lockdown in Italy. The article develops the argument that public attitudes, defined as policing from below, combined with policing from above by local administrators, produced a populist policing of the lockdown. Qualitative methodology is used to discuss interviews with police officers and analyse newspaper articles. Populist political forces are hegemonising in Italy, relying on the feelings of insecurity that the virus has embittered. Populist hegemony strongly influenced the policing of problems related to COVID. The lack of community policing or plural policing models within the organisation of Italian police forces, which remain a combination of continental and colonial models, has been decisive in the development of populist policing. The consequence of this is a type of ‘policing on demand’, with the public providing the police with intelligence and demanding enforcement.

ABSTRACT:Based on how notions of civil society and civic virtue were defined in Enlightenment Scotland, this article assesses how far these ideals shaped police development in Scottish towns, c. 1780–1833. It argues that both concepts provided a framework for the development of ‘police’ as a broad mechanism of urban government. Collectively, civil society and civic virtue offered a wide-ranging, intellectual backdrop presupposing ideas on police, improvement and polite society, with the new police model bearing a striking resemblance to how these ideals were imagined and constructed at the time.

Lo studio si prefigge lo scopo di indagare le squadre irregolari di "polizia" che si formarono nell'Aviazione repubblicana, a Milano durante la Rsi, fra il 1944 e il 1945, con l'obiettivo di praticare lo squadrismo. Si tratta di una ricerca prettamente d'archivio, basata sui documenti dell'Ufficio storico dell'aeronautica militare, sul fondo Corte d'assise straordinaria di Milano e sui fondi dell'Archivio cen-trale dello stato di Roma. L'analisi si inserisce quindi negli studi sulle squadre di polizia della Repubbli-ca sociale italiana ma, allo stesso tempo, cerca di avviare un filone di ricerca specifico, che riguarda un tipo di polizia "informale", volontaria e autonoma, nata in un contesto militare, formale e istituzionalizza-to. L'esposizione descrive brevemente la condizione dell'Aeronautica di Salò, per poi entrare nello spe-cifico delle squadre oggetto di studio, analizzandone la genesi, la composizione, la struttura, le peculiari-tà. Una parte della ricerca espone quindi gli eventi storici, focalizzandosi su come queste squadre eserci-tarono il ruolo di polizia in chiave anti-partigiana. Un ampio spazio dello studio è dedicato a valutare le responsabilità dei vertici militari, mentre un altro indaga il volontarismo e le aspirazioni personali degli avieri. Ne esce un quadro oggettivo che offre ampi spunti per continuare a studiare il fenomeno delle polizie irregolari nei corpi militari, anche in chiave comparativa, soprattutto riguardo i casi analoghi con protagonista la Wehrmacht tedesca o l'esercito francese di Vichy, oltre che altri corpi italiani di stanza in luoghi percorsi da attività partigiana.

Police Education and Training is central to the successful realization of the constitutional democracy and protection of human rights. An attempt is made in this paper to evolve a curriculum framework for a people-sensitive Police Training and Education. One of the important objectives of this framework is to search for quality, standards, guidelines, and a general conceptual platform for improving basic Police Education and Training. This paper also aims at identifying general curricular parameters related to the development of a culture of policing, making policing practices more democratic and public-oriented to ensure greater security and more effective crime prevention. This paper argues that it is illogical, detrimental, and undesirable to separate police training from police education. Since policing is a highly respected professional field like medicine, it is imperative to integrate knowledge about society, dynamics of social and geopolitical spaces and human development from the complex socio-political perspective with police ethics and social and civic responsibilities and so on. In conclusion, this paper shows how people-sensitive and philosophically sound curricular policy for police education would serve people, communities, and societies. The ideas and insights in this paper are derived from the best practices available in the country and across the globe.

Se prosigue con su decurso, ciertamente conflictivo en relación a otras policías estatales y autonómicas, sin olvidar a las locales para llegar a la actual circunstancia, que revela un muy difícil acomodo para dichas policías La cuestión clave de su conexión y relación con la emergente y potente policía dependiente del Gobierno Vasco, más que su mera supervivencia, se revela como el tema a clasificar con relevancia. It continues with its development, certainly conflictive compared to other State and autonomic policies, without forgetting the local policies so as to get to the present circumstances which show a very difficult accomodation for those policies. The key issue is their connection and relationship with the emerging and powerful police under the authority of the Basque government, more than its mere survival which reveals itself as a topic to be classified with relevance.

Es mag seltsam scheinen, dass man sich über die Existenz von Polizeigewalt wundert. Aus soziologischer Sicht – und somit über den französischen Sonderfall hinaus – ist Gewalt konstitutiv für die Funktion der Polizei. In modernen Gesellschaften ist es die Polizei, auf die der Staat sein „Monopol legitimer physischer Gewaltsamkeit“ überträgt, wie es in Max Webers berühmter Formulierung heißt. Über dieses allgemeine soziologische Prinzip hinaus haben sich die Theoretiker der Staatsgewalt, vor allem in Nordamerika, den Ansatz Egon Bittners zu eigen gemacht, für den das Recht auf Gewalteinsatz das Wesen der Rolle der Polizei darstellt. Anders ausgedrückt: So vielfältig die Aufgaben der Polizei auch sein mögen – ob es darum geht, einen Übeltäter festzunehmen, eine Demonstration einzudämmen, die Eskalation eines Pärchenstreits zu verhindern, Verkehrssünder zu verwarnen oder einem Verletzten Erste Hilfe zu leisten –, was Polizisten von anderen Berufsgruppen oder auch von anderen Bürgern unterscheidet, ist die Möglichkeit, Gewalt als Mittel zur Problemlösung einzusetzen, sofern sie dies für notwendig hält, sowie die Tatsache, dass dieser Umstand allen bekannt ist und man sich auch entsprechend verhält (...). <div><p>This paper examines the existing relationship between the police and members of the public in Nigeria, highlighting the various problems endemic in both parties (the police and the public). The paper provides the essential pragmatic means of further enhancing this relationship for a better and peaceful society through the principles of community policing. The authors take a multi-dimensional approach to the police public relationship (P-PR) in Nigeria positing thatprimarily, there are structural, organizational, and attitudinal factors that led to the deteriorating nature of the P-PR in Nigeria. The paper posits that co-operation between the police and the public is a prerequisite for the success of any law enforcement agency, notably the police as well as a better, peaceful, and harmonious society. The police alone cannot achieve this without support from the members of the public whom they serve. For that kind of good working condition to be created, the police need to be polite, friendly, approachable, honest, law abiding and demonstrate high sense of responsibility in dealing with members of the public and in discharging their duties. On the other hand, the public must understand that maintaining law and order is a collective responsibility between the parties and should do everything possible to assist the police in protecting lives and property. Good and objective partnership between the community and the police will help bring positive response to crimes and other social problems.This can be achieved by ensuring proper and genuine police reform in the country to overhaul the organization and by bringing to book corrupt officers and men as general and specific deterrence.</p></div>

Inside this paper will be treated other aspects related to the social transformation that have contributed to the position of the police in society has changed completely. Also, the influence of historical changes in its competencies and the realization of its functions and the position of the organization itself in the society.Policies is most visible manifestation of government authority responsible for public security in the country.The history shows that the police is one of the oldest services of human society, that is, the state. As an elementary form of social control, the police are older than the state itself. Etymologically, the word "police" (English-police, German-polizei, French-police ) derives from the old Greek word polis, politeia, which means the governance of the city, the state in accordance with the constitution and the laws and represents, the overall state activity (legislation, judiciary and administration). Compared to ancient Greece in ancient Rome, the police changed the term "milicija", which derives from the Latin word "militia" and represents the service for the protection of cities and the maintenance of order in them. Also, the term politeia, and in general Aristotle, represents the ideal form of state organization and the connection of the term "politics with the police", which have almost the same meaning and originate from the same term "politeia". The police represent a complex type of organization, the reason for which it is organized is to maintain the public order and peace in the society, is in the state. For this purpose, it has been provided with all legal authorizations and means for its uninterrupted functioning - acting. The police are strictly connected with public order and peace and their maintenance. The maintenance of public order includes: preventing its violation, fight against public order and peace offenders, perpetrators of criminal acts and the criminal one and creation of conditions for the stable maintenance of public order and peace in the society.Changes in the society and the changes in the police organization in the last decades have imposed the transformation of the police organization towards the new democratic circumstances, which enabled the police to train personnel, technically, and educative, in order to implement all the functions that the state would determine. The process of transformation of a police organization occurs not only in the countries in transition, but also in the democratic countries of the world.

Zusammenfassung In meinem Beitrag gehe ich der Frage nach, wie Polizist*innen gesundheit­lichen Belastungen im Allgemeinen und im Zuge der Fluchtbewegung 2015 im Speziellen deutend begegnen. Dabei befasse ich mich mit den sozialen und polizeikulturellen Überformungen des Themas Arbeitsbelastung von Polizist*innen. Meine Ergebnisse zeigen, dass polizeiliche Belastungen im Zuge von gesellschaftlichen Umbruchsphasen dazu führen, dass die Behörde sekundäre Gewinne (z.B. Anerkennung, aber auch personelle und andere Ressourcen) erlangt. Die Polizei als Institution geht gestärkt aus gesellschaftlichen Phasen des Umbruchs hervor, während die einzelnen Beamt*innen die gesundheitlichen Belastungen spätmoderner Gesellschaften im beruflichen Alltag aushalten müssen. So entwickeln Polizist*innen zur Überbrückung dieser Ambivalenzen eigene Sinnkonstruktionen oder wählen kurz- bis mittelfristige Ausstiegsstrategien aus dem beruflichen Alltag. Abstract: How Do Police Offices Frame Health-Related Stress? – A Qualitative-Empirical Approach In the article, I explore how police officers interpret health-related stress and discuss social and cultural framing processes. The special focus of my analysis lies on the time of the refugee movement in 2015. The findings show that workloads for police officers, that arise during social transformation processes such as the refugee movement, result in an achievement of secondary gains on the side of the institution, in this case the police department (recognition, but also personnel and other resources). While social transformation processes strengthen the institution, the individual police officers have to endure the ambivalences of late-modern societies in their everyday professional lives. In order to cope with this workload, they develop their own constructions of meaning or choose short- to medium-term exit strategies from their everyday professional lives.

In a democratic society the limits of the use of force given by the state to the police is regulated by law. Misuse of power by the police, regarding humanitarian concerns, in terms of philosophical dilemmas and political implications has great impact on people. Use of force is defined as; use of physical strength and any equipment in increased proportion to neutralize acts of resistance or attack. The power to use of force is a direct intervention to the fundamental rights and freedoms of persons. Therefore, use of excessive force is considered as a direct violation of human rights. There have been numerous researches and studies about Police use of force. However, the complex structure of use of force, and it association with many factors creates a lot of limitations in this area. Therefore, the researchers have systematized the use of force by the police and focused on situational and institutional factors. Individual factors affecting the use of power and force by the police officers are defined as; The age of the police officer, education level and occupational experience. Regarding situational factors the researchers have focused on characteristics like; type of event that the police officer has encountered the public and the characteristics the suspects. Demokratik toplumlarda devletin polise vermiş olduğu zor kullanma yetkisinin sınırları hukuk tarafından düzenlenmiştir. Polisin sahip olduğu gücü suiistimal etmesi insani kaygılar, felsefi ikilemler ve politik sonuçlar açısından halk üzerinde büyük etkilere sahiptir. Zor kullanma; direnme ve saldırı karşısında bu fiilleri etkisiz hale getirecek derecede artan nispette bedeni kuvvet her türlü teçhizatı kullanmak şeklinde tanımlanmaktadır. Zor kullanma yetkisi kişilerin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine doğrudan bir müdahaledir. Bu nedenle zor kullanma yetkisinin aşılması doğrudan insan hakları ihlali sayılmaktadır. Polisin zor kullanması ile ilgili sayısız araştırmalar ve çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Ancak, zor kullanmanın kompleks yapısı ve çok çeşitli nedenlerle ilişkili olmasından dolayı bu alanda oldukça fazla sınırlamalar vardır. Bu nedenle, araştırmacılar polisin kuvvet kullanmasını sistematize ederek bireysel, durumsal ve kurumsal faktörlerin üzerinde durmuşlardır. Abstract:
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine how police authority – in its “soft” form – is used and understood by staff and detainees in police custody in England, examining how these meanings are shaped by this unique police setting. It is argued that the nature of this setting, as fraught and uncertain, along with the large volume of citizens who come into contact with the police therein, makes police custody the ultimate “teachable moment”. Design/methodology/approach The present paper is based on in-depth qualitative data collected between March 2014 and May 2015 in four custody suites (in four forces). In each site, the researchers spent three to four weeks observing and then interviewed 10-15 staff (largely police officers, detention officers but also a few other criminal justice practitioners) and 10-15 detainees. In total, the paper is based on 532 hours of observing and 97 interviews (47 with staff and 50 with detainees). Findings One way that the staff used their authority in the custody suites in the research was softly and innocuously; this entailed for example staff communicating in a respectful manner with detainees, such as by being deliberately polite. The authors conclude that this “soft” power was a dynamic, processual matter, shaped in particular by the physical conditions of the suite, the uncertain and insecure nature of detainees’ circumstances, as well as by the sense of disempowerment they felt as a result of being deprived of their liberty and autonomy, all of which contributed to police custody being the ultimate “teachable moment”. Originality/value The paper draws on a range of qualitative data collected from both staff and detainees in four types of police custody suites as part the “good” police custody study. It therefore makes an original contribution to the field which has tended to rely on cross-sectional surveys of citizens not policed populations (Harkin, 2015; Worden and Mclean, 2017).

Con este presupuesto, la sentencia y el presente estudio exponen la base normativa que permite la actuación de la Policía Local en funciones colaborativas de Policía Judicial, centrándose en sus límites. En cuanto a esos límites, se presta una especial atención al ámbito territorial de actuación de la Policía Local, exponiendo de manera crítica la inadecuada regulación contenida en la Ley Orgánica de Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad, la normativa autonómica del País Vasco, la ambigua doctrina del Tribunal Constitucional y la aplicación que de todo ello efectúa la sentencia comentada. Finalmente, también se examina la posición mantenida por la sentencia en lo relativo a la validez de las pruebas obtenidas en actuaciones policiales que adolezcan de un vicio de ilegalidad por motivos de competencia territorial. ABSTRACT: The paper analyzes a recent judgment by the Supreme Court that in view of the discussion regarding the bar to proceeding with the evidences in a criminal process deals with the question of the activities carried out by the local police corps outside its municipal area. Under that premise, the judgment and this study set out the legal basis that allows the local police activities as collaborative to the judicial police, focusing on its limits. As far as those limits are concerned, special attention is devoted to the geographical sphere of action of local police stating critically the inadequate regulation by the Organic Act of Law enforcement authorities, the autonomic regulation from the Basque Country, the ambiguous doctrine by the Constitutional Court and the application of all of it in the aforementioned ruling. Finally, we examine also the position sustained by the judgment regarding the validity of evidences obtained in the frame of police activities legally flawed due to lack of territorial jurisdiction.

У статті розглянуто соціально-психологічну структуру синдрому професійного вигорання фахівців соціономічного профілю, а саме у працівників Національної поліції України. Наголошується, що особливої уваги заслуговують соціономічні професії, які передбачають постійну взаємодію та безпосереднє спілкування в процесі професійної діяльності, а до представників цих професій висуваються підвищені вимоги, оскільки об’єктом їх праці є інші люди. Екстремальність, напруженість, підвищена небезпека, відповіда-льність за вчинені дії - все це, може спричинити виникнення у працівників Національної поліції України станів емоційного напруження, фізичного та психічного виснаження, професійних стресів тощо. Визначено, що найчастіше у працівників Національної поліції України виникають спалахи роздратування, які призводять до конфліктних ситуацій. Для професіоналів з відсутністю або незначним емоційним вигоранням характерне гармонійне співвідношення цих компонентів у системі життєвих орієнтацій і переважання таких термінальних цінностей, як «духовний спокій», «активне творче життя» та «активна соціальна думка». У працівників з частково або повністю сформованим синдромом професійного вигорання виявляється неузгодженість у системі життєвих орієнтацій і домінуванні термінальних цінностей – «збереження власної індивідуальності», «розвиток себе» та «високе матеріальне становище». Показано, що редукція особистих звершень проявляється як зниження відчуття компетентності в роботі, незадоволеність собою та своїми проявами, зменшення цінності своєї професійної діяльності, зухвале сприйняття себе як професіонала й особистості в цілому. При цих показниках у людини поступово знижується як професійна, так й особиста самооцінка, з’являється відчуття власної неспроможності та байдужості до своїх професіональних обов’язків. Ключові слова: професійне вигорання, професійна мотивація, демотивація, професійна деформація, психічне здоров’я, емоційне напруження, невротичні реакції, психопрофілактика.

The concept of a welfare state starts from many typical countries, namely the Police State (Polizei Staat), the State of Formal Law (Liberal) and the State of Material Law (Welvaarstaat / welfare state). The Police State and the Welfare State are considered as extreme forms of legal state because the State Police is the beginning of the Law State. Welfare State is a type of legal state that is considered current. The Principles of Good Governance were born during the development of the Welfare State. This study reveals the legal basis of the General Principles of Good Governance of several regulations. The results show that the general principle of good governance is currently regulated comprehensively in regulation in Indonesia. The regulation includes 1) Act Number 28 of 1999 on State Implementation of the Clean and Free from Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism 2) Act Number 9 of 2004, concerning the Amendment to Indonesian Act Number 5 of 1986 on Administrative Courts Country 3) Act Number 25 of 2009 on Public Service 4) Act Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration. As a modern country, general principles of good governance is the spirit for the implementation of the government administration of the Indonesian Republic, especially in the context of the implementation of clean governance based on expediency, justice, and legal certainty.

Povzetek Znanstvene ugotovitve kažejo na veliko verjetnost ponovitve samomora policista, ki je enkrat že poskušal storiti samomor, in problematizirajo zanesljivost psiholoških pregledov glede odločanja o omejitvi dostopa do orožja. Predstavljena je dobra praksa spoprijemanja s problematiko samomorilnosti med pripadniki Slovenske vojske, ki bi lahko pomenila vzorec za izvajanje ukrepov za zaščito policistov. Od leta 1991 se število samomorov v policiji postopoma zmanjšuje, kljub temu pa se od leta 2009 do 2020 zmerno povečuje, predvsem zaradi številčnejših samomorov v obdobju od leta 2018 do 2020. S statistično metodo Hi-kvadrat smo ugotovili, da številčnost samomorov v obdobju od leta 2018 do 2020 ni statistično značilna glede na obdobje od leta 2009 do 2017 oziroma je ta mejna. Ključne besede Samomor, samomorilnost, policija. Abstract The current scientific findings show a high probability of a recurrence of a suicide attempt with a police officer, who has already tried to commit suicide. They problematize the reliability of psychological examinations for limited firearm access. The article presents good practice of confronting the issue of suicide among members of the Slovenian Armed Forces, which could serve as a model for the police officer protection measures. Since 1991, the number of suicides in the police has been gradually decreasing. However, in the period 2009-2020, the number has been moderately increasing, mainly due to the higher number of suicides in the period 2018-2020. With the statistic method Chi-squared test, we have established that the number of suicides in the period 2018-2020 is not statistically significant in comparison to the period 2009-2017, or its significance is borderline. The paper discusses preliminary findings of the study of the victims of burglaries in Warsaw in 1990. The findings are based on data from questionnaires completed by 50 victims of residential burglaries and from interviews with 20 of them interviewed 6 months later. The respondents expressed persistent anxiety, a sense of threat and a sense of helplessness. Penalties suggested by the victim for the offender were rather repressive, but 25 per cent of the victims considered it possible to relinquish punishment should the burglar repent of his act, redress the damage and offer compensation. Most victims find the police polite and willing but at the same time inefficient and dilatory when dealing with their complaint.

During the Second World, numerous (small) occupier and collaborator military units operated in Slovenian territory that are better known for their war crimes against civilians rather their involvement in counterguerrilla warfare. One of these units was also the mounted police detachment Serbia (Polizei-Reiter-Abteilung Serbien), which arrived in Prlekija no earlier than the autumn of 1944 as part of the general retreat of German and collaborator units from Serbia. Based on wartime and postwar archival documents as well as postwar literature, the article at hand presents and analyses the activities performed by this paramilitary unit, which was primarily composed of foreigners but under German command. Whereas in Prlekija, the unit engaged in fights against local Partisans, its members entered the local history by inflicting the worst kind of terror on the local population.

Apresentaremos os conceitos-chave para compreender o que a psicanálise existencial, em sua proximidade com o projeto politzeriano de uma psicologia concreta, visa na estruturação da psique. Para entendermos como a noção de concreto entra na teoria sartreana da consciência fenomenológica, interrogaremos as influências do pensamento de Politzer sobre o projeto de uma psicanálise existencial. Mediante a ruptura com a inconsciência e a substituição do inconsciente pelo âmbito pré-reflexivo dos sujeitos, entenderemos que o agente sabe da ação, mas não tem conhecimento de si enquanto agente. Desde aquilo que é dramatizado pela concretude do sujeito em primeira pessoa, depreender-se-á: se não existem forças que lhe sejam antagônicas, então a consciência é inteira, espontânea, concreta e absolutamente livre. Abstract The present work aims to discuss the theoretical bases of the interlocutions between Sartre, Politzer and classicalpsychoanalysis. We will present the key concepts to understand what existential psychoanalysis, in its proximity to the politzerian project of a concrete psychology, aims at structuring the psyche. In order to understand how the notion of the concrete enters Sartre's theory of phenomenological consciousness, we will question the influences of Politzer's thought on the project of an existential psychoanalysis. Through the rupture with unconsciousness and the replacement of the unconscious by the pre-reflective scope of the subjects, we will understand that the agent knows about the action, but has no knowledge of himself as an agent. From what is dramatized by the concreteness of the subject in the first person, we will infer: if there are no forces that are antagonistic to it, then consciousness is whole, spontaneous, concrete and absolutely free.

ABSTRACT Forest fires and land fires are thus far an annual problem in the province of riau, with effects not only harmful to the people of the province of Riau, even to those of neighboring countries, advanced and efficient technologies are needed to address the karhutla's growing problem in the province of Riau. It is intended to prevent and anticipate the possibilities of increasing the phenomenon of land fires and forests both by natural or otherwise by irresponsible human behavior.The study aims to know about the treatment of forest fires and land fires by the riau county police for the past time, to assess the weaknesses and overcare of the land and forest fires by the riau area police by using polite-yellow dashboard applications and to deride legal formulations using a yellow crude dashboard application to prevent land fires and forest fires in the province of Riau.The study came to the conclusion that handling of forest fires and land by the riau county police is done with a preventive and repressive approach. A preventive approach to this is by performing socialization, empowering communities and conducting carhutla's early detection patrols. Tackling land fires and forest using the yellow sass-yellow dashboard app method presents several weaknesses and advantages. As for the weakness in the development of the application, it is not as high as the operation of the personnel of the Riau area. Not all personnel use the technological advances as field reporting reporting specifically to monitor land fires and forests. Rather, it is overdone in the use of the first information information regarding location and direction of the windfall, both known to nearby accessible sources of water or gas, the three personnel budget problems that could be addressed through police-integrated systems. It will require the creation of a by-law product of both the law and the pp which features a dashboard application model as a primary and integrated facility for sustainable use in the karhutla management to be coordinated by police institutions. The purpose of the study is to examine, investigate and analyse the implied meanings in police interrogation discourse from the perspective of the role markers of participants in communication (a police officer and an interrogated person) at the stage of pre-trial interrogation. The following research methods have been applied in the study: pragmatic and semantic analyses including the concepts of “face” and “politeness”, methods of identification of conversational implicatures to describe pragmatic indices of communicative roles; in the format of discursive analysis a special place belongs to the study of elements of the method of critical discourse analysis to identify patterns of planning and course of interrogation discourse given the factors of institutional, interpersonal and psychological contexts; elements of the method of conversational analysis of discourse to determine such parameters as paired opposing roles, relevant and preferential / non-preferential role positions. The results of the work show that the roles of an investigator and an interrogated person in the discourse of pre-trail investigation are presented in the explicit and implicit ways. The markers of the communicative role of an investigator and an interrogated person depend on the degree of implicitness or explicitness of their presentation in the interrogation. From the analysis we can conclude that the roles are most explicitly marked by lexical means reinforced by adverbs-intensifiers. Non-preferential roles of an investigator (implicit and explicit ones) at the pre-trial stage of investigation require verbal means to mitigate the ‘threat’ of the respondent (indefinite pronouns, modal verbs, idiomatic expressions that reduce the categorical nature of the accusation). More implicit presentation of communicative roles of a police officer and an interrogated person cause the use of nominalization and double negation and is a weakened kind of statement. Implicit forms of expression of the communicative roles of an interrogated person are marked by various means of syntactic and semantic-syntactic levels.Key words: discourse of pre-trial investigation, interrogation, communicative role, implicature, presupposition. Мета статті – вивчити, дослідити і проаналізувати імпліцитні значення в дискурсі поліцейського допиту на етапі досудово-го слідства з точки зору маркерів ролей учасників спілкування (слідчого та допитуваного). Матеріалом дослідження слугували транскрипти допитів на етапі досудового слідства США і Великої Британії, отримані методом суцільної вибірки. У роботі були застосовані такі методи дослідження: прагматичний та семантичний аналіз, включаючи концепти «обличчя» та «ввічливість», методи ідентифікації конверсаційних імплікатур для опису прагматичних показників комунікативних ролей; у форматі дис-курсивного аналізу особливе місце належить дослідженню елементів методу критичного аналізу дискурсу для виявлення закономірностей планування та перебігу дискурсу допиту з урахуванням факторів інституційного, міжособистісного та психо-логічного контекстів; елементи методу конверсаційного аналізу дискурсу для визначення таких параметрів, як парні зустрічні ролі, релевантні і преференційні / непреференційні рольові позиції, а також для з’ясування структуростворювального потенці-алу зміни комунікативних ролей в розвитку сценарію допиту. Результати дослідження показують, що ролі слідчого та допи-туваного в дискурсі досудового слідства можуть бути представлені експліцитно і імпліцитно. У результаті аналізу матеріалу ми приходимо до висновку, що маркери комунікативних ролей слідчого та допитуваного залежать від ступеня експліцитності й імпліцитності їх представлення у дискурсі допиту. Аналіз показав, що ролі найбільш чітко позначені лексичними засобами і прислівниками інтенсифікаторами. Непреференційні ролі слідчого (імпліцитні та експліцитні) на етапі досудового розслі-дування вимагають лінгвістичних засобів для мітігації «загрози» допитуваному (неозначені займенники, модальні дієслова, ідіоматичні вирази, що зменшують категоричність звинувачення). Більш імпліцитне програвання комунікативних ролей слід-чого та допитуваного вимагає використання номіналізації (зокрема, герундія) та подвійного заперечення і є ослабленим видом твердження. Імпліцитні форми вираження комунікативних ролей допитуваної особи відзначаються різноманітними засобами синтаксичного та семантико-синтаксичного рівнів. Ключові слова: дискурс допиту, досудове слідство, комунікативна роль, імплікатура, пресупозиція.
